IT'S HAPPENING SCIENTISTS CAN NOW REVERSE DNA AGEING IN MICE - tech and science - Duration: 5:04.

ITS HAPPENING: SCIENTISTS CAN NOW REVERSE DNA AGEING IN MICE

Researchers have identified a cellular mechanism that allows them to reverse ageing in mouse

DNA and protect it from future damage.

Theyve shown that by giving a particular compound to older mice, they can activate

the DNA repair process and not only protect against future damage, but repair the existing

effects of ageing. And theyre ready to start testing in humans within six months.

The cells of the old mice were indistinguishable from the young mice, after just one week of

treatment, said lead researcher David Sinclair from the University of New South Wales (UNSW)

in Australia and the Harvard Medical School in Boston.

This is the closest we are to a safe and effective anti-ageing drug thats perhaps

only three to five years away from being on the market if the trials go well.

Sinclair and his team made headlines back in 2013 when they found that the cells of

younger mice contained more of a compound called nicotinaminde adenine dinucleotide,

or NAD+, than their older counterparts.

Not only that, but when they gave the older mice more NAD+, they started to look younger,

too.

It was a big deal at the time, but one of the tricky things about medicine is that in

order to show that something could work as a potential treatment, you need to first understand

how its acting in the body.

And although the researchers knew NAD+ was having an impressive effect, they couldnt

say for sure how it was doing it.

Now, Sinclair and his team have released a new study, where they outline in detail the

mechanism through which NAD+ protects DNA from the damage of ageing and radiation in

mice.

So how does it work? When were born, all of our cells have the ability to repair DNA

damage, which we experience constantly through random mutations when our cells divide, or

whenever we go out in the sun.

But as we get older, our ability to patch up this damage declines, and our cells being

to age.

What the researchers have now shown in this latest study is that a lot of this damage

comes down to a DNA-repair compound called PARP1.

When theres a lot of NAD+ in a cell, PARP1 does its job and keeps our DNA healthy. But

when NAD+ drops naturally with age, PARP1 starts to decline, and damage builds up.

To see whether they could take advantage of this cellular mechanism, Sinclair and his

team developed a drug that contains the precursor to NAD+, known as NMN, or nicotinamide mononucleotide.

In mice, boosting older mice with NMN was enough to kick DNA repair into action and

even reverse existing DNA damage.

They now plan to trial a similar drug in humans before the end of the year and not just

for anti-ageing purposes, but also to protect against DNA damage of any kind.

In fact, the team is collaborating with NASA to see if NMN could help protect its astronauts

against harsh space radiation on their four-year journey to Mars, during which its predicted

that 5 percent of the astronauts cells would die, and their chances of cancer would

approach 100 percent.

The drug could also be useful for groups that are particularly vulnerable to the effects

of radiation, such as frequent fliers and those who undergo frequent CT scans or X-rays.

The idea is to protect the body from radiation exposure here on earth, either naturally occurring

or doctor-inflicted, Sinclair told Time.

If I were going to have an X-ray or a CT scan, I would take NMN beforehand.

Survivors of childhood cancer could also benefit right now, 96 percent go on to suffer

a chronic illness by age 45, including cardiovascular disease, Alzheimers, or cancers unrelated

to their original cancer.

All of this adds up to the fact they have accelerated ageing, which is devastating,

said one of the researchers, Lindsay Wu. It would be great to do something about that,

and we believe we can with this molecule.

Before we get too excited, we need to keep in mind that many, many studiesin mice are

not replicated in humans.

So until the results of these early clinical trials in people begin to trickle in, theres

no promise that NMN will help protect human DNA.

But understanding this mechanism of DNA ageing is a big step towards better understanding

how to keep our cells healthier for longer, and thats pretty exciting.

Turn Your C64 into a Thermometer! | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 10:02.

A couple of weeks ago we had a look at this book... and a few people in the comments mentioned

how they'd like to see some of these experiments, in action!

and... yeah!

So would I!

You know.

