How to Visualize Your New Reality

Slide Into Your New Reality

Did you ever see the TV show Sliders?

In that show a group of four people would slide through a portal between dimensions,

spending each episode in an alternate version of earth. For example, they might enter a

reality where the Nazis won WWII. Or in another reality one of them might be a famous performer.

Another TV show that can give you the right idea is Quantum Leap. In that show a man spent

each episode in someone elses body in an alternative time and place.

Imagine youre a Slider or a Quantum Leaper, and you just slid through a portal into your

new desired reality into that new YOU as well. Youre already there living it.

The whole reality already exists in some alternate dimension, and youre now experiencing it

as real.

Put yourself in the shoes of that new person. Witness through his/her eyes how s/he goes

through a typical day. Imagine that youre in an episode of Sliders or Quantum Leap.

What time do you get up in the morning? Whos sleeping next to you? Where are you? How do

you feel? What do you eat for breakfast? What do you do in the morning, afternoon, and evening?

You must imagine yourself as already being there. You want to reach the point where it

feels natural and normal to be there. After all, this is your reality, isnt it? So

of course it will feel normal in a way. Youre already used to it.

Initially the Sliders/Leapers were freaked out when they entered the new reality. It

took them a while to figure it out and understand it. Eventually they got used to it and were

able to get things done within that reality.

This is what will happen when you visualize a new reality for yourself. At first it may

seem like an alien environment. Youll have to play around with it for a while before

you get used to it and it starts to seem normal to you. Its very important that you push

beyond that freak-out phase. You must shift from thinking about your visions as FANTASY

to seeing them as REAL.

A good movie to watch is Being John Malkovich. That will give you more insight into how to

slip into an alternate reality and imagine life through the lens of your new character.

Ideally, visualizing your future should be very much the same as remembering your past.

Just as you would recall and mentally review what you did yesterday, thats how you want

to imagine your new reality. What are the highlights of your typical day, and how do

you feel about them?

Notice that emotional memories are much stronger than routine events. Such memories can draw

the past back into your present, but they can also draw a powerful future into your

present if you create powerful new memories of the future.

Partial Visualization

One of the most common mistakes people make is that they fall into the trap of doing partial

visualizations. They only imagine one or two aspects of their new reality but not the entire

big picture. Or theyll imagine something that makes them feel a certain way, but it

wouldnt actually be a part of their desired reality.

For example, you may imagine seeing a pile of cash on your table and counting the bills.

A lot of people suggest this exercise as a way of manifesting more money. I think its

a lame idea though.

If you really had financial abundance, would you actually have a pile of cash currency

in your home? That seems unlikely. If you were already living it, playing with your

money or obsessing over it would be silly and immature. Thats the sort of thing someone

would do only if they werent already living it.

Partial visualizations manifest partial results. You may attract part of what you want, but

it will be unstable because youve only locked on to some, but not all, of the necessary

frequencies required to shift into that new reality. You may be able to visit it briefly,

but you wont be able to stay long.

When I was around 24-25 years old, I read the book Think and Grow Rich, and I started

doing partial visualization exercises to attract more money into my life. I imagined having

about half a million dollars as a pile of cash on my bed. I felt the texture of the

bills with my fingers. I saw it as very real and imagined what it would feel like to have

that much cash all at once.

Sometime after that (I dont recall how long a few months maybe), I entered into

a new game publishing deal with a total advance of $675,000. I soon received the first installment

in the form of a check for $50,000, which was the biggest check Id ever received

at that point in my life. It appeared that my intention had manifested.

However, this situation was incredibly unstable. The publisher turned out to be extremely corrupt.

First, they screwed up the deal with seemingly insane delays and nonsensical decisions. Then

they unilaterally breached our contract. And finally they tried to sue me (unsuccessfully)

to recoup the $50K advance. Looking back, it appears that their goal was to tie up my

teams project so that it wouldnt hit the market while they had another team

developing a potentially competing game. The initial $50K I received was spent on early

development for a game that was never released. In the end I was left with a busted project

and more debt than when I started. If I could have afforded the legal fees (which I couldnt

at the time), I may have been able to successfully sue them for breach of contract, but that

simply wasnt how I wanted to do business. I wanted to spend my time making games, not

giving depositions.

