General Petraeus Warns �New World Order� Is Collapsing

Former CIA director General David Petraeus has warned that the �New World Order�

is under threat of total collapse.

In a speech to lawmakers on Wednesday, General Petraeus said that a World War 3 scenario

between the West and Russia/China will occur soon that will end up destroying the New World

Order.

Americans should not take the current international order for granted.

It did not will itself into existence.

We created it.

Likewise, it is not naturally self-sustaining.

We have sustained it.

If we stop doing so, it will fray and, eventually, collapse.�

Thehill.com reports:

Many of Petraeus�s remarks hinted at pushing back against statements and policies from

President Trump, who had considered Petraeus as a candidate for his secretary of State.In

speaking about the threat from extremists, Petraeus stressed that the majority of Muslims

who reject extremism are the �most important ally� in fighting the Islamic State in Iraq

and Syria (ISIS) and al Qaeda.

His comments come amid continued backlash at Trump�s executive order banning travel

from seven Muslim-majority countries for 90 days, suspending all refugees for four months

and halting Syrian refugees indefinitely.

Critics have called the order a Muslim ban and said it plays into extremists� narrative

that the West is at war with Islam.

�We must also remember that Islamic extremists want to portray this fight as a clash of civilizations,

with America at war against Islam,� Petraeus said Wednesday.

�We must not let them do that; indeed, we must be very sensitive to actions that might

give them ammunition to use in such an effort.�

Petraeus also warned that adversaries such as Russian President Vladimir Putin are seeking

to encourage American ambivalence about its defense and institutions such as NATO.

�President Putin, for instance, understands that, while conventional aggression may occasionally

enable Russia to grab a bit of land on its periphery, the real center of gravity is the

political will of the major democratic powers to defend Euro-Atlantic institutions like

NATO and the EU,� Petraeus said.

�That is why Russia is tenaciously working to sow doubt about the legitimacy of these

institutions and our entire democratic way of life.�

Trump has said he wants to improve relations with Russia and has called NATO obsolete.

Former CIA Deputy Director John McLaughlin, who spoke at Wednesday�s hearing alongside

Petraeus, also warned about the difficulty in dealing with Russia.

�There is nothing at all wrong with aiming for an improved relationship with Russia,

but the U.S. must be aware that Russia calculates its interests in a cold-eyed clinical way

and Washington will have to be equally dispassionate in dealing with Putin,� he said.

�Historically, when Russia encounters weakness or hesitation, it demands more, then blames

the opponent for escalation when the opponent resists � then calls for discussions, which

it uses to consolidate its gains.

Deals don�t come easily.�

Korg Volca Keys sequencer life hack tutorial in Russian. (english subtitles) - Duration: 9:34.

Hello there, I finally managed to make a tutorial.

The subject of this tutorial is

Korg Volca Keys analog synthesiser.

I'll show you an interesting life hack - how to bypass

the restriction of 16 steps in the internal

sequencer of Volca Keys.

The sequencer in this synth is also

a looper which is able to contain up to

4 bars while decreasing the resolution

of each step in 2-bar mode to the 8th note

as well as to the quarter note

in 4-bar mode by means

of the so-called divider

aslo the sequencer has the FLUX mode

which allows not to be tied to the entire steps,

i.e. the notes you play

won't be quantised at all.

For this life hack we need an external

sequencer. That could be any DAW with

MIDI function such as

Pro tools, Ableton, Reaper or any

other sequencer - on a tablet,

smartphone or even a hardware sequencer

of your own choice.

The point is to enable the MIDI clock to make your

Volca play in sync with that sequencer.

I'm going to use Ableton Live

together with Push2 controller to play and record

the sequences in real time.

Let's record something directly to the Ableton.

I activated the metronome in Volca because

my laptop's audio isn't connected,

only MIDI.

So I can't hear the metronome from Ableton.

Next I'm clearing the memory

and recording the sequence in Ableton.

The Volca Keys has a single VCA for all three voices, therefore I quantize also the note-offs.

So, we have recorded the sequence to the DAW.

Now we must switch the divider

to the 1/4 mode and activate

the FLUX mode.

And record the sequence to the Volca Keys.

As you can hear it, everything works.

Now we do the same way with

the second Volca Keys

and that will be the bass part.

I'm going to use the "repeat" function

on Push.

This part will fit.

I will temporarily disable audio sync,

because we need only the MIDI clock.

I enable the metronome because, as I mentioned before,

my laptop is not connected

to my audio system and I can't hear

the Ableton's click,

only MIDI is connected.

Let's record the sequence to the DAW.

Let's quantise that part.

For the bass parts

I like using the "poly ring" mode

which activates the square wave generator

unlike the sawtooth generator in

all other modes (mostly).

The divider mode is set to 1/4

and the FLUX is activated.

Please pay your attention to the fact

that 1/2 and 1/4 divider modes

don't allow Volca Keys to start in sync with other

Volcas. This is a bug

which, I hope, someday

will be fixed.

Now one can solve this problem

starting the sequencer in the standard

1/1 divider mode, where one step

corresponds to a 16th note

and then switching the divider to

any other mode on the go.

