Garlic - A True SUPERFOOD? - Duration: 4:02.
The term "superfood" is often overused, given to foods that don't necessarily deserve
it.
I try to avoid using the word, but sometimes certain foods do stick out more than others.
Based on the current research, it seems that garlic might be stepping up to the superfood
podium soon.
Garlic, as you may know, is an immensely popular food commonly used as seasoning for its distinctly
imposing flavor.
However, not often do we speak of its health benefits.
When we look at research, it does seem that the benefits are indeed vast.
The benefit that might be most fascinating for those subscribed to this channel is the
increase of nitric oxide.
One study found that consuming two grams of garlic cloves was associated with a 385% increase
of circulating nitric oxide.
Nitric oxide has been shown to promote vasodilation, increasing blood flow and oxygen to smooth
muscles, and possibly improving nutrient delivery to your skeletal muscles.
In turn, it potentially improves exercise performance and muscle recovery.
The increased nitric oxide is also connected to the increase of circulating interferon-alpha,
an important signaling protein that have shown to combat viruses, bacteria, and parasites.
It's also known to be a general anti-cancer protein for its stimulation of the immune
system to help slow down cancer cell proliferation.
Garlic has also been shown to reduce blood pressure for hypertensive subjects by as much
as 5-10%, with more consistency in reducing systolic blood pressure than diastolic.
This can be huge benefit for those at risk of high blood pressure.
Speaking of… pressure, some studies also suggest that garlic can be… "pro" erectile,
improving the performance of the male sex organ.
Hydrogen sulfide, one of the components in garlic, itself is found within the sex organ
and is theorized to open potassium channels that allow greater blood engorgement to the
organ.
Some even call garlic the "vegetable Viagra."
Other potential garlic benefits based on preliminary research is reducing triglyceride levels,
increasing levels of the anti-oxidant glutathione, increasing T-cell levels for improved immunity,
and reducing arterial plaque buildup, especially for women.
But perhaps the most consistently significant benefit of garlic is reducing total cholesterol.
Three different meta-analyses found, on average, a 10% reduction of total cholesterol in hyperlipidemic
subjects when given garlic.
Further research found that garlic is particularly good at reducing low-density lipoprotein,
also known as the "bad" cholesterol.
Some show slight increases in high-density lipoprotein, aka good cholesterol, but not
as reliably as lowering LDL.
And that's where we are now in terms of garlic benefits.
As far as how much you should consume, according to the research site Examine.com, many of
the benefits can achieved by eating a single clove of garlic 2-3 times a day, which can
easily be done by adding it to your major meals.
And it's best prepared by first chopping or crushing it to allow the beneficial compounds
to activate.
Avoid microwaving, as that might destroy the beneficial components.
Grill or roast garlic instead.
Also, don't eat too much of it, as it can be toxic.
General guideline is stay below roughly 20 grams of garlic for the average male, which
is roughly 7 cloves.
After all of this information, does garlic deserve the superfood title?
In my opinion… yes, at least more so than most others that have been called superfoods.
The benefits are quite astounding.
Good thing that I'm a fan of its flavor and hopefully reaping its benefits already.
And if you're not a fan already, then maybe all of this information might change your
mind.
If you do start eating garlic more often, just be care of the power of your… breath.
Let me know if there are other supposed superfoods you want to see a video about.
Please like and subscribe if you enjoy the content, come check out my Patreon if you
want to further support the channel, and as always, thank you for watching.

10 Hottest Female Politicians - Duration: 5:42.
Politics is no longer just a man's world.
But don't get me wrong, i'm not a misogynist, I love bitches!
But nowadays women are leading the new frontiers.
They are hot, powerful, and book smart.
Yeah they can charm you with their tig ol bitties, but, they can also hold your attention
with their wise words.
So with that being said welcome to our list of the Top 10 Hottest Female Politicians
Number 10: Sarah Palin No, we're not talking about this sarah palin
*insert photo of lisa ann version* we're talking about the real sarah palin.
Coooming in at number 10 on our list, is this busty brunette milf mayor from Alaska, who
almost nearly became the first female president of the United States.
But despite failing to clinch the vice presidency, she still was the first Alaskan on the national
ticket of a major political party… which party, the party in these pants.
Number 9: Belinda Stronach Born & Raised in the 416, Belinda was a Member
of Parliament in the Canadian House of Commons, and although she recently retired from politics,
doesn't mean she's retired from HD's Naughty list, cause this milf is widely believed to
still be one of the most powerful women in Canadian politics.
and rumor has it, her pussy tastes like canadian maple syrup, Yumm.
