New Power Rangers Movie - Mastadon Battle Zord Vs Megazord Jurassic Park Unboxing 2017

ok guys super excited i finally got all

of the new off power rangers Megazords

and once does reviewing get all we're

going to go ahead and put him together

off so far i only reviews the t-rex one

and now i'm going to do the mastodon

battle doors with black Ranger awesome

so this does come with the black Ranger

and then it's going to go off form into

a huge megazor there so that is Saban's

power rangers and here is some of the

option you have is a long ranger cockpit

without black Ranger fit in you have all

launching catapult and then here is the

other Megazords you gotta buy put

together got the key rack master on the

saber-tooth the Triceratops and this

period axle like i said i got all of the

end so keep watching ah I'll review them

and put them together

ok so let's go ahead and remove this guy

from the attack

ok so on this one is probably one of the

weirder ones to me it doesn't look like

a mastodon at all bought it looks like a

giant bug starting off justice launcher

here which will launch the net i will

show you in a minute on both sides this

guy's got off four legs so you got eight

legs in the front I mean like I said I'm

not seeing of Mastodon

seeing giant close basically then here

is a look at the side the back look at

the bottom of the guy and then the

launcher it comes with a little net here

that you can launch the go ahead and put

the net in there and then you just

physically lift this up here lunch the

net so this does launch pretty good

distance and then it comes with the tiny

little black power ranger with full

articulation on the arms and he could

sit down and you put this guy right into

the front here so this front off front

like cockpit here opens up you slide the

guy into here so you don't lose him

because he is tiny and close it up as

your wrist ago

what one thing I don't really like about

forming this guy I mean you gotta take

these things completely apart off if you

watched my power rangers videos I mean

they do a much better job there of

building the Voltron and it's much

simpler so basically here you're going

to take this whole top part off you're

going to have to take all of this guy's

legs off

you're going to go ahead and pull his

head off going to pull this armor off

the bottom and then this part here will

slide up and that this is his legs apart

here so you're going to take the head of

the mastodon you're going to put it back

there that's going to be it for you're

going to put this armor piece of top

over here let's go ahead and then you're

going to take the off part of the leg

here which is going to form off arch

support with this guy and there you have

it that is his leg so like I said I it

is a huge leg I mean it's not all that

bad looking it if you did see my Voltron

reviews on the big Voltron you put

together with the five legendary Lions

you're going to see what I'm talking

about

I mean I like that guy a lot better much

better quality but off anyways you know

this is what we get

so you have to work with what we guess

I mean but it does look pretty cool once

the leg is together and we just give

like a really nice armor-plated look to

the legs

ok guys here is a very good size of

their continued to see how you got

really is this is the big interactive

talking one from toys-r-us this guy is

huge for now compare him to the megazord

that you create and you could see how

much bigger that guy

wow just his legs are almost as tall as

the big mega George employees

ok

METRICANTHOSAURUS AQUATIC TOURNAMENT!!! || Jurassic World - The Game - Ep 186 HD - Duration: 23:13.

ok guys we've got this all work is to

jump right into this tournament here

METRICANTHOSAURUS AQUATIC TOURNAMENT!!! || Jurassic World - The Game - Ep 186 HD

I don't know how this is gonna work for

tournament you usually start with pretty

much your lowest dinos because i usually

pretty left low-level stuff at the

beginning to see what we brought in

title of tourists that's not good

kill my kids gasp the advantage there

Lock warm

I ok not off to a great start to block

one way out flat file storage here right

up the bed like you know what are you

today the what that's like bringing up

to a battle

ok so very guys of the bed

okay let's try this again

ok so new team water shell cave let's

see who i am facing ok looking a little

better just good try it hopefully

they're not attracted he

water is one block reserves i guess

probably that is expected for the block

I killed him ok 23 and he is a case of

water got 3 i'm going to rise doing

block should chance he might just sit

down you don't want to get guys to get

distracted

hey I've got no because I had the

stronger dinos this college I have

reason to lose here for still blocking

our way

45 and I can kill five blocks and I had

religion except being distracted okay my

4 is 20 i jump right into the top 10%

job for athletic battle

okay roll

oh I will show him you know people have

one gun in those off

I didn't I I thought maybe they'd lock

for doing it well I mean I seen some

youtube videos where they have won them

so it is possible to win the card pack

of the one you're fighting in the

tournament that is ok so I'm going to

shell water cave and get this show on

the road

fighting okay

this guy does have the advantage i'm

going to 41 is research can only attack

the shell good again she'll head shave

reserves to left and is a water shell is

glued again you know what you can do it

ok so he is a shell shell the right now

this is a sense of 21 into

down

I don't get me the next you know like

that that will do i get again you used

to the class system for aquatic I mean

it is totally different really apologize

to you guys

you watching me i'm sure you guys

interested are watching me huge be

teaching you guys how to win and here is

moving like so let's try these three now

pliosaurus Thoris shell water

k three different classes

oh they got it

the shell is good against this shell

shell guys want to bring water shell is

good again this doesn't have to be

walking up like that but now we know

exactly how much you need for three

she'll go cave good again shell and he

does have one thinking this guy is

blocking now you know how he was walking

till the wire I think it's six or adjust

the text is a good chance now walking

he's like way you can try to reblock one

reserved cs6 I'd hit that wall

what now he's got one should get yes so

I was on their class here but I about

the victory

cool so much always show 257 there's I'm

in the top 5% number 29 so as you can

see I mean scores for everybody right

now so friendlier wheel

ok looks like this back pulling ok jump

to the next I'm going to try one shell

to cage what happens here said I mean

this tournament is totally dude oh wow

haha take a look at those guys

foot reserve quality making just don't

like I'm just going to build off my

reserves fighting going to go down 6x6

check out that one of the designers down

all so they have much of the chair

ok boy

x7 never had a chance to a cell damage

or aquatic battle the thing is that

nobody ever most people don't build up

their aquatic creatures because you get

so few opportunities to actually use

them

ok so let's try this applies for the

story I keep running into teams like

that last one stuck around that

Wow yes we're looking at six horas know

this

even with the class guys notice this

case bring in those two in reserve like

a very little chance of going to be

running here he is the shell is good for

you

he is waters the shell water and that's

gonna have to be water taken any of this

don't with just three attackers about

their next that all going to actually

use three what have of better chill

looks like somebody kept up with their

aquatic he knows they're the ones that

are probably doing great tournament but

i did not because there's not really any

reason to as you can see all 3 of my top

ones are water-based so let's do this

i'm going to go with the flow down six

stories I don't think I'll be able to

tell me that class of quiet running into

now it's very unlikely that a moment

please its forests and they get shell

shell is good against water are scary

and he just ok

this battles over LA right now no chairs

shit i just get back and forth but it

won't be long

I

one tap water there

I don't like okay i will try one more

battle but i'm probably gonna quit in

the middle of the next battle because i

don't have a connoisseurs i'm going to

actually release tourists would like one

more but I mean I'm going up against

dinos that are so much more powerful

than be right now because some of these

guys seem to have kept up with their

aquatic and i did did did it

get there Santa

it's like it's like you're coming up

with this direction without water

storage

attack for and and that we always

tournament we gotta have time to do it

everyday all they don't because i have

my other big toys channel which is

picking up too much chillin

so that is where i'm going to stay top

5% the form click the boxes below for a

lot more fun videos that if you want to

see even more go ahead and click the

Shaving tricky areas of the face | Gillette Fusion Precision Trimmer - Duration: 1:29.

Your cheeks feel smooth.

The shave is close, and you're almost done.

But that's when the real challenge begins.

Those hairs in difficult to reach places, under the nose,

close to the lip.

And then, there are the lines.

A neat side burn, a clean line between skin and beard.

The problem is simple.

Multi-blade cartridges give you a close and comfortable shave

across the larger surfaces of the face.

But they just can't create perfect accuracy.

Look how far the point of vision is away from the actual blade.

This isn't the answer.

You need something small enough for the gap between nose and beard

that enables you to see and define the lines you're creating with confidence.

The solution is already in your hand.

Gillette Fusion, a family of razors with a single blade

positioned at the back of the cartridge, enabling

all the precision you require whilst locking

cartridge movement for great control.

So you can glide over the face and trim neat edges

with an effortless roll of the fingers.

The Gillette Fusion family, five blades on the front,

plus one precision trimmer on the back.

My Neighbor, Charles | 이웃집 찰스 - Ep.96 [ENG/2017.02.03] - Duration: 48:12.

(The hot place for designs)

(Korea's landmark DDP)

(Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Jung-gu, Seoul)

(96th class at the foreigner school)

This is My Neighbor, Charles

where we meet foreigners living in Korea.

- Hello. / - Hello.

While we were preparing for today's show,

I saw something quite remarkable.

Seokcheon was making noises as

he was sitting down.

Getting old sure is scary.

- Aging really is scary. / - Exactly.

After I passed mid-forties,

my body feels older every day and every year.

What do you two think about aging?

In other countries, especially in Europe,

there is this belief that a man's life begins from 30.

So, I'm not that concerned about growing old.

As you get older,

you start to give up on a lot of things

such as your dreams.

Right.

Our guest today is

someone who has overcome his age

and pushed himself with a new challenge.

- He sounds great. / - He's coming?

That's right.

Let's now meet our guest.

Please come in.

(Welcome)

- Hi! / - So cute.

Welcome.

Hello.

My name is Dan Gauthier.

I'm from Canada.