Years later this same publisher was publicly exposed for a massive accounting scandal,

and the company and several officers were sued by the SEC. If I recall correctly, their

CEO was fined $10 million and had to step down. That came as no surprise to me and many

other developers who worked with them.

Not a good manifestation!

Although it seemed promising in the beginning, this attempt to manifest money completely

imploded and left me worse off than when I started aside from learning some very

tough lessons, which in retrospect turned out to be quite valuable.

I hope you can learn from my mistakes here and not succumb to the trap of partial visualization.

In order to manifest your desires, you need to lock on to the total package of frequencies

and the full range of emotions that youll experience in your new reality. And one of

the best ways to do that is to get really, really clear about what you want.

Complete Visualization

Dont just visualize one small part of your new reality, such as having more money come

to you. Visualize the entire alternate reality you wish to enter, in as much detail as possible.

Its okay to focus on one area of your life at a time. I personally find it rather difficult

to visualize a whole new life for myself that covers career, finances, health, relationships,

my daily habits, spiritual development, personal development, etc. So I generally focus on

one area at a time, but I do my best to make sure its congruent with my desires in other

areas too.

A few years ago I focused on creating financial abundance. Then I worked on social abundance

(having lots of friends). Now Im working on intimacy abundance (creating deeper relationships).

All of these parts of my life are working beautifully right now. This process definitely

works. Sometimes it works so well it scares me a bit.

Career and finances are good areas to visualize together since most people generate income

via their careers. Dont just imagine yourself having more money. Put in some detail about

what is sustaining that flow of money. How is it being maintained?

My initial attempts to manifest money flopped (or made things worse) because the big picture

was incongruent. I was trying to pull money out of thin air, figuring it would come to

me like magic. Well, this isnt magic not really.

Similarly, in the area of social abundance, I didnt just manifest friends with magic.

I had to see the big picture. This required thinking about what kind of friend Id be.

I thought about the kinds of friends I wanted to attract, and then I imagined what kind

of friend Id have to be in order to attract them to me and to maintain good relationships

with them. This made it clear that I had to work on myself too in order to step into that

new reality. I had to become a better friend to others so Id be worthy of those new

relationships.

I know some people who are working really hard at manifesting new relationships. But

all they do is imagine the other person coming to them and loving them. Thats a partial

visualization, and it fails consistently. Honestly I dont think Ive seen this

approach ever really work out. People do attract new partners this way, but the matches arent

very compatible.

Suppose youre trying to attract a new woman by visualizing her in your life. Shes everything

you desire. Shes a perfect match for you and absolutely amazing as a human being. You

cant help but fall in love with that new reality.

But will she fall in love with you realistically? A new reality is something youre going

to make REAL its not a fantasy!

If you think your new reality is too good to be true, then well it is too good to

be true.

What do you have to offer this woman? She may be YOUR best possible match, but are you

HER best match as well, or will she have better options than you? Will she have to compromise

her values and settle for less than shes worth to be with you? Will you really be able

to maintain a relationship with someone like that? Are you worthy of her?

These questions can hit people like a ton of bricks because they reveal our inadequacies.

But we still need to address them.

When you visualize your new reality, you must imagine yourself BEING the kind of person

who can attract and hold on to all the good stuff you wish to manifest. That means youre

going to have to work on yourself and grow into that kind of person.

I know one woman whos been trying to manifest the perfect relationship for years. She goes

on a lot of dates, yet she remains perpetually alone. Its obvious to me and to many

who know her why thats so. The simple reason is that the man she desires wouldnt

find her attractive at all. I cant even see that being a remote possibility. Shes

a kind-hearted person with a successful career, and she doesnt have a problem getting dates,

but her personality is a total mismatch for the kind of man she wants. She doesnt fathom

what such a man would find attractive in a relationship partner, so she lives in denial

of the fact that he wouldnt be attracted to her. So shes always dating people where

theres no two-way chemistry. If she keeps doing what shes been doing, shell either

remain alone indefinitely, or shell eventually settle for an unstable connection with someone

she doesnt find attractive or who doesnt find her attractive.

