US Deploys "Nuclear Sniffer" Plane To Japan As North Korea Tensions Come To A Boil

As tensions over North Korea's nuclear program mount, the United States Air Force has deployed

a WC-135 (a.k.a. the "Nuclear Sniffer"), an aircraft that specializes in detecting radioactive

debris after the detonation of a nuclear device, to Okinawa, Japan to assist with monitoring

for potential nuclear tests in the region. The aircraft was deployed to Kadena Air Base,

Okinawa, as confirmed by the Nikkei media outlet reported based on talks with a senior

Japan Self Defense Forces official.

According to The Aviationist, the WC-135 can be used to capture atmospheric samples and

analyze the fallout residue in real-time to help confirm the characteristics of any nuclear

warhead used.

Constant Phoenix flies in direct support of the U.S. Atomic Energy Detection System, a

global network of nuclear detection sensors that monitor underground, underwater, space-based

or atmospheric events. As the sole agency in the Department of Defense tasked with this

mission, AFTACs role in nuclear event detection is critical to senior decision makers in the

U.S. government, says the Air Force.

Our aircraft is equipped with external flow devices that allow us to collect airborne

particulate on filter paper and a compressor system for whole air samples, said Tech.

Sgt. Matthew Wilkens, a 9S100 and airborne operations section chief in a recent release.

The particulate samples are collected using a device that works like an old Wurlitzer

jukebox. An arm grabs the paper from its slot and moves it to the exterior of the fuselage.

After exposure, it is returned to the filter magazine where a new paper is selected for

use. Its a simple, yet very effective, concept.

Effluent gasses are gathered by two scoops on the sides of the fuselage, which in turn

trap fallout particles on filters. The mission crews have the ability to analyze the fallout

residue in real-time, helping to confirm the presence of nuclear fallout and possibly determine

the characteristics of the warhead involved. The aircraft was supposed to arrive at its

Forward Operating Base last month but it was forced to perform an emergency landing at

Sultan Iskandar Muda airport in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, on its way to Japan, on Mar. 24,

following an engine failure.

There are two WC-135 Constant Phoenix aircraft in service today which are operated by the

45th Reconnaissance Squadron from Offutt Air Force Base, with mission crews staffed by

Detachment 1 from the Air Force Technical Applications Center.

Of course, this latest news follows an order revealed earlier this week from Pacific Command

to turn the USS Carl Vinson strike group toward waters near the Korean peninsula for the second

time in recent months, rather than onward to Australia for planned port visits.

Moreover, as we noted this morning, it also follows an unexpected call from Trump to Chinese

President Xi this morning to discuss the rapidly developing situation on the peninsula.

China insists on realizing the denuclearization of the peninsula, insists on maintaining peace

and stability on the peninsula, and advocates resolving the problem through peaceful means,

Xi was quoted as saying in the call according to Chinese state broadcaster CCTV said.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang, who said Trump had initiated the call, urged

everyone to lower the tension. "We hope that the relevant parties do not adopt irresponsible

actions. Under the current circumstances, this is very dangerous," Lu told reporters

at a regular press briefing. Kang also said Wednesday at a regular briefing in Beijing

that it was a good thing that the two leaders were in touch again days after meeting

in Florida. Translation: Trump is strongly urged not to

launch a unilateral strike on North Korea as he did on Syria without express Chinese

prior approval.

In the Golden Age of Beat 'em Ups, companies were making kickass games about pummeling thugs on the street

There were punches, weapons, throws, and holes where to toss bad guys so they fucking die and stop wasting oxigen

The Brawlers of that time were Da Shit And every one of them was better than the last one

And they always had a hot chick

Double Dragon had Marian, Streets of Rage had Blaze, Final Fight had Jessica, then Maki and later Lucia. All Stacked Blondes

When Technos was alive and kicking, besides the Lee Brothers Franchise, they had Kunio-kun games like Renegade on Sega Master System

Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer with female fighters designed by a Hentai artist

And River City Ransom, where two dudes hit the streets taking apart gangs by using their fists

If some cholo that skips school to go steal at other neighbourhoods, 2 vigilantes make him their bitch by smacking his ass the way his mama never did so he behaves

You're gonna se how the asshole will stop loitering out there when he should be in class

But no, today's moms don't spank anymore because they "cause trauma"

Well, traumatize you're fucking kids!

