Putin: "Idlib Was A "False Flag" Attack And We Have Learned That More Are Coming"

With Rex Tillerson on his way to Russia, moments ago Russian president Vladimir Putin shocked

reporters when he said that Russia has received intelligence from "trusted sources" that more

attacks using chemical weapons are being prepared on the Damascus region, meant to pin the blame

on the Assad government.

We have reports from multiple sources that false flags like this one and I cannot

call it otherwise are being prepared in other parts of Syria, including the southern

suburbs of Damascus.

They plan to plant some chemical there and accuse the Syrian government of an attack,

he said at a joint press conference with Italian President Sergio Mattarella in Moscow

The Russian President announced that Russia will officially turn to the UN in the Hague

for an investigation of the chemical weapons' use in Idlib.

Moscow has dismissed suggestions that the Syrian government that it backs could be behind

the attack in Idlib province.

"All incidents reminiscent of the 'chemical attacks' that took place in Idlib must be

thoroughly investigated," Putin said.

Damascus denied the allegations, noting that the targeted area may have been hosting chemical

weapons stockpiles belonging to Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) or Al-Nusra Front

jihadists.

The incident has not been properly investigated as yet, but the US fired dozens of cruise

missiles at a Syrian airbase in a demonstration of force over what it labeled a chemical attack

by Damascus.

Putin also pointed out that the latest US missile strikes in Syria bring to mind the

United States' UN Security Council address in 2003 that led to the invasion of Iraq,

an address which has now been thorougly debunked as using flawed information to garner global

support for an invasion.

President Mattarella and I discussed it, and I told him that this reminds me strongly

of the events in 2003, when the US representatives demonstrated at the UN Security Council session

the presumed chemical weapons found in Iraq.

The military campaign was subsequently launched in Iraq and it ended with the devastation

of the country, the growth of the terrorist threat and the appearance of Islamic State

[IS, formerly ISIS] on the world stage, he added.

The Russian president also slammed the Idlib attack, officially denouncing it as a "false

flag" attack.

Putin also said that there is no meeting with Tillerson currently on his schedule.

Following Putin's presser, Russian General Staff released a statement announcing that

it has information of militants bringing poisonous substances to areas of Khan Shaykhun, West

of Aleppo and Eastern Guta in Syria.

Chief of the Russian General Staff Main Operational Directorate Col. Gen. Sergei Rudskoy said

that the militants are trying to provoke new accusations targeted at Syrian government

for alleged use of chemical weapons.

The militants aim to incite the US to conduct new strikes, Rudskoy warned, adding that such

measures are impermissible.

He said that according to the Russian general staff new US airstrikes in Syria are unacceptable

and that the Syrian forces posses no chemical weapons.

Trump Weighing Executive Order That Could Result In New Tariffs - Duration: 1:29.

Trump Weighing Executive Order That Could Result In New Tariffs

BY KAITLAN COLLINS

Donald Trump is weighing an executive order that could lead to import duties on a wide

range of foreign-made products like steel and aluminum.

According to what an administration official told Reuters Sunday, the White House is considering

launching an investigation into foreign trade practices to determine if the dumping of goods

in the U.S. by foreign companies contributes to the trade deficit.

Depending on what the investigation finds, it could result in penalties on trading partners

that produce steel, aluminum and household appliances.

The administration would use the results of that investigation to determine the best

path forward, which could include everything from no action at all to the levying of supplemental

duties, an official told Reuters.

But whichever action we take would be informed by the results of the investigation and not

by predetermined conclusions.

The news comes just days after Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping decided to launch a 100-day

plan to review trade practices between the United States and China.

LUCY HALE SOFT EDGY MAKEUP TUTORIAL | mmirandalaurenn - Duration: 9:30.

Hi everybody!

Welcome back.

Today, I'm going to show you guys this Lucy Hale inspired makeup look I saw on Instagram.

This one right here.

I absolutely love this look, so I thought that I would re-create it for you guys, and

show you guys how to get it yourselves.

This is just kind of my interpretation of the look.

Original credits go to @allanface on Instagram.

You need to follow, because he is an amazing makeup artist.

So, I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial, and let's get into how to create this makeup look.

So, I'm going to start by taking my Kathleen Lights Morphe Palette, and as my transition

shade, I'm going to take this light, blanc shade, and I'm going to put this all over

the lid space, and into the upper crease area, using

a blending brush.

Alright, and then, next, I'm going to dip into this dark, charcoal gray shade up here,

and I'm going to put just a tiny bit of this on the tip of that same blending brush, and

I am going to softly brush this right into that crease area.

And then, for the lid space, I'm going to take this shimmer shade right here.

It's kind of like a cool-toned nude shimmer.

With my finger, I am going to pat this on the lids of the eyes, and it's going to kind

of, because it is in the same color family, it will kind of haze into the other colors.

And directly over the top of that, I'm going to dip into this white shimmery, and just

pat directly over that, just to lighten it up a bit more.

So there is more of like a reddish brown on the inner corner, so I'm going to take this

shade right here, this brown, matte color with a flat shader brush, and I'm going to

put this on the inner corner.