When I was younger, I had a few of these books and they all seemed a bit out of reach, a

bit too advanced for me to carry out.

I didn't have the tools.

I didn't have the skills.

But now, I do have the tools.

I dunno about the skills, but I guess we'll find out!

So, the book is called Experiments with your Computer.

It was published by Usborne books in 1985 and it contains a wealth of experiments, but

today we're going to be doing experiments with sensors.

In particular we're going to make a thermometer using a Commodore 64 and a few electronic

components.

In order to accomplish this we're first enlightened as to what components we need.

There are also a few options if you own a different micro with an analogue port.

The Commodore 64 has an analogue control port so it can accept a mouse, so we simply need

a female D-type socket for connection purposes.

We also need a 100k thermistor and a 1 Mega ohm, .25 or .5 watt resistor.

In addition we'll need some electrical wire, some strippers and cutters to manipulate it,

a soldering iron and a roll of insulation tape.

I managed to pick up all the components from eBay for a few quid, and had most of the other

tools, so we can get cracking.

There are different methods for each machine, but as you can see our Commodore 64 requires

the thermistor and resistor to be wired between pins 7 and 9 of the control port.

You also get a few hints regarding construction and setup down below, which is nice.

Ok, so I'm just using some spare speaker wire for our connection here, this has the added

benefit of being in one piece, just to make our instrument a bit neater.

Once the wires are stripped I'm just going to twist the wire strands around the resistor

legs, so we have one point to solder into the connection cups.

The Usborne book tells us to tin the wires next, this makes them easier to solder in

place and just involves a coating of solder.

You'll have to excuse my soldering technique, I haven't had much need to use one since studying

electronics at college.

You get an entire page of soldering hints to help you along at this point, but there

are also some tutorials on Youtube if you need assistance.

Something we would certainly have lacked in the 80s.

Anyway, it should look something like this.

We can now connect these to the pins on the d socket.

You don't need much solder here, just enough to hold them in place.

Any excess solder can be flicked away to make sure you don't make contact with adjacent

pins.

And there we go, wire and resistor connected in parallel and ready for the thermistor.

Here it is.

It's actually a type of resistor also, which varies it resistance depending on temperature.

Again, I'm going to twist the wires around the legs and just apply enough solder to hold

it in place.

That will do.

We're not aiming to win a prize for best aesthetic here.

So, this is essentially our finished sensor.

Usborne suggest you insulate the wires to make sure they don't come into contact with

each other, so that is what we shall do.

I actually made 2 sensors up at this point.

One with longer cables to measure things further away from the computer, and one shorter for

use on the desk.

So now we move onto actually writing the program that will make sense of the inputs.

Here's the base part of the program, all written nicely in Commodore BASIC for us.

Variations required for other machines can be found at the back of the book.

TYPING TIME!

This is where we remember how cumbersome the 64's keyboard feels for touch typing.

How accustomed to luxury we have become.

So here's the program, you can see line 10 calls the routine at line 500, which sets

up some rough values for our integers K1 and K2.

Line 520 then returns code execution to line 20 which calls the routine at line 1000.

This is where the work is done.

That PEEK command is retrieving the output from our thermistor and passing it to the

variable TR.

Our job is to then convert this output into a temperature scale we're all familiar with.

In this instance that's degrees Celsius.

With the program completed, we can plug our device into control port number 1 and hope

for the best.

And the best is exactly what we receive.

On screen spews a slurry of numbers just as the book describes.

We can check it works by exposing the thermistor to body heat and notice the numbers slightly

decreasing.

Our job now is to find what these values equal when the thermistor is exposed to 0 degrees

celsius.

So we need some ice.

Here's the ice, and if I prod the thermistor as much into it as possible and then re-run

the BASIC we should get some values which equate to 0 degrees.

From these numbers, its somewhere around the 470 mark.

Updating the K2 variable to this number will provide the correct figure for our calcuations.

The book then tells me to update line 30 so that we're given a more friendly and useful

response/

Our next task it to then find the upper end of the scale.

