I'm a Single Dad: How to Move on After Death | Hear Me Roar - Duration: 4:20.

One day I woke up and I was 25 years old

with three kids by myself, a widow[er].

And I needed to decide what else I'm doing in life,

like how I move on.

It was basically a sort of regular day.

I woke up early, I brought the kids to kindergarten,

I dropped them all off and then I went to pray

and then I came and I saw that Merav wasn't home.

Time was passing, 9:00, 10:00

and I didn't know what was going on,

so I called Merav's mother and she said,

"Don't worry, she probably just went..."

She used to go a lot to hike

then about another couple hours,

Merav's family started to get involved

and her brother was looking for her

and I was trying to figure out where she was.

I went to where she was working and she wasn't there

and they got the army involved and they were

doing search teams and I was at home with the kids.

10:00 at night in walked the mayor of the municipality

and they said, "Come sit down," they said.

The army found Merav

and she died.

What happened was that she went for a walk

next to our house, we live on a nature reserve

and she fell from a high point, she hit her head

and that's when they told me that Merav died.

I went into the kids' room

and I lied down with them for a while.

It wasn't just a tough period,

it was like a developing period where in the beginning

it was just like a huge shock.

I figured like I'm in this new situation

and I gotta figure out what we're doing now

and I gotta focus on the kids just so that

they don't get super screwed up from this.

(light music)

I had a five year old, a three year old,

and a one year old, which was five and a half years ago

so I pretty much raised them and they came out awesome.

Three kids and my kids are amazing.

Each one of then is amazing.

These are the three of them.

This is (speaking in Hebrew)

and my niece, Zoe Merav, she's named after my wife.

When people asked me how I got through tragedy,

in my mind I just don't understand how life works

and that's fine for me

because I don't understand a lot of things

and there's something comforting in that

where you're not in control of everything,

basically recognizing the fact that we're not in control

is something that is strengthening.

What's important is how we live life now

and what you do with life.

I'm raising three kids by myself.

I'm finishing up my MBA,

I work in high tech in Jerusalem and I'm a partner

in a vineyard and winery.

I have an amazing life I think.

I'm blessed and I thank God every day for who I am

and hopefully I'll get even better.

The best therapy for me was driving to work everyday

listening to music in the car,

I would sing along, yell along.

CS:GO Winter Update: Eleague Major Added • Lots of Stickers • Holiday Cheer - Duration: 3:39.

Hey guys, salut mes amis och hallå gubbar, Maxim here.

Finally the Eleague Major update for CS:GO is out.

Team stickers, team graffiti's, and player stickers by pro players are now available

to buy in the game.

Like I said in my previous update video we will now get 24 team stickers instead of 16.

And 50% of the proceeds of all stickers go to the players and organizations to support them.

You can even start the Pick'Em challenge like the last major but I'm not going to do that

right now, I'll wait until next year.

For those of you who don't know how this works, you need to predict which teams will advance

to earn points so you get the Pick'Em Trophy!

In order to predict the teams, you need to buy Team Stickers, don't worry even if you

use them in the Pick'Em challenge you will get them back.

We need to start our predictions before January 12 to enter the first preliminary stage.

Since there's 24 teams instead of 16 this time, we have 3 stages instead of 2 stages.

The second stage is called the Group Stage and then we have the playoffs.

Here's how the Pick'Em Challenge Trophies look, the more points you have the closer

to gold.

This major I'm gonna ****** do it!

I'll go more into details in another video, this video is to cover the update.

Speaking of update here's the log, and like always I'll go through the most interesting

parts of it.

Valve has so called deployed the Holiday Cheer for our festive fragging season.

Chickens now go around with this ugly christmas sweater and there's a new Shotgun Spread that

is now out.

It's turned off by default so people can try it out on their offline servers and you can

use the command weapon_accuracy_shotgun_spread_patterns to turn it ON. The best way to explain the new

spread is that is works pretty much the same way as normal recoil does on other weapons,

and each shotgun has a unique pattern.

For example, here's how the Swag 7's spread looks like.

I think this is a great update, and it definitly increases the skill gap cause now you can

sort of learn the different spreads for each shotgun.

I'm looking forward to this being ON by default.

