Republican Congressman Who Heckled Obama Gets Roasted At His Own Townhall - Duration: 4:10.

Many years ago, President Obama was giving an address to a joint session of Congress.

He was discussing the Affordable Care Act and how it was going to help millions of Americans

finally get insurance.

It was going to be an affordable way to get people health insurance coverage.

During this address, Republican Representative from South Carolina, Joe Wilson, decided to

just shout out, "You lie."

That was the maturity level of Joe Wilson at the time.

He thought, "Hey, this is a great time for me to get people to finally learn my name.

I'm going to yell "you lie" to the President of the United States during a joint session

of Congress, because that's the kind of person I am."

For the longest time, Joe Wilson actually felt no repercussions of that other than a

little bit of publicity, until this week, when this happened.

My question now for Republican Joe Wilson is how does it feel?

See, the difference here is that when you yelled, "You lie," to President Obama, he

wasn't actually lying, but when your own constituents yelled it back at you, you were lying.

You were sitting there trying to sell them a disastrous Republican health care plan that's

going to strip them of their health care coverage.

It's going to kick them off of insurance rolls.

It's going to do nothing to lower costs for people in terms of premiums and prescription

drug coverage.

It's basically just a tax giveaway to the top 1%.

You were lying to your constituents, and they called you on it, and they called you on it

in a way that only you deserve.

Furthermore, what got people in that crowd so worked up is the fact that Joe Wilson also

claimed that he supports the victims of domestic violence.

He really feels for those women who get assaulted by their husbands or boyfriends, spouses,

whatever, except for the fact that he actually voted against the Violence Against Women Act,

and his constituents, again, know that.

They know that he doesn't mean it when he says he cares about women.

They know he doesn't mean it when he says that he cares about giving them affordable

health care coverage.

Joe Wilson is a liar.

What's happening to him today is what's happening to Republicans all over this country.

Suddenly, we have an American public, an American voting base, that understands what's happening

in this country, and they understand who is responsible for it, and that is the Republicans.

When you control all three branches of the federal government, yeah, you're going to

get blamed for everything, because you are, in effect, responsible for everything.

Again, for the first time in all my years of doing this, I see an American public that

has woken up, that is paying attention, and that is getting active, and more importantly,

getting angry.

Sitting by saying, "Well, this is just how it goes," being complacent, is being complicit.

You have to get out there.

You have to do what these people at the Joe Wilson town hall did, and you have to hold

these people accountable for the rights that they are trying to take away from you every

day in the halls of Congress.

It took a while, but Joe Wilson finally felt karma.

We are going to show you how team dynamics can win you games!

Hello guys, welcome to the dojo.

Let's cut to the case, what is an engagement?

An engagement is a teamfight where both teams are facing each other at their full potential

(6v6).

Teams usually want to group up and attack together to have the highest chance to take

the objective.

We are going to dissect the dynamics, and show you what is happening.

Pay attention, as a good engagement is made of a lot of tiny variables.

This guide is dependent on our video about good communication.

If you really want to make good engages happen, you need to be able to talk to and with your

teammates.

By understanding the concepts we are going to draft up, you will have an easy time coordinating

your team.

Let's talk about what leads to an engagement.

Before they begin, the attackers must evaluate the enemy forces:

First of all, check their team composition and decide if you have a solid counter to

their team.

If not, are you safe to ignore this fact?

In most cases you want to be on the safe side, except when you are doing some cheesy thing

yourself.

You should always prepare for possible threats in the enemy team, like a Hanzo, who can pick

you before you get in position and draw shields, Mei who can cut you in half, etc.

The next thing to check is their team position compared to yours.

Who has the advantage of high ground, covers and chokes?

Are you safe to engage, if so, how?

If you are not safe to attack them directly, what route can you take?

For example, if the enemy team takes the high ground on Holywood defense, you can either

try to fight them there or just go to the right side behind shields and force them to

come to you.

Then you need to consider target priority.

Try to decide who to eliminate first in order to maximize your chances of winning the fight.

For example a Mercy with ult should always be your first target, as she can just res

anyone you killed with a single ultimate.

What are the main threats to a successful engagement ? Discuss a priority list of targets

before the engagement!

It's important to stick to the same targets and kill them more quickly than they kill

your team.

How can we deal with their setup ? Decide what is going to be the most effective way

to counter the enemy team.

Which routes are the best to take or guard.

Positional advantage can win you games, as you can split the enemy team with a good engage,

making it hard for them to focus.

Do they have ultimates ? If yes, which ones ? Can they do a wombo-combo?

Do we have ultimates ? Which ones ? Can we do a wombo-combo?

Once the required data has been gathered, it's time to establish a plan of action.

Let's see a hands on example on Numbani attack.

Let's say the first engagement is happening.