Number 8: Joanna Mucha Starting off as a middle school teacher, Joanna
Mucha soon got tired of students jizzing in her class, and decided to switch her career
to legislature.
Where she then moved around the political field of Poland for quite a bit, until she
started her new career as a congresswoman.
But all I really wanna know is, how good she can do the polka on a polish sausage.
kielbasa anyone?
Number 7: Yuri Fujikawa Yuri Fujikawa, or as I like to call her Yuri
Fuj' , is not to be confused with cock gobbler Yori U.
Because this japanese babe sits on a city council with a body, hotter than wasabi; I'm
talking hotter than Hiroshima in 1945.
But that hasn't stopped the Japanese and world media from giving her the superstar treatment.
She put out a book of photos and videos that proved she was a sexy politician and had some
Japanese officials claiming she is too sexy for politics.
So I guess you can say whether your name is Yuri or yori, Japanese dudes wanna bukkake
you.
Number 6: Mara Cafagna Mara Cafagna is an Italian politician and
former showgirl.
After she obtained a degree in law with tuition money from making that ass clap, Mara worked
for several years on tv shows and as a model.
She later entered politics and served as Minister for Equal Opportunity in Italy.
And although Italy is known for inventing pizza, it's also known for their sexy women,
with their huge ass pepperoni nipples.
Number 5: Ruby Dhalla With obvious indian descent and no relation
to jizz dumpster mia khalifa, Ruby Dhalla was actually born and raised in Canada.
This northern beauty is a Canadian liberal, and her political career began in 2004 when
she entered the Canadian House of Commons, as a Brampton representative.
So between her and belinda stronach who do you think is the hotter canadian?
let us in know in the comment section below.
Number 4: Eva Kaili As a previous anchorwoman with legs for days,
Eva Kaili's television career lasted just a few years, but me and Mr. Hand found a way
to make it last just a little longer, keyboards still not the same.... luckily by the age
of 30, this busty blonde was pursuing politics and in 2009, Eva was elected as a member of
the Hellenic Parliament in Greece.
But lets just hope she didn't have to suck greasy feta dick to get there.
Number 3: Anna Maria Galojan If you're into bad bitches, then Estonia's
Anna-Maria Galojan might just be your favorite politician from this list.
The young and gorgeous Anna-Marie served as a leader of the youth section of the Estonian
Reform Party, but her political career didn't last very long, as she was convicted for embezzlement
and assault.
Just the way like it, oh you naughty girl.
For all you researchers out there, Yes, she posed for playboy magazine that same year...
oh no...not now... please not now these are my good pants nooooooo- ohhhhhahhhhhohhhahhh
JIZZ ALERT.
Number 2: Alina Kabaeva In 2004, Alina Kabaeva won an olympic gold
medal in rhythmic gymnastics at the olympics, then three years later she was an elected
member of the russian duma.
Not to mention all the rumors flying around that she's going to marry creepy ass russian
nutjob Vladimir Putin.
But all I know is that if I were him, my schedule would be as flexible as she is.
I can only imagine how her ex boyfriend feels about it **Dont delete last sentence, im gonna
put a funny ass movie clip for that** Number 1: Vanja Hadzovic
We've come to the end of our list, and who else is more suitable for the #1 spot than
the stunning Vanja Hadzovic.
The breathtaking Serbian diplomat became the Minister of Foreign Affairs, of Serbia, at
just 27 years old.
This busty bombshell also became the deputy of my gootch, the mayor of my balls, and her
highest achievement; the sheriff of my shaft.
So there you have it, our list of Top 10 Hottest Female Politicians, were there any other jizz
worthy politicians we missed? if so, check your lower back and be sure to mention it
in the comment section below and as always dont forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe.

Do I Want My Hearing Back? ❤ Jessica Marie Flores ❤ - Duration: 2:48.
So for today's video I'm going to be
actually talking about wether or not
I want all my hearing back.
It's the new "Hot Topic" of the day
And this is a question that a lot
of Deaf/HoH people get asked
at least one time in their life.
If you haven't been asked this yet,
trust me it's coming, just wait.
Now I can't speak for all Deaf/HoH people
when I say this...
But do I want my hearing back?
Let me just...
Think about...
NO.
I am very aware that having
all my hearing back
would make my life a crap-load easier.
