Putin to Russian Soldiers: The Homeland is proud of you! You are returning victorious to your homes! - Duration: 5:50.

Mr President and Supreme Commander of Russian Armed Forces,

Russian military group on the territory of Syrian Arab Republic is lined up

Commander of the Russian military group Colonel-general Surovikin

Hello, comrades.

Comrades, the most important thing for a military person – and we are very much aware of this – is the defence of our Fatherland, our people.

This is not just the purpose of military service, but also the purpose of life for those who have devoted themselves to serving their people.

At the same time, a soldier is truly tested for loyalty to the Fatherland in a military operation fraught with huge risks to life and health.

Here, in Syria, far from home, you are doing exactly that – you are protecting our country.

By helping the people of Syria to maintain their statehood, to fight off attacks by terrorists,

you have inflicted a devastating blow to those who have directly, brazenly and openly threatened our country.

We will never forget the sacrifices and losses incurred in the struggle against terrorism both here in Syria and in Russia.

However, it will not make us fold our hands and retreat. This is not in our peoples' nature.

On the contrary, this memory will continue to motivate us to eradicate this absolute evil – terrorism – whatever face it hides behind.

Yes, the threat of terrorism around the world is still very high.

However, the task of combating the armed groups here in Syria, the goal that needed to be addressed with the help of the large-scale use of the armed forces,

has been largely resolved – and brilliantly resolved.

Congratulations!

Our Armed Forces and our defence contractors have shown the growing power of the Russian Army and Navy, and the high combat capability of the various military units.

Pilots, sailors, members of special forces, reconnaissance, troop-control and logistic support units,

military police, medical personnel, field engineers and advisers working in the battle units of the Syrian Army have displayed the best qualities of Russian soldiers,

such as courage, heroism, combat cohesion, determination, as well as excellent training and professionalism.

The Homeland is proud of you.

I am convinced that you will always faithfully serve the Fatherland, defend and uphold our national interests, our country and its people.

Syria has been preserved as a sovereign and independent state. Refugees are returning to their homes.

Favourable conditions have been created for a political settlement under the UN.

The Russian Centre for the reconciliation of opposing sides in Syria continues to operate in line with international agreements.

The two bases, in Tartous and Khmeimim, will continue to operate on a permanent basis.

If the terrorists raise their heads again, we will deal unprecedented strikes unlike anything they have seen.

In just over two years, the Russian Armed Forces and the Syrian Army have defeated the most combat-ready group of international terrorists.

In this connection, I have decided to redeploy most of the Russian military contingent from the Syrian Arab Republic to Russia.

You are returning victorious to your homes, your families, parents, wives, children and friends.

I hereby order the Defence Minister and the General Chief of Staff to start redeploying units of the Russian army group to their permanent bases.

The Homeland is waiting for you, friends.

Godspeed!

Thank you for your service.

Stages of Group Development - Duration: 5:03.

Let me ask you a question. Have you ever had a bad experience working in a group

or a team? Well if you're like me the answer is yes. But if you know a little

bit about the research we're going to talk about on this video, you won't be as

alarmed or discouraged by it. We're going to talk about the four phases of group

development, sometimes called the four phases of decision emergence based upon

some research by Aubrey Fisher. So let's get into the details.

Hello again friends.

Alex Lyon here and this channel is all about helping rising leaders like you to

help you increase your personal leadership impact so you can bring out

the best in the people around you. And part of great leadership is learning how

to work well with teams and groups. That's a huge responsibility for leaders.

So let's get into the four phases of group development or decision emergence.

And once you see all four I guarantee you'll see yourself in it. You'll see

your past group experiences in it. It'll be a little bit reassuring. So the first

phase that almost all groups get into when they start a new project or add new

group members is called orientation. This is where people essentially warm up to

each other and warm up to the task that they are facing. So you get together and

you make a little bit of small talk. If you would express an opinion about the

task it's usually pretty middle-of-the-road. You're not taking a

strong stance yet. You're, it's really important that you develop this social

foundation for the group. You get to know each other this these early moments,

develop a little bit of trust and bonding that will help you work well

later. You don't want to skip right into the task. In fact, if you skip right to

the task and get rid of all the small talk it's gonna cause a lot of problems.