Yes, I look younger

because I am only about 25, 26.

This is my younger brother.

When someone get to that age,

they always say that their mental age is 25 or 26.

I heard that it is very rude to ask someone's age...

- In Western cultures? / - Yes, it is.

Dan, I'm afraid we can't avoid the question.

How old are you this year?

Good question.

I was born in April 16...

1958.

He was born in the Year of the Dog.

Wasn't Kim Heungkook also born in 1958?

Goodness me.

In Korean age, he is 60 years old.

In Korea, I'm 30.

I'm Dan's wife. My name is Jung Minjeong.

I'm in my mid-forties.

I'm 45 years old and I live in Ulsan.

Do you live in Ulsan?

What about your handsome son?

Could you introduce yourself?

I'm 7, no. 8 years old. My name is Zachary.

He's very shy.

He has a very quiet voice. Very quiet.

There seems to be an age gap between you two.

Weren't you worried a little about that?

For me, it's easy to approach any woman.

- He seems confident. / - He's full of confidence.

I don't know. You know, in Western countries,

we don't take age as a... It's not an issue.

She worked at an English academy.

Minjeong was the director.

She managed all the foreign teachers.

So, we just became friends.

Minjeong, when did you start to see Dan as a man?

My mother passed away around March.

Dan came to my mother's funeral.

He had only been in Korea for 4 months.

He came to the funeral.

He prayed and told me that it had

only been two years since his father passed away.

He comforted me with warm words.

Even though there is an age gap,

he's that much wiser.

Yes, right.

He settled in Korea because of love.

At the beginning of the show,

we mentioned that you were going for a new challenge.

What challenge?

I opened a restaurant a few months ago.

A restaurant?

It's a Western-fusion restaurant in Ulsan.

Has it only been three months?

This is the hardest period, right?

You'd know about this the most.

When you first open a restaurant,

you're filled with confidence.

However, as soon as you open up,

the first feeling you get is, "Why did I do this?"

- It is very hard. / - I agree.

Your body would be hurting all over the place.

He must have a lot of stress and worries.

I'm sure he has put a lot of effort into it.

Let's take a look.

(My Neighbor, Charles)

(Nam-gu, Ulsan)

It's been 3 months since Dan has become a chef.

Every day, he's excited to go to work.

His head is filled with thoughts of the customers

and the restaurant he opened.

As soon as he steps into the restaurant,

he doesn't have a moment to take a break.

First, he puts on the proper attire.

After that...

This is my breakfast.

Five of them.

(Five bottles of black beer for breakfast?)

You're just joking, right?

(Opening)

What is he trying to do with the beer?

What is that?

This is batter for my fish and chips.

So once I put it in the fridge and leave it there,

for 1 to 3 days, it gets better.

He does have his own recipe for this.

Most fries are frozen. Frozen fries.

But this is fresh.

I just put it in here.

He puts a lot of effort into something as simple as fries.

(I have to do everything myself)

What is he doing now?

(The main ingredient, burger patties)

Patties are the most important ingredient in a burger.

He doesn't make them in bulk,

but instead, he makes just enough for the day.

The onions are ready and so is the spaghetti.

I'm all set.

Now, all I need are the customers.

Right, all he needs are customers.

When will they come?

(First customer comes in)

After an agonizing wait, the first customer is here.

He looks quite aged.

Dan!

Hello.

- Welcome. / - It's nice to see you.

Please take a seat.

(Why don't you sit as well?)

I don't have time. I have to go back into the kitchen.

Hold on.

It seems like they know each other.

Is he a regular customer?

Where are you going? Aren't you going to order?

That's the kitchen.

Is there something you need?

Are there normally no customers at this time?

Yes.

(Oh, no...)

He looks and asks around if they get many customers

and whether the restaurant is clean.

Who is this man?

He's family,

so I have to come and take a look.

I should have a look around.

I need to check if he has set this place up well.

That's normal.

As an elder, it's normal for me to come in

and check up on my son-in-law.

Dan starts to become busy because of

his father-in-law's unexpected visit.

Good.

His father-in-law prefers Korean cuisine.

As a Western cuisine chef,

it must be a lot of pressure for him.

However, he enjoys fried fish

so he prepares it with sincerity.

(Sizzling)

Am I doing okay, so far?

(Nervous)

Dan, you look nervous.

Please enjoy the food.

Okay.

The father and son-in-law enjoy a meal together.

This isn't your first time meeting.

Why are you so quiet?

(He just quietly enjoys the food)

(Looking away due to awkwardness)

(Uncomfortable)

Dan, why do you two look so uncomfortable?

Do you have a lot of customers coming in these days?

Customers? Yes.

It's so-so. It's quiet.

But tonight, it will be busy.

(Busy? What does that mean?)

It's a pretty quiet table.

I need an interpreter.

This is the longest conversation

that I've had with my father-in-law.

Since 2007.

Really.

I never sit down with him.

It's because I can't speak Korean.

And, I get really nervous.

It's pretty stressful.

I need soju.

His father-in-law also finds this situation.

quite frustrating.

(I want a drink)

I'm full.

(Sitting on pins and needles)

While the two sit in awkward silence,

customers enter the restaurant.

Thank you.

(See you later)

Dan, are you just going to leave him like that?

I can't communicate with him.

Other foreigners who've lived in Korea for 10 years

can speak Korean really well.

We know people from the UK,

and they can speak Korean really well.

I don't think Dan tries to learn.

(Too bad)

It's so hard for him have a talk with his son-in-law.

Thanks for the meal.

Okay.

Thank you.

I'll be back.

(You're coming back again?)

- Have a good day. / - Thank you.

Take care.

It seems he has a lot to say.

How unfortunate.

(Dan's wife's English Academy)

The father-in-law thinks that Dan can't speak Korean

because of his daughter, Minjeong.

Minjeong who is an English teacher,

talks to Dan in English.

The couple met as colleagues 17 years ago.

They fell in love despite their 15-year age gap.

After a long period of dating, they finally married.

They say it wasn't easy because

Minjeong's father was against the marriage.

My father asked why I'm not getting married at my age,

and I told him, "I like Dan."

He said, "That's out of the question."

I didn't like that he's a foreigner.

The issue wasn't whether or not he had parents

or a fortune.

I wanted her to marry a Korean

so I could call him out for a drink.

However, she brought back a foreigner...

Regardless, he loves his son-in-law

and wants his business to thrive.

The restaurant is filled with customers at night.

More than half of the customers are foreigners.

This is all because of Dan's amazing cooking skills.

We have one cheese steak and Zack burger.

The Zack burger is a popular dish.

I created this burger because of my son.

The patty is the key to the Zack burger.

First, lightly grill the patty.

Then, place it in the oven.

With these two steps, the patty is fully cooked.

(Place it in the oven until the patty is fully cooked)

(Leave it in for three minutes)

That's not all.

The patty is placed over a grill for a third grilling.

He melts cheese on top.

(Place two slices of cheese on the patty)

Home-made burgers are quite popular these days.

A thick patty, layers of cheese,

and layers of vegetables.

It's a towering burger.

How many layers are there?

And some fries with the burger.

My mouth is watering.

It's not Western food made to fit Korean tastes.

It's made for Westerners who want a taste of home.

That is the taste Chef Dan strives for.

(What will the customers think?)

What do you think? Does it remind you of home?

It's the best!

(Dan goes out to hear the customers' reviews)

- Hi. / - How was everything?

It was very good.

Yeah, it was great.

It's just good to eat a meal that's from back home.

Yes. That's my intention.

It's to bring a taste of home here.

See you later.

- Thanks for having us. / - Thanks for coming.

- Bye. Have a good one. / - Two nights in a row!

- See you next week. / - Good-bye! See you next week.

Dan grew up seeing his parents run a restaurant

and nourished his dream of becoming a chef.

(He graduated a French cooking school in Korea)

During his training to become a chef three years ago,

he decided to chase his dream.

He had worked as an English teacher,

ran a trade company,

and appeared on television.

Dan had lived a stable life.

He could've been worried about

starting a new profession.

It's challenging.

I don't want to do something boring.

If it's boring, I quit.

Cooking has always been a passion.

I like to do something new.

Of course, money is important,

but money is not a goal.

Money is just the result of your goal.

He's busy making dinner orders.

(Ringing)

Hello.

(A call he's been waiting for?)

Oh, you want to make a reservation?

For when?

How many people?

What?

15... 20 people?

I'm sorry. I can't.

Unfortunately, I'm alone here.

Good-bye.

(He refused a group reservation!)

Since he's the only chef at the restaurant,

Dan has so many things to do.

He tried to find chefs since the opening,

but he couldn't find anyone suitable.

That's why he's been doing all the cooking by himself.

for the past three months.

With so many things to do,

Dan works an average of 14 hours a day.

It must be so exhausting.

(Sigh)

(Dan's wife came after her work)

Dan's wife, Minjeong,

has been his solid supporter.

With Dan glued to the kitchen,

she constantly refills the supplies for her husband.

Dan, I brought the sausages.

Out!

Okay.

Say good-bye to daddy.

Zachary is here with his mom to see his dad.

Give me a kiss.

Give me a hug.

Dan leaves the kitchen only after seeing his son.

Dad, come home fast.

Okay, I'll come home fast, all right?

See you, buddy!

Love you!

People who have children at that age would know

how the words, "come home" can be so aching.

That night.

(Zachary grabs the phone as soon as he comes home)

Who are you calling?

I'm calling dad.

