[COMPLEXLY BUMPER]

Welcome back to Nature League!

We've recently explored biodiversity, and discussed the various ways in which we value

and define it.

But here's the thing- if we really want to dig into biodiversity, we should probably

continue by talking about invertebrates; after all, they make up close to 95% of all animal

species on Earth.

Who run the world?

Bugs.

[CHEERY INTRO MUSIC]

When we think about life on Earth, it's easy to just think about vertebrates, or animals

with vertebral columns.

I mean, those are the animals we see most easily and most often, right?

And they resemble us more than the creepy crawlies.

But the thing is, invertebrates make up the majority of species in the animal kingdom.

Let's check out this tree that shows the different groups of animals.

See the chordate group?

That's where vertebrates are.

And that means everything else you see in the animal kingdom are invertebrates.

So what is an invertebrate technically?

Spoiler alert, it's not just insects!

Invertebrates are technically defined as organisms without backbones, but what they are in practice

is widely varied.

Invertebrates live in almost every environment on our planet, and can be many different sizes

and shapes: everything from microscopic and spiny to massive and gelatinous.

In fact, there are so many types of invertebrates that I think we should take a quick tour of

their phylogenetic tree.

A phylogenetic tree shows the evolutionary relationships between species and their common

ancestors.

So for animals, there was a common ancestor that gave way to the evolution of all other

animals on Earth, and a phylogenetic tree can let us visualize the different lineages

of species.

Our first stop on the invertebrate tour?

Let's check out sponges!

Sponges are in the phylum Porifera, and they are considered basal animals.

This means their lineage is the closest to the original common ancestor.

Because of this, sponges aren't too fancy.

They lack true tissues, and are sedentary, meaning they don't really move on their

own.

But don't count sponges out!

They're super cool invertebrates in their own right, and really useful in terms of human health.

Sponges provide many compounds for human antibiotics, especially for penicillin-resistant

strains of certain bacterial infections, and researchers are currently working on using sponge-derived

compounds to fight cancer.

Moving right along the tree we find our next big split.

This branch has to do with body symmetry, and the two groups are animals with radial

symmetry and animals with bilateral symmetry.

Radial symmetry is when you cut the body in several slices, like a pizza, and get something

similar (but don't try this at home).

Think jellyfish, for example...there are no clear left and right sides, just a top and bottom.

Bilateral symmetry is when the body is symmetric on one plane.

Basically, the body has a clear left and right side.

Humans are a great, familiar, example of this.

Let's check out some invertebrates with radial symmetry!

These include the cnidarians and ctenophores.

The silent "c" stands for "cool", because who doesn't love jellyfish.

The cnidarians include corals, jellies, and hydras, and ctenophores include comb jellies.

Each of these groups have true tissues but radial symmetry.

So that leaves us with the rest of the invertebrates: they all have true tissues and bilateral symmetry,

with a couple of exceptions.

The next split in the tree is between protostomes and deuterostomes.

But what they really mean is what happens in development.

Protostomes have something called a blastopore turn into the mouth, and deuterostomes have

that blastopore turn into the anus.

You can always remember it because deuterostomes remind me of "doody" which reminds me of "butt."

[BRIT LAUGHS TO HERSELF]

Now besides having nice mneumonics for not forgetting those differences, what's interesting

is that this split moves chordates, like us, and echinoderms, like starfish, away from

the rest of the invertebrates.

Kind of neat that some of our closest animal relatives look like this.

So now that things with chordates and sea urchins have been sorted out, and we've

left behind our jellies and sponges, we're still left with a crazy amount of invertebrates.

There's a massive group called Lophotrochozoa which includes a ton of smaller groups like

flatworms, rotifers, bryozoans, brachiopods, segmented worms, and mollusks like clams,

snails, squids and octopuses.

All of this, and we haven't even touched on insects yet.

And don't you worry...we're totally going there next.

Ecdysozoa are the last group we need to discuss, and they happen to be the most species diverse

group of animals on Earth.

This group includes nematodes, or roundworms, and arthropods, which include insects, crustaceans,

and arachnids.

More than 1,000,000 species of arthropods have been described by scientists so far,

and these are just the ones we know about!

The majority of arthropods are insects- in fact, insects are more species-rich than all

other forms of life combined.

