No Time To Meditate These Resources Make It Possible Anytime - Duration: 7:16.
No Time To Meditate These Resources Make It Possible Anytime, Anywhere
Almost every week theres a new scientific study released singing the praises of meditation.
The practice is associated with a huge list of benefits that, at this point, are no secret.
I myself have taught over 7,000 people to meditate over at Ziva Meditation and my students
experience everything from diminished or eradicated anxiety to more satisfying sex.
Meditation has gained so much credence that even the most type-A folks are starting to
get their bliss on between board meetings and triathlons.
Its not always easy to find the time to meditate, but that doesnt mean you cant
benefit, too! Today Im going to share some powerful tools you can access from anywhere
that will help you take your life to the next level.
MEDITATION FOR YOUR COMMUTE: You can do this in a car, on the subway, walking,
standing, or sitting.
Commuting may not be the most glamorous part of your day, but it can be a perfect time
to give yourself an extra boost so youre at your best by the time you walk through
the front door.
My recommendation for these moments is the Meditation Studio App1. Its perfect for
people new to meditation and has easy-to-use step-by-step courses.
Not only does this app come with over 250 guided meditations, the wisdom of 30 meditation
experts (including myself), and scheduling tools, but it even offers quick break sessions
with mood and location-based meditations for those moments you need a quick hit of Zen.
Meditation for grounding:
You can do this: Anywhere you dont mind looking a bit silly.
This video teaches something called Balancing Breath, or alternate nostril breathing. Hillary
Clinton has actually said that she used a similar type of alternate nostril breathing
to help her cope with the loss of the presidential election.
The relaxation potential of this breathing style is ideal to tap into between meetings
or on the way to meet your in-laws.
Balancing Breath helps to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain and has
immediate energizing and calming effects.
It also brings oxygen into your blood and organs, reduces stress, and brings you into
the present moment so you can be your most creative, connected self in any situation.
Practice this method while listening to your favorite playlist. If you dont have anything
on deck, try Meditation Music Zone.
MEDITATION TO CONNECT WITH NATURE: You can do this anywhere you can safely close
your eyes for a few moments.
Even though nature is all around us, it can often be challenging to find time to truly
appreciate the remarkable sensory experience it has to offer.
Since our packed schedules dont always allow ample time, its important that when
we do have the opportunity we are able to fully immerse ourselves.
This is when being mindful can be a really wonderful tool, like in one of my favorite
exercises that I call Come to Your Senses.
In it, I guide you through the exercise, but after just one time through, you probably
wont need any supportjust the ability to close your eyes and be undisturbed for
a few moments.
Come To Your Senses will have you feeling connected to every part of nature around you,
allowing you to fully experience each precious moment.
MEDITATION FOR PREGNANCY: You can do this from conception through early
parenthood.
Expectful is the perfect app to guide you through your transition into motherhood. This
company was founded by Mark Krasner as a tribute to his mother, who suffered from anxiety during
pregnancy and motherhood.
I also helped create the content. It is customized help to navigate the physical, mental, and
emotional aspects of every stage of parenthood from the moment you decide to conceive.
The calming, gentle guided sessions have been created by licensed hypnotherapists, meditation
experts, sound engineers, and psychologists and are available online and on the app.
MEDITATION FOR WORK: You can do this anytime you need a pick-me-up.
If you are looking for a way to take a mental break from work or simply a gentle way to
calm your senses before your afternoon sit, try a dab or two of your favorite essential
oil on your neck or inner wrists.
I love the zivaBLEND, a signature combination of sweet orange, lavender, and eucalyptus.
All in a base of fractionated coconut oil, which will soothe and rejuvenate your senses.
We call it the happiest smell on earth. Plus, its easy to carry and roll on pulse points
throughout the day for an immediate escape.
MEDITATION FOR LIFE: You can do this anywhere, anytime.
So far, we have moved through some great starting points to incorporate mindful moments into
your life. If youre looking for a life-changing practice that will revolutionize the way you
work, sleep, and perform, there is nothing like a daily practice.
Meditation intensives are a great way to deepen your practice. Ziva Meditation created an
online course that will give you a powerful meditation practice you can take with you
for life.
Its an eight-day training that you can do from anywhere in the world. What you will
learn is based on an ancient practice that was designed for people with busy minds and
busy lives.
If youre a regular meditator who wants to start paying it forward, mindbodygreens
meditation teacher training with Charlie Knoles is a wonderful resource.
Charlie, director of the Veda Institute, teaches what being a meditation teacher is all about
(its far different from just being a master meditator yourself!), how to address common
questions students have, and how to move through discomforts that often arise in the transition
to becoming a teacher.
Then, youll get into the first type of meditationpresent moment awareness. Through
a series of lectures, practices, peer reviews, and assessments, youll master this fundamental
type of meditation.
If youre still feeling skeptical, thats OK. I recommend starting off gently, weaving
these techniques into your days as you feel inspired. Be patient with yourself.
The only way to be bad at meditation is by not doing it. It really is like any other
skill; it takes a bit of training, but once you have a technique that works for you, youll
start to crave it.

Análisis paquetes SMTP | SMTP packet analysis | EN SUB | Last video 2017 | Cybersecenv - Duration: 4:10.
Hello, My Youtube Friends. :D
Digiboy16 Back. :D
in their Ethical hacking and Infosec channel every weekend
Cyber_Security_Environment
Today we have a super special Chapter.
Today we going to analyze SMTP packets
Let's Get started.
We have a previously captured capture.
We have all the packets about SMTP
The first step is we have our Host
with the IP address 192.168.0.12
and the server with 192.168.0.13
Basically there are two virtual machines.
vmware virtual machines, with our source and destination
The first three packets are the three way handshake
SYN, SYN ACK, ACK
After the Three way handshake started
start the server giving the server information
Here's the SMTP, show's the SMTP information
The version and the date
Here we have the 25 PORT that's the SMTP port. That's the destination port about our customer.
is 1713
Later the next one is an Extended hello EHLO
to the next one server
and that's the command
And later this continue verifying the SMTP parameters
Here's the code 250 Indicating the OK code.
