Waching daily Apr 10 2017

It took 74 major championship starts and 73 holes on Sunday for Sergio Garcia to finally

get his due…

On Seve Ballesteros' 60th birthday, Garcia became the third Spaniard to wear the green

jacket.

All the years, all the heartbreak, all the sweat, blood and tears, Sergio Garcia will

no longer be known as one of the best without a major.

And it wasn't without all those emotions on Sunday at Augusta.

The battle between the Spaniard and the Englishman was one for the ages.

Garcia came out hot with a birdie on the first hole and ended up birding two of the first

four holes to get a two-shot advantage on 54-hole co-leader Justin Rose.

But it was a roller coaster.

Garcia up-3 after five holes, found himself trailing by two after Amen Corner.

The story book ending started on 15 when Garcia hit the flagstick and made a 14-footer for

eagle – becoming the first player since fellow Spaniard, Jose Maria Olazabal, to make

eagle on the back 9 on Sunday at the Masters.

On that same hole, Justin Rose seemed to aggravate his back – but he didn't let up, making

a birdie of his own and keeping it all square – where it stayed as the two teed off on

the 18th hole.

Both pared the last and free golf was in store!

We were all on the edge of our seats as Rose & Garcia went back to the 18th for a playoff.

The world was watching and several celebrities as well, from Steph Curry and Lil' Wayne

to Seve's son Javier.

After battling with the pine straw rose bogeyed 18 and left Sergio 2 putts for the victory.

But he didn't need them.

The 37-year-old birdied the 1st playoff hole for his first major victory.

But he wasn't the only one with some excitement on Sunday.

Matt Kuchar aced the 16th, helping to catapult him to t4 along with Masters rookie Thomas Pieters.

Charl Schwartzel sank a monster putt on 18 to take solo 3rd, while the pairing of Rickie

Fowler & Jordan Spieth both shot over par and finished t11.

What a finish, what a back nine on Sunday at the Masters!

Want to relive it?

I'll recap the excitement and the week that was in social media on Monday in Trending

On TOUR.

See you then!

2017 USCIS Income Requirements for CR1 Spouse Visa CR107 - Duration: 8:48.

This is Fred Wahl the VisaCoach

To days topic is: "What are the Financial Eligibility

Requirements for a CR1 Spouse Visa in 2017?"

Visa Coach

Fast, Easy and Personal

I am Fred Wahl, the VisaCoach, I am known for the personal one-on-one relationship

that WE share, (thats you, me and your partner), as WE work together, as a TEAM, to

overcome the many challenges of immigration,

Don't risk your happiness, Don't go this course alone.

Alone, its too easy for you to make mistakes that cause tears, delays and expensive denials.

Do Pick up the Phone and speak with me directly, so that, you and I,can get

to know each other.

This is the free consultation I talk about later.

If we are compatible, thats the beginning of our beautiful relationship

to get you the immigration approvals you need.

This is what my clients Jeremy and Heny, had to say:

Heny is from Indonesia and I helped her get her

Spouse Visa.

When either Heny or I had questions, your answers

were a quick email away.

You always responded in a timely fashion with concise and helpful

answers.

When it was time for you to prepare paperwork, you were always on time with a quick turn-around,

as advertised.

As a result of you being straightforward and thorough

during our entire visa process, we experienced approvals at each step to be on the shorter

side of time expected.

Heny received her visa in just over 8 months, when we were initially expecting

12 months.

When it came time for Heny's interview, we knew we

were prepared after periodically going through your

list of potential questions.

A testament to the quality of visa you prepared for

Heny was a 4-minute interview with 4 reaffirming questions,

asked concurrently while she did her biometrics "in and out".

Heny and I are very happy and satisfied with the quality

and timeliness of your work, so much so, that we have

already referred your name to several others.

Hiring you was money well spent, and we will definitely

be asking you to help us again when it comes time for

Heny's "Removal of Conditions".

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Jeremy + Heny

Now, lets talk about "What are the Financial Eligibility Requirements for a CR1 Spouse

Visa?"

In order to successfully petition for your spouse

to immigrate to the USA, you, the US sponsor must demonstrate you have enough income coming

in, to support your spouse, and household.

The financial requirement is that your income equal

must be over 125% of the poverty income level where you live.

Each year the Department of Health and Human Services

publishes their Poverty Guidelines.

The new Poverty Guidelines have risen about $200 from last year.

As of March 2017, for residents in the continental US the Financial Eligibility requirements

for Permanent residency are as follows.