And to tell you the truth, I did want my hearing back
for years.
Because there was a point in my life
were I hated being Deaf.
For those of you that don't know,
I grew up being the only Deaf person I knew.
Which meant that everyday,
I had to constantly see all these people around me,
have access to all these things
that I didn't have access to.
The best way that I can explain how this feels is
imagine you are at a party, and everybody's having a great time
( electronic beat boxing )
But anyways there's a person in the party
going around, passing out unlimited magical cupcakes.
They're passing it out to everybody like,
"And one for you... and youuu
and you, and you!"
( electronic beat boxing )
And then they get to you and they're like,
"One for yooo- "
(awkward laugh)
"Sorry...
But... Uhm...
You need to be able to hear...
to have a cupcake...
But the good news is we have an unlimited
supply of celery!"
Not having access to all those magical cupcakes
in front of me,
always made me feel excluded
and left out,
and less than everybody else.
And I hated it!
20+ years later I reached a point in my life
where I was like, "You know what??
All this is BS!"
I wasted so much time, eating all that celery,
wishing I was a hearing person,
giving myself a hard time about it
and being uncomfortable in my own skin.
When I really could have spent all that time,
learning how to love myself
and embrace my weirdness
And say, "Challenge Accepted!"
to all those barriers that I need to face.
After I realized all this,
I was like, "You know what?! From now on,
I bake my own God Damn batch of magical cupcakes!"
And you know what?
They're gonna be extra extra Super-Duper delicious too!
You know why?
Because in the end,
just being you pays off.
MMM...
Pretty good!
So remember,
if nobody is handling you any of those cupcakes
it's never too late to start making your own!

The Pineal Projector
If youve ever seen an old-school projector that uses a slide carousel, youve seen
how the Pineal Gland and Pituitary Gland work together to project out your holographic reality.
In regard to the Pineal Gland, there are two things that require clarification before I
go further.
First, there is no such thing as a calcified Pineal Gland.
What has been detected in this gland is not calcification.
It is grains of concretions that are a natural part of this gland.
These grains are, in fact, tiny crystals.
Second, there is much misinformation about both the location of the Pineal and Pituitary
glands, and which chakras they correspond to.
The Pineal Gland is located dead center in the brain, and corresponds to the Crown Chakra.
The Pituitary Gland is located directly between the temples, and corresponds to the Third
Eye Chakra.
Back to our old-school projector.
As you can see, the Pineal Gland sits behind the Pituitary.
The Pineal Gland contains pigment similar to that found in the eyes, and it uses its
connection to the optic thalami to control the action of light in the body.
In other words, the Pineal Gland acts as a projector inside the brain.
But what is it projecting?
The Pituitary Gland is the bodys main endocrine system gland, producing hormones that control
hormone production in other glands.
It carries so much influence, its known as the Master Gland of the body.
But you may be interested to learn that what is triggering the production of hormones in
the body is more often than not the perceptions of the mind.
Unless a hormone is being produced for an unconscious function, unconscious in the same
way breathing is not a conscious function, that hormone is being produced by your perception.
Similarly, cellular biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton has proved that indeed the only factor that
influences the behavior of cells is Human perception.
So what is your Pineal Projector projecting?
Its projecting out the slides youre loading into your slide carousel.
The slides are the perceptions you focus on most, and the slide carousel is your Pituitary
Gland.
Heres how the Pineal Gland and Pituitary Gland compliment each other: Once your perception
decides that a stimuli is real, this message is received by your Pineal Gland, and sent
to your Pituitary Gland, which then distributes hormones throughout the body via your endocrine
system.
The hormones it sends match your perception of reality.
Can you see now how your Pineal Gland acts as a projector?
Its responding to your perception of reality and shining a light through it, which projects
it out through the Third Eye.
And whatever is projected out through the Third Eye becomes your holographic home movie
of reality.
Perception really is everything.
If your movie isnt adventurous enough, its because youre allowing something
outside of yourself to tell you what is real.
When the fact is, YOU determine whats real with your perceptions.
In the same way your body follows what your perceptions are and responds accordingly,
so does your holographic home movie.
What do you wish was real in your movie?
Whatever it is, thats what you should be focusing all of your attention on.

An EGGTASTIC EDDxplanation! | feat 300,000/h DragonEgg farm!! (Theoretical) - Duration: 12:14.