I think your dad would be busy with work.

Why isn't he answering his phone?

He always tells his dad to come home early

but Dan can't always keep his promise.

Luckily, Zachary plays well by himself

without any complaints.

Still, he must feel disappointed.

Do you want your dad to come home early?

Yes.

No, it's okay if he's late.

Why?

He can make more money

if there are more customers.

What an understanding 8-year-old boy.

(It's almost midnight)

It's already midnight.

(Reading a book with mom before going to bed)

Is he planning to stay up until his dad comes home?

I'll tuck you in.

It doesn't look like Zachary is ready to go to sleep.

Say good night.

Good night, mommy.

Good night, Zachary. Love you!

Will Zachary's day end like this?

Today was...

Do you want the door open?

(I'll sleep when dad gets home)

Where are you going?

The restaurant closed a while ago,

but Dan is still in the kitchen.

He still has laundry to do.

He doesn't bring his kitchen uniform home

and washes it himself.

Why is he washing it here?

Minjeong does enough.

I want her to come home and rest.

She teaches long hours and takes care of Zachary.

She sometimes comes home at 12 o'clock

from teaching.

So I don't want her to start scrubbing my uniform.

I can do it here.

(Shaking off the laundry)

Dan doesn't want his work

to become a burden to his family.

I'm sure his family knows how he feels.

The next morning.

(Family vs. Work)

Time to wake up.

Good morning.

Good morning.

(Wobbling)

Dan goes to see Zachary first thing in the morning.

He must have missed him so much.

Wake up, buddy.

Come on.

It's breakfast time.

It's the only time the family can see each other

on the weekdays.

Zachary?

(Eat your breakfast)

Despite his mother urging him to eat,

Zachary doesn't seem interested in his food.

Whenever he sees his dad, he lights up with a smile

and he just wants to play.

Eat, Zachary.

Don't start.

Leave me alone. I'm tired.

(Dad is tired)

Dan finds it hard to overcome the morning fatigue.

Will he be okay today?

He even has a reservation.

Good morning.

(Is it his father-in-law?)

Thank you.

How much was it?

You don't need to pay me.

Hey, Zachary.

The reservation is for his in-laws.

They've all come to visit.

(Jeong Sangwon, nephew, 100 days old)

It turns out the family is here to celebrate

Dan's nephew's 1st birthday.

They're having a family event.

(Family photo time)

Now that the entire family is here,

they need to take photos.

Minjeong, tell Dan to come out.

- Bring him out. / - Okay.

We have to take a group photo.

- You're cooking, right? / - Yes, I am.

I was wondering why Dan was so busy.

It's because he has customers.

(Dan joins his family later)

It's hard to take a family photo together.

Say cheese.

They managed to take the family photo

together with Dan.

(Family photo is done)

What are you doing, sir?

Oh, you want to take a picture with your son-in-law?

You look happy,

but you also seem a bit uncomfortable.

He shouldn't put his arm around me like this.

(Age doesn't matter)

I think I have to go cook now.

(Running away)

He hurriedly goes back to the kitchen.

He's busy making the orders and food for his family.

(Focused)

His family have begun to eat first.

Did Dan have breakfast?

Did Dan have breakfast?

He hasn't had breakfast yet.

It would be nice if he came out to eat with us.

I'll go get him.

The father-in-law runs to Dan.

He must have felt bad for his son-in-law

who don't even have time to eat.

You should eat with us.

(Flustered)

No, it's all right. I can't.

I have to make these.

What does he want?

You're busy?

Yes, I'm busy. I have to cook.

Bring your dad with you.

Bring your father with you. I have to cook.

Let's go. He'll come later.

He'll come later.

He had no choice but to go back.

after Dan's sharp reaction.

It would be nice to eat together.

Today is a special day.

We don't get to eat together like this often.

The kitchen is a war zone.

It's a dangerous place.

When you're working in the kitchen, you're busy.

You don't have time to look around.

Everything is instinct.

So, I don't like it when I'm busy,

and there are people that

don't deserve to be in the kitchen.

It's not a playground.

The next day.

(Zachary is a kindergartener)

A special class started at Zachary's kindergarten.

My dad is handsome,

and my mom is pretty.

The kids introduce their families with drawings.

Mom is 44 years old and dad is 45 years old.

That means they're one year apart.

- Who? / - Your mom and dad are a year apart.

They're 44 and 45, so they're a year apart.

Are they really a year apart?

Are you sure?

(Nodding)

(Was it two?)

That was a really good introduction.

How will Zachary do on his family introduction?

A classmate has finished her introduction.

The kids wait for the teacher to call out their names.

It looks like Zachary wants to go next.

Next is Zachary.

It's Zachary's turn.

(I'm going to do well)

Zachary!

(How will he introduce his family?)

This is my mother.

What does your father do, Zachary?

- He's a chef. / - What kind of food does he cook?

Everything.

He cooks all kinds of food?

He may not know his dad's age,

but to Zachary, his dad is the best chef

who can make anything.

Later that afternoon,

Zachary came to the restaurant.

His top-chef dad...

He's busy, of course.

Zachary goes to see for himself just in case.

Dad.

Are you busy?

Yes. Why?

You want something?

- You want something? / - Yes.

What do you want?

- I want you. / - Okay, well...

Just let me cook this. I'll go see you after, okay?

All right?

Zachary, aren't you sad?

He has a lot to cook because

there are a lot of customers.

He'll play with me later.

Dad will play with me later.

(He makes a second attempt)

Dad? Are you busy?

Are you busy or not busy?

Yes, I'm busy.

You got to go out, buddy.

Are you really busy?

Just a little. Why?

How busy are you?

What?

This much?

Just a little.

You have to go out, okay?

He wants me to go.

I'm going to play with you after, okay?

He sadly runs back but

as expected of Dan's son...

He tries again and again.

However, the answer is always...

You got to go out. You have to go out, okay?

Is he going to play with you after you wait?

No, he won't.

- What? / - He won't play with me.

Why?

He won't play with me because he's busy.

When does he play with you then?

On Mondays.

- What? / - On Mondays.

On Mondays, the restaurant closes.

It's Dan's only day of rest.

Zachary waits to play with his dad.

(Dad, look at me!)

How amazing would it be if every day was a Monday.

(I hope Monday comes soon)

Unfortunately, Zachary isn't the only one

who's waiting for Monday.

Hi, Dan!

His father-in-law has come to visit

around closing time.

Have a seat.

(Awkward)

Can I have a beer?

You want some beer?

Beer?

The men getting together for a beer

happens maybe once a year.

It's been a while since I've had beer.

- Cheers! / - Good to see you.

Bottoms up!

It looks like

his father-in-law has something on his mind.

What is he planning to say?

If you had learned Korean faster,

we would have had beer together more often.

We would have gone to karaoke together

and on outings more often.

We could have met more often.

Try to learn Korean by the 2018 Winter Olympics.

(Olympics? Korean?)

Dan, did you understand what he said?

(Dan Gauthier, from Canada)

(Korean!)

Wouldn't it be easier to win a medal?

Impossible. I don't have time.

You must learn Korean.

I can't promise anything.

- What did he say? / - He says he can't do it.

No, I have no time.

Learning Korean never has been a priority for me.

My wife speaks English.

We don't speak Korean at home.

I've lived in Korea for 15 years

and I have no trouble getting along.

Before at the restaurant, you asked

him to learn Korean by the 2018 Winter Olympics.

If he learns Korean by the Winter Olympics,

I actually own some land in Pyeongchang.

I don't have a lot but I'd like to

help them out and do something nice for them.

But right now, I don't have any intention of doing that.

I don't have the financial wealth to help them, either.

The day after tomorrow, on Monday,

let's go hiking in the morning.

- Monday? / - In the morning.

8 a.m.

No. Not climbing.

How about 9 a.m.?

I have to buy the groceries on Monday morning.

I also have to pick up Zachary. I don't have a holiday.

Goodness me. When will these two become close?

(It's not easy for him to become closer with Dan)

It's finally Monday.

Will he choose his father-in-law or Zachary?

That is the question.

The day after tomorrow, on Monday,

let's go hiking in the morning.

Monday?

(Zachary wanted to play together for the whole Monday)

(Monday is a precious day for me)

Who will Dan choose to spend his Monday with?

(He got up early even though it is his day off)

Dan, it must be a very difficult decision for you.

I feel tired this morning.

Where is he dragging his tired body to?

It's Zachary's kindergarten.

Sir, unfortunately, you'll have to go hiking next time.

Now. Here we go.

Zachary.

(It's dad!)

- Are you from the U.S.? / - No, I'm Canadian.

Are we going to be on TV?

You're so lucky!

Zachary is happy that his dad has come.

What is this?

Dan, did you prepare a gift?

It's a mask.

Dan knows what Zachary likes.

Now, people are afraid of you.

(Holding tightly)

Where are they going while holding hands?

They've come to an arcade.

- Do you have enough? / - Yeah.

Put your mask on.

Let's go. Here we go.

Goodness me. When did you prepare that?

Dan, didn't you say that you were tired before?

I can tell that you're smiling behind the mask.

(Batman is having more fun than Spider-Man)

For a 60-year-old dad to play with his 8-year-old son,

he needs to have a lot of stamina.

Usually, when I carry him he passes out.

He's going to fall asleep.

No. I'm not sleepy.

Okay.

You are the one who is sleepy.

All right.

(Goodness, my shoulders hurt)

I don't want to walk fast.

