NYPD Turns Against the FBI: Seized Laptop Shows Hillary Clinton Covered Up Weiner�s

Alleged Sex Crimes With 15 yr old During Election

New York Police Department detectives and sources working an underage child pornography

case against Anthony Weiner confirm the laptop seized from the former congressman contains

proof that Hillary Clinton knew he was engaging in a long sexual relationship with a minor

but did not intervene to alert any state or federal authorities to protect the 15 year

old.

Not blowing the whistle on the serial sexter allowed Weiner to keep sexting the youth via

cell phone and internet chats for approximately another four more months, NYPD sources said.

While Clinton was busy campaigning to be the first female US president with Weiner�s

wife and aide Huma Abedin, he was at home sending the 15-year-old online porn and divulging

his rape fantasies to the girl, NYPD sources said.

Weiner also apparently talked on the telephone with the girl, based on intelligence gleaned

from the laptop.

Instead of rescuing the minor from a sex-obsessed Weiner, Clinton who was the Democratic presidential

candidate at the time and eventual front runner, counseled her long time aide Abedin, to end

her relationship with him because bad publicity could harm the campaign.

NYPD officials said Clinton and Abedin discovered Weiner�s sexting with the minor in April

2016 and that he had already been corresponding with the youth for months.

Neither Clinton nor Abedin apparently did anything to stop the abuse of the minor.

Instead, the repeated incidents � which breach a host of state and federal laws � were

kept quiet.

Yet Clinton, who champions herself as a women�s rights advocate, did nothing to help the girl.

And it gets even worse.

NYPD said the high school sophomore was suffering from depression and told Weiner during over

seven months of correspondences that she often wanted to end her life.

Weiner did nothing to try to stop the girl from hurting herself, NYPD sources said.

It is not clear whether Abedin or Clinton knew the girl was having suicidal thoughts.

But NYPD sources said the FBI did know because the proof is warehoused on Weiner�s silver

Dell Inspiron 15 7000 laptop, which the FBI obtained via search warrant in October.

That means, as NYPD sources highlight, the FBI knew Clinton did nothing to try and stop

Weiner from repeatedly sexting a minor during the election.

And the FBI likewise has apparently done nothing since the election to charge � or even question

� Clinton for what appears to be intentionally endangering a minor entangled in a child pornography

case.

FBI Director James Comey said his agents combed Weiner�s laptop prior to the election and

found no evidence indicating Hillary Clinton had engaged in any criminal conduct.

Any.

Somehow, Comey and his understudies were able to comb through over approximately 600,000

emails and files on the computer in a mere week.

Yet found nothing linking Clinton to the Weiner child pornography case?

That information does not jibe with NYPD investigators.

According to their intelligence, there was discussion of charging Clinton with New York

statutes for not alerting law enforcement that a minor was being repeatedly exploited.

But such talk was ultimately quashed by federal prosecutors who said this was now an FBI and

Justice Department case and no charges like that would originate from New York or from

local law enforcement where the girl lived.

�One bullshit road block after another,� a NYPD source said.

It was clear that Clinton was to get a free pass although NYPD said investigators held

out some hope she would be charged after the election, especially when she lost.

Now five months later, Clinton is talking about running for New York City mayor instead

of defending herself against criminal charges.

�They (feds) sat on it,� The NYPD source said.

�Fucking disgraceful.�

Some of the facts that Abedin, Clinton and the FBI apparently intentionally squelched

include:

Weiner coaxed video chats in which he asked the girl to undress and touch herself and

repeat his name out loud.

The girl told Weiner that she was a sophomore in high school and trying to get a learner�s

permit to and learn how to drive.

Weiner knew the girl was suffering from depression and occasional suicidal thoughts yet urged

the youth to dress up in �school-girl� outfits and pressed her to engage in rape

fantasies.

Weiner repeatedly told the high school student that he wanted to force himself on her when

her father was out of town and away from the house.

Weiner forced the girl to write him a letter saying that their online relationship was

friendly and at no time did he engage in sexual conversation or innuendo.

The youth complied.

That letter is on the lap top and in the FBI�s possession, NYPD said.

Weiner may have provided a copy to Clinton to cover her in case these allegations exploded

during the campaign.

Weiner used his cell phone to correspond with the girl and the texting apps Confide and

Kik as well as desktop Facebook and Skype from the girl�s bedroom while her parents

were often asleep in the next room.

