Wake up

Run for your life with me

Wake up

Run for your life with me

In another perfect life

In another perfect light

We run

We run

We run

The rats are on parade

Another mad charade

What you gonna do?

The hounds are on the chase

If everything's erased

What you gonna do?

I need some room to breathe

You can stay asleep

If you wanted to

They say that's nothings free

You can run with me If you wanted to

Yeah you can run with me If you wanted to

Before the time runs out

There's somewhere to run

Wake up

Run for your life with me

Wake up

Run for your life with me

In another perfect life

In another perfect light

We run...

We run...

We run...

RUN !!!

We've got to make some space

If everything's erased

What you gonna do?

I need some room to breathe

You can run with me

If you wanted to

Yeah you can run with me If you wanted to

Before the time runs out

There's somewhere to run

Wake up

Run for your life with me

Wake up

Run for your life with me

In another perfect life

In another perfect light

We run...

We run...

We run...

RUUUUUUUUUUUUN

AAAAARGH

Wake up

Run for your life with me

Wake up

Run for your life with me

In another perfect life

In another perfect light

We run...

We run...

We run...

RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN

AAAAAAAARGHOU

How is a Thigh Lift Performed?-Dr.Hourglass-YouTube - Duration: 5:14.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Star Bodies.

Today we are going to discuss: How is a thigh lift performed?

In this channel we discuss everything you need to know to get that star body that you want.

Welcome back!

The thigh lift is performed to get rid of the sagging skin that usually occurs after significant weight loss.

This procedure has the purpose to slim and smooth the area, improving the general aspect of the body.

The lifting at the level of the thighs consists of the ascension of the tissues on the thighs

(especially the internal area) and the excess skin is removed, leaving behind a scar in the inguinal area

and/or in the fold under the buttocks.

The procedure targets patients who have a considerable skin laxity in the internal area of the thighs.

The procedure is performed on both men and women, and the results are better

when the skin laxity is reduced.

The thigh lift is performed under general anesthesia and can be associated with the lifting of other areas

(such as the buttocks) and with liposuction.

The technical method to lift the thigh usually implies liposuction and the removal of the excessive skin

on the interior of the thigh.

The type of incision varies depending on the areas that are to be treated and the level of correction needed.

The incisions for the internal thigh lift are done in the inguinal area.

If the patient needs a substantial excision of the skin, a longitudinal incision will be performed

along the internal part of the thigh.

In this video, we discuss: How is a thigh lift performed?

In the next video, we will discuss: Sagging skin on the thigh and physical exercises.

The Best Movies Of Summer 2017 - Duration: 5:19.

Summer 2017 was chock-full of great films, from blockbuster superhero sagas to streaming-only

surprises.

Franchises were revived with vigor … franchises were brilliantly wrapped up ... legacies were

secured, and Charlize Theron probably had more fun than anyone in the business.

These are the best of the best from a season full of fantastic films.

Wonder Woman

After 75-odd years of whooping bad guy butt in the comics pages, Wonder Woman finally

got her shot at solo blockbuster glory, just in time to either make or break the emerging

DC Extended Universe.

Wonder Woman did everything it needed to and then some, serving as an effective origin

story as well as a superhero adventure that stood on its own as a standalone experience

while continuing to lay the groundwork for the DCEU's big team-up in Justice League.

The reviews have been almost universally positive, and audiences have turned out in droves, laying

the groundwork for a real battle for superhero supremacy at the box office between Marvel

and DC.

Atomic Blonde

This neon thriller takes place in the final days of the Cold War: The Berlin Wall is about

to go down, but that doesn't mean the cloak-and-dagger business is over.

To the contrary: a super-spy played by Charlize Theron is sent to Germany to retrieve a stolen

list that contains the names of undercover spies.

The list has fallen into the hands of the Soviets, and Charlize will have to bash a

few skulls in her quest to discover that document.

But honestly, the plot isn't that important.

The insane fight choreography is the star here: Charlize beats up dudes using everything

from shoes to ropes to cooking pots, all while wearing the most stylish clothes imaginable.

The actress did her own stunts for Atomic Blonde, adding a touch of realism to the brutal

battle scenes and car chases.

"Fasten your seatbelt."

Okja

Netflix's Okja is a film that starts off feeling like a G-rated kid's adventure and ends up

inside an very R-rated slaughterhouse.

The film tells the story of a young girl who's friends with a hippo-like "super pig" named

Okja that actually belongs to the all-powerful Mirando Corporation, a business run by evil

twins, both played by Tilda Swinton, obviously.

Okja is their genetically modified creation, and they plan on turning the poor pig into

the tastiest, most eco-friendly pork chops on the planet ... but not if the girl and

a team of animal activists rescue Okja first.

A darkly comic vision of future, Okja has quite a lot to say about the evils of capitalism

— and the merits of a plant-based diet — while also offering up a wildly entertaining and

inventive piece of filmmaking.

War for the Planet of the Apes

The conclusion to one of the best film trilogies ever, War for the Planet of the Apes expertly

blends the book of Exodus with Apocalypse Now, resulting in a brutal Old Testament-P.O.W.

story.

In the fiery aftermath of the previous film, Caesar has led his followers into the mountains,

hoping to escape the wrath of man.

But Caesar knows his apes can't hide in the hills for long, so this primate Moses plans

on leading his people to a new promised land, where they can avoid any future conflicts.

This sets up a Bridge on the River Kwai-style showdown between Caesar and a mad Colonel

played by Woody Harrelson.