Hey! ...Yep, another video with my voice but lower you torches! because this time i'm going to reveal...
one of the great secrets of my channel (or at least I like to think so)
And that's the bug behind the EGGTASTIC trilogy!
So If you're new (hi! o/) I've been uploading some videos using EGGTASTIC in the tittle
which at first seem to have no relation but the truth is that all of them are based on the same bug!
(including the one you just saw)
So, the EGGTASTIC Trilogy are: (is?)
"An Experiment Gone EGGTASTIC"
"An EGGTASTIC generator" (uploaded on AprilFoolsDay)
And the "EGGTASTIC trailer"! which was to hint that I would reveal them soon
As you can see they are short, so I invite you to watch them, try to solve them and come back to see the solution! :D
Ok, now for the EDDxplanation, I need to explain 2 concepts first: (it isn't redundant if I use EDD c: )
1- How FallingBlocks behave and 2- Floats
the first concept was already explained by Sancarn, so with his permission I'll show you his explanation
(yay I don't have to translate this one! <o>)
(Since1.9) If there's a block right below the entity*...
ok, the floats (as Integers or bytes) store numbers inside assigned bits
the thing is they don't just save the binary value of the number, the bits are subdivided and used in a formula (behind this subtitle :s) to represent real numbers
the problem with this method is that there's a gap between the possible floats that increases with each 2^x
Uncommentated* Pannen has a good video about this where he applies it to... technical mario? just check the description ^^
So, let's start the EDDxplanation! \o/
Now, if you are wondering how are they related,
When the DragonEgg is checking if it should leave the block or the entity
the fallingSand's coords are changed to floats
and that means if there's not the right number for them, they have to round at some point
As I said, the gap increases each 2^x, so we are at X=2^22 because before this point, the gap is too small to show
and I made a mod to show the possible floats at this point (X only)
so as you can see, from 2^21 to 2^22 the gap is about 0.25 blocks, and from 2^22 to 2^23 is 0.5
At this point everything is ok, If I try to place a DragonEgg it will summon the entity at the right place
because there's a float right at the middle of the block (but there's a glitchy render too)
(Magenta lines = used by DragonEggs)
but if we move to 2^23
the gap increases from 0.5 to 1 block! so the DragonEgg must decide which one to use
And that creates groups of DragonEggs that place the entity at the same float
also, at 2^23 it seems to ingore some lines (due to rounding stuff I guess) and the render looks crazy
as the entity is in the middle of 2 blocks, one of them will delete its block and the other the entity
(in this interval, the groups have 2 eggs)
Also, as we are at low Z value, this happens all over this line until Z's gap increases
let's move to 2^24, here, the gap changes to 2 blocks! so the new groups are very strange (3,1,3,1...)
and 2^24 to 2^25 is the last interval we can go because 2^25 is outside of the world (~33M)
(here I show the same thing I said in the last interval... skip to 7:58 if you want)
Just think the same thing happens at Z = 2^24 and so
So now I'm going to show the solution for each EGGTASTIC video ^^
the easiest to explain is the trailer, as I said the fallingSand's render gets crazy as the coords increase
So we just need to keep the egg as an entity by placing a block on the side that isn't checking for landing
So here we have the same effect that was seen in the video ^^
Also idk why but sometimes the egg renders behind the map
Now we're going to move to one corner of the map to show the other answers
and here, the FallingSand will round both X and Z
So here we have the EGGTASTIC experiment, that as some of you guessed, it uses 2 eggs!
and takes advantage of that in some places, the render disappears
In this case the egg will not place it's block because it's landing on the carpet so that's why it stays as an entity
And, the last thing to show is the EGGTASTIC generator
this simple thing generates ~192k/h and ~300k/h with some changes (check the description)
(obviously if they were portal blocks and not glass)
This is based on a trick that Sancarn already explained but to summarize:
The right egg tries to place the entity in the left block, that breaks the left dragon egg and when the entity lands, it updates the right egg again
and as there's a block updating stuff, you can add other blocks of the same group to create more entities at the same spot
Now, this is not survival friendly (the video was uploaded on AprilFoolsDay for that reason xD) because
You can't find end portals at this coords, but as some of my worlds were corrupted by "moving chunks"
I wonder if there's a way to move one chunk with end portals to farlands... :P (Theosib, Xcom, you know what you have to do C:< )
And that's all for this video, I hope you like it and mess with this concept, maybe you could find some great uses for this! :D Bye!!