Likewise alarming, and largely due to Abedin and Clinton�s silence, Weiner continued

to sext the teenager for approximately four months after Clinton learned of the illegal

relationship.

The girl might have been 14 years old when the sexual relationship commenced in January

2016, per records obtained by NYPD.

Weiner, who employed the alias of �T-Dog� to correspond with the youth on one texting

app, texted the minor after meeting her on Twitter in January 2016.

The hundreds of correspondences included exchanging explicit pictures, pornography, sexual texts

and video chats as well as possible newly disclosed telephone calls.

As first reported six months ago by True Pundit, Weiner and other Hillary Clinton associates

could be facing possible federal charges of child exploitation, sex crimes with minors

and possible other felony charges including child pornography.

These details were originally documented in an exclusive Nov. 2, 2016 story published

by True Pundit which in part specifies:

The NYPD seized the computer from Weiner during a search warrant and detectives discovered

a trove of over 500,000 emails to and from Hillary Clinton, (Huma) Abedin and other insiders

during her tenure as secretary of state.

The content of those emails sparked the FBI to reopen its defunct email investigation

into Clinton on Friday.

But new revelations on the contents of that laptop, according to law enforcement sources,

implicate the Democratic presidential candidate, her subordinates, and even select elected

officials in far more alleged serious crimes than mishandling classified and top secret

emails, sources said.

NYPD sources said these new emails include evidence linking Clinton herself and associates

to:

Money laundering Child exploitation

Sex crimes with minors (children) Perjury

Pay to play through Clinton Foundation Obstruction of justice

Other felony crimes NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department�s

highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail

to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public

with the damaging emails now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field

offices.

�What�s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,� the

NYPD Chief said.

�There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found.

We have copies of everything.

We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to

that.�

The NYPD Chief said once Comey saw the alarming contents of the emails he was forced to reopen

a criminal probe against Clinton.

�People are going to prison,� he said.

Meanwhile, FBI sources said Abedin and Weiner were cooperating with federal agents, who

have taken over the non-sexting portions the case from NYPD.

The husband-and-wife Clinton insiders are both shopping for separate immunity deals,

sources said.

�If they don�t cooperate they are going to see long sentences,� a federal law enforcement

source said.

NYPD sources said Weiner or Abedin stored all the emails in a massive Microsoft Outlook

program on the laptop.

The emails implicate other current and former members of Congress and one high-ranking Democratic

Senator as having possibly engaged in criminal activity too, sources said.

Prosecutors in the office of US Attorney Preet Bharara have issued a subpoena for Weiner�s

cell phones and travel records, law enforcement sources confirmed.

NYPD said it planned to order the same phone and travel records on Clinton and Abedin,

however, the FBI said it was in the process

of requesting the identical records.

You will need an golden yarn.

This is "Yarnart - Camellia" yarn.

I will work with a thicker yarn, to make it better visible for you.

Work 7 chains (ch) in the 1st row.

Row 2: 6 single crochets (sc) along the chain.

Into the senond loop from the hook.

Row 3: work 1 chain (ch).

And 6 slip stitches (sl st).

Done.

Working 1 chain (ch) again in a next row.

And working 6 slip stitches (sl st) but picking both sides of the cloth.

Like that...

Now pull out the endings.

Tie them together.

Hide them inside and cut them off.

Now take a black yarn.

Or a Mouline yarn.

And will tie few stripes here.

Take 3-4 yarns.

Of a width that is twice longer that you need.

And we will attach them by the middle.

I'm doing it like a hair on a doll.

And in such way attach as many stripes as you wish.

Done, now take a needle.

Insert a yarn from the hand into the needle.

And sew the whip to the hand.

Done.

I've tied endings with few knots.

Hidden them inside a hand, and cut them off.

Now we will do a face and hair for Daenerys.

Lets start with a nose.

Take a yarn of the same color as a face.

Count 20 rows from the beginning of the head.

1..2..3..

And now move this marker to the middle of a face.

Pull out the needle from the marker from the back of a head.

Leave an ending from the back of a head.

Now, from this point count 2nd row down.

1..2..

And 1 row to the right.

Insert a needle, and pull it out from the second row to the left.

And sewing the nose in the shape of the triangle.