Then, taking an angled liner brush, I'm going to spray an angled brush with a little bit

of setting spray, and dip into..I'm going to dip into this kind of purple plum grey

glitter color, and this is going to be my winged eyeliner.

Now, I don't want it to be super sharp or intense, or crazy, so I'm just going to make

a winged eyeliner with this, and then we will go from there.

Alright, and then, right over the top of that, I'm going to dip back into that charcoal shade

that I used in the crease, and you can just use the same brush, if you want to.

It really doesn't matter, or you can use a different one, but this..I'm just going to

take an angled brush, and I'm just going to stamp that right along the upper lash line,

because even though this plum color is my liner, it's not very definitive of the eye,

so I'm going to put that there.

I'm just going to spray a small detailer brush with some setting spray, and with this one,

I'm going to dip into that white gold shade that I used.

Not like white gold, but like white.

I'm just going to pop that right on the center of that liner, just to brighten up that liner.

And then, again with that same shade, I am going to take a little bit of that on the

finger, and run this underneath the brows.

For lashes, I'm going to take some Ardell Natural Wispies, and pop these on the upper

lash line.

Alright girl.

Okskurr.

Okay, so I'm going to start on the lower lash line real quick, so I'm going to start by

taking the Pacifica Natural Minerals Pencil in Bare, and put this on the inner waterline

of the eyes.

Alright, and then taking my Pop Beauty Kajal Pen in the shade, Sooty Black, I'm going to

sketch a line on the lower lashes, not on the inner rim, but just on the lower line,

right underneath that.

And then, taking that flat shader brush that I used with the brown shade that I placed,

right there on the eye, I'm going to blend that out a little, going back and forth with

that.

Ahh.

And then, obviously, I'm going to put this on the top and lower lash line.

So, moving onto the rest of face, I'm going to take the NYX Matte Bronzer in the shade,

Medium, to warm up the skin and act as my blush.

So, I'm going to use a Duo Fiber Brush, and just..

So with this, I'm going to do a really, really soft contour, just right in the hollows of

the cheeks, and run that brush, real quick, just real soft.

And then, I'm going kind of swoop it up into a C, right here on my temples.

And that is all I'm going to do for blush and bronzer.

It is pretty basic, and really simple.

What am I doing for the highlighter?

So for highlighter, I'm going to take Gerard Cosmetics Star Powder in the shade, Marilyn.

Monroe.

Marilyn Monroe...

I'm going to go really soft of the tops of the cheekbones.

I'm going to go down the nose as well with this, I'm also going to quickly run that along

the top lip line, to define that line, and quickly on the chin, and for the forehead,

I'm going to kind of go like right here, right above that eyebrow to get a highlight kind

of going on that high point of the forehead.

See how that creates a little bit of dimension right here.

Then, I'm just going to go into my Artist Couture Glow Powder in the shade, Illuminati.

Taking a really small amount of this, I'm just going to put that right onto the center

of that cheekbone, just to intensify that center part.

Just the center on both sides, and then I will kind of go a little bit on that forehead,

again with this.

Okay, so I'm going to move straight into the lips.

I'm going to take the Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade, Morocco, and fill in the lips

with this, except I'm going to do something a little bit different in terms of technique.

What I am going to do, is thinly kind of just quickly fill in the inside of the lips with

this, like so.

Same thing on top.

It doesn't have to be a perfect line, and make sure that the line is on the inside of

your lips.

Now, using my ring finger, I'm going to blend the lipstick along the edges of where I put

it, and this will just kind of make it look a little bit softer, and less harsh.

Now that I have that lip, I'm going to take some lip gloss.

I'm going to take the NYX Butter Gloss in the shade, Cherry Pie, and put this over the

tops of the lips.

And then, just for my own little, just for my own little pizaz.

She didn't really have this, but I want to do it.

I'm going to take the Covergirl Lip Lava in the shade, Lychee Lava, and I'm going to put

this..its a red-orange glitter, and I'm going to put that right into the center.

Okay.

That is it for this Lucy Hale inspired makeup tutorial.

I hope you enjoyed it, and if you did please make sure to subscribe, like, and check out

my Instagram to see all of my pictures of all of my makeup looks that I do, and some

other fun things.

So, thank you so much for watching, and I will see you in the next one.

Peace out.

Seven Second Challenge - Duration: 9:54.

Welcome to secrets of the snow unicorn

Here is my friend

And we are gonna be doing the seven second challenge

In these hats we have four challenges

and if we lose we will get taped

(sound of tape being ripped off skin) Hey!

So we did rock, paper, scissors challenge to see who would go first and we forgot to tape it

But it is me, so I get to chose one from here

"Invent a new word and define it."

(Behind Camera) One, two three. Go!

Potat-tiki!

It is a combination of a potato and an orange.

(Behind Camera) Good

I pasted!

Her turn

Alright, now it is my turn

"Remove Teka's (the bears) Eeyore costume"

Oh Man! Where is that bear?

