Today I've come with the video on Weight Gain after so many videos of Weight Loss
This video is for the people who are underweight and want to put some weight
So that they can also come in a normal weight category
I will suggest these people to know firstly, are you really underweight basis your height and age
As I've shared in last video that you should have a normal target weight
If your weight is 10% than your target weight, Supposing if your normal weight should be 50 kg
But if your weight is somewhere between 45-50 kg
Then you need not to worry because this is also considered to be a normal thing
Second thing to be understand i.e the reason behind being underweight
Have you been like this earlier too, in which range does your metabolism comes
Aren't you suffering from any medical problem like Thyroid
Or is there any other medical complication due to that your weight is reducing instead increasing
If everything is normal and you are also on medication for any medical problem
But still you are unable to put on weight
Then here I'm sharing some tips which you can follow and can increase your weight
Here we have to slightly reverse the process in comparison of weight loss
But here also some things and rules being same
Even in the case of weight loss program you have to take high protein diet
So in this case you have to take high protein diet
In high protein diet if we talk about non-veg food then you can take white meat or egg white
Here you'll keep the quantity on higher side, you can take 2 egg whites in the morning
That you can do either thrice in a week and you should take proteins sprouts and lentils/pulses daily
In white meat you can take Chicken Leg Pieces and Soya Products to fulfil the requirement of protien
In my last video for weight loss I've shared that in this case you have to reduce your calorie requirements
But here you have to increase your calorie requirements, so you can increase protein requirement to do so
I would not recommend to increase the percentage of fat
Do not increase the quantity of fat, 10-15 % of fat should be consume in cooking oil as we use for normal person
In the category of fat you can switch to full cream milk instead of double toned one
In carbohydrates you can take banana, mango, potatoes, yam and should increase their intake
Proteins should be increased
In fat you should take full cream milk which is more than sufficient, you should also take cottage cheese
Apart from that your meals should be healthy and frequent and in small gaps
Here you can increase the quantity slightly for example
Increase 1 Chapati in the morning or also can increase the quantity of poha or anything from 1 bowl to 1.5 bowl
If you can't take it at one time, then reduce their gaps and can take frequent meals
Because this way the calorie value will be increased thus it will be helpful in gaining weight
Here I would like to suggest, give some attention towards the preparation of your food because
Such people can't eat much quantity of food
Or they don't like the food and that creates the problem in gaining weight
So if the preparation of food is good, attractive, tasty by adding some spices
If you'll start developing it according to your taste then your weight can increase
You can include some juices and shakes
Just because we are unable to take much quantity
If I ask you to start drinking 3 glass milk in a day, perhaps some of you won't be able to do this
Instead if you are taking either Banana Shake or Mango shake, it will helpful in gaining weight
Similarly in fruits you can replace high calorie fruits like Banana, Mango & chickoo with low calorie fruits
I hope after these tips will help you in gaining weight
And you'll be able to fulfil and increase some kg as per your requirement