With different parameters.
After the server verify the parameters, the customer start with the MAIL FROM
who's the sender
martin.tor@4salet.com
Later the server is with the 250 code. Indicating everything is ok
The next one is the reception to. who is the destination.
in this case is bert.manly@five8nine.com
Later send the 250 CODE indicating the OK code.
Here we go to the DATA section, that is the message to the destination
the server indicates to the customer that start with a code and finish with the same code.
as we can see here
After the message is done, the DATA is fragmented, in this case is 593 bytes
The next one packet is an ACK packet indicating everything is ok
later appear a IMF packet, Internet message format
The message ID
indicating the from and the destination.
and the Subject with the encoding subject
and many other information
and everything was in text plain
and a little bit server information
Later everything was OK with the IMF protocol.
the next step is the verification step.
that everything is OK with the 250 code.
and to finish is with the QUIT code from the customer to finish everything.
and the next one is from the server to close the session.
and the TCP packets with the FIN ACK, ACK
in both sides Customer and server.
That's everything for today.
See you Next Weekend, BYE!

10 Best Triathlon Taren Videos of 2017 - Duration: 7:21.
- The 10 most popular videos over the course of 2017
Y'all seem to like the swimming videos!
I get a little bit teary-eyed watching that video.
What's up Trainiacs, let's end off this year
with a bang in the new studio, new shooting set-up.
I believe Phillips Hue calls this Savannah Sunset.
We got a new table to talk to you at,
A new coffee table.
Same unfortunate face.
Sorry I can't do anything about that.
But, today we're gonna talk about the ten most popular
videos over the course of 2017, and considering I started
doing one every single day since February 1st,
we got a lot to choose from.
I was looking through all videos and I don't
even remember like 80% of them.
That doesn't bode well for how good those videos were.
All the videos are going to be linked
in the description below and if you aren't
yet subscribed and you get on a binge-watching role
we totally support that type of addiction.
By all means, please consider subscribing
and if you are an existing Trainiac,
thank you for an awesome 2017!
Love ya pals!
So these top ten are in order of growing in popularity
and the tenth most popular video of this year
were my chosen running shoes of 2017,
where I walked through why I was trying out three
pairs of Sketchers, why I liked the On Running Cloud,
why occasionally I would go to the Hoke One One Clifton 2s,
why I would go with some more aggressive shoes
here and there.
Apparently people want to know about what's
on my stinky feet!
I liked these, I like these.
Next on the list was a video about panic-free open water
swim training.
I know that a lot of triathletes go out
into the water and it's one of the biggest things that
they're afraid of.
I, myself, was terrified of open water
and on this day I went and did a swim in open water -
in completely black water where I couldn't see a hand
in front of my face.
Well we don't have a choice,
we're doing this now.
And it reminded me of all those
times where as a kid where I was like,
Oh my God, what's down there?
Probably the Kraken!
Fortunately, that video had tips to help everyone out
and get over those fears.
Next is a video with some tips
about how to breathe easier when you're swimming.
This was probably the biggest thing that I
struggled with in the first two years of swimming.
So one of the very first vlogs that I did was about
how to breathe easier so you don't feel that (gasps)
that really full chest feeling, and it's actually
a very simple trick that was solved in that video.
Check it out!
The next most popular video was a
video about how much triathletes need to train to
do well in a sprint, an Olympic, a half Iron Man,
and an Iron Man, and it even kind of goes through
a general, basic, here's how many hours you need
to train if you just want to finish.
Here's how many hours
you need to train if you want to do really well.
But if you start getting into longer distances,
your body needs to be a lot stronger.
I think it's wise words, because a lot of people get
into triathlons thinking, You know what?
Boom!
I'm gonna do me an Iron Man!
Well, you know what?
It's fine to do a long distance race for your first race,
but if you're not training a certain amount you gotta
go in with a different expectation
and this video outlined that.
The next most popular video was, like, Buzzfeed-style.
It was the best body type for triathlons where I talked
about which distance of triathlon worked best depending on
whether you're very thin, whether you're very muscular,
and where we see those muscular vs extremely thin people
doing well in short vs long-course racing.
I guess a lot of people wanted to know which races they
were best suited for.
I'll give you a tip right here and now
spoiler alert, do whatever race you like.
The fifth most popular video was the swim drill
that every beginner needs to try.
And you know what?
Now that I think about it,
I can't even remember what that swim drill was.
Building a stroke from scratch.
I still remember that.
It did really well right from the start.
What was the drill?
Do a stroke and sculling to the count of ten.
So one,
two.
Go check it out!
Cliff-hanger!
Y'all seem to like the swimming videos apparently, though.
Fourth most popular video was analyzing Patrick Lange's
running stride.
Now, when we were in Kona,
Patrick Lange absolutely killed that run,
just as he did the year before.
He looked so smooth, so upright, like he isn't
struggling even in that Kona heat, he ran
past Lionel Sanders like Lionel was standing still.
However, Lionel Sanders really didn't look good at
that point, but we took a look at what were
the technique features that Patrick Lange had
that we can all learn from and maybe not run
as fast as Patrick Lange, but certainly
get a little bit faster, right?
Third most popular video on the podium is
a swim trick that every triathlete needs to try.
I tell you, this video went against everything that
Youtube gurus tell you to do.
The title's about swimming, but the thumbnail
is me on a bike.
It takes me minutes to actually get
into the swimming.
It's just all around a conundrum
why this video has done so well, but apparently a lot
of you liked it probably, I want to say
about thirty thousand times.
Thank you!
A really easy was to do this is go up to the edge of
the pool, put your hands at the edge of the pool
to hold yourself up, and just kick as lightly
as you possibly can.
The second most popular video,
with a silver medal is actually strangely
a video that I'm not really even in.
Apparently you don't like me that much,
because this video is actually analyzing
my friend Trevor's swim stroke and certain technique
about how he gets so long and basically his entire
length of the body is fourteen inches, at least,
longer than my body even though he's only about
four inches taller.
You can see he's got a really
nice body roll, you can see that his arms get out
a long way in front of him.