War for the Planet of the Apes is the perfect ending to the trilogy, featuring a show-stopping,

Oscar-worthy motion-capture performance from Andy Serkis.

Spider-Man: Homecoming

One of the most charming and entertaining films to ever swing its way into the Marvel

Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: Homecoming follows wannabe Avenger Peter Parker as he

tries to fight crime and navigate high school at the same time.

Things get even more complicated when an honest-to-goodness supervillain shows up: Michael Keaton's Vulture

is the ultimate thief, and if Peter can bring him to justice, it could be his ticket into

the Avengers.

One of the best comic book movies ever made, Homecoming even won over Marvel haters thanks

to its John Hughes-like high school vibe.

And all that upbeat energy was largely thanks to Tom Holland, who's a pitch-perfect Peter

Parker.

"You can't tell anybody about this.

You gotta keep it a secret."

"Secret?

Why?"

"Because you know what she's like, if she finds out people try and kill me every single

night she's not gonna let me do this anymore!"

Dunkirk

Without a doubt, the epic World War II thriller Dunkirk is one of Christopher Nolan's greatest

achievements, right up there with Inception and The Dark Knight.

Shot mostly with 65 millimeter film on IMAX cameras, the nail-biting Dunkirk tells the

story of a real-life military retreat in 1940.

Roughly 400,000 Allied troops were trapped on a French beach, completely surrounded,

and the only thing keeping them from home was the English Channel.

Unfortunately, the beach was too shallow to accommodate military-sized vessels, so English

civilians sprang into action, sailing to Dunkirk in their yachts and fishing boats.

Nolan masterfully uses three interlocking tales to put audiences right in the middle

of the battlefield.

Baby Driver

With its eclectic soundtrack and insanely impressive driving stunts, Edgar Wright's

Baby Driver is one of the most exciting films of 2017.

This souped-up action flick stars Ansel Elgort as Baby, a young man who works as a getaway

driver for a smarmy crime boss played by Kevin Spacey.

Suffering from tinnitus, Baby drowns out the constant droning with an incredible collection

of tunes to soundtrack his incredible driving skills.

Baby wants to go straight, but he gets pulled into a robbery-gone-wrong, so he's forced

to take a stand to save everything he loves.

With its dance-like action and its super cool characters, Wright's sixth feature film is

like a mashup between Singin' in the Rain and Walter Hill's The Driver, which means

it's got a little something for everyone.

"I want us to head west and never stop.

You in?

I'm in, Baby."

Mixed | Spoken Word Poetry | By: Poetic Daisy - Duration: 2:02.

Mixed

I will always be mixed, I will always be proud, I will always be mixed, and I'll say it

out loud.

I'm not just Black, not just Puerto-Rican, There's another little sliver that I won't

omit for no reason.

I'm a little bit Indian, those native to this land,

The closest band Of people when they're bound to reservations.

Observations Have been made, and opinions have been formed,

Judgments have been cast, and others have been forewarned,

"Don't lose your culture, don't forget who you are"

"Don't forget your native land- no matter how far."

But I have 3 different cultures, 3 native lands,

So how can I be expected to follow those commands?

I know not any culture, I know not any land, I know not the smell of their flowers nor

the color of the sand.

I have no stories of revolution, no stories of the fight,

I know not about the rising up or the never ending plight.

I cannot speak the language, I cannot cook the dishes,

I don't know what culture I am to marry when I become a Mrs.

I've never seen the rituals, the celebrations I do not know,

So finally it has begun to show Yes I am mixed, and of that I'm very proud

But perhaps "I'm American!" is what I should be saying out loud.

Because that's my native land and culture and the language that I speak,

I know their rituals and celebrations, and I know their stories as I seek.

I know how to cook their dishes, and that's alright with me,

Because I am American in culture but there are hidden cultures you cannot see.

The End.

Kuwait - Duration: 3:32.

G'day people, how are you going today today I'm gonna show you this non legal tender

banger from Kuwait as you can see this shows the coat of arms of Kuwait yeah

for zoom out I'll show you what that looks like this side is the Arabic side

the other side is English this banknote commemorates year 10 years of qat

liberation by coalition forces there by the United States from Iraq as you can

see down yeah as d-day 2001 and Arabic numerals

all right I just the pet nation is nice on it they could have actually

differentiated the colors a lot more probably put in a darker blue over here

or something there but we made this side dark as well but it's okay as

traditional Arabic patination so if you ever seen it an old mosque

whatever nice nicely decorated with calligraphy in abstract impressions as

well as humans German they are depicted on mosques ok the strange thing about

this what am I here you go let's go yeah there you go

in clear window it has a fingerprint yeah that's looks like it also has a hit

of an eagle or something there you can see he has an eye has an eye here looks

like the mouth and it goes it goes really yeah that's probably any bank

note that I've seen actually has a fingerprint on

conversely it says not a legal tender so you can't bend it in Qi as a karate

flame being held by a soldier um just the old trading ships toes just has

buildings of modern Kuwait there's someone probably repairing the damage

from the war young doves okay and says a commemorative night issued on the

occasion of the 10th anniversary of the liberation of the state of Qi February

26 2001 and also the background has also the abstract typical Islamic style

architecture so there is a non legal tender faint no one denies from QA not

too sure why they issued a it's not legal tender anyway let me know what you

think down below yeah it's not a bad Bank name but they could have actually

just increased the sharpness of the colors and the differentiation as well

ok thank you and have a nice day
