How To Overcome Fear Of Failure - Duration: 4:21.

How do you overcome fear?

and not just

fear but, fear of failure.

Kris Krohn here

with REITV and I'm excited to share

with you what I learned years ago that

stopped me dead in my tracks from making

one of my biggest mistakes thanks to one

of my mentors.

Fear, false evidence appearing real.

We're afraid of the unknown. We're afraid of

the of the tiger that's going to jump,

pounce on us out of the bush but guess

what? most of the time the Tiger's not

there! Yet, why do we have this fear?

because if the one in the 1 million time

the tiger actually pounced out we'd be

toast and so we go through life like an

ostrich with our head in the sand,

waving the big fleshy part around for the

tiger to jump out.

fear is no way to

live so how do you overcome a fear of

the unknown? Let me share with you

this paradigm I didn't make this up this

is called "Johari's Window" so I want to

talk to you about this Johari's Window and

here's how I learned about it. One of my

mentors I have paid hundreds of

thousands of dollars to, over the years.

I've got many mentors in this particular

mentor he sold his last company for

hundreds of millions of dollars the

reason why I paid him so much is because

he's been such a great guide and mentor

to me and knowing what I don't know.

Knowing what I don't know, is overcoming

that fear and I'll never forget him

sitting across from me and saying, "Chris

the most dangerous information to you

right now is what you don't know"

and then he showed me this.

so in these four quadrants up here on the top left,

these are things that are known to us but over

here these are the things that are not known

then running up this side right

here we have these things that are,

known

to others

and then we have things that

are not known

to others.

so here's the basic principle, things that are known to

us, and things are known to others. This

is open. There's nothing here to be

afraid of because this is what we know

and this is what others know. Now step

over here for just a moment. This is

where things that are not known to us

but they're known to others, these are

our blind spots. And should we have some

element of fear here, well I don't want

you to live with fear but guess what?

Being blind to the things that you don't

know is definitely a big problem. Now,

over here we got the things that are

known to us but these are also the

things that are not

others. And you know what you would call that?

We would call that

"Hidden"

these are our secrets also can be a

little dangerous but not as dangerous as

the blind spots. This is the one though

that poses the greatest danger. These are

things that we don't know, and these are

things that others don't know. And that

is what we call "unknown"

this is where our greatest fears come from.

It's this idea that, what you don't know is the

most dangerous information to you but

you know it's even more dangerous than

that not knowing that you don't know.

alright so we've got all of this

perception and lacking perception and

awareness in life that it's housing all

of this fear.

how do we overcome this fear?

Fear.

Nobody got time for that!

So I'm just telling you right now, make a choice

that you get to live in power that you

get to live happy. And I want to invite you to

brainstorm all of the new beliefs, and

choices that you could be making and

saying to yourself, calling in creation,

speaking into existence, feeling deeply

with your emotions, and your meditations

that pronounced upon your life a life

without fear. And how do you do that?

You do that with words of empowerment.

You do that with words of love.

Confidence, boldly,

nobly, moving forward in your life

crushing every opportunity that lies in

your path. Seizing every opportunity that

gets you where you want to be.

you have this one life to live so live limitless.

If you want to get a better idea on how to

do that come check out our three-day

empowerment seminar called "limitless"

it's our breakthrough event where we are

here to eradicate all fear that will

ever hold you back

Could We Communicate Across Time And Space? | Science Of Zero Escape DECONSTRUCTED - Duration: 6:13.

Hey there, and welcome to Play Noggin.

I'm Julian, your brain's Player Two.

A lot of games use scientific principles to lend their stories an air of realism.

Sometimes they don't quite nail it -- which keeps Neil deGrasse Tyson up at night.

Some games, however, mix and match scientific ideas and straight science fiction in a cocktail

that's tasty to drink, but won't confuse the refined palate of a scientist.

One series of games stands out in that regard, and that's Zero Escape.

Now, we love Zero Escape.

The mix of interesting characters and pseudo-scientific insanity makes for fantastic storytelling

and engaging puzzle-solving.

But one thing Zero Escape is known for is mixing truth and fiction together, potentially

confusing you about which parts are real, and which parts are just there to convince

you an ancient Egyptian princess could be frozen in a special form of ice to keep her

preserved despite being stored for thousands of years in a pyramid.

These games are plot- and puzzle-heavy, and it's impossible to talk about the ins and

outs without giving away key information.

Consider this your spoiler warning.

Zero Escape games each feature a similar setup: A group of nine people find themselves trapped

in some sort of facility, and they are forced to play a deadly game by a mysterious antagonist

named Zero.