For this I've made myself a nice cup of tea... and say, that's a nice mug!

Popping the thermistor in a bag prevents it from getting we and then I can just dunk it

in the tea.

Now I reckon this tea is around 70 degrees C, however the program is returning the value

of around 36, 37.

Thankfully by altering our other variable, K1, we can correct the calculations to accomodate

for our input.

I put 3000 in and it seemed to be pretty much spot on.

To make sure, I have a grow egg to hand which is measuring the room temperature at 23 degrees,

and now safely out of the mug, it correlates very well with our readings.

So, then onto the fun section.

THE EXPERIMENTS.

Usborne have kindly presented us with 4 experiment ideas, but they have also provided us a graphics

routine to add graph functionality to proceedings.

Now, I don't know about you, but that sounds much more compelling than a list of numbers!

So, back to typing code... and then after that code is typed, we've got a load of other

code.

This is a generic graphics routine used for various programs throughout the book.

But at least once it's typed out, you can save it to tape and save your fingers from

RSI.

So, here's the moment of truth.

OH YES.

WE HAVE GRAPH FUNCTIONALITY.

We get the temperature reading at the top right of the screen, and a lovely little line

drawn across the screen measuring temperature against time.

Splendid.

You can see it increase slightly with my body heat here.

So I guess that's the first experiment done.

We've also really done the hot water one.

So next up involves CHEMICALS.

The idea here is to measure the temperature of some water, and then add soda crystals

and vinegar to instigate a reaction.

We can then measure the temperature increase.

The book suggests a table spoon of vinegar and five lumps of soda.

Personally I reckon a good shake of soda and a good glug of vinegar.

We've got some fizz.

But even with this, the result is rather lack-lustre.

MORE CHEMICALS.

MORE FIZZ.

Yeah, it's not really that impressive is it.

OK, lets revisit body heat, and try my armpit.

For this I'll need to remove the first cable, carefully and insert the longer cable.

Thankfully it seems to be calibrated spot on with the first, so we can do a quick body

heat test.

Mmmmmm, armpit.

And yes, as you can see, roughly the right body temperature, although apparently I have

a high fever, and a notable rise in the graph.

But how about something more DANGEROUS.

You can see with this flame, the graph flies up to 68 degrees, and then drops off quite

quickly after.

We've done hot, how about cold again.

Our bowl of ice is still melting away, and yields us a result of about 3 degrees, which

seems about right for a bowl of melted ice.

You could spend all day with this, and I can only imagine the fun I would have had in my

youth had I had the BALLS to create one of these experiments, but frankly I was too scared

of blowing up my machine, and wasting my PC fund on soldering irons.

For one last test, let's check the C64 power supply temperature.

A toasty 33 degrees.

Well done you.

So there we go, that's how to turn your Commodore 64 into a thermometer.

I hope you found this experiment as satisfying to view as I did to make it.

Maybe next time we'll move onto the light sensor and see what whacky times are in store.

But for now, thanks for watching.

Subscribe, share, or contribute if it so takes you.

Other wise, have a great evening.

Audi Adaptive tsukkomi control - Introduction movie - Duration: 2:21.

Audi is bringing this spring in with new innovative technology.

When in a traffic jam, the "Traffic Jam Assist" feature allows steering

to maintain a vehicle's position while in motion,

keeping a distance measuring from the front steering wheels to the vehicle ahead

and also adhering to the lines between lanes.

Audi Adaptive tsukkomi control expands upon that technology

to become not only your partner in driving, but in conversation as well.

By applying the latest language analysis technology,

the vehicle monitors the context of the conversation and the speaker's emotional distance.

When sensing a statement that departs from the main topic

the doors will open or close with optimal strength and precise timing

and a playful jab, or "tsukkomi", will be made in response to the speaker.