Eventually, however, once you're good and warmed up you have to move on to the

task and usually that's where you enter the second phase, which is called

conflict. And this is where people always say oh man my group is fighting and

arguing. But the second phase is a necessary phase and some degree of

conflict is not necessarily a sign of trouble. It does not automatically mean that

the group is off course. In fact, you have to have some conflict. Because if

you think about it, if you express an opinion and someone else

expresses a different opinion maybe you're gonna have a disagreement.

If you want to be the leader someone else wants to be the leader, you're gonna

have some conflict. If you suggest a direction and they want a different

direction, you're gonna have conflict. That's totally normal. That's what it

means to be a human being. And in fact if you get through this in a mature way, in

a patient way, and understand that this kind of conflict is normal, it can be a

very productive process for the group. And you get a lot of good ideas on the

table and you can move forward with some of the best ideas. So once you're out of

this conflict phase because you have to move forward you've got to deliver

things. You're probably on a deadline. You get into the third phase which is called

emergence. And this is where the group really for the first time starts to

emerge or come together as a cohesive group. So to do this, people are backing

off some of those stronger opinions. They're letting other people maybe take

the lead and maybe they'll take the lead next time. They're figuring out their

role in the group and what part they have to play. The dust begins to settle a

little bit and people start to move forward. This is a very reassuring stage

because you're like Oh finally we're making some progress. Oftentimes as a

deadline which will kick you into this third phase. And then finally the fourth

phase is called reinforcement. This is where the entire group is now working

together as one. Everybody is pushing in the same direction toward the goal.

Everything is being reinforced. So you're really firing on all pistons or all

cylinders. Everybody's headed in the same direction with the same vision. So if

you've ever been on a sports team, if you've ever been in the performing arts

or anywhere where there's like a showtime, like a game time, then you

probably have seen yourself go through these four phases pretty clearly. A lot

of times the coach will get you out of that conflict phase and settle any kind

of conflict and disputes you have. You get together. But by game time, by

showtime, you have to be firing on all pistons. So here's why I say you have

to get the conflict out earlier. A lot of times people don't like the conflict and

they don't want to go through that second phase. So they stuff it. They push

it down. What ends up happening is it comes out at the wrong time later

because those disagreements still exist. They didn't go away and you didn't work

through them. So they come out when you should be reinforcing and moving forward,

sometimes they'll come out in the wrong moment at the wrong time. Now a couple of other

tips about this. Any time you add a new group member any time you are starting a

new project of any kind you're very likely to go through this cycle again.

These aren't steps that then you or stay reinforced forever. You go back through

this cycle time and time again anytime there's something new introduced to the

group or the team. So a question of the day. Where do you see yourself in this

process? If you've ever had a very memorable experience in a group or a

team that matches up with this or perhaps you got stuck in that conflict

stage, I would love to hear your comments in that section below.

So thanks. God bless.

I will see you in the next video.

What is Metadata 2020? - Duration: 3:04.

Hi there.

I am John Bond from Riverwinds Consulting and this is Publishing Defined.

Today I am going to talk about a new project in scholarly publishing, Metadata 2020.

The project is a global initiative, organized by Crossref in conjunction with associations,

publishers, universities, and other scholarly communications organizations that "that

advocates richer, connected, and reusable, open metadata for all research outputs, which

will advance scholarly pursuits for the benefit of society."

Metadata, as a reminder, is data about data and essential to academic publishing particularly

in regard to search and discoverability.

The Metadata 2020 initiative includes an impressive array of representatives from the various

constituent groups including publishers, librarians, researchers, funders, data publishers and

repositories, and service providers/platforms tools.

Their aim is to "create awareness and resources for all who have a stake in creating and using

scholarly metadata (by demonstrating) why richer metadata should be the scholarly community's

top priority, how (to) evaluate...improve, and what can be achieved when (they) work

together."

They are embarking on their effort because they believe:

Richer metadata fuels discoverability.

Connected metadata bridges the gaps between systems and communities.

Open metadata eliminates the duplication of effort.