And that technique
allows him, I believe, to swim anywhere between
about fifteen and twenty percent faster than me
on average while he still seems to be working fairly easily.
Funny story about Trevor, he's not one to like the camera,
but apparently all of you like him.
And the very most popular video, and this was not
a surprise at all.
Leading into producing this video,
I thought that it was going to do really well.
It was our coverage,
the nineteen minute full-on recap
of the Iron Man World Championship, which absolutely
killed it, I want to say it's around eighty-five thousand
views so thank you all for watching that.
In the end, Patrick Lange broke the course record
by two minutes, racing eight hours one minute
and 40 seconds.
And I think probably a thousand
of those views are from me, still to this day,
I get a little be teary-eyed watching that video.
Dreams are made, limits are tested,
and goals are realized every year at Iron Man, Hawaii.
And thank you for watching all those skip-able ads,
it helps me pay for all these fancy lights,
like Savannah Sunset doesn't pay for itself, huh?

Top 10 Coolest Spider-Man Gadgets - Duration: 6:02.
Coolest Spider-Man Gadgets
Hey guys!
Welcome back to Top 10 Nerd, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.
Spider-Man is probably Marvel's most lucrative hero ever, and he's certainly one of my
favourites.
While he does have some pretty QQ amazing powers, gosh I'm clever, much of his strength
comes from his gadgets.
So let's talk about some of his coolest inventions!
Also, if you like what we're doing here at top 10 nerd, please don't forget to like
and subscribe down below!
Your support is much appreciated!
Now get ready, it's time for the Top 10 Coolest Spider-Man Gadgets!
Number 10: The Spider-Mobile.
This is one gadget that people aren't so psyched about, mostly because it's totally
unnecessary.
Personally I think it's pretty dumb, the vast majority of the time he's better off
just using his webs.
He built this for a car company that wanted to promote their new non-polluting car engine.
While he was reluctant because, like many fans, he thought it was dumb, he eventually
just went along with it because he needed rent money.
There have been certain changes to it over the years, making it look a LOT cooler, but
it's still a dumb gadget that he only made because he was strapped for cash.
Number 9: Webware.
This is unique to this list because it's actually designed to help the general population,
rather than being used in Spider-Man's heroics.
This was huge for Parker Industries, and also helped the people a great deal, providing
them with unlimited wireless internet all over the world.
It also has a great deal of built-in security, with high levels of encryption designed to
prevent hacking.
This sounds like a dream come true to me, and I love that Peter eventually began helping
the world in a more traditional, and less violent, way.
Number 8: The Spider-Glider.
When Peter came to the conclusion that he needed to get around faster than web-swinging,
he created his own version of Green Goblin's famous glider.
The Spider-Glider is better though, because, well, it's shaped like a spider.
Shocker!
Plus, Spider-Glider sounds better than Goblin Glider anyway.
Rhyming is key.
This was used in battle against the villainous Equinox, who had the power of both fire and
ice.
Which, I'm sorry, is way OP.
Spider-Man used the glider to his advantage, as he didn't have to rely on his webbing
which wasn't effective against Equinox.
Hey, speaking of the battle with Equinox…
Number 7: Spider-Bombs.
Taking another page out of the Goblin handbook, Spider-Man created new Spider-Bombs, built
specifically to take down Equinox.
They were made with thermoreactive foam to counteract his rather unique power, keeping
the cool side hot and the hot side cool, as Spidey puts it.
These were highly effective against Equinox, and were actually planned to be given to firefighters
to help them quickly quench flames.
Very cool and highly effective both in battle and in the real world.
Speaking of gadgets used in the real world…
Number 6: Cryo Cubes.
Cryo Cubes were created by Peter while working at Horizon Labs.
These amazing things are able to quickly freeze living things with no damage to them.
This is great when trying to stop badguys from attacking you, while not wanting to,
you know, freeze them to death.
These actually began to be used in the medical field, used to save severed limbs and the
like, as Peter learned when he witnessed Frank the firefighter's foot being saved thanks
to his technology.
It's amazing how much he helped the world, even unintentionally, outside of Parker Industries
and villain butt kicking.
Number 5: The Spider-Tracer.
Spider-Tracers were one of Spider-Man's earliest inventions, first seen in Amazing
Spider-Man #11 in 1964.
As you probably guessed, Spider-Tracers can track the movements of the person or object
to which they're attached.
While these were used frequently by Spider-Man, they became something of a joke because they
were just so easy to spot.
These were improved later on, making them smaller, giving them audio, GPS, and even
camouflage, which was probably the most useful of the upgrades to stop people from going
"EEK A SPIDER" (brush it off).
Number 4: Spider-Bots.
These are a bit different from the others on this list because they weren't created
by the true Peter Parker, but rather Otto Octavius in the body of Peter.
These were a huge defining aspect of Superior Spider-Man, and they were super useful.
These can be used to send Spider-Man information and images, controlled mentally by him.
They were later upgraded with facial recognition software and can even create forcefields when
used in conjunction with other bots.
Very cool.
Number 3: The Mark 4 armoured Spider-suit.
When Spidey was introduced in All New All Different Marvel, he came with a brand spankin
new suit.
While the Mark 4 didn't look quite as cool as the Mark 3, it was definitely more powerful,
and keeping with Spidey's usual look.
This came with a number of awesome upgrades.
This suit was made of a liquid metal, making it significantly more durable, and resistant
to heat and even bullets.
It stored multiple kinds of web cartridges, enhanced strength, and even temperature control
to hide its heat signature.
This suit was also resistant to sonic attacks, inspired by an earlier suit, which was way
cooler in my opinion.
Speaking of which…
Number 2: The Stealth Suit.
This is one of Peter Parker's coolest inventions ever, not to mention one of the coolest looking.
Peter needed a suit to counter Hobgoblin's sonic attacks, so he created a suit that could
bend light and sound around the suit using "omni-harmonic mesh".
This badboy had two modes: Invisibility mode, which glowed red, and anti-sound mode, which
glowed green.
The suit could also fire spiders that dissolved metal, and repair any damage received.