Can Bringing Back the Woolly Mammoth Save the Planet?? - Duration: 8:37.

this episode has been brought to you by

our super generous supporters on patreon

we could bring a woolly mammoth back

from extinction hypothetically but why

would we want to do that the Ice Age

that they thrived in disappeared long

ago transformed by thousands of years of

natural climate change they would have

nowhere to go and you go through all

that work just to put them in zoos seems

kind of pointless I mean most kids just

go to the zoo to see look at the

Penguins who I can put my penny in this

machine and roll it and then it flattens

and becomes as we're designed but some

researchers think that by cloning a

woolly mammoth and reintroducing it to

its former stomping ground they can help

us stop catastrophic climate change good

stuff producer matt weber shows us how

bringing back the past might help us

save the future Great Scott 12,000 years

ago the world was a very different place

this was the Pleistocene the planet was

much colder by as much as 10 degrees

much of the northern hemisphere lay

buried under miles continent-wide ice

sheets and humanity had just begun its

slow occupation of the world this was

the world of the woolly mammoth the end

of their world in fact with the

recession of the world's glaciers and

the intrusion of human hunting parties

the woolly mammoths would soon be

extinct although a small population hung

on in the northern islands of Siberia

well into the time of the Pharaohs in

Egypt the world they inhabited was

already long gone but there is an

ambitious geoengineering project in

Siberia today with the intention of

resurrecting the woolly mammoth it is

called Pleistocene Park and like the

fictional Jurassic Park its aim is to

bring back an extinct ecosystem much of

Siberia today is made up of dense remote

forests growing in soft mafi ground but

back in the Pleistocene it was grassland

wide open grasslands were the dominant

feature in the Earth's landscape back

then this is where the woolly mammoth

thrived in the intervening millennia as

the climate change these grasslands gave

away to other ecosystems in the lifetime

of our planet ecosystems and habitats

have always been in a state of flux

nothing is permanent far from the

exception extinction and gradual change

are constant and the High Arctic

Siberia is changing again rising global

temperatures are melting the permafrost

present at these latitudes not only is

this phenomenon turning large swaths of

the area into so

drunken forest retrieves begin to list

as if drunk unable to keep themselves

anchored in the newly thawed soil the

warming of the permafrost threatens to

exasperate global warming further by

releasing stores of carbon and methane

trap for eons and the underlying soil

and methane is a much worse greenhouse

gas than co2 it traps about 10 times the

heat energy a mass release of methane

from the once frozen Siberian permafrost

could abruptly accelerate global warming

and this could lead to a hypothetical

event called the clathrate gun a large

reserve of methane can be found frozen

in the Arctic sea bed this is a methane

clathrate basically a form of methane

that is trapped in crystalline ice at

the bottom of the polar seas an

unchecked greenhouse effect could warm

up the oceans enough to melt the ice and

send the methane shooting into the

atmosphere but this ever happened

there'd be no way to stop it like trying

to put a fired bullet back into the

chamber of a gun hence clathrate gun

this has probably happened a couple

times in the Earth's past the largest

extinction event in the history of the

planet the permian-triassic extinction

where ninety-five percent of all life on

Earth perished is thought to have been

caused by a clathrate gun event and

there's evidence of this happening today

in the Yamal Peninsula in Siberia

sinkholes of them found that are most

likely the result of large out gassings

of methane in the melting permafrost but

it's not too late to stop a clathrate

gun from firing all together and that is

exactly what they're trying to do at

Pleistocene Park located in the northern

reaches of Siberia Pleistocene Park has

been slowly trying to reintroduce the

grassland habitat of 12,000 years ago

for 40 years now grassland provides a

much better sink for extracting and

storing greenhouse gases and it has a

much higher albedo meaning it reflects

more sunlight than a typical forest and

thus keeps the planet cooler these

grassland ecosystems may have played a

crucial role in regulating the waves of

glaciation that inundated our planet

over the eons. As the grassland flourished

the planet cooled and when the planet

became too cold the grassland withered