Apart from that there's been some smaller changes and fixes like always but now we finally

have images for the new Series 3 pins that I covered in a previous video, and I have

to say some of them look pretty sick.

My favorites are Death Sentence, Brigadier General, and of course the Howl which I said

in my previous video that I think will be the most popular choice, and it looks gorgeous

so yes I'm pretty sure this is the one that most people will be hyped about.

The pins are not out yet, but they will be out for the major.

Oh and Valve accidentally misspelled Squeezy here.

Anyway, there's no new skins for this update which seems fair, they probably wanted to

focus on the stickers and the Pick'Em challenge.

The last thing I wanna mention is that we also get souvenir packages like last

time that will drop while the major is being played.

That's pretty much the update, are you looking forward to the Major, and which stickers are

you getting?

Thanks for watching, hope you enjoyed this video.

Make sure you follow me on other social medias as well so you don't miss out, I'll see you

guys in the next one, and go bananas!

Frequency of PRP Hair Loss Injections Varies, but Effectiveness Depends on the Doctor's Experience - Duration: 10:25.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted your question without a photo. And essentially, you're asking in your question

about the right frequency in which to get PRP treatments for hair loss. And you state

that some places are recommending every 4 weeks, some places are recommending every

8 weeks. You're asking will the effect wear off if you don't do them more closely together.

So I certainly understand this confusion since there is now truly a growing popularity in

the use of PRP for hair loss.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island

for over 20 years. I am also the founder of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers. This

is is a system we developed 7 or 8 years ago using PRP and a material called Acellular

matrix to help men and women with genetic pattern hair loss. And it has been very successful

and we treat patients from all over the world. So I certainly can share with you my perspectives

on PRP as well as what kind of effect it has on the treatment of hair loss.

So to begin with, I think that one of the challenges that faces most physicians today

who are relatively new and I would argue that it really accounts for the majority of physicians.

Because frankly, when we were doing PRP for either skin rejuvenation, as well as for hair

loss, there was a lot of resistance in a lot of our colleagues and a lot of dismissiveness.

Well fortunately, medical literature and some of the dermatology publications have recognized

what was already obvious to us that PRP does have benefit at many places particularly in

skin and hair loss. The question remains with those who are offering PRP as to what the

optimal protocol is.

And I think the reason why there's confusion is because hair loss is not, in terms of hair

loss treatment to individuals, it's individualized treatment. And what I mean by that is you're

dealing with male and female pattern hair loss. You're dealing with a wide range of

age of onset, of degrees of progression and rates of progression. So constantly, I see

how people are trying to figure out a "one-size-fits-all" approach to treating hair loss.

So to begin with, just a little bit of background on how we developed our treatments, we were

using Acellular matrix and PRP to help our patients heal after hair transplant. We wanted

the grafts to heal better and the donor area to heal better. Well, a very pleasant side-effect

was that thinning hair became thicker in some of these patients. Over the course of several

years, I developed systems and protocols based on clinical examinations and watching our

patients every 3-6 months to develop protocols to help both men and women with hair loss.

Further at this point in time, I've developed a classification system for hair loss because

I think that one of the frustrations that we all have when we don't see as a good of

an outcome as we expect, we wonder why. Well we developed a system based on gender, age,

age of onset, degree of progression, rate of progression and other medical variables.

And I think this is what gets confusing when it comes to just using PRP alone.

The literature has already substantiated that PRP has many valuable effects on hair loss.

However, what is not being factored in is the individual hair loss profile. Some people

may respond better than others. And currently, the prevailing opinion is that PRP works 50%

of the time. I think that the numbers are too small and the experience is too little

to really make a statement like that.

I think that what you have to understand is that PRP alone has a certain stimulatory effect

on hair growth. The mechanisms are going to be much more than what we currently know.

But in terms of timing, this is a challenge to the sustainability. Why do I say that?

Because when we see patients who have gotten PRP injections done elsewhere, typically they

will have gone for once a month treatment for about 4 months. After which they feel

very frustrated because they're dealing with the discomfort of getting injections

most of the time without anesthetic in the scalp and they're not seeing a horizon as

to what the outcome will be and for how long. Basically, it's very challenging to have

a sustainable improvement when you have patients come every month for scalp injections and

scalp injections can be very uncomfortable.

