the 3 step manifesting blueprint - Duration: 11:50.

The 3-Step

Manifesting Blueprint

Lining up, letting go, and letting in your lifes mission

The standard way of thinking about manifestation and abundance is that focusing on positivity

and visualizing our desires will raise our vibration and consequently attract what we

wish for.

This is, to a great extent, true.

At the same time, we are here to grow, learn and often to heal what our souls have been

wanting to release for lifetimes.

As spiritually conscious individuals, we may sometimes have additional issues with manifesting

joy and abundance, issues they dont necessarily talk about in manifesting workshops.

All of these essentially boil down to not getting what we want.

It is certainly true that we need to embrace our power to co-create.

However, I believe that we sometimes need to go through the process of purification,

which essentially aligns our ego-centered goals and desires with those of our soul and

the Universe.

This process strips us of everything that is not real, as we surrender more and more

to our soul-centered selves.

This does not mean living in misery or giving our power away.

Ultimately, what is at stake here is living the life of fulfillment, mission and alignment

with our soul.

This may sometimes contradict what our ego wants.

In order to manifest our purpose, we also need to heal the damage that has been done

to our soul blueprint.

The more we heal, the more we are able to receive.

But how do we claim our power?

How do we become who we are, and follow our dreams?

In my own work, relating both to my personal healing journey and to the work that I do

with my clients, I have experienced that the manifestation process consists of three major

stages, which I wanted to discuss here.

1.

Line it up

If your desire to do something is complete, if your whole being is in it without seeking

a result, without wanting to fulfil which means without fear there is no hindrance.

There is a hindrance, a contradiction, only when your desire is incomplete, broken up:

you want to do something and at the same time you are afraid to do it, or you want to do

something else. (Krishnamurti)

The first step in manifesting is to ask for what we need.

It starts with us telling God (the Spirit, the Universe, our Higher Self) what it is

that we want.

This means, of course, that we will first have to identify our desire, accept it, and

be willing to receive it into our life.

This is what I want now show me the way!

Lining up essentially means feeling into what its like to be living our dream, to be

who and where we want to be.

We need to really try and spend some time in our inner sanctuary space, visualizing

what its like to already have what we asked for.

This may sound like a broken record, but the purpose of this exercise is two-fold: to match

our vibration to that of our desire, as well as to identify what blocks we may have towards

receiving it.

Pay attention to the inner dialogue, and the ways in which you are telling yourself I

am not worthy, everyones already doing it, I have to take care of my

children, I wont have the time Excuses are many, but most of them are just

illusions.

Accept them for what they are, excuses, and release them.

Remember that, essentially, nothing is impossible.

Only energy is real.

Our job is not to stress and worry as to how things will work out, but rather to give ourselves

the essence of what we are trying to create, to visualize what it feels like to have, to

flow, to feel joy.

This will generate energy which aligns our vibration with that of our desired outcome.

As you spend time feeling into your future, remember that our deepest desires very often

are our mission, or it would have been impossible for us to come up with them in the first place!

2.

Let it go

At this stage, our job is to get out of the way.

We are often our worst enemies when it comes to manifesting.

The patterns of self-sabotage start kicking in, the mind starts telling stories and looking

for flaws, the ego wants to claim dominion of the universe in such a way that we can

keep sitting on our butts doing nothing let it all go.

How the job is done is none of our business.

Manifesting is not about control, its about trust.

Attachment to the result is destructive precisely because it creates fear, fear of what will

happen if we do not get what we want.

Not only does this fear lower our vibration, it also hampers our spiritual growth.

Manifesting is not so much getting what we want as it is becoming who we really are.

And sometimes this involves waiting while being suspended in the cloud of unknowing.

Just like a parent has to let go of a childs hand in order for her to learn to walk by

herself, so the universe sometimes needs to let us fall and crawl, until we learn to stand

in our own power.

Trust that you are loved and supported anyway, even if you dont feel it here and now.

Falling is part of the process of growing up.

One of my teachers used to say that the mind is a fault-seeking missile.

It is constantly looking for negativity, for what could go wrong.

This function of the mind is a great defense mechanism in terms of survival, when we need

to scan our surroundings for danger, or quickly decide which choices to avoid.

But when we go for our dreams, we sometimes need to learn to work around the mind, or

risk forever being stuck in the fear of what if.

One of the strategies that is helpful is using the effective question.

Ask your mind to go into the opposite direction.

For example, write down 15 ways in which you can earn more money this week, or 12 ideas

for new products you can launch if you have this business, or 25 ways to look for a new

job.

Let your mind be busy with making lists of the things you could do with your new job,

or the money that you need.

3.

Let it in

Receiving what we asked for can be much more difficult than we thought.

We may have released the desire to control the outcome or to micro-manage the Universe,

but sometimes, our manifestation comes to us in the form of a disaster be it loss,

pain or uncertainty.

When this happens, we are actually releasing what no longer serves us.

What now seems like a disaster can well be our greatest blessing, as our own soul is

forcing us to receive our freedom.

Receive it as it comes.

It is important at this stage to always look for abundance in every situation, by asking

ourselves, where is the abundance right now?

Perhaps you just lost your job but you have an abundance of time.

What can you do with this time?

Maybe you can finally take that course youve been thinking about for so long, or start

working on your website, or join a meditation group that you never had time for.

The possibilities are endless.

There is always abundance happening no matter where we are.

Think of abundance as a flow that you are tuning into, not something that you have to

manifest through finding a magic formula to control the world.

The trick is to learn to see this flow of abundance in everything.

As you do, more will be coming your way.

Gratitude is contagious.

Again, set your mind to work for you, rather than against you.

Find 15 things to be grateful for each morning as you wake up, even when life looks like

an absolute disaster around you.

Wherever your attention goes, your energy flows.

Receiving abundance means becoming who we are healers, doctors, writers, artists,

mothers or entrepreneurs.

It means taking that step into the unknown where we have to trust that we will land before

actually seeing the ground.

And when the universe smacks us on the head with all the parts of us that feel unworthy

of receiving, we accept those parts as an integral part of us and work on healing with

forgiveness and compassion.

Healing ourselves and thus healing the whole world is actually part of the deal.

The more we are able to heal, the more we are also able to receive.

Eventually, the journey becomes more and more about tuning in and connecting with what is

already there, as we gradually lift ourselves up from the collective consciousness and go

to the level of a co-creator.

When we allow ourselves to join with the Divine we start seeing things as they really are,

rather than how we were taught they were.

We start seeing ourselves for who we truly are, powerful co-creators, and start claiming

back our power.

And this is what true abundance is anyway.

May we always have the courage to take the first step.

Precognitive Dreams – Is It Possible To See The Future In Your Dreams - Duration: 10:00.

Precognitive Dreams Is It Possible To See The Future In Your Dreams

BY GOSTICA

Precognitive dreams are dreams that foretell the future, or can predict upcoming events.

