Driver: it's none of your business! I can come however i want!

You can't come! you have to leave some following distance!

I'm telling you something. Do you hear me?

I'm telling you not to curse.

Driver: You bollock!

Driver: I wasn't coming near you!

But you were!

Ride'n Roll: Why are you sticking behind me? Do you even know when will i stop?

Driver: It doesn't bother to both of us if you stop!

Ride'n Roll: Look, you need to leave some following distance!

Driver: Do not teach me how to be a chauffeur!

7 Must-Dos in DANANG, Vietnam - Duration: 11:07.

This morning, I had a chance to do a healthy outdoor activity, 'Kayaking'.

We warmed up a little bit before getting on a ride.

My local friend, Duyen, told me that this would be a great experience

because we would pass several famous bridges in Danang,

and would finish the ride at the pier near Dragon Fish statue.

It's my first time kayaking in a river in the city like this.

I never knew before there was such an activity in Danang.

I like it when there's not too much traffic in the river and the river is so calm, making it very easy to kayak.

It's not too far. The short ride is only about 20-30 minutes.

Or you can do a long ride, like an hour.

The river is clean. The weather is so nice. And, you'll get fit too.

Here we are. Bana Hills.

It's open from 7:30am - 9:30pm. OK.

This is the cable car. You can see.

Yeah!

There is a French Church on the top of the hill.

OK.

OK. Alright. Let's go!

Well, so we're going to take a cable car ride.

This is the longest cable car in the world.

Longest in the world!

Yeah!

How long?

Around 5 kilometres from the bottom to the top of the mountain.

OK. 5 kilometers.

And 'Bana Hills', the name comes from...?

Because at the bottom of the mountain, there are a lot of banana trees, so we can it 'Bana Hills'.

Ah! OK, I can't wait! It will be my first time taking this long cable car ride. Let's go!

Here we go!

So, how do you feel about this?

I think I like the architecture.

Uh-huh.

It's different from other places.

So, this is the cable car station, but the architecture is traditional Vietnamese.

Yeah.

And it's BIG!

It's like a big gate.

A big gate?

Yeah.

And, it's so special.

Danang''s climate is mild all year round. Just like tonight, the temperature is just a bit over 20 degrees Celsius.

Very comfortable.

It's highly recommended to have a fun ride of this famous local vehicle called 'Cyclo'.

'Cyclo' is an environmentally friendly three-wheeled pedaled taxi. All drivers are certified by the government.

Bach Dang Street is a scenic route where you can enjoy the view of Han River.

You can also see Danang's government office building lit up at night.

'Dragon Bridge', one of Danang's landmarks, was opened in 2013,

providing the shortest road link from the airport to the city.

It is a great architecture to take photos from many angles, both daytime and nighttime.

Do you know that every Sunday and Saturday nights, here, there's a really special show at Dragon Bridge?

Yeah. Beautiful here. Lights. I love lights.

It's changing all the time.

Yeah. Yeah.

And there's a show. What time?

And 9pm.

You can see that it's really crowded. Many people.

Yeah. Downstairs. Very crowded.

So, people can come here to the public area to watch?

Yeah. That's why I took you here at TIME Coffee because they have a really nice view from here to Dragon Bridge.

So, you can see all the things.

Yeah. I wonder. How could we get this kind of seats?

I have to make a reservation first.

And what's going to be there?

The Dragon Bridge?

Yes.

The dragon will breathe fire 3 times, followed by breathing water.

Right. And, the boats in the river are very colorful as well.

Yes.

And nice reflections in the river too.

Duyen! Where are we now?

We are in Asia Park!

Asia Park.

It contains different cultures and sculptures of different countries in Asia

Like Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, China...many countries.

Right, very interesting. And, what are we going to do tonight?

We are going to ride 'Sun Wheel'. Behind us.

Wow! Very big wheel.

Yes.

Alright. I'm so excited. Let's do it.

How many cabins are there?

60.

50?

60!

60!!!