This is probably the coolest looking suit Spider-Man ever wore, and honestly I wish
he would just keep it forever.
Sure he doesn't look quite like Spider-Man, but like… that's because he looks better!
Number 1: Web shooters.
There really couldn't be anything else at the number 1 spot.
Spider-Man without his web shooters is like pizza without cheese.
It's still fine, but it will have a harder time, catching, bad guys.
Uh, that analogy fell apart a bit, but you know what I mean!
While certain versions of Spidey forego the shooters in the name of natural webbing like
the Tobey McGuire films, Peter Parker generally depends on his patented web shooters with
their cartridges of web fluid to help him swing across the city, and catch thieves just
like flies.
These are by far his most used gadgets, and for that, they belong right at the top.
That's it for today!
Hope you guys enjoyed, if you did please smack that thumbs up button and subscribe to Top
10 Nerd for more videos!
What's your favourite Spidey gadget?
Let me know in the comment section down below!
And yes, I left the Spider Signal off intentionally, because it is so stupid.

Top 5 Rules That Make No Sense But Everyone Follows Anyways - Duration: 3:28.
Every culture is different- but there are somethings and some rules that the majority
of the world follows.
These are referred to as social norms.
No one knows why theyre in place and no one questions it.
We all just follow them-and that's what were going to be talking about today.
Hey youtube im court mcginley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.
Before we get started I want to know- Whats one rule you always follow.
Let me know your answers down in the comment.
And before we get started I just want to remind all of you to please subscribe to this awesome
channel- we bring you guys videos 6 days a week.
Don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up and let me know down in the comments what
other top 5 lists you like to see me do.
Alright without further a due lets get started on our list of the top 5 rules that make no
sense but everyone follows anyways.
Im just going to give you guys a warning this list is going to make you think about things
in ways you never have before.
Coming in at our number 5 spot--Knocking on wood- yeah this is a very weird superstition
yet when you talk about someone dying your suppose to knock on wood to stop it from happening.
Its also used when you talk about a possible positive opportunity coming up but you don't
want to jinx it.
Perhaps youre trying out for the lead in the school play or think youll be getting a promotion
at work- if you talk about it out loud then the next step is to automatically knock on
the nearest wooden surface.
Now- how could knocking on a piece of wood possibly help you out?
Well it doesnt.
its pretty much just mind over matter and its just something you can do to make yourself
feel better.
In at number 4--Eating together- now when you go out to a restaurant with a group of
people its inevitable that some people are going to get their food before others.
And yet the people who get their food need to wait until everyone has food in front of
them before they start eating.
Yeah that's just called being polite.
But when you think about it- it really doesn't make sense because the persons food will get
cold.
But being a good person matters more- right?
At number 3--Facing forward- ok this one actually surprised me- the fact that we always face
forward in an elevator.
Its like just an unspoken rule that everyone happens to follow.
I mean yeah you face the door because once it hits your floor youll be getting off.
But why when we get in an elevator do we automatically turn back around?
I mean either way were facing a blank wall.
Another unspoken elevator rule is scooting as far away form your fellow passengers as
possible.
When someone else gets on we scoot over to the other side automatically- who knows why
or when that started to happen.
But pretty much everyone does it.
Coming in at number 2--Birthday candles- something we learn from a young age is that a birthday
cake is suppose to have candles on it.
But when you think about it whats the point of putting a bunch of flaming wax sticks on
your cake each year?
I mean the wax just drips off onto the cake anyway.
Yes it's a nice sentiment because it symbolizes you making your birthday wish once you blow
them out.
but you can do the same thing with making the first cut into the cake.
Im going to be honest with you guys I don't like that this list is making me question
this.
It's a beloved rule that im going to continue to do.
Even though now im confused on why it's a thing.
But it looks pretty and its meaningful at this point.
So yeah bring on the candles.
And in at number 1--Wearing different clothes everyday- now this makes sense for people
who only can wear their clothes for one day because after a few hours they get their clothes
all dirty and have them smelling like sweat.
But if our day is less grueling and your just chilling and not doing any running around
and keep your clothes clean and smelling fresh then why is it so weird if you wear them 2
days in a row?
Ill tell you why Because the judgmental people at your school or workplace will think youre
weird that's why.
They will think your dirty- lazy and don't have any clean clothes.
So to avoid all of that we need to look different everyday.
Now obviously underwear needs to be changed everyday for hygiene reasons.
But who cares if you wear the same t-shirt from yesterday?
It shouldn't matter yet it does and its something almost everybody follows.
And there you have it that's our list of the top 5 rules that make no sense but everyone
follows anyways.
Thank you guys so much for watching and ill catch you in the next one.

The Real Reason You Don't Hear From Craig T. Nelson Anymore - Duration: 4:54.
Actor Craig T. Nelson has had a long career in Hollywood, both in film and TV, but the
role he's probably best remembered for is football coach Hayden T. Fox on the '90s ABC
sitcom Coach.
He won an Emmy for his work on the hit series, and went on to star on two other long-running
shows: the CBS cop drama The District and NBC's family tearjerker Parenthood.
He still pops up in movies here and there, but for the most part, Nelson isn't as much
of a screen fixture as he once was.
Here's what he's been up to.
Letting go
Nelson landed the part of patriarch Zeek Braverman on Parenthood right after he turned down a
similar role on a more popular show: ABC's Modern Family.
Nelson was offered the chance to play family patriarch Jay Pritchett— a role that went
to Ed O'Neill.
In an interview with Access Hollywood Live, Nelson said he "liked the script" and "liked
the people" on Modern Family, but the producers didn't offer him the amount of money he felt
he deserved.
After six seasons, Parenthood left the air in 2015 with — spoiler alert — a pretty
devastating finale: Zeek dies after a long battle with heart problems.
Nelson wasn't happy about the way his character or the show went out, telling the Hollywood
Reporter,
"I think the series should have gone on.
I still don't know why it was pulled."
He added that he "never got on board" with his character dying, although he thought the
death was "really dignified, nice and emotional."