Thousands of people have reported having premonitions right before a terrible tragedy or a huge

disaster in their world.

Throughout history, many individuals have claimed to be able to have foreseen upcoming

events and their dreams have proven to have come true to the letter.

Here are 5 famous precognitive dreams that came true:

#1 Abraham Lincolns dream about his assassination

Two weeks before his death, Abraham Lincoln experienced a dream where a funeral was taking

place in the White House.

Whats going on?, he asked in his dream, and then having someone tell him, The

presidents dead. Then Lincoln saw his own corpse.

He had this dream exactly 10 days before he was assassinated.

Abraham Lincoln didnt tell anybody about it at first, but a few days before, he told

his wife.

On the day of the assassination, Lincoln had told his bodyguard, William H. Crook, that

he had been having dreams of himself being assassinated for 3 straight nights.

He had this dream literally 10 days before he was assassinated.

Abraham Lincoln didnt tell anybody about it at first, but a few days before, he told

his wife.

On the day of the assassination, Lincoln had told his bodyguard, William H. Crook, that

he had been having dreams of himself being assassinated for 3 straight nights.

Lincoln understood dreaming.

He regarded true dreams and presentiments as natural and instinctive, not supernatural,

and extraordinary visions as the workings of The Almighty Intelligence that governs

the universe. Yet Lincoln was unable to take action based on his dream to avoid the

tragedy that it portended.

#2 Mark Twains dream

Mark Twain had a very real dream where he and his younger brother Henry secured jobs

on the steamboat Pennsylvania in 1858.

On the night before they went aboard, Twain dreamt that Henry was dead, lying in a metal

casket wearing his older brothers suit, with a huge bouquet of white roses on his

chest and a single red rose at the center.

Mark Twain didnt know what to do about it and let it go.

Less than a week later, his brother was killed in an explosion on the Pennsylvania.

Upon arriving in the town where it took place, Twain saw his brother laid out in a casket

just like in his dream.

Only one element was missing: the floral bouquet.

As he watched and mourned, a lady came in with a bouquet of white roses with a single

red one at the center and laid it on Henrys chest.

This seemingly paranormal experience led Marc Twain into the pseudoscientific world of dream

precognition.

This seemingly paranormal experience led Marc Twain into the pseudoscientific world of dream

precognition. In fact, Mark Twain was one of the first people to join the Society for

Psychical Research (a non-profit organization in the U.K.) in hopes that it could provide

him with some answers and solutions about his prophetical dream.

#3 Premonitions of Titanic

After the Titanic sank in 1912, some passengers said they had unusual dreams about the unfortunate

disaster, including visions of people drowning.

One of the people who perished on the boat, journalist and United States Army officer

Archibald Willingham Butt, allegedly had a dream that he wouldnt survive the trip

and even put his will together before making the voyage.

He perished in the sinking.

Also, survivor Anne Ward, maid of the Cardeza family, had a premonition that something was

going to happen to the Titanic during the maiden voyage.

It is reported she told her mother she did not want to make another voyage across

the ocean. It is believed that Miss Ward could not explain what caused her fear of

another voyage prior to boarding.

#4 Sharon Tate Premonition

Actress Sharon Tate (an American actress and model), the wife of Roman Polanski, was brutally

murdered at her home in Los Angeles on the night of August 8, 1969, along with three

friends who were with her at the time.

But some people believe that Sharon may have foreseen her horrific ending in a nightmare.

In 1966, she was hiding inside a bedroom at her ex-boyfriends home.

All day, shed been unable to shake a horrible sense of foreboding, and she was now trying

to sleep the feeling off.

Then, Sharon saw a man enter the room.

She describes the man as looking like every description she had ever heard of Paul Bern.

The only problem was that Paul Bern had committed suicide years before.

She runs from the room and starts heading down the stairs, where she saw a figure with

its throat cut open.

She fixed herself a drink and then headed back upstairs, once again hallucinating the

victim on the stairs and Paul Berns ghostly form.

In the years that followed, she became more and more convinced that the dead figure on

the stairs was her.

Three years later, two weeks from giving birth, she and her unborn child became victims of

Charles Manson (also known as Helter Skelter) and his Manson Family cult.

Sharon was stabbed to death, and some crime reports state that the actress was hanged

from a rafter in the living room.

The house where Sharon died stood just a mile away from where she had seen the ghostly premonition.

#5 Calpurnia in Shakespeares Julius Caesar

According to a tradition reported in some old sources, Calpurnia, the 3rd and last wife

of Julius Caesar, had a dream in which Roman senators stabbed a statue of Julius Caesar

with knives, and blood flowed from the statue.

Calpurnia did not know that a few senators were indeed plotting to kill the dictator.

Recommended: 8 Everyday Signs Youre Experiencing a Psychic Awakening

Nonetheless, Calpurnia awakened certain that her husband would be killed that very day

in the public Forum.

Julius Caesar was skeptical and told a senator, Decius (he became Roman Emperor from 249 to

251), about Calpurnias dream.

Decius was one of the conspirators.

He told Caesar the dream was a favorable premonition about future Roman victories.

Julius Caesar went to the Forum as planned that day, and was stabbed to death by his

enemies.

Conclusion

Dreams are one of the first ways that spiritual ability will manifest.

You should consider yourself lucky that you have about 10 dreams you remember in a year

this is actually about normal (and maybe some lucid dreams) you will dream a lot more

than that, but they are lost by the time you fully awaken.

Learning to meditate, working with your breath (pranayama) and daily practice will also help

to trigger the inner insights to rise to the surface.

Nancy's Favorite Handbag Sewing Techniques (Part 2 of 2) - SEWING WITH NANCY - Duration: 26:47.

Handbags.

Many of us are, well, obsessed with them.

We have bags for travel, totes for shopping

and handbags for special occasions.

It's no wonder that I'm sent questions each week

on how to sew handbags.

To share some of the most common tips

that I pass along through emails

I've devoted a two-part series featuring

"My Favorite Handbag Sewing Techniques."

Kicking off this second episode is the cinched tote.

Made with double-quilted fabric

a continuous strap that weaves in and out of the grommets

making it flexible and expandable.

"My Favorite Handbag Sewing Techniques"

that's what's next on Sewing with Nancy.

Sewing with Nancy

TV's longest-airing sewing and quilting program

with Nancy Zieman is made possible by

Baby Lock, a complete line of sewing,

quilting and embroidery machines and sergers.

Baby Lock, for the love of sewing.

Madeira, specializing in embroidery, quilting

and special-effect threads

because creativity is never black and white.

Koala Studios

fine sewing furniture custom-built in America.

Clover, making a difference

in sewing, quilting, crafting, and needle arts

for over 30 years.

Amazing Designs and Klassé needles.