Required Annual Income $20,300 if 2 Persons in Family or Household

$25,525, if 3 Persons in Family or Household $30,750, if 4 Persons in Family or Household

For each Additional person add $5,225

The Financial eligibility thresholds are lower for

active military, and higher for residents of Alaska or Hawaii.

Proving your Income.

Normally you provide your most recent Federal Tax Return,

3 to 6 pay stubs showing 'Year to date' earnings, plus a letter from your employer confirming

your job, and what your expected annual pay is.

If your income might be low, but you have 'money in the bank' your cash assets, can

be used as a alternative for annual income.

'Cash' assets are assets which can be easily converted (sold)

to cash.

For example: stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, cash in the bank

You may have a lot of other assets such as your car, boat, coin

collection, business or investment property but because these

can NOT be easily turned to cash immigration will not accept

them as alternatives to annual income.

The one exception to an asset that is hard to convert, but

CAN be counted is your home.

If the market value of your home is higher than your mortgage you

may use the equity just like a cash asset.

$5 cash assets is the equivalent of $1 annual income

For example, if your household is just you and your new

spouse, you need to have $20,300 annual income, but

you have no income, BUT do have cash assets, you would need to have

$20,300 times 5 or $101,500 of cash assets to qualify.

Alternatively a combination of income and assets could work.

For example, your income is $10,000 per year.

The calculation for how much cash assets you would need would

be

$20,300 annual income requirement, less the $10,000 income you have

leaving a shortfall of $10,300.

Then $10,300 times 5 or $51,500 are the amount of cash assets

you need to qualify.

What if you don't have enough income OR assets?

In that case you can ask a relative or friend to act as a joint-sponsor.

Just like buying a car, your joint-sponsor could 'co-sign' your loan.

When you use a joint-sponsor the total size of the household increases.

Now we combine all the people in your household plus those in

your joint-sponsor's.

For example, you ask your father to joint-sponsor.

Your household is just 2 persons, you and your new spouse.

Your fathers household is your father, mother, and the two children still living at home.

Thus the combined household would be 6 persons, and the combined income

of both sponsor and joint-sponsor would need to be $41,200 or more to qualify.

Japanese most popular Lifestyle Instagrammer @moyamoya2121/Instaviews - Duration: 5:14.

Hey, Thanks for coming over!

MOYA, tell the viewers who you are.

I'm an Instagrammer, and I'm also

a ProTraveller, so I travel around the world.

How long have you been using Instagram?

I've been using Insta for about 4 to 5 years.

Maya, I really love you Insta vibes,

And I want to ask about a few pics in particular.

Tell me about this one.

I took this picture in Santorini in Greece.

I was just wandering around town with my friend,

And we found this cute flower shop.

I took a few pictures, and the owner came out,

and said "Why don't you come inside?" That's where I took this.

I usually focus on nature or travel,

and won't make myself the focus of my pics,

but this is one of the rare cases,

when I'm the focus point.

I think that this pic,

is really lovely.

Your hat a dress really match,

and mesh with the atmosphere.

Do you have any rules

about traveling, clothes and Instagram?

Well, I love fashion, I used to be PR for fashion company,

so I try to change my look depending on where I'm going.

I took this pic in Australia,

in a cafe in Byron Bay.

I didn't pick this outfit to match up with this cafe,

but I picked out some looks that had a "Byron Bay" feel.

I usually try to change my aesthetic depending on where I'm traveling.

BTW, what camera do you use?

I have this point and click by Canon

I love the colors and tones,

And it's really easy to edit to my aesthetic.

I use this for all my posts.

How many pics do you take, for every 1 you upload?

TBH, I used to take around 100 at a time.

But now, I just take a few quick shots,

And pick from a small amount.

Probably not even 10.

Whoa, that's not that many.

Yeah, people don't believe me, but I don't take that many.

Getting even less by the day.

Must be all that practice paying off.

I mean, the more you take, the harder it is to decide

and it takes even more time to upload.

So I just pick from a few good ones

That's the most efficient method.

So, your posts are focus on "lifestyle"

What's your policy behind sharing

your personal life online?

Before I started doing Insta,

I did Twitter and I had a blog,

So I've had a following even before

I started Instagram.

So when I got married to my husband, we'd been dating so long,

And it's weird to say my fans are growing up together with me,

But you know, they're watching over me,

so on posts like my wedding,

and my pregnancy announcement,

I feel like it's those followers of mine

from long ago,

that are celebrating with me.

So what are your plans for the future,

and what do you want to do?