In our treatment strategy, what we do is we developed a treatment plan based on the individual's

hair loss profile. And what I think is the take home message is that hair loss is managed.

It is not cured, it is managed. And based on the hair loss profile, you use multiple

tools to help manage hair loss and you customize the plan.

So when we see our patients, we generally will do maybe one injection for the duration

for several years. We may do two injections and the second injection called the booster

injection anywhere between 12 to 24 months after the first. But for a practice like ours,

TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration treatment center, we treat people from all over the

world and it's impractical to have people come back monthly. So I think that we've

just been further along in our development in our own internal clinical observations

and developments.

And so I would say that, to answer your question, without a full evaluation, I would say that

you can to a degree expect PRP to cause short-term stimulation of hair growth. But at the same

time, you can look at other variables that also impact the progression of hair loss.

So I think this is a discussion to have with the doctor. I think you should ask how much

experience do they have doing this. What's the outlook whether it's the 4-week or 8-week

plan, what can you expect and what else can you do. I think that very often people just

get frustrated and what I want to do is to make people understand that there's more

to this than just frequent PRP injections. Hair loss is more about management and not

just a single approach that can work some of the time for some people and not work out

for others. There's much more to this.

So I think it's important that you do more research and learn about platelet-rich plasma

and Acellular matrix and protocols and most importantly, learn about the experience of

the practitioner that you intend to go with so they can guide you based on their experience.

We're using our experience going for 7-8 years that has really informed the evolution

of our treatment system such that we are where we are today from frontline real time experience.

So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

End All Stress NOW - Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 28:59.

and for some people their life situation looks very easy there may be a few but

often you're deluded when you look at the external situation of a human being

say oh I wish I had a life like that which is the case when you read I can

see a certain magazines that tell you the glossy surface of famous pimples and

rich people's lives and you believe that what you see all you see is the glossy

surface that's not their life at all in many cases if you could look deeper you

would see that they are just as miserable as everybody else in many

cases more miserable because they've got nothing else to project themselves into

because they already have everything where do you go from here I have

everything I'm still unhappy well try some other extreme sensation maybe that

would do it I can buy any sensation take any substance maybe they are tight and

they reach out here and there because I can afford it I can afford to reach out

and look everywhere experiences and then after a few years you think I can get no

satisfaction

and so your your present situation has been given to you in the same way that

as if you were a sculpture and the universe gives you a piece to work with

and some pieces look almost impossible to work with

what what can I make out of this but often the most beautiful things come out

of things that initially look impossible to work with

they require why they require more intense consciousness they require more

alertness if you have difficult life situation that we could call it karma if

you have a difficult life situation it requires more alert of presence

to transcend it to transform it to dissolve it to all the old patterns in

your life if you have your life is relatively easy your chances of going

beyond the personality are not that great as it becomes more difficult and

you suffer because of your life situation of course your motivation is

much stronger to go beyond that so with that with that comes the ability to just

accept your situation as it is situation is one thing the situation has a

continuity between past and future my life situation this is where it is been

married five times or you can the mind can say all kinds of

things there I failed for five marriages failed business ventures failed at this

succeeded at that and then failed again let's the past however the mind

interprets it there's no failing and succeeding it

just what happened and then this your possible future where you want to go and

your relationship at the moment your work situation your financial situation

your health situation that's all your life situation now you have to be alive

situation if you don't get out of it the alive situation then you'll remain stuck

you need to cut through this continuity between past and future and your life

situation with all the stuff that makes up put you lay your life cut through

your life situation see and this is vital vital teaching to become free of

externals because your life situation is all to do with externals X terms of my

life right now it may be good right now it may be not so good

this is the external situation of my life now before I carry on in my life so

called there's no such thing as my life is just a verbal thing my life were a

large part of my adult life my life situation was messy it was people you

would have thought it is two syllable to where am I going what am i doing what

and so many things I started and went and then abandoned them and it was messy

and the strange thing is you may something in you may resonate with that

because many life situations are messy there isn't neatly

bundle things settle on this and then I succeed at that and then I succeeded at

that in the night and then you have your walls full of diplomas and wherever you

succeeded but it's more it in most cases it's it is messy with lots of unfinished