reducing the planets albedo and

releasing its store of carbon back into

the atmosphere allowing the planet to

warm up again but the best way to

maintain a grassland ecosystem is to have a

high density population of large

herbivores along with a variety of other

species the woolly mammoth played a

critical part in cultivating the

planet's vast grasslands during the

pleistocene they had eat tons of

vegetation and that kept rotting plant

material from accumulating and releasing

their carbon into the atmosphere like

their modern-day cousins giant herds of

these massive animals stomp down any

growing trees and kept the forests at

bay for now the researchers at

Pleistocene Park use ATV vehicles and

heavy machinery to crush young trees and

reshape the landscape just as the woolly

mammoths had done bringing them back

could be an efficient way to restore

these vanished grasslands wooly mammoth

bones have been found all over

Pleistocene Park a testament to their

once ubiquity in the area and we've

found woolly mammoth carcasses mummified

in the ice all over Siberia some of them

are so well-preserved we can extract

intact strands of DNA and hypothetically

we could use that DNA to clone them and

bring them back from extinction we've

been cloning mammals for over 20 years

ever since we cloned Dolly the sheep in

1996 and since Dolly we've cloned pigs

horses and bulls so there's no reason to

think we couldn't clone an elephant or a

woolly mammoth but we've never cloned an

animal as old as the woolly mammoth but

there are a few proposed methods we

could extract preserve DNA from a

mammoth carcass and insert it into the

egg cell of its closest living relative

the Asian elephant this would be a

little like growing a chimpanzee inside

of a human mother but we've done this

before the Pyrenean ibex went extinct in

2000 but researchers were able to

extract its DNA and insert it into the

egg cell of a closely related goat three

years after the entire species was

declared extinct the Pyrenean ibex was

born again but the baby only survived

for a few minutes so far we have not

found enough preserved will a mammoth

DNA to make this technique possible so

alternatively if we could find some

preserved sperm from a male mammoth we

could use it to inseminate an Asian

elephant the resulting baby would be a

hybrid but after several generations of

this technique and almost pure woolly

mammoth could be created but frozen

sperm is only viable for about 15 years

we'd have to figure out a way to use

sperm that is thousands of years old

another method would be to modify the

genome of living Asian elephants giving

them woolly mammoth characteristics like

resistance to the cold longer hair and

extra fat this method is already being

tested by Harvard scientists George

church and he successfully inserted

mammoth genes into the Asian elephants

genome although they haven't gone the

extra step and created a viable embryo.

These animals would not be woolly

mammoth they'd be something entirely new

woolly mammoths have been extinct for a

long time how they behaved in the

prehistoric past has been extensively

studied but can't be known for certain

and how they would behave today is not

guaranteed raised by surrogate parents

and scientists these newly resurrected

mammoths would have to adapt to a world

radically transformed from the one they

evolved in while Pleistocene park's

vision is grand and ambitious we might

be too naive to face the immense

complexities of our planets ecology

because drastically altering the earth

landscape to stop global warming is a

little like sticking your finger in the

barrel of a gun to prevent yourself from

being shot it would be easier and much

more likely to succeed if we just take

our finger off the trigger and put the

gun down but if we continue to do so

little to stop the increase of

greenhouse gases in our atmosphere we

may be left with few alternatives one

thing is certain we are changing the

Earth's environment in fundamental and

unpredictable ways the largest global

science experiment in human history is

well underway like the woolly mammoth we

are Pleistocene creatures we came to be

who we are in the same grasslands as

they did and like the woolly mammoths

our past behavior is not necessarily how

we have to behave in the future whether

we are able to correct our mistakes or

adapt to a world radically transformed

from the one that we evolved in will be

the choice we will have to face in the

coming decades--with or without woolly mammoths.

So what do you think should we

bring back the woolly mammoth we're

already changing the earth should we

change it further let us know in the

Sharp This - David Bonfadini - Magic Product Review - Duration: 7:30.