That is how you can expand

the possibilities of this remarkable synthesiser.

Coffee Rewards - January 26 #WithCaptions - Duration: 2:44.

Hey, so the way things are right now with the bus schedule

I leave before dark to get to work.

And it's starting to lighten up now, the street

lights are still on, but y'know it's bright enough

that I can see and things, so that's cool.

People are going to work and it's kind of safe around here right now.

Well, in their neighborhood it's safe. It's less safe in my

neighborhood, but that's not,

that's not really what i should be discussing.

The way the bus schedule works I leave bef- while it's

still dark and I can either get to work

20 minutes early or 10 minutes late, and

when it looks like I'm going to be there 10 minutes late

I take an uber. That is too expensive for me.

So I got on the bus to get here 20 minutes early by waking up

and leaving the house on time.

Also the bus was a couple minutes late. I

barely made it, but that's less important

for the sake of the story, but um - I say that a lot -

I decided that

I want to stop for coffee at 7-11 just a little bit out of my way

every time that I get here 20 minutes early on the bus because that's less expensive than

taking like a 15 dollar uber trip, than to

just pay the 2.50 to get on the bus and buy

a one-dollar coffee.

I think this will trick my brain into being on

time more often. Nothing like rewards

to make you do stuff after all.

Success! it tastes pretty good; it tastes like

french vanilla. That's what success tastes like.

French Vanilla, although I'm still going to do the

plan, but they raised their prices by about

20 cents for coffee, so I still do it,

it's still less expensive than taking an uber. This is a better

plan for me - motivation wise.

Dude, where you going? Are you that

camera shy? I just pulled out my camera and you crawled all the way

across the room in the time it took to

turn it on! Silly bajillies.

So have you ever heard of a guy named

Caligula? - I have.

- You have, okay, maybe you know some of this then. For

the audience, he was a Roman Emperor and

he was an emperor for only about four years.

And Caligula was actually a nickname of

his, I don't know if you know that.

- I didn't know. - Yes.

- I thought that was his name. - No, his full name

is Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus

Germanicus. - That's a lot of names.

- It is a lot. And like half of those are names of other Roman

emperors, so it was probably a good call

for him to pick up a nickname. But, uh, it was

a nickname from when he was a kid,

actually, and he hated it. It means like

"little boot" because as a kid like when

he visited his dad he wore like little

soldiers boots, like when he hung out

around his dad's soldiers, and so he got that

nickname. And it stuck not only through

his life, but also through history, which

I think is hilarious because he hated it.

- Wow. - Yeah. So he first came to power in

year 37, and people like totally loved

him, he got rid of these like treason

trials that his predecessor had, and like

brought people back from exile, and gave

bonuses to all the soldiers and

everything, and so people were big fans.

But then he like got super sick, or

maybe he was poisoned, we don't really

know, but after that he got real weird.

I'll give you a little highlight reel

of his accomplishments at that time.

- Yeah. - He ordered the construction of like

a two mile bridge just so he could ride

his horse on it. Like back and forth, just

that was the purpose of it. - Okay.

- He made his soldiers go to the beach and

collect shells which seems like a worthy

job, you know it's pretty exciting.

- That's it, that's the end of that part

is just collect shells.

- Yep. - No purpose. All right.

- And he practiced facial contortions

to terrify people. So... - All right.

- Yeah, so, pretty normal guy, you know.

- Totally - My favorite though, is he had

a horse that he just loved. His horse's

name was Incitatus. And he built like

a huge house, for his horse and he would

invite people over like in his horse's

name, be like "oh, Incitatus invited you over

for dinner" and just stuff like that and...

- Okay. - He appointed his horse as a priest

and wanted to appoint him into a

government position ultimately. - No.

- Anyways, well also this guy also had his

problems, not just being weird. You know,

like killing and exiling people he

considered political threats. - Sure.

And lots of incest with his sisters or at

least rumors such, so... - Great.

- Yep. And so naturally when you're being weird and

killing people as an emperor in the

Roman Empire, you get assassinated. So he

got four years as an emperor and then he

was killed. But here's the thing about

this whole story is that we don't know

if any of that is true. Like any of what

i just said. Because the, like, primary

historians who reported on him

didn't come until like a couple hundred

years later, and so a lot of that is like

based on legend. And so I like cannot

find any solid, like, one way the other.

Like, he actually did this stuff, he

didn't actually do this stuff, like,

everyone believes different things.

Do we, like, do we know he was real?

Do you at least know he existed? I think so.

I think that part is pretty clear. But

there's some people who say that like

all of that was embellished by people

who didn't like him, or that even some

people think he was like faking madness,

and so it's kind of all over the place. I

personally... I just really hope the horse

stuff is real. Like I just want that to be real so bad.

- God, yes please. - Because it's, like, so iconic. Like,

inviting people over to your house for your horse.

I just love it. - Maybe Caligula was

just like a regular guy, and this was all

just like political mudslinging that

stuck in history. - It's possible. He got

stuck with the name, so maybe he got

stuck with a bunch of other stuff too.

