DIY Jewish Paper Cutting: A Fun Craft Project for Kids 8+ - Duration: 2:25.

hi I'm Claire Sherman I'm an artist in Berkeley California and I'm going to be

making Jewish snowflakes today well these aren't actually snowflakes these

are called royzelekh which is a Yiddish word meaning roses and these are for the

Jewish holiday of Shavuot so in Eastern Europe they used to

decorate their houses with real roses or real flowers but they would also make

these paper cuts and they would paste them into their windows to celebrate the

holidays so you've got some paper you're going to take your paper and you're

going to fold it in half so that is a triangle now you're going to fold it in

half again and then you're going to open this up I'm putting my fingernail in

that fold and I'm going to flip fold this

diagonally across the bottom is going to make a point and I'm going to fold the

other one over making a point down here and the hope that they line up see this

fold I'm going to fold the whole thing in half that way following that previous

fold and now I have one side that has three edges and one side that has only

one folded edge and I'm going to take my scissors cut a triangle angling up

towards the multi folded edge now I can open this up and see whether my Jewish

star is a nice angle

you can continue cutting it and you want to cut on both edges but you want to

leave a little bit of each fold there because otherwise you'll just get confetti

the big reveal we're going to open these up and see what we got

so the last step on these is to take a glue stick and to glue it onto another

piece of shiny origami paper

and there you have it a royzelekh or a Jewish snowflake.

So I'm gonna talk about a universal principle called stop-loss orders and teach you guys exactly how to implement this in the cryptocurrency

Marketplace where we see so much volatility as you guys can see our current market is pretty much all red with a few exceptions here

Ripple just killing it at one dollar and seventeen cents

But let's go ahead and show you guys exactly how I actually prevented myself from losing profits with this recent

Bitcoins sudden drop so we saw this pattern form here it all started with our discord if you guys aren't on our

There's also a website version, and you guys can actually go down here and look at our resources

But when you go to trading 101 you can actually go down and look at what a head and shoulder top really is

It will show you exactly how it's formed and where the breakout and trend reversal occurs

As you guys can see there's a left shoulder head right shoulder and there's a neckline. I'm gonna show you guys exactly

How you can draw this out? So this is where I saw this forming here

And then bit tricks is very popular with a lot of people as well. You can actually set them up

It's actually called a conditional order on bitch Rick, so it's a little bit different

But I'm gonna show you guys exactly how to do this if you guys don't know pretty much

It's very simple you go to stop here, and there's different types. There's stop limit orders and then stop losses

I'll show you exactly what that means here if you go to our discord

just go to trading 101 on the bottom and just look here says stop order can be used to get in and out of the

position at a set price

Once the price reaches the stops price level you order will be converted into a market order since your order turns into a market or

it is also prone to

Slippage if the price never reaches the stop then your order will not be executed so what I always recommend is a stop limit order

Because the limit order gives you a set price

Threshold so it's not necessarily one specific price, so you can ensure that the trade is executed

So that's all in our trading 101 on our discord guys, so let's go ahead and pull this up here

And show you guys exactly how this would work, so let's say I was gonna buy

Let's do a stop by order of 10,000 US dollars

Worth of Bitcoin and let's say my stop price was

Let's say theoretically I saw a channel forming here at fifteen thousand four hundred

I would set it up at fifteen thousand three hundred and fifty, and I would probably do like 25 percent of my position

So let's say we do

Fifteen thousand three hundred and fifty dollars is the stop price and you can do a limit order so a limit is going to be

The threshold so that it is ensured that it is executed

so I would do three hundred fifty all the way down to like maybe even three hundred so fifteen thousand three hundred and

There you go total BTC that will be at this point purchased, so here's sold, so there's a sell order

We'll be done right there now it turned into BTC. That's why it's a crazy number. So that's pretty much

How you set up your stop-loss orders, and then there's also another method that I use to actually make profit during breakouts