Yeah.

I never knew before there was such a high wheel like this one in Danang.

And it's so high. You said that it's 115 metre-high.

It's good. We can see 360 degrees view of Danang.

Especially at nighttime, it's very beautiful.

So, you'd better come at nighttime.

So, how do you feel about the show?

I love it! I think it's not just a traditional show, but it's like theatre...

you're watching a musical theatre.

I think it's a highly recommended show to watch.

Yeah...because when we've experienced a lot of activities and visited a lot of places and Danang,

when we watched the show, we know that it's kind of a summary of Danang.

I think is one of very good shows.

Cho' Han...which means?

Han Market.

Han Market. So, this is the main local market here in Danang.

Alright. There're so many interesting products.

Maybe you can recommend me what to buy as a souvenir...or anything.

Here we go!

Duyen, what are popular products that people usually buy in this market?

On 2nd floor, there is Ao Dai, a traditional Vietnamese costume.

And...silk.

And on this floor (first floor), there is dried seafood such as dried shrimps and dried fish.

Yeah. It's a sea port, right!

Fly to Danang with Bangkok Airways

Stay tuned for the next episode.

Keto Fat Bomb Grocery Haul | Testing Artificial Sweeteners For a Ketogenic Diet - Duration: 8:09.

hi everyone! it's Esther here. I hope

you're having a great day! I am here with

my keto fat bomb grocery haul. I have a

lot of sugar substitutes. if you've been

watching my channel you know that I'm

about to start testing them and adding

them back into my diet to see how they

affect my blood keto levels as well as

just me being in ketosis in general. I

took a lot of your suggestions and I

have a lot of really good artificial

sweeteners here to try out. but if you're

just tuning in to my channel I have been

running, I have been running a series on

getting back into ketosis and checking

my blood ketone levels. I've been

sharing my test results. if you want to

find out more about what I've been doing

you can just click on the card above and

it will take you right to it. but I do

feel like sugar substitutes and fat

bombs kind of go hand in hand. I didn't

make any fat bombs while I was not

eating sugar substitutes just because

most of the fat bombs that I eat are sweet or

they have dairy in them if they're savory.

and as most of you know I have cut out

dairy for a while. so I'm just really

excited to start having fat bombs again!

so let's get into the grocery haul. so

the first item I got is this raw coconut

butter. this works really well with any

sort of keto baking and with fat bombs

in general. it just has the right texture

to melt really well and it just tastes

really good too. so I got this artesana

organics brand, I guess is how you say it.

and it's whole coconut puree so there's

no added sugars in here. and then the

next item is that I bought is just

ghirardelli 100% unsweetened cocoa. I get

several different brands. I just make

sure it's unsweetened.

this one just happen to be on sale this

week so I got this one. I've actually

never tried to ghirardelli Cocoa. so I'm

sure it's really good. I remember really

enjoying their chocolates when I was not

on keto. and then I bought a bunch of

lemons. so this might give you a clue as

to my next fat bomb flavor. the first

artificial sweetener that I purchase is

monk fruit in the raw. I've been wanting to

try out monk fruit for a while. I see it

on a lot of keto blogs and vlogs and

I've seen it on The Dr. Oz show as well, and

I've been really curious to try it ever

since. so really excited to try this stuff,

see how it tastes as well as how it

affects my ketone levels. now I do want to

just kind of note the nutrition facts on

each of these artificial sweeteners for

you guys. so if we look at this one it

looks as if this monk fruit is a blend

of maltodextrin and monk fruit extract.