After a few seconds of recon, you know that Ana and Soldier are on the right side of the

point up top, the rest of the team is guarding the main entrance on the high ground.

After a few seconds, your IGL decides that your team can take on theirs as is.

He positions Genji and Winston on main to dive on Soldier and Ana, focusing Ana first.

The rest of the team will break the choke and face the other team head on.

This is an example engagement, but you should get the idea.

We are going to dissect the phases of engagement, so you get a really solid idea of the thought

process behind these.

First of all, a good team always has someone who coordinates their movements.

This person is always present in competitive games, and you can see someone taking the

lead in solo q too.

We are calling this role the in game leader.

So, let' get back to our example.

Your IGL gives the signal to go, Winston and Genji jump on Soldier and Ana.

Meanwhile Roadhog and Zarya start to work on Reinhardt's shield.

The situation plays out like this: Winston and Genji die from the cross fire of their

DPS.

Your Hog dies to Zarya before he could flee.

Zarya, Lucio and Ana back off thanks to speed boost with a sliver of health.

So this thing failed, but how can we make it work?

An engagement is a fluid set up, what to do can change from seconds to seconds depending

on the opponent response to your engagement.

Engaging first forces the opponent to react to your push, it puts your team in a favorable

position.

This is the advantage of the initiative.

If they do not have a strategy or tactic in place for this specific engagement, they'll

lose some players.

Thus, the best way to engage is to engage quickly and decisively.

Follow through the priority list as fast as you can to give your opponent less time to

react and adjust.

Never second guess during the actual engagement, as this will cause delay and therefore a lost

engagement.

Following a bad decision together as a team is better than everyone doing what they think

is best.

In our previous example, a good decision would have been to commit the whole team to just

one side, or to switch roles before the first engagement.

You know that their weak point is the isolated duo Soldier/Ana.

They do not have speed boost to move their team in response to your engagement out of

harm's way.

One solution could be to switch the Winston to a DVa because the Soldier and Ana move

away from the diving tank, focus the Soldier with Genji while DVa uses her Defense Matrix

to protect the diving duo from McCree, Soldier and Ana while your Ana support the duo from

the low ground.

Hog could be switched to a sniper to force the shield in a certain position and get a

pick on the second support or McCree if they turn the shield away.

Yes, switching takes time, but jumping into really bad engages takes a lot more time,

plus you are giving ultimate charge to the enemy.

If you see the situation is really not in your favor (for example someone gets picked

really quickly and then you would just wither away) just fall back and swap.

Speaking about falling back, let's discuss when and how to disengage properly.

Disengaging is the most complicated thing to determine in a push.

To recognize when an engagement failed can be an arduous task, it relies heavily on your

IGL to identify the situation and give the correct call.

From our previous example, the main disengage occurred when Genji and Winston died.

This is the time when Lucio should have used his Amped Up speed to get out of the situation

before losing the Roadhog and giving away ultimate charge.

Recognizing when to disengage can be hard, and this skill is mostly honed by experience.

You can always watch how pro players do these, analyzing their games when the tides of battle

turn against them.

They are rarely wiped, always managing to get away with some players.

Some examples when to disengaging is heavily recommended :

You're more than 1 teammate down and you can't make it an equal fight

Losing a big tactical advantage like your Reinhardt at the start of a push or your main

healer Your team composition is heavily countered

by theirs Several of your teammates are affected by

statuses like heal ban or hack ( in this situation it's best to disengage until there's a

cleanse ability in the game beside Zarya's bubble)

They're using an ultimate like Blizzard or Tactical Visor.

Just backpedal, hide and wait until it is over.

You have several low health teammates and the enemy team is less damaged and abilities

are not immediately on the ready.

Applying this knowledge is a lot easier with a premade team.

But what can you do when you are playing in solo?

Overwatch is a team game, and you need to play with 5 strangers in your ranked matches.

If you are willing to climb, you need to use all the tools there are to achieve victory.

By understanding the dynamics of Overwatch, you are going to be able to help your team

moving and acting together.

On lower levels, your best bet is to use the in-game-chat or voice to prepare for engagements.

People can be hard to deal with, but everyone wants to win, even Hanzo mains.

By giving them directions and a path of engagement, you can help the team win fights.

On higher levels this knowledge is supposed to be common.

However drafting up a plan for engagement will still help you a lot in your teamfights,

so don't be shy to do it.

If you want to improve this knowledge besides the basics, and want to understand how to

react to any situation, the best thing to do is to play matches, record them and analyze

the team engagements.

You need to consider if you had every piece of information you needed before the team

engaged.

See if the targets go down in priority order, if any positional mistakes were made or someone

not followed the directions.

By analyzing these engages step-by-step from your perspective, you can understand how a

certain engage can go wrong and you are going to be able to react to these situations in

your future games.