Double-sided quilted fabrics

are perfect for handbags and totes.

Why?

They don't have to be lined.

The fabric is double-layered

"quilted" meaning with a batting in between

and because of that

this bag just has one layer of fabric.

In the bottom, we do have a little base that we made

and covered it with contrasting fabric

to make that firm foundation in the bottom.

But other than that, it's a single layer of fabric.

Mainly, what I want to talk about is the cinch bag

the draw cord

or in this instance, the continuous strap

that goes through the eight grommets.

You can adapt your pattern to be a cinch bag.

I would like to show you the details.

During the first episode of this program

I discussed the various pattern pieces that we're working with

and here they are.

You can work with your favorite tote pattern

a template pattern, a bag pattern.

It really doesn't matter, just something basic.

I'm going to be working with this template set

throughout the series, making five different bags.

You could adapt your own pattern accordingly.

So, I use this pattern to cut out my pattern pieces.

You may have noticed on the bag

and we'll look back at that once again.

In the bag, we have some trim, just to accent the seams.

And the seam along the pocket top

along where the two panels come together

we have some piping accents.

I like adding piping.

Just a little bit of accent can go a long way.

My favorite way to create piping

is to cut bias strips of fabric that are 1-1/4" wide.

"Bias," meaning cut on the 45-degree angle

that's been cut an 1-1/4".

Then, to make the piping, the first step

I don't do any sewing, but just pressing.

Because I have, in the middle of the fabric

fusible piping, where there's a cording

and then a fusible web

that has been wrapped around that cording.

This is the way it comes in the package

and it's really convenient.

At the pressing surface

I have placed the cording or the piping

on the wrong side of the fabric.

Match the cut edges, the long, cut edges

and then just run the tip of the iron

along the edge, along the cording.

It fuses down fast.

My pattern has a 1/4" seam allowance

so I'm going to trim this down to

"trim this"  being the seam allowance

down to 1/4".

I would like this to be, totally 1/2" wide.

So, you can just align the ruler.

1/4" will be the piping, 1/4" will be the seam allowance.

Then, just do the trimming.

So you can trim.

There we go.

You can use just a ruler

or there are rulers just for piping

that the groove of the piping will fit in the ruler.

It just fits in that groove,

and then you can do the trimming, too.

So, there are a couple of ways that you can address this.

There we go.

Now, to do the stitching

we're also going to use a serger or sewing machine foot

that is meant for piping

and it has a groove on the underside.

When you stitch the piping to the fabric

it allows the piping

to fit in the groove very easily.

Everything fits together.

Here is a close-up of how the piping

is serged, in this instance

along the edge of the fabric.

Fast, simple.

I like using the serger for double-quilted fabrics.

The reason is, it kind of finishes the edges.

That serging edge

finishes those exposed edges

since there isn't a lining in here that finishes the edges.

But if you didn't have serger, just zigzag the edges together.

So, we've placed piping.

Now it's time for the grommets.

Now, my pattern didn't have grommets in it

but it did have a placement

for where the straps are to be marked.

I have marked the strap placement on my fabric

at the top.

When you buy grommets

you'll get a little disk, like this.

You simply trace the grommet opening.

I put it down 1-3/4" from the cut edge

the middle of it.

Trace around the edges and then cut out the circle.

We're adding one in the side.

To add that in the side

we simply just folded the side panel in half

and positioned the grommet in that spot.

Cut out the circle, simple as that.

Then, add-- there we go--

You add the grommets.

Two parts.

You kind of have to manipulate it a little bit

to make sure that they're lined up.

And then, you can use...

Use this to press it down.

And tah-dah!

It's secure and in place.

So you'd add eight of these.

Eight grommets along the edge.

Two in the front, where they've been marked.

Two in the back, where they've been marked.

And the center one on each side panel, making eight.

My next sample has all eight grommets in place.

See, four in the front, four in the back

just like this.

I started to weave through a strap.

But before we discuss that

you need to know the size of the strap to make.

It's 64" in length

so cut two crosswise strips of fabric

that are 2" wide.

Seam together, and cut it to 64".

Then, if you saw the first program

we used a fusible interfacing that was perforated for straps.

On the wrong side of fabric

you meet the perforated interfacing.

Or, you could just use interfacing.

After you press it

then you'll be pressing along the perforations

so that it's nice and even.

Find a trim, ribbon, whatever you'd like to use

and top-stitch it to the 64" length.

With this exception: leave 3" at each end

unstitched.

You can see, perhaps, I have some topstitching

just along the trim.

So, the 64" length is woven in and out

in and out of the grommets.

I've already started this.

Starting at the back, you can see

that I have a long length

in and out, of the grommets.

You continue to do this for the rest of the bag

so that you've gone in and out.

I think you've got the idea.

It's not too difficult to do.

Then, we'll attach the straps.

That 3" on each end has not been stitched.

You meet right sides together

flatten out the strap itself

and sew the strap ends with a 1/4" seam.

You might guess, I have a sample of that.

This little sample has the strap stitched with 1/4".

You do the same stitching to the trim

and, then, magically, they fit together.

Then continue to stitch

the trim to the straps so it's continuous.

We'll look back at our finished bag.

Later, I'll show you how to work with the binding across the top

but you can see that with an accent of piping

adding grommets

and then a continuous infinity strap

you have a great bag for shopping and for travel.

With a few modifications

turn your handbag into a handy yoga tote.

This time, with adjustable infinity straps.

Not into yoga?

Use it for a picnic tote

with convenient storage for blanket

or make a beach bag option

for easy storing of a lofty towel.

Regardless, it's a handy carry-all

with many possibilities.

This is a tremendous gift idea

a great gift idea.

Personalize it for your friend or a family member.

With this yoga tote version

you can see that the straps are not attached to the bag.

They float.

The infinity straps float within tabs.

We have eight tabs.

Four in the front, four in the back

and an extra-long strap.

The strap technique that I just detailed for you

with a cinch bag is made in the same manner now

only making that strap much longer, 120".

You're going to cut 2"-wide strips

several crosswise strips of the fabric

and join them together.

Then, make it a continuous strip

before you do any sewing to the bag

because the strap is not attached to the bag.

I made the strap.

I stitched down the ribbon, and then sewed the end seams.

Now, this is not quite done yet

but I just want to show you that you connect it

before you do any of the attaching to the bag.

So, the ribbon has the seam

and then I can do the continuous stitching

or continue to stitch, to attach the ribbon to the bag.

So, it's 120".

Set that aside.

Then it's time to make some tabs.

There are eight tabs on the bag behind me.

We're going to put those eight tabs on the base of the bag.

They're a little bit--

They need to be secure

or they need to have some interfacing.

They end up being just a little over 3" long

3-1/4" long.

They've been folded several times.

How I made them, is to start off with a 2" strip of fabric

and then use another fusible that has some perforations.