The majority of insects are winged insects, which include beetles, flies, mosquitoes,

ants, bees, wasps, butterflies, moths, true bugs, grasshoppers, crickets, and others.

If you're overwhelmed by all of the groups of species we've covered in the last few

minutes, it's kiiiiiinda the point.

Invertebrates make up the overwhelming majority of animal species on Earth, and we may as

well give them some respect.

Speaking of respect, invertebrates make up a gigantic amount of biomass, and that means

they significantly affect the landscape, water, atmosphere, and other lifeforms here on Earth.

They consume significant amounts of plant matter, other animals, and cycle nutrients

by decomposing materials.

They serve as food for larger organisms and even make up the majority of protein in some human diets.

And just think!!

Invertebrates pollinate crops, which is fundamental to our well-being!

Now, in this Lesson Plan, we've only scratched the surface of the complex relationships and

diversity of invertebrate species.

Phylogenetic trees are constantly changing based on new information, so some of the branches

on the tree we've discussed here very well may change.

One thing is clear though- when it comes to the animal kingdom, invertebrates are where it's at.

Top Executives Busted For Elaborate Criminal Conspiracy - Duration: 1:09.

Finally tonight, some good news.

Two software executives are under arrest for illegally spending their employees' retirement

money to support their high-end lifestyle.

Investigators say that Thinkstream's former CEO, Barry Bellue and his CFO Morris Alexander

diverted $1.3 million of the company's accounts to these folks' private plane company.

Prosecutors say most of that money was used to cover overdraft fees.

They also spent an additional $1.5 million to pay for personal credit cards, commercial

flights, and fancy high-end dining.

These authorities say these executives knowingly engaged in this elaborate criminal conspiracy

against their employees and falsely claimed the money was being used for business expenses.

Well you know, the norm in 2018 is that usually white collar crime pays big because nobody

goes to jail.

Maybe there's a chance that Barry and Morris here will face a prosecutor who's unwilling

to hand out another white collar get out of jail pass.

"It's Personal" - Joni and Friends - Duration: 3:51.

For me, it's personal

It began back in

1967 I was

17 athletic

One summer day I went swimming in the bay with my sister. I swam out to this raft anchored a few yards offshore

took a reckless dive into shallow water I

I knew then my life had changed forever.

My doctor said Joni

You're gonna be paralyzed for the rest of your life without the use of your hands, your legs

and I said

God, I

can't live like this. I

won't live like this,

Because I couldn't hold razors or push pills down my throat I

I knew I couldn't end my life physically so I was tempted to end my life, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.

I wanted to just lay in bed,

tell my mother to turn off the lights and shut the door

Finally in the dark behind that closed door, I cried out.

God if I can't died, then show me how to live

Thankfully God put Christian friends in my life who opened the Bible and

showed me that God permits what He hate, to accomplish that which He loves.

He permits awful things like, like paralysis to bring forth Christ in me the hope of glory

My Christian friends helped me find purpose in that.

I learned to give thanks even in the little things.

Of each bit of obedience my faith grows, my perspective widen, the world gets bigger and eventually I

wheeled out of that dark bedroom and began to embrace life.

I discovered there's a world of other disabled people in dark bedrooms who like me need to embrace life and know God.

I started writing about this and speaking and before I knew it my message gave birth to Joni and Friends.

If there are folks languishing in isolation without hope, our team of Joni and Friends connects them to local churches and resources.

Providing a Bible and the hope of Christ. If there's a marriage breaking apart due to a child's disability,

we'll scholarship them at one of our family retreats

If there's a disabled child in Uganda calling in the dirt, or a grandmother in Guatemala being pushing a wheelbarrow,

our Wheels for the World teams will provide a wheelchair and a Bible in their language.

If someone can reach any further than their radio, the Joni and Friends radio program brings hope right into their home.

Our Christian Institute on disability trains Pastors,

policymakers, equips churches and when it comes to the next generation our cause for life interns roll up their sleeves

and they do disability ministry in dark corners of the world.

My husband Ken and I, are joined by an amazing team of Joni and Friends whether at our headquarters in Southern California,

our area ministry teams around the country, or our network of partners and volunteers all across the globe

Our passion is to see people and special needs families

embrace Christ, embrace the circumstances that God puts them in and embrace life

I was there, I know what it's like and for me

every face, every life changed, every soul saved is personal so join me.