Lupus nephritis - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 5:57.

The term 'lupus' refers to systemic lupus erythematosus, 'nephritis' refers to the

'nephron,' the Greek word for kidney, and 'itis' means inflammation, so lupus

nephritis refers to inflammation of the kidney that results from having systemic lupus erythematosus.

Lupus is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks various parts of the

body, including the skin, joints, lungs, heart, central nervous system, and, of course, the

kidneys.

In fact, about half of all individuals with lupus develop some form of lupus nephritis.

In lupus, what happens is that some cells have their DNA so badly damaged, that the

cell undergoes programmed cell death, or apoptosis, and it dies.

This produces all these little apoptotic bodies, and exposes the insides of the cell, including

parts of the nucleus, like DNA, histones, and other proteins, to the rest of the body.

Now in lupus the immune system is more likely to think that cellular parts are foreign,

or antigens, and since they're from the nucleus, their referred to as nuclear antigens,

and immune cells try to attack them.

Not only that though, individuals with lupus have less effective clearance, essentially

they aren't as good at getting rid of the apoptotic bodies and so they end up having

more nuclear antigens floating around.

So as a result of all of this, B cells start producing antibodies against these pieces

of nucleus, which are called antinuclear antibodies.

These antinuclear antibodies bind to nuclear antigens, forming antigen-antibody complexes,

which drift away in the blood and deposit in various places including the kidneys.

These immune complexes can then initiate an inflammatory reaction, which is known as a

type III hypersensitivity reaction.

Lupus nephritis is classified into various types depending on the exact site of these

immune complexes and subsequent inflammatory reaction.

The most common site of deposition is just underneath the capillary wall, also known

as the endothelium, but deposits can also be within the Bowman's space of the nephron,

the basement membrane, or near the mesangial cells.

The extent of inflammation within the kidney can be focal, involving nephrons in just one

area, or diffuse, involving almost all of the nephrons in both kidneys.

In the majority of cases lupus nephritis presents as a nephrotic syndrome, which means that

the damage to the nephron allows plasma proteins to get into the urine, which causes proteinuria—typically

greater than 3.5 grams per day.

An important protein in the blood is albumin, and so when it starts leaving the blood, people

get hypoalbuminemia—low albumin in the blood.

With less protein in the blood the oncotic pressure falls, which lowers the overall osmotic

pressure, which drives water out of the blood vessels and into the tissues, called edema.

Finally, it's thought that as a result of either losing albumin or losing some protein

or proteins that inhibit the synthesis of lipids—or fat—you get increased levels

of lipids in the blood, called hyperlipidemia.

Just like the proteins, these lipids can also get into the urine, causing lipiduria.

And those are the hallmarks of nephrotic syndrome—proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, edema, hyperlipidemia, and

lipiduria.

However, in some cases, lupus nephritis can present as a nephritic syndrome, which means

that the damage to the nephron ends up allowing red blood cells to filter into the urine,

which causes hematuria or blood in the urine.

The location of the lesions and the extent of kidney injury often predicts whether the

general presentation will be nephrotic versus nephritic, but it's far from exact.

This brings us to the diagnosis of lupus nephritis.

which typically requires a kidney biopsy.

Deposition of immune complexes in the Bowman's space results in a characteristic crescent-shaped

swelling of the area and deposition in the basement membrane can cause thickening of

the structure, giving rise to a 'wire-loop' pattern.

It's also possible to look for the presence of immune markers like complement proteins

and immunoglobulins in the glomerulus by staining them with fluorescent markers.

Lupus nephritis is treated the same way that lupus is treated, by suppressing the immune

system.

This is often done with corticosteroids as well as specific medications like mycophenolate

and cyclophosphamide.

Alright, as a quick recap.

Lupus nephritis is inflammation of the kidneys caused by lupus and it can present as a nephrotic

or nephritic syndrome.

It occurs due to the deposition the immune complexes in the nephron, a type III hypersensitivity

reaction, and the resulting inflammation causes damage that can be detected on a kidney biopsy.

so odd these are really cool fun set

so first of all we got teg and his jeep

wrangler rubicon you can see here if you

push the front he does like jump from

the hood of the vehicle and this has

some other cool features there so he

jumps from the hood of the vehicle he

could also stand on the top of the

vehicle because his feet are magnetized

and he could also get into the vehicle

so let's go ahead and open this up you

guys they make the packaging easy to

open up to you can simply pop the bottom

off release these and the Jeep pops out

so you could actually preserve the

packaging pretty nice if you like that

which I do okay guys they really do a

great job with these sets I really like

this first of all he does te Jay does

have magnets on his feet actually they

mean they look just like the figures do

holds them too so he doesn't fall off

Allah it's not strong enough to where it

doesn't launch it so you could long-term

way up into the air and you could

combine different characters and use the

How To Get Top Dollar When Selling Your Car - Caprice SS - Chemical Guys Car Care - Duration: 7:23.