This is for binding.

You don't have to use this, but it certainly makes it easy.

You press it onto the wrong side of the fabric

and then press along the long edges.

Once, twice, and then fold it again in half.

It's a little bit easier to press on a flat surface!

So here, it's been folded, folded.

Then you just stitch

so that these are now 3-1/4" and a 1/2" wide.

The base of the bag is made

like we did in the first program.

If you didn't watch that first program

at nancyzieman.com, you can watch that first episode.

It's done with two layers of interfacing, a base fabric.

And then on the flip-side, we have the tabs

in the beginning stages of being attached.

You measure up from the top, 3".

We're centering this over the seam.

From the bottom seam, and here's the bottom seam

measure up 4", and then 4" from the side.

So, down 3", up 4", over 4",

and tack down the outside edge of each tab.

I've turned under, you might see

about 1/2" of each tab.

Then, place the infinity strap, without twisting.

You've got to double check that.

Place it underneath the tabs

and then do another stitch on each side of the tab

to hold it into place.

You can finish the bag following the instructions.

Now, the strap has already been attached.

You can see how easily you can place the towel

the blanket, the mat, whatever you like to use

in this area to give your bag extended room for carrying.

It's fun to make

and another versatile bag.

One of my favorite sewing techniques.

Simple details.

That's what I like in handbags.

Adding a monogram provides an elegant statement

without adding clutter.

Stitch the embroidered accent on faux leather

faux ostrich to be exact

and master two new sewing skills

while creating one trendy handbag.

This is the final handbag of our series.

We worked with five different designs

having multiple techniques on them.

You can see, of course, the monogram

which will be the focal point of this bag.

Some trimming ideas: the finishing of the pocket

as well as the finishing along the top.

All five bags were finished in this way

and I'll detail that with you.

Now first, the fabric.

A lot of people think

that when they're working with vinyl or faux leather

that you're going to need a special needle.

Not so much.

You're just going to use a universal needle.

Size 75 or 80 is what works out great.

You want a small needle.

Then, instead of pinning, you're going to use clips.

Hair clips or sewing clips.

That's the best way.

We don't need a lot of pinholes in the fabric.

I do add interfacing to this fabric

just like we did throughout this series

to give the body of the fabric some weight.

It sews through like butter.

It's a little thicker, but it sews very well

if you make this combination.

Now, you're going to choose a monogram idea.

Later in this year, you're going to see

a two-part series on monogramming

so I'm not going to go through all of the movement

and working with moving the letters around.

Choose your favorite monogram program

or letters.

I have nested my three initials together

from my computer

and then placed it into the embroidery machine.

You can see that in my memory, I have that set of letters

or the trio of letters.

I'll just set them.

I do know in advance that I have to rotate this.

I'm just going to rotate it going in the correct direction.

The pocket is going placed my hoop

matching the direction of the monogram

that you just saw.

I did mark the north, south, east, west

the center marks of each side of this pocket

so I could align it with the hoop.

There are many ways to align fabric in your hoop

but I just think for a rectangle

this is the fastest way.

I'm aligning the four marks with the marks on the hoop.

Then, I'll just continue to tape it down.

You can use a spray adhesive.

Personally, taping a small piece of fabric into a hoop

is my favorite way.

Then, I'm just about ready to sew

but we need to talk about the thread.

The thread that I worked with

was a rayon thread.

Let me set this.

I think we're about ready to embroider.

We are.

So, I have it square. I have it stabilized.

We are ready to do the sewing.

I'll hit start.

While this starts to sew--

it's kind of like watching paint dry--

Just let the machine do the work.

It just stitches away.

As I look on my screen, it's going to take about 10 minutes

to do this embroidery.

So, we're not going to watch the whole process

but we'll watch part of it.

In the meantime, I'm going to show you

how to do the finishing techniques.

This sample has been embroidered with the same initials.

I'm going to show you how I add the binding

to the top of the pocket, as well as the top of the bag.

You need to remove the seam allowances

because the fabric

is going to just wrap around the finished size.

This had a 1/4" seam allowance.

So, you would trim that away.

Remove this from the back of the stabilizer.

This is tear-away, it will just tear away.

When we made that yoga tote

I used a fusible that created binding.

You could use that same thing or your favorite technique

from your quilting project.

But as a beginner

this might be the perfect idea.

Just pressing, centering the binding fusible

on the wrong side of the 2" strip.

The trimmed-off seam allowance is aligned with the fabric.

Right sides together, and you clip.

You just sew across the top.

I have a little shorter sample,

but you'd have a sample that would be the whole length.

Then, after doing the stitching

press up the lower edge, along the fusible interfacing

and wrap to the underside.

Tah-dah!

So, it's a nice finished edge.

It'll wrap a little bit lower than the seam.

Just stitch in the ditch, sewing along the edge

and you have the edge bound.

Now, if you're working with a continuous top

as we did with the handbags

we folded the starting point at a 45-degree angle

and covered the fold with double-sided basting tape.

Start stitching.

Go all way around the curve.

Bring this back

as we're reaching the ending point

overlap this the to the starting point, and press.

Finger press, that's all you need to do.

Isn't that magical?

Then it wraps right around the edge.

Again, you do that stitching in the ditch.

Sewing in the edge.

As we look at our embroidery, it's stitching away.

We just have one of the three letters

that has been embroidered

but on our finished bag

we have the embroidery complete

the binding at the top of the pocket

the binding at the top of the bag.

All five of our bags were finished this way

giving you some of my "Favorite Handbag Sewing Techniques."

Quilting and sewing enthusiasts

have a rich history

of preserving memories, recording history

and teaching all ages to appreciate the culture.

Recently, at the Quilt Expo in Madison, Wisconsin

I learned how Native Americans honor their heritage

through the art of quilting.

Enjoy my Nancy's Corner interview.

Quilts tell a lot of stories.

They keep people warm

but they also are great for children

to learn about cultures.

With me today is Rita Lara from the Oneida tribe

in Oneida, Wisconsin.

Rita works for the Oneida Museum.

Welcome, Rita.

Thank you. I'm glad to be here.

We are standing in front of an amazing quilt

that is a story quilt.

Tell our viewers the origins of the quilt

and the quilt makers.

Okay.

The children in the community created the quilt.

So, it's a group of boys and girls

between the ages of nine and 12.

The intent of the quilt

was for them to learn more about our culture.

So, on the bottom of the quilt

is our Oneida Tribal Belt

and then up from there is the Tree of Peace.

The Tree of Peace has the white roots

that reach out in all four directions.

The intent of that is that anybody

that felt that they wanted

to be part of the Iroquois Confederacy

would be protected

if they believed in peace for one another

and an appreciation for the Earth.

I think it's important that we learn a bit more about

Indian history and the Iroquois Confederacy.

That was interesting information for me to learn.