There are a ton of scientific concepts tossed around in each game, and sometimes they're

just red herrings that have nothing to do with the plot, so to simplify, we'd thought

we'd talk about the most important one from each game that makes each story possible.

In Zero Escape, the morphogenetic field is treated as a sort of catch-all for psychic

communication between people and even across time.

The main character of 999, Junpei, is able to telepathically send his knowledge of the

future back in time to his friend, to help her solve a puzzle that saves her life.

A "morphogenetic field" sounds like some mystic mumbo-jumbo your crazy new-age aunt

believes in, but at one time it was a real biological theory.

It was first introduced in 1910 as a way of explaining how different cells knew what they

should do in an organism.

Biologists, for example, can take cells from, say, the limb of an embryo, transplant them

to another embryo, and they would grow and function as a limb.

As we learned more about chromosomes and genes, however, this theory lost most of its support,

since we finally understood how genes function.

The Zero Escape games draw from the work of a man named Rupert Sheldrake, who sees the

concept of morphogenetic fields, and specifically what he refers to as morphic resonance, as

an inherent ability of organisms to share knowledge through the ether and across generations.

His work has largely been discredited, however.

Even still, you'll have to play 999 a bunch even if you do everything right the first

time because they decided sending information through the ether was a crucial game mechanic.

I'm so sick of this first room.

In Virtue's Last Reward, as in the rest of the trilogy, you'll experience a story

that is told over several diverging timelines.

Because of the main character Sigma's abilities, he is able to pass knowledge to his other

"selves" through the morphogenetic field, thus enabling him to solve puzzles using information

he wouldn't otherwise have access to in a particular timeline.

This is the game that took the often-hated "backtracking" mechanic found in countless

other games and made it not just interesting, but compelling.

You'll be glad to jump back and forth along the timelines, solving puzzles, because the

game makes it so fun.

If you don't mind a really annoying rabbit mocking you in the meantime.

The game brings up the concept of Schrodinger's Cat to help explain some of the strange, quantum

mechanics-related plot points.

Erwin Schrodinger proposed a thought experiment wherein a cat is placed in a closed box along

with poison, a radioactive isotope, a geiger counter, and a hammer.

There would be a 50/50 chance of the radioactive material decaying and being detected by the

geiger counter.

If it decays, the hammer to smash the poison bottle, killing the cat.

The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics states that an object in a physical system

simultaneously exists in all possible configurations until it is observed.

Therefore, the cat is both alive and dead until the box is opened, at which point it

settles on a single state of being.

What you might not know is that Schrodinger proposed this theory to point out how ridiculously

flawed the Copenhagen interpretation is.

That interpretation may hold up for electrons, but larger and more complex systems like cats

can't be explained so easily.

Then again who really understands cats?

Virtue's Last Reward leans pretty heavily on the Copenhagen interpretation, positing

that, if the box is opened and the cat is observed alive, there must also be a universe

where the cat is observed dead.

This establishes the multiple timelines, which become the crux of the game's story.

So, once again, Zero Escape uses a real-world scientific theory, but it selects the elements

that will make the most compelling science fiction story.

Nothing wrong with that, just don't cite it as a source in your physics papers.

Zero Time Dilemma is the final game in the trilogy.

This game's Zero is the son of two characters in his little death game.

That's no way to treat your parents, who raised you?

Part of Zero's plan is to give himself the ability to "mind hack," which amounts

to about what it sounds like and is pure science fiction.

But the way he goes about giving himself these powers is through epigenetics.

That is, the study of heritable changes in gene expression that don't actually change

the DNA sequence itself so, a change in phenotype, without a change in genotype.

The cells then read the genetic code differently, which can lead to both positive and negative

changes.

Epigenetics is controlled by a several different modifiers, called "tags."

The two biggest, though, are methyl groups and histones.

Methyl groups function by switching different genes on or off.

Histones, on the other hand, control the degree to which a gene is expressed.

Sort of like a volume knob for your body.

Delta uses the stress of the Decision Game in Zero Time Dilemma to forcibly alter the

genetic expression of his parents, which, in turn, blesses him with psychic powers.

Obviously.

In reality, epigenetics does have a sizable impact on your life.

Too much stress, lack of sleep, and substance abuse can all rewrite your genetic code in

some pretty negative ways we're talking Alzheimer's, cancer, things like that.

But positive actions, like eating better, getting more sleep, and even mindfulness meditation,

has been shown to alter our genetic expression in some pretty great ways.

And our epigenetic changes have the potential to last for generations.

So Delta had the right idea, but maybe he could have done it in a less gruesome and

murder-y way?

I dunno, I'm just throwing out suggestions here.