(Behind Camera) Oh,

(Behind Camera) Oh, by the way, this is my furry friend Gold

(Behind Camera) Are you Ready?

Ready, set, go

(Sound of Velcro ripping)

I am probably going to fail at this

(BC) Yep, time's up. Keep going.

(BC) At the moment she is at fifteen seconds

(BC) - eighteen.

TADA!

(BC)But she failed, so time to tape herself.

Oh Man!

We'll just put that back on later....

Oh, there's the tape!

How big a piece?

(BC) Uhhhhh..... size of a finger?

That's too (muffled word).

I now have a piece of tape.

My turn again. .

"Jump and touch the ceiling".

Start now?

(BC) Yep.

I didn't have to jump (laughs).

(BC) I know, and in six seconds.

I got... "Name six anime shows".

(BC) One moment. Go!

Ouran High Host Club,

Soul Eater,

Fairy Tail,

uhm, Seven Deadly Sins

and...

(BC) Too late! What were your last couple?

I can't remember what I was going to say.

Ahhh!

(BC) Time to tape yourself.

Again!?

(BC) I thought that one was going to be easy.

I know, but (unknown word).

(BC) You were almost five.

I know, I just choose a long name

Now you want to be stupid! (directed to tape)

Are you..?

(BC) Please ignore how shaky the camera is.

And how stupid the tape is being

I now have two pieces of tape.

Hello, I am on my third challenge

So far noo tape!

(BC in a tune) How dare you

AH!

"Name four disciples of Jesus"

(BC) Three, two one... go!

Peter!

Uhm, uhm, Jonah?

No, no! What's his name?

(BC) Times up.

I'm going to finish this, though.

Paul

John

I already said Peter Fudge, I need one more

I am going to- Matthew?

Is Matthew a disciple?

(BC) Well, yeah, I guess he is.

YES! I still need to be taped. :(

(BC) it took her sixteen seconds and eighty-four milliseconds

(BC) She is getting her first piece of tape.

Okay, I think I (unknown word). Which way?

(BC) I did it this way.

I'm going to do lines.

Feel the stripes! Be the tiger.

One piece.

Mine is...

"Find Psalms 42:5...

"-Read it to gain me a piece of tape."

(BC) It Worked!

(BC) So if you read it in time I'll get a piece of tape automatically.

(BC) Ah! Your phone.

(BC) One, two, three... go!

Psalms...

(BC) 42:5

Ahh.

(BC) And it's seven seconds

Ah!

We went to (unknown)

(BC) Sometimes you are really good so....

I know!

(BC).... You use to do the challenges

Psalms 42:5 was "Why am I so sad? Why am I so troubled? I will put my hope in God, and once again I will praise him, my saviour and my God."

(BC) But he didn't save you from this next piece of tape.

I have lost every challenge

Good one

(BC) At least I know that- wait, do you only have one left?

Yeah

(BC) So I know that I have to be on that side of the camera

(BC) I am aware that I am giving away.. stuff, right now.

But what will it be?

Come on you stupid tape.

Why have you forsaken me tape!

(BC) This should of been her challenge, getting a piece of tape.

It's so sticky!

Ignore the people in the background.

(BC)And the music, and the everything, it's an apartment building.

Three

Well I am on my last challenge and I only have one so we already know who the winner will be

But...

Wait, That's yours!

"Make five animal sounds."

(BC) Three, two, one.

Oink!

Nayyy! (horse imitation)

Meow!

Bark

Gobble-Gobble?

(BC) Six seconds, and seven milliseconds.

I am just going to rip it off anyways.

Ohhh, it didn't hurt.

My last and final challenge...

...is...

"Paint three of Ayana's, well of...

"...her nails."

(I) And.. .tada!

(I) Oh no, it turned off!

(I) Wait, it didn't need a password

Sometimes it doesn't.

(I) I am going to actually wait until you open it.

(I) ...And...

three, two one, go.

(Something that sounds like) Bath my faith

(I) Doesn't matter if it's good.

(I) Oh wait, it's past seven seconds.

(I) Ta-Da!

(I) Oh wait, it's over here.

(I) Ta-Da!

(I) And her final piece of tape

Sad face.

(I) Oh, and not only does she- I get to rip that off of her, but I get to text somebody on her phone

Anything she wants

(I) Da-da-da-da-da

All four are on my arm

(I) And I am almost done texting

owww.

(I) I am texting her boyfriend. I almost went the pregnant text rout, but it's just 'babe, I think we need to talk. I think we have a problem'.

(I) Have fun dealing with that

(I) Okay, Rapid!

ONE!

(I)Two

(I)Three

(laughs) throw the tape

(I)FOUR! Oh.

(I) And this has been my first...

Collab?

Yeah, sure, collab. Farewell

How It All Started | #Fearless2017 Podcast Ep. #1 | Chantilly Patiño - Duration: 20:20.

Intro music

Hey guys, it's Chantilly from chantillypatino.com.

So, if you don't know me already,

I am a blogger turned web designer,

turned coach, etc. etc. (laughs)

Um, so, I kind of wear all the hats.