If you enjoyed watching this like it and subscribe to my channel. Until next video cheers.

WHAT IS BIG SHINY TUNES 20?? - Duration: 3:13.
Hey, My name is Jeremy King.
As some of you already know, I'm a content creator and I'd like to share one of my
most recent projects with you called Big Shiny Tunes 20.
But first, many of you will probably appreciate a little bit of context.
So what what exactly is Big Shiny Tunes?
Well, for many people growing up in Canada in the 1990's, watching MuchMusic, "the
nation's music station," was their first exposure to popular mainstream rock music.
Starting in 1996, MuchMusic began releasing an annual compilation album called Big Shiny
Tunes.
Released before Christmas and extremely popular, these compilations provided a whole year's
worth of hit songs on one affordable CD.
Big Shiny Tunes became the best-selling album series in Canadian history, with 5 million
albums sold in ten years.
The best-selling album of the series was Big Shiny Tunes Two (2), which went Diamond, selling
over 1 Million copies.
On a personal level, Big Shiny Tunes was my first exposure to modern rock music.
I was 11 years old when my best friend, Jeff, brought over Big Shiny Tunes Two (2), it opened
the door to a larger auditory reality and my musical life was forever changed by it.
At the time of the 20th anniversary of the release of the first Big Shiny Tunes album,
I felt compelled, fueled by nostalgia, to create my own compilation album "Big Shiny
Tunes 20."
So this is my vision of what Big Shiny Tunes would look like today, if MuchMusic had continued
releasing albums, and if the station hadn't been bought out by Bell Media.
To create this album I carefully curated the chosen songs.
I did this through months of research, I listened to The Zone, Victoria BC's modern rock station,
for hours on end.
I made sure that the album complied with the CRTC regulations that were followed during
the Big Shiny Tunes era, which required a minimum percentage of Canadian content.
The order of the songs was also important to me in that I wanted to create a progression
that resulted in a sum total bigger than the individual parts.
I wanted to create an overarching narrative that personified MuchMusic.
At the end of this project, I created a mock commercial to advertise the fictional CD release
of this album.
Steve Anthony, one of the original MuchMusic Veejays and the voice of the original Big
Shiny Tunes commercials generously agreed to do the voice over of my commercial script.
Steve's voice added to the authenticity I was striving for in this project.
So stay tuned because up next is the commercial for the album followed by the album itself
in a traditional MuchMusic format.
I've even included some little easter eggs for those who check out the livestream of
the album.
Thank you so much for watching and I hope that you enjoy Big Shiny Tunes 20.

Video Stabilizer - Ashanks - Duration: 7:51.
what is up guys my name is Mario and on this video we're gonna check out this
camera stabilizer made by a company named a shanks we're gonna go over the
details and we're gonna cover some of the information that you need to know
before you actually purchase one so make sure you stay until the end of this
video so one of the things that you need to make sure before you actually
purchase one is to make sure that the actual a stabilizer is compatible with
the camera so depending on the weight of the camera you're gonna have to actually
purchase the actual stabilizer that it's going to be compatible with it so for
example I'm using actually the one of the smaller sizes of the stabilizers
because I have a smaller camera so if I am to go and purchase one of the bigger
stabilizers and I'm using a small camera it is gonna be hard to actually keep the
balance and it's gonna be almost impossible to stabilize it so first
looking at the design of the stabilizer so this stabilizer is made of metal
pretty much it feels pretty solid and it's well made I had it for a couple of
weeks now and I haven't had any issues using it so far so starting from the
bottom on the bottom you have the actual weight plate where you actually can
adjust it weights of it so it this one actually comes with different weights so
depending on the again depending on the weight of your camera as you're
balancing it out you're probably gonna have to add or remove some of the
weights on the bottom it is very easy to adjust you don't even need to have any
tools you can easily remove or add the weights as you need on the bottom or you
can actually move them towards the center or towards the outer position of
the plate so this is going to help you or give you a more precise balance for
the stabilizer also as you want to keep it more precise
you're gonna be able to actually extend the pole or the actual stabilizer or you
can make it smaller all of this is going to come into place when you're trying to
balance a stabilizer and right on the bottom you're gonna have this rubber
feed which is going to allow you to extend it up on a table and ensuring you
don't actually scratch any of the surface of the tables that you're using
moving further up you're gonna have the handle so these handles actually it
feels okay I mean it's not the greatest but it's not bad at all I remember this
is a budget-friendly camera stabilizer it is gonna have some foam material
which is going to allow you to have better grip another downside is that
you're not able to actually adjust a handle up or down if you want to extend
the pole so by regardless you can still work around it and make it
work for you moving into the top of the camera stabilizer you're gonna notice
that it's going to come with two different release plates what I like
about this is that it's very easy to Adam remove the plate and you can
actually adjust it forward back or left to right as you need we just quickly