Do as Christ command in Luke 14, go quickly find the disabled and bring them into his fellowship.

It'll not only fill God's house. It'll fill your heart.

Spring Garden Clean-up - Duration: 6:16.

hi I'm Erin today spring has sprung at least for now so it's time to get this

big garden cleaned up and ready for planting on our wyoming life

getting the outside gardens ready every spring is something that I look forward

to the Sun is warm and the dirt is anxiously awaiting new life but first we

have to clean off the remains of last year's crops I don't clean off the

outside gardens in the fall and there's a couple of reasons why mostly I'm over

it just like the gardens I'm ready for a

period of rest and I need a break from the soil also if you may have noticed

that the wind blows just a little bit around here by leaving whatever plant

matter is left in the gardens as well as the landscape fabric the soil has a

better chance of staying in the garden and not being deposited all over the

county I'm going to walk you through what it takes to get things cleaned up

and ready for planting if you haven't already please hit that subscribe button

and join me as we start the beginning of the summer garden season and we can

explore the ranch life and escape the ordinary with three videos per week the

biggest chore during cleanup is definitely the removal of the landscape

fabric it's stapled into the ground and although some of it has torn most of it

is still largely intact the soil under it has remained undisturbed throughout

the winter it's much easier to remove the fabric once the dead plants are also

removed we start in the Cabbage Patch it's pretty easy to pull everything out

the dead plants just get thrown to the side and will be dealt with later now

that we have the plants out the staples and the fabric can be removed just start

on one end pull out the staples and roll up the fabric of course some dirt and

plant matter does get rolled up in the fabric and that is just mostly blowen

that occurs during the winter it's not a huge loss to the gardens and it's easier

to roll it up rather than try and clean it all off wheelbarrow is a great tool

in the gardens and today it gets used basically like a garbage can once we

have the wheelbarrow full of landscape fabric it can get dumped into the bucket

of the tractor the tractor bucket also makes a handy garbage can in this

situation now plants like cabbage and broccoli can be tilled back into the

soil but the area that we grew the gourds in last year

needs to be cleaned up a little better see one year I didn't clean up all the

dead gourds because there were hundreds of them as there sometimes is with

gourds and I just figured hey it's organic matter it can go back into the

soil well that was a mistake I then had hundreds of tiny gourd plants

trying to grow along with my beet seed so lesson here is don't tell in gourds

our pumpkins either as they will grow and be a total disaster

once the gourds are picked up the fabric can be removed as well as the fabric

underneath the broccoli basil Brussels sprouts napa cabbage and Romanesco next

on the to-do list is hardware removal things like steaks that are used to mark

Rose when seeding need pulled out tools also need picked up tools usually are

removed in the fall but it didn't happen last year they need out of the garden

now so everything is gathered up and deposited outside of the gate this is

also a great time to pick up any trash there's landscape fabric that is blown

around some pieces a shredded high tunnel plastic as well as the occasional

gatorade bottle are just more trash that the lovely wind brought us now comes the