In the area of career and finances, what kind of person will you have to become in order

to attract and hold on to the abundance you desire? What will it take to be worthy of

that kind of flow?

When I was in my 20s, a $50K sum was too much for me to hold on to. I could attract such

a sum on rare occasions, but I couldnt retain it. It would slip through my fingers

like water.

Eventually I stopped doing partial visualizations and began seeing the big picture. I realized

Id have to become a man who was worthy of abundance. This may mean something different

to you, but to me it meant that I would need to be a kind and generous person who created

a lot of value for others. That felt congruent to me. If I were a greedy bastard who was

all about me-me-me, Id feel I didnt deserve that kind of flow. In my visualizations

I felt really good about centering my career around service to others, and I could see

that this would be consistent with attracting and perpetuating a constant flow of good stuff

through my life money, good health, low stress, loving relationships, fresh opportunities,

etc. The total package just made sense to me.

I had to work a lot on myself to step into that new vision of me, but it definitely worked.

In the past five years, Ive put out enough free content to fill a couple dozen books.

That feels really good to me. And resources flow to me so easily that I simply take it

for granted that I can relax and enjoy whatever I want to experience in life. This works because

its a congruent and stable situation. I use my creativity to put out a lot of value

for others, so naturally I receive a lot of value in return. But in order to reach this

place, I had to go through many internal shifts to step into this new reality.

In the area of social abundance, I do my best to be the kind of friend thats worthy of

having amazing friendships. I support and encourage my friends to pursue their dreams,

but I also love to joke around and have fun. Consequently, I attract and maintain relationships

with like-minded people. Im really good at attracting people who are loving life,

who enjoy helping people, and who are very encouraging and supportive of me too. And

I naturally repel people who wouldnt make good friends for me.

In order to manifest what you desire, the total package must be congruent. There must

be harmony between what youre attracting and whats attracting you. Too often people

fall into the trap of trying to attract something that would naturally repel them, such as trying

to manifest a flow of money without creating any value, or trying to attract a loving relationship

without becoming a loving and attractive person.

This is largely common sense, which many people seem to lose sight of when trying to apply

the Law of Attraction.

Will a health nut be attracted to a lazy couch potato? Will honest, conscious business people

want to do business with someone who creates little value and is only in business for the

money? Will an adventurous growth-seeker be attracted to someone whos timid and security-minded?

Even if these situations were to manifest, theyre unstable and usually wont work

out very well unless theres a strong attraction in some other area to compensate.

Manifestations can occur very RAPIDLY and POWERFULLY once this harmony is achieved.

But until that happens, results tend to be minimal or negative.

Write It Down

Imagining your new reality can be tricky if you try to do it all in your mind.

You may find it helpful to sit down and write out what it will be like to experience your

new reality, in as much detail as possible.

For example, if you want to attract a certain type of person into your life, write out a

detailed description of that person. Then you can use that as a guide when visualizing.

Another option is to create a vision board by assembling a collection of photos or images

(physical or digital) that helps you imagine the big picture.

I recently stumbled upon an old journal entry where I wrote out several pages describing

in detail what I wanted to experience in life. My life at the time was nowhere close to that

reality. I put an incredible amount of detail into it, even including personality descriptions

and physical attributes of imagined people, such as how tall they were or that they wore

contact lenses or were left- or right-handed.

What really freaked me out is that there is now a person in my reality who matches someone

I described about 95% accurately. This person was not on my radar at all when I wrote this

journal entry. I wrote it in February 2001. My life was in a completely different place

back then.

Most of what I wrote about back then has already manifested. Im now living it. Other parts

of my reality have shifted so much that parts of my vision that seemed so far away are not

nearly so distant now. I can actually see steps that would make more of them possible

and realistic. The big picture is sliding towards me.

I was talking with Erin about this last week, and she asked me, Why did you put that

kind of detail into it? Why did it matter to you that an imaginary person was near-sighted?

My best answer is that I found that a copious level of detail made it easier to see it as

real. The vision became more believable. If the new reality is to become real, the people

within it must be real too, not imaginary archetypes. Real people have height and weight.