releasing the plate a little bit and then adjust and as you need it as you're
balancing the stabilizer on the side of each plate you're going to have an
actual measuring guide which is going to allow you to have a more precise balance
and also you can actually remember the measurements so in the future when you
already have your camera set up and you won't be making any adjustments you can
just pop your camera in and slide the actual plates as you need it or where
you had last time you had it and it was working and you're good to go and you
only have to make minor adjustments and you don't have to balance a whole
stabilizer from scratch every time you use it on the side of each plate you
also have a tourney knob which is going to have a bobble balance which is going
to help you if your I get to be trying to shoot straight to the floor but I
really don't know exactly what was the purpose of this as you're actually
trying to balance it it doesn't really serve a purpose one thing that is very
important to know is that you have to have your camera set up exactly the same
way you're going to be using it before you actually balance the stabilizer
something that's more like adding a sim card
changing the battery changing the lens or just a lens cap it's going to throw
off the balance so make sure that your camera is ready to go exactly on how
you're gonna use it and how you're going to record before you start balancing the
stabilizer so I'm getting ready to balance my stabilizer I make sure I
added a sim card I have the actual LCD screen position and the way I want it
and I already add in my lens and I make sure I remove the actual lens protector
the first thing I want to do is I want to make sure I do it drop test so this
is a first for me this is the first step I want to do before I start balancing
the camera so as you can see right now this is supposed to actually drop so
what this means is that I have too much weight on the top and not enough weight
in the bottom so what we can do is we're gonna actually extend the pole a little
bit see if this is going to help so we extended the pole now it's actually
dropping too fast so what we want to do is we want to just sit a little bit
let's get it closer up there
so now that we adjusted I think we got a word we needed it to be it's it the
draft test should be between two to three seconds when you let go as a to
the point where you let go and to the point where it needs to reach down so as
you can see we have 2001 2002 2003 so you get the point I mean it does take
time to balance it especially if you're pretty you can take your few hours once
you become a pro I'm pretty sure you can do it in a few minutes so for me it
still takes time so the next step that you want to do to balance the stabilizer
is you want to adjust the actual weight of the cameras its tilting forward of
its tilt into one of the sides so first we start by actually checking out the
front tilt so we move it around a little bit as you can see it's actually tilting
forward so what we do is just basically we're going to release the plate a
little bit and we're going to slide it back slide the camera back a little bit
so once we feel that we get the actual front and back tilt adjust it the next
thing that we want to do is is balance the left-to-right tilt and again we just
have to really have to plate a little bit and adjust the plate as we need it
using the guiding rules that we have on the side of each plate
so once you have your camera pretty close to where it needs to be the camera
really shouldn't be wobbling or moving from left to right again it's going to
take time for you to do it just once you practice you get used to it you get your
camera settings where you need them to be will become much easier to start
using it so once you have the camera balance there's two more things you have
to keep in mind that just because you have a camera stabilizer doesn't mean
you're gonna have clean shots you actually have to make sure that as your
movement your movement doesn't reflect on the actual camera stabilizer so you
have to actually do what they call it a lean walk so there's a lot of videos out
there you can watch on how to on how you can improve your movement as you're
actually shooting the videos another thing that you want to keep in mind is
that you can use your fingers to just tap the front of the stabilizer just to
make sure the camera is not actually moving around so this is going to help
you as you're moving around just keeping the camera pointing to the direction
that you want and keeping it from actually just moving around or ending
and then I'll point into the wrong direction so this was my review of the
camera stabilizer made by a shanks again this this is gonna cost you around fifty
fifty-five dollars it's not gonna be the most expensive one or the cheapest one I
think it's something that it's gonna be good it's gonna cost you around this
price again it's not going to be easier to do it from the get-go it does take
some time to get used to it I was a new user for one of these I never used one
before and I can tell you at first it was a little bit hard trying to get it
to balance but I'm using it more every day and on each video that I do it's
becoming a lot easier to do it if you're looking for another way to improve the
content of your videos and you don't want to spend a lot of money definitely
looking into getting one of these I think it's worth the money if you want
to go check it out I'll leave a link in the description below let me know have
you questions concerns in the comment section below remember I'm not a
professional videographer I do this as a hobby and I'm actually learning as to go

Geometry: Beginning Proofs (Level 2 of 3) | Right angles and straight angles theorem - Duration: 6:54.