fun part while I was cleaning up Mike was busy getting equipment ready the

brush Peter is hooked up to the tractor and Mike decided that I'm qualified to

brush Pete the garden it's basically a giant lawn mower all the plant matter

that is still in the garden is great for the soil but in our climate it won't

break down super well or fast if it's left in big chunks brush beading also

makes tilling easier so around and around I go and getting all the big

chunks mostly broke up I didn't crash the tractor or go through the fence so

that was a win now we can bring the tiller in and work the soil we usually

use the international tractor with the tiller attachment but the tractor is

currently out of service with some pretty big tire issues it might show up

on the project list one of these days but for now we have another tiller that

goes on the John Deere 445 this is the one time of the entire year that we deep

the garden if we were a demon Irv we would have spread it on the garden

before tilling and then worked it in typically we add compost or composted

manure every other year and this is our off year it is important when tilling to

make sure your soil isn't too wet if you till when the soil is wet it will

actually compact the soil more and it'll damage your soil structure so it's best

to wait the little dampness is okay but if you make a ball and poke it with your

finger and it doesn't crumble the soil is too wet around and around back and

forth I go until the entire garden is tilled there's still a few chunks of

plant matter that you can see but we have created a nice fluffy bed for our

plants to grow the garden looks so pretty doesn't it I just hate to walk on

it and start putting stuff in the ground but it's time to get growing onions and

potatoes are always first on my list and they will get planted in the next

couple of days before we plant anything though we have to get the water working

we've already spotted quite a few breaks in the line and I'm sure there will be

more once we turn the water on but that's tomorrow's project and

probably another video make sure that you subscribe so that you don't miss any

of our videos also like us on Facebook or Instagram today we posted a picture

of our fourth set of twins born here on the ranch Mike is back on Sunday with a

video all about bottle calves thanks for joining me as we explore the ranch life

and escape the ordinary on our wyoming life

Wrap Up | April 2018 [CC] - Duration: 8:31.

Hullo, lovely humans.

It is Molly from Molly Reads and Writes and uh,

today I'm going to share with you the

books that I completed in April.

*music*

So.

I'm still in this kick where I can't' finish a book.

I keep picking up so many and then putting them right back down, slash reading a hundred

pages and putting them down.

I dunno…

I dunno.

So, I completed five books in April.

Uhm

the reason why is they're all very short so it would be really difficult for me to

just read a hundred pages and put it back down when they're not much longer than a

hundred pages.

You know what, it's okay.

I read five books.

We're going to count that as a win.

So, let me pull up Goodreads on my phone now that it is charged against cuz I accidently

killed it… anyway… so I can tell you what I rated these cuz I mostly don't really

super remember.

First off, before we talk about that books that I read.

Part way through this month I want to do a video where I go and buy hyped books because

I don't read hyped books.

I typically avoid them like the plague, so I want to do a video where I go out and buy

hyped books so I would like for you to put some suggestions in the comments of some hyped

books that either you…

I mean, it doesn't really matter if you liked it or didn't like it but as long as

it was super hyped, put some suggestions that you think I should pick up and I'll get

2, 3, 4, I dunno, I'll get a couple of them and read them and we'll find out if for

me the books were worth the hype or if I should have just stayed away.

Now for the books that I actually read.

Okay, we have Twin Star Exorcists volume 9 by Yoshiaki Sukeno, so it's a manga.

See it's so short, there was no way for me to not finish it.

Anyway, I gave it three stars.

It was a big…

yeah it was mostly a fight scene and then I was so unhappy with the way

the book ended, or at least this volume ended, so I uh, yeah three stars.

I've loved most of the other ones in this series but uhm…

not really this one.

Oh, and I'm not going to summarize this because we're like 9 volumes in.

I'm not gonna summarize any of these books cuz they're all continuations of series.

Then I read this guy here, Sword Art Online Progressive manga volume 6 by Reki Kawahara

and again I gave this three stars.

It was just… it was just okay.

It was mostly kind of boring compared to the rest of them so far.

So, I dunno

I hope that when the next one comes out it's more enjoyable.

Then I read 10 and 11 of Twin Star Exorcists volume…

I already said volume, by Yoshiaki Sukeno.

And yeah, because I was so unhappy with how number 9 ended I needed to go pick these up

and find out.

So, number 10 I gave four stars.

It was better, it was less fight scene and more substance but still not amazing.

Then this guy here, number 11, was so good but again I'm so mad at where it left off.

Hopefully it comes out really soon.

It says the next one is available in May.

It is now May.

I will be stalking the bookstore so I can get number 12.

And the last book I read was uhm…

I was going to say Every Heart a Doorway, that's the first book in the series.

Beneath the Sugar Sky, by Seanan McGuire.

I completed this yesterday.

So, like, technically it still counts.

And by yesterday, I mean the 30th…

Dates…

It's all so hard.

I gave this four stars.

I gave Every Heart a Doorway five stars, and I'm pretty sure I gave Down Among the Sticks

and Bones…

I think that's what it was called… also five stars.

This one I didn't enjoy it as much.

I still really enjoyed it and I love the storytelling and all of that, I just found…

Cora was just a little frustrating as one of the more main characters.

She was very focused on constantly saying the word "fat" so it just got really repetitive,

and there were a few phrases here and there that were really repetitive also, and just

written differently like a paragraph later and that kind of started to get to me by the

end of the book.

It was just a little too much.

And then the other thing was that the first two books had a much darker tone to them.

The first one was more of a like murder-mystery portal-fantasy-ish thing and then the second

one was just very dark.

