I tell you; there are so many cases but I can give you one. There was a sister who embraced Islam not too long back

or perhaps it might increase my cholesterol and so on so why is that not Haram; my brothers

and sisters to be honest with you if it is slaughter correctly.

It would be halal but at the same time how do you eat it? will either be correct

or not correct. not correct meaning you're harming yourself, you can't just have it every day you know half a KG or 1 KG

And you think OK it's "Halal" Alhumduliah Technically speaking the food is Halal

but the way you are eating, it is wrong. We will use the word the wrong "In Sha Allah"; May Allah SWT help us to understand.

So this is the gift of Allah, this person touched me I was touched

and moved in a very positive way it affected me to the degree that today I'm sharing it with you

when this person happened to say, Subhan Allah, I was moved to Islam because of someone who spoke to me whilst I

was drinking and offering them drink and as a result I then went to, meaning I quit that

and subsequently started studying the Deen and check this "Halal" issue

and found it to be something so moving that I decided to go deeper into the faith

and then I realized this is the true faith, Yet there was a stage when I really disliked Muslims with a passion.

And this proves Subhun Allah if you are to touch the lives of people who did not like you at all in a

positive way look at how they can turn by the help of Allah

You and I are only a means, we're only a tool it is Allah who guides

but did you see is your opportunity to guide, have you seized your opportunity to touch the lives of those whom you

interact with.

MTB OBSTACLE COURSE 2 - HINDERNIS PARCOURS CHALLENGE! - Duration: 15:48.

Yo guys whats up we are back in Chemnitz' indoor park

Some of you may remember when we played the MTB obstacle parcours at my homespot

today I loaded this trophy back in my trunk and we are going to play part 2 of the game

that means I have to secure MY trophy against max and niklas

first iam going to show you the parcours we built

we gonna start of with a drop in of the quarter pipe. then you will come full speed to the next obstacle

we put some mattresses on the bank to bank feature and we have to get over them without touching the floor (somehow)

maybe you hop on to them or do whatever you feel like, but don't touch the wooden ground

then you will come up here and you can make a turn in the QP and hit this ramp above this feature.

land on the next line and then you have to clear the 'suspension bridge'

underneath there are alligators and stuff haha

down the bank onto the whale tail which lays on 4 skateboards

you can jump straight into this feature or you brake and jump into it from the side

but don't go across the duck tape line because there alligators and lava awaits

then you have to make it across the pond to this bank

into the kicker overt this gap

onto this bank where this water bottle awaits which you have to throw into the bin

dont slip a foot!

over the spine where you have to kick this thing

you go up here and then you have to clear this mini kicker with a trick

finish

lets get started

doesnt count either. so its my turn again. front flip

right foot was down so max can get the trophy

normal way over it

made it the furthest of all of us

to you about the three main blocks to women's sexuality and power

Esther Perel said that a woman's sexuality is the opposite to her social

role now we know that the social role is being broken down that has a lot to do

with what I'm training you here in this channel but I'm gonna give you these

three things that I see that are the main abstractions to your powerful

sexuality what has happened for women today is they end up trying to be

superwoman and they get stuck in this whole cycle of perfectionism being the

perfect mother the perfect employee the perfect partner but this is not exactly

what I'm going to talk to you about today in order to enjoy to feel free and

to really experience pleasure a woman has to learn to be able to let go so the

question becomes what are the blocks to letting go the first block to your

sexuality is being the caretaker now for a woman what turns her on is to be the

turn-on and to be the turn-on you need to make it about you and not them

this is the opposite of the caring for others conditioning that we have inside

of ourselves as women this conditioning basically says take care of everyone and

everything else first then you get to get your thing now what actually happens

is we take care of everyone and everything else and by the time it gets

to us we're exhausted we're spent not interested in sex or

anything very much put me to sleep wake me up in a year to turn this around

and to become the turn-on she has to put herself first it has to become about her

it will seem selfish or self-centered at first but this is what I call being self

full as a woman now when a woman learns to become self full she gets plugged

into her inner power source which is her sexual energy this then turns her on

brightly so that she gets filled up plugged in

turned on and then filled up now the second main obstruction to a woman's

sexuality is self-criticism in order to put herself first she has to like

herself she has to stop the critical voice that says things like I'm not

worthy I'm not pretty I'm not a supermodel damn we're so freakin hard on

ourselves as women we're constantly trying to be superwoman and this leads

to perfectionism that is neither realistic nor compassionate to ourselves

we set goals like men that put more and more pressure on us we try to be this

superwoman and we're slowly dying inside killing ourselves heading to burnout

losing our relationships and it has to stop

I heard Esther Perel in an interview recently say before you ask a woman if

she will make love to a man ask her if she will make love to herself if she

doesn't want to make love to herself then she won't let anybody else either

yes this is about self-love at its core and in order for that to be real this

self-love it has to start with dropping the critical voices and the third main

obstruction to women's sexuality is getting stuck in man mode we have been

taught since we as women entered the workforce in the 1960s to behave think

and act like men especially during work hours but what this results in however

is that we've conflated our sense of value with this way of doing life and

work and it ends up spilling over into our relationships and subsequently our

sexuality yeah you can have sex like a man's sexuality direct and fast but this

is not what female sexuality is about it's way way bigger and more powerful

then when we imitate men or indeed imitate pornography now when we learn to

overcome these three things the caretaker the self-criticism and the man

mode way of thinking we're then able to put

ourselves first we're able to be so full and this being selfless what I call the

starting point of true feminine power when we love our bodies our turn on our

juicy powerful sexuality then everybody wins and the truth is when you are

really in your sexual power and sexual energy then trust me you're gonna blow

the head off a man you're gonna blow him out of bed blow him out of the water but

most importantly you're gonna blow yourself out of your own head if you

How to make: Dumplings with meat filling

Ingredients for the dough: 250g Flour, 115ml Water, a pinch of Salt

Ingredients for the filling: 250g Mincemeat, 100g Mushrooms, 75g Cream Cheese, 50g Sprouts,

2 Garlic Cloves, 2 Green Onions, Spices in the video distribution

Cut the vegetables

Fry the vegetables on medium heat and stir in the cheese

Mix the ingredients for the filling

Knead the dough and roll it out thinly

Fill the dumplings and close them

Boil the dumplings for 10 minutes on medium heat

Optional: Fry the cooked and dried dumplings