They may be near-sighted or left-handed. They may have pimples or unshaven faces. They wear

certain types of clothes. They have unique personalities.

If you suddenly slid into your new reality, you would instantly observe all of that detail.

It would be right in front of you. So put it in front of you now. Create it in your

imagination. Clarity creates believability, which gives rise to stronger, crisper vibrations

than fogginess.

It takes practice to get good at this, but the more you practice, the richer and more

vivid your visualizations will become. That richness makes it easier to lock on to the

new emotional states youre aiming to create.

There are far more vaccine damaged children in America than chem - Duration: 9:10.

There are far more vaccine-damaged children in America than chemical weapons-damaged children

in Syria

By now, you are surely aware that the U.S. war machine, under President Donald J. Trump,

has launched cruise missiles against the Syrian government. The emotionally-charged justification

for all this is that beautiful babies were being killed by chemical weapons. While

the pro-war factions of the establishment elite are celebrating the missile strike,

virtually the entire independent media is convinced that the chemical attack narrative

is little more than a convenient false flag to justify regime replacement activities

desired by Americas deep state. Even Ron Paul and Paul Craig Roberts have both asserted

this.

President Trumps explanation for the attack included these words:

Assad choked out the lives of innocent men, women and children. It was a slow and brutal

death for so many. Even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack.

No child of god should ever suffer such horror.

If you replace the word Assad with CDC or the vaccine industry, it all makes

even more sense. Vastly higher numbers of children right here in America have been cruelly

murdered in the barbaric attack of toxic vaccines than have ever been killed

by chemical weapons in Syria.

I agree with the President that No child of God should ever suffer such horror,

but I wonder when this President will start working to stop the chemical assault on Americas

children thats being waged every day by the vaccine industry.

Mercury in vaccines is a state-sponsored CHEMICAL WEAPON thats used against Americas children

every day

No chemical weapon should ever be deployed against any child: Not VX Nerve Gas, not Sarin

Gas and not toxic, brain-damaging mercury. The destruction of biological tissue with

devastating effect is accomplished by all three of those substances (and many more,

including glyphosate herbicide). Yet mercury is the only chemical weapon thats deliberately

INJECTED into children with devastating effect. You might even call mercury a biological

cruise missile attack on brain tissue.

On the science side, theres no question whatsoever that mercury is extremely toxic

to human neurology. Even the CDCs own research has conclusively proven that mercury in vaccines

is toxic to children. As I wrote in a Natural News article earlier this year, entitled Health

Ranger exposes chemical violence of mercury vaccines: The war on children must be

stopped:

The CDC is a criminal operation that preys upon innocent children using fraudulent science.

The Vaccine Holocaust, as it is sometimes called, is a deliberate and widespread assault

on children using chemical violence. This war on children must be brought to an end

in the name of compassion, sanity and legitimate science (not the fraudulent corporate science

pushed by vaccine companies and the corrupt CDC).

Right now, mercury is still used in vaccines given to children and expectant mothers in

the United States. This practice is barbaric, highly unethical and stands in horrific opposition

to all the known science on the neurotoxicity of mercury. Those engaged in the continued

pushing of mercury vaccines onto children are knowingly taking part in the most gruesome

and dishonest medical science cover-up in the history of our world. It is time that

parents, citizens, independent scientists and compassionate protectors of life took

a stand against the child poisoners who are pushing mercury vaccines that cause permanent

neurological disorders in children (including autism in some children).

This is why I continue to remind America that Vaccine Injury Denialism is the denial of

fundamental human dignity.

If Assad is evil for using chemical weapons against Syrian children, why is the CDC not

evil for using state-sponsored chemical weapons against Americas children?

If the test for whether an institution is evil is based on whether it deliberately

uses chemical weapons against children, then the United States government itself and

the CDC in particular is vastly more guilty of evil than Assad could ever achieve. The

number of children damaged by state-sponsored vaccine violence in the United States is staggering.

Its a number so large that the lawsuits from families of damaged children would have

wiped out the entire vaccine industry if not for an act of Congress that granted the vaccine

industry absolute legal immunity for all chemical weapons deployed against children via immunizations.