Later those fuckers that don't even have hair in the ass go around mugging people, and neighbors have to teach them some respect and they wake up in some dumpster

Then their mom's are crying 'cuz "me angel was just a little rascally, but he didn't deserved this"

Is better one hit with a belt in time so the boy isn't stealing his cousin's toys, than letting him grow up thinking that it is OK to take other people's property

'cuz some mugger doesn't get a spank and that's it, the common folks strip him naked and beat him with leather whips so he quits that way of life

If we had a politician like Mike Haggar that cleaned up the streets of gangs via piledrivers, we wound't have any junkie NEET derping on public spaces

Alex and Ryan freed River City of delincuent youth groups that instead of studying were stealing money from little kids at the Arcade

and used the start button as ashtray when the play KOF 2002 with Rugal, K9999 and Orochi Yashiro, just to turn off the machine when their losing

They say that a slap with a slipper on time will keep boys from becoming vulgar sleazy lazy bums that go through life thinking they deserve it all just because

Today's parents should stop saying they don't want their kids to suffer the same scarcity they once had

Telling children they're special and giving them everything they ask for at the moment only makes them entitled egocentric selfish jerks that think the world revolves around them

And when they finally finish a career after 7 years and go looking for work in the real world

They realize that they're the same or worse idiots that the thousand of dumbasses that applied for the same job before them

And when they recognize that they're good for nothing, instead of stop behaving like careless teens that still need to get the ass whipped

and go out there breaking their backs until they get the job and salary they say they're worth for their own merit

They lock in watching anime all day and make up a succesful life on Social Media with people that envy them and a thousand pretenders

In real life, they're losers who get drunk on cheap alcohol daily, and never cooperate for booze in parties 'cuz they're so broke they can't even afford toilet paper

Parents say the want succesful entrepreneur straight edge young people that do whatever they need to accomplish their goals...

When in reality they're raising a bunch of faggots!

A slap on the butt when needed will stop a tantrum throwing kid from becoming a fucker who needs to be corrected with a high dose of martial arts strikes like in this games

the event horizon of a black hole may have just been captured - Duration: 7:37.

THE EVENT HORIZON OF A BLACK HOLE MAY HAVE JUST BEEN CAPTURED FOR THE FIRST TIME

Scientists around the globe have spent numerous sleepless nights just watching the abyss in

the hope that they would capture an event that might change physics forever, the first

photograph of the event horizon of a black hole.

EDGE OF BLACK HOLE WOULD REVEAL IF EINSTEIN WERE CORRECT

If they have succeeded we may just be on the verge of seeing an elusive black holes edge,

which would reveal if the fundamentals of general relativity do hold fast under some

of the most extreme of conditions.

However, there is some bad news, and this is that there is going to be a long wait to

find out if the worldwide telescope network actually managed to capture an image.

Astronomers around the globe have completed five long nights of watching two black holes

and data to the tune of 1,024 hard drives will come from the Event Horizon Telescope

processing center at MIT Haystack along with the Max Planck Institute for Radio Astronomy

in Germany.

Only then will scientists and astronomers be able to study them to find out if an image

has been captured.

The biggest challenge is that the hard drives from the South Pole Telescope are not going

to be flown out until October, at the close of winter.

This means that it isnt going be until late on this year, or possibly 2018 until

the answers are revealed, so there is a long on the edge of the seat wait.

PHOTOGRAPHS WOULD TURN BLACK HOLE FROM MYTHICAL TO CONCRETE Heino Falcke is one of the astronomers

involved in the project from Radboud University in the Netherlands.

He said that even though data hasnt been seen, any observations of black holes is going

to take them from being mythical objects and turn them into something concrete that scientists

and astronomers can study.

He went on to say even if the first photos that came out turned out to not be up to much

and were washed out, it would allow scientists to test, for the first time, some of Einsteins

basic prediction of the theory of gravity in such an extreme environment as that of

a black hole.

Black holes have been one of the most elusive and fascinating objects throughout the universe.

Even though they have long been suspected of lurking within the center of most galaxies,

no one has been able to take a photograph to prove they are real.

The name, of course, gives some clues, black holes, are extremely dark and they are massive,

so big in fact that they consume everything that goes past their event horizon, this includes

light, which has in the past made it impossible for scientists and astronomers to photograph.

A COLLECTION OF TELESCOPES HOPE TO CAPTURE EVENT HORIZON OF BLACK HOLE Instead of using

only one telescope, in this latest attempt to capture it on film, the international teams

used a network of radio telescopes which had been placed around the planet, including the

US, South Pole, Chile and the French Alps.

Together they are known as Event Horizon Telescope.

They work thanks to a technique called very-long-baseline interferometry, aka VLBI.

This means the large network of receivers is all able to focus on radio waves that are

emitted by a particular object in space at any one time.

In this case, it was Sagittarius A, the black hole found in the middle of the Milky Way,

along with another which is in the middle of galaxy M87.

The telescopes, when combined, can reach a resolution of 50 microarcseconds, which is

the same as being able to see a grapefruit if it was on the moons surface.

It is hoped that this is going to be ample to capture an image of the event horizon of

Sagittarius A, 20 million km across, which is barely just a pinprick in the night sky,

a distance of 26,000 light-years away from the Earth.