Thanks for watching.

How Do I Make The Most of My Intuition - Duration: 7:21.

How Do I Make The Most of My Intuition?

Have you ever walked into a room and known immediately which of the strangers in it you

would like or dislike once you got to know them?

Have you ever ignored the latest health craze or health advice regarding medicine,

diet, or supplementation because it didnt feel right to youand you later found out

that it really wasnt good for your particular body?

Have you ever avoided a place or situation even though logic was telling you not toand

you found out later that it would have been a dangerous or uncomfortable venture for you?

If so, you have made great use of your intuition!

Congratulations for allowing it, acknowledging it, and trusting it.

However, if you are like many gifted, talented, and awakening individuals, you may marvel

at how intuition has served you, but you also wonder why intuition doesnt seem to make

itself known more often, more clearly, or as frequently as you would like.

Intuition or your gut feeling is actually your ability to tune into frequencies: the

frequencies of the people around you, of what you ingest, of your environment, and of an

emotion or scenario.

Some people are innately tuned into a larger spectrum of frequencies, almost like

a radio, and naturally pick up more stations. Those frequencies give them remarkable information

about people, as well as about situations in the past, present, and future.

Despite incredible efforts and progress, science tells us that there are still frequencies

out there that we are not yet capable of identifying, measuring, and understanding.

Therefore, most scientists and other researchers believe that not every human at this very

moment is genetically and environmentally equipped to receive every station or frequency

clearly.

However, we are certainly ALL capable of making the most of our own individual capacities

to tune in. So, here are some ways to appreciate the intuition that you have, develop

your intuition muscle further, and use it to make the most of this human experience.

Step 1: Tuning Into Your Intuition

REMIND yourself that we have been socialized and conditioned to filter and even ignore

our intuition, especially how it is expressed through our bodys sensations.

These sensations actually tell us how we are feeling, what we are needing, what others

around us are experiencing, what the weather may be, and even what the planet and cosmos

may be doing.

STEP BACK and OBSERVE your body as a vessel.

As objectively as possible, simply notice the emotions and physical sensations that

flow in and out of you at various points in your day.

TAKE NOTES so that over time you see more clearly which frequencies your body is truly

picking up, when you pick them up, and how regularly you respond to them.

By taking notes, you will see patterns more clearly and learn how to distinguish what

originates in your own system from that which you are picking up from others or from the

world around you.

You will also be fortifying your bodys library of frequencies to reference

and help you recognize whenever you encounter the same or similar ones in the future.

Step 2: Trusting Your Body and Instincts

Once youve taken notes and taken notice of when and how your system responds, CONFIRM

what RESONATES with YOUnot what works for others or what others tell you should work

for you.

RESPECT and ADDRESS CRAVINGS, especially if you crave a food or spice, a certain environment

(country, city, water, nature, etc.), climate or temperature, sport or activity, hobby,

theory or modality.

There is a reason and/or function for it.

The craving signals something you are missing or needing in order to thrive optimally in

that moment or even long-term.

LISTEN TO and TRUST the signals in your body, and your body will unleash more and more valuable

and understandable information, and do so much more frequently.

Step 3: Flexing Your Intuition Muscle

PRACTICE on OTHERS because it benefits you both!

Ever notice that you feel like a guru when asked to give advice to others, but often

dont seem to take or trust that advice in your own life?

The same sort of second-guessing or over-filtering happens with intuition as well.

So, in order to flex your intuition muscle, practice being someone elses frequency/intuition

guru.

When you MEET someone, TOUCH someones hand, or TALK with someone, NOTICE what you feel

and the thoughts or ideas that dart in and out of your head very quicklyespecially

when those thoughts are random or dont coincide with the setting or with that persons

body language.

At some point either immediately or in the future, ASK that person (appropriately and

sensitively, of course!) about what you were sensing, experiencing, or thinking.

You are likely to find that you were picking up their frequenciestheir thoughts, feelings,

and even future energy.

You will have gotten practice, and they will have gotten a valuable sense of connection.

PAY ATTENTION to the content, timing, and sensations in DREAMS or even ASTRAL TRAVEL.

Dreams or projection/travel are key ways for you to receive and develop intuitive messages,

information, or downloads both from within yourself and from energies or entities

beyond this world.

Step 4: Raising Your Own Frequency Levels to Enhance Intuition

SURROUND YOURSELF or BE IN CONTACT with others of higher frequency.

As athletes know, the most effective way to really improve your own level of performance

is to be around others who are where you hope to be too.

ENGAGE in the activities or IMMERSE yourself in the environments that make you feel best

and in your zone. Whether its in water, nature, watching a movie, reading a

book, working out, etc., spend time in your place of clarity, joy, creativity, and comfort.