- Yeah, if we know that he didn't like the name,

and that's why-- what we know him as,

that's something. I think frankly it-- I

think it's more interesting if

none of it's true, and he was just like

trying to get shit done in Rome.

- He did actually make a lot of progress for the

Roman Empire as far as getting more land

in Britain. Like that was his main

accomplishment during that time. Which,

you know, conquering isn't what I would

consider a great accomplishment, but at

the time that was his cool thing that he

did so... - For the Romans, they were fans

of that. - Yeah, exactly.

To me, it kind of puts the whole Roman

Empire into question at least a little

bit, if there's so much we don't know

about Caligula. Like I mean there's

certainly some things about the Roman

Empire that we have records of but maybe

there's more of it that could have just

been embellished or legend or anything.

But I think that's true a lot of history

even more modern. - Sure, absolutely.

That's a great point too, is what else does

it throw into question. Maybe there was no

Rome. Or did I just blow everyone's minds.

How can you get rid of your love handles and

this again is a very simple exercise which you can do anytime & anywhere.

You can do this while cooking, while in office or while traveling.

You don't need any equipment, you don't need any kind of product or you have to go the gym.

You can do them, wherever you are.

And i am so excited, because i can wear my favorite dresses after these exercises.

So similarly , even you can wear all your favorite dresses.

So, let's start with these 3 simple exercise. So, exercise no-1.

So, either you can do this exercise with the support or without the support.

So, if you are doing without support then just

life up your leg to forward and

lift up to the side. And when you are lifting up to the side then you have to bend to this direction.

Front & side, Front & side

And if you can't do directly then you can do this

Up, take your leg back and side, Up again put your leg back and side.

If you want you can take support, like you have taken support and then you can start.

When you will lift up your leg on the sides, what you can do is

just bend again you need not to bend ahead . you have to bend backward and

This also you can do around 10-15 or 20.

As soon as you can do this, then gradually you can increase this.

IN MY PRAYER CLOSET; HE GAVE IT IN SUCH A DIRECT

PERSONAL WAY, I JUST SAT AND WROTE IT DOWN-

SCRIPTURES INCLUDED- EVERYTHING.

YOU SEE, GOD HAS MUCH FOR THE BRIDE OF CHRIST TO DO;

THEREFORE, HE'S SEEKING TO DO MUCH

FOR THE BRIDE OF CHRIST.

BUT IN ORDER FOR THE DIVINITY TO HAVE SUCH LIBERTY

WITH THE BRIDE, SHE HAS TO BE IN A SPECIAL PLACE.

SHE HAS TO BE THERE IN ORDER FOR DIVINITY

TO DO FOR AND THROUGH HER, AND THIS WHERE-

IS WHERE THIS MESSAGE COMES INTO PLAY.

THE TITLE OF THIS MESSAGE IS,

"TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL THINE HEART;

AND LEAN NOT UNTO THINE OWN UNDERSTANDING.

IN ALL THY WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM,

AND HE SHALL DIRECT THY PATHS."

THE GREATEST STUMBLING BLOCK THAT HINDERS GOD

IN MAKING PLAIN PATHS FOR HIS CHILDREN'S FEET

IS PEOPLE TRUSTING IN THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING

INSTEAD OF TRUSTING GOD AND HIS PROMISES.

NOW EVERY PROMISE IN THE WORD OF GOD IS TO BE CLAIMED

BY HIS CHILDREN, AND THERE'S A PROMISE IN THE BIBLE

TO MEET EVERY NEED YOU COULD EVER FACE

IN THIS LIFE-SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL, FINANCIAL, EVERY NEED.

HOWEVER, FOR THE PROMISES TO BE FULFILLED

IN A PERSON'S LIFE, THEY MUST MEET THE CONDITIONS

OF EACH PROMISE.

NOW WITH THAT SAID, TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

THE STARTING SCRIPTURE, PROVERBS 3:5 AND 6.

GOD PROMISES HIS CHILDREN TO DI-TO DIRECT THEIR PATHS.

NOW BY GOD DIRECTING YOUR PATHS, HE WILL

LOOK OUT FOR YOU AND PROTECT YOU.

HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND SUPPLY ALL OF YOUR NEEDS.

HE WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU.

HE WILL COMFORT YOU AND STRENGTHEN YOU.

HE WILL BLESS YOU AND MAKE YOU A BLESSING,

AND HE WILL LEAD YOUR PATHS TO RAPTURE GROUND.

HOWEVER, FOR ALL OF THIS TO HAPPEN, IN ORDER

FOR GOD TO HAVE SUCH LIBERTY IN YOUR LIFE,

YOU MUST MEET THE CONDITIONS OF THE PROMISE:

1) TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART.

2) DO NOT LEAN TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING.

3) ACKNOWLEDGE HIM IN ALL OF YOUR WAYS.

TO TRUST IN THE LORD IS TO TRUST HIS WORD,

THE PROMISES HE MADE IN THE BIBLE.

TO TRUST IN THE LORD IS TO KNOW THAT EACH PROMISE

IS AVAILABLE TO YOU AS A CHILD OF GOD; IT IS YOURS

IF YOU MEET THE CONDITIONS OF THAT PROMISE.