The CDC has already confirmed that vaccines given to children in America are deliberately

manufactured with numerous brain-damaging ingredients, including aluminum, mercury,

monosodium glutamate and formaldehyde. In addition, vaccine excipients that may cause

permanent brain damage through a heightened inflammatory response include squalene, a

chemical thats already causing a rapid rise in extremely dangerous peanut allergies

among Americas children. The CDC has confirmed that vaccines are also routinely made with

African Green Monkey kidney cells and aborted human fetal tissue sourced from abortion clinics.

Popular TV propaganda pushers like Jimmy Kimmel openly make fun of those who want to save

children from toxic vaccine chemical weapons ingredients. He might as well just be making

fun of the children in Syria who are damaged by chemical weapons. This is how pop culture

demonizes those like myself who seek to protect children from chemical weapons. Would Jimmy

Kimmel dare insult the parents of Syrian children who were damaged by chemical weapons the same

way he insults the parents of American children damaged by vaccines?

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: Thimerosal causes serious brain damage

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has published an exhaustive scientific review of the toxicity of mercury

in vaccines, and you can read some of the most powerful excerpts from his book at this

article link. Kennedys opening paragraphs in the book explain why mercury is such a

dangerous chemical in vaccines:

There is a broad consensus among research scientists that Thimerosal is a dangerous

neurotoxin that should be immediately removed from medicines. Several hundred peer-reviewed

scientific publications by the worlds leading research scientists, public health agencies,

universities, and teaching hospitals have confirmed that Thimerosal is a potent neurotoxin

that has never been proven safe for medical use and for which cost-effective alternatives

exist.

Indeed, the evidence of Thimerosals neurotoxicity is so overwhelming and the lack of any safety

data so complete that anyone who is willing to read science and who believes in the capacity

for scientific methods to determine empirical truths must conclude that Thimerosal causes

serious brain damage.

American children are sacrificed to the vaccine industry while Syrian children are protected

with Tomahawk missile strikes?

If the only justification needed for launching Tomahawk missiles is the broadcasting of pictures

of horrifically damaged children, then where is the outcry against the CDC and the vaccine

industry? Surely the lives of American children are worth protecting against chemical weapons,

too, right?

With a single signature, President Trump could order the CDC and FDA to outlaw brain-damaging

neurotoxins in vaccines and end the chemical assault on Americas children by the vaccine

industry. (No missiles or explosions required.)

So why hasnt he done that yet? And how many more American children must be sacrificed

to the vaccine industry before Trump will take decisive action to protect American children,

not just the children of foreign nations?

The upcoming documentary series The Truth About Vaccines is about to explode onto the

scene with even more shocking details about how vaccines are, indeed, a form of state-sponsored

chemical weapons being deployed against Americas children right now.

Preventing Fraud with Neo4j - 5 min Exec Overview - Duration: 5:08.

Fraud is becoming increasingly difficult to discover and prevent as fraudsters are increasingly

employing complex techniques and advanced technologies to perpetrate fraud.

Today Fraudsters are organized in groups, possess synthetic or manufactured identities

which in many cases are stolen. They are also using hijacked devices unknown to the owners.

All of this makes it very difficult to detect modern fraud.

We are talking about many different kinds of fraud like credit card fraud, rouge merchants,

fraud rings, e-commerce and insurance fraud but more importantly fraud that is undetected

as it appears like routine transactions.

Standard techniques and technologies like relational databases just don't cut it anymore,

fraud patterns are getting increasingly complex and its all about pattern analysis and discovery

which is best done in Neo4j - a graph database.

In Neo4j the data or transactions are stored as a graph, where related pieces of data are

connected, making it is easy to traverse these relationships in real-time to find the fraudulent

patterns quickly.

Traditional Fraud detection methods use discrete analysis, which can only relate 2-3 pieces

of information at a time, like common IP address, common shipping address, or a common bank

account.

But for the complex fraud schemes being employed today, some of the patterns go into multiple

10's of attributes, and requiring over 10's of thousands of transactions to find the fraud

patterns. This needs connected analysis, which is only possible with connected data in Neo4j

graph database.