And I'll show you guys exactly how to do that on one of our other videos

But if you go to bit tricks. It's the same exact concept

I'm sorry by Nance so you've got the stop limit here by BTC sell BTC and the same thing with bit tricks

December Flosstube Update: Golden Girls, Wips, Finishes - Duration: 36:06.

hello everyone it's Stephanie. welcome back to my channel. my channel name is

Lindy stitches. I sit here and talk about cross stitch. welcome to my vacation we

are on vacation in December which feels weird I'm not going to complain about it

but we just kind of had one of those situations where we had a week of

vacation that we hadn't used yeah that we hadn't planned very well and so a

summer I'm we're on vacation i missed my christmas tree i really I do one of my

favorite things about into summer is getting up having my coffee with my cat

and the Christmas tree and it's just cozy and wonderful but I guess I'll just

leave it up a week later this year. we're also vacationing in Illinois which isn't

far from our home and we're vacationing in the area I grew up in so that's kind

of odd - yeah but we're having a good time and doing a lot of swimming and if

you have curly hair you know what chlorinated pools do to your hairdo so

that's why I'm wearing a stocking cap and my hair is brand yeah I am vacation

hair so the rest of the family is at the pool and there's this weird ledge behind

the bed so I just thought time for a philosophy video we'll see how far I get

before we're interrupted the first thing that I want to share with you is to

cross stitch patterns that I designed and that I'm releasing they're both

golden girls themed Rose Nyland proverbs so if you are a Golden Girls fan please

stick around to look at them because I think they're wonderful

about seven months ago a man named Peter from the UK hi Peter

contacted me and wanted a Golden Girls quote on a sampler and so I designed it

for him he fixed it many times for me I am not super familiar with the Golden

Girls yeah I'm not a Golden Girls groupie and so Peter really directed me

on this one and the different motifs that are in it anyway if you know the

Golden Girls you know Rose Nylund and she says a lot of quirky things and she

likes to quote proverbs from her hometown in Scandinavia and they're

hilarious and anyway here's the one that Peter wanted I will show you this

sampler that I designed for Peter right now

so this is called the formal affair sampler and it says this it's like that

old Scandinavian saying you can let two angry mackerel fight it out in a purse

but don't ever plan on taking that purse to a formal affair funny right Peter

like I said told me exactly what to put on the sampler so we have the chicken

playing the piano the one ear teddy bear

the dog and then Rose Nyland purse I had so much fun designing this that of

course I had to look up other quirky things that Rose Nyland has said and

when I found this next proverb I knew right away that I would definitely be

making it into a cross stitch pattern so this next one is called the walk fast

sampler and of the two this one is my favorite it is does not have Golden

Girls motifs like the other one does but I just love how it turned out and I

adore the quirky saying on it here's what it looks like

am i right it's like that old Scandinavian saying

you can lead a herring to water but you have to walk fast or he'll die that is

pretty much the essence of my sense of humor

I think that's hilarious anyway so if you're interested in those samplers they

are in my shop the links will be down below I am changing the types of pieces

that I design I am going more from beginner level cross stitch pop-culture

referenced pieces to bigger more complex more historical looking sometimes

samplers yeah you'll see what I mean in the coming months I have some exciting

things to share with you yeah so I yeah I have things that I'm working on and

getting models stitched that I am very proud of and they're just on a different

level than a lot of the things that I've designed and released which is perfectly