I started out as a blogger and I created this blog called Bicultural Mom.

BiculturalMom.com

Um, which now is Bicultural Familia,

I've kind of switched it to being a family blog,

but at the time when I started Bicultural Mom,

I was in this place where we were separated from family.

We hade moved far from Michigan which is my, my home state,

to South Dakota which is a place I've never been, didn't know much about.

I just went there because on paper it looked good economics-wise.

So, my husband I moved there thinking that we

would be able to see there for like a year, maybe two

and then move either back

home to Michigan or possibly to Texas we

ended up staying there six years and it

was a very isolating experience for my

husband and I both and for our children

so I started this blog by cultural mom

is a place where I could talk about the

families but more like where I could

reach out to other people like us who

weren't visible in the community where

we lived and I built a big community

around it big enough that we started

another website so i started a website

called multicultural familia calm and we

all came together all of us bloggers

whether it be mixed race mixed religion

mixed culture we all came together and

talked about our families and our

identities we just shared with each

other so he said learn more about each

other and be closer after a little while

I started getting into web design

completely by accident so I was I was

working on my blog and editing my blog

and making it look pretty and I'm an

artist that hard I've always been a

creative type I remember in college I

also took this flash web design class

which was ridiculous because I don't

even know why they gained that class

because flash was already on its way out

when i was in college taking this course

but you know how outdated college course

dark so I started fixing up my blog

making it look really nice and really

cute and customizing it and then I

started having blogger friends who would

ask me hey can you help me update my

blog can you help me add a really nice

design can you help me create a logo can

you help me add this widget and I just

started helping my friends and at first

I started helping them for free and then

I started having people tell me you know

I don't want you helping me for free I

want you to get paid for your work I

want to ask you to do more and I don't

feel comfortable asking you to do more

if I'm not paying you and so from there

I turned it into a business I was

working with my friends only my friends

I wasn't taking on clients or anything

better trying to get clients I didn't

have a website up yet I just was working

with bloggers friends at that point and

then it got to the point where I started

having more and more people recommended

me to their friends and then their

friends would reach out to me and then

they say hey do you have a website G of

a portfolio so I just started building

those things so they built a website

actually was a page on my bicultural mom

website at first and I listed my

services there and my pricing and all

this kind of stuff how they could

contact me my friend unha dekhe who at

the time was running new latina now she

runs alleppey nothing big so she asked

me to come on and work with her a new

latina so I worked with her as a

managing editor for new latina for a

couple of years then I started helping

her develop latina something big and it

grew from there like at that point I

knew I knew I needed to create my own

website so i use my name and i created

chantilly pepino com so from that point

on once i created my own website it just

kept growing and growing because now

it's like I had this professional

presence it wasn't just a blogger who's

doing this on the side anymore but this

became my business so when hanukkah

hired me on for Latinas think big I

created all the programs i created the

banners like at her first New York event

I remember walking in the door and

seeing my banners that I designed the

programmes that I designed everything

down to the smallest detail that I had

put work into teen on Helicon like all

the work she had put in and we put in

together and it turned into the sea

there was all these amazing women there

it just it brought tears to my eyes and

then get emotional thinking about it

right now because still like latinas

thing big is one of the most powerful

things that have been involved in and i

love that brand and i'm so proud that i

worked on it and that the nothing

missing big logo is something that i

developed and it makes me very proud to

see it grow so i think i'm getting a

little off track here so now i've been

i've been thinking about this for the

past two years but i haven't felt like

i've had the opportunity to move in any

direction so it's not that I want to

stop doing web design or lower design or

copyright or any of those things but I

want the service part of my business to

be the side part of my business and I

want the main meat of my business to be

products and courses so this was my goal

two years ago I had a new baby and then

I couldn't put the time invest the time

into it that I wanted to invest and

moving my business in that direction so

I put it on hold and right now I feel

like I'm at the point where I'm ready to

start moving in that direction again so

my main goal right now is to focus on

building these products more of the

templates ebooks you guys I'm finding

that people really need help getting

started and it's not so much like I

don't have the finances but it's more so

like the fear like not knowing will I be

successful at this if I put myself out

there in this way are people going to

judge me they don't want to fail and

they're scared of failure they're scared

of the unknown so I know how that feels

I've been scared of the unknowns to and

google has been a huge resource for me i

searched google for everything I built

my entire business because of google i

learned how to build a website from

google i didn't know how to do web

design i taught myself web design with

google that I did I'm not somebody who

went to web design school I'm not

somebody who studied graphic arts

although I wanted to I love that idea

when I was younger I wanted to go to

college and my mom told me be careful

and she made me very cautious because I

wanted to go away to an art school I

wanted to learn film & 4

digital illustration and all these types

of things and my mom was like one how

will you afford it and there's just two

what are to get far away from us and

something goes wrong and we're not there

to help you you know three what if you

get your education and you're still not

successful what if you're starving

artists and you don't make any money and