Lets talk about some examples of Credit Card fraud to illustrate the need for a graph database.

Lets say a fraudster gets ahold of credit card information via a rouge merchant, skimming,

or through a data breach. They then want to test the card to ensure it is still usable.

They go to nearby merchants and test the card 2-3 times for increasing dollar amounts,

starting with $2-3 at a Starbucks for instance. Once they are certain the card works, they

make a big purchase and then move on to the next card.

Graph databases can help find these testing patterns among the sea of normal transactions

to help stop the big transaction.

Another example is determining the origin of fraud. Lets say John reports a $2,000 fraudulent

computer purchase to the credit card company. They look back at his previous smaller transactions

and find additional fraudulent transactions, starting with a small purchase at a gas station.

They suspect additional fraud emanated from this gas station, so the card issuer looks

at all other transactions at the gas station within a time window. After looking at Shiela's

transactions they find a similar unusual large purchase at a jewelry store. Shiela confirms

this as fraud, she also confirms other fraudulent transactions, similar pattern emerges with

others like Karen.

With this graph based pattern analysis the credit card company was able to quickly determine

fraud origination and find out cases of unreported fraud helping them shut this fraudster down

before more damage is done.

So how does Neo4j fit into an overall solution architecture?

Most large financial services companies are already employing big data analysis to detect

fraud. In such a scenario, multiple data sources including transaction data, merchant data,

etc. is streamed into a data lake where data scientists analyze macro data patterns and

find instances of fraud patterns.

However, it currently takes them weeks and months to find all the instances of the pattern.

Also, since they are unable to visualize this pattern easily in a data lake, there are often

false positives and overlooked fraud.

This is where Neo4j comes in. A subset of the data in the data lake pertaining to the

pattern being evaluated can be loaded into Neo4j. This then enables visualization of

the data in terms of graphs and helps fine tune the patterns visually. Neo4j can also

find all instances of the pattern very quickly in the entire dataset - in seconds to minutes,

saving enormous amount of time and making the data scientists more productive.

In addition, Neo4j can operationalize this data set to help prevent fraud in real time

by pattern matching events against existing patterns in Neo4j. Making this a real-time

sense and respond solution.

By operationalizing this analysis and removing the manual effort, the data science team can

focus on detecting new patterns of fraud, and rapidly operationalizing them.

Neo4j is being used by multiple Fortune 100 Financial Services Firms, major Government

institutions, and Top-tier retailers for connected graph analysis.

Feeling Negative Emotions As A Portal To Ascension - Duration: 6:01.

Feeling Negative Emotions As A Portal To Ascension

by Raphael Awen,

Until we surrender to our feelings, we are stuck in a stasis.

It has been said that our emotions are our e-motions, or our energy in motion.

If life is anything, on whatever level you wish to look at it, be it physical, spiritual,

metaphysical, micro, macro,.all of it is energy in motion.

And what you are feeling right now is energy moving through the energy-in-motion that YOU

are.

You are reading this seeking something.

That is desire, want, seeking, moving through you.

E-motive-ly.

This is your motive for being.

People have long advised and devised multitudinous ways to overcome our feelings, reprogram our

feelings, numb our feelings, but what we have failed to see in every one of these proposed

solutions to our feelings is that the solution is proposing another feeling overlay to the

one deemed unwanted.

Were left with a inner war of feelings where one part of us in our psyche seeks to

maintain dominance and control over another part of ourselves.

This controlling part is then essentially running our lives, living our life as us.

And gratefully so, some one needs to look after life, until a new arising authentic

us can show up to the relief of all involved.

Why weve worked so hard collectively to suppress and demonize (in many cases literally)

our feelings is up for ongoing discovery, but for me, what feels so apparent is that

it has been a way and a strategy for us to regulate the pace of our growth to what for

most is a snails pace, or even a reverse direction, born out of the very real fear

of our own bigness.

Our feelings are the portal to our own greatness and the doorway out of our stasis into the

infinity of love that we actually are.

Am I saying that feelings of depression or anxiety or rage are this portal to more?

What about something so debilitating as shame, or the related inner critic?

Are these emotions moving through me somehow a portal to my deeper essence?