WAS EINSTEINS THEORY OF GENERAL RELATIVITY CORRECT?

While the telescope had been given the approval to be turned on for ten days, bad weather

conditions meant that five nights were only available to the researchers.

What will be revealed if the project has been successful will all depend on whether Einstein

was correct?

Researchers have said that the black hole should look like a bright ring of light around

the dark blob.

With light coming from gas and dust particles having accelerated to high speed before then

being ripped apart and finally consumed by the black hole.

The blob would be a shadow that would be cast over the chaos.

What would be even more impressive would be if the scientists are able to measure the

dark shadow that is cast by the black hole.

Scientists have warned that they may see something else entirely and if so the theory of general

relativity of Einstein would have to be overhauled completely.

Gravity in Your Brain ft. Neil deGrasse Tyson! - Duration: 4:36.

How would you play catch in space?

Catch would be really boring. I think is the

ball would would it go slowly or no the

ball will just go in a straight line.

What makes catch fun is you

throw it in an arc and you run – your

brain is calculating even though you

don't know it, how fast you have to run

to get to where the ball lands when you

are there at the same place at the same

time. So this is going on with every hit

to the outfield, to any hit to

any player in a baseball diamond. They

are not where the ball will sometimes

they are but most of the time they're

not. And so they run and they, timing the

ark of the ball, and so in there is a

calculation of the acceleration of

gravity, the distance, how fast it's

moving, and they catch the ball. Same on

a football field. The quarterback throws

it, and they throw it not to where the

player is but where they will be. So

that's playing catch on Earth. Playing

catching space! It sounds very fun

because you'd be in space. That's the

difference! Well we have this internal

model of gravity in our brain. Yes! Basically

that that's a very succinct way

to say what I just said. Yeah, they've done

experiments as well in the space

shuttles in the late 90s where they've

shot balls and astronauts out of a ball

cannon, which I just think sounds

hilarious. And they've tried to catch

them, but they haven't been able to.

Because it's too fast? Because they're

trying to catch it like they would on

Earth, right? But they can't kind of

anticipate the changes. They can rejigger their

gravitational brain. Yeah so Earth

gravity is interfering with zero g in

their brain assessment of where the ball is

and how fast it will get to them. Maybe

when they see the ball coming towards

them, they want to catch it at a lower

point then it's actual trajectory will

take it. Because their brain knows it's

supposed to sink and that it doesn't.

So they they have to overcome

the one g brain. So maybe that's

what's going on here. But I had this idea

that maybe if we have this internal

model of gravity and we move in a

different way, how do aliens move? Based

on where they come from. If they come from a

planet that has wildly different

gravity – right but not zero g so that's

that's an important distinction. An alien,

right, would not have necessarily earth

gravity likely not be somewhat less or

somewhat more. So what would be funny is

if they come from a gravity that's

higher than ours, okay, that would mean

they're stronger. If they had

our body weight. Then you toss something

to them, they'll think it's like

magically going far, right? You'll throw it

and just oh my gosh! And they'll go to

where they think it should land, where it

would have landed on their planet, but

they got a backup 30 feet because its

arc it's not falling as fast as it would

have on their planet. Aliens are

notoriously stupid. Also alien

baseball, what a game! Terrible at

baseball, let's list the flaws. To be

clear, if the alien is here on Earth,

they're not stupid. Well, well they can't

get your ball, so! How do we measure

intelligence? Well because they built a

ship to get here! What if they were

kidnapped? If an alien is here they

they built a ship, crossed the gap of

interstellar space, we have not left

low-Earth orbit since 1972. They're

smarter than us. Terrible at Earth sports!

You know what would be fun? Having a game of baseball

with nine aliens from different planets.

Okay. What do you think the time

frame is on this? Is that happening soon?

You know, we have to find at least one other

alien so they'll be pitcher catcher.

you know. And then you gotta

fill out the rest of the positions.

That would be a while. And they have to be

like have– And meet up. We'd have to meet up

somewhere. Would the moon be a good place?

Uh yeah but, sure, there's no air there, so

you couldn't throw curveballs or

anything. Oh. Yeah these cosmic issues,

you got to think this through. Right, right. Yeah, ok. So then Cleveland?

That would be funny – Aliens descend on Cleveland.

So this would be, for the first time,

the World Series could be the

Universe Series. Right? Yeah! It could

be. It could be, and then they would mean

it. What if we didn't win?

People never talk about how much

discovering aliens would really make

baseball more interesting. That's an under written about topic.

Yeah! People don't think about that

gravity brain like they should. The gravity brain!

So that is interesting.

Republicans scramble to hold Kansas seat - Duration: 9:41.