I'll put links to two great blog posts from their site in my notes below where they discuss

some of their insights to date: Metadata is the means, not the goal

There is no one size fits all Job one: define richer metadata

The stakeholders realize more than anyway that the effort is "big and complicated."

Add into this the diverse constituencies and their have their work cut out for them.

It is a worthy task that will benefit not only academic publishing but society as a

whole.

You can find out more about the initiative at www.metadata2020.org/

Well that's it.

I've released a new eBook called, "Scholarly Publishing: A Primer."

It is a short, focused guide on some of the essential topics that are integral to academic

publishing.

It was born out of videos on this channel.

See the link in the notes below for more information on the book or how to purchase it.

Hit the Like button below if you enjoyed this video.

Please subscribe to my YouTube channel or click on the link to see my video on metadata.

Jim Rohn - FOCUS ON ONE THING (Jim Rohn Motivation) - Duration: 15:47.

JIM ROHN here's the key on this don't major in minor things if you take up major time

to do minor things I'm telling you you'll be behind the curve constantly

here's what we learned in sales training what's major time and what's minor time

here's minor time thinking about prospects here's minor time making list

of prospects here's minor time keeping books on

prospects here's minor time going to see the

prospect

here's minor time evaluating the prospect after you've been there

that's all minor time here's major time in the presence of the prospect that's

mine that's major time and if you took a look if you're in sales and you took a

look at a week you'd say my gosh I'm spending 90% of my time on the minor

stuff and so little time on the major stuff in the presence of how many hours

in the presence of in my day how many hours in the presence of during my sales

week because the time that really counts is in the presence of majors and minors

here's another key time management essential don't mistake movement for

achievement it's easy to get faked out by being busy that comes home at night

all exhausted falls in the chair and says oh I've been going going going

here's the big question doing what it's not the goal and go and

going some people are going going going and they're doing figure eights their

progress is small so don't mistake movement for achievement here's another

one in sales we learned don't mistake courtesy for consent

if somebody's Pleasant and they nod you say oh they're gonna buy know they're

courteous you can't mistake courtesy for consent

now here's the big one concentration I had to learn this all those years ago

I'm in the shower trying to compose a letter found it turns out to be a

strange letter so here's what I learned to do save them work did you get to the

office save the work did you get to the work don't try to get to the office on

the way to work on the way to work enjoy the way and the shower enjoy the shower

then go to work when you get to work I found this to be helpful concentration

here's another big one learn to say no I'm telling you in such a social society

we have now it's so easy to try to be a nice person saying yes yes yes to

everything find yourself overloaded now you've got to call make that well gosh

you know all the time it takes to back out of something that you should said

yes to too quickly here's what might be better I don't think so but if that

changes I'll call you little things you can use not to commit over commit

yourself my friend Ron Reynolds says don't let your mouth overload your back

it's a good

now here's the big one on time management when you work work when you

play play don't mix the two don't work at play I used to take my family to the

beach and I would bring my briefcase I

learned not to do that or at the beach I'm saying I should be at the office I

should be at the office now my family's upset because I'm at the beach and I'm

thinking office office office now when I'm at the office I'm thinking what I

kind of get my family to the beach the beach the beach so things are not going

too well at the office cuz I'm thinking Beach and things are not going too well

at the beach cuz I'm thinkin office here's what I learned to do at the beach

be at the beach at the office be at the office when you work work when you play

play don't mix the two don't work at play now here's one of the most

important ones don't play at work work is too serious you don't want the

reputation of being the office joker it's not a good yes there's time for

some pleasant stories yes there's time for a little humor yes best if it's a

happy office of course but I'm telling you got to be serious about work cuz

you're parting with a piece of your life for the work you do your work costs you

a piece of your life here's what it's called serious business not grim not

unhappy but serious

don't play it work the only person I don't think we use anymore horse around

at the office play around play jokes play tricks no place not at the

workplace at the beach yes at the bar yes somewhere else not work you got to

treat work with all due conservative passion because it's leading you to your

future here's another key phrase all work is