fine which is per I don't know what I'm saying I guess there's nothing wrong

with with doing beginner level friendly cross stitch there's nothing wrong with

doing small pieces but I have been wanting to do something else and yeah

I'll talk to you more about that later

everybody it's me two weeks later don't ask me what happened to the rest

of that video

why I'm so glad I could salvage the beginning of it so that I don't have to

start a new one because I hate starting the video I don't even I don't know what

it is I just I become or on hand yeah so when I recorded that I had not actually

released my golden girl samplers I did that yesterday and I'm blown away by the

response and the enthusiasm it's so gratifying all the sweet comments on my

Instagram and then all of the people that have gone to my store to purchase

one of the samplers or both of them yeah I I mean you know I'm sure you can

relate with this if you've created anything and you feel very enthusiastic

about it but there's always a part of you that's like our other people going

to think that this is as funny or quirky or awesome as I think it is or am I

alone in this so it was just it was just

it was just really nice to have such a reception I'm having a hard time with

the words today I took the kids sledding we have a very nice sledding hill in

town and I walked up at about 50 times so I'm a bit bit tired I'm having one of

those approaches to Christmas that feels very unorganized and chaotic

mom life I think is basically what it comes down to I'm just trying to keep up

with everyone plus all the other stuff that the holiday spring so I guess I

don't have the clearest head for the use of language right now I have so much to

show you and talk about first of all I just want to say that I'm I'm blown away

by the generosity of the philosophy community as everyone says and I I try

not to just repeat what everyone else is saying but yeah it I genuinely feel

blown away especially by Olivia and Elena what in the world I mean they just

they completely rocked Christmas sending everyone gifts and personalized messages

and doing the best photo shoot I've ever seen in my entire life

I I just love those girls and I know words what in the world

speaking of generosity I am going to show you my whips and I'm going to start

with my adopted project from Nell at little yellow house crafts she messaged

me shortly after my last video and said she would like to adopt out her winter

sampler by the cooler design studio and would I like to have it are you kidding

me what yeah so she sent it to me and I just this is what it looks like

now Nell had done the top half and then head back stitched through here now I've

been a huge fan of these patterns for quite some time I did not realize the

amount of back stitching and quarter stitching and these are a lot of work I

mean you know they're big pieces but you don't necessarily pick up on the fact

that they're pretty complex and you can't just whip it up um blown away so

I've never taken up someone else's project and continued working on it it

was quite interim I'm d.q snapping it right now I've never done that and it

was an interesting experience Nell stitching is gorgeous as you would

expect I was very pleased to find out that her top leg lays the same way as my

top leg because I don't think that I would have been able to change how I

stitched to keep the piece uniform so I probably honestly if her stitch was

opposite mine I probably would have just continued stitching on my usual way but

it does match so that was that was a pleasure to find out it was weird going

into back stitch this top half not ever having seen the chart before because I

didn't know what any of the symbols wore I had looked at the chart a zillion

times the way you normally do before you get to this back stitch so it took me

quite a while to get in the groove but I did and I not only finished back

stitching the top half I continued on and did a couple more sections myself

like I said this piece is a lot of work so I am blown away with the fact that

Nell just gave it to me because as a stitcher I know that that top half took

her forever and that it was just automatically done it is amazing to me I

just think this is gorgeous it it has a ton of back stitching in it I love back

stitching so I actually had a blast I had a blast doing this that was fun I

had to sew some fabric on the sides to make it fit into my lap stand I just

think this looks gorgeous um there's not much to say it's it's a lovely piece I'm