Republicans scramble to hold Kansas seat

BY LISA HAGEN

As Democrats focus on flipping a conservative Georgia House district next week, the GOP

is scrambling to put resources into a special election in a surprising place: deep-red Kansas.

Republicans are suddenly playing defense ahead of Tuesdays election to fill the seat left

vacant by CIA Director Mike Pompeo, hustling last-minute cash and high-profile Republicans

into a district President Trump carried by nearly 30 points.

Trump threw himself into the race late Monday, recording a robocall in which the president

tells voters that he has "something big to tell you" about: the importance of voting

for the GOP's candidate, Ron Estes.

The party wants to ensure that Estes keeps the Wichita-area 4th Congressional District

in GOP hands by fending off what would be a major upset by Democratic nominee James

Thompson in the conservative district.

If the election was in two more weeks, Thompson might win, a Kansas Republican

strategist told The Hill.

Thank God the election is tomorrow. Estes, a two-term state treasurer, was expected

to cruise to the finish line on Tuesday, but the race has gotten surprisingly competitive

in the final stretch.

The GOP strategist believes Estes will still easily win, but by a closer than expected

margin.

It shouldn't be this close, the strategist said.

[Estess] closest race should have been to get through the [nominating] convention,

and then youre skating.

Right now, hes not.

The strategist describes Estes as a poor candidate who isnt out campaigning enough for votes.

By comparison, the strategist described Thompsons campaign as active and full of energy.

Within the last week, election handicapper Cook Political Report moved its rating of

the special election from solidly Republican to leans Republican."

And Sabatos Crystal Ball changed its rating a day before the race from safely Republican

to likely Republican. Libertarian nominee Chris Rockhold is also running in the general

election.

In a last-minute effort to boost Estess chances, the National Republican Congressional

Committee (NRCC) spent nearly $100,000 for Estes with TV and digital ads.

In the TV ad, Republicans cast Thompson as too extreme for Kansas, claiming that

he supports late-term abortions.

Thompsons campaign pushed back, calling the spot outright false and asked a

local radio station to pull it.

Despite Thompsons protests, an NRCC official said it was completely accurate and still

airing, according to the Wichita Eagle.

Other Republican power players are also trying to bolster Estes.

Vice President Pence was scheduled to record a robocall, while Speaker Paul Ryan (Wis.)

made a donation plea on behalf of the Republican nominee.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who won Kansas during the 2016 GOP presidential primary, stumped

with Estes at a Monday rally.

Estess wife, Susan, a well-known party activist in the district, has been organizing

canvassing and turnout efforts, according to the GOP strategist.

The Estes campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

While the last-minute GOP effort suggests concern about the race, Thompson still faces

an uphill climb in a district that has been in GOP hands since 1995.

Trump handily carried the district in 2016, and Pompeo won reelection with 60 percent

of the vote.

But Thompsons campaign said theres been a surge in grassroots support and donations

since the NRCCs attack.

Thompson raised about $240,000 from 20,000 donations after the ad debuted, according

to the Huffington Post.

Ive worked in Kansas politics for eight years now and Ive never seen anything like

this, Thompson campaign spokesman Chris Pumpelly told The Hill.

I think weve got a good shot.

Were feeling good about the position that were in.

Were not taking any vote for granted and were fighting like hell for every vote.

In the final sprint to Tuesday, Thompson increased his media presence with more TV and radio

interviews.

And hes touted an endorsement from Our Revolution, a progressive political group

that grew out of Sen. Bernie Sanderss (I-Vt.) presidential run.

The new national attention for the Kansas race has been a surprising development, especially

given that Democrats attention has been mostly devoted to the Georgia special election

in the states conservative 6th District, which Trump carried by only 1 point.

Democrats have gone all-in for 30-year-old investigative filmmaker Jon Ossoff ahead of

the April 18 all-party jungle primary in the hopes that he can deliver a major upset

in the suburban Atlanta district and possibly win outright.

But if no one reaches a majority, the top two finishers will head to a June runoff,

where Ossoff is thought to be at a disadvantage.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has ramped up its efforts in Georgia

with 70 paid staffers on the ground as well as a six-figure radio ad buy and mailer.

Thompson is getting last-minute help from the DCCC, which is funding get-out-the-vote

calls.

In March, Thompsons campaign feuded with the state party over a five-figure financial

request.

During a conference call, the Kansas Democratic Party declined the $20,000 request for mailers

from Thompsons campaign.

A member of the state partys executive committee told the Wichita Eagle that the

party couldnt ultimately find the money needed by the campaign and noted that the

party is trying to refill its coffers after the 2016 elections.

If @KansasDems [executive] board members spent 1/2 the time organizing/ raising $ that

they do arguing on Facebook, they might have a statewide office, Thompson campaign manager

Colin Curtis tweeted late last month.