Why, you may say, Ive always perceived these dark emotions as the barrier to my arising,

not any portal to my ongoing awakening.

I so get that.

I too lived in that domain most of my life.

What I want to offer you and offer you deeply is a what if? question to feel and see

where it takes you.

Here goes:

What if what youve related to as your negative emotions are actually the portal

to more and more of your authentic-self arising to lead and flow in life?

This what-if question (and its quest) could go on and on, worded in so many ways, but

you get and feel the tone of it.

I know you doI can feel you do, or these words wouldnt be holding you right now.

Wow, if this question is pointing you where I think it is, then there is no such thing

as a negative (negating) emotion.

There is only invitation into what is, to more of the all that you are, that is awaiting

you.

Why would any one of us be okay with leaving a part of us behind!?

Of course, I so get and feel the resistance weve all worked so hard at to keep our

emotional worlds from infecting our self image togetherness.

We, men more so, but women too, have relegated the emotional body to the insubstantial, to

the meaningless, to the powerless, when in actuality, it is the essence of what we are.

And we dont get to embrace our essence any other way, but by going inward to all

that we are, getting to know and feel who stands at the door of our hearts that we previously

feared, but now open out to in genuine curiosity and love.

Now we finally cease demanding that some one else takes care of us in the multitude of

ways we can do just that bass in a medicative relationship to all of life, and we begin

instead taking care of ourselves in an ever deepening way beyond what weve ever known

or imagined.

In SoulFullHeart, we take seriously each arising part of us and get to know and feel them intimately

without judgment toward their charge and strategies, but instead open out to feeling why they are

the way they are, and why they feel what they do, with all the time and process needed,

with tears of gratitude for all they held in our absence.

My truth is that only as this kind of rigorous self-differentiation process, recognizing

the emotional body, grounded in our everyday life and relationships unfolds for us, can

we genuinely trust that our draw to spiritual practices are not simply another drug of medication

to numb and keep unfelt emotional pain at bay.

If we have not embraced the emotional body, our seeking of Ascension or raising our

frequency becomes very suspect as simply a way to transcend our essence as a human

being.

That may work for a part of you, but is it enough for you?

How much richer and fuller could your Ascension awakening be if no part of you gets left behind,

allowing all of your energy in motion to fully flow into

the infinite magic and wonder of life?

Lasagna Soup Recipe - Duration: 8:44.

Hello everybody! Today is a beautiful day.

Today we want to make lasagna soup.

When you cook you've got to be happy!

If you're not happy, the stuff will

never come out right. Now to start

this lasagna, I have over here my sauce,

you need oil, tomato paste, black pepper, salt,

onion, garlic, Italian hot sausage.

We have over here the chicken stock to use.

I have the pasta, mafaldine, it's 8 oz. of mafaldine.

To finish, to make that good taste

for the dish, for the lasagna soup,

I got parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella.

Okay. We start to do what we need now.

I got olive oil. And we start with the oil in the pot,

over here, because I have to put this on the stove.

At the same time I add the

onion

and the garlic.

Okay, now, we bring this to the stove.

Okay, now, we start with this, the garlic and onion

everything. And we turn the gas on.

And we start to turn this.

Fry it a little bit.

After you fry this a bit, I have to add the sausage.

But I want to warm up really good

the garlic and onion. Like this, it gives it a nice,

good taste when you fry it a little bit.

And we fry this for about 2-3 minutes,

the garlic and onion.

Look, the onion and the garlic should not be burnt,

or dark color. It should still be white,

because this is lasagna.

Now I've got the hot sausage over here and I start to

put it inside like this.

This has to be

cooked a little bit, now the sausage.

I break it up.

I don't want it all in one piece.

This sausage is one pound. okay

It's one pound of hot Italian sausage.

Alright.

Okay, I got my wooden spoon over here, we

raise the gas a little a bit more.

And lets stir this because it's got to be nice.

You have to break up the sausage.

When the sausage starts to cook,

it breaks up into small pieces.

This is ready like this.

Now what I have to do is add a little tomato paste

inside.

That's enough.

And we give it a nice stir.