Up until now, I've been doing travel based work,

And when I get pregnant and have a baby,

there are going to be a few things I can't do,

But I don't want to limit myself

just because I'm pregnant.

I don't want that to be an excuse.

So even after I have my baby,

I want to continue sharing my lifestyle

like I've been doing so far.

Even sharing baby-related stuff,

anything I'm interested in,

regardless on the genre.

I'll keep on keeping on.

Awesome! Thanks MOYA!

And thank you for watching!

See you next time!

MARNIE: Sometimes I just wish someone would tell me,

Stay right where you are. I'm coming to you.

Girls Season 6 Episode 9: Inside the Episode (HBO) - Duration: 4:09.

We agreed to... to live here and suffer and be miserable

in this godforsaken rat hole, together.

You can't give up on that.

LENA DUNHAM: This episode is called "Goodbye Tour."

And this is the episode in which Hannah's figuring out

whether she's gonna stay in New York City.

Hannah and Marnie seem to be in touch.

Hannah and Jessa have not been in touch for quite some time

and Hannah can't get in touch with Shoshanna,

to the point where it's getting weird and mysterious.

Will you actually excuse me? it's just kind of impolite

to leave your guests hanging at your own engagement party.

You're engaged.

This is an engagement party for you.

And it's not just a party she wasn't invited to,

but Shoshanna's engagement party?

Like, that's how far away they've grown.

Drifted. And she's had time to get engaged with someone

-and it's not even totally to-- -JENNI KONNER: And plan a party.

And plan a party, and it's not even that insane

-that they're engaged. - KONNER: Right.

And I truly cannot wait to be Mrs. Byron Long.

-Mmm! I love you! -I love you!

-You wanted that for Shoshanna -KONNER: Yes.

I love that you see those girls and you're like,

"Oh, she's got a beautiful friend group,

this great fiancé,

she's moving forward in her life,

and she's able to advocate for herself."

I mean, what am I gonna do? Like, start a fight

and ruin this for Byron and for me? I don't think so.

Hey.

Not you and not now. Not in the mood.

Group meeting in the bathroom. Let's do that.

DUNHAM: We were initially staging it in the living room

and Jenni was like, "Shouldn't we put it in the bathroom,

-where all great Girls-- -KONNER: Girls...

-conversations have taken place? -We've built

more bathrooms, I would guess,

-than any show on television. -DUNHAM: And our guest director,

Nisha Ganatra, she was amazing. She was like,

"I feel like any other director would be like,

'You want me to shoot a seven-page scene

-in a two-foot bathroom?'" -We've never even shot in that

bathroom before without having the door open.

We knew we were really asking for it,

but it did just seem, like, poetic to put them in a bathroom

where they always wind up.

Can you tell me what this is? What we're doing here?

-I don't understand. -We're having a group meeting.

I don't want to have a group meeting.

I remember we were really laughing at the idea,

uh, that Shoshanna would say, "The last six years have been

-a complete waste of time." -Right. Yeah! (LAUGHS)

-DUNHAM: It's basically her denouncing the show. -Yeah.

We can't hang out together anymore, because we cannot be

in the same room without one of us making it completely

and entirely about ourselves.

KONNER: She's letting go of these girls, and even if there's still

some pain for her...

The performance, I thought, that Zosia did beautifully

is like a person who's like...

"You guys can keep doing this as long as you want,

but I have, like, a whole life, and it's literally

on the other side of this door."

In the beginning, also, you probably watched the show

and thought, "Oh, she's like this puppy dog.

-She doesn't seem that smart." -Right.

And then there was a choice made early on...

-What if she's, like, insanely smart? -Right.

Shosh's right...

She's right about everything.

They all basically say, like, let's peace out

on this friendship.

And then after finally saying to each other

what they were all thinking, they managed to actually

have fun and dance together and engage

-in a way they haven't in years. -KONNER: Yeah.

And Shoshanna kind of begrudgingly is like,

"I guess they're at my engagement party."

And Jessa and Hannah have that really sweet, emotional moment

that is sort of like... opens up the door for them to be able

to talk again.

GIRL: Okay, so we need one for wealth, one for romance,

and also one to promote, like, an ease of creativity.

Mmm, yeah. Like a candle is gonna help us find an apartment

that doesn't smell like hot wings.

GIRL: I literally don't care if it smells like hot wings

as long as you're there.

DUNHAM: I really like the moment when you see Hannah watching

the two girls who are excited to have moved to New York together.

KONNER: Oh, yeah! In the magic store?