I don't want to walk fast.

- Okay. Walk slowly. / - It's because you are heavy.

You really are heavy.

(I'm only going to get heavier from now on)

Dan, I think you need to exercise a lot more.

Zachary, what is your favorite day of the week?

It's Monday.

I get to play with dad.

We go to the arcade.

He buys me toys as well.

I want to fight with my dad.

Daddy, daddy.

(The third part of the date, wrestling?)

Is this what you meant by fighting?

Gosh. Kids never seem to get tired.

It looks like they'll be wrestling through the night.

(Zachary is like a battery that never runs out)

Get that box.

Zachary, I think you should think of your dad.

Are you okay?

Yes, I'm okay.

- Daddy. / - Yes?

Daddy, why don't you copy me?

Okay. I have just one.

I have a great idea, Zachary.

Let's play a game.

Let's close our eyes

and see who can keep their eyes closed the longest.

(He's not listening)

And this can travel really far.

(I want to lie down)

Dan, are you going to give up?

Even though his body is completely exhausted,

he still feels happy at this moment.

It's because his son, Zachary is smiling.

(Even though he is exhausted, he is happy)

(That evening)

Zachary finally fell asleep after playing.

Dan and his wife, Minjeong,

spend some time alone.

How was your day?

It was good. It was tiring.

I had to clean everything.

I had to change the oil.

The oil was dirty.

The oil wasn't hot.

I tried to hurry up.

To come home?

Yes, and when I hurry up,

I always screw up.

I burned myself twice today.

So I fired myself.

I looked into the mirror and said, "You're fired."

So tomorrow I'm going to sleep in.

Even though her husband jokes around,

Minjeong is still worried.

Do you want to post a job position on the website?

Yes, we should. We should post it again.

Okay, let me know.

Two years of experience in cooking Western food.

If they know how to cook Korean and Japanese food

would be nice.

Willing to create dishes.

Willing to learn.

Being able to speak English would be an asset.

Does a person like this actually exist?

This would be the perfect person. Just like you.

It's really hard to find the perfect person like you.

Don't you think so?

Am I dreaming?

Wake up. Wake up.

The year 2017 might be your year. Don't worry.

Yes, thank you.

I hope they can find a chef soon.

However, the next day, and the day after that,

he didn't get any applications.

(No applicants...)

Dan, don't worry too much.

I'm sure the perfect person will appear soon.

Another week has past, and it is Monday again.

(The father-in-law is here early in the morning)

Why has the father-in-law come to visit?

Is Dan awake yet?

No, he's still sleeping.

We should wake him up, then.

Wait...

When you look at him,

it doesn't look like he has any health problems.

But they say, "No one can avoid getting old."

When you pass 60 and get closer to 70,

I'm sure he'll have a lot of health problems.

I don't think he has the desire to exercise.

I don't remember having exercised with him

during the last 10 years.

The father-in-law looks very nervous.

I'm worried about how Dan will react.

Good morning.

As expected, Dan seems very uncomfortable.

They've just left but I'm already worried.

- Have a good time. / - Okay. We'll be back.

Okay.

Are you going to walk separately the whole time?

(Distance)

Dan.

Let's go together.

When it's frustrating because you can't communicate,

there is only one solution.

You have to communicate through your body.

(The father-in-law counts for him)

4.

10.

11.

In front of his father-in-law,

he shows off his stamina.

(Dan did 17 sit-ups)

It's the father-in-law's turn this time.

I think you need to be careful.

(The harsh instructor appears)

If you do half, it is a zero.

You have to do full sit-ups.

Hey, you have to go down.

Go down more.

No, no.

Your hands should be behind your head.

Up.

There it is. That's sit-ups.

Down.

You have to go all the way down.

Up. Good.

1, 2, 3.

(I'm sure I will win)

34.

Keep going. Good job.

I'll come back 10 minutes later. Good job.

I did more than Dan.

(I won)

He can't do that many.

They have warmed up their bodies now.

Have they started to open up to each other now?

Why are you two standing like that?

It is nice.

I'm happy to be exercising with my son-in-law today.

Dan, you still feel sleepy, right?

That's good. I'm glad you're happy.

Good.

Let's take a break.

That seat is for couples.

Sir, that bench is...

That bench is for couples.

Is there a law that says only couples can sit there?

Goodness.

(Uncomfortable and awkward)

Okay, that's enough for the camera.

How about the two of you come here

without a camera next time?

I want to have a good relationship with

my father-in-law, of course.

I understand the mentality of Korean men here.

I've been here long enough.

He came home in a good mood.

It's been a while since the family have gotten together.

I think they are drawing something.

What is that, Zachary?

Are they planning a vacation trip?

When would you like to go on a trip?

Well, today.

Today?

Would you like to go today?

We can take rest.

We can take rest?

- Dad can rest, too. / - That's right.

I'm sure Dan would also like to spend every day

with his family.

Dan, there are many things to overcome

and endure in your new challenge,

but don't give up.

Your loving family will support you forever.

(Hope you'll become an acknowledged chef!)

(My Neighbor, Charles)

We just watched Chef Dan's life in Korea.

Today, we also have Dan's father-in-law,

Jeong Jinhan with us today.

- Hello. / - It's nice to meet you.

It's nice to meet you.

Your son-in-law works very hard inside the kitchen.

He has just started a new business as well.

How do you feel about this?

For me, it's actually sad to see.

I would like my children to succeed.

But right now, I'm not satisfied.

- You're worried about them. / - Yes, I am.

Sir, you don't have to be that worried.

After seeing and hearing from him,

your son-in-law has a lot of

experience running a business in Canada.

He's an expert.

I feel like he has his own cooking philosophy.

Food is culture.

If you know the food,

then you'll be able to understand the culture.

When you first open up a restaurant,

you feel very tired and sleepy.

You have to stand up for the whole day.

You have to talk with the customers and cook.

It's hectic.

And when you come home,

you just want to collapse on your bed and sleep.

That's how you feel, right?

I get tired around 6 p.m.

My energy level goes down.

I really need a power nap.

So, I work around 14 hours a day.

- 14 hours? / - From the moment I get up.

It depends.

(Father-in-law, don't worry)

While we were talking,

the father-in-law didn't look that happy.

He seems very worried.

Sir, you seem to be full of worry.

What are you worried so much about?

These two people are foreigners, right?

- Yes, we are. / - That's right.

Then, you'd expect them to speak English

but their Korean is really good.

Yes.

But, what exactly is the problem?

What about Dan?

I came here to teach English.

I live in Korea in an English environment.

And I have...

And...

I don't have any excuse.

What do you want me to say?

No excuse.

You might think it's an excuse

but Minjeong speaks English really well, right?

In those cases, the husbands won't speak Korean.

He confidently talked about his cooking philosophy.

But as soon as we talked about his Korean,

his expression...

He's become very quiet.

He looks lost.

You feel frustrated, right? Can you promise us?

It has nothing to do with how many years

you have lived in the country to learn language.

I can't make any promises but I'll try.

That's good.

Really. I will make an effort.

Don't worry, be happy.

You are the icon of challenging yourself.

So, push yourself to learn Korean.

Since he is an pretty old son-in-law,

I've heard that you worry a lot about his health.

He must be very tired when he gets home at night.

So, I worry about him a lot.

It'd be nice if he shared some of his burdens.

If he did that, he could spend more time with his family.

He could spend more time with Zachary.

That's how I feel.

He wants to do an activity with his son-in-law.

That's right.

He wants to get close.

I'm sure when he sees other families,

he sees fathers and sons-in-law getting along

and doing something together like drinking.

They go hiking together.

- That's what you want, right? / - Right.

That's what the father-in-law wants.

When I go, I see the customers eating the food.

I'm curious to know whether they enjoyed

my son-in-law's cooking.

I'm curious to know whether they'll come back again.

I have those thoughts when I go there.

I can't help it.

You could print out a survey

and give it to the customers.

That way, they can evaluate the taste.

This is funny but a very difficult problem.

In Korean culture,

the family gives a lot of love to the son-in-law.

From a foreign son-in-law's perspective,

he's continuously asking for them not to get too close.

That's?right.

The father-in-law must be hurt by that.

In these cases, both parties need to

be more understanding. That's the only solution.

When we go on a trip together,

my dad also says that he had fun.

He says that he gets along with Dan.

Dan is also very considerate of dad.

He always asks me to invite dad over.

He says he'll cook something nice.

When you go to a Korean person's house,

the son-in-law does nothing and

the daughter cooks everything, right?

When I come to visit, my daughter is sitting on the sofa,

and my son-in-law does everything.

He does everything.

I tell her that she should help him.

For the first 3 or 4 years,

he felt very uncomfortable in the house.

He didn't know what to do.

Also, after you eat,

the woman should do the dishes.

Does he also do the dishes?

Dan and Zachary do all the dishes.

Zachary stands on a stool and do the dishes.

I saw this many times.

It is a beautiful culture.

That really is wonderful.

If there was anything that you had felt today...

Dan, could you tell your father-in-law

something that you'll try harder at?

Yes, you really don't have to worry about

my business or our life.

Because everything will be okay.

Everything is okay right now

and it will get better.

And I will learn Korean.

He said it.

I'd like all of you to come to Ulsan three years later.

Come over to the restaurant.

It will have become a good restaurant.

It will have become a famous restaurant by then.

Will that be okay?

Do you think you can do it?

Of course.