Rita, why don't you share that with our viewers, as well?

Okay.

Our original homelands are in upstate New York.

The way that it set up is it's the Mohawk, the Oneida

the Onondaga, the Cayuga, and the Seneca.

They all have a role that they play.

The Mohawk are considered keepers of the Eastern Door

and the big brothers to the Oneida.

The Onondaga is where all the Chief Consuls go to meet

when they have meetings.

That's part of our traditional government

that still exists today.

Then it goes on to the Senecas and the Cayugas.

The Cayugas are the keepers of the Western Door

and the big brothers to the Seneca.

It's really fascinating.

That's how you were teaching with this quilt

to the youth of your nation about your government

their history and their culture.

You have some tribes that are represented--

Clans.

Clans, excuse me.

Tell us about the three clans.

For Oneida, our clans are Turtle, Wolf, and Bear.

We're a matrilineal society.

So, when the Europeans came over

they had their last names from their father.

Well, for Iroquois, we get our clans from our mother.

So, that's how you associate the family.

So, let's take a look

at the Wolf

and the Turtle

and then the Bear.

They're cute depictions of the clans.

And the tree and the beading is really quite fascinating.

The beading is actually raised beadwork

which the Iroquois are well-known for.

The reason it's called raised beadwork

is because its layers of beads

beaded on top of other layers.

Or, there are some that are puckered up

which means that you bead them

and then you don't leave enough space to where it's flat

you bead it so that it comes close

back to where you started from,

and it has a loop and it lifts up.

This is the raised look here, that you have in-process.

It's beautiful.

Thank you.

The children did some of the work

or almost all the work, along the border areas.

Yes, the children did all of the work.

They each have their own design that they did.

They learned a lot.

Then they signed the quilt.

Yes, they did.

On the back you will be able to see a lot of signatures.

And their age.

They weren't really all that old working on this.

No, the children

were between the ages of like nine and 12.

Yes, so they did a remarkable job.

Yes, they did.

Story quilts.

So many cultures have story quilts.

What a great way to preserve information

create memories, and have a sense of pride.

Exactly.

Rita, you you've done a lovely job to share this with us.

I've learned a lot and will look forward to coming to the Museum.

Oh, great! Thank you.

These Alien Planets Are the Stuff of Nightmares - tech and science - Duration: 2:46.

These Alien Planets Are the Stuff of Nightmares

One even looks like the Eye of Sauron.

There are potentially thousands of exoplanets, or planets outside our solar system.

In the spirit of Halloween, scientific YouTube channel DNews lays out just a few alien exoplanets

that sound "horrific" to us, Earthlings.

For starters, the exoplanet 55 Cancri e is oozing with poisonous liquid.

About 40 light years away, it's known as a "super Earth," about eight times larger the

mass of our home planet and much hotter because it's so close to its star.

In fact, the high heat of the planet has made it so that water and other liquids are unable

to exist in their regular liquid state, pushing them to "supercritical" states under the pressure.

The fluids become exotic, oozing non-liquids, also gleaming with the poisonous hydrogen

cyanide, oozing below the surface of 55 Cancri e.

Similar to Jupiter, except larger and hotter, is exoplanet CoRoT-2a.

The planet orbits very close to its star, so it's now bloated due to extreme heating.

Powerful ex-rays perpetually explode from the star, which cause five million tons of

material to blast off the planet and into space every second.

Another exoplanet, Kepler-19b might have a ghostokay, probably not, but the planet

doesn't have a consistent orbit, which is anomalous.

The planet will occasionally speed up and then slow down seemingly on its own, whereas

it would seem that the planet would need some external force causing the abnormal orbit

speeds.

It could be, according to the video, that a "ghostly alien world" is tugging at Kepler-19b

from afar.

The last of these scary, spooky exoplanets listed was Fomalhaut b, within the Fomalhaut

star system.

The planet resides in dusty debris 25 light years from Earth, making images of it look

like the Eye of Sauron from Lord of the Rings.

While none of these exoplanets would be pleasant to Earthling senses, the way aliens react

to them is a different story.

It's not clear what kind of life exists on these planets, if any, but if they're out

there, they're probably much tougher than we are.

Best Practices for Online Science Education Using YouTube - Duration: 16:09.

I called this presentation "Best Practices for Online Science Education Using YouTube."

as this is a quick overview of what I've learned over the last 5 years that I've been using video lectures for my courses here at Utah State University,

and how to make better lecture videos for education, particularly in science, but this can be applied to other disciplines as well.

A better title for this presentation would be "10 things I wish I knew about making YouTube videos lectures before I got started."

And I hope these tips and ideas will be useful to you.

When I was first asked to design an online class, and later when I develop some flipped classes, I was scared out of my mind.

Because I had never taken an online class or been in a flipped classroom before, so I knew very little about how to make one.

I did what most educators do, I enrolled in a free Massive Open Online Class or MOOC,

I choose my own discipline in paleontology, and took a class on Dinosaurs offered through the University of Alberta,

and it was the worst idea.

Why?

Well I knew a lot about the subject to begin with, so as I worked through the course I critiqued everything about it,

as I was already an expert in the subject itself, it was too easy and I was actually very bored during the class,

and skipped ahead all the time, because I was not learning along with the other students.

My suggestion is instead to find a discipline that you know very little about.

Say you always wanted to learn French, start by watching YouTube videos about learning French.

Or maybe you want to learn to cook Indian Food.

One of the things that you will notice as you learn more about the topic, is that there will be some online educators in the subject that will be very good,

and many that are not very good at presenting the information.

Start focusing on why you watch this particular video, and not this other one.

Why are you learning more from Mrs. X and not Mr. Y.

If you don't know what to subject to learn more about,

I suggest learning filmmaking, or video editing as a great start,

because that is really what you do when you put together video lectures. You become a film maker.

When I first started, I sat down and outlined all my lessons,

then filled them in with a script, writing out an outline of what I would say in each lesson.

However, this took a very very long time, and I was under a lot of pressure to record as many lectures as quickly as possible.

So, I quickly abandoned the idea of scripting everything I was going to say,

and just recorded myself, basically like I was in a classroom,

using powerpoint, and talking through the lesson without a script.

This lead to problems later on.

First, you will likely have a deaf student, or a student who'se second language is English,

and you will need to provide close captions to your videos.

This is really easy if you wrote a script,

but hard if you don't have a script and need to transcribe everything.

Second, if you have a coughing fit,

you burp, or your microphone does not work,

or if you get interrupted with a phone call while recording

then you have a script to go back to and can quickly re-record your video.

And finally, you have a record of what you said during the video.

When writing an exam, you can review what you said, and build an exam or quiz question around your lesson much easier than if you did not use a script.

Yes, it takes a longer time up front,

in fact about 60% of my time is writing out what I am going to say in a lesson, 39% is editing the video, and 1% is filming it,

but I found having a script very useful and worth the time.