businesses and very uncertain future where you going what's going to happen I

am I going to make it well you might make it for a little while until you

don't make it everything comes to an end in this realm of form but there is a

deeper round which you need to access and which is cannot be found in your

life situation it can only be found in the singularity of the present moment

which I call life so you have to extract so to speak from the results perhaps

somewhat messy life situation extract the present moment as the Course in

Miracles says single out this instant out of that whole flow of past and

future is your life situation so what's left I have a live situation everybody

has with which it's problems the life situation is free of problems it's

always sings simply every these people are all fine I'm the one with the

problems it's not true there everybody has their problems they might just be

hiding them very well so you have the live situation but it is vital that as

much as possible you extract from that what is the absolute reality about my

life situation and ask yourself that question and the answer is always this

moment the only thing that's absolutely real about my life is this moment just

I'm sitting here so looking flowers breathing feeling

perhaps some aliveness suddenly because I'm singling out this moment this is the

absolute reality of your life always what you call your life situation is a

relative reality it is much less real than this your future the next moment

tomorrow is nothing compared to this and when tomorrow comes it only comes as

this so to live as if tomorrow we're more important than this is madness

it's called normal living so your state of consciousness then needs to become

more and more present moment centered you can still deal with the things in

your life situation but you have access to something more vital and then in the

midst even of dealing with things in your life situation of going from here

to there to an important business meeting or to an interview or doing this

and that or sitting there talking to people or or sitting there looking at

the looking for a job because you lost your job looking at the internet or

wherever you find jobs and in that moment get out of your life situations

okay what is the reality of this moment is am i okay at this moment or not no if

you can't get out of your life situation rarely very rarely will you say that I'm

okay because you're trapped in in that whole stratum of of thought ultimately

it's all thought your whole past is thought and some emotions connected with

thought your future is thought emotions connected with those thoughts but has no

reality apart from those thoughts because when your past happened it was

the press when the future happens it will be the

present moment which you if you don't acknowledge that you miss it always you

miss the whole thing but I've said this a few times before but it it always

seems new even to me it is so in so vitally important so this moment single

out as the Course in Miracles says out of that whole problematic life situation

single out this moment what does that mean pay attention to this moment with

that comes in the darkness and then you will realize this moment is actually not

so bad I thought my life was so dreadful but this moment just this is actually

okay it might even be more than okay if you look more deeply it might feel good

to be breathing even though you might have lost your job which is part of your

life situation and yet you're breathing and yet there's a flower there and yet

there's the sky and yet there's a an aliveness pervading your entire body

let's sleep the present moment and keep Sundeep can even be grateful for life

you don't have to be grateful for your life situation how can you are grateful

for all the things that happen to me accompany normally don't need too big

gratitude is only required for this moment you acknowledge there is a

goodness here that the mind doesn't know anything

and you cannot exit it through conceptual thinking that is becoming

independent of external conditions because otherwise you look for that

goodness which is deep within you you look for that goodness in external

things and never find it not for long there is sometimes you

think you found it but it's not it and you look for the goodness in some

resolution of your life situation the happy ending of my search for fulfilment

even if some happy ending comes what comes after that more problems the happy

ending is often the wedding and what comes after that it's better not to show

it or the happy ending is I find the great job okay and then watch what comes

after that the problems that come with it great love

and that's not to say they don't look for anything you've still play in the

world of form you still continue to look for a job you don't say no I feel so

good now I'm not even going to look for a job anymore

that can't happen it happened to me for a while until the balance came back into

my life between inner and outer and this is why I'm telling you you don't have to

go there but if you do that's fine too if you feel so good to you okay in my

case miraculously I got sustained by the universe things came often at the last

minute never more than knowing what that would live on for one more day but what

about the day after tomorrow don't know and that worked

I'm sure Jesus said these things more is exactly the same they look how the

flower lives he said it's not worried about tomorrow

it's totally present in the now and yet life looks after it it's sustained by

the one life the one intelligence that underlies everything the one

consciousness it sustains it it gives look at the birds he says look at the

flowers of the field he wanted you to get in touch with nature to feel that

which sustains nature also sustains you

but you don't need to you continue then to to do what you have to do without the

stress and then everything flows with more ease and then you get a job

interview and you go to their job enjoy you feeling good because as you are

traveling to the interview you're sitting on the bus

it feels good to be here and you're looking at the tree and the bass and the

sky and you feel the aliveness in your body and you feel the deep the presence

within you the presence that you are and that's the present moment it feels good

and then you arrive not as the needy little me at the job interview but if

somebody who is happy to be there and I'm sure people will like you for that

because even if their mind is totally mad that might be it they might sense

something in your presence yeah in other words you're much more likely to get the