having fun tis the season and all that thank you so much now i-i thinkt her a

few times so far but I just I'm just so thankful yeah I just I really enjoy it

it's it's so pretty um a couple of things there was - I hope

this isn't embarrassing - no because I I I would have easily made the same

mistake but there were two blues that were swapped and I didn't figure it out

until I started to fill in this lady and something I just knew something was off

so if you look at specifically the Wunderland on the bottom this dark blue

should have been just a shade lighter Boyle and so some of the Blues are a

little more defined or less defined than they're supposed to be particularly in

the snow you totally can't tell and I don't think I would have even ripped it

out if I had figured it out soon you can tell in the lake instead of a

nice reflection on my lake it's just kind of frozen blues I don't know you

probably can't even tell it's an insignificant change it still looks

gorgeous yeah mmm yeah love it in each of the winter samplers there is one

thing well and this one and in the spring one there's one element in each

of those that I don't really understand in the spring sampler it's the bottle of

perfume I don't I don't get the connection spring bottle of perfume what

and this one it's this it says Mont Blanc and it's a lady skiing I know that

like I know where that is like I'm not going to Mont Blanc any time soon I

don't really get why that why that text is there I think I'm just going to leave

it out um I think I'm also going to make Santa black cuz I want to I'm not

looking forward to doing Santa he is just gonna be very complex and looking

at the chart for Santa he's he's gonna be so much work um I'm not sure if I'm

going to tackle him this December or I probably won't I'll probably um I won't

get to Santa but yeah he's gonna take he's gonna take a lot of concentration

there's a lot of fractional x' a lot of color changes and yeah I also don't

really understand I'm just being a perfectionist but I don't understand

Brian does this does this bother you not bother but like

have you thought about this like that chronologically this doesn't really make

any sense to me so when winter starts it's Christmas the New Year's then

Valentine's Day instead of New Year's Valentine's Day Christmas like it's

opposite of how my brain worked like I think Christmas should be up here then

New Year's then Valentine's Day and general winter activity I don't know I'm

just being picky I just I don't get the order whatever thank you so much now I

love this piece and I'm having a great time the chart is for in general it's

fine but because there's so much back stitching and so many fractional z' it

can be hard to read I have a physical chart I don't know if they did anything

different with the PDF but this chart really could use a separate back

stitching chart instead of all of it together because there are lots of

instances where I can't I can't read what's under the back stitching I can't

read what color it's supposed to be I can make an educated guess but it's just

a little bit frustrating other than that these are fun and I don't know if I'll

talk me able to talk myself into doing another one but I just can't believe no

sent me there I just can't believe it okay what would

you like to see next how about my shadow line okay

I'm doing mushroom and fern landahl one man I'm doing the mushroom in fern

mandala

and I'm having a blast I love this thing so much and here's where I am so since

you last saw it I finished the upright frame and I

started on the corners and it's gorgeous I what is there to say I I adore it it's

not hard to work on the stitch diagrams can be very challenging there is a weird

star here you probably won't be able to see it I'll do my weird focus II thing

hold on

so this stitch right here there's four of them in the pink and green variegated

silk it's a really wonky star and it's reefs ticha 'z by two stitches you

cannot read the stitch diagram at all and so could I just make up my own

stitch no like a perfectionist I insisted that I figure out what the

stitch was actually supposed to be so it took me and over an hour to do one but

now I haven't figured out so now I can do them love this project

what else is there to say okay next all right another cooler design pattern

Nelson Nell stitched her winter sampler from a kit and that's great oh I

actually love that because I have all the floss she sent me all the floss

which no what in the world your bobbins look like they were done by an angelic

being whoa what like I thought I had pretty neat bobbins I could not believe

her bobbins I just of course now they're all messed up because I've been using

them but no what are you how are your bobbin so neat I I don't

get it like they were just a plus what was that you've been talking about

okay now stit know had the kit you can hardly find the kits anymore and if you

do they're pretty expensive you can get the chart from cooler design studios

website today if you want this is my autumn cat sampler this one is not by

the same author this one is by Nancy Rossi really enjoying this but it's way

more work than I thought it was going to be how big is this

I forget how big it's going to be maybe 14 inches okay mine it's gonna be seven

by fourteen I really thought this was going to more go more quickly it's

totally not this one I will say does have the same amount of back stitching

as the WIMP winter sampler but it has less fractional z'