TAKE NOTE, EVERY WORD IN THE SCRIPTURES IS IMPORTANT.

IN STUDYING GOD'S WORD, NEVER BYPASS OR OVERLOOK

EVEN ONE WORD IN A VERSE.

CHILD OF GOD, YOU MUST TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL

OF YOUR HEART, AND THAT ONE WORD "ALL" IS A VERY BIG WORD-

ALL OF YOUR HEART-ALL OF YOU,

NOT PART OF YOU, NOT EVEN 99%.

WHAT THIS IS SAYING IS MAKE NO ROOM FOR DOUBT.

GOD CANNOT WORK WITH DOUBT;

GOD WORKS ONLY WITH DIVINE FAITH.

ROMANS, CHAPTER 1, VERSE 17.

"FOR THEREIN IS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD

REVEALED FROM FAITH TO FAITH: AS IT IS WRITTEN,

THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH."

GOD IS NOT SATISFIED WITH HIS CHILDREN ONLY USING

DIVINE FAITH; THEY MUST LEARN TO LIVE

BY DIVINE FAITH- BIG DIFFERENCE.

DO NOT BE SATISFIED, CHILD OF GOD, USING FAITH

AND GETTING RESULTS FROM TIME TO TIME;

SEEK TO LIVE BY DIVINE FAITH IN THE PROMISES OF GOD.

WHEN YOU LEARN TO LIVE BY FAITH AND NOT JUST USE IT

ON OCCASION, THIS IS WHEN GOD'S HANDS ARE COMPLETELY

UNTIED IN YOUR LIFE AND HE CAN SUPPLY ALL OF YOUR NEEDS

ALL OF THE TIME AND BLESS YOU AND MAKE YOU

A GREATER BLESSING TO HIS KINGDOM IN THIS FINAL HOUR.

LIVING BY FAITH IS GOING FAITH TO FAITH.

YOU ARE NOT GOING FROM FAITH INTO DOUBT,

FROM FAITH INTO FEAR OR FROM FAITH INTO WORRY.

AS PAUL SAID IN ROMANS 1:17, "THE RIGHTEOUSNESS

OF GOD IS REVEALED," AS YOU GO

"FROM FAITH TO FAITH."

YOU LIVE BY DIVINE FAITH, AND YOU NEVER STRAY

FROM DIVINE FAITH.

LIVING BY FAITH IS TRUSTING GOD AND HIS PROMISES

WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART, YET YOU MUST BEWARE

OF THE GREAT STUMBLING BLOCK- THAT BEING,

LEANING TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING.

AGAIN AND AGAIN THE WORD OF GOD

TEACHES AGAINST THIS.

AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO LEAN UNTO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING?

WELL, LEANING TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING

IS DEPENDING ON YOUR THOUGHTS, IDEAS AND OPINIONS.

BUT GOD SAYS IN ISAIAH 55, VERSES 8 AND 9,

"FOR MY THOUGHTS ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS,

NEITHER ARE YOUR WAYS MY WAYS, SAITH THE LORD.

FOR AS THE HEAVENS ARE HIGHER THAN THE EARTH,

SO ARE MY WAYS HIGHER THAN YOUR WAYS,

AND MY THOUGHTS

THAN YOUR THOUGHTS."

LEANING TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING

IS EMBRACING IN YOUR MIND IMAGINATIONS

THAT CONTRADICT THE WORD OF GOD.

GOD SAYS IN SECOND CORINTHIANS, CHAPTER 10, VERSE 5,

"CASTING DOWN IMAGINATIONS, AND EVERY HIGH THING

THAT EXALTETH ITSELF AGAINST

THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, AND BRINGING INTO CAPTIVITY

EVERY THOUGHT TO THE OBEDIENCE OF CHRIST."

LEANING TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING

IS LEANING ON HUMAN WISDOM.

GOD SAYS IN PROVERBS, CHAPTER 3, VERSE 7.

"BE NOT WISE IN THINE OWN EYES."

IN FACT, GOD GOES ON AND INVITES US

IN JAMES, CHAPTER 1, VERSE 5,

"IF ANY OF YOU LACK WISDOM..."

SPEAKING OF DIVINE WISDOM, "LET HIM ASK OF GOD,

THAT GIVETH TO ALL MEN LIBERALLY, AND UPBRAIDETH NOT;

AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN HIM."

LEANING TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING IS LOOKING

AT THE TROUBLING CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING

YOUR LIFE AND COMING TO YOUR OWN CONCLUSION

INSTEAD OF LOOKING TO THE PROMISES OF GOD.

WHEN A PERSON DECIDES TO LEAN TO THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING,

WHEN THEY CHOOSE TO DO THAT,

THIS IS THE VERY PROOF THAT THEY DO NOT TRUST GOD

AND HIS PROMISES AS THEY SHOULD.

HOW OFTEN HAS CALAMITY SUDDENLY STRUCK

THE LIFE OF A CHILD OF GOD?

THEIR WORLD APPEARS TO BE CRUMBLING ALL AROUND THEM,

AND THE FIRST THING THEY DO

IS DRAW THEIR OWN CONCLUSION TO THE SITUATION.