(The conflict has been resolved)

In the case of people who have retired,

I believe he has become an inspiration for them.

Dan, I think you showed the viewers that.

Thank you for spending time with us.

Thank you.

We'll end the show here today.

- Good-bye. / - Good-bye.

Good-bye.

Thank you for your hard work.

You Evolve In Light, As You Become A Light BEing - Duration: 10:47.

You Evolve In Light, As You Become A Light BEing.

by Lisa Brown,

Yes as you evolve in light, as you become a Light BEing, those BEings you used to fear,

those beings that used to only exist etherically, you are evolving (back) INTO one of them.

WE, as Light BEings do not have the lower emotions that humans have, WE do not have

the lower thoughts anymore, we do not have the lower anything that the separated-ego-human

once did. for we have transcended all of that from within, purged and cleansed it from

our cellular body, from deep within our muscles, bones, glands, organs, flesh and skin.

Through the activation of CRYSTALS our body begins a huge purification process that humans

cannot fully understand.

One must actually experience it.

Technically all already are and will, they just dont fully understand what is happening

within their physical body structures.

Humans keep trying to fix this process, diagnose it, treat it, control it.

This is about LOVE.

Pure Divine Essence Love.

As the Light of your Soul actives inside of you it TRIGGERS (activates) an action to occur.

It triggers a bio-chemical process, an entire transformational process, a re-vamping, re-configuring,

re-calibration, re-structuring phase of not only your whole physical anatomy, but of your

whole physical reality too.

That fear that was in your kidneys was keeping your body out of tune, that anger/control/obessiveness

in your liver, that lack of speaking truth as love was in your thyroid, those walls around

your heart/tight muscles, those brain pathways must open up and re-map completely.. the

blood that carries all through your body, pumps life from your heart to the rest of

your body.

every little cell.

Every body part, every gland, every organ, every cell must completely re-work itself.

Love must stream through your body and love brings deep profound love, gratitude,

appreciation, peace, joy and REMEMBERING of all FORGOTTEN when you/each entered the unconscious

matrix, the amnesia realms, the realms of unconsciousness.

As a Soul, you chose an unconscious body that held the ability to play out the human experience

you chose, the one that held within its DNA what you needed to experience BEFORE it

was TIME to awaken fully which is NOW.

As you sleep you awaken, as you walk around foggy/groggy, you are leaving the old matrix

simulated existence and moving into a whole NEW ONE.

As you sleep, reality will start to change.

First inside of you then out there.

What you once thought you knew is no longer true.

What once made you happy wont fulfill the lack places inside of you anymore..

The only thing that will fill those spaces is PURE DIVINE LOVE for you/connected with

your own SOUL.

inside

Your focus will change, your desires will change, you will change. as you become

LIGHT.

Your body constantly re-calibrating, gravity will come and go as your body anchors more

light.

Your physical matter mass will continually change too.

The more presence you have, the present you are, the slower you go, the more space you

have inside of you and all around you The more you will FEEL physical matter outside

of you.

Clutter will create chaos with your energy/thoughts, things will take up space, so in order for

you to expand . you need SPACE and lots of it.

Nature becomes a necessity, instead of a I dont have time for that.

Alone time for your Soul to emerge, speak louder, for you to HOLD THAT CONNECTION stronger

is a necessity too.

You start to realize what no longer feeds you, inspires you, fills you anymore.

All of a sudden you desire something different.

Simplicity in one way, for our hearts are simple.

yet we also desire MORE.

More love, more happy, more peace, more kindness, more sacred respect all of a sudden you

will no longer tolerate the lack-filled programs that used to be your world.

As Light BEings, we do not have the lower emotions anymore.

They completely go, unless we have a huge light activation that activates cells that

held a dormant energy of an old vibration then there is a trigger and its released..

we dont project, we dont go unconscious, we just honor our body upgrading itself.

We honor what we need to experience, because we know that it brings forth more awesomeness,

more freedom, more peace, more abundance, more exquisiteness..

Humans cant understand the simplicity of peace, the simplicity of pure happiness

without the need for chaos, or words or anything.

Our worlds are not defined by anyone or anything, an identity.

nothing. just love.

Your Crystalline LightBody Structures process a ridiculous amount of information as it streams

light.

The crystals give you the ability to process at a ridiculous rate, simultaneously. you

need not think, you just know.

Its all right there.

inside and in your field.

Simultaneous existence no separation totally unity with/as all from within.

Your Crystalline LightBody processes for you.

Your job is to keep your atmosphere clean, keep your self in an observation space, honor

your body so it can do what it needs to do.

Sleep, get out in nature, slow down, pull away when you need and then get in there and

get busy when you feel/see inside that its time to DO.

As you EMERGE FROM THE FOG/AMNESIA (this will occur on & off in different phases), its

time for you to start to contribute (not that its not always time), but its different

here.

You can maintain the ability to stay expanded and DO what you came here to BE/DO.

As you return to the ability to function as a multi-dimensional here, how you function

is very different now and you must learn to function energetically

The fog/amnesia can last a whole lifetime until now its can get strong at times

if you are lifting tons of veils..

You are activating an anchoring YOUR DREAMS in the PHYSICAL HERE.

You cannot do this in total control as a human. for your human doesnt understand how this

works and it constantly tries to inner-fear with the process.

It tries to apply old outdated beliefs to a new process its not experienced in this

human existence It tries to match human mentalities with an experience that transcends

all things human.

This wont work. only temporarily like everything else that human aspects try

to do.

Listen to your body, its conscious, it speaks to you.

Listen to higher wisdom/guidance inside and if you are not sure yet, then there are higher

self/source Light BEings already here in the physical WE write to you daily, we

teach, we share, we speak your truth, we activate your soul. and then choose what resonates,

what is feels true to you throw the rest out let everything else go.

Until you fully respect and love yourself, totally appreciate you you are not going

to have the capability to hold this for anyone else.

Until you see your own worthiness, until you value you and what you have to offer here

(which is limitless too), you wont appreciate others, you wont appreciate what they contribute.

Until you stop judging, you cant break that cycle of lack.

Until you open up fully and stop fighting, you cant experience the total pure peace

and bliss that higher consciousness existence offers you IN EVERY MOMENT.

As your heart opens, your mind will be confused.

This is the purpose.

As you EXIST from your higher-aspect-heart-mind, these will synchronize to work together your

power will return, your true and pure you will return, you wont need to struggle,

suffer or live in lack anymore.

You/All have an ENTIRE EXISTENCE unfolding/materializing every moment of every day.

All you have to DO is allow it, participate in it, choose it and DO whatever it takes

to LIVE AS YOUR SOUL instead of trying to live as an unconscious human..

Your challenge will be you. to stay conscious until you can maintain consciousness in all

that you are and do.

To observe you, to understand you, to listen to you, to see you. to let go of judgment,

to stop going small and hiding, to see your own programs and how what plays out in your

own physical reality world IS YOUR CREATION and that you are the ONE that hold the POWER

to shift, transform, change, reprogram all from within.

If you keep allowing the same programs to play out, if you keep allowing old unconscious

realities to play out. then out there is not unconscious . you are.

Leave the old behind let it go you have so much that WAITS FOR YOU.

yet it cannot come forth if you keep fighting it.

Timelines are collapsing & converging bigger/more than ever before.

You can shift to a NEW TIMELINE thats in alignment with your SOUL.

If you hold onto separation, your human resistance, then you are not going to in-JOY the experience,

but it will teach you.

what do to/not to do.

anymore.

And it will show you HOW ALL WORKS. if you really care to pay attention and know.

Open your hearts loves!

More more more more & more!

A whole lot more!

Have a magical day

She did Shit Angry Readers Say and I just thought it was absolutely hysterical because

so many of the scenes she portrayed were so relatable.

It was just like my humor. Every time I rewatched it I just found myself

chuckling and the ending was hysterical in my opinion.

It was just a really great skit so congratulations Hannah. You are winning a copy of

Night Film by Marisha Pessl and I hope you enjoy it.

SIERRA: Hi hello everyone, my name is Sierra and I was your host for day two of the Biannual Bibliothon.

The challenge for that day was the Throwback Challenge and you guys gave us so many entries

and all of your videos were so amazing. I had such a long list of who I wanted to win.

I had to rewatch them a million times and I just could not choose. But finally I came down to the conclusion

of the one that made me laugh the most and that was Jade from JadeisJaded.

You'll be winning a copy of Heartless by Marissa Meyer. She did a wonderful character impressions video.

She pulled the names out of a little jar and randomly did all of these character impressions,

outfits and everything. It was hysterical and please go watch it if you haven't yet.

It was amazing. But yeah you'll be winning a copy of Heartless so thank you Jade!

RED: Hey guys, what's up? Its Red. I hosted day three of 2017 Biannual Bibliothon,

which was the Day In the Life video challenge. The idea behind this was to do a vlog or day in the life

as a book character.

Now there were a lot of really fantastic entries, like I'm talking really good. But finally I had to narrow it down

to one winner. The winner for the day three challenge is Emma from TellerofTales

who did a fantastic, I'm talking fantastic Day in the Life video as Dolores Umbridge.

The entire thing had me cracking up and when I want to watch a video multiple times just because

I thoroughly enjoy it and somehow one time wasn't enough, that's a pretty good sign on the quality of the video.

So Emma you will be receiving Through the Woods by Emily Carroll, which is m favorite graphic novel.

It is beautifully illustrated and perfectly creepy so I hope you will love this as much as I do.

