Alright, that party bus left like last year.
Sort late, fashionably late. Always, forever and always.
Are you someone who wants workout and
get fit, but is too afraid to go to a
gym? Don't fret my friends there's
nothing wrong with you.
Well, a little bit just, just a little bit.
You might have something called Gym
Anxiety. I don't know if it's an actual
thing. I didn't look it up, so I'm going
to be a doctor today. From my personal
experiences I've dealt with it without
the use of illegal drugs, without
the use of illegal illegal drugs and I'm
here, right here right now living to tell
the tale.
Shut up. I'm gonna teach you guys the
homeopathic approach to overcome this
dilemma. Dilemma, dilemma. It's a dilemma.
Can't explain man what's going on in your
brain. Can't tell somebody how, what's happening
what's going on in your mind. You can't. Why don't you just try?
If you can't explain it you could try to explain it.
For starters you can start out by doing
some simple exercises at home naked
naked not naked
Make sure to get familiar with working
out. Some easy workouts you can do in the
comfort of your own home are sit-ups,
push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups. Workout that
double chin. If you're one of those
people that are afraid of other people
or going to a crowded gym you can go on
Google and type in the name of your gym
and then sometimes it shows like a chart
and it shows the peak hours and the
non-peak hours and the best time that
might suit you.

sometimes because I think he's a cat and
he just looks at me like I'm stupid.
So, you see these things they're called
headphones they have a wire on them, Apple
doesn't make them anymore. When you go to
the gym to get pumped the fuck up bring
your own headphones your own boom box so the
whole gym can hear you. You can play your
own music and get in the
zone. Autozone... Autozone.
It's good because you can listen to your own
music, sometimes the music at the gym
gets a bit repetitive. You hear the same
songs a lot. Don't get distracted by
other people like the MilWow's the
moms I would like to workout with. Also
also also also also definitely also also
definitely do not compare yourself to
other people. People grow at varying
rates, so don't get discouraged when you
see Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Hulk's
child who took steroids instead of baby
formula.
Don't get discouraged by that, instead
you should make them your inspiration.
Something else you don't want to make
the mistake of doing is lifting too much
weight. Lifting weight you cannot lift
That weight will go crashing boom
hole in the ground, no friends. Don't get
overwhelmed by all the exercises and
workouts you can be doing or get
overwhelmed by all the machines you can
be using. You're a human with a brain not a
chicken without a head.
There are a lot of resources for people
online like Bodybuilding.com and Health
& Fitness to name a few.
They offer a lot of regimens and workout
programs for all experience levels that
are really helpful
it makes you go to the gym and know what
you're gonna be doing instead of walking
around aimlessly. Personally I use a
workout regimen on Bodybuilding.com

Breathe properly correctly have good
posture stand up straight be confident
in yourself. Go to a gym that's out of your
town, your state, your country to avoid
seeing people you might know, if you're not
into that you don't want to get
distracted or have to talk to people you
don't like.
And lastly guys you get more comfortable
about going to the gym, go with a workout
buddy go with a friend and if you have
no friends make some go on Craigslist or
if you're into going to the gym by
yourself that's perfectly fine as well I
go by myself sometimes promise I'm not a
loser.
I just don't like the distractions. Guys