Hello everyone! Michael O'Brien here, and

today we are going to be doing our first

magic product review, live at

youtube.com/obrienmagic and boy

am I excited to tell you one of my

favorite magic items that I use on a

daily basis from one of my favorite

magicians who also happens to be a very

good friend of mine, the magic crasher

himself David Bonfadini! Today we're

going to be taking a look at his utility

device "sharp this!" It looks like a very

innocent marker but packed inside this

bad boy is all sorts of different fun

things you can do. For those who

haven't heard of the magic crasher or seen

any of David's work he is what you would

call a prankster magician. He does have

a very guerilla style of performing.

He actually will grab a

camera and go out into the real world

and pull real-life pranks using magic on

people. I highly suggest you check out

his channel youtube.com/thebonfyshow

A lot of awesome stuff, and you'll

even see him using his "sharp this" gimmick in

a lot of his videos. It's a lot of fun!

Let's talk about what "sharp this" is.

It is a device that allows you to

draw a line on any surface and then

instantly wipe that line clean!

There's no ink involved or anything like that so

it's very safe! You don't have to worry

about spilling onto any fabric or

anything like that and the gimmick is

actually very easy and simple to use!

Let's go ahead and take a look at what

that looks like!

Now that we've seen the

gimmick in action let's go ahead and

talk about a few points here; things that

i like to think about anytime i'm going

to purchase a new gimmick.

Number one: is the gimmick well made?

I'm going to say yes! I mean it

literally is a real working sharpie that

was hollowed out and then had the

"sharp this" gimmick inserted inside which

allows you to write on on the surface

and I wipe it clean. The gimmick itself

is going to last you a really long time!

Now when I say that this is something

that lives in my pocket I really do mean it!

I bring this with me to

every single event that i do and i use

it at least, i don't know maybe 15 - 20

times a night and I've had this

particular gimmick, this exact one for

over two years now so I mean, yes you're

going to get, I would say probably a

lifetime's worth out of this gimmick.

If it does happen to break you can

easily fix the the mechanism inside or

just purchase a new one. It's not really

going to break the bank. Is the gimmick

practical? I'm going to say yes! You can

do it surrounded. You can do this in any

sort of lighting. Once you understand the

mechanics behind it and how to do it

it's very easy to use and it's a lot of

fun! Is the gimmick cost effective?

I'm not a hundred percent sure what all the

price points are on all the different

places you can find it however the most

common price that I've noticed and the

official price on vanishing inc. which is

where you can pick this up is

twenty-five dollars and that includes

the "sharp this" gimmick as well as

instructions that teach you how to use

it and a couple of ideas for bonus

applications and whatnot. Can the gimmick

be examined? The gimmick itself cannot be

examined. You can't hand it to a

spectator and tell them to check it out

because they will quickly figure out

what it is that's going on here, however

you can very easily switch it for

another sharpie because it is

literally a sharpie marker, so it's going

to be identical to any other Sharpie

that you might own already. It even says

sharpie on the name so it's not like

some knockoff brand or anything like

that it really is a sharpie marker so if

you didn't want to hand it out for

examination all you have to do is switch

it for another one which is very easy to do. You just put it in your pocket take

out a deck of cards and say, " actually on second

thought I want you to sign this card" and

then give it to them. I've actually had

to tell people do not write it on your

clothes because i've had people want to

take the marker and actually draw on

themselves with it or they draw on their

hand with it to inspect that it's a real

marker. You can draw it on your hand

if you want like make sure its real you

can draw on the card if you want and

make sure to tell them not to draw it on

their clothes because it's that

convincing! Last but not least are there

multiple applications for this effect?

Honestly there is! I mean the sky's the

limit as far as your imagination is

concerned. Whatever you can come up with!

That's one of the things I really love

about David's work so much is he gives

you a basic tool that you can do

something fun with but it allows for a

lot of growth and a lot of expansion and

things that you can do it on your own.