good you may not like your job but if it's the stepping stones to get you to

where you want to to go you've got to appreciate your job you don't have to

have a passion for your job here's the ultimate passion a passion for

incredible success in every department of my life that's the passion but don't

look down down on some menial job you have to do to finally get you to where

you want to go no job is menial menial no job is not no every job is noble

training life for pay making the contribution to society

next analyze how you are and if you have some weaknesses if you can't doesn't

seem like you can change here's the key get it covered I used to keep promising

myself I'd keep the books keep the books keep the books finally I gave that up

and back then it only took me an extra 50 60 bucks a month for some accountant

to keep the books as a no I'm gonna save the 50 bucks you can't believe what I

started losing in productivities because I tried to save the 50 bucks so the key

is a lot of times you can stay like you are but just make sure you get it

covered

next beware of the telephone and all other systems of communication

especially the telephone at home and systems of communication at home and

here's one of the best lines I've got for you for the weekend

let all communication systems serve you but don't let them intrude when it comes

time to have dinner with your family you shut off all systems unless the ones

that can take messages silently don't let the phone ring

don't let anybody intrude come through the front door or the back door nor

through the telephone or any other device so you can't reach John and his

family when he's having dinner the President of the United States couldn't

get through if you develop that kind of a reputation father mother when we have

dinner when we're visiting and have this time with our family nothing intrudes so

don't let these clever little devices keep intruding you've got to have a

place that sink or sank it's it's valuable you don't let anything in for

that period of time okay isn't it good advice excellent advice here's the next

one read all the books you know I've only got a few notes here on time

management but if you've got some particular challenges you run a big

organization a big corporation you've got some challenges there's plenty of

books now here's what's next just be more alert to the things that might be

stealing your time here's why time is like capital you can't let someone steal

your seedcorn you can't let someone steal your capital and you can't let

someone steal your time you must designate your time and some of

the time that you designate you must not let anyone steal casual time you might

let someone intrude and steal a little bit and take a little bit but not

serious time

next one of the great time management savers is to learn to ask questions

upfront sometimes you talk to somebody for an

hour and then you ask questions and find out if you would have asked those

questions up front you could have saved yourself an hour asking questions up

front helps you to get to the problem now but if you just launch into some

discourse you might waste 30 minutes of waste an hour when here's what you

should have been talking about after you've finished an hour you say John

what's really the problem he said well it's something personal see that's what

you should have been talking about this whole hour next learn to think on paper

and we're gonna take a break some ways to think on paper one we've covered one

solving problems take it out of your head and put it on paper another one is

setting goals making these lists we've already started here's another good way

to think on paper it's a projects book each person you're working with and each

project you're working on get a loose-leaf binder and a tab and some

pieces of paper behind the tab and do a little continual summary of how it's

going between you and that person and between you and that project I call it a

projects book it is so useful to me but what's going on between you and this

person when you last got together what did you

talk about and you got a few notes there here's what we talked about the last

time we got together now when you get together again you can review that so

you'll know better what to talk about when the president gets ready to travel

and he's gonna meet some important people guess what they bringing all

these briefing books all right the last time you were with Khrushchev Kennedy is

informed here's what he said here's what you said Kennedy said no that's valuable

I need to remember that if a person is important it's worth a little running

account you might even have a project book for your children here's what's

happening between me and my child we've talked about this and we've talked about

this talk about this next add a timer keeping

track of all of your appointments you know mine is all filled with you know

when to catch an airplane and when to do a seminar when to sit down and have a

conference all the rest next is a game plan you know if you've got a house and

the you know insurance is gonna come due and some other things are gonna come do

you just put it on a spreadsheet and make sure it's taken care of

key phrase take things out of your head and put them on paper and the key is to

just experiment with different ways that helps you to do that now here's the last