Failed revival
In 2015, after Parenthood came to an end, NBC attempted to bring back ABC's Coach.
The network was so confident that the Coach revival would work, in fact, it skipped the
pilot phase and ordered the show straight to series—set to star Nelson and several
other original cast members.
"It's gonna be a risk, y'know, it's gonna be fun.
That's what's so exciting about it.
Trying to make it work."
The plot focused on Hayden Fox's adopted son Tim launching a football program at a prestigious
college, and enlisting his recently widowed father to help.
But in August 2015, NBC canceled the project after only one episode was filmed in front
of a studio audience, which was never released and has yet to be leaked.
Promising pilot
It looked like Nelson had a big TV comeback in the works in 2017 when he was cast in the
pilot for Raised by Wolves.
The comedy had an impressive pedigree: Oscar-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody wrote the pilot,
based on a British series co-created by popular English humorist Caitlin Moran, about a single
mother raising five kids.
This Is Us producer Greg Berlanti came on as an executive producer, and the cast included
Georgia King of HBO's Vice Principals.
ABC passed on the show, and producers tried to shop it around to cable networks… but
there haven't been any takers yet.
Charity work
While Nelson once famously weighed not paying income taxes to protest the "welfare state"
"I've been on food stamps and welfare.
Anybody help me out?
No."
… he's given plenty of his time to organizations that help others get back on their feet.
Nelson has worked with a drug and alcohol rehabilitation charity called the Drug Education
Council, and spoke at the organization's annual luncheon in 2017.
In 2009, he mentioned on Hannity that he supports Dogs For Vets, a group that pairs shelter
dogs with returning military personnel, as well as a group that grants scholarships to
veterans' children.
Extracurriculars
The guy who played a coach in All the Right Moves and Coach doesn't stand on the sidelines
in real life—instead, he's an active golfer.
In 2013, he told the Golf Content Network that he has a handicap of eight—which, as
golfers know, means Nelson is pretty good, although he says, quote, "the ability to maintain
that number seems to come and go."
His strengths are chipping and putting, which he says he'll practice for up to two hours
a day.
He's also a regular at celebrity-studded pro-am tournaments.
Nelson also loves motorsports.
In fact, in 1991, he went to auto racing school, and soon after entered the Toyota Celebrity
Long Beach Grand Prix, finishing in third place.
At that point, Nelson said he was "hooked": He started driving in the World SportsCar
series, also known as the International Motor Sports Association, and told Motor Trend that
it was tough to break into the sport and to be taken seriously.
But Nelson proved he had the right stuff, and was voted the racing organization's "Most
Improved Driver," which he quipped "was better than winning the Emmy."
A look ahead
Nelson has worked steadily since Coach ended in 1997, and it looks like he'll be busy in
2018.
Nelson will join an all-star cast in the comedy Book Club, about a group of women in their
sixties whose lives get a jolt of excitement when their book club reads—and really gets
into—Fifty Shades of Grey.
Nelson's most famous gig—and the one that made the most money at the box office—involved
only his voice.
He was Bob Parr, a.k.a. Mr. Incredible, in Disney/Pixar's 2004 superhero movie The Incredibles
— and a sequel is in the works, set to be released in June 2018.
Plot details are scant, but director Brad Bird said that Bob has shifted gears to become
a stay-at-home dad, living in a new house "that's a cross between a dream house and
a super lair."
"Brad has done such a good job on the story, and John Walker, and it's like, it's a lot
of fun.
And, um, I think it's gonna be great."

Look Back 9 Things Trump Voters Can Be Thankful for in 2017 - Duration: 4:03.
Look Back: 9 Things Trump Voters Can Be Thankful for in 2017
Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk has a message for Sen. Bernie Sanders.
The Democrat senator from Vermont and one-time Democrat presidential candidate called on
President Donald Trump to keep his campaign promises, demanding that Trump veto any bill
that would cut entitlement programs such as Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
Kirk tweeted back, noting that the Trump administration had completed or was pursuing many of the
presidents campaign promises among them moving the U.S. Embassy in Israel from
Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, nominating conservative judges to the federal bench and tax reform.
Since taking office, Trump has continually pushed for tax reform.
Both the House and Senate passed their versions of the GOP tax bill without any Democrat support.
Congress then reconciled the two versions in order to have a new plan sign by the president
before Christmas.
Although Congress first attempt at repealing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care
Act (better known as Obamacare) was unsuccessful, the tax plan repealed the individual mandate
requiring Americans to enroll in health insurance or pay a fine.
The move has been championed by conservatives and largely panned by Obamacare supporters.
Immigration remains a hot button issue.
The administration has revealed prototypes for the long-awaited wall along the U.S.-Mexico
border.
In September the president ended the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, an
Obama-era executive order that allowed illegal immigrants who entered the U.S. as children
to remain in the country.
The issue has been turned over to Congress.
In December the president announced that the U.S. will officially recognize Jerusalem as
the capital of Israel and plans to move the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to the ancient
city.
The move has received harsh criticism, with many claiming it will undermine the peace
process between Israelis and Palestinians.
Conservatives have generally reacted positively to the presidents appointment of Neil Gorsuch
to the Supreme Court, filling the seat left behind by the late Antonin Scalia.
Former President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland to fill the position toward the end
of his presidency, but the GOP-controlled Congress withheld consideration of the nomination
until after the 2016 election.
Reports say Islamic State group militants have apparently been largely wiped out across
the Middle East, as well.
According to CNBC, the Trump administration has shifted focus from energy independence
as touted by previous administrations to energy dominance. Those efforts will reportedly
include exportation of liquefied natural gas to Europe and Asia.
Meanwhile economists speculate that Trump administration economic policy, specifically
deregulation, is encouraging business confidence, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.
Additionally, the Labor Department says that 228,000 new jobs have been reported as of
December.

Top 5 Manga of 2017 - Mayacia Manga - - Duration: 4:28.
So 2017 is coming to an end
Personally it was a year that allowed me to challenge and open many new doors.