THEY QUESTION GOD AND HIS LOVE FOR THEM, THEY BLAME GOD;

AND MAYBE, THEY GO SO FAR AS TO TURN THEIR BACK

ON GOD COMPLETELY.

MAYBE A DEATH DISEASE HAS AFFLICTED THEM OR A LOVED ONE

AND THEY FALL APART EMOTIONALLY WONDERING WHY

GOD HAS ALLOWED THIS, OR THEY REASON WITHIN THEMSELVES

THAT LIFE IS OVER.

IN THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING THEY ARE PREPARING TO DIE

INSTEAD OF PREPARING TO LIVE.

IN THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING THEY ARE PREPARING TO DIE

INSTEAD OF PREPARING TO RECEIVE THE MIRACLE

GOD PROMISED IN HIS WORD-TO BE A WITNESS

FOR HIS HONOR AND GLORY.

WORRY, DOUBT, FEAR, FRUSTRATION ARE ALL BYPRODUCTS

OF LEANING TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING,

AND THIS TIES GOD'S HANDS AND HE IS UNABLE TO MAKE

PLAIN PATHS FOR YOU OUT OF THAT VALLEY OF SICKNESS.

HE IS UNABLE TO MAKE PLAIN PATHS FOR YOU OUT

OF THAT FIERY FURNACE OF TRIBULATION.

WHEN CALAMITY STRIKES YOUR LIFE IN WHATEVER FORM

OR FASHION, IT WILL JOLT YOU TO THE CORE, IT WILL KNOCK YOU

TO YOUR KNEES; BUT IF YOU ARE TRUSTING GOD

WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART, ON YOUR KNEES IS EXACTLY

WHERE YOU NEED TO BE.

ROMANS, CHAPTER 10, VERSE 17.

"SO THEN FAITH COMETH BY HEARING,

AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD."

IN THE MIDST OF TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS, TRUSTING THE LORD

WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART MEANS LIVING BY FAITH

AND THE WORD OF GOD AND NOT BY

YOUR FEEBLE UNDERSTANDING.

WHEN YOU TRUST GOD WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART,

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT NO MATTER WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND YOU,

GOD IS IN CONTROL ALL OF THE TIME.

WHEN YOU TRUST GOD WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART,

YOU UNDERSTAND-GOD HAS POWER TO LOOK INTO YOUR FUTURE,

AND HE KNOWS WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU, WHERE AS HUMAN-

WE AS HUMANS ARE LIMITED AS PAUL SAID

IN FIRST CORINTHIANS 13, FOR WE SEE THROUGH A GLASS,

DARKLY IN THIS LIFE.

OUR UNDERSTANDING IS LIMITED AND FEEBLE;

WE CANNOT SEE INTO THE FUTURE AS GOD CAN.

AND IF A SPIRIT-FILLED CHILD OF GOD WILL LEARN

TO FORSAKE THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND TRUST GOD

AND HIS PROMISES, THEN GOD HAS THE OPPORTUNITY,

IN ORDER TO TRUST THE LORD WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART

ALL OF THE TIME, A PERSON MUST, MUST TAKE ON

THE MIND OF CHRIST.

PHILIPPIANS, CHAPTER 2, VERSE 5.

"LET THIS MIND BE IN YOU, WHICH WAS ALSO IN CHRIST JESUS."

BY TRUSTING IN THE LORD WITH THE WHOLE YOU ALL OF THE TIME,

HE WILL NOT ONLY GIVE YOU PERFECT PEACE,

HE WILL SHARE WITH YOU HIS EVERLASTING STRENGTH.

YOU MAY ASK YOURSELF, "WELL, HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM

REALLY TRUSTING THE LORD WITH ALL OF MY HEART?"

WELL, ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES, IF YOU CAN

KEEP YOUR MIND FOCUSED ON THE LORD AND HIS PROMISES

AND HAVE PERFECT PEACE IN THE MIDST OF YOUR TROUBLES,

KNOWING THAT NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS,

EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT FOR GOOD, THIS PROVES

THAT YOU TRUST DIVINITY WITH THE WHOLE YOU.

ROMANS, CHAPTER 8, VERSE 28.

"AND WE KNOW THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD

TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD, TO THEM WHO ARE

THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE."

IN PREPARING THIS MESSAGE, THE HOLY GHOST DIRECTED ME

TO THE 14TH CHAPTER OF THE BOOK OF EXODUS.

IN THIS CHAPTER IT ILLUSTRATES GOD'S POWER

AND ABILITY IN DIRECTING A PERSON'S PATH, AND IT ALSO

ILLUSTRATES THE LIMITATIONS,

THE FEEBLENESS OF MAN'S UNDERSTANDING.

NOW TO SET THE SCENE, GOD HAS USED HIS HOLY PROPHET MOSES

TO DELIVER THE NATION OF ISRAEL

FROM 400 YEARS OF EGYPTIAN SLAVERY.