After the last stitch is done - pass the yarn to the back of a head.

Tie those endings, pass them inside of the head.

And cut them off.

Now we will do eyes.

For a small Daenerys you may take a small cotton yarn.

Or a Mouline yarn, split it, leaving only 4 smaller yarns.

And remove 2 smaller yarns from it.

And you will get the yarn as thick as an Iris yarn.

Here is an eye done from Iris yarn, and this one is from Mouline yarn with removed 2 smaller yarns.

I was using a 1,25mm hook for doing those small eyes.

For bigger doll I was using Mouline yarn.

And added 2 smaller yarns to a regular Mouline yarn, 8 thick yarns in total.

I was using 2,5mm hook for a bigger one.

Pattern is the same for both eyes size.

Do a magic ring from 6 single crochets (sc).

Tighten a ring.

And working 6 increases (inc) by round.

Done.

Pull out the yarn.

Hide it on the wrong side.

Tie the endings.

And cut them off.

Now take a Mouline yarn of a white color.

Insert it into the needle.

And pull it out from the middle of an eye.

Now, insert a needle into the next row - into this hole.

And we will get such glare.

Tie those yarns from the wrong side.

Insert them into the needle.

And we will sew eyes up to the head.

From this place, where we started the nose.

Count 2 rows up.

1..2..

And 7th row to the right.

1..2..3..4..5..6..7

Pass the yarn to the back of a head.

And we need to do one more eye.

Now again, counting from the place where we started doing a nose.

Count 2 rows up.

And 6th row to the left.

Glares will be directed in the same direction, diagonally.

Then I'm taking a black Mouline yarn, splitting 2 thin yarns from it.

And will sew the eyes up.

Passing the yarn from the back of a head.

Leave not long ending.

And sewing it around the eye.

Done, do not cut the yarn.

I will sew the eyelashes from it.

After I'll do an eyebrows.

And now in the same way sew the second eye up.

Done.

Insert an Mouline yarn into the needle.

And I will sew the eyebrows, they will be located in the second row from the eye edge.

You may experiment with a lenght of an eyebrows.

Try and do as you wish.

In this doll, eyebrows will start from the edge of an eye.

And this one, will start with a 1 row shift to the right. As all rows are a little bit inclined to the left.

I will do a little bit lifted eyebrows.

1..2..3..4

Insert a needle.

And I will pull the needle out 1 row below and 2 rows to the right.

Turning back.

And pull the yarn out from the back of a head.

As this doll has a big head, I'll sew eyebrows twice into the same places.

Doing second one in the same way.

One row up.

Then 4 rows to the left.

1..2..3..4

1 row down.

And 2 rows to the left.

Turning back.

I'm working through the same places again.

You do not need to do that if you are doing a smaller doll.

I've got such eyebrows.

And we need to do eyelashes.

Take those yarns that we left in the eyes corners.

And diagonally...

2 rows above...

Turning back a little bit upper.

Chose a next place to insert a needle.

Turning back a little bit below the first one.

And picking the next place.

After that one we may pass the yarn to the back of a head.

But I will sew along those eyelashes once more.

I was doing another side in the same way, and I've got such face.

From the back of a head...

I'm cutting white yarns.

As we already tied them.

Now tie black yarns, pass them inside of a head and cut them off.

Now we will do a hair.

We will need 2 hanks of the Mouline yarn.

We need to cut each hunk in two.

And we've got such hair strands.

Take them one by one.

Align it.

And we will attach it to the head using this loop.

Count 8th row to the top from the eyebrow.

1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8

And pull the hair strand throught the 1 row to the side .

Like that.

I'm using 2 strands at a time, as I was doing a big doll.

In such way I'm attaching strands to the one left and to the right.

I've attached hair till the peak on an eyebrow.

And the same from this side.

In the same way I'm doing 5 rows of hair more.

I've done 6 rows.

Now I want to add few curly strands.

2 curly strands from one side and from another one.

I'll make them curly in a next way...

Take a thick needle.

Inserd strand into the needle.

Align the endings.

And screw the yarn on the needle.

Now insert the needle into the clew.

Now wet the strand with the water.

And dry it with the hairdryer.

We need to do 4 such strands.

So, you'll need to screw yarns on 4 needles.

Or repeat the same actions 4 times using 1 needle.

Now take off dry strands from the needle.