Also it was a year that provided me with many MOE :)
And throughout the year I was able to discover and read new mangas
And here is my top five list of mangas that I enjoyed in 2017
So Harada sensei is a fairly new mangaka in the boys love manga industry
And she has been gaining popularity in the recent years
In 2017, I got to read some of sensei's Manga's and out of them my favorite was this one
First of all I love the artwork
Especially the characters facial expressions and the contrast of black and white used throughout the pages
The Manga is pretty explicit, however the core of the story is revolved around pure love
And I think it has a good balance of sweetness and not-safe-for-work.
I also think the character Yoru is just adorable
Next on the list is a webtoon that became very famous in 2017
I usually do not fancy gruesome stuff or psycho thrillers because they depress me
But this Manhwa is an exception
this series was also a Game-changer as I never had the chance to read korean manhwa or webtoons before
and now I understand why they are so addictive
This manhwa seems to have that good mixture of kdrama and manga
and you'll be surprised how something can be so thrilling yet romantic at the same time
I've actually only read the first season so I'm keen on reading season 2 and catching up
So next up is finally going to be an non-yaoi manga
So I've actually been wanting to get into this series for a long time
Mainly because the author went to the same high school as me
Therefore I secretly call the author Sempai
Although we've never met...
This manga is really good
Reading this manga gives you that passionate feeling about following your dreams that you see in Shounen Manga
But it is so more relatable to people around my age since the main characters are adults
and not young boys like in the Shounen mangas
Also, the manga is very interesting since the story is about space and NASA and astronauts
And my respect to those people in the industry has boosted so much after learning about what they go through
So it was hard to decide which manga to place as first, but number two goes to...
This is a sequel of another famous manga by Hagio Sensei titled POE NO ICHIZOKU which was originally published during the 1970s
Haru no Yume was created to celebrate the 40th anniversary of this masterpiece
This Manga is interesting as we can see how the author's manga style have transformed
And also see how our image about vampires have changed in the last 40 years
To be honest since the original series of POE NO ICHIZOKU is just too good
the sequel doesn't go beyond the original
But I guess that's how sequels usually are
However do not get me wrong
Haru no Yume is still a very well-constructed manga with beautiful artworks
And pleasant to read even if you haven't read the original series
And of all the mangas I've read in 2017 the first place goes to...
So this manga has actually been out for nearly a decade
But I never knew its existence until I went to a Yamagishi Ryouko exhibition in 2017
I heard somewhere that this manga was created while Sensei I was experiencing an artist's block
But I stand in awe if such a page-turner like this manga had really been created whilst experiencing a creative drought
The manga is based in ancient Japan
and I found it very interesting about how the story looks into one of Japan's famous historical figure
the shaman Queen Himiko
And as I mentioned this was a page-turner and my mother & my friend & I
Could not put this manga down until we finished all four volumes
So these were my top five manga highlights of 2017
What Manga's did you enjoy in 2017? Feel free to leave a comment below
And let's look forward to discovering more exciting mangas in 2018
Happy new year

How To Make Steamed Milk for Silky Lavender Yerba Maté - Duration: 7:03.
Hello everyone! This is Jenny with Sipping Streams Tea
Company for another Thirsty Thursday. Today I'm going to be covering a little
bit about how to steam milk or how to add steamed milk because some of you are
used to lattes or maybe in the cafe industry and you'd be interested in
serving tea or different tea infusions with steamed milk. Now, I don't own an espresso
maker. I don't have one for home I don't have one for my tea company. So we have
to think of creative ways how to make foamy or frothy milk. Last week I
had covered how I use the Capresso frother maker. You can just buy this
little machine that has this little cup with it and it has a spinning disk on
the bottom that's magnetic that whips up and heats up the milk at the same time
so you can create steamed milk that way. Honestly I would not use this in a
commercial setting because it takes a very long time and I mean long time as
it may be two or three minutes, but in the restaurant industry that's just a
little too long to wait for your for your milk to foam up. For home it's
perfect! You can get these Capressos online or in your gourmet cooking store
that's in your own hometown. Today I'll be covering how to froth or foam or
make steamed milk for your tea beverages. If at any point you have any
questions please write them down below and I would love to answer your
questions.
I today will be making lavender yerba mate. It's silky lavender mate.
First of all I need to put in about 1 teaspoon in my
my brew basket which this is a great brew basket this has extremely fine
holes and it's dishwasher safe super lightweight great for backpacking
you can even use it for coffee or chocolate if you wanted to. It's a great
alternative for a different style tea infuser where it's a little drip tray
becomes its little lid and so you can put it in your mug and kind of have like
these little arms that hang over the edge to keep it from falling into the
cup! I'm going to make my lavender mate that way. I put in about a teaspoon per 8
ounces and so you'll see that's my lavender mate well maybe you can't
see it but it is in there and then I have my hot water and I'm going to
make a concentrate with it so as in I'm only going to fill half way up with
water because the rest of it I want to put my steamed or frothy milk in so
right now I'm gonna let it steep little lid on it keep it nice and warm. Yes some will leak down the side but
it's okay. The best way to steam milk or to make it foamy
and frothy is actually make it on the stove but I know not all of you have
time or energy or want to wash a whole pot just for your milk so you can always
just microwave it! I microwaved some milk here and last
week like I said I used a capresso frother that you can buy but these run
between 40 to 90 dollars there's all different kinds and they're not all
called Capressos. Another alternative that might be less expensive
would be an aerator or a frother and is usually electronic with battery and it
has a little spinny end to it! It's a great way to foam or froth your milk so
I'm going to show you how you just put it in there and you're going to actually
start with your frother kind of deep in there. It's gonna start mixing the milk
and then as you get it mixing you want to aerate it
with air near the edge oops so the closer you hold your frother towards the
edge the bigger the bubbles are gonna be. I'm gonna show you really
quickly by putting my camera over
the aerator.