BY MIGHTY PLAGUES AND JUDGMENTS, GOD HAS BROUGHT

THE GREATEST KINGDOM OF THAT DAY TO ITS KNEES,

FORCING PHARAOH TO RELEASE THE ISRAELITE PEOPLE.

NOW MOSES AND THE ISRAELITES ARE LEAVING OUT OF EGYPT

INTO THE WILDERNESS AND STRAIGHT TO THE RED SEA.

IN EXODUS 14, BEGINNING IN VERSE 3,

GOD IS SPEAKING TO MOSES.

"FOR PHARAOH WILL SAY OF THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL,

THEY ARE ENTANGLED IN THE LAND, THE WILDERNESS

HATH SHUT THEM IN.

AND I WILL HARDEN PHARAOH'S HEART, THAT HE

SHALL FOLLOW AFTER THEM; AND I WILL BE HONOURED

UPON PHARAOH, AND UPON ALL HIS HOST;

THAT THE EGYPTIANS MAY KNOW THAT I AM THE LORD.

AND THEY DID SO."

GOD HAD A PLAN.

GOD HAS A PLAN AND HE IS REVEALING TO MOSES WHAT IS

ABOUT TO HAPPEN; HOWEVER, THIS PLAN IS NOT REVEALED

TO THE ISRAELITE PEOPLE; THEY ARE TO FOLLOW GOD'S INSTRUCTIONS

THROUGH THE PROPHET OF GOD, MOSES.

TAKE NOTE, HOWEVER, GOD DID NOT REVEAL THE ENTIRE PLAN

EVEN TO MOSES-ONLY THAT WHICH HE NEEDED TO KNOW.

MOSES KNEW THAT GOD WOULD REVEAL HIS GLORY,

BUT HE DID NOT KNOW HOW IT WOULD HAPPEN.

GOD'S PLANS ARE NEVER REVEALED TO ANYONE 100%

OR ELSE THERE WOULD BE NO REASON TO TRUST GOD

AND LIVE BY DIVINE FAITH.

THERE ARE TIMES GOD'S CHILDREN ARE LED INTO THE UNKNOWN,

AND IT IS ONLY BY TRUSTING GOD 100%

THAT HE WILL LEAD THEM OUT.

VERSE 10 OF THIS SAME CHAPTER.

"AND WHEN PHARAOH DREW NIGH, THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL

LIFTED UP THEIR EYES, AND, BEHOLD,

THE EGYPTIANS MARCHED AFTER THEM; AND THEY WERE SORE AFRAID:

AND THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL CRIED OUT UNTO THE LORD."

AGAIN, I SAY, GOD HAD A PLAN.

MOSES HAD LED THE ISRAELITES UP TO THE BANK

OF THE RED SEA, AND NOW PHARAOH, WITH THE GREATEST ARMY

OF THAT DAY, IS CLOSING IN FROM BEHIND.

IN THE NATURAL, WITHOUT KNOWING GOD'S PLAN,

IT APPEARS THEY ARE TRAPPED.

IT LOOKS AS IF GOD AND HIS PROPHET HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE

AND HAVE LED THE ISRAELITES

RIGHT INTO THE HANDS OF THEIR ENEMY.

NOW AT THIS POINT IN TIME, THE ISRAELITES HAVE

A CHOICE TO MAKE: THEY COULD BRING TO REMEMBRANCE

WHAT GOD HAD JUST DONE FOR THEM IN EGYPT,

THE MIGHTY PLAGUES AND JUDGMENTS THAT HE POURED OUT

UPON THE EGYPTIANS.

THEY COULD BRING TO REMEMBRANCE HOW GOD SPOILED THEM

WITH THE EGYPTIANS' WEALTH

RIGHT BEFORE THEY LEFT OUT.

THEY COULD BRING TO REMEMBRANCE HOW GOD HEALED

EVERY ONE OF THEM IN THAT GREAT NATION;

THERE WAS NOT A FEEBLE ONE LEFT AMONG THEM

WHEN THEY LEFT OUT.

THEN THEY COULD'VE DECIDED, THE MIGHTY HAND

OF GOD HAS BEEN GOOD TO US AND HE WILL NOT FAIL US NOW;

THEREFORE, WE WILL TRUST GOD ONCE AGAIN FOR DELIVERANCE-

OR THEY COULD LOOK AT THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES

AND LEAN UNTO THEIR OWN THOUGHTS,

OPINIONS AND IMAGINATIONS.

VERSE 11 AND 12.

"AND THEY SAID UNTO MOSES, BECAUSE THERE WERE NO

GRAVES IN EGYPT, HAST THOU TAKEN US AWAY

TO DIE IN THE WILDERNESS?

WHEREFORE HAST THOU DEALT THUS WITH US,

TO CARRY US FORTH OUT OF EGYPT?

IS NOT THIS THE WORD THAT WE DID TELL THEE IN EGYPT,

SAYING, LET US ALONE, THAT WE MAY SERVE THE EGYPTIANS?

FOR IT HAD BEEN BETTER FOR US TO SERVE THE EGYPTIANS,

THAN THAT WE SHOULD DIE IN THE WILDERNESS."