job if you are come from the place of I'm already fulfilled that and

everything flows with much greater ease but the practice is single out this

moment as much as possible and pay attention to it and then give me that

comes little while after comes to gratitude which is the most powerful

thing there is gratitude is inseparable from feeling the goodness of the present

moment the moment you feel the goodness

even in unlikely places because the goodness isn't ultimately are there you

feel it deep within in very hard places you have to go even deeper within to

find it and that is it doesn't really have a physical location but if I had to

point to a physical location it's kind of all around here

and that is liberation let's liberation not only liberation

from external conditions deliberation from your mind and then life unfolds

with greater ease not free of problems things challenges continue to be thrown

at you but they they bounce off or get transformed because you're no longer

complain about the challenges of life you no longer have a little meaning that

says this shouldn't be happening why this happening to me to me shouldn't

happening to me but but it is and without the complaining entity the

resisting entity immediately the Situationists comes into the field of

the where presence and then the challenge becomes transformed so don't

expect freedom from challenges it's not going to happen you don't need it in

fact all that happens to chalice is a deepening of that presence so the

practice is singling out this moment and then that's the end of stress - I'll

just explain to you when I occasionally I give talks I'll just explain briefly

how I experience it giving a talk let's say the talk is at 8 o'clock in the

evening I start getting ready at 6 and

if there were a mental projection a mental a thought movement that said okay

at six I'm giving a talk to 2,000 people what are we going to talk about what is

it going to be powerful enough are they going to like me

are they going to be receptive what what if the words don't come anymore they

expect a lot I might be able to set it will I be able to satisfy them this is

an important event a very important talk so many people some people from the New

York Times are coming oh my god and of course they're totally

going to totally misinterpret everything oh my god that would be very stressful

so how do I not and cannot be stressed before this important talk first is you

let go of the idea that some important event is coming up and see single out

this moment which is I'm getting dressed and then I'm looking out of the window

and put on my shoes and then I sit there breathing there's just this moment

there's only ever this moment why should this important event has no reality yet

except as a mind structure so I'm not going there there's just this then the

phone rings is the Kai's here okay I go out elevator down one step at a time

going to the car drives off look out of the window traffic people houses it's

just this moment very simple nothing big just this moment then you go arrive at

the place go into the green room sit there eat a banana just this moment stay

with this moment it's so natural you don't even have to try anymore

- what is and then you said please somebody comes in feeding one or two

weird places where theatres where they have a certain structure and then there

they there's a loud speaker in the green room and then it's ten H five to eight

voices the show starts in five minutes I didn't know it was going to be a show

but I'm not going to believe that because there's only this moment and

then Don strange is only this chair and there's this little man sitting on a are

breathing and looking and what is it that this moment requires it requires me

to be still and look and after a while I realized it it words are required and

then I start often by saying make sure you're completely here this is it it's

this moment take your tension into this there's no

big event it's simple and there isn't 2,000 people it's just one thousand

there that I'm talking to one person and that's all there's no there's no some

mental excitement around it just just play with the simplicity of the present

moment and that people wait for some grand important thing in their lives

finally when is it going to when is what are these expressions when is my boat

coming in or whatever the expressions are

well if you're looking to it in the future is not coming and if it comes you

won't be happy stay with the simplicity of this moment and honor it then your

life becomes deep don't expect some great thing stay with your life consists

of little things even if you became some important public figure president of the