After you have that done and you made a concentrate you want enough lavender
Monts hay to be concentrated enough so that when you just place it with the
rest with milk that it has flavor throughout the milk so I'm just gonna
add it to it white but it's actually really funny still on top that's it
that's a silky yerba Mattei and I honestly don't like to use the latte
term just because it has to do with the coffee industry but if you want your a
foamy silky drink your tea beverage just use an aerator a frother anything that
will add air very quickly into your milk fluff it up make it as thick as possible
with the foam and then pour it over your cup and if you know anyone who would
benefit from this video please let them know about our Thirsty Thursday videos
please share this out with them tag them in our our link below and let them know
we would love to see you here every Thursday and also let me know your
question January's coming up next week lots of
people have New Year's resolutions lots of people want to learn more about T
health so I would love to hear more about your questions on T and the health
benefits and we'll have a very special challenge coming up this coming month in
January which is actually national hot T month so thank you so much for joining
me and I'll see you next week thank you

What If We Had Another Smallpox Outbreak? - Duration: 4:37.
Once called the most terrible of all the ministers of death, SmallPox was once a major killer
disease, wiping out swathes of the human population.
Smallpox was eradicated by 1979, but, what if it came back?
Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions, I am Rebecca Felgate and today
we are asking What if We Had Another Smallpox Outbreak?
Before we get into this video, I just wanted to remind you guys to Subscribe to our channel
and hit that like button if you enjoy our content.
Smallpox was a savage killer.
In the 20th Century alone, it killed between 300-500 million people, but after British
Doctor, Edward Jenner, found a cure and pioneered vaccines, gradually the disease was eliminated.
By 1972, most countries stopped handing out the vaccine to children and by the 1980s,
it was obsolete.
But, what if it came back?
While there has not been a smallpox case in almost 40 years, smallpox still exists at
a small handful of laboratories across the world.
These labs are closely guarded, but mistakes do happen; in 1978, a British microbiologist
accidentally let the disease loose, killing a woman and sparking a scare across both sides
of the Atlantic.
This woman, Janet Parker, was the last known person to die of the disease.
The important things you should have picked up on so far are that vaccinations stopped
over 40 years ago, and that laboratories do still have the disease under lock and key.
Interesting.
This means that the disease could maliciously be unleashed.
There has also been some suggestion in the science community that some biologists may
be able to create a synthetic strain of Smallpox.
Recently, Canadian researchers managed to recreate Horsepox with some mail order DNA
and a little seed money.
Worrying, as this means scientists may be able to recreate the killer human version.
Real or synthetic, somebody could in theory get their hands on the disease and use it
in biological warfare.
If somebody did contract Smallpox, via whatever means, a lot of us would be in big danger.
While the older population who have been vaccinated would be fine, those of us who haven't been
would have cause for concern.
Doctors would to their best to contain an outbreak, and there would be mass quarantines.
If the outbreak did turn into a global pandemic, then those under the age of 40 will be at
the greatest risk.
Those who contract smallpox will start to see an acute onset of fever, then red spots
will appear all over the body, especially on the face.
These will then turn into blisters filled with fluid.
When these pop, those who survive will be left with deep pitted scars.
Last we knew it, Smallpox's main form, the Variola major, had a mortality rate of 30%,
so many millions of people could be at risk of dying, and many millions more being scarred
for life.
Of course, it goes without saying, those of us in first world countries with excellent
healthcare will have a better chance of survival than those living in developing nations.
With the potential death of so many young people, the world may be left with a higher
percentage of older people, wiping out generations beneath them, which would be very sad and
may have lasting issues for them in later life, with less young and able bodied people
to care for them in older age.
If Smallpox ever did break out, the World Health Organisation would act quickly.
The good thing is, that this time, we already know how to vaccinate against the disease,
so quick action would be taken to inoculate youngsters who have not yet come into contact
with the disease.
Even those who have been exposed to the pox stand a chance if they can receive vaccination
within three days.
While there is no sure for Smallpox, vaccination, even when you have already been exposed to
the disease, can offer some protection or adjust the severity of the effects on your
body.
Of course, mass vaccination and medical care in this way would be very expensive, and maybe
economically crippling.
So, that is what would happen if we had another smallpox outbreak….do you have anything
to add?
Perhaps the calamity in this answer suggests that we need to be well prepared at all times
for any kind of accidental or intentional outbreak of ancient diseases.
Is what is gone ever truly gone?
Thanks guys for watching this video, if you found it interesting, please do give it a
thumbs up and share it with a friend.
Also hit that big beautiful notification button.
I am Rebecca Felgate, I'll see you in the next video, but for now…stay curious, stay
alert and never ever stop questioning.

DIY Pop-up Day Long Party Tips | Lifestyle Adventure Parties | Amara In Seattle | CC - Duration: 8:09.
Classic Pioneer Square...
It goes from being Victorian to sci-fi
Hey Rockstars, it's Amara. Today we're talking about throwing a day-long party.
But before we get into it the mandatory stuff: if you like the idea of having an
event that is different than the way parties usually go or kind of pushes the
idea of what a party can become go ahead and like this video. Hit subscribe so
you're part of the next adventure. We do videos Friday's here on Amara In Seattle.
It's the idea of lifestyle as an adventure. So I worked in an area in
Seattle called Pioneer Square ,kind of the historical district of Seattle, for
about five years now. And I recently left that position. And in leaving that
position, I decided that I would throw a party in that neighborhood. I'm leaving
Pioneer Square and I have a lot of friends here and a lot of businesses that I
love and places I haven't checked out and that's what we're doing today. And
instead of just doing it by myself because it was the last hurrah with a
lot of co-workers that I love. I decided to throw a day-long party. It's a
day-long pop-in party. The idea being that people can come as they want to.
It's kind of a come as you are situation. Where you take a really long chuck of
time. In this case, I believe it was from 8:00 a.m. and went until about oh
we want to say like 11:00 midnight-ish. This is tips for throwing a day-long on
location poppin party. So let's get to it. Tip number one! So the big thing about
planning a day-long party is the agenda. That's like the big thing you've got to
figure out. Now in this case, I knew I was gonna be in a specific neighborhood so I
chose a number of things that I had never done before that would be fun for
me that I'd always kind of intended to do and had never done. This is the Marriott
in the Alaska building.
And then I also chose a number of locations based on
variance in cost.