And attach them diagonally from the both sides.

Done.

Now I'll attach strands again, 2 rows to the bottom.

But trough the one row, just skipping it.

To the one side, and to another one.

We need to cover all this space with hair strands.

I'm attaching them like that till the end.

Then doing the same to another side.

And doing one such row more.

Into both sides.

All hair is ready.

Now take 3 strands from one side.

And 3 strands from another one.

And doing pigtails from them.

Pigtails are ready.

Now you may brush a hair.

And tie the pigtails from the back.

As well you may align a hair a little bit using scissors.

Curlys may not be very curly at the endings.

So you may cut them a little bit too.

Haircut is ready, and we need to sew the head to the body.

Do not forget to wear a cloak on the neck.

And sewing the head using this yarn.

Picking half loops on a neck, we left them there while doing the body.

AND BY THE WAY, AS WE FOUND OUT, THAT IS SOMETIMES SYSTEMATICALLY

DONE IN PLACES LIKE FERGUSON, WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY TARGETED THE

POOR, THAT IF THEY VIOLATED ANY RULES THEY WOULD GIVE THEM

TICKETS, ETC.,

AND TRY TO TAKE MONEY FROM THE POOR COMMUNITIES MORE THAN THEY

ñ AND BLACK COMMUNITIES ñ MORE THAN THEY WOULD FROM WHITE

COMMUNITIES, OR RICH COMMUNITIES.

SO IF YOU JUST VIOLATE THE RULES FOR A SECOND, THEY ARE

LOOKING FOR YOU AND THEY WILL LAY THE HAMMER DOWN ON YOU.

BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THEM THEY ARE LIKE, YOU LISTEN TO US?

AND YOU WORKED FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR FOR 10 YEARS?

THAT'S A DECADE.

OH, JUST KIDDING.

NOW, IT'S NOT FOR EVERYBODY, A LOT OF FOLKS ARE STILL ABLE

TO GO THROUGH THE PROGRAM, BUT FOR SOME FOLKS THEY ARE

SAYING, NOPE, WE NOW CHANGE THE RULES ON YOU COMPLETELY.

AND THAT'S WHY PEOPLE GET FURIOUS, AND RIGHTFULLY SO,

AT POLITICIANS.

AND HERE'S THE REALITY OF HOW THIS WHOLE PROCESS WORKS.

EVERY YEAR, THE PEOPLE WHO APPLY FOR THIS PROGRAM HAVE TO HAVE

SOME SORT OF MEDICATION, BASICALLY NOT REAPPLIED BUT ñ

SOME SORT OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO

ENSURE THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS FOLLOWING THE RULES.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHERE THE DISCONNECT HAPPENS, OR WHY IT IS

THAT ALL OF A SUDDEN UNDER A NEW EDUCATION DEPARTMENT THESE

STUDENTS ARE BEING TOLD THAT THIS WAS NONBINDING, AND EVEN

THOUGH YOU'VE BEEN WORKING IN THIS JOB THAT MIGHT BE LESS

LUCRATIVE FOR 10 YEARS, MAYBE IT DOESN'T QUALIFY.

I WOULD BE ENRAGED.

I'VE BEEN WORKING AT TYT FOR 10

YEARS, BUT I MADE THE DECISION TO MAKE LESS MONEY.

THESE PEOPLE WERE KIND OF LIKE, NOT FORCED, BUT THINK ABOUT

IT, IF YOU HAVE A TREMENDOUS ABOUT A STUDENT LOAN DEBT

AND YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET IT FORGIVE AND IF YOU

TAKE A SPECIFIC TYPE OF JOB, YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE THAT JOB

AND THAT'S WHAT THESE PEOPLE DID.

THIS ESSENTIALLY DICTATED THEIR LIVES AND THEIR CAREER PATHS.

YOU CAN PUT ANY NUMBER ON IT THAT YOU WANT.

LET'S SAY YOU HAD A STUDENT DEBT THAT WAS WHAT TO GET

FORGIVEN, AND MAKE UP A NUMBER, IT'S $20,000.

STUDENT DEBT IS SOMETIMES DIDACTIC.

AND THEY GO, OH, NO, I LIKE TO YOU AND YOU STILL HAVE THAT

$20,000 DEBT.