In the witchcraft store, and they're buying candles

and, like, even the girls themselves, the actors,

they were so excited to be on a set. They were new

to acting. They were, like, thrilled. They couldn't believe

how good the lunch was, and it was a reminder to me that this

has been such a beautiful job to have,

and it's such a lucky thing, and never take it for granted.

And so just like it was, like, reminding Hannah

of her younger life, it was reminding me

of, like, the first day on the pilot where I was like,

-"There's chips everywhere!" -(KONNER, APATOW LAUGH)

It was really nice.

How To SURVIVE FAILURE & Come Out On Top - Duration: 11:46.

you know it has been said that if you

were too afraid of failing to start well

then you've already failed I mean I

think someone said that I don't know who

though and if they haven't I want you to

quote me on that and make memes and

stuff and you know make me look smart to

other people seriously though a fear of

failure is so devastating to your

potential and all the great

opportunities you have in this life and

in this video I want to go through some

areas of failure because surprise

surprise I am no stranger to it myself

and I think there are a few big fella

sees big myths about failing that hold

people back and by being afraid of

failing it's just not cool I don't know

what more I have to say if you're afraid

of failing you're not going to get

started you're not going to take action

I should clarify that if you're afraid

of failing but you do it the same way

you know someone's afraid of a lion but

they still fight the lion like in

gladiator then that's cool but if you're

afraid of failing so much that you don't

take action you don't do anything that

is going to hold you back and lead to a

life of total regret to looking back 10

years from now insane well wasted that

decade what's next let's day drink some

more and never take action and that is

not what I want for you here on this

channel so let's look at three big myths

about failing number one if you fail at

working for yourself you're going to

lose all your money actually actually

that's not a mess that one's true and I

did lose all my money completely and

that really sucked but nonetheless I'm

still arguing for failing here and why

it's not so bad so real mess number one

that if you fail you are going to lose

your friends or the respect of

colleagues friends or family this one

could not be further from the truth I

went through a brutal brutal business

failure that was fairly public in terms

of the nature of my business and the

networks I was in and guess what it only

did good things for me in terms of

family and friends as far as i know and

i'm like Ari Gold I got people

everywhere I know everything going on as

far as I know there is one

I heard about who made kind of an office

cuff remark about me saline and the guy

works in a bank I mean come on des his

own punishment there and aside from that

I heard nothing really negative on the

positive side i gained tons and tons of

friends by going after my business so I

made all these different entrepreneurs

entrepreneurial friends that to this day

are still great friends and as I went

through the failure none of them to my

knowledge at least really lost any

respect for me I know this because when

i restarted as a copywriter i got offers

to do partnerships to work together to

help each other out all this stuff right

away rather than be kind of the guy with

the plague because I go or the leper oh

that's the same rather than being the

leper that is you know kicked out by

going to failure I think people had

respect for they said hey you went for

it you went big you failed so what we

all do it and anything I think I earned

a lot of respect from at least the

people that matter right sure if you go

after your dream which happens to be

working for yourself or your own

business and you fail you better believe

the guy working at the bank who hates

his life and it's too scared to actually

start his own business of course he's

going to look at you and say well yeah

like I failed haha because how else is

it gonna he needs to protect his own ego

because he doesn't have the guts to go

after his own dream because he's too

scared of failing because probably if he

hasn't watched this video which he might

be very offended by at this point so the

people who matter will not lose respect

for you if anything you will gain more

and more of their respect because people

have a huge respect for people who take

control of their own life and go after

what they want so that is myth totally

false if you go after what you want even

if you do fail and stick with me and I'm

going to do my best to keep you from

failing but even if you do fail you will

gain friends you will gain respect and

you're a networks will be better for it

the second myth about failing i think is

people often look at working for

themselves as like a one-time

opportunity you know the fella see with

like business you know I've got it I've

got the one business ideas

make it for me right the reality is

there dozens if not hundreds of

businesses and opportunities you could

do throughout your life and holding off

for that perfect opportunity because

you're scared of failing is not going to

serve you at all you are much better

going for something and maybe maybe

failing and then taking that knowledge

taking everything you've learned from

that experience and then going after

something new because every year that

you work for yourself you'll learn more

about yourself you learn more of a

business and you'll probably discover

more opportunities so rather than being

left in a situation where you went for

the perfect opportunity and failed and

then you're like well I used up that

perfect opportunity i guess for the rest

of my life I'll just hang out and play

xbox instead of that you're going to

find out that there's way better

opportunities because think about it

when you're just starting out you don't

really know a lot no offense if you're

just starting out but you don't okay