And this one was super light-hearted and sugary and like there was dark-ish things but none

of it was phrased in a dark way I guess, so it just wasn't my favourite of them.

I still really enjoyed it and I still would always recommend this series and I'm definitely

going to pick up the next one when it comes out but uh, yeah.

This one…

mmm…

It's okay.

There ya have it.

Those are the books I read this April.

I have a heck ton of books on my TBR for May so if you haven't seen that video, you should

go check it out where I get Goodreads to tell me the books that are rated lowest average

that I own, and I'm reading those, so I gotta get started on that.

I figured I'd start light today because I'm just tired, so today I'm starting

with Wretched Writing: A Compendium of Crimes Against the Enrish…

*struggles more to say English*

English Language.

Wow, I can speak English clearly.

Anyway, I need to stop fidgeting with things.

I need to go read something and get at least a jump on myself for this- oh shit!

And I have to pick up The Scarlet Letter.

That will be coming.

I will be reading The Scarlet Letter this month for the Keep It Classic book club, which

is also hosted by Jasmine from Novel Thoughts and Vanessa from Paper Faerie so you should

totally join in on that one and choose… choose?

Pick up, The Scarlet Letter.

Wow.

And then join us for a liveshow at the end of the month to talk about what you felt about

it.

So, it would be fun to see you there.

That would be good.

Other than that, I have nothing else to say and my camera battery is dying which is a

hint of "Molly go do laundry and then sit down for a little bit" so I'm going to

do that.

If you enjoyed this video you should like and subscribe to see more in the future.

And you can also become a Notified Human… just hit that button somewhere, down there,

it's on the bottom, I dunno, and then you'll get notified when I do post new videos a lot

coming up in May, I have a lot planned, and… you're super cool!

So, I hope that you have an awesome morning, afternoon, or evening, whichever it is, wherever

you are. See ya!

Sermon Clip: "Remind yourself of why Jesus had to be struck for you." - Duration: 3:35.

What he's saying is - and this is fascinating,

God,

is going to strike Jesus.

Humankind killed Jesus in front of the veil historically,

but what was actually happening was God -

we've got to get our brains here, because

we tend to pitch God as meek and mild and he would never -

the Bible actually says that the Father struck his son.

Struck him.

It was driven

by God himself.

Because, as we talked about that last week, that's how bad our sin is.

And some of you, you have to understand that

that Jesus Christ was struck on a cross.

Scattering the sheep, yes, but the Shepherd was struck by God himself.

The wrath of God fell on him so that it wouldn't have to fall on you.

That's what you should sing about.

That's what you should have glory in.

That's what your whole life needs to be defined by.

He took your place. He substituted himself for you

and all your messed up...the way -

listen, you don't think I know I'm a messed up?

I'm an awfully, look - as a parent?

When I look at the cross I'm like, "he died for my mistakes, he died for Jurassic Park [parenting mistake]."

He died for the mistakes. He died for the mistakes I make every single day of my life.

And listen, you have to be humble enough.

Let the scandal humble you.

Some of you walk in here, you think you're so educated, you're so rich, you're so comfortable,

That nothing could ever scandalize you. Listen -

Be reminded of what you actually are, how narcissistic and self involved you are

and why the Shepherd had to be struck for you.

He had to be struck for you. That's how bad you are.

You know, every time I go and speak somewhere and they introduce me

they always love to pump your tires.

So I'll go speak at a church and it's like,

"And ladies and gentlemen, coming up to the stage now is Mark Clark, his name rhymes,"

"he has a best selling book,"

"he has a big church,"

"people listen to his podcast all over the universe."

Alright? And they do all this crazy stuff.

And you know what I do in the first 3 minutes?

I tell them I have tourette syndrome

so my face will be messed up and my body's going to click around.

I have obsessive compulsive disorder which means when my kids (you know this), brought me their

Easter eggs that they had blown all the yolk out of years ago,

that fragile egg,

and my first daughter brought it, I held it,

because of my obsessive compulsive disorder I have to test everything.

And so I crushed it.

And then my second daughter brought her egg to me and said, "daddy, look at mine!"

And I took it, and as she was off crying and walked away, I crushed it.

Yeah, yeah. That's right. That's me. I did that.

I tell them that.