Beginning Proofs.
Level 2.
In the previous video we introduced the basic elements of a geometric proof.
In this video we will present and prove our first two theorems in geometry.
Keep in mind that your class or textbook might use a different numbering system than the
one used in these videos when referring to theorems in geometry; whenever possible certain
theorems will have a name associated with them.
Ok let's take a look and prove our first theorem.
Theorem 1 Right Angles Theorem.
If two angles are right angles, then they are congruent.
We start the two column proof by writing down the conjecture to be proven in this case if
two angles are right angles then they are congruent.
Next we draw a diagram to illustrate the hypothesis; the hypothesis is the statement that begins
with the word "if" in this case "if two angles are right angles".
This statement also represents the given information of our proof so let's draw two angles and
call them angle A and angle B. Let's also mark them as right angles since this is also
given information.
Next we state the conclusion of the conjecture, the conclusion will usually be the statement
followed by the word "then" in this case it is "then they are congruent".
We are essentially trying to prove this statement.
Using our diagram we translate this statement by writing angle A is congruent to angle B.
Now that we have the diagram, the given information and what we are trying to prove we can now
proceed with the planning part to prove this theorem.
Similar to an algebraic proof, we usually start with the given information, in this
case we are given that angle A is a right angle.
The reason for this first statement is simply that it is given.
Next we write that the measure of angle A is equal to 90 degrees.
The reason for this statement is because of the definition of right angles in this case
if an angle is a right angle, then its measure is 90 degree.
Next we write angle B is a right angle and the reason for this statement is that it is
also given.
We then write the measure of angle B is equal to 90 degrees.
The reason for this statement is once again because of the definition of right angles
so we can either write the reason from line 2 or just write same as line 2.
The final statement would be angle A is congruent to angle B. The reason for this statement
is because of the definition of congruent angles, if two angles have the same measure,
then they are congruent.
Notice that we established the fact that angle A and angle B both measure 90 degrees in line
2 and line 4, with this last reason we officially end the proof.
The proof process can be broken down into 5 steps.
In the first step we write the conjecture to be proven this step is usually written
for you in the form of a theorem that you need to prove but in the event that it is
not provided to you, you will need to write it down.
Step 2: if a diagram is not provided for you then you need to represent the hypothesis
of the conjecture by drawing a diagram, remember the hypothesis is usually the statement after
the word "if".
Step 3: state the given information and mark it on the diagram.
For example if an angle or side is congruent to another angle or side then mark them on
your diagram for easy reference.
Step 4: state the conclusion of the conjecture in terms of the diagram, remember this statement
is usually the statement after the word "then".
Steps 1 through 4 are usually provided to you in most homework problems and test, in
this course we will mainly focus on the final step.
Step 5: plan your argument and prove the conjecture.
This is by far the hardest step for many students in an introductory geometry course, as with
all math problems practicing how to prove conjectures is essential in becoming better
at them.
Alright let's take a look at the next theorem and prove it.
Theorem 2 Straight Angles Theorem.
If two angles are straight angles, then they are congruent.
Let's start by drawing two straight angles let's label them as angle ABC and angle
DEF.
This will also be our given information.
Our conclusion or what we are trying to prove is that angle ABC is congruent to angle DEF.
Alright we will start the proof by writing down the given information in this case angle
ABC is a straight angle and the reason is that it is given.
Also the measure of angle ABC is 180 degrees the reason is because of the definition of
a straight angle in this case if an angle is a straight angle, then its measure is 180
degrees.
Next we write angle DEF is a straight angle and the reason is that it is given.
Also the measure of angle DEF is 180 degrees and the reason is the same as line 2 because
of the definition of straight angles.
Finally we can conclude that angle ABC is congruent to angle DEF because of the definition
of congruent angles.
In this case if two angles have the same measure, then they are congruent.
We established the fact that angle ABC and angle DEF both measure 180 degrees in line
2 and line 4 and this ends the proof.
Alright and these are the first two theorems that we will be using to prove other theorems
later on in this course in our next video we will go over a couple of examples illustrating
how to tackle more challenging two column proofs.