Mix it all together because the tomato paste gives it a good taste.

Alright, now we

lower the gas down, because we get have to add the

rest of the ingredients inside.

We have over here one jar of tomato sauce.

This is my homemade tomato sauce.

Okay, look how beautiful this it.

This you can already eat it with a spoon.

It's like a soup, it's beautiful.

Especially my sauce, it was cooked already for four hours.

I make this sauce in the summer time.

Now, I have over here the

chicken stock.

It's about three cups of chicken stock.

We add all of the chicken stock.

That's why we call it lasagna soup!

Now, we'll bring all of this to a boil.

Before I start cooking my pasta,

I want to taste everything.

I put a little bit in a cup over here.

Okay, I need a little salt.

That's enough.

And I need a little bit of black pepper.

I didn't add any Oh Yeah Baby (hot pepper).

The sausage is already hot.

Now we wait for this to start to boil.

Then we add the mafaldine inside to cook for 10 minutes.

The soup over here for the lasagna,

is boiling.

Now, we add the mafaldine.

And we let it cook.

We give a nice stir to make a sure that all the pasta, the mafaldine, doesn't stick together.

Look, it's all loose.

Now, we let it boil on low and when it's ready

we show everything, what it look like.

Okay now, the pasta is ready.

Let's turn the gas off.

I can't wait to prepare the dish because I'm so hungry.

And plus, I'm waiting for my glass of wine too.

Now, we prepare my dish.

You know, I want to prepare my dish and look at this

how beautiful this looks.

Okay we scoop the pasta.

Okay, a little bit of soup.

Ooohhh, look how nice!

Alright, a little parmesan cheese.

Mozzarella.

The ricotta cheese.

This has to go in the oven and I have the oven on already on broil.

When you see the mozzarella is all melted down,

this will be ready.

Let's look at this. Okay it's done.

Look, a couple minutes on broil and it's already ready.

Look how beautiful this looks.

I took it out of the oven, but I like to have all the time

a little taste. I like so much the basil.

You put it inside. I like to break it up with my fingers.

Once you cut it with a knife, you lose all the juice from the basil.

Look at this.

Let's start with the pasta over here.

Let me see the taste.

Really good. Now, you want a little soup.

You have some sausage.

Beautiful, good taste, everything, but when you eat this,

good pasta, good sausage,

and the ricotta that I put right on the top.

And with the basil.

The basil is so sweet.

Make sure to buy the good, fresh ricotta. This one is really good ricotta.

On top of this, you know, all the time you need a little glass of wine.

Salute and cin cin everybody! Salute!

Update map Garmin GPS (1map) [FHD] *SUBS* - Duration: 4:11.

Update the map of a Garmin GPS...

... with a single map..

Let's to update the mapping...

...of a Garmin GPS...

...that contains a single map.

First,

check out the map...

...that has the GPS loaded.

That is: Iberia NT 2010.10

The original map of this Garmin 1300.

Now, Let's switch to the computer.

This is the GPS device,

with the default settings...

...of Windows Explorer.

This needs to be changed,

since the maps are usually...

...in a hidden directory.

By default,

the command bar is not shown.

To make it appear,

press the ALT key.

Once it has appeared,

execute the command:

"Tools; Folder Options".

Tab "View".

Uncheck,

"Hide extensions for known file types".

Uncheck,

"Hide protected operating system files".

We will get a notice,

which we will answer, "Yes".

Check,

"Show hidden files, folders,

and drives".

And click on, OK.

Already appeared the hidden folder,

.System

The base map.

The map we're using.

The map of time zones.

And more files.

We already know which file...

...we have to update.

Is also possible,

it called 'gmapsupp.img'.

But when it's a single map,

the most correct name is:

'gmapprom.img'.

Once downloaded the updated map,

we extract it.

And transfering it to GPS.

As I know has the same name,

I will overwrite it.

If have another name,

as I said before,

have to delete it to not leave two maps:

the new, and the old one.

I confirm overwriting the map,

and wait for to be transferred.

Done, the map is already copied.

Remove the GPS from computer,

and turn on.

Here we've the new map,

more updated, ready to use.

Good trip padawans.