VISUALIZE desirable outcomes and even write or map them so that they seem more tangible

and dimensional.

Dwelling in possibility leads to dreams coming true!

TRUST and BE GRATEFUL for the ride.

Your life has been filled with synchronicities, blessings, lessons, and triumphs.

Know that they have served you even in the moments that you questioned them.

KNOW that your purpose and destiny will also unfold perfectly as you keep moving and keep

open

to the greatness of our energetic universe.

i feel quite worried about the future

of my youtube channel and that's because

of something that happened some weeks

decided to leave YouTube because they

saw some of their ads showing all races

videos on a couple of races videos so

they decided to just leave youtube stop

advertising on YouTube and that means

that a lot of YouTube creators are being

affected by this a lot of YouTube

creators really experienced a big drop

in revenue and in monetized views at

first I thought that I wasn't going to

be affected by this because it just

makes bass guitar videos music videos I

don't make dangerous content of news or

something else so I thought it was going

to be fine but then about one week ago

this YouTube crisis hit me too and I am

very worried about that because I

noticed a very big drop in revenue even

though my views are doing fine I work

every day on videos I always think about

new ideas ate my full-time job and it's

very frustrating to see what is going on

now and because of just a cup of racist

videos everyone is going to be affected

the main reason I make videos on YouTube

is because I love it and that's my

passion I really need to make videos and

I'd love to make funny videos music

videos I don't really like doing this

but I need to ask for your help now

if you can like share one of my videos

with your friends or leave a comment

below and tell me if you if you see ads

IN THE SECRET PLACES OF THE STAR CITY - Duration: 6:56.

You're probably asking why I'm filming myself putting my shoes on

It seems completely stupid, I know...

But uhhh...

This is a vlog. It's a little different from the others,

so please don't leave yet

In this vlog, our goal is to visit the star city

Well that's what I call it but thats not at all what it's actually called...

It's called: Neuf-Brisach

But you might be asking: Then why do you call it the star-city?

You're such a child!... It's beacause this city was made in a star shape

Here's a photo of the city from above

Because we can't see anything on my Iphone because of the annoying reflections on the screen...

And we're not only going to this city,

we're going to visit the walls...

Ah I don't know what they're called...

Ah, the little cut that you didn't notice. So we are actually going to visit the "ramparts" of this city

So we are actually going to visit the "ramparts"

of this city. But not alone,

we're going to get a very big friend....

a big...

a big friend....

He's a friend in whom I can always trust

Look, here's some proof... You can't do this with every friend

After two hours of travel with my 50cc.. I finally arrived at his house

30 years later!! He's here, that's him.

This friend is very special,

he always has his baseball bat with him

But it's just in case, maybe some people were following me

After having talked about our strategy for 2 hours

Just kidding it was only 2 minutes

We decided it was time to go

So that we could achieve our goal, which wouldn't be easy, and we were aware of that...

After 5 hours of travel... You wouldn't even imagine..

We finally arrived

And all of a sudden, we thought we had found the secret entry

to the ramparts of Neuf-Brisach

Do you think this whole is big enough?

Yeah.. well.. you can put your hand through it

Isn't he so funny

We decided to knock on the metallic door to see

if a good samaritan would open it

I found another entrance

We can go up this way

This being to difficult

I found another path to go up there

Umm... I have nothing to say.

And of course we had flashlights, we were prepared.

At this moment I didn't know why my friend was smiling like that...

Why?

Are you hiding something from me? Did you steal my keys?

And then!

A strange thing

appeared in front of us

What is that?...

It's a demon

We continued our search for an entrance into the city walls

And then, we saw a new entrypoint

Yep... We almost missed it..

Look at this! She's a big one!

I can go in front if you want? Go ahead, I'm scared

Ah!! I'm kidding, I too was scared

We had an idea to avoid the spiders...

Helmet

Oh! What's this?

And now,

our goal...

is to enter

inside of there

I'll confess to you that at this moment, we were slighlty uncomfortable

Because motorcycles aren't allowed on these paths

We found it man

Ah! Look at how happy we were at this moment,

we had finally found the famous secret entrance

If that isn't cool haha..

My friend was the first to enter, he had to do a recognition of the area

Actually it was mostly because I was scared that there might be spiders..

that's why I let him go first.

It's not dangerous.

Good thing he's here!

Oh, someone's there!

Turn the light on!

I can't see anything man!

Turn the light on

Light.. light..

The light doesn't work anymore. Really?

Dude... what do we do?

Oh never mind it works!