United States even he if he is just can only do one thing at a time can only

step into the car step out of the car go to his desk answer the phone

talk to people look into the camera one thing at a time but then go to bed and

breakfast and the same thing happens again so though instead of then instead

of having your life centered on past and future and your life situation you make

the center of your life the present moment and the rest also you give it

attention as it's needed but on a practical level only you do what's

needed to for the future you remember your past what you need to remember you

remember it without looking to it for some kind of validation of who you are

because that's not in the past who you are is could only be found in the depths

of yourself in this moment in the presence that the very presence that you

can sense at this moment as you sit here you can't define it but you know there

is a presence the rest may be a dream but underlying the dream there is the

presence there is the light of consciousness you are that not what

appears in the light it comes and goes it's fine so that's the the secret then

is Moin more this pay attention to this and

then whatever you do also becomes empowered the power of the present

moment flowing into what you do let's the practice and you gradually become

free you become free of the the personality the person that before was

this heaviness of the mean you become free of the conditioned entity which

still operates from time to time through you but there's something more vital

that shines through the conditioned entity and occasionally I've seen it in

people who were close to death there the conditioned entity subsided and it was

just surrender and aliveness and light

but you don't have to wait for death

it's no access that now in your life so that is what our Sufi who later became a

Sufi master what he learned when he became willingly accepted the position

of slave what he learned was and then he started to learn how to weave for him

then for years only this moment and he was weaving everyday weaving

and being just present for that no name nobody just a presence behind the

wailing and then live said you can move on now continue moved on and through

this training his personality had dissolved and his presence emerged and

he was then recognized as a great teacher so he wasn't looking for ideal

conditions while he was in a way but not what one would have thought as ideal

conditions for awakening

What is the Easiest Language to Learn? - Duration: 9:15.

Hi there, Vladimir here with another video on how to learn English

I'm gonna keep this sweet and short

What is the most difficult language to learn?

What is the easiest language to learn?

Let's start with the second question first.

What is the easiest language to learn?

English

English is the easiest language to learn, no question about that

I know what you are thinking

Easy is a relative term, it depends on our native language.

I, as a native speaker of Bulgarian, would would be able to learn Czech or Polish

much faster than

a Romanian native speaker would

because Bulgarian Czech and Polish are Slavic languages

we share a lot of similar words, cognates

For the same reason, for a Romanian native speaker

Italian would be a much easier language to learn

than it would be for me

because of the Latin roots both languages share

I know,

however

What more than makes up for differences in grammar and vocabulary is

the quantity & quality of content on the internet

The quantity and quality of free English content on the Internet, is unmatched

When trying to answer the question

What is the easiest or most difficult language in the world

I think about

What is the easiest language to master reach the highest level

Not the easiest to learn how to order food at a restaurant

What is the easiest language to master in the world?

English,

I am not just saying it, I truly believe it

It takes a lot of time and effort to master a foreign language

it takes hours upon hours of

reading and listening to the target language

For me to master Czech will take a long time

Yes, less than it would take a Romanian

but still, it will take a long time

I need to read and listen to a lot of Czech

In order to maintain my motivation, I need to read and listen to interesting books,

texts and content in general

With all due respect, I don't imagine

11 million Czechs, 38 million Poles or 60 million Italians

can match the quantity and quality of 500 million English speakers

History, business, medicine, IT, philosophy

the quality and quantity of free English content on the internet is unparalleled

Some people say that German is the language if you want to study philosophy,

maybe so but English is damn good

Business, Finance, IT best quality information on the Internet is in English

Even things like Chinese culture and history, or Japanese culture and history

say you are a Japanese historian and you wrote a book on

16th century Japanese samurai.

Every author wants to reach as many readers as they possibly can.

If the book is available only in Japanese, then you limit yourself to a much smaller market

If the book is of any quality then trust me, people will translate it for you.

There are simple economic forces at play here

people want to make money.

If your work is of high quality it will be translated

and the first language will be English

English reading market is at least

a 500 million one not counting India

And let's not forget entertainment,

Hollywood is the undisputed king of Entertainment

the Czech Republic , Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, not quite

That's why I strongly believe that English is the easiest language in the world,

the easiest to master.