For example just off the top of my head

if you've ever seen like the rising wand

you can easily do like a rising wand

type thing. There's a fun little thing

that you can do where you have the

marker, take off the cap and eat the

tip and you spit it back on. You can

actually set it up ahead of time that

when you bite the tip off you can show

it on your tongue swallow it and then

spit it back on! So it's really cool a

lot of really awesome and visual

applications with this and again very

very easy to use which makes it really

an awesome thing! So verdict... Would I

suggest sharp this to anyone that might

be looking to add awesome little piece

of magic to their repertoire or maybe

just as a prank to pull on your friends

or to catch people off guard? Absolutely!!!

I would say one hundred percent five

stars check this out like I said

no joke this really does live in my

pocket I take it with me to every single

event that I do and it really gets

awesome reaction. That's it! That's my

review of "sharp this" by David Bonfadini!

Full day of eating | Indian Bodybuilding Diet - Duration: 6:09.

Hello Friends!

Welcome to Fit Tuber.

This is a full day of eating video.

In this video I will share with you meal by meal what I eat everyday for muscle gains.

I promise, I will keep this video very real.

What I eat?

How I eat?

I will show exactly the same way.

Nothing fancy.

Also, I will try to keep this video very comprehensive.

Not only I will show you the preparation of each meal but also the minute details like

when and how much water I drink.

So here we go.

Good morning friends.

The first thing that I do after waking up is that I drink this, this jug of water.

This is probably th best time to drink water and you should drink a lot of it.

This kickstarts your metabolism and keeps you going.

So I will meet you at breakfast.

So friends, it's breakfast time and this is what I am going to have.

This is a well balanced oatmeal along with 5 boiled eggs.

These are 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites.

This is very easy to make.

Let's checkout.

In the morning itself I boil all the eggs for the day.

Then I boil low fat milk and try to further remove as much fat as I can.

I save half of it to make curd and in the other half I add oats.

Once the oats are steamed I add almonds, flaxseeds, raisins, banana and give it a good mix.

Friends! this is my favourite breakfast.

I get late to office everyday because I get lost eating it.

Now, you must be thinking that oats and taste do not jell together.

But the trick is to customize it.

If you will customize oats, they will become tasty.

Alright friends, I will see you at lunch.

So friends, it's lunch time and this is what I am going to have.

It has brown rice, chickpeas, chicken...

Well, it's better we checkout the recipe.

For this I keep brown rice and chickpeas soaked overnight.

Then in a cooker I add this mixture along with water, salt, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon,

ginger garlic paste, chicken breast and let it cook on a low flame for about 20 minutes.

At last, I garnish it with onion, tomato, coriander and extra virgin olive oil.

So friends, as you saw, it's a well balanced meal.

And what makes it better that you can pack it and take it along to your workplace.

For vegetarian and vegan version of this recipe, you can checkout this video.

So friends, I will see you next with my pre workout meal.

Stay tuned.

Friends! it's time for pre workout meal and it is time for my homemade mass gainer shake.

Let's checkout the recipe first.

I blend spinach, oats, low fat curd, banana, peanuts, grapes and water together to make

a powerful mass gainer shake.

Friends! it has been two hours since I have taken that mass gainer shake and now it's

time to workout.

I will see you will my post workout meal.

So friends, I am done with my leg workout and this is what I am having as a post workout meal.

These are 10 egg whites and 6 dates.

No! don't look at me like that.

10 egg whites means 40 grams of protein which our body can easily absorb post workout.

Even if you are a beginner, just starting out, you can still have 6-8 egg whites post workout.

No, they do not cause any bodily heat.

Please get over that.

And then these 6 dates will help me replenish the glycogen which I have depleted while working out.

Moreover, these will help fight the bland taste of egg whites.

So, I love this meal and I have it almost everyday.

If you are a vegetarian, go for whey protein.

For more post workout meal options, you can checkout this video.

Alright friends, I will meet you with my next meal which is dinner.

Friends! this is my dinner.

This is by far, meal of the day for me.

Just look at this.

I just feel like as if I am in a restaurant.

This is so tasty and so easy to make.

Let's check it out.

First, I clip the ends of the sweet potatoes and put them over flame for boiling.