it's like when the 14 year old boy like

gives his dad grief like dad you don't

know anything about women I know women

more like my son ever tries that he's

getting a 1950s style never mind but

because you don't know what you don't

know right so when you are starting out

you don't really know that much about

business you might have book knowledge

you might have video knowledge but a lot

of that changes in reality and this is a

good thing because it means a year or

two into business let's say you start

working for yourself for two years and

then you fail and you got to start again

you got to try something else you are

going to be so much smarter two years

and you're going to have so much more

people like a much better network sound

like Donald Trump so much more people

what people you're going to such a

better network and you're going to be in

a situation where you're going to also

have a lot of self-knowledge one of the

things that I found is going through a

big failure I gained a lot of wisdom

like I was much better at making

decisions before when I started the

business I had book knowledge I thought

I knew it all but I was kind of a

wiseass and I didn't know the real world

and afterwards I was a lot wiser a lot

calmer I could think things through a

lot more and we just became I think a

better entrepreneur because of it so

rather than going forward and failing

meaning you miss your opportunity if you

go for it and fail you're going to find

twice

many opportunities on the other side by

going for it you're going to meet new

people you're going to learn new things

and you're going to have way more

opportunities on the other end and the

less myth that i think holds people back

is that if they go for it and they fail

they're going to be left high and dry

just screwed and in a really bad spot

and often i think they could it's an

unknown spot it's a lot scarier than the

reality so there's some truth to this I

mean I mentioned before when I went for

it and failed I was broke broke broke

broke broke broke at the end and I mean

I was like guy who went into starbucks

with like his own starbucks branded

teeth from home just made at home rather

than pay the three dollars 40 there

because i couldn't afford it so i guess

the brokenness and yes you may have a

rough patch if you fail I'm not going to

deny that but to think of it as the end

of the world is completely not it's your

next step in the opportunity and very

very few successful entrepreneurs have

not been in a tough phase or down phase

and it's part of the journey and so at

the end of it you could look at it like

you're high and dry if you want to take

that kind of negative attitude but

really wherever you are right now okay

you have a certain business network a

certain amount of knowledge you have

certain job opportunities right in terms

of whatever job you have or could have

let's say for two years ago work for

yourself now I will make this argument

day and day and day again that if you

work for yourself you learn a lot more a

lot quicker than working for someone

else the amount of skills you pick up

just in a few months and the breadth of

skills that I think is a word that you

need to pick up on to just know all

sorts of different things you are going

to be very in demand if you ever do need

to get a job because a lot of the

entrepreneurial skills that are

important now like internet marketing

exide sales very in demand in all

companies so if you have the

entrepreneurial side you work for

yourself you learn how to be

self-disciplined self-motivated learn

things on your own guess what there are

millions of people who would love to

hire you including me because that's a

great skill set and personality set to

have developed now I would not encourage

you to quit

go back to a job but I want to throw

that out there where if you ever did

you're going to be more in demand than

when you started your business the other

thing let's say you want to do which I

would encourage you to do is start

another company start something new so

for example i started my business which

was a newspaper type thing let's not get

into the details now and when it failed

I became a copyright a freelance

copywriter so I went into this with a

lot of knowledge when I had the

newspaper that's when I'd read a few

books about copywriting I developed more

sales skills I had built a lot of the

assets which help me then be successful

so again wherever you are now two years

from now if you take two years to work

for yourself at the end of that you're

going to be in such a better position in

terms of who you are and that's going to

open up so many more doors so whether

that means working for someone else or

continuing to work for yourself there's

myth of being high and dry like I'm

screwed now I went for it it's total BS

you're going to be so much more better

connected you're going to be more

educated more wise you're going to have

more Skills and all that is going to

open more doors so yes you might have a

few months of being that guy in

starbucks with the t he made from home

that everyone kind of knows he made at

home but you live with it you move on

and you open way more doors and way more

opportunities I can say right now my

life now is so much better than it would

have been if that business had of

succeeded and kept going and I am so

grateful that I kept going that you know

when it did fail I took all that

knowledge and the skills and then you

know kept going and kept moving on with

it and so keep that in mind is yeah you

might have ups and downs but as long as

you keep going you're always developing

yourself you're always becoming better

and you're always getting more

opportunities because you're learning

more and more about what's out there so

that's it these are reasons that you

should not be scared to fail if anything

it sounds like you should fail hex

forget about succeeding go out there

start a business and fail the heck out

of it all right fail miserably come back

to me in two years and you'll be awesome
