What's up champ! I'm Vince del Monte and I want to tell you guys

you're gonna be doing lower body workouts on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday.
Alright. Now every workout has a different theme so we got some
strength days, we've got some pump days, and then we've got some days with
mechanical advantage drop sets. So over the course of the week we're gonna be
taking, like normally you probably do what like maybe 10 15 sets per body part,
but what we're gonna do with this program, is we're going to take all that
volume and disperse it over the week so that when you're coming to the gym you
can't pace yourself. You'll be forced to work harder. You're gonna be forced to do
more weight with more reps which is ultimately the thing that's gonna get
your body to change. Whether you want to strip fat or build muscle, there needs to
be progression with load and with effort and that's what this training program is
designed to do. If you're not progressing with volume and intensity, those are the
two most critical variables, you're not going to get the results you want.
Alright. So I find a lot of people they pace themselves so this
workout is gonna reset our intensity and show you what you're
capable of. We're gonna get your strength up.
We're gonna get your pump up and we're going to be working with rep ranges and loads
you've never used before and that's gonna lay the
foundation for where we're going with Maximize Your Muscle. So I want to ship

done in the past. You'll know this based on what rep ranges you've used in the
past that you're those muscles have responded well to and if you're not sure,

15 Ways To Know If Someone Likes You - Duration: 7:20.
• If someone likes you, what do they do with their eyes?
Can you tell just by looking at their feet?
These are 15 ways to tell if someone likes you without them saying so.
15 – Touching or Raising the Eyebrows • There is a subconscious reaction in people
where they will touch their eyebrows if something pleases them, especially something in conversation.
• Men who are interested in the conversation tend to subconsciously raise their eyebrows.
They will also do this if they see someone they like unexpectedly.
14 – Their Feet Point Toward You • It's simple body language.
If someone likes you, they'll face you head-on.
Their whole body will point towards you, from the feet on up.
• Of course, people are supposed to face you and make eye contact to be polite, but
if they're not really into you, the feet might be point off to the side.
13 – A Straight Back (for men) • Men will try to present themselves a certain
way around someone they like.
They tend to stand up tall with a straight back and stiff shoulders.
• That's due in part to nervousness.
But it's also a subconscious reaction in men to try making themselves look bigger and
stronger.
12 – Exposing the Wrist (for women) • Much in the same way that men will stand
up straighter, women tend to have an unconscious tick when they like someone.
• They don't usually even notice they're doing it, but when a woman is into you, they
tend to show the inside of their wrist – even if they have to roll up a sleeve to do it.
• The wrist is a vulnerable spot of soft skin, so exposing it is basically a woman
letting their guard down around you.
11 – Making it a Point to Touch You • If someone is grossed out by you, they're
going to avoid contact with you at all costs.
• On the other hand, someone might make it a point to touch you on the shoulder or
arm.
They may try to sit close to you, or to call you over to look at something so your arms
touch.
• Basically, if someone likes you, they'll look for any excuse to make contact.
Any sort of contact, no matter how innocent or incidental.
10 – Being Weird or Erratic • People with a crush act weird.
They're not really sure what to do around you.
They'll have a hard time acting natural.
• Look for someone to change the way they act as soon as you approach.
They may also seem to go from super energetic to super shy from one day to the next.
• There's a good chance that makes they like you and are just trying to find a way
to get your attention.
9 – Talking About You When You're Not There
• Obviously, if you're not around, you're going to have a hard time hearing someone
talk about you.
• But if you have a friend in the right circle, see if someone is talking about you,
maybe asking about you, while you're not there.
That's a good sign that they're interested.
8 – Breaking Down "Barriers" • If someone like you, they're going to
want as few things between you as possible.
• That might mean something as obvious as sitting on the same side of the table as you.
But it might also be something as subtle as moving a glass of water to the side of a plate,
rather than between your plates.
• A person's body language can put up a lot of invisible "barriers."
Look for someone who is tearing down those barriers by subtly moving things aside that
are between you.
7 – Asking You Lots of Questions • Sure, it's possible you're with someone
who's just nosy.
• But it's more likely that someone who's constantly asking questions about you is doing
that because they're actually interested in you.
• If someone's completely bored by you, they're not going to want to know anything
about your family.
6 – Looking at You – Sometimes Avoiding Eye Contact
• Eye contact is a weird thing with crushes.
Shy people will look at their crush a lot, but look away once they notice you looking
back.
• But maybe you're past the shy stage.
You've started dating someone, or we're talking about someone who isn't particularly
shy.
• In that case, you're actually looking for someone who holds steady eye contact.
Not only does that show attraction, studies suggest it actually creates attraction.
5 – Leaning in • It's a simple body language tick, but
it's effective.
If someone is attracted to you, they'll lean in towards you.
This also applies if they're especially engaged in talking to you.
• If they're not, they'll stand straight or lean away.
It's like magnetism.
4 – Mirroring • People tend to mimic the body language
of the people they're interested in.
• That could mean standing the same way, toying with their hair the same way, shifting
in your seat at the same time, and any number of other things.
• This can be tough to notice if you're not looking for it.
If you think you see it, shift your weight or something subtle like that, and see if
the other person follows suit.
3 – Dilated Pupils • When people see something they like, their
pupils dilate.
That's not limited to people, either.
• Pupils will dilate in response to seeing a kind of food you like, or some beautiful
scenery.
• It's just that this rule carries over to seeing people, too.
It's easiest to notice when you're actually making eye contact with someone.
2 – Talking About Your Relationships • If someone is interested in you, they're
going to fish for information.
• First off, they'll want to know if you're dating anyone.
For most people, that's a dead giveaway.
They may as well come right out and say they like you at that point.
• But they may also ask about past relationships of yours – particularly what you liked and
disliked about them, and why it went wrong.
They may be looking to use that information to better draw your attention themselves.
1 – Prolonged Smiling • It's the simplest, most obvious answer.
But it's also one of the most misunderstood.
• See, people know they're supposed to smile to be polite.
Most people can flash a decent fake smile to throw you off.
But the longer someone remains smiling around you, the better chance there is that they're
really enjoying their time with you.
• They might be able to fake a smile or two, but they'll get tired of doing that
unless they're actually having fun.
The more they smile, the better you're doing.