Frankly I don't know why I was holding that thing...

We did it dude!

So our adventure was over, and we headed home

Ah! What a surprise!

TUTORIAL - Fashion Figure for Beginners | 9 Heads [Version 2] - Duration: 9:03.

Hi everyone!

I am back with a new video and this is going to be a tutorial on how I draw the fashion

figure using the 9 Heads technique, which I learnt from the book 9 Heads by Nancy Riegelman,

so a link to where you can find that book and other resources are listed in the description

box.

So feel free to check them out!

For this tutorial, I'm going to keep it super simple, and I'm not going to explain

too much about the basis of the technique because that can be kind of confusing especially

if you're watching this and you just want to get started on drawing the fashion figure.

This tutorial is basically going to be me showing how I do it and you are free to copy

it step by step in order to learn my method.

And in a follow-up video, I will talk more about the 9 Heads technique and why it's

used in drawing human body proportions, as well as how you can use the technique to take

off from here and draw different body types to suit your style and the characters you

want to draw.

With drawing the fashion figure, the 9 Heads technique is just one of the many ways to

learn the proportions.

There are also the 10 Heads and 12 Heads technique, but the 9 Heads technique creates a more realistic

figure.

So as you can see on the piece of paper here, I have drawn 10 horizontal lines down on the

page and between each line is an inch.

I've also labelled each line with the corresponding number to make it easier which line I am talking

about.

Then the space between each line represents the size of a human head.

In this video, because each line is spaced 1 inch apart, the head size of my figure is

also going to be 1 inch.

And I've also labelled each space as the corresponding head number, and I've also

drawn an oval in each space to represent the head shape.

And this just gives us an idea of why it's called 9 Heads technique – because it's

9 heads stacked vertically which will then help us identify the placement of each body

part.

Also, please note that you do not have to draw every single head.

You can do this for your first time, but all we really need to do is draw the 10 lines

spaced evenly apart, because that will save us time for our guidelines.

So now onto the measurements!

Between Line 1 and Line 2 is of course the head, so I'm drawing an oval shape.

Then a third of Head 2 is the neck so I'm just drawing two lines down.

Then half of Head 2 is for the shoulders and there are no set measurements for length of

the shoulder line.

It can be as narrow or as broad as you want.

And I will explain more of this in the follow-up video.

For now, I'm drawing the line to be wider than the head.

Then the top of Head 3 is the apex or the centre of this person's boobs so I'm just

drawing two circles.

And starting with geometric shapes like this can make it easier to visualise the body especially

when you're just starting out.

Next, the top of Head 4 is where the waistline will be, and because we tend to see small

waists in high fashion models, this line is usually drawn much shorter than the shoulder

line, but again it can be as wide or as narrow as you want.

Then a third of Head 4 is for the high hip line.

And as you saw me do before, I am connecting the previous line to this new line and it

creates a trapezium shape since the ideal hips are wider than the waist.

Then the top of Head 5 is where the crotch is, so I'm just drawing a triangle from

the hip line to this point.

All the way down to the top of Head 7 is where the knees are, and I'm just drawing circles

that are fairly far apart because the pose of this drawing is that she is standing with

feel slightly apart.

The circles also represent the joints.

And down to the top of Head 9 are for the ankles slash heels.

And because this is a fashion figure, models usually wear heels; therefore the entire feet

would occupy Head 9.

And we're almost done.

Now it's just time to add in the arms.

So I drew two circles where the shoulders are, just at the edge of the shoulder line.

And I will connect that to the top of Head 4, where the waistline is, because it is also

the line for the elbows.

Once again, I am drawing circles for the joints and connecting those back to the shoulders.

And the top of Head 5, which is where the crotch is, that guideline is also for the

wrists.

Then finally, roughly the size of Head 5, I say about 2/3 of Head 5 is where the hands

are going to be.

Now you can draw the hands as large as Head 5, but I wouldn't draw it any smaller than

2/3 of Head 5.

And that is basically it.

To be honest, we don't really need exact measurements to draw the human figure or the

fashion figure, and I will further explain this in the follow up video.

Unfortunately explaining it can make this complicated, that's why I left it out.

So before that video comes out, feel free to check out the resources listed below.

Also keep in mind that these are guidelines only.

Guidelines are definitely just guides and not rules.

This technique is useful for anyone wanting to learn the basic human proportions in a

step-by-step manner.

I would highly recommend practicing this along with reference photos and real life model

studies to help you gain a better understanding of human anatomy.

And while there are guidelines to help with drawing what is considered the ideal body

proportions, this should not be where your learning ends.

Once again, feel free to utilise the tools and resources I have listed in the description
