Hi, guys!
I just bought this Yohi greek yogurt cracker from the convenience store.
They only had this kind.
There are other Yohi products that I wanted to try
so I came to a market.
The problem is
I don't have a plastic bag
and I feel like it would be suspicious
if I just carried this out without paying for it.
So, I'm gonna hide it before going in.
I will leave it here and pick it up later.
Let me give you a Yohi haul.
I went to 7/11
and they had these with Wanna One's faces.
So, I splurged.
I will now show you how to eat Yohi deliciously
with a few tips and recipes.
I'm kinda sad that they didn't have all the members, gut
I'm broke
so it's good they didn't have others.
First, to introduce Yohi products in general,
they contain greek yogurt and is good for your intestines.
There are 200 million lactobacilli in each package.
It's good for people who are constipated.
For those who are looking for healthy snacks,
the first recipe is a delicious dessert replacement,
green grape tart in a jar.
Ingredients are as follows.
First, you crumble up two Yohi crackers,
and then put a layer of yogurt on top.
Then top that off with some green grapes, and you're done.
Chill in the fridge for better taste.
Now you've made a delicious, healthy dessert.

Other than the original cracker,
there are multigrain, wafers, chocoballs, and many more.
You can pick and eat based on your preference.
A lot of times, I am running late in the morning and can't eat breakfast.
This recipe is something you can make the night before.
This overnight yogurt is easy to grab on the go in the morning.
Ingredients are:
Chunks of Yohi cracker, yogurt on top of that,
and fruit on top of the yogurt. Repeat that until you reach the top.
Store in the fridge, and eat the next morning.
It's portable because it's in an enclosed jar.
Sometimes, salad can be bland when eaten
without croutons or a salad dressing.
In that case, just top off your salad with
Yohi crackers to add more flavor.
As a dressing, use yogurt
for extra probiotics and protein.
My diet starts today.

Just out looking at a property that I sold.
I do not own this property.
This is one that I bought myself, it was a block of land.
I bought it for $465,000, for a block of land.
I got it DA approved for a dual occupancy,
a house and a granny flat.
The house will probably be worth about $900,000
to be built, after it's built.
And the granny flat will probably be worth,
the two bedroom villa unit,
whatever you want to call it,
would sell for around $600,000 to $700,000.
If we look at this area,
two bedroom units are selling for $700,000,
I'm just saying $600,000 to be conservative.
Total figure of about $1.5 million
is where the value will be, about $1.6 million.
Purchase price was $465,000.
My view to build the thing was about $450,000,
so I've been into it for about $900,000,
and have a value of somewhere around $1.5 million, 1.6 million.
So there's probably something like $600,000 to $700,000 in it.
However, I've got too many of these things on the run,
and just due to financing and what-not,
I couldn't get the finance to build the actual building.
I sold the land with a DA on it.
I think I sold it for about $680,000, something like that.
So I cashed out and made a couple hundred thousand dollars
just for holding the thing for 12 months.
Whoever bought it off me is going to make some money on it
if they do things right.
I don't know who bought it.
We don't sell properties to our clients.
Those of you that might be watching this video as a
new time investor, we don't sell properties.
We buy properties and we help people locate properties
and negotiate properties and make the money from that.
On this property, when I sell my own properties,
I list it with a real estate agent
to get the highest price when it comes time
to selling the property.
I want to make sure I get the max
when I'm selling the properties.
So I put them out with real estate agents
to get me the best prices.
When it comes to us working on behalf of our clients,
there's no glossy brochures.
There's a lot of people out there trying to sell new homes
and stuff like that, which do get paid big commissions
and have glossy brochures to give to you,
all that sort of stuff.
When we go and negotiate properties, we want to make sure -
we're like a property liquidator.
We go and buy in bulk, get the prices down
as low as possible, and we charge a fee to our clients
in order to locate one of these properties
and for our services.

to get the properties as cheap as possible.