O.K. you have a script now, and you want to record your lecture

but you don't want to just read the script and sound like a boring professor going on and on.

Instead you need to learn how to act.

And the secret to acting is interaction.

In teaching, you need to provide a dynamitic relationship between you and your students.

This may seem impossible when recording a lecture alone to a camera.

I found one useful tip:

imagine the camera lens is your student,

or even better a person that you care deeply about,

and is very passionate in learning about your subject.

Some of the best online educational videos are made when the expert in the field is talking

to the person actually holding the camera who is interested in the subject and is a student themselves.

For example, a father teaching a son, or older sister teaching her younger sister.

This develops an intimate feeling in your lessons, and a kindness that your students will enjoy, because they feel important and care for during the learning process.

When I got started recording my lectures, I used what equipment I had.

First I used the Camera built into my laptop, and sometimes my camera phone.

I edited the videos using Camtasia, our using the video editing software that came with my computer, like iMovie.

This was o.k., but the first thing after the first semester I did was to get a better microphone,

about $100 as my voice was crackly with the onboard microphone, and I got an $150 HD video camera,

that I put on my computer and plugged in with a UCB. Both of these were about $250 investment.

I should've not spent this money, as it was only a minor improvement over what I had already.

Later I invested in about $2,500 with a nice DLSR camera with various lens, and a nice set of microphones.

And the difference between spending $250 verses $2,500 in my videos was very apparent.

I fell in love with my Canon 70DS camera, and set of lenses I use.

I mostly use a wide-angle lens 14mm, and my stock Canon lens that zooms between 18 and 135 mm.

I also fell in love with my microphones, I have a RODE microphone, but also use a clipped microphone.

This upgrade made my videos look and sound much more professional.

When I started recording videos, I would record in my office, and I had some little lights that I would place on either side of me.

But I had a large window next to me, which would change the lighting during my recording.

If I recorded a video at night: it was dark. If I recorded in the morning: it was light.

If it took me all day to record a video, it would be both light and dark.

And I tried all sorts of things, putting sheets up to cover the sunlight, recorded at different spots in my office.

What I finally discovered, was that I should record my videos in a windowless room,

and have two small table lamps turned away from me and turn off overhead florescent lights.

This means that when I record a video the light remains the same, and will not change.

I turn the lights away from my face so that they reflect off the walls in the room, and provide a nice cool smooth lighting.

So lighting needs to be considered before you start filming, and played with until it is ideal.

If you are filming outside, try to film in the morning at sunrise or evening at sunset, and face-toward the general direction of the sun.

Always be aware of the light.

There are two things I am addicted to,

coffee in the morning, and Powerpoint.

I rely very heavily on using Powerpoint in my lectures, mostly as a prompt for what I am going to say next.

I still use Powerpoint in my classes that I have not developed video lectures for,

and most of my older videos you will find that I am using Powerpoint,

and would film myself as a floating head or window overlaid on my Powerpoint slides,

using a video screen capture and camera on my laptop.

The reason I stopped using Powerpoint was that I started recording myself using an external Camera not running through my computer,

and it was technically too much work to capture a Powerpoint presentation and my video at the same time.

And I switched to using Adobe Premiere for video editing needs,

basically because I was learning more about film making, and liked some of the features in that editing software over what I was using before.

When I started recording videos the dimensions of the box that I recorded was not 1920 x 1080 pixels.

This produced black bars on either side of my videos.

You should record using a 16:9 ratio,

otherwise there will be black lines on either side of the video when you upload your video into YouTube.

These bars are not the end of the world, but not as cool as using all the space on the screen.

When I first started, I did not make thumbnails for my videos.

Thumbnails are smaller images which are displayed when you video is not playing.

So, it is the default image shown before a student plays the video.

If you don't make a thumbnail for your video YouTube it gives you three choices of screen shots to use.

And I would just choose one.

There are three settings when uploading a video into YouTube.

Private, only you can see the video when login in to your free account.

This might be a good setting when you first upload videos and want to review it before making it go live to students.

Another thing under this setting is invite people using their email address

Unlisted, only those viewers who have a direct URL link can view the video

This is the best choice if you want only your students to view the video.

How you do it is that you embed the video into a Canvas page.

The general public on YouTube will not see your video show up in any feed or internet search

and only people who have the direct URL address to the file will see the video.

And finally, you could make the video public,

which means that everyone in the world can see your video,

and find it on the YouTube website and comment on it.

Alright, the previous suggestion was on how to control your audience,

now I'm suggesting that you make most if not all of your videos public.

This took me a while to adopt.

This does not mean that everyone is going to rush in and watch your video.

When I first started making my lecture videos public, I would get about 10 to 20 views.

And a class with 30 students would raise that count to 50 views

However, over time my videos started getting viewed more and more and my total view counts started to get upwards and beyond 1,000 views per video,

and I started getting comments basically every day from people around the world.

Last fall, I went to an international meeting of scientists in Salt Lake, and many people,

especially professionals in my discipline came up to me and spoke with me about the videos that I had made public on YouTube.

I had a high school student interested in studying paleontology come up to me, as well as a professor in Africa who used my lectures in his classes.

All of them had seen my videos.

It was scary, but I realized that there was a global audience to the content I was providing.

Although not a large audience, the people who are watching the videos were people that would not be able to get the information

from their particular location, they may not have access to a library or maybe miles from a university or college, but are interested in the subject that I was teaching about.

I feel that I'm an ambassador for the university to the world and work really hard to make the videos as professional as possible,

and hopefully inspired you to make video content for your own courses.

fabio rocha - Testemunhas de Jeová: "Cristo morreu numa estaca, não numa cruz!" - Duration: 18:33.

Hi brothers and sisters in Christ. Today is Good Friday, the day the Church invites us to contemplate the crucifixion of Christ, His Sacrifice, His Passion and Death.

It is a day of penance, of fasting, of silence, of prayer and contemplation. But also joy can be seen as fit on this day because, by His Sacrifice, Christ paid our debt (our sins)

and opened the gates of Heaven for us so that, if we are meritorious, enter into the heavenly kingdom, see God face-to-face and live in eternal bliss.

This video is just to tackle a peculiar statement/idea that is out there. During this time (i.e., Lent), our brothers Jehovah's Witnesses [JW] goes door-to-door (I don't know if you had them or not, I got the opportunity to open the door to one of them)

delivering flyers of their annual celebration of the Sacrifice of Christ. They don't celebrate Easter for some reasons... It's mainly due to paganism influence of the whole thing...

Hence, they only celebrate the Sacrifice of Christ.

According to the their religion, it is set as doctrine that Christ was not nailed to a cross but to a (torture) stake.

Christ was nailed to a simple wooden pole like this...

I know, my drawings are terrible.