Yes, English spelling sucks,

pronunciation could be difficult,

grammar however relatively easy,

and plenty of speaking opportunities

but most importantly

You will never get bored with reading and listening to interesting texts and movies

But that's just half of the whole story

The other half of why English is the easiest language to master

is the insane quality of monolingual learner's dictionaries

The quality and quantity of free online English dictionaries is exceptional

Longman

Cambridge

Oxford

Collins

Macmillan

Thesaurus

Merriam Webster

But especially the first 2

I've been using Cambridge and Longman for over 15 years now

and I am a witness of how much those

dictionaries have improved in terms of useful information and ease of use

Both free, free online

unbelievable

And nobody is using them

Availability of some amazing quality information on every conceivable topic

coupled with the

best monolingual learner's dictionaries and all that free of charge, in your pocket,

make English the easiest language to master

Which is the most difficult language to master?

I think you should be able to answer that question yourself.

Just a thought experiment

Imagine there was no South Korea, there was only North Korea,

I bet

that would have made Korean the most difficult language to learn

What makes a language easy or difficult to learn/master

is the availability or lack thereof

of interesting content and good monolingual learner's dictionaries

There is simply no excuse for not being able to speak English, no excuse whatsoever

Read and Listen to interesting content and use monolingual learner's dictionaries,

and I suggest you start with my book Virtually Native

which will teach you how to read,

how to practice your listening

and how to use monolingual learners dictionaries

My book is available on Amazon and virtuallynative.com

Ep. 10 Breathtaking cliffs & golden beaches: the Algarve - Duration: 4:56.

Saying goodbye to my love

I'm going to sail alone this week,

And you're going home for one week, that's not nice

You said it a little bit to happy

I'm ready to go to the airport

Heidi went home

I'm going to pick up dave at the airport

He goes with me from Lisbon to Faro

On the way we will anchor and visit beautiful places

but first we go chilling in lisbon

We are now sailing on the Tagus, a large river in Lisbon

we are going to try to anchor just near the statue of Jesus

because I really want to capture it with our drone

it is only quite deep here and we do not know if it is allowed to fly here with the drone

quite exciting

But we're going to try it

After our adventure on the river we're out on the sea for a day of sailing

How do you find it so far?

great to experience the ocean swell

Do you think it's scary?

No, it's not that bad

But that's also because we're sailing on a good boat

And because we're a good team

After our first day of sailing we get via de VHF a tip about a beautiful anchorage

It's awfull here, I wouldn't come here;)

Then we'll get there as soon as possible

See you in a bit

Thanks!

the following days we sail past the most beautiful spots of the algarveM

We're leaving ALbufeire now

We woke up at 08:30 which is really early for me

We're sailing from Albufeiro to Faro today

In Faro we'll pick up Heidi

I picked Heidi up in Faro

And we went out for coffee

And then we discoverd they have a pool here

And then I was suddenly in the pool

We wanted to set sail to Morocco tomorrow

But this morning there was a mechanic for our motor

in the end we had the engine repaired. But now water is leaking somewhere else again.

we will probably just leave tomorrow

we have called with an expert in the Netherlands who said that it is possible. we have to have it repaired in Morocco.

In the next episode...

We're a little bit slower than the other ships

And now one of our friend sailed back to keep us company

I could never do that, especially with this weather

I can only lay down

when I was so sick, I really wanted to stop sailing...

Did you know that you can find more videos on our channel?

W hen I walk past boats I am always very curious how it looks from inside. That's why I'm going to look at different boats in the near future.

DIY How to make Christmas tree out of paper doilies (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #434 - Duration: 3:09.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make Christmas tree out of paper doilies.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Fold a doily in a half and again in a half.

Cut off 1/4 of it.

Glue the edges.

Cut off an end of the tip of tree.

Do the same with other sizes of doilies.

Take the smallest doily and cut off the borders.

Now do the same as with previous doilies.

Wrap a piece of doily around the end of wooden skewer.

Put the smallest piece on the wooden skewer.

Add a small styrofoam ball...

...and glue it to the doily.

Add another doily and a styrofoam ball.

Add 3 more layers. They should be set from the smallest one to the biggest one.

Put styrofoam inside a jar and wrap the jar by using tissue paper.

Put wooden skewer in styrofoam.

Secure the tissue paper by using ribbon.

Attach a ribbon bow to the tip of tree.

And it's done.

This Christmas tree is a cool decoration which you can put on desktop, table or on a cabinet.

You can use more sizes of doilies or less of them.

I invite you to my YouTube channel and to my Facebook page and Instagram profile.

Thanks for watching. Bye bye.