Trump To Cut Scheduled Pay Raises For Federal Workers | Top Stories Today - Duration: 1:47.
President Trump sent a letter to Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) on Thursday announcing his intention
to cut pay raises for civilian government workers.
In the letter, Trump cited his authority in times of "national emergency or serious
economic conditions affecting the general welfare" to make adjustments to the 2018
pay schedule for federal employees.
Under the previous plan, workers were scheduled for a 1.9 percent bump. Trump will use his
authority to lower that to 1.4 percent.
"We must maintain efforts to put our Nation on a sustainable fiscal course," Trump wrote.
"A pay increase of this magnitude is not warranted, and Federal agency budgets could
not accommodate such an increase while still maintaining support for key Federal priorities
such as those that advance the safety and security of the American people."
Pay raises for government workers outside of Washington, D.C. will average only 0.5
percent and will be specified in a coming executive order, Trump said.
The White House did not respond to a question about how much the government would save from
the action or whether it had discussed the matter with offices on Capitol Hill.
Trump will maintain the 2.1 percent pay increase for members of the military.
"I strongly support our men and women in uniform, who are the greatest fighting force
in the world and the guardians of American freedom," Trump wrote.
"As our country continues to recover from serious economic conditions affecting the
general welfare, we must work to rebuild our military's readiness and capabilities."

Donald: I watched "Viva Las Vegas", not last night, but the night before,
and then, uh...
I was trying to choose what to start with
I wanted to watch them in chronological order of when they started.
Braedon: He originally signed on to do a few movies
and he was told that that first movie
was gonna be a serious acting role
and he wouldn't have to sing
and then it ended up being that he had to sing, by contract.
He was pretty ticked off.
And then he also didn't realize that he was locked into like 30 movies, or something like that.
Donald: My favourite Elvis song is "Wooden Heart", do you know that song?
I didn't know of it until I saw it in- I wish I knew what movie it was- it was the one where he was a soldier..
You know how Miley Cyrus just released a new song "Younger Now"?
She's doing that thing with the puppet. I'm not sure if you've seen the video...
That's what Elvis did in his movie, with "Wooden Heart"
and that's my favourite song by him, it's super cool-
But it's like this puppet show and he's doing the puppets,
and there's an accordion in it. It's really weird but it's like
Travis: He's doing the puppets, or it's him as a puppet?
Donald: No, it's like he's the actual puppeteer or whatever.
Sean: My dad grew up in the '50s and '60s, so
he has all the movies. And he has posters from when he was a kid, of the actual films.
Braedon: Of the Elvis movies?
Sean: Yeah.
He loved Elvis, yeah.
Donald: Oh it was in "G.I. Blues".
Travis: I remember laughing at the driving- there's a scene where he's driving
and he's steering like this the whole time.
Donald: It's pretty lit.
Travis: The fire's lit.
Travis: I miss Portage Place being nice.
Sean: Yeah.
Travis: Those days were great.
Braedon: I never experienced that.
Travis: What, really?
You never went to IMAX when you were a kid, or something?
Braedon: No, I did for field trips, I remember that, but, um...
Travis: There was an HMV for a while-
Braedon: Yeah, that's why I went, 'cause it was an emergency
because like there was never a Green Day album date where I don't go out and buy
it like day of, and so that was my only opportunity to get "Uno", so I went and I got 'er.
I tried so hard to get "21st Century Breakdown" a few days before.
Sean: Oh yeah.
Braedon: Because I asked every Superstore employee to check the system to see if they had it
in the store already.
And one of them checked and they did have it in the back, but nobody would give it to me.
Travis: I've still got some water, thanks.
Ian: Yeah, I'm good.
Braedon: Thank you, my boy. (?)
Travis: What a host.
Travis: What a host.

Sean: Well we were just thinking of breaking it off and then dumping all the liquid in.

Yeah, skip that one.
Sean: All of you are like the angel on my shoulder and there's...then there's Daniel.
Travis: There's a lot more angels in this situation.
Sean: Oh I really want to.
I'm just scared- will it explode?

Donald: Wait, are we doing this?
Richard: I don't think you should, I think it's a really bad idea.
Donald: Wait, I dunno if this is the best idea.
Daniel: Do it! Really fast!
Travis: You guys just... didn't listen.
Sean: I did it. It hasn't popped or anything.
Travis: I dunno what we're expecting, but...
Daniel: Just wait, the thing is melting.
Travis: I'm not into this.
Daniel: It's like, you know those TV shows-
Donald: Wait- did something happen?
Travis: That was way worse- I thought it was gonna be less than that.
Sean: I had a bit of a heart attack, geeze.