But I hope you can understand it. Christ's hands would be overlapped like this...

One nail would be put here... Another here below, on his feet...

Just a vertical stake and Pilate's plaque on the top here, over his hands.

This is what they believe. We will see if this was true or not. Some people may say "Why does this matter?! Does it really matters if Jesus died on a stake or on a cross? It's pointless."

Well, in a sense, yes... It doesn't matter how He died. What matters is that He really existed and then died, cancelling the debt of our sins to God.

But, as Christians, we should always search for the truth, moreover if this is concerning Our Savior. We should have this spirit or seeking the truth always.

This video is for you, being a JW or not, so a little shedding of light can be bestowed upon you on this matter so you can see in what side the truth is: is in the religion of the Jehovah's Witnesses or not?

Lets see that. The 3 major arguments our brothers Jehovah's Witnesses use against the cross crucifixion are:

(1) History is on their side. They stick to some historians that indicates the Romans (in the time of Christ) nailed people on stake, not on crosses. Crosses weren't use at this point in time.

(2) The greek word for stake/cross ('Stauros'). As we know, the New Testament were written in ancient greek... Here's the word...

In our Bibles, this word is translated as 'cross'; in the JW Bibles, the word is translated as 'torture stake'.

They argue that the origin/etymology of this word simply means 'stake', not 'cross'. Final argument:

(3) The cross is a pagan symbol. The cross comes from paganism and the influence of the Roman emperor Constantine, the first Christian emperor.

They say it was him who falsely propagated a crucified Messiah. Lets us go deeper into all 3 arguments quickly.

If we check the 1950 and 1969 editions of the their Bibles (New World Translation, a terrible translation of the Scriptures)...

I've made a video on that matter. I'll leave underneath this video the links to all my videos on stuff concerning the JW religion, I recommend to see them after.

So, if we check the 1950 and 1969 editions of the their Bibles, in their appendix shows an illustration that comes from a 16th century piece of literature created by Justus Lipsius

They reproduce his picture of a man impaled on an upright stake. What's funny is that in that 16th century book (called "De Cruce Liber Primus") has other 15 illustrations of ancient crucifixions.

For example, these are forms of "crosses". According to church Tradition, St.Andrew (Peter's brother) was crucified in a X-shaped cross.

One arm here, the other here; one leg on this side, the other on the other side.

An illustration of a T-shaped cross... then the normal cross as we know (the horizontal bar is set a bit under the top extremity of the upright stake)...

There were also Y-shaped crosses and ones in the shape of a pitchfork. As you can see, there was different crosses in ancient time.

We can also proof that Romans used crosses as capital punishment even before Christ existed. During the Punic Wars (264-146 B.C.), the Romans encountered the Phoenician version of crucifixion and swiftly appropriated it as a means of capital punishment for slaves.

The Romans made the convicts carried a piece of wood (called "patibulum") as an humiliation for them while marching to their place of execution.

History tells us that before Christ some people were nailed to a cross. As we saw, the impalement on a stake originally come from the Phoenicians and the Romans swiftly appropriated it, adding sometimes a crossbeam which was carried by the convicts.

Now, about the word "Stauros". As I said before, it is certainly true that 'stauros' meant only "stake" originally. But it would be a mistake to think that the original or most basic sense of the word is the only one that matters.

Who says that this is not a "stauros"? It's an upright stake.. it just happens to have a transverse beam here on top...

By just adding a piece of wood somewhere doesn't change the concept of a "stauros". It's just a different kind of "stauros".

A little reflection on the history of the word "car" will show why this is the case. Etymologically, "car" comes from the Latin "carrus" and meant "chariot".

But we just adapt the meaning. A car is not a chariot but it's a different kind of "chariot". Both things have a common etymology.

We also can proof with the Bible that Jesus was nailed on a cross. In Matthew 27:37 states: "Over his head they put the charge against Him, which read, "This is Jesus, the King of the Jews."

Notice this: a plaque was fastened over HIS HEAD. By looking at how the Jehovah's Witnesses believe Jesus died, you can see that the plaque is over his HANDS.

But the Bible says "over his HEAD". Here in the illustration, what is above his head are his hands. How come the Bible says one thing and the JW says another?

The Bible could have said "Above his hands, a plaque was placed". But it says "Above his head, a plaque was placed".

It makes sense if this was to be done on a cross. Even here at this T-shaped one...

Christ's head would be around this area, right underneath the intersection of the 2 beams...

There would have enough space for a plaque to be placed. Even better on this "regular" one.

How can this biblical detail be explained if Christ was impaled to a stake where there's no space for a plaque to be placed between his head and his hands?

Another biblical passage... John 20:25 "So the other disciples told him [Thomas], "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see in his hands the mark of the NAILS, and place my finger into the mark of the NAILS, and place my hand into his side, I will never believe."

If we look at the JW's illustration, there is only 1 nail piercing Christ's hands. You can search for the official image on Google or their flyers. Only one nail is shown piercing Christ's hands.

But in the Bible, Thomas mentions NAILS on His hands. This all makes more sense if Christ died on a cross: one nail to each hand.

"Unless I see in his hands the marks of the NAILS"...

Last passage... John 21:18-19. Here Jesus predicts, informs Peter how he will die.

"Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will STRECH OUT YOUR HANDS, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.

Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, 'Follow me!' "

Notice, here's the key expression: "You will stretch out your hands".

The evangelist even explains what Jesus was saying: He was indicating the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God.

According to church Tradition, Peter died on an inverted cross. This was his wish. Before the Romans nailed him, Peter told them "I'm not worthy of dying the same way My Lord did. Hang me upside down."

Jesus indicated this here... "You will stretch out your hands"...

Another indication of Christ death on a cross is by analysing an historical artifact called "Alexamenos grafitto".

It's date is uncertain... It is anywhere from the end of the 1st century to the end of the 3rd century.

Experts say for sure this illustration was not done in the 4th century or later. The artifact shows a regular cross, a human figure with a donkey/horse head overlapping it and a man beside it with an arm stretched out.

This is a gesture of adoration. Underneath all of this there's a greek inscription: "Alexamenos worshipping God".

This was drawn as a mockery. Someone had the intention to make fun of a person named Alexamenos that adored someone who died on a cross.

So, a cross is depicted with Jesus Christ hanging on it (although with a donkey head). Since the end of the 1st century (or 2nd or 3rd) we have an indication on how Christ died.

This ancient historical artifact proves Christ died on a cross.

I could mention here much, much more historical data! I could mention documents from the primitive Church (Church Fathers writings, from the end of the 1st century onwards),

writings from ancient historians (Christians and non-Christians), and much more. The video is already long enough so I won't mention this stuff. I'll leave all this information on my blog's page (the link is underneath the video).