KELLY: I'm Kelly from KellysBookSpill and my challenge was the Character DIY.

My challenge was on day four and the winner for my challenge has to be SaraWithoutanH.

If you guys have not watched her video, you need to stop what you're doing right now after you're done

with this video and go watch it. It was absolutley hilarious. When I watched her video,

I just knew I wasn't going to be able to get it out of my head the rest of the week because

it was so funny. She basically cosplayed as Voldemort as you can see and Voldemort shows you

how to make a horcrux. That is all I'm going to say. Just know that it is absolutely hilarious,

You're going to probably be crying you're laughing so hard and you just need to go watch it.

So congratulations Sara.

BRITTNI: Hey loves, I'm Brittni and my channel is Brittni's Book Find and I was your host for day five.

My challenge for day five was to do a character or characters lookbook. Either you could create a

fashion lookbook or a make up lookbook based on what you think your favorite characters would look like.

I was just blown away by the fact that all of the lookbooks that I watched, especially the ones

that I have read, I imagined the characters very similar.

I really like that we all kind of think alike. I guess the writers do a good job of describing what the characters look like

and feel like and the vibes. That was just really cool to see. I had a really hard time picking a winner

of this challenge. They're just so fun to watch, they're all so well done. After watching your videos

over and over, I finally decided that the winner of the day five lookbook is going to GabriellaPop.

And she did a really cool shadowhunters lookbook. I really enjoyed the way it was all put together.

The looks were on point for the characters. I think they were great, the way I envision them.

Also, the way that she filmed it in different environments and her personality really shined through

in the video and the music. I love the music with the video. It was well done, very well done.

I love how it just all came together. It was perfect. Great job Gabriella. As the winner of the lookbook challenge,

you'll be receiving Ever the Hunted by Erin Sumerhill. I am so excited to give this book away and I really hope you enjoy it.

MOMO: Hey guys, what's up? It's Momo from The Booktube Girl. My video challenge for you guys was

the Bust-a-Rhyme challenge, which was basically where you had to make a rap, poem, or song out of book titles.

All of your entries were amazing. The great variety that you guys came up with was really interesting and amazing.

As always I absolutely loved all of your video entries. The winner for my day was Carolyn from BubblyBookNerd.

The title of her video was "Roasting Myself with Book Titles" and she basically did the Roast Yourself challenge

which went around Youtube a lot last year. She put book titles in there. I watched this video three or four times

because I just found it so hilarious and everything just flowed so nicely together. All of the book titles,

it wasn't jumpy, they were just in there. I feel like with my video it was really hard to kind of put book titles

in there if you were doing a song or a rap and have it flow without being kind of disjointed and weird.

But she did a really good job of implementing the book title part of the challenge because we wanted to make that

a little different from the parody roads we usually do and make it a little more difficult. Carolyn just smashed this challenge,

She did an awesome job and you will be receiving a copy of Just One Day by Gayle Forman.

KASSIE: Day seven's winner was RaeofSunshineBooks. She did the New Year, New Me challenge for

Hazel Grace Lancaster from The Fault in Our Stars. I can't handle it. It was so good.

It's definitely a little bit of a tear jerker. I definitely teared up watching it, which is always surprising for me

because usually I love to laugh when I'm watching these videos and she did not make me laugh, she made me cry.

It was so good, and I absolutely loved it so make sure to check out that video down below. And RaeofSunshineBooks

will be winning Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas, the coloring book. I'm excited for you to get this Rae.

It's so pretty.

EMMA: If you are unaware, every single Bibliothon, we love giving extra credit and recognition to

those of you who try really hard during the week and end up uploading and entering all seven days.

So we have a little bonus giveaway for those of you who may not have won one the individual challenges

but did complete every single one during the week.

KASSIE: We have four over people who did participate in all seven challenges and they are listed here.

Sorry if I say these names wrong, I hope I get them right. Zaira Aranda, K Marie Batik, and I'm pretty sure K stands for Kaitlin

because I think I remember her commenting on one of my videos.

And thn ProudBooklion and SophieisNotaNerd.

One of these four people is going to win $20 to Book Depository.

This one, this one's the winner.

ProudBooklion, you are the winner of the eighth challenge, which is the fact that you participated in all seven days.

So congratulations ProudBooklion, we'll be talking to you shortly.

SIERRA: We will be contacting all of the winners through our own twitter accounts via direct message

so keep an eye out for that. If you were the eighth winner, first of all congratulations and thank you for participating.

You will be getting a direct message from our Biannual Bibliothon twitter so also, keep an eye out.

MOMO: Thank you so much to everyone that participated this round of the Bibliothon. We'll be talking about

some of our other favorites that didn't win on our own channels so make sure to check that out.

RED: Before we go, we just wanted to announce our next BiblioBook Club liveshow for our current read,

Heartless by Marissa Meyer. That will be taking place on Sunday February twelfth at 12pm PST.

We hope you guys will join us for the liveshow. We are super excited to be able to discuss this book

and discuss our different experiences reading it. That just about wraps everything up.

Congratulations to the winners and we'll talk to you guys later.

/dev diary: Rate of change in League - Duration: 12:38.

Hey, guys. Greg Street. I'm one of the designers of League of Legends.

Back to answer more questions about

our development philosophy, and how we think about League

and why we do some of the crazy things that we do.

We're out of pre-season now.

And a question a lot of you asked us was about

rate of change, and how much change does League need

and do we change the game too much or too fast

which is all super relevant and the kind of stuff that we talk about all the time.

So let me dig into that a little bit.

So going way back, like way before my time to the genesis of League of Legends.

Marc Merrill and Brandon Beck were talking about the kind of games they liked to play.

And how frustrated they got playing a competitive game

because that's the kind of games they play.

When the game would stop being updated like

the development team probably knew there was an exploit

and not even an exploit, just like a strategy that always trumps the other strategies.

And it felt like everyone is using this, the developers probably know about it

why don't they fix it?

And so they really wanted the game they made, which ultimately became League of Legends

to be a game that was curated

that was something that we constantly looked at and updated.

And if there was a pain point or frustration

or a strategy that couldn't be beat

or a strategy that was all anyone used

Riot would step in and try to fix that, so that players didn't have to go too long.

We know a lot of you guys play League maybe everyday, maybe several times a day.

And so, even though we do try to patch on a two-week cadence.

That could feel like a long time when there's a champ in the game that is really frustrating to deal with.

So overall that leads to our philosophy of "let's get in there and fix the stuff that is broken."

A lot of the changes we do are of this level of

fixing broken stuff / maintenance / updating.

To use a really simple example - our live balance patches...

patch notes are trying to get at the...

Camille came out a little bit strong.

It's always a challenge launching a new champion to get the balance just right.

Some of our champions lately have been a little weak.

She was a little strong and so we adjust some of the numbers.

Hopefully to get it to be a little bit less frustrating to play against her and make her not 100% banned.

At the opposite end of the spectrum is something like our Summoner's Rift update that we did a couple of years ago.

The map wasn't necessarily broken.

But it was definitely feeling old and creaky

And something that maybe was getting in the way of enjoyment.

So we had our artists work on a fantastic update that has been overall very well received.

And it brings the game a little more into the modern age.

We're doing the same thing with the League client right now.

Just updating an older system into something that will give us the potential to do cooler stuff

and have a game that feels a little newer for you guys as well.

A thing that we look at a lot is system problems

where it feels like the game is supposed to offer you a choice but there's not really a choice.

And a great example of that is item builds.

A lot of work we have done on the roster updates for things like

the older mage update was trying to make it

so that players didn't feel like they just have to buy the same old items every time.

At the very least, when you switch champions

maybe you can have a different build order.

And if we really deliver on it then

sometimes depending on the situation of that game, you may pick different items.

Maybe you need a tankier build. Maybe you need more magic resistance.

Maybe you need an earlier power spike. All that is the kind of stuff...

The reason we go in and change items and add new items

is to try to add more interesting choices to players and solve some these really fixed build order problems.

Now that is not to say that every change we make is out there to solve a problem.

We do add some changes that are just to add freshness.

I really want to make this distinction because most of the changes we do aren't for that reason.

Most of the changes are trying to solve specific problems.

We really try to stay away from tinkering.

League is a game about mastering, getting better at the game.

And that could be really frustrating when you feel like

the developers are just out there shaking the table all the time.

It's like why bother investing time to get better

when Riot's just going to change things anyway.

But I'll mention a couple examples of things we do

more or less just to add freshness and new levels of excitement.

The most obvious one is new champions.

Once in a while, we're adding a champion to try to solve a specific problem like

"all junglers play the same" could be an argument for why

to create someone as kind of wacky and out there as Ivern.

But for the most part, we add a lot of champions just because they are cool.

Maybe it will be somebody's new main.

Maybe it's just a fun reason to log in and play the game.

Another example, a totally different example is the rotating game modes.

They're there... We offer them largely as a diversion or a palette cleanser, if you will, of...

I've played a lot of Summoner's Rift, maybe I've played some really hectic ranked games.

And I still wanna play League, but I just need a little bit of a break.

The reason those game modes only last a week or two

is they may not have the depth to stand the test of time.

But they are a nice temporary diversion. Things like that.

And finally I want to acknowledge the very real situation that

the game evolves even if Riot does nothing.

Players develop new strategies.

They develop new counter strategies to those strategies.

Champions rise or fall sometimes depending on

if a pro picked them and did a particular flashy game with an odd pick.