And I tell them that I won't ride - I'm scared to ride rollercoaster.

I don't like flying.

My wife built everything in our house, and she's smarter than me.

So don't be impressed.

He got struck for me

because I'm a disaster.

And some of you don't even know it.

Some of you don't remind yourself of why he would ever have to be struck for you and you think you're so good.

You need to understand your own need. That's why he died, that's why he rose again.

Sadhguru Explains Yogic Diet - INCREASE YOUR LIFE ENERGY NOW - Duration: 11:15.

now in the foods in the yogic culture we classify foods into three categories

these are called cetera Thomas and Rajas this can be put it this way pranic food

positive pranic food negative chronic food and zero pranic food positive prana

means it adds a certain pranic energy to the system when you consume negative

prana takes away energy from the system zero neither adds nor takes away it's

eaten for taste and lethargy people like lethargy you don't know yes

a whole lot of people are telling me we enjoy sleep nobody can enjoy sleep if

you're enjoying sleep you're not sleeping you may enjoy restfulness you

may enjoy the aftereffect of good sleep that's different you enjoy restfulness

you cannot enjoy sleep you fix this in your head yes or no restfulness must

must for a human being because the rest is the basis of all activity if there is

no restfulness in you you are not capable of dynamic activity yes or no if

you're not rested can you be active no rest is the basis of all activity rest

is one thing sleep is another thing you must differentiate between the two sleep

is a certain inertia the difference between life and death is just this life

is a dynamic process of the energy death is an inertia state of the energy sleep

is playing between the two the more you practice that unknowingly you're

inviting death if you slept for eight hours a day you are inviting death

twenty years earlier or thirty years earlier than what it should have come

yes or no so if you eat positive panic food energy will reverberate in a

dynamic way if you eat negative chronic food it takes away energy and causes

certain deviations in energy if you eat zero pranic it brings lethargy and maybe

you can eat it for case to some extent but look at this classification what are

the foods which fall under this there's no need to look at the positive because

a whole lot of them more positive I can't produce the list we look at the

negative chronic list it's a much shorter less list but unfortunately it

may be a list of all your favorite things too and top of the negative

chronic list is garlic

garlic is very powerful medicine but it's one

thing to consume something as a medicine and it's an entirely different thing to

consume it as a daily food substance it has many many medicinal qualities in

Ayurveda and Siddha we use garlic in a very powerful way for specific ailments

but now your logic is everyday if I pop whatever medicine I can I will be

healthy in I rather we say like this every root every leaf found on this

planet has some medicinal quality it's just that only a few we have

learned how to use others we are yet to learn how to use otherwise every one of

them has some medicinal quality if we are willing to pay attention and learn

how to use them so now if you want to be healthy what you do is anyway it's fall

time there's a lot of leaf just go and eat as much leaf as possible and also

take up a few roots and eat it you will be very healthy that's not how it works

something specific for a specific problem is different just generally

consuming medicinal substances is a different game isn't it

garlic is a very powerful medicine if properly used daily consumption no no

because it plays on your nervous system big time it is a very strong nervous

stimulant if you use garlic your nervous nervous system gets stimulated in a big

way anything that stimulates now a system holds you up for some time and

then dumps you daily usage of nervous stimulants in any form will slowly get

you to a place that you become insensitive to life that you cannot

experience now you're holding dog is the ideal because he is more sensitive than

you his nervous system is far more sensitive than you because he can feel

things and know things that you cannot know this is a higher design that the

dog isn't it so shall I continue the list or just I don't want to become

unpopular here

garlic onion as supported green chilies Oh as a foodie that maybe you are not

used to it it is something very commonly used in Indian cooking it's a very

strong stimulant should I continue

coffee tea

no tea means the caffeine tea is the tea other things are just placebos okay they