I'm going to start a blog post just kind

of digging in to these different

ingredients and any of my findings on

those. so for this one teaspoon is

considered a serving size. and that has

pretty much zero calories. the total

carbs in one teaspoon is 0.5

grams. and it also says sugars less than

.5 grams. the next artificial

sweetener that I purchased is swerve.

again it's one that I just see on a lot

of keto vlogs & blogs. so very excited

to try this out. I see it on pinterest a

lot as well. ok and here are the

nutrition facts for swerve sweetener. so

serving size is one teaspoon for this.

zero calories and it has zero fat, zero

sodium. four grams of carbs which is

pretty significant for a ketogenic diet.

zero sugars and four grams of erythritol.

it does have this little disclaimer on

here.

it says the ingredients in swerve do not

affect blood sugar so the carbohydrates

it contains are considered non impact. so

I find that pretty interesting. the

ingredients in the swerve are erythritol,

oligosaccharides, and natural flavors,

which could be anything. I don't know

what that means/ and this one I didn't

purchase today I actually had it in my

cabinet. so I'm pretty familiar with

using this. this is stevia in the raw and

this is the one for baking. it's actually a

blend. if you look at the ingredient it's

maltodextrin blended with stevia leaf

extracts. okay for the stevia in the raw

nutrition facts. serving size is one

teaspoon. zero calories, zero fat, zero

sodium, and it says less than .5

grams of carbs, sugar less than .5

grams, zero grams of protein. I also

bought a erythritol. it's an

all-natural sweetener. so I'll be testing

this out as well. i think i have used

erythritol in the past as well, and it

is one of my favorite sweeteners that i

found so far. so I'm excited to see how

this affects my ketone levels. so for the

erythritol 1 teaspoon is a serving

size. seems to be the trend with all of

these artificial sweeteners. zero

calories, zero fat, zero sodium, zero

cholesterol, four grams of carbs, and it

also says four grams of sugar alcohols.

and I don't see an ingredient list. I

think that's because it is a hundred

percent. yeah here it is, so this is a

hundred percent pure erythritol.

then I also got this cute little

chocolate mold. I use a lot of different

chocolate molds all the time. and these

are cute little... they look like peanut

butter cups chocolate molds. they are

smaller than the ones i typically use

for fat bombs. so there'll be little mini

fat bombs. and lastly i got xylitol. so i

had a couple of requests to test this

one out. so i'll be testing out xylitol.

i tried xylitol a long time ago back in

the day. I used to use it to make protein

bars when I was on a high protein diet.

but i have not had this since I've been

on keto, so I'll be interested to see how

this affects me being in ketosis. and

for the xylitol the ingredients are a

hundred percent xylitol. and a serving

size of this is four grams which is i

believe about 1 teaspoon as well. 10

calories. that's pretty significant. and

it has 0 grams of fat, zero sodium, zero

cholesterol, four grams of carbs, and of

that it's four grams of sugar alcohol. ok

so this concludes my keto fat bomb

grocery haul. I hope you enjoyed this

video. if you did give me a thumbs up and

comment below if you have any questions.

I would like to know what your favorite

keto sweetener substitute is. so if you

could comment below which sugar

substitute with you most use on a

ketogenic diet. I would love to hear what

you guys are using. and that's all I have

for today, so I will see you next time.

thank you so much for watching. bye

everyone!

Corporate Media Is Giddy Over Prospect Of A War In Syria - Duration: 3:45.

In response to Donald Trump's decision to send five dozen half ton explosive tomahawk

missiles into the country in Syria to target their weapons facilities, a lot of people

left, right, and center have actually been applauding the president's decision.

We have democrats out there saying like, "Well, he should have gotten Congress approval, but

oh well.

Hey, bombs, that's fun.

Right?"

You know the group that is giddy over all this?

The one group that is salivating at the thought of another war?

The corporate controlled media.

On Thursday evening when these missiles were hitting, when we were killing soldiers in

Syria, Russian soldiers in Syria, civilians in Syria, the media was overjoyed.

The guests on Thursday evening and Friday were all talking about the fact that this

was a good idea.

"This was the right thing.

Assad was such a horrible guy that we needed to send bombs over there.

To hell with civilian casualties or the Russian casualties that happened, or any other casualties.

We've got to do this to send a message."

That's what they told us, "We had to send a message."

Do you think they got the message?

Do you think it matters to them?