And suddenly now everyone's trying to use that champion.

Honestly, it's a big challenge of this job to figure out

when is the community going to solve this on their own.

And probably they'll solve almost every problem on their own, given enough time.

When is the community going to solve this quickly enough that it's not frustrating

and when does Riot need to step in because it's starting to feel like

Oh, I'm going to see Lee Sin every single game.

Yeah, eventually a counter will arise.

But I would rather Riot just get in there and do something now.

So that my Thursday game is still fun to play.

So I've talked a little bit about why we might make a change

and what we're hoping that our changes accomplish in the game.

But I definitely want to talk about the fact that

there is a risk to change too.

There are bad things that we can do if we change the game too much.

I'll break those down into 3 or 4 categories.

First, the more the game changes,

the harder it is for someone who's taking a break to come back to League.

And we know pretty regular play style is

I'm super engaged with League right now.

And then maybe another game comes out, I'm playing that for a while.

But I go back to League.

Hopefully the game is still recognizable at that point.

We know that the more we change, particularly dramatic changes like

champion select is totally different

or wards are different

or there is a different dragon model in the game.

We know that that creates a burden for returning players to figure out what's going on.

Now I also want to clarify that our first commitment is to

you guys who are super active who are playing the game now.

We don't want to dumb the game down just for the sake of

someone who may or may not come back to League after they have taken a break.

We really have to commit to making sure the game is fun for people who are actively enjoying it.

Now that said there are some things we could do

to make the game a little easier to return to for someone who's taking a break.

First of all, we've talked about how the initial onboarding experience of League

is one of those things that is outdated and something we desperately do need to improve.

And that goes for the returning experience as well.

We don't do a lot of explaining like

Oh, you've been away from the game for a while.

Let me tell you about--dragons are totally different now.

Let me tell you that this champion, you know, hey

Warwick plays pretty differently than the last game you may have played with Warwick.

I think there are ways to do that that aren't just piles and piles of patch notes.

And then also, there are fundamentals of League that we want to stay the same.

If you log out today and you don't log back in until 2019

the beginning of the game should still probably start with everyone zoning in to the Nexus

and the game should probably end with you getting into the enemy base and doing some damage there.

Even if the champions change, the items you buy, the way you buy items... All that could change.

But enough of it will still feel like League of Legends.

So another cost of change is the amount of disruption it can have on players.

We do want League to be a competitive game.

And that goes from everyone playing ranked all the way up to professional esports.

We know that dramatic changes can have a huge impact on players

who have spent hundreds of hours perfecting certain plays or strategies.

We try to be very sensitive of that.

I'm sure a lot of you realize by now that

we try to focus the biggest changes to the game in pre-season and mid-season

precisely to minimize that impact as much as possible

and give you guys a chance to react to the changes

and give us feedback to get things in a good spot

before things really count.

It's also worth pointing out like I mentioned before that

we want adaptation to some degree to be an important skill for League of Legends

because the game is going to change, even if Riot doesn't step in.

And it's important that the execution is very important to being good at League.

So is just being able to shift as the game itself shifts.

Some amount of that we think is healthy.

And finally another cost of change is interrupting the mastery curve.

League is a game about getting better and better.

Every game you play, you learn something.

And you can see yourself improve.

And that's really satisfying.

And we know that if we step in too much, particularly if it's very disruptive

that players may just lose that desire to adapt.

It's like why bother trying to solve this problem

Riot's just going to get in and mess with it in a week or two anyway.

I've talked about this a little bit already, but what I really want to focus on

is how we try to mitigate those risks.

First of all, we aren't just going for incremental changes.

Like, if a designer has a pitch to make a champion 1% or 2% better on

whatever holistic scale you are measuring with.

That's not good enough.

We should strive for changes to make the game 10%, 30%, 200% better.

That's kind of the scale of how we hold ourselves accountable

to making sure we're making changes the game really needs.

Now, I know we don't always hit it.

We certainly sometimes break things with well-meaning changes.

But we do have a goal.

Furthermore, not only do we have a strategy but we try to have follow up too.

Even the best well-thought-of, beautiful designs sometimes don't stand a chance

once they get out there into the hands of millions of players.

So we realize, "Wow, we thought this was going to work

but we now have evidence that it doesn't, and we need to follow up."

That's where the 2 week patch cycle can really help

because then if we overshoot or we miss

or the idea was just terrible, we do have an opportunity to back it up

before things go on too long and maybe get worse and worse.

So in conclusion

I talked about how we think about change

and then I talked about some of the risks of change

and how we try to mitigate those risks.

But one of the points I originally posed was how much change is too much.

And there isn't a super simple answer to that

except to say it's an ongoing discussion.

For example, I've learned that as a developer I'm fairly risk-tolerant.

And the fact that we have the opportunity to follow up with patches

makes me feel a little safer with trying something that

we have confidence in but we don't 100% know what's going to happen.

But by contrast, Brandon Beck will raise the question of are we changing too much at once?

Are we making it hard for a player who doesn't study every single patch note

to really keep up with what's going on in the game.

And we're making it certainly hard for someone who hasn't been actively playing League lately

to keep up with everything that is going on.

My point is not that this is my call to make or this is Brandon's call to make.

More that, we talk about this kind of thing all the time.

And I don't think there is a right answer.

We have to keep challenging ourselves to figure out

what makes the most sense for you guys and for League overall.

We do make the designers or anyone making a change

make a case why that change is important and how they will follow up if it doesn't work out.

But honestly this is one of those points where I would love to bring players into the discussion a little more.

We would love to hear from you, like are we changing things too quickly

or do you think that we let stuff go too long sometimes before we step in.

So please let us know.

So that was a really long discussion.

Thanks so much for sticking with me up until now.

Really look forward to reading your thoughts on this topic.

Thank you.

FOX News Caught StFOX News Caught Stoking Hate With Fake News that Mass Shooter was Muslim - Duration: 5:40.

FOX News Caught Stoking Hate With Fake News that Mass Shooter was Muslim

Proving that the purveyors of fake news exist on both sides of the political divide, Fox

News was caught perpetuating the blame for the Quebec mosque shooting on a Muslim Moroccan

well after Quebec authorities had clarified that he was actually a witness.

The actual suspect is 27-year-old Alexandre Bissonnette, a white French Canadian with

a habit of posting anti-immigrant and misogynistic remarks online, who also praises Donald Trump

and French politician Marine Le Pen.

The shooting, which left six dead and 19 wounded, occurred on the night of Jan. 29.

Mohamed Belkadir had just finished prayers when he heard gunshots inside.

After 15 to 20 seconds of shooting, he ran back inside to help.

Translated from La Presse:

Its the reflex when someone gets hurt.

We cannot leave him.

It is an act of humanity shared by everyone, not just the Muslims, he said modestly,

insisting that he should not be made a star or a hero.

The shooter was already gone.

Dead and wounded strewed the ground.

Mohamed Belkhadir telephoned 9-1-1 to ask for help and give the address to the emergency

services.

He leaned over to cover a wounded man with his coat.

It was soon after that a great fright filled him.

I saw someone with a weapon.

I did not know that he was a policeman, I thought he was coming back to shoot.

So I fled outside, on the parking side, he said.

I understand, I respect that they caught me.

They saw me flee, they thought I was suspicious, thats normal.

For them, someone who flees is a suspect, says Mohamed Belkhadir.

Belkadir was initially a suspect, but authorities cleared him within hours as the shooter called

police to turn himself in.

Quebecois news outlets were already reporting that Bissonnette was the shooter and Belkadir

was a witness, but that didnt stop Fox News from tweeting Belkadir was the shooter.

At 9:06 AM on Jan. 30, Quebec authorities confirmed Belkadin was a witness, not a suspect.

At 12:31 PM, Fox News tweeted that Belkadin was a suspect and ran an article with that

headline.

Fox updated its article afterward, but the false tweet remained live for more than a

day.

That gave Islamophobes and anti-immigration voices plenty of time to trumpet the fake

news across message boards and throughout the echo chamber.

Press Secretary Sean Spicer even latched on to it as evidence for why Trumps immigration

order was prudent.

It took a complaint from the Canadian Prime Ministers office for Fox News to take down

the erroneous tweet.

Kate Purchase, Director of Communications, posted her email to Fox News on Twitter, which

read in part: These tweets by Fox News dishonour the

memory of the six victims and their families by spreading misinformation, playing identity

politics, and perpetuating fear and division within our communities.

We need to remain focused on keeping our communities safe and united instead of trying to build

walls and scapegoat communities.

Muslims are predominantly the greatest victims of terrorist acts around the world.

To paint terrorists with a broad brush that extends to all Muslims is not just ignorant??it

is irresponsible.

If we allow individuals and organizations to succeed by scaring people, we do not actually

end up any safer.

Fear does not make us safer.

It makes us weaker.

Ramping up fear and closing our borders is not a solution.

Fox deleted the tweet hours after the email and apologized for the error.

Purchase rightly used the opportunity to make some rational points in the immigration debate.

It should not take much reasoning to figure out that building walls and stoking resentment

against Muslims is no way to actually defend a country from terrorism.

But it does perpetuate the military-security state.

As Ron Paul reminded us recently, truly defending against terrorism would mean acknowledging

that U.S. interventions and violence in the Middle East is a primary cause of terrorism.

We have been dropping bombs on the Middle East since at least 1990.

Last year President Obama dropped more than 26,000 bombs.

Thousands of civilians have been killed in US drone attacks.