one thinking on paper and that's to keep a journal one of the things I'm known

for around the world have been now for 39 40 years is keeping a journal now my

journal is not a you know it's not necessarily a it's not like a diary it

might be part diary you know I'm flying over Ireland and

write down a few little things that impressed me today I met this person

what an extraordinary event today the scent I conducted this seminar in Rome

thousand people stood that was saying for me I've got a little bit of a diary

in there but here's what primarily your general is for collecting good ideas a

journalist to collect good ideas on your health and good ideas for your business

and good ideas for your future good ideas for time management cuz I used to

take notes on pieces of paper and torn off corners and backs of old envelopes

and restaurant placemats and I threw all this stuff in a drawer it did not serve

me well I found ly learn to get a bound copy right

and just keep a journal write five was here I had my journal I'd be taking

notes right these two days in my journal now if you're caught without your

journal you just take the notes when you get back home you've put those notes in

your journal throw the paper away because we don't usually go through

paper to review but see my journals now make up a

and part of my own library my journals all reserved privately for my children

and my grandchildren can you imagine what I've collected over

the years it's unbelievable there are three treasures to leave

behind I think you've already got those notes right here they are number one

your pictures don't leave the event unrecorded it takes only a fraction of a

cent of a second to say here's who I was with when I travel the world right we

take all these pictures and here's one of the gifts people send me the pictures

they took of me and them it's part of the treasures I have on the farm

incredible a picture's worth a thousand words to describe the scene the emotion

what happened say wow this was an extraordinary day for me when I met

these people here's what they told me happened to them when they went to my

seminar 10 years ago Wow the drama comes back if you've taken the pictures it's

one of the treasures to leave behind when you go remember the old photographs

that we have now you know 100 years ago 70 80 years ago just a few photographs

what would it be like if you had thousands of photographs of the past of

your history your mother your father my grandparents so change all of that now

for your children leave all your photographs as a record here's what's

next to leave behind and that's your library the books that changed your life

the books that change your health the books that rescued you from oblivion

the books that you passed on to other people they were so exciting for you the

books that made you financially independent the books that developed

your leadership books that gave you wisdom to ponder when things were tough

the books that got you through the winter the books that helped you to

plant in the spring and the harvest in the fall what a treasure to leave behind

if you do that here's what's for sure your books will be

more valuable than your furniture

3200 phaeton has been known for 30 years but still

If the astronomy team still faces huge mystery because he absolutely does not behave like an ordinary astrid

not only its orbit is more than

Ever really is an asteroid what he has to do with the rain shooting stars with the december and how nasa big mystery to

Loosen 3200 phaeton will welcome the views of science fiction now

Be wanted, sounds a anything but particularly exceptional 3000 his fathers and has a diameter of about five kilometers

Its form-spherical every 3.6 hours rotated once around its own axis

He is one of the near-Earth asteroids that could potentially pose a danger for the earth among them is

3200 phaeton the third largest at 16 december 2017 the time has come the street is a distance of only

0.06 9 astronomical units on the earth pass corresponding to a distance of about ten million kilometers

so

is really close that not one to compare our moon is 27 times farther away from us but with

Large radio telescopes is 3200 then phaeton from earth from really good to watch

With the help of radar waves as nasa shots of the mysterious wet

to them, make it a very accurate 3D model will then be created because there are several mysterious vdi and

3200 phaeton is despite the fact that he's been so long known to us, we begin with his strange

Orbit is ellison for me and that is for the large part of the asteroid extremely exceptional normally circling yes on a

circular track different, however

3200 phaeton so you can imagine it better be by e mail

therefore nearest the Sun point is every 14 years extremely close to the sun that is twice

As close as the Merkur said the innermost planet accurate the 3200 phaeton then around 20 million kilometers so

0.4 10 astronomical units away from the sun so its name phaeton the son of the sun god

helios be sunny window spot contrast is even

Outside the mars the orbit so our outward neighbor is just another little fun fact

His name him of the sun god as the son, helios called in Greek mythology

Destroys the earth fathers almost as he puts it in fire a bit scary but I can reassure you that is december with the

Not happen if the orbit falls from 3200 phaeton considered that they may so rather

Comet is it also fits very well to the orbit of the meteor stream of the Geminids

Shooting stars so there is the presumption that it is in the asteroid to your mother body but this is the second big mystery to

3200 phaeton since like maybe put you know normally asteroids no shooting stars out

meteoric be sure instead blamed loose of ice packers dust dissolves at each round the sun and

which then forms the bright tail and the shooting stars that with us burned up in the atmosphere that is the drag track so the Switzerland

The remains and in outer space back wish us with the shooting stars brought is it in

So 3200 phaeton more of a meteoric some research teams actually suspect that it was burned by a

Comet nucleus commercially thus would be the meteor stream of the Geminids

From ancient times of the former meteoric back then so therefore still active was apropos active there are actually