BEHOLD THE LIMITATIONS AND FEEBLENESS

OF MAN'S UNDERSTANDING.

THE ISRAELITES CHOSE TO LIVE BY SIGHT AND NOT BY TRUST-

THE ISRAELITES CHOSE WRONG.

THEIR FEEBLE UNDERSTANDING PRODUCED DOUBT AND FEAR WITHIN.

THEIR FEEBLE UNDERSTANDING CAUSED THEM

TO FALSELY ACCUSE GOD AND HIS PROPHET.

THEY FORGOT ALL THAT GOD HAD JUST DONE FOR THEM DAYS BEFORE.

THEIR FEEBLE UNDERSTANDING ALMOST RUINED GOD'S PLAN

BECAUSE ISRAEL WAS READY TO MAKE THEIR OWN PATH

BACK INTO BONDAGE.

HOWEVER, GOD WAS PATIENT AND MERCIFUL;

FOR GOD UNDERSTOOD THAT THE ISRAELITES HAD BEEN BOUND

IN IDOL WORSHIP FOR 400 YEARS.

MOST OF THEM HAD ALMOST NO KNOWLEDGE OF JEHOVAH GOD,

AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE WRITTEN WORD

AS WE DO TODAY TO LEAN ON.

SO GOD USED HIS PROPHET TO REASON WITH THE ISRAELITES.

VERSE 13.

"AND MOSES SAID UNTO THE PEOPLE, FEAR YE NOT,

STAND STILL, AND SEE THE SALVATION OF THE LORD,

WHICH HE WILL SHOW TO YOU TO DAY: FOR THE EGYPTIANS

WHOM YE HAVE SEEN TO DAY, YE SHALL SEE THEM AGAIN

NO MORE FOR EVER.

THE LORD SHALL FIGHT FOR YOU, AND YE SHALL HOLD YOUR PEACE."

NOW ONCE GOD WAS ABLE TO BRING THEM OUT THEIR OWN UNDERSTANDING

AND GET THEIR FOCUS ON GOD

AND WHAT HE JUST PROMISED TO DO, THEN GOD WAS ABLE

TO SET HIS PLAN IN MOTION.

AT THIS POINT, THE ISRAELITES HAD NO CHOICE

BUT TO TRUST GOD.

YET EVEN NOW, MOSES AND THE ISRAELITES

STILL DID NOT KNOW HOW DELIVERANCE WOULD COME.

THEN GOD WAS ABOUT TO DO THE UNBELIEVABLE,

THE UNTHINKABLE, THE IMPOSSIBLE.

VERSE 15.

"AND THE LORD SAID UNTO MOSES,

WHEREFORE CRIEST THOU UNTO ME?

SPEAK UNTO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL, THAT THEY GO FORWARD.

BUT LIFT THOU UP THY ROD, AND STRETCH OUT THINE HAND

OVER THE SEA, AND DIVIDE IT: AND THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL

SHALL GO ON DRY GROUND THROUGH THE MIDST OF THE SEA."

VERSE 21.

"AND MOSES STRETCHED OUT HIS HAND OVER THE SEA;

AND THE LORD CAUSED THE SEA TO GO BACK BY A STRONG WIND

(EAST WIND) ALL THAT NIGHT, AND MADE THE SEA

DRY LAND, AND THE WATERS WERE DIVIDED.

AND THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL WENT INTO THE MIDST OF THE SEA

UPON THE DRY GROUND: AND THE WATERS WERE A WALL

UNTO THEM ON THEIR RIGHT HAND, AND ON THEIR LEFT."

NOW BEHOLD THE POWER OF GOD.

BEHOLD GOD'S ABILITY TO MAKE A PLAIN PATH

FOR HIS CHILDREN'S FEET IN THE MIDST

OF IMPOSSIBLE CIRCUMSTANCES.

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT IT MEANS TO FORSAKE

YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING AND TRUST GOD COMPLETELY.

AND ALSO TAKE NOTE GOD'S CONSIDERATION, HE WAS SO

MINDFUL OF THE PEOPLE, HE EVEN GAVE THEM COMPLETE

DRY GROUND TO PASS OVER- NOT WET, NOT MUDDY, BUT DRY.

VERSE 23.

"AND THE EGYPTIANS PURSUED, AND WENT IN AFTER THEM

TO THE MIDST OF THE SEA, EVEN ALL PHARAOH'S HORSES,

HIS CHARIOTS, AND HIS HORSEMEN.

AND IT CAME TO PASS, THAT IN THE MORNING WATCH THE LORD

LOOKED UNTO THE HOST OF THE EGYPTIANS

THROUGH THE PILLAR OF FIRE AND OF THE CLOUD,

AND TROUBLED THE HOST OF THE EGYPTIANS,

AND TOOK OFF THEIR CHARIOT WHEELS,

THAT THEY DRAVE THEM HEAVILY: SO THAT THE

EGYPTIANS SAID, LET US FLEE FROM THE FACE OF ISRAEL;

FOR THE LORD FIGHTETH FOR THEM AGAINST THE EGYPTIANS."