YOU WERE COUNTING ON THAT EXTRA FOR WORKING A JOB THAT DID NOT

PAY YOU AS WELL, THAT WAS PART OF YOUR EXPECTED COMPENSATION

BASED ON THE RULES THAT THEY GAVE YOU.

AND AT THE END THEY GO, JUST KIDDING, YOU STILL OVER $20,000.

IF WE PROMISED YOU A BONUS AT THE END AND YOU GOT TO THE

END AND WE WERE LIKE, NO WE GIVE YOU NOTHING, WE LIED TO YOU

THE WHOLE TIME.

I BE REALLY UPSET, BUT I'M A SUCKER, I'D PROBABLY STILL

BE HERE.

I MEAN, DON'T USE THAT AS ñ

Three Types of Free-Verse Poetry - Duration: 6:03.

Hi.

So we spent a lot of time in our poetry unit focusing on different meter and different

rhyme schemes.

Well we're moving away from that now, to concentrate on a kind poetry called "free-verse."

And in free-verse poetry, you don't have any sort of rhyme scheme, and you don't have to

concentrate on any sort of meter.

So watch the rest of this video, take a lot of notes because there will be a quiz tomorrow,

and after tomorrow's quiz, you'll have a chance to practice writing some of this type of poetry.

Enjoy.

Free-verse poetry we will concentrate on: The Cinquain, the Haiku and the Acrostic.

First, let's look at the cinquain.

Please remember that this is pronounced, "sin-cane."

Sometimes people will pronounce it "sin-quane," but this would be inaccurate.

It was adapted from the Japanese Haiku by Adelaide Crapsey.

Since Miss Crapsey came from Brooklyn, New York, which is in the United States, the cinquain

is an American poetry form.

You might be asking yourself, "How do I write a cinquain?"

Well, a cinquain contains five lines, all on one subject.

For this assignment, you will follow this pattern: A one-word subject, which is also

the title of your poem, followed by two adjectives to describe your subject.

This is then followed by three –ing words that give more information on the subject.

These –ing words are known as gerunds.

Gerunds are nouns that are formed by putting –ing on the end of verbs, such as running,

walking, or jumping.

Next you will write four words in a phrase or sentence describing your feelings on the

subject.

Remember, only four words.

Finally, you will write a synonym for the subject.

Remember, synonym means another word for the subject.

Got it?

Let's try it.

Here's an example of a cinquain.

Puppy.

Cute, cuddly.

Running, flopping, playing.

Curling up to sleep.

Friend.

Our next example is the Haiku poem.

A haiku is a Japanese art form, written about one subject.

There are three lines in the poem, all with 17 syllables total.

The first and third lines of the poem have five syllables.

The middle line has seven syllables.

Here's an example to help you remember: I am first with five, then seven in the middle,

five again to end.

See?

Five at the beginning and the end, seven syllables in the middle.

Here's an example of a haiku: Spring rain comes down hard.

Creates puddles and wet grass.

Now my shoes are soaked.

Our final poetry form is acrostic poetry.

Acrostic poetry is when the letters in the poem spell out a word.

The most common is when the first letters spell out a word or phrase, and this word

is written vertically.

The lines in the poem relate to or describe the subject of the poem.

No rhyme is necessary because remember, this is still free-verse.

Here are two examples of acrostic poems.

Note that the first letters spell out a word going down vertically.

I'll give you a few seconds to read these.

Now it's your turn to try.

Once you take a quiz on these types of poems, you will try writing examples of your own.

delighted her � by organising egg hunts.

Meghan, 35, wrote: �For the past couple of years, my boyfriend has planned the most

epic Easter egg hunt for me, and my childlike wonderment is that of a kid waiting for the

tooth fairy to leave something under her pillow.�

Harry, 32, has no excuse for not getting it exactly the way Meghan likes it, as she provided

step-by-step instructions for her perfect hunt

She wrote: �Let this become your new favourite holiday outside of Valentine�s Day, because

this one is all about the love.

�Start with an Easter card, and in it, a clue.

�That clue will lead you to a spot in the house or yard where you will find another

egg (and in it, another clue).

This scavenger hunt should take your beloved through several stops before landing at the

final spot where they�ll find the most perfect Easter basket you�ve compiled for them.�

Meghan also recommended egg-painting with �your nearest and dearest� and revealed

how a suitor might tickle her taste buds on the day, without spending all day �slaving

over a stove�.