I don't know that it has any fractional now that I think about it I don't think

that there's any fractional x' in here there might be a few but I'm looking at

a page of the chart and I don't see any so most of the definition is from the

backstitch not from fractional so this one goes faster than the winter sampler

there's a lot less like solid stitching but I think it's looking great I haven't

touched it in quite a while um not in the fall mood anymore all

right that's my autumn cat sampler that probably will not get any attention for

quite a while I thought you know now that I have an autumn whip and a winter

whip wouldn't it be fun to have one for each season although depending on the

size of your piece you might just be stitching on them for a long time anyway

all right next work-in-progress is my seeds of freedom by Silver Creek

samplers I have only this section left to go and I just could not do it I I was

done

here's what it looks like I got that graveyard done in the bottle pretty

straightforward I just need to finish it and I really don't I'm not feeling it so

that's that project I want farm girls giveaway I couldn't believe it

um farm girl was giving away Michelle Michelle was giving away um the words

where's the words I don't know she was doing a giveaway she did casting a spell

by Blackbird designs almost hit myself in the head um she painted this box and

gave away the pattern and the box and she threw in a bunch of nice stuff in

the little cubes like a generous lovely person and I want it um

and so I started it I have a wonderful lovely person in my life with an October

birthday and so I thought if I stitched one square each month I would still have

time to finish it for her and so um I

can't even show it to you because it's all scrunching up I did two blocks I'm

not gonna on cue snap it I got this which'll um ADA not ADA it's not is it

which'll I don't even know lambswool 30 count ADA I'm pretty sure it's which'll

it is so crunchy I can't even believe it

I'll just undo it I hope you guys appreciate this so I'm using for color

and cotton colors that I picked out from my flossing and here's what I have so

far

just these two blocks I'm using a dark grey a orange a brown a purple and maybe

a red so that'll be a fun project I really likes the 30 count linen with two

strands it's really pretty it's it's good cover it's probably like my

coverage limit cuz 28 I really like using 3 so that's weird how just bumping

it up to 30 I can use two let's it's nice the coverage is perfect

it's not too thick and I can't see the fabric so that's wonderful

alright I'm gonna go ahead and show you one of the patterns that I'm working on

the junk is just cascading down the desk okay

I'm going to show you one of the patterns that I've been working on that

is my design I showed you a sneak peek of it last

time we're just gonna show you what I have so far I won't be able to reveal

how the full pattern is going to look but I'm excited about this I'm waiting

for a gentle arts thread to be able to finish this up and it's been backordered

so that's the hold with this one I think it looks amazing right now I'm calling

it the Walter sampler Walter is the name of my cat but it's not going to be

called that um when I finish it so here's how it looks

there's gonna be some text in the blank spot and a couple motifs and a little

bit of black work and so this whole area is going to be filled up but not with

hard stuff so I should be able to finish this up pretty quickly these two borders

are both antique both I found both in antique pattern library just gorgeous

are they not gorgeous and look at that I

think I did a very decent job translating my cat to cross stitch the

pattern is also going to include a blonde modification for the cat so not

quite as blonde as Buster but pretty close so if you have a golden tabby is

that what you call it a ginger a ginger cat I don't know there's gonna be a

color variation for the cat just for a little bit more customization but I

think it would be pretty easy to change the colors yourself if you have a black

cat or whatever else so yeah I'm really excited about this one

because the text is wonderful and it's gonna be it's gonna be great and I just

need that thread to come in the mail all right I'm gonna go grab one project that

I forgot so the only purchase that I made since my last video unless I'm

forgetting something which I totally could be was a project I saw finished on

Instagram and it is charming and beautiful much beautiful then the

pattern makes it look totally unlike me because I am NOT a Santa person the sea

it's kind of bah humbug to say I'm not into the old guy who goes around giving

children gifts just not my thing but I saw this and its really really

pretty stitched up the greens are really gorgeous he's holding a giant bunny what

is it with Santa woodland animals that's so appealing I I

don't know but I had to have this and it was four dollars so now it's in my stash