Okay, so now we're gonna go to the
Klondike Goldrush Museum. Now we're going here because it is a free thing in the city
but it's a thing a lot of people haven't gone to. That is a great resource to take
advantage of. If there's something that is low-cost that people always intend to
go to but haven't done. That is a great place to add it into your day long party.
So consider that. Here we go.
I didn't want to create a party that would be
something that people who showed up had to pay for every time we went somewhere
new. But, you also have to take into consideration the fact that people need
to eat. So there's like a balance that has to happen. I didn't want to do any
kind of crazy catering so there was none of that. But I did want to make sure that
I offered my friends opportunities to get food along the way. I chose one
location that was a little more on the spending side and everything else was
either free or it was in a location where the cost minimum was like a cup of
coffee. Something, kind of, reasonable. And the biggest tip I have is to make it
clear where you are and what you're doing while you're there. I used a
Facebook invite for that. I think it's a really useful way to work with Facebook.
It gives people a place to interact with it even if they can't actually attend
the event, which is nice. Tip number two one of my little favorite things to do
is to create something that helps you document the event itself. I like to
create some sort of hashtag or wait for people to share what's happening at the
event. Hey guys, so now we're doing a photo walk. And it was just a way for the
people who are part of this pop-up event to be able to share pictures on you know
Instagram or Twitter but I also feel like it's a good binding source what
changes a thing from being just an event into being a party is often these little
like tweaking details. And as a result of it you get to see later if your friends
upload pictures. Tip number three pick a location. Usually
you think of a party and it's like at a house or at a fixed event space. But if
you're doing a 24-hour party which you need to really choose is like boundaries
for your location. Give people a sense of theme by giving them a specific area. In
my case because I live in a city I chose a neighborhood but moreover I chose a
walkable neighborhood. Pioneer Square is kind of a nice flat like easy walkable
area. That was a perfect size venue for a party where there was still stuff to
explore but there was also the ability for people to land in the entire
neighborhood and still be able to make it to the party. There she goes and here
she is. Yay!
If you live in a smaller place you might
want to just choose a couple block or if you have a specific location in mind or
a thematic location. It goes from being a Victorian to scifi. Victorian sci-fi
that's my genre. She's going in.
I don't know where she's going. While Amara is gone. We're just gonna take a look at this wicked wicked clock.
Tip number four: in the case of something that's a pop-in party, I think one of the
greatest things you can do is like invite people from different parts of
your life and give them the opportunity to meet each other. In this case, I
invited co-workers from the job that I was leaving and I also invited a number
of friends that I have that I thought would think a day-long popin party might
be something fun to go to. She's in the first floor Seattle. That's where all the cool
kids hang out also the rats. Oh Man.
It's not kpop. It's not kpop, that's that's true.
We don't do kpop in Seattle we do SEApop. Oh it's
Jim. Ahh. and Dean or is it Santa noone knows. and then Serena's here she was just the
underground. Whoo. Jim is a back. Thad has appeared. As is Michael. You guys know
Michael. There's Michael. They have coffee Amara does not. It's okay I had enough
coffee today.
Oh Danielle came. She's here. Party!
I love when my friends become friends
with my friends. I love when those things like tie into each other and I also
think that doing that allows people have the opportunity of a special new event
where they make a new friend. So mix up your people. Tip number five.
The last tip is roll with the punches. Things are not gonna go the way you
anticipate or envision them at a party period. I feel like I'm in an episode of
Supernatural and my name is Amara and look at this. I found this... this symbol.
You guys know what that is, let me know. if we found this thing it was just
sitting up here. Also, these guys. A great example of something that happened here
that there's no real way to anticipate in Seattle is it rained. Now to
be fair if you live in Seattle you should know that it's going to rain
sometimes. But it was unexpected that it would rain in the middle of the party
and a lot of it was photo walking so suddenly we were doing photo walking in
the rain. It's raining in Seattle and we were doing photowalking here. Now we're doing photowalking in the rain.
Which means, you need to pop into places keeping
everyone comfy. People aren't gonna stay somewhere they're uncomfortable. So roll
with the punches. In this case, it became a photo walk in the rain with little
stops.
Anyway, we're in the pergola.
And rolling with the punches will also mean that you have the flexibility
to work with what happens. Pioneer Square is in the middle of this big
like construction boom right now. And in the middle of it we saw these giant like
warp pipes. They look like warp pipes like out of Mario video games.
@Parejeda and I decided immediately we needed to go pretend to pop out into Seattle
through a like a warp pipe. So that's what we did here. I even might have found
a turtle, let's see.
Amara is about to pop up.
Whooo!
Okay, we're gonna go before the cops come ~ yay! I wish I had fireballs.
That's After Effects. Like a year. This year! Do you wanna see inside. I do wanna see inside.
I think there's a turtle. I found a turtle in the underground. No, in the pipe. In the the warp pipe.
Oh a turtle to the mushroom kingdom.
Like a Koopa. Anyway, we're gonna go.
I found an A kind of.
It's my favorite letter. Guess why? Three of them in the name. Then there's three channels.
Amara Not In Seattle is a travel channel, where we get lost in travel.
And Amara In Seattle Vlogs vlogging channel.
And you subscribe to all of them. Oh my gosh! Amara In Seattle, all over the Internet. Amara. Subscribe.
Also subscribe to Danielle's channel. Yeah do it! Parejeda, it's fun!
Link down below. Oh yeah. Yeah it is.
Thanks so much for watching Rockstars, Best Adventures
it's Amara In Seattle. Top of the Space Needle. Rain falling
down. Shh. Aha you're clever, you've made it to the
end of the video. First, there's a bonus question: if you could afford to throw it
anywhere in the world, where would you throw a day-long party with your friends?
I'm gonna do a bonus pop-up party tip over on my Facebook page that's Amara In Seattle
on Facebook. There's gonna be an extra video for the end of the year on
this channel because I like to wrap up a good year of YouTube with an extra video.
See you then and then after that on Friday. Whoo.
Amara sings bits of Mario theme song...
do you like my new phone case? Amara goes back to singing bits of Mario theme song...