Do you think suddenly they're going to stop being horrible human beings just because we

sent over a couple missiles?

Or, maybe do you think it's just going to piss them off and make them do even worse

things?

There are ways to diplomatically handle situations like this.

There are inter-governmental organizations designed to handle conflicts like this.

They might be a little slow, I'll give you that.

That's still a hell of a lot better than sending missiles over to another country regardless

of the death toll.

The corporate media doesn't care about that.

I mean listen, the Syrian Civil War has been going on for well over four years.

Four years this fighting has been going on.

They haven't devoted enough coverage to that.

They haven't been talking about all of the atrocities that have been committed in the

country of Syria, because it wasn't in their interest.

They can't sell a war unless we finally get the people to pay attention, and that's what

the attack earlier this week did.

It got everybody's attention.

We sent over some missiles, and now the corporate media's so excited because their defense contractor

advertisers are going to get more money from government contracts to make more of those

missiles and guns and tanks and bombs so we can send them over there.

The corporate media loves war, they always have and they always will.

The Iraq war was a huge rating boost for channels like CNN and FOX News.

MSNBC's also getting in on the action here with Syria.

They're bringing on people talking about the fact that this was a good decision, and we

may have to do it again if they keep doing bad stuff.

Ignoring the fact that we're doing just as bad stuff in other countries in the Middle

East.

That's the problem.

Right now we're only hearing the one side of the story.

We're only hearing the part of the story where the US comes in acting like a hero because

Assad killed children.

Well, we've been doing the same thing in the Middle East since 2002, and nobody's said

a freaking word about that.

How to find Trends calendar book page YouTube Help Class - Duration: 13:25.