who knows when to be started I think that's everything

last year it was super organized and did a 20 what was a 2016 wrap up and talked

about all the project I worked on and yada yada and I I just can't do that

this year um my goals for next year are to carry

on I am going to attend the Nashville needlework market unless something crazy

happens and derails that plan I can't wait I'm excited I am ready to learn a

lot more about the cross-stitch market and I am really trying to focus my

business yeah I I'm creating different kinds of designs behind the scenes that

are getting a couple that are getting model stitched I have a couple more

designed and kind of waiting on different elements just heading in new

directions and excited to go to Nashville and figure some things out for

myself and make some contacts and meet some

people that I've been a huge fan of for quite some time

I am excited and I have a loose goal of hopefully exhibiting the following year

so 2019 sorry my camera threw a fit I say it's a loose goal to exhibit at

Nashville in 2019 because I am a mom I have a lot of responsibilities my life

can rapidly change from month to month and so yeah I look forward to

contributing and continuing to contribute to the cross-stitch market

and seeing my business grow yeah I hope you have a lovely Christmas and break

various cities across Libya six years after NATO-led intervention in the country toppled

the government of Muammar Gaddafi in support of US and UK backed rebels.

And not only did CNN confirm the presence of slave auctions where human beings are being

sold for as little as $400 in �liberated� Libya, but CNN�s crew was actually able

to film a live auction in progress, while also gathering the testimonies of multiple

victims.

Though CNN�s footage and accompanying report is shocking, such practices have been quietly

documented for years, and clear warnings were issued starting in early 2011 that Libya�s

black as well as migrant population would be the first to fall victim at the hands of

the Islamist Libyan rebels that NATO�s war empowered.

An estimated 40.3 million people were victims of modern slavery in 2016.

In libya the slave market has grown after the collapse of the regime.

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton created the conditions that allow for a thriving slave

market in Libya today.

It�s not likely the media will ever make the connection.

The Golden Rings Of The New Creation And The New Matrix Of Grace

The merge of the Golden fire rings of The new creation.

One late evening, laying in bed prepared to go to sleep, I had a very grand experience.

This happened about a month ago, just after the new moon in October.

I saw these two huge golden fire rings coming out of my higher heart, like water bubble

rings moving up to the surface.

The week prior to this, I had a vision and a personal experience with a golden egg, that

was planet and opened.

The golden Egg carries lots of meanings� It is/was the opening and birth of the new

golden energy and returning of the level of Consciousness and new existence that is available

for us now.

This golden energy has been here before, but it was a very long time ago, before we fell

from Grace.

I call this new energy Grace Consciousness and is the new Matrix blueprint for the New

Earth.

This golden energy has other names and is written about in ancient times.

It has now returned but as a 2.0, more stronger, vibrant and �refreshed�, so to speak.

I have written about the Golden Egg and the golden energy.

I am just writing from my own experiences, knowing and personal truth of things.

Going back to my experience with the two golden fire rings that late evening in the middle

of October.

The same evening I was out on the balcony and felt a presence around me and in the sky.

There is always beings and energies around me, but this was grander.

In my inner vision a huge mother ship appeared above me, over the house and area where I

live.

I felt it very strongly.

It was familiar�

Later in the evening, laying in my bed, I saw and felt beams or light blue thin laser

streams coming down on me, tuning up my body and preparing me for something.

It was/felt like laser acupuncture, is the only way I could describe it.

It worked on me very fast and yet in smooth detailed manner.

Very intelligent.

It came from the ship.

Other sensations and knowings came directly after.

I just knew and felt that a huge shift was done.

We had made it and the last veil was open, Everything was done/finished.

The crossroad of no return was here and I just knew all the living was free and had

crossed the final line.

No more negotiations with different groups of duality�it was done.

The �green light� from source of sources was given.

In this moment I was part of this whole �green light thing�.

I had made sure that no one was allowed to EVER be harmed again, unless there was something

you yourself was creating for your own growth.

But no more can an outside force or group of any kind hurt another living thing.

That capture of our matrix was done.

This was all a grand stepping stone for all creation, in all universes and mother universes.