and back to my channel so today's video is another dollar tree goal this one's a
little different it is on the wet and wild makeup brushes that you can find
pretty much every dollar tree so if you're interested to see this video then

don't you know miss any okay so we're going to start out from largest to
smallest so this is the wet and wild contour brush
I love these brushes because they are synthetic they're vegan cruelty free and
they just have really nice cuts um I have had these brushes for probably a
little over a year you can see how some of the paint is kind of beat-up but I
wash my brushes once a week and these hold up so well so that is definitely a
plus but I love just the slant of these brushes super super soft it's dense
enough where it will apply the color but it's loose enough where it will blend so
you can actually just use one brush to apply and blend out your contour it's
great I love this brush and you know for $0.99 you can't beat it I do have a
backup I do have two of these because I love the brush that much next brushes
are the crease brushes and these are amazing these are like my Holy Grail
they got a nice fluffy head once again you can pick up the color and apply it
very very well they are very soft I love the color of these brush this brush line
too I like the white with the pink tips they're just so nice but these are one
of my favorite brushes crease brushes of all time they are beautiful I do own a
crown brush and some you know mid they're like mid-range brushes but these
for a dollar are amazing and I know like you can go too wet and wild calm and
these brushes are 99 cents a piece but you're still either having to buy $35
worth to get the free shipping or you're having to pay ship
and handling so I do enjoy that bees are at the Dollar Tree so okay and then I
have the large concealer brush once again very nice I like that it's dense
it does have a good Bend but you can really pack on that concealer and blend
it out it's just a great brush this brush is amazing this is the large eye
shadow brush as you can see it is not as fluffy as the crease brush but it stills
got that great density and I'd love using this one from at outer B and
working into the crease it's just a beautiful brush I love that when even
with washing these they do not shed I don't you know they are very secure
they're very durable very very well made for a dollar yeah it's amazing okay and
then I have this is the small eye brush it is not as dense and it's not as
fluffy as the large eye shadow brush this is great for blending color along
your lash line it's great if you're just applying color to one specific area and
then you can use one of the other brushes to blend it out but this is just
a beautiful brush too I love it okay and then I have the smoky liner brush this
one is great sorry guys my cat did you own this though you know but anyway so
this is great for you know obviously its name tells you what it does it apply it
you apply liner or you know you can even use this with powder and it just so is
so perfect you can use it either way so like this way to blend it out and smoke
it out so it's like a thicker smokier line or you know do it straight on and
you can do a slightly blended outline without it getting too smoked out and
think but it's just a great brush and then my last dollar store Dollar Tree
went well brush is the angle the liner brush
this is a great brush too it is a little thick if you're trying to do a very very
very thin line using gel or cream liner but if you're like a thicker liner girl
then this is the perfect brush it does have a nice angle on it and once again
so easy to clean you know a lot of times with liners they can be waterproof
water-resistant and they can just really get packed down into your brush but
these brushes just wash so nicely so soft what I love about these brushes too
is they do have the indentation for fingers so even if you're kind of new to
makeup it has the indentation where right to put your finger in so you can
do control but it's not going to be too much like you're not trying to blend out
like at the very very tip but a lot of new beginners I sometimes catch myself
doing it too is like you're holding it right at the base of the bristles and
you don't have as much control and it can be too harsh but right there it's
just perfect yeah mobility and is just perfect place
I love I love that anyway you guys even the smaller brushes do have it so it's
just great I do have a couple of other brushes from them they are not Dollar
Tree these are a little more expensive but you can have one and it is the flat
top foundation brush this is like $2.99 but still great brush I just want to
throw it in there as kind of little extra but it's just a great brush I love
this for stippling on foundation like thicker cream foundations and it's just
a beautiful beautiful finish and it's just a beautiful great brush but guys
that is my short and sweet Dalek wrinkles on the wet and wild
brushes they can find at Dollar Tree if you do find and pick them up my definite
major like suggestions it would definitely be the crease brushes they're
my absolute favorite and then if you're going to get another one I would
definitely go with the contour these two styles are my favorite I don't
think you'll be disappointed you guys thank you so much for watching I hope

The people behind the Walford Bloom gathered together in Albert Square to take a picture before the event.
As Martin commented that he had done a good job with the stage, market trader Shrimpy pointed out that there were a few screws missing.
Despite Jane Beale and Stacey Fowler voicing their concern over it, Martin insisted that the screws werent needed. BUILDER: Martin and Kush built the stage for the festival.
He said: Dont worry about it, theyre just extra. But it looks like Martins actions may come back to haunt him when the gas explosion rips through the Square.
Fans have speculated that whoever steps on the stage is going to be the one that dies.
DRAMA COMING: Whoever steps on the stage will be in trouble.
WORKING HARD?: Martin left some screws out of the stage.
One person said: Shrimpy has just caused a huge accident after taking those stage screws. Another said: So basically, whoever is close to the stage when the fire starts is going to die.
A third wrote: Massive clue from EastEnders there lol.
SPEAKING OUT: Shrimpy revealed Martins mistake.
Fans know that Stacey Fowler and Phil Mitchell are going to be harmed in the fire, but it isnt clear who will die. The death toll after the explosion is getting higher and higher by the minute.