Pumpelly, Thompsons spokesman, insists that the campaign hasnt dwelled on that

exchange and talked up the state partys help with voter turnout efforts and canvassing.

The Kansas race will be the first general election contest since Trump took office.

But both Republicans and Democrats in the state dont believe that the special election

will be a referendum on the president, who remains popular in Kansas despite underwater

national approval numbers in the low 40s.

The GOP strategist believes that ultraconservative Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback (R), who ranked

as the least popular governor in the country in a September poll, has been more of a drag

on Estes.

Ron Estes has stood there with him the entire time as his top lieutenant, Pumpelly

said.

Here on the ground, its that anti-Brownback sentiment.

Relationship Tips and Advice - Duration: 16:48.

being able to tell somebody that you

love them it's one of the greatest

feelings that we can encounter as a

human being I believe because to have

love and connection with people in your

life not only builds the synergy in your

relationships but also builds your own

self worth and self love exponentially

because of that kinesthetic kinship and

that together pneus that those three

words bring and sometimes as men we

forget this I'm Ash Kirwan from

ashkirwan.com.au and this is my video

on relationship tips and advice on this

beautiful morning standing next to a

creek here in Brisbane which avoids

driven past on my way to the

nine-to-five job that I used to have

partaken in landscaping before i started

to endeavor on this journey of educating

people through family dynamics and

mental health and physical health and

the greater understanding of domestic

violence because a lot of my life i

spent separated from my family and my

peers because of the issues of mental

health showed up in my world and

ironically that i'm doing videos on

relationship tips of advice is the fact

that in order for me to resolve my

mental health issues in order for me to

raise my level of self worth and be able

to contribute and continue to contribute

to society in these manners that i do

i've had to retract a lot of the ill

demeanor and ill feelings with my family

you know there was a large portion of my

life that I would have hurt my father's

house down with him in it not even blink

twice because of the ill feelings and

unresolved issues left from my teenage

years and the divorce of mum and dad

that got really messy and yet yes I had

a conversation on the phone just before

I drove off for a week up on the

northern beaches of her

you at the end of the conversation for

the first time in I'd say about 20 years

I my father actually told me that he

loved me and after I told him that I

loved him when we're saying goodbye

they'll know it's difficult for him

because you know his his age group in

his generation grew up in the in the gap

of you've got to be hard and rugged and

tough and men don't show their emotions

and men don't cry etc etc but with all

the stuff that's gone on between me and

Human Human marmon and family over the

years to hear him say those words was

magnificent and you know it's been many

years that I've had to take in to

breakthrough mum psychological abuse

because many years through their their

destructive relationship mum become like

a high of a parent and often she felt

like her interactions to me like we're

like being covered in a spider's web you

know I've had to do a lot of work to

retract that and probably the first tip

i'll give you in this video is to take

ownership and responsibility of your

relationships in your world and that's

that's not easy it's not easy for me to

say that either because you know there

was a large portion of my life where I

guess I spent it in blame of my parents

and their inability to effectively

communicate and work for their issues

which just kind of onset this pattern

and this cycle of unresolved in mine and

my brother's life and I spent a large

portion of my life blaming them for that

it was only when I stood back and

decided you know what this is my life in

my world and i'm going to take

responsibility for i'm going to take

responsibility for these old map it's

and i'm going to make i'm going to herd

them into the arena of love whether they

like it or not we're going to resolve

these issues and even if I've got to

somewhat drag you by the hair we're

going this way because I want a family I

want my own family relationship but I

want to be able to say love with the

people I care about my world and I just

decided that

where's the family we're going this way

much to their dismay I might add however

it's been a fun journey because what's

what it's meant is every time something

showed up I had to own it I had to take

responsibility for it and all I had to

realize that this is my life and my

choice is to put and hold people in my

world you know we cannot change our

family clearly because they're the ones

that brought us into this world but we

can love them for the idiosyncrasies and

we can love them for the insecurities

that they're brought into our world and

in doing so it brings a great level of

peace to our self you know this is not a

five-second things but I'm talking about

here I like this takes some serious work

like I'm 38 now and I've had to deal

with the clutches of mental health from

the ages of 19 so pretty much half my

life I've had to do I've had to face

some of this stuff and that's why I'm

shooting these videos on domestic

violence psychological abuse mental

health physical fitness & fat and

constructive family relationships

because you know i'm on i could say

against my will I've had to work on

these things in order to improve myself

yet I could have gotten the other way

too and so large portion of it is my

decision to stand up and rise above a

lot of the well I would like to call it

the immaturity of the family dynamics I

grew in dropping and that's not to say

mom and dad are immature little

teenagers they've done very well for

themselves although nobody ever

demonstrated or led by example for them

on how to resolve their issues of how to

communicate effectively or how to listen

with the intent to understand rather

than just to respond and react which was

took up a large portion of their

relationship and their marriage together

too I might add and it's affected their

relationship since and so when I started

I took responsibility of it you know to

take a psychological flogging a large

portion of domestic violence and

psychological abuse which exists to all

different parameters within society

because we live in a world

conducted by red tape and intellectual

property to you I might add which within

the whole One World Order conglomerate

which all these corporations are trying

to unify to create by climbing over one

another in an economical rage sort of

symbolize that it's going on a much

larger picture than what we really

fathom the use of the whole human psyche

to hold ourselves against yourself is

the innate nature of where our cut

worldly culture is at at the moment and

so probably take responsibility that we

can realize everybody's searching for

peace everybody's researching for self

worth and self love and everybody wants

to feel good enough to be able to be a

part of something greater of their own

family and so when we're varying levels

away from that it can it can seem

confronting and it can seem overbearing

as to how we go about crossing that

ravine of love and connection within our

family but you can do it i believe you

can do it if you take responsibility for

every action or inaction that somebody

close to you takes then what it means is

over time you're going to slowly will