Then these two huge golden rings came out of my heart and were floating upwards.

They started to surround all of creation, like a fire force field of change� I suddenly

realized that one fire ring came from above and one came from my end, but they were both

created through my heart.

I then realized, that a piece of my soul-essence was already on the other side of the new created

veil and were sending a ring towards me.

So I was sending a ring from the �New� and a ring from the �Old�.

As above, so below.

I knew both the rings was sealing the deal.

Merged the old with the new and made something completely different.

A completely new creation we never have seen and experienced before, but I was already

in that new creation, as I am part of its transformation, I just had to be.

The New Matrix of Grace It is very hard to explain.

To me, this is simple�.but that is easy for me to say being in it.

LOL !! Both the rings was surrounding the whole transformation and was meeting in the

middle.

I saw it as the golden upright infinity symbol, both the rings, was coming together like the

Olympic rings.

So I feel the reborn/updated/transformed infinity symbol is not an 8-symbol anymore.

It looks like this, but intertwined together.

The huge rings was golden and on fire.

In the moment, I felt it was like to rings of a ceremonial marriage.

A sacred union, dancing and transforming into one, into one new vibration and energy.

The emotional spektrums was incredible and very beautiful.

It was so grande, it took me a few days to truly understand and integrate the whole process.

But I know at that very moment, what had happened.

On a higher energetic level, everything and I mean everything, has already shifted/transformed/being

birthed into the New.

I�m not talking about a 5th dimensional new earth or another level or shifting of

timelines.

This is the BIG ONE, the very final stage and I was part of the process.

To find visuals and words to describe something so �way out there� is hard.

A lot of personal and unique things happened as well and things after that, but that is

not relevant for the collective and for the greater understanding of it all.

What I have tried to explain here is the bigger picture and the grand final of our creation.

That is all.

It has taken me a month to put this in writing and up until this week I didn�t even know

if I ever would talk about it at all, as it is very special and can easily be misunderstood.

I also feel that others have experienced their own unique version of this change.

We all see it through our own soul-essence.

What we create and work on, on a grander scale.

We all have a part to play.

That is how I see it.

It is like a merging collective of love, in one big source-heart chamber, working together

in unity and harmony through the greater Eye of EVERYTHING.

As there is no time and space �out there�, as we know it and have created it together

in this matrix creation�.things you see and experience on a energetic level can take

a long time to manifest.

What I was part of, was the merge/transformation and it has happened.

This has open up a new door of awareness for me and my own souls path.

Life is a never-ending eternal expansion, integration and transformation.

Truly amazing.

My life is changing rapidly and so does my work, my service, my journey, my way of looking

at life�

The two rings of fire is the new golden energy of Grace and some other things I don�t really

know about yet.

It is part of the new and it is not time to know about that now.

There are completely new elements in this new golden energy and the elements that are

part of our reality has changed and has completely new templates, just like we do.

That was shown to me in late summer and since the 11:11 � gateway (2017) we have new light-body

blueprints.

That is also part of the transformation of our Merkaba and energy field.

We have started from a clean slate, sort of� LOL !!

There is so much more to share and show�but for now, this is what comes through in words�

LOL !!! Writing about things like this is an art form, so I just have to practice writing

it..

I hope I have made myself understood on some level for you.

Now there's a secret plot to take Obama and his crooked FBI and DOJ officials out,

We've learned in recent months that the FBI is riddled with Obama's minions and

has transformed into the rogue criminal arm of Obama's shadow government.

The FBI is now fully operating as essentially Obama's secret police, as these law enforcement

agencies are now doing the bidding of slimy politicians, rather than upholding their oath,

which is to pursue impartial justice on behalf of the public.

But that is all about to change.

According to breaking news, "a new report reveals lawmakers are secretly building a

criminal case against top Justice Department and FBI officials for mishandling the contents

of a dossier that describes alleged ties between President Donald Trump and Russia," according

to the Gateway Pundit.