are not tea you can boil any flower any leave any route and call it t that's not

tea tea means the tea leaf which is caffeine all these are nervous

stimulants once in a way if you drink they have some benefits but if it

becomes a daily thing slowly it dulls your nervous system your

ability to experience life is gone we are looking at this dimension of the

food mainly in terms of your sensitive sensitivity to life largely people are

ego sensitive they are not life sensitive they can't feel life for them

only their thought and emotion is life because they can't feel life if you walk

out into the forest you can't feel the tree that's why you call it a wood you

can't feel the creatures around you simply because the sensitivity is gone

in so many ways one thing is just the modern life this television this traffic

this constant reverberations one thing I find when I come here is one thing that

makes me get out of buildings in this country is always something is buzzing

you know something is going it has a very bad effect in the human system see

we are also a kind of reverberation there must be space to allow our

reverberations to grow and spread now these machines have such powerful

reverberation constantly boom something is going on and on top of it what we

cannot hear all these wi-fi's and stuff they are doing their own thing yes in

all this there is no room for you to become life sensitive to sit here and be

able to experience the whole universe takes a certain level of sensitivity I

am talking about nervous stimulants in that context you are lowering the

possibility of experiencing life see for example if you just touch this not

everybody will feel just to touch the same way you know this it

depends on how sensitive your system is if you feel this you can know many

things if you're willing so I'm not a coffee hater all right but what I am

saying is a cup of coffee should not determine the quality of your life by

choice you drink today tomorrow you walk away it's fine if it's a compulsion if I

don't drink my coffee my day is ruined then you have to do something about it

yes I'm only talking about this the only parameter is are you moving towards

freedom or are you getting in slaved in some way with a cup of liquid you

shouldn't get enslaved yes with just about anything you getting tangled up I

am saying do everything by choice then there's no problem

if you do it by choice you know when to start when to stop isn't it if you do it

by compulsion what you start you cannot stop this is the whole problem it's not

like you you become a fanatic I don't need this I don't need that I eat this I

don't need that don't become a food fanatic

it's just that eat by choice every meal must be by choice not that you've

decided this is what you will eat and this is what you will not eat don't make

food into religion it is not it is a choice and the choice should be

according to the needs of the body not according to social needs not according

to cultural needs according to the needs of this body isn't it

you

so among the positive planning foods there are a few foods which are very

very positive

you

on top of the list is what is called as an ash guard I think here they call it a

winter melon it is not of the same potency as we find in India the Indian

ash gourd is like phenomenal Asgard is very positive black pepper is very

positive honey is one substance on the planet whose

chemical composition is very close to that of human blood daily consumption of

honey can do wonderful things to you and honey is an extremely good thing to eat

especially if you have children at home make honey culture part of your thing

psychological stability physical well-being vitality all these things can

be greatly enhanced simply consuming daily honey if you have excess fat in

your body if you drink honey with warm water it breaks down the fat in the

system if you drink it with cold water it will give you weight

Space Force Trump Teases Sixth Branch Of US Military Again - Duration: 2:49.

Space

Force Trump Teases Sixth Branch Of US Military Again

by Tyler Durden

Six weeks after Trump told a crowd of U.S. Marines at Miramar Air Station in San Diego

of a proposal to expand the military's reach into space - the President is at it again;

teasing the idea of a space force to a White House crowd on Tuesday.

Trump made the comments while presenting the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy to the Army football

team for its victory over both the Navy and Air Force last year.

"We're actually thinking of a sixth [military branch] and that would be the Space Force,"

said Trump, after naming off the existing military branches.

"Does that make sense?

Because we are getting very big in space, both militarily and for other reasons and

we are seriously thinking of the Space Force."

A few of those in attendance standing behind Trump seemed to have issues taking the idea

seriously:

When Trump floated the idea to Marines at Miramar Air Station in March, he said We are

finally going to lead again, Trump said.

You see whats happening.

You see the rockets going up left and right.

You havent seen that in a long time.

Very soon were going to Mars.

You wouldnt have been going to Mars if my opponent won.

That I can tell you.

You wouldnt even be thinking about it.

You wouldnt be thinking about it, he added.

The President also said we're going to Mars "very soon."

My new national strategy for space recognizes that space is a war-fighting domain, just

like the land, air, and sea.

We may even have a space force, Trump revealed.

We have the air force.

We will have a space force.

We have the Army, Navy.

I was saying at the other day because we are doing a tremendous amount of work in space.

I said maybe we need a new force.

Well call it the space force, and I was not really serious and that I thought what

a great idea, maybe well have to do that.

That could happen.

That could be the big breaking story, said Trump.

Proponents and critics have debated the merit of a dedicated "Space Corps" for decades,

which would take over the Air Force's current operations in space - with some pointing out

that the United States has been a party to an international treaty that limits military

activities in space

since 1967.