I took a lot of that to heart like I

always thought I could do anything like

in my mind I'm a creative type person

right I was thought I could do anything

and that kind of flipped in some doubt

and I don't think that's what my mother

meant to do but I think she was afraid

to lose me I think she's afraid what if

I didn't make it so I think she probably

shouldn't have said those things but in

the long run it didn't matter anyway

because I came right back to what I was

meant to do because now what do i do i

do web design graphic design digital

illustration I to you know I do all

these things i build websites I help

people create businesses that's what I

do for a living and I do it all through

art I do it all through graphics I do it

all through technology so ultimately I

came back to doing the same thing that I

truly believe in my heart I was meant to

do and it didn't matter what anybody

said it didn't matter the words that

they had came right back to it and

without even trying I did not try to get

here I did not try to get into web

design all this kind of fell into my lap

and I ran with it I was like what do I

need to do to pay the bills what I need

to do to take care of my family I'm

going to do what I'm naturally good at

and what I'm naturally good at is

designed that's what I'm good at so I

went right back into it so this is kind

of the story of how my business evolved

now we have I have so many different

layers I could tell you there are so

many layers to me and to my business and

so many things i'm into there is to

start there is chantilly platino calm

which is my main business site then i

also have a family blog which is called

bicultural from you the other sat by

cultural Famicom I run that with my

family so my husband and I I do most of

the work on the blog I do the blog posts

I create video content ID

all the video editing my husband helps

us we'd like brainstorm ideas he helps

me get stuff set up so like if I'm doing

photography he he's like my he calls it

my wheel man so he sets up all my stuff

and he you know takes care of the kids

so I can get things done quicker and

that's something I didn't even mention

either my husband is a fail home dad so

I do the working and he does the taking

care of the kids in the house so yeah

there's my quarter for me which is a

blog and we have a youtube channel for

that but cultural media on youtube if

you look it up my daughter has a channel

called lil click TV li L click TV and I

help her run that too I haven't been

able to put videos up on there recently

because I've just been super busy but

she has a channel and I plan on going

all in on that for her soon because that

is her dream she wants to be a youtuber

so I'm there she just like gaining

reviews and she she's starting to do

like little vlogs and stuff like that

another thing i do is i have this group

called YouTube familia and you too

familiar as a group that i have on

facebook where I connected the whole

bunch of lucky next and multicultural

YouTube creators and video creators and

we just discussed everything about You

Tube so we talked about how to make

money on YouTube we talked about how to

get more views on your channel how to

get more subscribers and then just in

general like what our experiences are in

the platform and what we're up to what

we're doing in our lives like some a

couple of people are taking on like

daily vlogging challenges and things

like that which is been really cool to

watch so another thing i do is i have

multicultural bloggers and a lot of

people probably know about that but

multicultural bloggers calm is a website

where i have like a list like a

directory of bloggers if you're a

multicultural blogger you can go to

multicultural bloggers calm and you can

get listed right now I have this site

shut down temporarily because I am

working on a redesign it will be back up

soon but until then we have a Facebook

group and you can meet us in there the

facebook group operates

hand in hand with the website so the

website has a directory and the facebook

group is where we trying to promote each

other and connect she's an also joined

the facebook group and if you go to

multicultural bloggers calm and half the

link there i also have a youtube channel

for my business i'm really getting into

you too big right now so YouTube is a

big thing for me and I think everybody

should get into YouTube because video is

everything right now I mean if you could

do YouTube videos or do Facebook videos

it did on to be live videos but just

upload your videos to facebook both of

those platforms are excellent for video

even if you're not ready to be on video

maybe you don't feel comfortable being

on video like me I'm an introvert at

least do a podcast recording of yourself

like put a picture up in the video and

just you know put it make it as a video

on youtube when people don't play it and

listen to you you just take the audio

and you can go in windows movie maker or

iMovie add a picture to it and then just

publish that on your facebook or youtube

and that's a video so there's a lot of

people who like to listen to podcast you

can put it up on a podcasting platform

to but I recommend doing it like get

your voice out there because podcasts

and video are the two main ways that

people are absorbing content right now

podcasts are great because they don't

require you to be a hundred percent

present a video requires your presence

you can't watch a video without

physically looking at the video a

podcast is something that I can do

without having to be present for it

anyway to get back around to what I was

talking about my purpose through

everything I do and everything that I

did for my business through my blog

through everything is to help families

like mine to help women like myself I

feel like a lot of us women we work very

very hard and we get very small results

and I feel like a lot of women are very

underpaid very overworked and I want to

help other women to be able to ask for

more money to be able to make their

websites and their brands more

presentable and look more high-value so

they can get more money but the

impression that you give to somebody is

really important and it's very powerful

you want to make a great first

impression and that's what I try to do

for my clients is help them make that

great first impression and that's what I

try to do for myself

I started this journey and I call it

fearless 2017 and I have the hashtag

three loes 2017 well Jay share on

Instagram and on Facebook and every time

I post something on this topic I share

it and fearless 2017 is really about

going out of your comfort zone when a

brand approaches you you pitch them

higher than what you feel comfortable

pitching them charge them a higher rate