the direction to be one more conducive

of love and light in connection because

sometimes the darkness that comes from

unresolved relationships and it'll

demeanor negative aspects of our

relationships will bring us the greatest

form of light and love through the

resolution of these issues over time and

this is why we must sit there and take

responsibility for the relationships for

ourselves I have a philosophical view

that nobody exists in our world other

than the fact that we put them there and

so we have a choice to keep them there

or whether to let them go and if we step

into that paradigm and thought that's a

big place of how we take responsibility

for our relationships and where our life

is moving because sometimes it's very

hard to raise yourself worth than just

initiate self-love but we can catch

yourself when we're talking negatively

to ourself and bring herself back to a

center

and will we bring ourselves back to our

Center we have a chance to look at

issues and situations from a more

constructive manner and if we can begin

to look at its issues and situations in

a more constructive manner what it means

is that over longer period of time we're

more conducive to find the solutions

here I can't tell you what it feels like

to have your father who who asked the

mental institution to keep me in there

to teach me a lesson right in front of

me too I might add and got me barely

punished fairly severely and would never

ever stop and have time to communicate

with me without actually stopping what

he was doing I can't tell you what it's

like to have a man like that tell his

son he loves him it's liberating you

know like I sent him last night there's

a large portion of his life like his

whole life that he never actually

stopped what he was doing to acknowledge

what i was trying to torture him bowel

or understand me as I was intending to

be understood so my father spent a large

portion of his life hustling from

project to project trying to get to the

next big thing trying to get the next

thing he's working on done and sold so

you can get to the next point to the

next point to the next point forever

laterally thinking about how is going to

solve the problems in his world without

ever actually stopping and listening to

me wholeheartedly as to the situations

in my world and that effectively

massively although he was never aware of

that and so it's only when I managed to

stop my anger for long enough and

communicate to him from an effective

place and actually explain myself and

demand a little bit of respect without

getting angry with the man that I

managed to move beyond some of those

issues and get back to love and

connection and growth and contribution

with a bloke who you spend a large

portion of his life appearing his an

egocentric wanker to on my dad you know

dad never had the examples on how to

communicate effectively

with his with his kids with his family

with his partner with his mates and he

spent a large portion his life is only a

few close mates yes nothing against him

is just what he's experienced in his

life and so this has really must take

responsibility for our relationships you

know getting closer to my father and my

mother over the last couple of years has

really allowed me to see a great

potential of having a group a really

good relationship moving forward with a

partner and having children because if I

didn't resolve those issues with both

dad moving forward there's no way I

would have been able to have a

constructive relationship with a partner

because of that level of family

dysfunction it was going on you know for

a lot quite a lot of my adult years

every time I would stop and talk to mum

and dad they wouldn't understand

anything of sight and the conversation

would always call from the tangent and

so until I could stop and identify that

that was happening that relationship

paradigm was set and it wasn't changing

there's only one I took responsibility

of my emotions in my emotional state and

started to go to understand my emotions

and how is reacting and responding to

them that are managed to actually cross

the little bridge that allowed me to

start seeing the role that they played

in my life significantly different and

it's once I started seeing them in a

significantly different light that

our relationship evolved so that is what

biggest relationship tip is to take

responsibility of relationships yourself

because once you learn how to cross that

little bridge the one thing you realize

is that once you build that muscle up of

cross an average eventually you can just

pop over the ravine and whatever side of

the grass you know that you want to

exist I'm so glad I stopped here this

morning because many mornings on my

drive to work doing a nine-to-five

landscaping Australia one backyard at a

time giving family some of the play and

connect together all around Australia

now has taught me that we are in control

of our lives we are our own powerful

force of being and when we take control

of it regardless of our situation

because I was into some pretty heavy

situations mentally institutionalized

four times between the ages of 19 and 25

and the ramifications that had on my

psychology of my relationships and mom

particularly I've been huge I've spent a

large portion of my time having to

metaphorically dragged Mumbai the hair

to get her back to a place of

constructive communication because she

believed that all men are assholes and

all men are tired and painted with the

same brush don't do that ladies do that

that's not nice for you for your son's

that that listens to you evolve your

communication and conversation around

men because you want them to grow up

into the gentleman and to love ladies so

we must exhibit our own true nature of

our love and connection or to build that

abundance into our family dynamic and

this is also where we must take control

of our own perceptions in relationships

because this is how we evolve as a

culture this is how we evolve is the

nature this is how we evolve mental

health issues within our the construct

of our family through effective

communication over time to understand

our bodies our minds how

we interact the unresolved issues and

have foods and hydration responded react

to our body in order to evolve a deeper

understanding of ourselves and role we

play in our relationships and the role

we're playing in the world that we want

to create together for ourselves because

that's where the fun starts when we

individually start to take

responsibility our life has story and

start to move towards a greater

understanding of ourself and the flow we

have in our life there's a lot of fun to

be had you know sharing my love with my

mother and father now has given me the

ability to share my love with other

people to friends colleagues and

potential partners and I embrace that I

embrace that wholeheartedly because what

it means is that I can be the anchor for

other people to hold the love for

themselves and their relationships to I

can be the anchor to teaching guide

people through the unresolved issues of

their relationships into a greater level

of peace and abundance and acceptance of

self so in this video on relationship

tips take control of yourself your

emotional state and the unresolved

issues within your relationships and go

and get empowered to slowly but surely

change and affect the role that you see

yourself playing in other people's lives

and share love those people in your life

that cannot say the words I love you say

them for them and mean them with dignity

and pride because you are worthy you are

absolutely worthy of everything you

deserve that is orientated for a place

of love and connection piece

Types of Food for Depression - Duration: 10:10.