I'll also post the "Alexamenos grafitto" there so you can see for yourself, plus the Church Fathers and ancient historians writings. Also I'll leave 2 english websites that cover extensively this whole subject of the cross and Christ death.

And, like I mentioned before, the links to all my videos about the Jehovah's Witnesses. Since we're talking about the cross, I'll also post a good reflection of Pope Francis on the cross.

Brothers and sisters, I encourage you to really live out this Easter Triduum [i.e., Holy Thursday to Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday],

to stay in the good path towards the celebration of Easter (Our Lord's Resurrection). Live it with faith, with a great spirit!

I hope you grow spiritually during this time. Contemplate today the Cross of Christ. If you have a crucifix at home, contemplate it. I hope you see the God's Great Love through it.

I hope you see on the cross YOUR sin. When I look at the cross, I see my sins. My sins are crucified, every single one of them. God did that through His Son Jesus Christ for me.

We should also see our personal crosses on that Cross. How do we carry our cross(es)? Do we tend to complain about it? Do we avoid them? God permits some unpleasant things on us as a tool of conversion.

Life without crosses we wouldn't even think about God. We wouldn't seek Him or care about Him. This 2,000 years old event is full of spiritual richness.

I encourage you to enter into this journey, this spirit of renewing your relationship with God, with others and with yourself.

I hope you now have a deeper knowledge on this subject. Some of you may have found this video interesting; some may have not. But I leave to all of you this whole data so you can grow in the faith

and on historical knowledge about Our Lord Jesus Christ. Alright? See you next week, God willing.

WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY SLIPS UP & ADMITS U S PLANS TO DESTABILIZE SYRIA - Duration: 9:44.

WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY SLIPS UP & ADMITS U.S. PLANS TO DESTABILIZE SYRIA

BY ARJUN WALIAAPRIL

The goal for the United States is two-fold, as Ive stated, its one to make sure

we destabilize Syria, um, destabilize the conflict there, reduce the threat of ISIS.

But then secondly is create the political environment, um, not just within the Syrian

people, but I think you can have, work with Russia in particular to make sure they understand

that SyriaShould be held accountable for the agreements thats its made with respect

to its international agreements on chemical weapons alone.

These were the words of White House press secretary Sean Spicer at a recent White House

press conference where he was taking questions about whats currently happening in Syria.

If you havent already heard, there was a chemical weapon attack in Syria recently

and the west has been blaming President Bashar Al Assad with no evidence, claiming that he

attacked his own people.

On the other side of the pond, the Assad regime is claiming that the attack was perpetuated

by the west.

Assads top political media advisor, Bouthaina Shaaban expressed that the western military

alliance, and their allies in the Persian Gulf, are the very countries who had been

facilitating the coming of terrorists and arming them against the Syrian people and

against our country.

This sentiment is one held not only by Assads regime, but by countless world leaders, academics,

politicians, researchers and independent thinkers all over the world.

So much so that a couple of years ago there was an International conference on the

New World Order where a number of academics, politicians and other insiders discussed

it.

You can read more about that here.

Were talking about false flag terrorism, a tactic where one country, or the people

who control them, create conflict by staging events, creating terrorists, arming terrorists

and even creating fake terrorist videos in order to justify the military intervention

of a country for ulterior motives.

This process also includes setting up a new government, one that the west sees fit to

serve their best interests.

Does the Iraq war and 9/11 ring a bell?

The fact that this sentiment is held by so many, and backed up by a lot of credible evidence

makes Spicers comments very suspicious.

Trumps decision to strike a Syrian airbase in retaliation for Assads alleged use of

chemical weapons against his own people confirms that the False Flag Chemical Weapons

attack scenario first formulated under Obama is still on the table.

Our analysis (including a large body of Global Research investigative reports) confirms unequivocally

that Trump is lying, the Western media is lying and most of Americas allies are also

lying.- Michel Chossudovsky, author, Professor of Economics (emeritus) at the University

of Ottawa, Founder and Director of the Centre for Research on Globalization (CRG)

In this article he outlines how the Pentagon actually trained the so called terrorists

they are said to be protecting us from.

Weve published a few articles on this topic within the past couple of days.

In them are the details as to why so many people believe this attack was orchestrated

by the western military alliance.

Evidence for plans to destabilize Syria date back a long time.

For example, a document was written in July of 1986 by the Foreign Subversion and Instability

Center, part of the CIAs mission Center for Global Issues.

It states its mission to analyze a number of possible scenarios that could lead to the

ousting of President Assad or other dramatic change in Syria. Though the document is

25 years old, it shows that U.S. plans to influence and infiltrate Syria to create change

that would suit their own interests date back well over 30 years.

The document also comes with similar testimony from insiders.

One example would be former Four Star General Wesley Clark, who was the Supreme Allied Commander

of Europe of NATO from 1997-2000.

Clark said, in an interview with Democracy Now, that the U.S. had plans to invade countries

in the Middle East, including Syria, for no justified reason at all.

He offered the sentiments of some within the American military, that they have a good

military and that they can take down governments. He spoke of a memo that described

how the U.S. had plans to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq,

and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing off, Iran.

Wikileaks has also published a number of classified cables.

One in particular shows how it was the primary goal of U.S. foreign policy to destabilize

the Syrian government.

Again, this is why the statements made here by the press secretary are quite Ironic.

On the other side of the coin, the idea that this chemical weapon attack on the Syrian

people was not perpetuated by the western military alliance is the narrative of mainstream

media, providing no strong evidence for their claims that Assad carried out the attacks.

Thats the power of mainstream media, whatever they say holds a tremendous amount of weight

when it comes to controlling the thoughts and perceptions of the masses when it comes

to global events.

A number of award winning mainstream media journalists have emphasized this over the

past few years.

This, and a lot more information regarding whats happening in Syria, false flag terrorism

and most importantly, the consciousness aspect is further elaborated in these two articles

that we recently published;

Another Syrian Chemical Weapons Attack Just Happened, The Final False Flag Before A Full

US Intervention

Developing: US Just Fired 50 Tomahawk Missiles At Syrian Military Base But Why?

Assads Top Political Advisor Says US Missile Strike Killed The People Fighting Terrorists

It might be hard to perceive things in this way, but all that is happening right now is

a big wake up call for us to shift, and let this type of world go for good.

Its time to spread our wings and fly as a human race, and to do that, we must identify

the real challenges we face.

Now is a great time to truly see what is happening on our planet.

So much is being exposed to those who are paying attention.

One final quote to express what this article has spoken of;

Most terrorists are false flag terrorists, or are created by our own security services.

In the United States, every single terrorist incident we have had has been a false flag,

or has been an informant pushed on by the FBI.

In fact, we now have citizens taking out restraining orders against FBI informants that are trying

to incite terrorism.

Weve become a lunatic asylum. Robert David Steele, the second-highest ranking civilian

in the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence and a former CIA clandestine services officer
