Getting back to you after a little break from our YouTube channel.

I just want to let you know, we're coming back with some new content.
I'm excited.
Last year was pretty crazy, for everybody.
Myself included: dealing with some health concerns, cancer!
Which was big.
But we're going forward, we're moving.
Everything is fine.
Life just keeps moving forward and if you have spent any time around my life or social
media, you know that my lifestyle is about consistency, moving forward, accepting where
you are, in that moment.
Every feeling you have is valid.
Taking care of it, accepting responsibility for your part, and just simply making moves
in the right direction, whether it's small - as long as you're moving forward you are
on the right path; in my eyes.
So I'm excited to share some more of my journey.
And simply be a part of your life through this media, via social media, YouTube, Instagram,
Facebook, Twitter, all of that.
All things, health and wellness, coming to you in 2017.
I'm super excited to be able to stand here before you, again!
And, to share my heart, my life, my passion.

Ahh yes, a good ole love story
Some people understand it, some people cherish it
And others don't even know what it is
But today I wanted to share with you some thoughts about love
Love is an intense feeling of deep affection
Love is liking something...like a lot
Love can be a lot of things
The meanings of "love" is endless
They go on and on and I don't know the actual meaning of love
But I do know love is something every person defines differently
And applies different meanings to
If I had to explain the meaning of love
I would say that love is an illusion for those who don't know how to transfer it
It's something you would only understand, if you learn to give it just as much as you receive it
It's a feeling given to others and labeled by what you do for them
It's how far you'll go for them, no matter the trouble
Because, you know they're worth it
Why do we love?
Why do we put forth so much time and effort in love?
This crazy little thing called love?
We might love because we need something to complete us
Something, whether it's your pet, your child, or your significant other
They all can complete you
You share what you love to do with your other half
And that's a connection, a bond
that nobody can take from you
Love might seem free
but if you really think about it...
all that time you spend...
all those emotions you give...