Observations after the 3200 phaeton and is actively in

Occasional outbreaks of asteroids are occasionally small particle-free but also established

It consists of a fixed and stony surface just as you would know them by typical us and we all know that

This is entirely a really unsuitable material for the mysterious shooting stars around 3000 tons grease

Is actually large, there is the solo with the team to its extreme

Close to the sun as a problem-view therefore influences the gigantic gravity of the sun

3200 phaeton so much that he slowly

is shredded established any case mid-december will give us the mysterious rocks then be up close and all of those

Telescope have them be perhaps may Left see themselves from the constellation Pegasus and indeed in the first

Half of the night in the nights before, there is definitely the Geminids So the shooting stars rain, the sky

to see and maybe we know mid-december more if nasa then the big mystery

3200 phaeton

These Are The Most Terrifying Snakes In The World - Duration: 4:31.

To many people, every snake is scary.

Even the tiniest of garter snakes can send an otherwise-brave soul running for the hills.

"Snakes?

Why did it have to be snakes?"

But not all snakes are created equal.

While some are perfectly harmless, and even kind of cute, others are just plain freaky

and scary, even for the biggest snake lover you know.

Here's a look at the most terrifying snakes in the world.

The Cuban boa

Snakes are bad enough when they hunt alone, but now, according to CNN, scientists have

discovered a species of snake that prefers to hunt in packs.

Scientists from the University of Tennessee observed several specimens belonging to the

Cuban boa species of snake gathering at caves and working as a group to catch fruit bats.

They strategically place themselves at the entrance, essentially forming a wall of snakes,

and some even hung upside down from the cave's mouth to catch bats as they tried to fly out.

Yikes!

Flying snakes

The very idea of a flying snake sounds too terrible to be true.

But nope, they're real, because not even the skies are safe from those that slither.

Found mostly in Southeast Asia, the five known species of flying snakes don't truly fly,

per se, but they can climb trees, most likely to escape predators.

They use the wind to glide from there, and if a particularly large gust of wind gets

them, they basically fly, and anyone who sees it has to get a change of pants.

Oh, and they are mildly venomous, so, you know… keep your head up.

Iranian spider-tailed viper

A spider-snake hybrid would probably cause more heart attacks than cholesterol, so it's

a relief such a thing doesn't exist.

Except, it actually does.

Say hello to the rarely-seen Iranian spider-tailed viper, which is exactly what it sounds like:

a snake with a tail that looks like a spider.

It uses this fake spider tail as a lure to get hungry birds to come close.

But when a bird swoops in to snack on that tasty spider, bam!

The viper turns the table and eats the bird.

So, just to recap, it's a bird-eating snake that looks like a spider.

Hope you weren't planning to sleep tonight!

Speaking of which...

Common Krait

It may not look or sound very threatening, but the Common Krait has some uncommon traits

that make it super scary.

See, it hunts at night, meaning you'll be asleep if it bites you.

And its bites are so small and painless you probably won't even feel a thing.

That sounds okay, except its venom can cause cramping and even muscle paralysis if untreated.

And since you probably won't wake up when it bites you, it's possible you may never

wake up at all, as the most common cause of death from Krait bites is due to suffocation

caused by respiratory paralysis.

Not cool, Krait!

Black Mamba

First, black mambas aren't even black, they're usually somewhere in a grey to a sort-of olive

shade.

However, the inside of their mouths are black, as are their souls.

See, black mambas are not only huge, growing up to 14 feet long, they can also raise themselves

up in the air, meaning they'll be facing you eye to eye when they kill you.

And they can kill you, as their incredibly deadly venom can be fatal within 20 minutes

if untreated.

But don't bother trying to run away, because they can also slither at over 12 miles per

hour, so unless you're Usain Bolt, your best bet is just to avoid black mambas entirely.

Good luck!

The Golden Lancehead

Very few parts of the world are still unexplored by now, but Ilha de Queimada Grande island,

about 90 miles away from Sao Paolo, Brazil, is one of them.

That's because it's covered with thousands of deadly snakes called Golden Lanceheads,

which can only be found on Ilha de Queimada.