The grand US plan to remake the Middle East has produced only misery, bloodshed,

and terrorism.

Ending this senseless intervention will go a long way toward removing the incentive to

attack the United States.

- I didn't even think a CUI was a thing.

- Yeah, well, me, too. It's so stupid.

[sighs] I'm really sorry for this.

And I'm really sorry about breakfast.

I'm really sorry about what I did...

with Albert.

It wasn't because I didn't love you,

it was because I did and I never stopped wanting you,

I just didn't want to be married.

And I acted out instead of talking to you.

Maybe if I communicated with you, we wouldn't have ended up--

- That's-- That's all I need to hear.

- [exhales sharply]

- I accept your apology.

I believe you never meant to hurt me...

But you did.

You KO'd me.

And whatever shred of faith in love I still have...

is not enough to go another round with you.

I could never trust you.

I'm not angry,

I'm just ready to move on.

- But, Gordon...

last night-- the way that you looked at me.

It really seemed-- - I do.

I always will.

It just doesn't matter anymore.

- Of course it does-- - No, it doesn't.

If you're truly sorry, don't call me.

And if we should run into each other,

just keep moving.

Exploring the YouTube Space in London | Kate's Adventures - Duration: 13:21.

Morning folks! It's about eight o'clock in the morning

and I'm meeting YouTube at nine o'clock in the foyer so it's time for me to get ready.

Um, my hotel room is a bit of a mess right now but I had a good night's sleep

and I'm ready for the day to begin.

Right, I'll make this quick because if you know me by now, I'm running late.

So I'm just going to show you my outfit of the day because

if you're a fan of 'Wizards of Waverly Place' or ever watched it

there was a character called Harper who was a fashion student

and she was always wearing questionable things.

And I feel like I'm channeling Harper today.

Don't get me wrong, I do love my outfit

but I'm not sure everybody's going to agree that it's the best thing ever.

My hat has like a kind of zip rose on it.

Just like that.

And then my jumper has a big squirrel on it.

There we go.

And he's got a little pom-pom nose over here

and a big furry tail with real fur.

Well not "real fur", but it's real furry.

Anyways I'm just about to get going, I spent some time

exporting some of the files onto my computer

so that I have some more memory space to take lots of clips.

And I'm trying right now to undo my buttons with just one hand

because I really am running late.

Okay so about 20 minutes later

everybody's here and we're heading over to the YouTube Space

and I can see the sign from here now so we're almost there.

It's actually closer than I thought it would be,

this is kind of St Pancras area over here, St Pancras station.

So it was a lot easier to find than I thought. (blows into camera microphone)

I've got a speck of dust on my camera! There we go.

I just love all the video screens every time you go anywhere near YouTube.

This is the Creator Store, this window here.

Anybody can go into that when its open.

There we are.

They've kind of got a train setting going on over here.

Like look at these chairs.

Like this whole little area is set up to look like a train including...

the curtains and that's the street outside.

And then over here is the presentation area.

Including helpful hashtags on the wall of course

and what would YouTube be without free Wi-Fi?

So there we go, if you're ever in the area.

And generally this is quite a chill place,

there's lots of places to sit down and start conversations and stuff

so it's all good.

(Sirens blaring) Listen to this.

Automated female voice: "Attention please, attention please".

"We are investigating an alarm condition. It may be necessary to evacuate the building."

"Please await further announcements."

(Sirens blaring)

"Attention please, attention please."

"We are investigating an alarm condition."

"It may be necessary to evacuate the building."

"Please await further announcements."

"We are investigating an alarm"- Do you know what? This is a very polite alarm.

Attention please! Friend: Welcome to Britain.

Man: It's possible you are burning. It's possible you are burning to death.

Kate: Tea and crumpets in the foyer!

Friend: It's possible that you're surrounded by death and destruction.

Friend: You may need to leave the building.

This is such an un-alarming alarm, I'm going for my coat.

"We are investigating an alarm condition. It may be necessary to evacuate the building."

"Please await further announcements."

This alarm is unbelievable, seriously. Has it stopped?

(Sirens blaring) No. No we're still going.

Okay so we're just evacuating the building as promised.

This is such a YouTube thing- Like usually

I'm not this casual about alarms, usually I would not vlog them,

but that was just the funniest alarm I've ever heard, it was so polite.

It was so unusual, so I seem to have a streak with these things.

We'll maybe find out later what that was all about.

We're just trying to find the evacuation point now, which should be fun!

So we're evacuated, we're about five minutes walk away from where we were before.

There's a lot of cold people out here.

The thing about Google as well is there's a lot of people who look like kind of hipsters.

So I've seen some very looking cold hipsters out here today.

I feel particularly sorry for the guy in his bare feet.

But maybe he's used to it, I don't know.

He should have thought about this when he came to work barefoot.

So anyways we're just waiting on news, we don't know what's going on.

Hopefully nothing too dramatic

but I've got all my belongings with me anyway so it's all good.

And suddenly it's like nothing ever happened.

So we're taking an alternative route back to the office now.

This is going past King's Cross station.

It's a lovely long long long route so it's gonna be a while.

So far we've just been getting feedback on how the program's doing so far

and giving feedback which is really good.

Oh look, we're taking a shortcut. Even better.

So yeah, it's been a great morning, met lots of lovely people,

given my feedback on some things...

it's been really beneficial if you ask me.

So that's the Google offices.

But since we're at the Space we can get to kind of bypass all these offices and people.

Let's try this again!

Well. Time to get warm again.

This is where I left everything.

Okay, so a quick whistlestop tour.

Sitting area.

This is all the places I probably shouldn't be but never mind.

Signs, signs,

the ultimate chair.

Is this a studio? Ooh, it's a studio!

Of some sort.

What's this?

There we go! Random photo booth. Thank you!

Oh! Are they printing? Oh no.

I think maybe I told not to print.

Never mind, never mind, I'll survive. It's emailed to me anyway.

Right, what else is on the tour anyway?

Sorry for that little distraction.

These seem to be lockers.

I see a poster for CodeNamePizza.

We met him in Manchester.

And then there's these seating areas here.

And then there's editing rooms and some stages and there's toilets down there.

You're allowed in the YouTube Space if you have

10,000 subscribers to use it for like the studios and things,

you can book out these studios

and similar areas if you have 10,000 subscribers or more.

You might have noticed I'm a little bit away from that right now,

so if you feel like helping me out, if you feel like

letting me have a repeat visit here...

If you maybe want to see more vlogs of the YouTube-

If you maybe want to see more vlogs of the YouTube Space

where I'm not having to

quickly run about with my camera, where I'm literally legit allowed to be in there,

please, please, please, consider subscribing.

And consider subscribing to other people that you believe in, that would be really cool.

(Sirens blaring) We're having another fire alarm, it's now Happy Hour.

We've had some afternoon sessions and it's time for us to go again.

We've saved the M&Ms. The important things in life.

Friend: Yes, but I've given them to Leo which is probably the worst thing.

(General chatter) Kate: Watch out, there's a roadsweeper coming!

While we're here, have a look at some London taxis. Aren't these beautiful?

Ooh, geezy peeps. It's cold now. If it was cold before, it's definitely cold now.

And I'm really getting to know the streets in this area. (laughs)

Here we go. (sings) Here we go, here we go, here we go...

We got about halfway to the evacuation point and then got called back.

Yes, the fire evacuation point really is that far away.

And there's a London double-decker (tongue-tied babbling)

A London double-decker bus! For those of you who aren't in the UK.

If you're in the UK that was the most underwhelming thing ever and I'm very sorry.

Okay folks so the Happy Hour is going well

but I just thought since I'm going to the restrooms,

I would just give you another toilet room tour

because people seem to like the toilets in the YouTube Space in London.

Here we are, let's go into this one.

So each toilet is kind of like an individual sink and toilet area.

There's me. And the thing that people seem to like

is because there's various soaps and products and things in here.

Not so much the toilet itself. And they're unisex, so it's all good.

Anyways, I'd better switch off.

That was a great day, as you can probably see I'm back at the hotel now

and I've had a wonderful time today.

I've felt like- I felt like today has been really rewarding

I've met lots of great people, been able to give some great feedback

and I was so enthused by the whole day

and I've had a great time.

So the plan for tonight is probably just to stay in

and edit some videos before I go home tomorrow

so hopefully I have some awesome things to show you

and hopefully I'm going to get a lot of editing done, let's see how it goes.

It's now 11.25 at night and I've been editing for a couple of hours.

Once I start editing I really find myself

getting into the zone and I find it very difficult to stop.

I've realized just how much footage I managed to record yesterday

and that was just wandering around the hotel room

and going down to the foyer and chatting.

So I think that's just going to be a vlog in itself.

I don't think it's going to be in with all the stuff that I recorded today

because the stuff that I recorded today is probably going to be a lot more entertaining

than the stuff from just around the hotel.

But all the same I still think it's worth a watch so I'm going to make that a separate video I think.

There's still a couple of things I need to do because I need to check what I'm allowed to say

and what I'm not allowed to say and edit the video accordingly.

And other than that it should be ready by Friday hopefully, that's when I'm hoping to put it up.

And yeah, just been keeping myself busy.

I'll probably do a bit of editing on the train tomorrow as well,

that will keep me entertained on the journey home.

So I should probably get to bed now

because I have a long journey to make tomorrow

and I should also be up in time for breakfast downstairs.

So thank you very much for watching everybody and I'll see you tomorrow.