Then I pre heat the air fryer for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, I marinate the chicken breast.

By this time, the air fryer is pre heated so I put the chicken inside for 5 minutes.

While the chicken is getting grilled, I cut cucumbers and carrots.

Then I pull the chicken out and reverse it to grill the other side for 5 minutes.

Now, the chicken is ready.

Also the sweet potatoes have been boiled by this time.

Finally, I top it up with sauce which I make once a week and keep it in the refrigerator.

Yes, I am lazy.

I don't peel off the skin of sweet potatoes and cucumbers but I make sure that they are

thoroughly washed.

And as you can see, I am loving it.

Oh! you came.

I almost finished it.

Coming up is the last meal of the day, before bed meal.

It's time for before bed meal and I like to keep it very simple.

These are fresh paneer pieces along with a handful of almonds.

Generally, I boil the paneer pieces or roast them in airfryer.

Before bed we need slow digesting food so that our body gets nutrients throughout the night.

Almonds, which is a healthy source of fat are obviously slow digesting.

Moreover, paneer has casein protein which is also slow digesting.

So overall, it's a great option.

So friends, that's pretty much what I eat in a day.

Good night friends.

So friends, that's all for this video.

Please remember you need not follow this diet plan exactly the same way.

But I hope you got the idea.

Also I would suggest you to go through the description of this video as you will get

more information regarding each meal.

So friends I hope you found this video helpful.

Well, if you did, do give it thumbs up.

Also, please do remember to subscribe to my channel.

My name is Vivek, I thank you so much for watching.

NBC News: Hillary Clinton 'Covered Up' Pedophile Ring At State Department - Duration: 4:12.

NBC News: Hillary Clinton Covered Up Pedophile Ring At State Department

An NBC news report claims that Hillary Clinton, while secretary of state, shut down an investigation

into an elite pedophile ring in State Department ranks in order to avoid scandal and protect

the careers of high ranking officials and an ambassador.

The NBC investigation was broadcast at a time when they were a real news organization rather

than a branch of the Democratic Partys PR department, and provided internal State

Department memos to back up claims of a massive Hillary Clinton elite pedophile ring cover-up.

Serious allegations concerning the State Department, the NBC anchor announced, before

launching into the disturbing details that mainstream media would be unable to report

on in 2017.

According to internal State Department memos the agency might have called off or

intervened into investigations into possibly illegal, inappropriate behavior within its

ranks allegedly to protect jobs and avoid scandals.

This concerns a time when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state.

There is an old saying in Washington that the cover-up is worse than the crime.

But in this case both parts of it are disturbing, Chuck Todd continued.

Allegations of prostitution and pedophilia, and allegations that those crimes were somehow

covered up or not looked into.

So the State Department this morning is having to respond to those claims, and those investigations

involve misconduct by State Department officials, including an Ambassador and security agents

attached to then secretary of state, Hillary Clinton.

The allegations are that these investigations were whitewashed, quashed altogether, and

that those orders came from high up.

NBC has obtained documents relating to ongoing investigations into some disturbing

allegations involving State Department personnel and at least one ambassador.

A State Department memo says, quote, the Ambassador routinely ditched his protective

security detail in order to solicit sexual favors from both prostitutes and minor children.

The memo also says a top State Department official directed State Department investigators

to cease the investigation into the ambassadors conduct. Its just one

of what another document describes as several examples of undue influence from top State

Department officials.

Elite pedophile ring

In contrast to Clintons cover-up, President Trump has announced a federal investigation

into the elite pedophile scandal involving human trafficking earlier this month and promised

to help put an end to the horrific, really horrific crimes taking place.

The president held a short, dramatic press conference after meeting with human trafficking

experts to announce that he will direct the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland

Security and other federal agencies to devote more resources and personnel to the

investigation.

Appearing at the press conference for less than two minutes, President Trump said that

the issue has been on the radar of federal government for some time but since taking

office in January the investigation has become much more focused.

It has been much more focused over the last four weeks, I can tell

you that.