ashkirwan.com.au and in this

video I'm going to talk

about what kind of foods or what diet

should maintain or have in order to beat

depression and I'm at the organic markets

in Brisbane today which I come to fairly

regularly on a Sunday because it's where

I can get the locally grown vegetables

in an organic manner and convert chart

kimchi and sauerkraut because in my life

since I've managed to lose 50 kilos and

beat my depression a little fulfilled

life I like to have a lot of fermented

foods in my life and a lot of healthy

vegetables I still do eat meat i'm not

against the vegan movement one bit most

of these people here are vegetarians or

vegans yet if we start to incorporate

that healthy diet into our lifestyle

then we seem to find a shift in a change

in our energy because a performance

athlete has to constantly break barriers

and boundaries in their in their

lifestyle in order to create new

potential outcomes and possibilities for

breaking barriers in their performance

so if we look at depression and do more

negative negative aspects of our

emotional conditions which a lot of

people are dealing with depression then

you look at a fundamental and it's

enzyme production our hormone production

are out of balance in our mind and our

minds it so that's what's bringing us

down into a slump a a lot of people get

prescribed antidepressants in order to

maintain that balance or what it doesn't

do is actually face the emotional

unresolved so if we start to realize

that different foods will react to our

body differently such as the

high-profile performance athlete and we

can start to realize that even though in

depression we are at a low we can start

to incorporate some of these different

concepts and ideas on how to chop up and

switch our diet because when you're

depressed you've got to agree that

you're more inclined to want to eat

takeaway food or fast food or oily food

or whatnot because it's just easy it's a

lot harder to actually maintain the

equilibrium in your diet and get up and

actually cook some healthy food because

you don't feel like you don't have any

energy you download yet if we start to

realize that by putting healthier foods

into our body up what it has the

nutrition to start function or remove

some of the toxins out of your body

which is

affecting the enzyme and hormone

production in our body in our stomach in

our mind which is bringing us into that

depression then we can start to educate

and learn how different foods interact

with our body and how that allows our

energy performance in our life in order

to solve the problems that shop in order

to alleviate the emotional issues that

we have in a turmoil and if we start to

realize that you know that includes the

unhealthy Clues done actually can give

you any level of sustenance or nutrition

benefit we can start to research and

learn in two different ways that our

body functions in regards to different

food is different for everybody like

I've said in other videos that are you

know the reason why our depression is

different for each person is because the

content in the composition of our lives

are different for each person so if we

look at that at the fundamental then

different food is going to react

differently for different people's

bodies the port of shapes and blue

tights because of their conditions and

how that the paradigm of their stomach

and burning that type of food has

developed over the course their life

because your body has patterns and

systems set in place especially around

food around mindset around life and

lifestyle relationships communication

etc etc so if we look at changing

lifestyle even more quality life and get

a reading getting rid of toxic

relationships starting to open up our

communication food will act as a vice

and a medium much as the paintbrush to

the artist and when we start to

incorporate that we can start to explore

different foods that we don't understand

or don't know we can start to

incorporate live cultured foods such as

kombucha and kimchi which lifts the good

bacteria enzyme production in the gut

and will naturally change the hormone

chemical production in the mind so

learning how different foods interact

with your body is important on when you

take that journey to beat depression

because it is up to you to learn how

your body and your mind works especially

in vicinity of all areas of your life

within your family within your career

within your mindset within and your

energy your diet your pattern and your

friendships relationships the Tetra

except I mean

you know that's why I like to come to

these places because I get to learn I

get to go to stores like this where we

have different seeds and you know

different types of organic foods and

fruit and vegetables that I've never

heard of or never known about and ask

questions to these guys about their

passion because most of these people at

these markets are very passionate about

what a feeling what they're doing and

what they're creating for their life in

the lifestyle that's how they manage to

get up and leave this this existence and

you'll usually find a lot of people that