WHEN YOU PUT YOUR COMPLETE TRUST IN GOD AND FORSAKE

YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING, THERE WILL BE TIMES

THAT YOUR ENEMIES WILL BE FORCED TO ACKNOWLEDGE

THAT GOD'S RIGHT HAND OF GRACE IS FOR YOU,

AND THAT HIS LEFT HAND IS AGAINST THEM.

OH, THEY MAY NEVER CONFESS IT TO YOU; BUT THEY WILL

ACKNOWLEDGE IT AT THE VERY LEAST IN THEIR MIND,

BUT THEY WILL ACKNOWLEDGE IT.

VERSE 26.

"AND THE LORD SAID UNTO MOSES, STRETCH OUT THINE HAND

OVER THE SEA, THAT THE WATERS MAY COME AGAIN

UPON THE EGYPTIANS, UPON THEIR CHARIOTS,

AND UPON THEIR HORSEMEN.

AND MOSES STRETCHED FORTH HIS HAND OVER THE SEA,

AND THE SEA RETURNED TO HIS STRENGTH

WHEN THE MORNING APPEARED; AND THE EGYPTIANS FLED AGAINST IT;

AND THE LORD OVERTHREW THE EGYPTIANS

IN THE MIDST OF THE SEA.

AND THE WATERS RETURNED, AND COVERED THE CHARIOTS,

AND THE HORSEMEN, AND ALL THE HOST OF PHARAOH

THAT CAME INTO THE SEA AFTER THEM;

THERE REMAINED NOT SO MUCH AS ONE OF THEM."

IF PEOPLE HAD NEVER READ THIS STORY,

KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT, WHAT PERSON

COULD HAVE PREDICTED SUCH AN OUTCOME?

WHO COULD HAVE ENVISIONED GOD MAKING A PLAIN PATH

FOR THE ISRAELITES STRAIGHT THROUGH THE RED SEA?

ONLY GOD COULD HAVE PLANNED

AND PRODUCED SUCH A RESULT.

SO I TELL YOU TONIGHT, WHEN YOU'RE FACING A RED SEA

IN YOUR LIFE, AND THE ENEMY OF YOUR SOUL IS CLOSING IN,

AND THERE SEEMS TO BE NO PATH OF ESCAPE;

DO NOT FOCUS ON YOUR SURROUNDING CIRCUMSTANCES,

DO NOT LEAN TO YOUR UNDERSTANDING;

KNOW THAT IT IS TIME TO REASON WITH GOD AND HIS PROMISES

Volunteering - Habitat for Humanity - Duration: 9:31.

Volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.

Today, we are here at Habitat terrace in ocean view neighborhood in San Francisco, CA.

This project consists of 28 units of which 17 are part of Inclusionary Housing Below Market Rate Program.

Let me introduce to this site.

Habitat Terrace is not just the name of our construction site, it is the name of this street

The address of the home that you guys are huddled into for shelter right now is 107 Habitat Terrace.

You will see that on the site behind me.

There is a similar sign on the back yard.

We think it is pretty cool that the street is named after habitat for humanity,

so I can never resist sharing that with folks.

More useful for you today thought what you see is the lot number on that sign.

We have similar signs posted along this fence all the way down to the bottom of lot 50,

with lot 77 at the top.

I say that everyday that lot 77 sign is actually missing.

So far no body has actually called me on that.

You need a reference point to find your way around the site today.

So when we talk about where to find something or put something or what has to go to next,

or whatever we use them, so I encourage to make a note when you come out of a house and

you want to get to it, what lot number you were in, they really do all kind of blur together

look the same when you are going back and forth so it will help you find your way around today.

Alright.

Ok that is kind a like how the site is organized.

As far as the houses themselves, they are all 3 stories, single family homes even though

they are very close to each other they are separate structures.

They all have got one car garage which we are seeking advantage of right now.

They all have got solar panels.

That is just one feature of our green building program.

Some of you will be helping us with that today.

Making them nice and energy efficient.

This video was shot in Nov 2015.

Volunteers would arrive early and would be briefed about the project.

Then they are given a choice to work on blind wall, roofing, finishes, instillation, and

insulation.

The rest of the video is with this group that will be insulating unit number 55, under the guidance of Leo.

Everybody that is left is together.

The 12 of you guys re going to be with Leo and he is in charge of insulation for lot

55.

So Leo is going to show you how it is done.

Leo begins with a quick introduction of everyone and then talks abut safety.

It is important that everyone remains safe and there are no accidents or injuries.

In Sept 2014, a fire at this construction site destroyed 1 unit and damaged 2 more.

By now all units are complete.

These units are available starting Feb 2017.

Homes range between 1300 and 1400 square feet.

These homes will be available with appliances.

They are priced at around $440,000.00.

A monthly HOA of about $170 covers landscaping, irrigation, exterior lighting, sidewalk, storm

water management system and perimeter fencing.

This is an example of one that was done right

As a reference Leo shows a unit where the insulation work is complete.

Then the group of volunteers go to unit 55 and begin the work.

Appliances and finishing touches are pending in this unit.

100's of 1000's of hrs have been volunteered by employers, employees, and activists towards

this project by people who live in the Bay Area.