Trapped on the island for thousands of years, the Golden Lanceheads evolved all sorts of

fun survival techniques, including the ability to climb trees so they can eat birds, as well

as a deadly venom that can kill a human in under an hour.

Unsurprisingly, you can't just go visit Snake Island during your next vacation.

The Brazilian government bans all leisure travel, and any business or research travel

there must be officially sanctioned, and the workers accompanied by a doctor.

Spitting cobra

Everyone's heard of the spitting cobra, which sprays a terrible toxin at its victims.

But did you know spitting cobras intentionally target your eyes?

And are incredibly accurate?

Yes, it's horrifyingly true.

According to National Geographic, in 2005, a German research student did a crazy experiment

where she had spitting cobras attack her.

She learned that not only can they spit venom directly at your eyes from up to six feet

away, they are between 80 and 100% accurate depending on which subspecies is hawking the

loogie.

So if you come across one, and aren't wearing goggles, don't hang your hopes on the snake

being clumsy and missing your eyeballs.

Your only hope is to run.

Why Is My YouTube Channel Not Getting Subscribers - Duration: 6:20.

Are you struggling to grow your YouTube channel? Have people stopped subscribing

or you're only getting a few subscribers per day? In this video you'll learn ten

ways how to get more subscribers to your channel and videos. Hello my name is

Herman Drost from drostdesigns.com if you want to grow your audience on

YouTube and generate traffic leads and subscribers on autopilot hit the

subscribe button or hit the bell notification icon. Number one Think like a

fan ask yourself why do you subscribe to a channel is it because you want to

learn something or perhaps you want to be entertained when I didn't know how to

changed a headlight bulb to my Toyota I went to YouTube to look for a tutorial

it saved me a bunch of money I get excited when I watch surfing videos

because it reminds me of my surfing days number two channel niche is not focused

if your content is all over the place it might be difficult for a viewer to

understand what your channel is all about therefore instead of trying to

cover different niches try to focus on one specific area for example if your

niche is about training dogs you might want to focus on one specific breed

number 3 create content viewers want to watch if a person is struggling with a

particular problem and you offer a solution they're going to become one of

your biggest fans if you create multiple videos that solve different problems

you'll get a wide range of fans just make sure that you hook your viewers in

the first 10 or 15 seconds you can do this by asking a question or stating

upfront what the video is all about if you put yourself in your viewers shoes

then you have to think why would I take time out of my day to watch this video?

Number 4 brand your channel this means that your thumbnails channel banner and

channel homepage should all be congruent I've discovered that my newly published

videos get more views from the channel home page than from the video watch page

therefore it's crucial that the channel art on your channel homepage is

attractive to first-time viewers if the channel art and content is aligned with

what the viewer is looking for they'll become a subscriber number 5 optimized

title description and tags your title description and tags must align with the

thumbnail I would say that the thumbnail and title are the two most important

elements because if nobody clicks on your thumbnail they're

not going to get to your video if the title doesn't resonate with your viewer

they're also not going to watch the video so make sure that your title

contains the main keywords that you want your video to rank for as you get more

videos that rank in the search engines you'll get more views and subscribers

the beauty of you getting your videos ranked is that they'll be working for

you 24 hours a day seven days a week for years to come the result is they you get

a consistent flow of views and subscribers to your channel. An

extremely useful tool to find the right keywords for your title description and

tags is TubeBuddy I'll place a link to it in the description below this video

number six multiple call to actions it's not enough to hope people will subscribe

without asking for it I recommend asking people to subscribe at the beginning of

your video after the intro and also at the end of the video instead of telling them

to subscribe give them reason why they should subscribe you can reinforce your

invitation by using subscribe graphics in your video YouTube automatically adds

a subscribe button to your end screen here are a few other places where you can ask