On her blog, The Tig, she suggested sharing �seven grain toast� or �cozy pancakes�

and included her recipe for breakfast casserole � a concoction of eggs, potatoes, cheese,

bacon and chopped vegetables.

Meghan certainly seems to know just what she wants when it comes to being wooed.

Earlier this year, she issued a guide to help men out for Valentine�s Day and revealed

that a �sweet love note� or �breakfast in bed� would be her gifts of choice.

While it has not been confirmed where the couple will be spending Easter, Meghan has

been a frequent visitor to Harry�s cottage at Kensington Palace.

Last week, it was reported that the love-struck pair plan to move in together and are renovating

"Harry wants everyone to believe Meghan is moving to London to take attention away from

the fact he moved to Toronto months ago," a source close to the couple tells The Huffington

Post Canada.

"It's much easier for them to live the low-key lifestyle they like in Canada than it is in

England where they're constantly followed by the paps."

�They�re just like any other young couple in love � until you realize they�ve got

armed bodyguards close by,� a neighbour admits.

And according to acquaintances, Markle's BFF, stylist Jessica Mulroney, daughter-in-law

of former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, was recently seen coming in and out of Markle's

home, with furniture in tow.

"It looked like she was in the middle of redecorating Meghan's home," a source says.

"I mean, she's living with a prince now, so her home should reflect that, right?

Actress and activist Meghan Markle met the Queen on Mother's Day.

The fact the US lady is meeting members of the royal family is only fuelling rumours

that she'll one day be more than Prince Harry's girlfriend.

Marriage beckons, does it not?

Right now, we don't know.

It's early days and while we can't help but speculate, speculate is all we can do.

If she does wed the ginger prince, there'll be the matter of her title.

Much like there was when Prince William and Kate Middleton � who, like Meghan, was a

'commoner' � got married.

We know what Meghan won't be is a princess.

Not technically.

As Meghan wasn't born royal, she doesn't qualify.

But she might still have the word 'princess' in her official title.

Harry is currently "His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales."

And royal family expert Imogen Lloyd Webber recently said that Markle would "definitely"

be called "Her Royal Highness Princess Henry of Wales" were she to commit her life to her

prince.

She wouldn't be known as "Princess Meghan", just as Kate isn't "Princess Kate".

She'd be marrying into royalty, an altogether different measure of prestige.

No blue blood.

But then there's also the matter of Harry and the fact he could well be made the Duke

of Sussex after marrying.

After, the Queen would also probably make Meghan a duchess.

Webber suspects this eventuality, as does royal historian Marlene Koenig.

The Duke of Sussex title has been available since 1843, as have Clarence and Buckingham.

If that happens, Meghan would be known cordially as the Duchess of Sussex.

Easy Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Sandwich ~ Sausage Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich Recipe - Duration: 3:29.

Good morning! It's going to be a busy

work day and I'm starting by making some

hearty sausage breakfast sandwiches.

I'm Tess and come join me on this beautiful

morning as I make breakfast.

We have a lot of work today and we need

to start the day out with a good breakfast.

This really is not a recipe.

I thought I would bring you along this

morning and show you how I construct a

sausage breakfast sandwich. You'll be

able to find the ingredients and much

more below in the show more section.

If you have a chance, check it out! This is

turkey link sausage but you can use

whatever sausage you like. In a pan on

medium-high heat I'm just cooking the

sausage for three to four minutes or

until brown. I'm using a nonstick skillet

but depending on the pan and sausage, you

may need to add a little oil.

The sausage is about halfway done and I'm

adding in some sliced onions, bell

peppers and I'm also tossing in some

seeded sliced jalapenos for a little kick.

That should get us going this morning!

And if I had some mushrooms they'd also

be going into the pan. Just tossing and

cooking the veggies for about three to

four minutes. I still want a little

crunch left. Once done, I'm removing the

veggies from the pan and setting to the

side.

Because the sausage links are thick I'm

adding in a little water and placing on

the lid and this is going to help cook

the sausage through. Once done I'm

removing the sausage from the pan and

setting to the side until I cook my eggs.

You can cook the eggs in the same pan

but I'm using my small cast-iron skillet.

I have my heat on low to medium. I have

an electric stove and my setting is at four.