hi YouTube hi crabbelax we are live with Teresa ok

I've got my whiteboard here and a marker

and I've got a story here and i'm going

to show you how to find trends in the

story you know if you're someone who's

like in social media media you want to

be looking for trends to make content

about and so this is how did the

calendar begin

that's what it's called for first year

and that's we don't have to read

anything yet so calendar have to make

sure i felt right

calendar you see so calendar when men

first began to plant seeds and harvest

crops they noticed that the time for

planting came at a regular time each

year then they tried to count how many

days came between one planting time and

the next year this was man's first

attempt to find out how long a year was

so think about this okay we have plant

plant seeds so we need that for food

days days and see year and what else ok

you guys see that

and what else harvest crops within their

harvest investment and thats in the fall time

crops and so what else do we have in

the count so do you see all that

that's just in the first paragraph so let's move on

it says the ancient Egyptians were the

first to measure a year with any

exactness so we've got several words

right there in that beginning certain

ancient ancient

a n c i e n t oh I made my t funny there ancient

Egyptian e g y p t Egyptians e g y p t i a n s

and so we've got a lot of words from

the alphabet right there measure measure

ok so measure and let's see what else do

we have in there and some teaching you

guys they knew the best time to plant

was right after the nile river

overflowed each year so we'll go with

Nile Nile River these are all trending

words because you're river is related to

geography Egypt is places to visit

ancient is a popular trending word all

all the time

let's see uh their priests notice that

between each overflowing the moon rose

12 times so they counted 12 months or

months and figured out when the Nile

would rise again so priest p r i e

priest is popular the number 12 is popular

and let's see we don't really want to

repeat ok month

ok so and so month can actually be

related here today I spelled it wrong

I know month wrong it's m o n t h so i spelled

month wrong

that's ok so you see here all of these

are words that we use in our

vocabulary every day so it says even the

word rise rise rise

actually I need to go over here and

write some more rise

r i s e ok rise

but it wasn't exact enough at last they live Egyptian

priests notice that each year about the

time of the flood of certain bright star

will rise just before the Sun rose now

what do we have in here think about this

we have hang on

we have bright we have star which really

that relates to to rising star rising

star and now I lost

ok and sun and we have fun s we have sun

but it wasn't exact enough

ok so they counted the days that passed

before this happened again and found

that it added up to 365 days so we'll

put in 365 365 days this was six

thousand years ago so even ok so 365 how

many days are in the year that was made

by man did we put man on here because man

and really needs to be on here so we'll

put man because that's tending word

6,000 is its numbers numbers are always

going to be popular this with 6,000

years ago and before that no one ever

knew that there was 365 days in a

year the Egyptians divided this year in

12 months and so we have oh no, I

erased it months so we have 12 months

over here already so we don't need to

repeat that again

the Egyptians divided this year into 12

months 30 days each with five extra days

at the end of the years thus they invented the

calendar year so that the reason that

they're what they're trying to do right

here is to put something in a format for

man you know more or less because man

likes to put exactness on things so they're

trying to make something that will see

nature is not exact and that's what we

see here nature is not exact

so man tends to like to make things

exact so eventually the calendar was

basec not on the moon lunar calendar but

on the number of days 365 and

one-quarter so now we have lets add lunar

lunar in there which is moon lunar

did I already say moon, did I write moon down here

no moon ok so those are all trending

words and so the extra quarter of the

day began to cause more and more

confusion finally Julius Caesar decided

to straighten it out

he ordered that the year 46 BC should

have 445 days to catch up and that every

year that on with have 365 days

especially every fourth year and so so

think about this Julius I used to having

a drink with by the mall

look it was called the orange julius

julius and then Caesars Caesar

and what you think of with that a salad

I think the salad caesar salad

we even have the word catch up in here

which is spelled catchup

some reason I think of ketchup you know

that ketchup the red squashy stuff

that they save some Tomatoes supposed to

be good for you

ketchup and so and that's how every year

from then on was to have 365 days except

for every fourth year

this fourth year would have been a leap

year of 366 days to use up the fraction

leftover in each ordinary year but at

the time it went on it discovered that

Easter and other holy days we're not

coming up where they belong in the

seasons too many extra days piled up

so what we have this is even related

ok let's put this on here

easter apparently easter is really old Easter

and holy too many extra days to piled up

and even the word extra extra and so in

the year 1582 Pope Gregory the xxii Erno

xiii decided to do something about it he

ordered that 10-day should be dropped

from the year eight 1582 so the Pope he

we all know who the pope is pope

decided to do something about it

ok so and and to keep the calendar

accurate for all future times the orders

that leap should be skipped in the

last year of every century so we also

have the word i'm running out of room

here we have skip century which equals

100 100 ho no

100 like that

future the word future

let's see let me catch up here maybe he

ordered that leap year should be

skipped in every last year of every

century unless that year could be

divided by four hundred the 1700 1800

1900 were not leap years but the year

2000 will be a leap year so we'll look

at 400 400 and then 1700 1800 and 1900

and 2000 were mentioned in here and this

system is called the gregorian calendar

is now used all over the world for

everyday purposes through various

religions still who use their own

calendar for religious purposes so we

have religion religion and and religious

ok and so do you see how others all of

this is related and oh gosh

ok so we've got the numbers over here

400 1700 1800 1900 2000 skip and then we

even have skip and skip kind of makes me

think of skipping rope and things like

that

you guys know what I mean skipping rope

century a hundred a future rise and I've

talked about rising star and you like

even in the YouTube help from they have

rising stars all over the place and then

ancient Egypt Egyptian measure you

measure a tape measure or so calendar is is

a measurement the measurement actually

for where we are at this time in the

universe you know because we all know

the Earth wobbles and things like that

and so so there's these larger calendars

than the 12 month calendars for the

count the the calendars need to be

adjusted every so often because nature

is not exact nature is not perfect and

so they need to be adjusted and so yes

good grief I ended up erasing my month again.

again and so okay so you see that

so from from that small little page and

it's just one page i got all those

trends out that particular reading and

so you'll be able to do that on

different websites websites and things

like that you'll be able to find trends

all over the place

I guarantee it 100 percent guarantee

that you'll be able to find those trends