people to subscribe ask people to subscribe from your channel trailer ask

people to subscribe from your about page ask people to subscribe in the

description below your video ask people to subscribe in your comments by

pinning that comment to the top of your comments ask people to subscribe from

your website number seven create multiple videos on

similar topics if someone's watching a video on your channel that solves one of

their problems they probably want to know more therefore create videos on

similar topics so they can take a deep dive into the content this will result

in them spending more time in your channel and a greater opportunity for them

to become a subscriber a great way to display your series of videos is to put

them in a playlist add those playlists to the sections on your channel homepage

when the first time visitor watches the content on your channel homepage

there'll be more inclined to become a subscriber number eight engage with your

audience people like to associate with others

that they know like and trust when you reply to the comments left by

viewers that have watched your videos they'll get to know you a little bit

more when you continue to reply to the same viewers that are watching multiple

videos they'll become your subscriber number nine don't worry about your

competition it's very possible there are many other channels that are targeting

the same there's probably going to be authority

channels which are very large because they contain a ton of videos and they're

probably also getting a ton of views and subscribers there will also be smaller

channels that are growing steadily instead of targeting the same keywords as

your competitors look for longtail keywords that are less competitive

they'll get less traffic but they'll be easier to rank for as you create more

videos that target these less competitive phrases it will create a

snowball effect which will produce more views and subscribers to your channel

number 10 check analytics go into YouTube analytics and click on audience

retention if there's dips in the graph that means people are leaving your

videos at those particular times to prevent that from happening you need to

create engaging videos so make sure your thumbnail is well-designed so you get

the first click and the title is optimized correctly with the right

keywords you can also monitor where most of your subscribers are coming from just

click the subscribers link in YouTube analytics then click on the links to see

which videos are bringing in the most subscribers if you notice specific

topics are bringing you the most subscribers then create similar videos

to get even more subscribers if you continue to make incremental

improvements for each video you upload then your channel will continue to grow

and you'll get more subscribers here's an important thing to keep in mind

passion persistence and patience are the key factors for growing your channel

channel growth doesn't happen overnight but grows steadily as you invest more

time and effort if you think your channel is dying and needs reviving

click the card icon to learn how to revive a dead YouTube channel if you

want to learn how to grow your audience on YouTube and generate traffic leads

and subscribers on autopilot click the subscribe button below and check out the

How to make perfect ONIGIRI ...kind of - Duration: 2:58.

to show you the best of Japanese Cuisine

today Seba is gonna prepare home-made onigiri

with salmon and fish eggs

so you can feel like you are in a real anime

and feel hungry too

Hello everyone, now I'm making a video that you had requested me before

today with my friend INUYASHA we will show you how to cook

perfect onigiri, well let's start

first thing, wash your hands

and use some salty water

so that kome (rice) won't stick to your hands

you can put anything inside your onigiri

we had choosen to use obiko (とびこ) is the Japanese word for flying fish roe

+ salmon. You will also need Nori

or you can also make them without it, it's up to you

this salt it's so good, but if your hands are too wet (or too dry) the rice will become too sticky

take a piece of salmon, add more rice

and get that triangle-ish shape to your onigiri

my friend is not that good

he is even worse (?) than me at cooking

anyway do you wanna know why it's so sticky?

because it was still too hot

we should had wait a bit longer

anyway at the end let's take our nori

here we go

let's wrap our onigiri

so don't forget to use salt when you get your hands wet

so that it won't stick to them

as you can see it didn't stick to his hands, isn't it? (-__-)

anyway we had got the shape right, and it looks pretty good

anyway now it's my turn, let's start with salt+water

just a little bit

so don't forget, make your hands wet

put some salt on them

so that your hands will be a bit salty at the end

so that rice won't stick to them

let's see, this is the moment we will find out that, i'm a little worried

so, let's add some tobiko, just a little bit

something like that, you won't need much

cos it's very tasty + let's add some rice

omg, what am I doing... alright... rice was too hot, my bad

mine looks more like an Arancino rather than an Onigiri

but let me try to get more of that traingle-ish shape

let's not forget our Nori

let's wrap our perfect onigiri

kind of masterchef-ish-level

and here my beautiful onigiri, jia jiannn

if you have some rice left on your hands, don't worry

you can eat it!

let's clean it from those rice grain, to make it looks even more delicious

and lot it looks like it came out from a shop

or a high end restaurant

and here our onigiri, who wants to try one?

this one loooks slighly better

I hope you had enjoyed this video, now we are gonna eat these delicious onigiri

and I'll see you tomorrow at 2 pm (italian time) with a new video

ciaoooo!