I'm adding a little oil and a large

beaten egg, covering and letting the egg

cook for a couple minutes. You will see

the sides of the eggs start to firm up.

I'm giving it a flip and now I'm adding

the cheese. I'm using cheddar cheese but

you can use your favorite. At this point,

I'm turning my heat off because the

residual heat will finish cooking the egg.

Placing the lid back on, letting it

finish cooking for one minute or until

the cheese is melted. Now it's time to

make this sausage breakfast sandwich and

I am hungry! I'm cutting the sausage

links in half. I'm using a seeded bun but

you can use any bread, bun, bagel, English

muffin or even a tortilla wrap. It's all good!

Placing down the egg, the sausage...

and topping with the onions, bell peppers

and jalapenos. This is a great way to

start a busy day and if your schedule is

really hectic you could cook the sausage

and the veggies the night before.

the infamous �no ring, no bring!� approach. The 33 year old has reportedly banned Spencer�s

girlfriend Vogue Williams from her big day an Irish model, television and radio personality

who appeared on Australia�s very own Dancing with the Stars when she was still married

to singer songwriter Brian McFadden. �Pippa�s view is that Vogue�s relationship with Spencer

is still very new. It wouldn�t be appropriate for her to be there after just a few months

of dating,� a wedding insider explained to The Sun. �But some people in the circle

are pretty shocked because this is her future brother in law who�s going to end up attending

on his own. It�s certainly raised eyebrows.� The source added: �It�s clear Pippa doesn�t

want to be outshone by any TV babes on her big day.� This might spell bad news for

Don't swear! Prince Harry's epic surprise for double amputee - Duration: 3:52.

When someone is training for the "toughest race on Earth", royalty or not, you should

try not to give them a fright.

But Prince Harry has always been a rule breaker.

This week, Meghan Markle's beau could barely contain his chuckles when he paid his dear

friend, Duncan Slater, a visit.

The double leg amputee is currently preparing for the Marathon des Sables a 150 mile [approx

251km] race across the Sahara which takes place over six days.

And the former veteran plans to raise money for Prince Harry's beloved charity, Walking

with the Wounded.

Smashing it out on the treadmill, the last thing Duncan expected to see was the smiling

royal next to him.

"Don't fall, don't swear!"

Harry joked before shaking his friend's hand.

"How are you going?

All right?"

Adding, "Nice to see you.

This is horrible.

I wasn't really in the neighbourhood but I had to come and see you sweating your balls

off on a treadmill in a sauna!"

Duncan was a solider fighting in Afghanistan back in 2009 when he tragically lost both

of his legs in a bomb blast.

Always the fighter, he never let his injuries stop him from testing his limits.

He bravely joined the fifth in line to the throne on an expedition to the South Pole

back in 2013.

This will be the second time Duncan will compete in the ridiculously difficult Marathon des

Sables.

The first time he was forced to quit in the final leg of the race as his his stumps were

"rubbed raw."

This year, with the help of carbon fibre limbs and intensive heat training, the war hero

hopes to cross the finish line - making him the first double amputee to complete the challenge.

Prince Harry chatted to Duncan about how he was coming along.

"You're looking in really good shape," the 32 year old remarked.

In the midst of endurance test consisting of running on a treadmill in 40 degree heat,

Duncan replied, "Yeah, that was quite hot I'll be honest!

That was miserable."

"Hard to breathe, or?"

Prince Harry queried to which Duncan replied, "No, just so hot.

Everywhere.

Even the breeze is ridiculous."

Harry was astounded when he discovered Duncan had been training for 50 minutes, and still

had another ten to go.

"Ten more minutes?

There's no way I'm staying in here for 10 minutes.

You're having a laugh."

The royal was clearly impressed by his friend, but was confused by why he was putting himself

through such agony.

"Why?

Why again?

Why after everything else you've done and been through?," Harry questioned.

Duncan explained, "I'm working for the charity (Walking with the Wounded) so anything I can

do to raise awareness for the charity is a good day out."

"On the other hand I want to keep pushing.

When I got to the South Pole, everyone was relieved and chuffed to bits but when I came

back from that, I just felt like, what now?"

Prince Harry has worked with Walking with the Wounded for many years.

A charity that is very close to the former military man's heart, they support veterans

with physical, mental or social injuries on their journey to reintegrate back into society,

regain their independence and secure sustainable employment.