work and sell their products within an

organic market have dealt with the

darkness of depression and low energy

that's what led them down the path of

learning about their diet and changing

their lifestyle in order to go in that

direction of more abundant energy and

relationships and fulfillment you know

and that's where the foods for

depression obviously our experiment that

you need to partake in yourself and

start to explore the possibilities it's

for the possibilities of looking

installs like this with different types

of herbs or spices and seeds and you

know fruits and vegetables because in

exploring that and how those different

foods are cooked prepared and eaten in

different cultures and different

families in different lifestyles will

start to give you a deeper fundamental

of yourself than the depth of your taste

buds because even your taste buds are

starting to take to your disease that

you need to eat and taking your body

based upon the energy and an emotional

response that comes from spooky putting

anybody because different foods will

produce produces different type of

energy I know with me and having a more

athletic type of body if i put starting

with ginger after a period of time and

not at integer i get this real spike of

energy and this real i can go out and

play footie game like no tomorrow when i

start bringing in higher levels of

energy I start eating fermented foods

soph and then I start to get more gas so

I've got to switch it up and go between

green vegetables you know herbs and

spices such as basil and ginger and

coriander and garlic chili chili is

another good one because it helps your

body to relax and set him to a higher

level of metabolites in the past push

through so different foods will move you

towards it away from constipation and

diarrhea as well which will create

balances and imbalances in your

metabolism which will start to play

around their energy and once you start

to understand these body systems in

these functions especially around the

idea of food explore these places in a

little you know some of them can be

expensive but that's where you get your

value over time that's why it really

embracing learning about yourself and

how that foods interact with your body

and give you a different level of

performance in all areas not just

exercise but also within your

relationships because if you're eating

hamburgers and pizzas regularly then

problem shows up in your relationships

and it's gonna be a lot harder to do it

because you're in an energy levels are

going to be fairly flat lined but if you

take on the green vegetables and

fermented food diet for a little period

of time all the sudden your energy

levels are shifting change and you will

start to see that problems in your

relationships won't seem as volatile

because your energy will be more bunk

and when you start to grasp that concept

we start to really understand the

fundamentals of depression it's deeper

level because our bodies are a

biological mechanism which has this

fairly standard scientific function that

in all areas of our systems and once you

start explore they start to realize how

much and also how little we as human

beings know about to your body in the

human mind and you know all these issues

and problems are showing up in our

society to do with our body and our mind

so a big part of this video on the types

of foods you need to pull yourself out

of depression is to do a little bit of

experimentation and give yourself

permission to fire arrows food and

explore food as a social outcome and the

social outcome for yourself because you

can go to dinner you can go to nice

restaurants and you can even create a

social environment where you can open

conversation around the kitchen table

but that's something I love to do I love

to socialize in like kitchen at home

because what

me to do is open up those hard

conversations open up those both

conversations that are hard to have in

the flight of the moment or we're

running and rushing from nine to five to

get to work or get those hackers and

need to that we've got to do and it

allows me to have some interaction time

and some personal time with the people

that matter the most in my life it's

through food that I've developed closer

relationships as the people in my world

and it through food that I've learned

and explore and discover more things

about myself because that outcome of

what happens around that hole in a time

lunch time breakfast that I can really

regulate my patterns or where I'm at

with my routine in life and my energy

levels and I can check out all the

systems in my body based upon where my

diets that where my routines out around

that and there's something I want to

bring to you in this video is that the

foods you need to eat in order to

resolve your depression will come from

the own exploration of your life in your

lifestyle so don't be afraid to switch

it up and play around that he's bye for

now remember to like comment and share

this video down below and if you've got

any questions put them in the box below

because I'll be happy to answer them for

you and open up this conversation around