What's up guys welcome back to the Detail Garage, it's good to see you again.

Today we have this 2013 Chevy Caprice SS.

This car is actually pretty rare and isn't seen in this condition.

It was recently repainted and the owner is getting it ready for an auction so we are

going to put the final touches on this vehicle to enhance the shine and possibly the best price.

So I started off by washing it, I don't know if you guys can hear it but it is raining

outside so we used EcoSmart to take care of any of the loose dirt and debris that was

sitting on top of the surface and to get the contamination that is stuck in the paintwork

I used a Clay Block and if you listen it is super smooth.

Now it is ready for the next step in our detailing process which is glaze.

Using Wet Mirror Finish which is a glaze that fills minor imperfections in the paint to

give it the ultimate finish and it really enhances the metallic in the black.

Over here I've got my TORQ 10FX set up with a Black Finishing Pad.

I'll start by shaking up the product.

Then I'll apply five dime sized drops to the pad.

A common question I get is why I don't spray the pad with conditioner when I apply glaze,

sealant or wax.

The reason for that is because when you apply a glaze or any kind of coating you're not

actually creating much pressure and heat like you would be during a paint correction where

you need to reduce the friction to prevent marring.

Usually when you spread a glaze, sealant or wax by machine it is spread on the lowest

speed setting which reduces marring or harming the paint.

So I'll spread this out on the lowest speed setting working back and forth over the vehicle

covering fifty percent of my last pass for an even bond and shine.

After applying Wet Mirror Finish to the body I've let it sit for fifteen minutes and now

we're going to buff it off.

Using these Green Happy Ending Towels, the high plush pile is going to pick up all the

product without streaking and since it has a laser cut edge it's not going to install

any new swirls or scratches.

I'll place it on the paintwork and working back and forth in straight lines I'll start

picking everything up while avoiding going in circular motions because if you pick up

any kind of contamination or anything that can scratch it will create a swirl which is

a lot easier to see and harder to polish out.

Just by doing my first pass I can see that it has done a tremendous job, the metallic

is really popping and the surface is super slick because whenever you clay it gives product

a better surface to bond which means it helps it last longer while looking better.

Already this SS is looking amazing but we want to take this one step further so we are

going to apply Extreme Top Coat and this is a two in one deal that offers wax for shine

and sealant to protect the finish as well as the glaze.

So I'll apply it using a Black Hex-Logic Pad which spreads it super fine for a durable

bond which uses less product making it easier to buff off.

Again I'll start by shaking the product.

Using the same five dots method I'll apply some to the pad.

In the same manner that I applied the Wet Mirror Finish, we'll blotch it out and work

it back and forth in straight lines on the lowest speed setting.

The importance of applying a sealant or wax is obviously it adds shine but more importantly

it will protect the finish from anything that can harm it like water spots or bird poop

that can deteriorate the clear coat.

So I'll apply it to the vehicle, let it bond and buff it off.

To recap everything we've done to the Caprice SS, we started off by using EcoSmart to waterless

wash the entire vehicle which encapsulates all the dirt and debris to wipe off without scratching.

Then using a Clay Block I took care of any embedded dirt to restore a super slick finish

so the products would bond better.

I coated it in Wet Mirror Finish which masks any minor scratches and swirls while enhancing

the shine of the metallic.

We finished it off using Extreme Top Coat which is a sealant and a wax in one to

give it shine and protection.

I've waited fifteen minutes and now I'm going to buff it off using our Blue Sasquatch Towel,

this is an incredibly plush towel which picks up a lot of product and since it has a silk

banded edge it won't install new scratches and swirls.

Before you use any new towel you'll want to tear off the tag this way you don't increase

the chances of installing scratches or swirls.

Hi everyone, I am vocal, guitarist, composer and lyricist for the band the 11th commandment.

to find when you can't even find a job! But back to the topic.

Believe it or not, our first EP and Remastered edition were recorded with no other interface

but behringer guitar link that costs like 10-20 bucks.

Obviously due no phantom power the microphone that was used was dynamic so anyone that understands that

is just facepalming really hard. Addition to that

Guitar used was Ibanez RG420 with v7/v8 passive magnets.. another reason to facepalm.

Regardless in spite of all that we did get good reviews, it's fine, not like we're bitching about it

Now back to the present.

I bought focusrite scarlet 2i2 so now I have phantom power!

cheap one, again, it was called Samson but this time it's a condenser!

And guess what?

No professionals, no studios, no one but myself sitting in my chair getting pleasure from

screen radiation!