than what you feel comfortable when a

client comes up to you quote them a

higher price than what is comfortable

for you or you work with that client who

scares the shit out of you you work with

that big client who you thought you

weren't good enough to work with who's

come to you asking for your help and you

almost ran away but instead you take

that client and you work with that

client that's what fearless 2017 is

about it's about putting yourself out

there and this is something I've really

struggled with and it's held my business

back a lot and I notice myself tending

to go back into my comfort zone and do

what is comfortable and maybe not create

those products or those courses that I'm

terrified will fail but to just go back

to doing what I do now you know which is

building websites and stuff so the thing

is when I first started my business I

was all about getting out of my comfort

zone but see I was coming from a place

of necessity at the time my husband had

just lost his job and I didn't know how

I was going to make it and i had to pay

the bills so at that point I didn't give

a shit about how I felt about anything

at that point I didn't care if I looked

ridiculous I didn't care if I made

mistakes I had to put that money in the

bank so I didn't care at that point and

it's hard to get yourself to that point

when right now everything is okay like

things aren't great obviously I want

more of life than this but things are

okay we're getting by and it's easier to

slip into that place of comfort and not

push to do something more so that's

where I'm coming from right now is

coming from this place of wanting to get

out of this nice comfort zone I've been

in for the past couple of years and

really push to do something that I

haven't done before and something that

that I know can probably be successful

but I'm tariff

for it to fail so i posted on facebook

and i mentioned how several people have

told me that they wanted me to be more

visible about what i do and so i'm

trying to push myself to share more but

at the same time trying to cope with

that feeling of pushing my content on

other people but i think we as women we

need to move beyond that beyond the

feeling that whatever we're going to say

isn't valuable enough to people and plus

we all seem to have this need for

validation will seem to have this need

to be validated by other people like if

i post something on social media and

somebody doesn't immediately like it i

guess that about it why am i getting sad

why because somebody didn't like it

doesn't mean it wasn't valuable because

somebody doesn't write me a long comment

saying how much they love the blog post

I wrote it doesn't mean that that blog

post wasn't valuable we have a term for

it on the internet it's called lurkers

lurkers are people who are out there

they read your stuff they see your

social media they probably love it but

they don't say anything they don't click

like they don't comment they don't say D

and that's most of us some of us because

we're busy in their day-to-day life we

don't have time to leave a comment or

maybe we're in a rush to something else

or mind is somewhere else sometimes you

feel like okay well maybe this is what I

should be doing then and you get all

these doubts in your head and you start

thinking maybe maybe this blog post was

a complete mess maybe I shouldn't even

brought about this topic maybe you know

you're certain putting all these things

out there like maybe people hated it

maybe people just don't want to read my

blog anymore you get all this paranoia

about people not liking the content you

put out when what we should just do is

keep doing it and just keep pushing it

out we should just keep pushing out the

content and wait for the right people to

come along and sometimes it's not even

that the right people aren't there these

people were talking about these lurkers

lurkers come and they see and they may

take no action for a long time and then

one time something moves them to take

action like as an online entrepreneur

you feel you feel really isolated and

alone you start to question yourself

whether or not your work is worth it

if somebody doesn't immediately Wyatt is

my work worth it was it good enough does

it suck should I take it down right now

should I lower the price those the types

of things you start to think of as

online entrepreneur in any business

really and I think what we really have

to do is we have to have more confidence

in ourselves and trust ourselves and I'm

trying to teach myself to do that this

year trying to teach myself to have

confidence to not lower my rates when

something doesn't sell to figure out how

I can better market myself figure out

what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing

and to not take it personal when

something doesn't do well if my blog

post doesn't do well or social media

post of them do well they have no

bearing on me and try not to take it

personal but the perfectionist in me

always pull my mind in that direction so

all this to kind of just say this is

what I'm up to these are things i'm

doing and i'm sure probably forgot some

to put them in so many things I just

kind of wanted to share with you and let

you know this is what I do this is who I

am this is how I got here and if you

have any questions please leave them

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel

"Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com very

very excited today and I'm kind of

depressed it's my last day of my 20s

I'll be thirty tomorrow and I'm

celebrating in London, but tonight I am

in Fareham, England which is in between

Portsmouth and Southampton I am at

Skylark Folf and Country Club I'm taking

on their 50 oz steak challenge now this

thing looks freaking delicious! Basically

we've got 50 ounces of steak it's cut

into 4 pieces along with some healthy

mushrooms and some tomatoes then we've

got the whole thing of coleslaw we've

got either 12 or 15 onion rings here

which are massive and then we've got two

pounds of their delicious looking chips

but so with this the 50 on state

challenge I've got 50 minutes to finish

and if I do win I'm going to get the 50

quid meal for free and I'll be the third

person up on the Wall of Fame so let's

get this challenge started!

Alright I've been nervous about this one

all day since yesterday's restaurant

added a whole bunch of chili and cheese

on me but this one looks delicious and

the record is just over 37 minutes and

it better not take me that long but it's

the smallest steak I've ever done as part

of a challenge only 50 ounces as you

guys know in scotland is at 92 but this

is the most sides I've ever had to eat

but let's get it down one two three boom!

These onion rings scare me so I'm eating

some of these first!

My leafy greens and vitamin A for

the day now lets eat some steak!

mmm delicious steak!

16:00 - last bite of steak

all right all that's out of the way 19

minutes 20 seconds in, get this coleslaw

down when we got two pounds of chips

alright just under 22 minutes after

these chips is slightly undercooked and

it looks perfect just like the steak but

let's get them down get the win, and get the

record!

for the bag just do it to the back come

28 minutes and three seconds, the new

record for the 50 oz steak challenge here at

Skylark Golf and Country Club and Farham,

England which as I said earlier is

between Southampton and Portsmouth, Hope I got

all those pronounced right, but I got the

50-quid meal for free, I get a t-shirt

to add to my collection and I'll be the third person

or the wall of fame with the new record

but thank you guys all for coming up

glad to be here tonight, the

last night of my twenties that was my

Elon Musk: Tesla Parking Nightmare | TMZ Live - Duration: 3:38.

Elon musk is undoubtedly an incredible success

Visionary yeah, visionary, I look everything the guy touches seems to turn the gold well. He's got one major problem

at

Tesla

Nobody can find a place to Park

Is what this you gotta listen it every day you get up the thing you hope for is

I hope I can find a parking space wherever it is. You're going whatever it is

You're doing you need to find a parking space

Employees at tesla according this wall street journal did this report where they had these photos taken in?

the parking lots of the headquarters in Palo Alto and also at a factory a tesla Factory in Fremont, California and

People have [to] like double park they squeeze into spaces they can't find a place to Park well

But that's because the companies is exactly it's a sign of success of [what] your mom say, right?

But the interesting thing also is that there were for a while?

You know when Silicon valley like when the the dot-Com bubble burst there were a lot of really empty parking lots

And that was sort of a sign like oh, your company's doing really poorly so in a way

This is a sign that the company is doing so well

But I wonder if that they are afraid to jinx their success by building more parking they may not have the space

Yeah, oh, hi there. They do clearly they just got to expand a little bit you got to build up the parking structure

This is deeply deeply disturbing on a lot of levels well

I guess if the man is so visionary these are the guys that you're trusting to build the technologies of the future

and to come up with

Self-driving cars hyper lubes all these things that we're supposed to use I'm so down to open or say you people build and you can't

Even find a parking space and figure out how many people you gotta work? You knows how many people?

It's just it's hard to find a building that's got enough parking allotted. I want to tell you

I'm gonna remind you you can land a rocket ship, but you can't figure out [ok] [knocking] come on

Hello remind you harvey. I'm remind. I think I've told you this that the most important lesson

I learned in College a professor who explained the meaning of life you know what the meaning of life comes down to

It's three things on any given day parking get yep getting paid

Getting you know what?

And finding a parking space finding a parking space you need to have those three things to have a life

Here's my biggest you go back to the picture Reagan, which one here's my big issue if you're working for Tesla

It's like are you gonna shame the people with the cars to drive no no? I'm so harvester really?

Hustling understand that but what I'm saying is do you feel a rush sure to get a hybrid car or an electric car?

Or something I see a lot of fun. What's just shaming? That's what I'm saying

That shouldn't there be like a company discount like you work at tesla. You don't get it for free. There's like you're

68,000 if you want to take the TMZ tour

Sinabi Sup man, shut up, man Reagan. Let's go rodeo Reagan come on

Hi, this is Mouthpiece

Call it from my robe you uh I just think it's kind of weird that all the cars look like they're bootleg car

laughs

Tesla having one of the best engineer car Llega know engineers like I would've just parking lot

Well, hey reagan go back to that picture real quickly bootleg cards. They don't even know how to park right that guy's been doing myspace

the Seasons aster know

What's really funny?

How To Know Baby Gender During Pregnancy From Behavior and Immunity - Duration: 4:26.

How To Know Baby Gender During Pregnancy From Behavior and Immunity

Nowadays, you can see whether a baby's going to be a female or male even when the baby's

still in mother's womb with several advanced technologies.

Yet another interesting discovery showed recently that pregnant woman's immunity could be used

to determine the baby's sex.

Women have claimed for years that their bodies react differently whether their baby's going

to be boy or girl.

Some studies suggest that a baby's sex could play a role in why some women report differences

with morning sickness, cravings and other symptoms based on the sex of their baby.

According to the journal Brain, Behavior and Immunity shows the sex of a baby is associated

with pregnant women's immune responses.

Researchers from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center followed 80 pregnant

women across the course of their pregnancy and examined whether women exhibited different

levels of immune markers called cytokines based on fetal sex.

Analyses were conducted on levels of cytokines in the blood and levels produced by a sample

of immune cells that were exposed to bacteria in the lab.

Amanda Mitchell, a postdoctoral researcher in the Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research

at Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center and principal investigator of the study said that

while women didn't exhibit differences in blood cytokine levels based on fetal sex,

it is confirmed that the immune cells of women carrying female fetuses produced more pro-inflammatory

cytokines when exposed to bacteria.

This means that women carrying female baby exhibited a heightened inflammatory response

when their immune system was challenged compared to women carrying a boy in her womb.

Well, inflammation itself is a critical part of the immune response involved in wound healing

and responses to viruses, bacteria and chronic illnesses.

However, excessive inflammation is stressful to the body and can contribute to sickness-related

symptoms, such as achiness and fatigue.

While more research is needed, the heightened inflammation observed among women carrying

female baby could be the cause why women tend to experience exacerbated symptoms of some

medical conditions, including asthma, compared to women with male fetuses the degree's lower.

Now come the interesting part, Mitchell also said that this finding could helps women and

their obstetricians to recognize that fetal sex is one factor that may impact how a woman's

body responds to everyday immune challenges.

This finding will most likely directing us to further research into how differences in

immune function may affect how a women responds to different viruses, infections or chronic

health conditions such as asthma, including whether these responses affect the health

of the fetus.

Well, now after we find a little fact that maternal inflammation can affect outcomes

related to the fetus like timing of birth, further research is still needed to find out

how fetal sex is associated with maternal inflammation.

Since it's also possible the sex hormones or other hormones in the placenta affect maternal

inflammation levels as well.

That being said, the most important think is all about supporting healthy immune function,

which doesn't necessarily mean boosting it.

After all, it could be problematic to have too little or too great of an immune response.

Research has shown that exercise supports healthy immune functioning, as does eating

some foods, like leafy greens, and relaxing with activities like meditation.

And last but not least, it's always important to check with your healthcare provider before

making any changes to your routine or diet.

Well, this discovery could means a great deal for us, especially for scientists since they're

going to study this case even further.

Prince Harry surprises double amputee training for 'toughest race on Earth': watch the video. - Duration: 2:22.

Prince Harry surprises double amputee training for 'toughest race on Earth': watch the video.

prince Harry gave Duncan Slater quite a surprise by paying him a visit while the double leg

amputee trained for the Marathon des Sables a 150-mile race across the Sahara which

takes place over six days to raise money for Walking with the Wounded.

The delighted Duncan, who was focused on his training before catching sight of the Prince,

swore upon seeing him as he worked on the treadmill, leading the fifth-in-line to the

throne to joke: "Don't fall, don't swear!" before warmly shaking Duncan's hand.

After the former soldier lost both of his legs in a bomb blast in Afghanistan, he has

pushed himself to the limits ever since, having also previously joined Prince Harry on an

expedition to the South Pole back in 2013.

Furthermore, he has already tried to complete the incredibly difficult race once before,

but was forced to quit less than forty miles before the finishing line as his stumps were

"rubbed raw" after having completed over 100 miles across the desert.

However, this year he plans to get carbon fibre limbs, a revolutionary invention which

should help solve the issue.

Chatting to Duncan about his heat training, which will help him get used to the difficult

conditions in the desert, the Prince said: "You're looking in really good shape."

Duncan replied: "Yeah, that was quite hot I'll be honest!

That was miserable."

"Hard to breathe, or?"

Prince Harry asked.

Duncan replied: "No, just so hot.

Everywhere.

Even the breeze is ridiculous."

Fans were quick to praise Duncan and the Prince, with one writing: "Oh my gosh!

Crying!

I love inspirational stories like this.

TY!"

Another added: "Harry, your dear, beautiful Mother would be so proud of you and your wonderful

work!"thanks for watching.

Prince Harry's puppy love: Photos of the royal with canine friends.

Call it puppy and Prince Harry love, but when it comes to the royal and his furry mates,

we're having a hard time determining who is cuter!

Click through for a look at Harry and his canine pals over the years.

Prince Harry met Jester, a black lab whose owner Jon Flint tried out for the UK Invictus

Games team in April 2017.

The royal was amused by the duo and even stole away some time to play with Jester.

Photo: Chris Jackson.

Our hearts melted after seeing the royal cradle an eight-week-old puppy named Veyron during

his 2010 visit to the Canine Partners Training Centre.

The royal and his pups have been melting hearts since 1987, while on holiday in Majorca, Spain.

Polo and a pup seemed like a recipe for a great day for a little Prince Harry back in

1995.

Come to Harry!

The ginger-haired royal helped a service dog out from the pool during the 2016 Invictus

Games in Orlando.

Sign us up to dog walk with him!

Prince George's uncle walked a Ranger Tracker dog, while visiting the South African Wildlife

College in 2015.

Peek-a-boo!

The fun-loving royal played with a dog in its car after partaking in the 2011 Audi Polo

Challenge match in Ascot, England.

Harry couldn't contain his excitement posing with his parents, Prince Charles and Princess

Diana, along with his big brother Prince William and their Jack Russell Terrier.

You little rascal!

Prince William's younger brother had fun with Trudy, a Golden Retriever puppy, during his

visit to the charity Canine Partners Training Centre in Midhurst.

Oh hello, there.

The royal befriended a friendly assistance dog at the 2014 Invictus Games in London.

It's a stare-off!