Politico reports:

A group of House Republicans has gathered secretly for weeks in the Capitol in an effort

to build a case that senior leaders of the Justice Department and FBI improperly — and

perhaps criminally — mishandled the contents of a dossier that describes alleged ties between

President Donald Trump and Russia, according to four people familiar with their plans.

A subset of the Republican members of the House intelligence committee, led by Chairman

Devin Nunes of California, has been quietly working parallel to the committee's high-profile

inquiry into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

The people familiar with Nunes' plans said the goal is to highlight what some committee

Republicans see as corruption and conspiracy in the upper ranks of federal law enforcement.

The group hopes to release a report early next year detailing their concerns about the

DOJ and FBI, and they might seek congressional votes to declassify elements of their evidence.

So far, the Republicans leading the effort are being extremely tight-lipped about their

plans, obviously so these swamp creatures don't have time to build a defense against

what's about to hit them.

When pressed for more details, Rep. Mike Conaway (R-TX) replied to POLITICO, "I don't talk

about what we do behind closed doors."

"I'm not going to talk about that," added Rep. Peter King (R-NY).

The heads of Obama's shadow government are bout to go roll, as House investigators are

now building an active criminal case against these swamp rats, as Attorney Jeff Sessions

makes his move.

The Gateway Pundit went on:

House investigators appear to be building criminal case while advocating for Attorney

General Jeff Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to investigate the FBI and

Justice Department's role in the dossier.

According to Fox News reporter Jake Gibson, Attorney General Jeff Sessions has called

on a senior Justice Department attorney to look into appointing a special counsel to

investigate recently demoted official Bruce Ohr's contacts with Fusion GPS.

Thus far, Sessions has found no cause to appoint a second special counsel.

According to the Washington Post, Comey's FBI agreed to pay the British Spy who compiled

the garbage dossier after the election to continue to dig up dirt on Trump and Russia.

The FBI pulled out of this arrangement once the author of the dossier, Christopher Steele

was publicly identified in media reports.

Disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok played a key role in analyzing the infamous 'Trump

dossier,' supplied by shady research firm Fusion GPS.

The FBI is absolutely out of control at this point as it clearly considers itself above

the law and is merely working as the arm of Obama's rogue criminal secret police.

These crooked swamp creatures have absolutely no interest in justice, and are simply existing

to do the bidding of Barack Hussein Obama who continues to prove how far he's willing

to go to have Trump removed as President, where he continues to break federal law by

meeting as a civilian with foreign officials behind President Trump's back.

It's awesome to see that Trump's administration is finally going to investigate these crooked

officials, and bring justice back to the FBI and DOJ.

How Does Cold Medicine Work? - Duration: 5:16.

Ahh, winter.

The leaves have fallen, the breeze is chilly… and cold season has arrived.

When that sticky cough and sniffly nose hits, you probably cozy up with some hot soup, a

box of tissues, and your favorite brand of cold medicine.

There are syrups, pills, and vaporizers to treat about every symptom your cold can bring,

and they all involve some cool chemistry.

But before you down that bitter syrup, it might also help to know that not every cold

medicine is as effective as you'd think.

Colds are some of the most common infectious diseases we can get, but since they're caused

by more than 200 different viruses, it's been basically impossible for us to create

a vaccine against them.

So the best we can do for now is fight the symptoms.

Most cold symptoms are probably caused by your body's efforts to fight off the virus,

not the virus itself.

When you catch a cold, inflammatory proteins like cytokines, get released and tell your

immune cells to get to work fixing the problem.

Mainly, they do this by dilating your blood vessels so that infection-fighting white blood

cells can move around more easily.

Unfortunately, in your nose, those dilated blood vessels also lead to tissue swelling

and congestion.

Cytokines also interact with pain receptors in your esophagus, which can cause a sore

throat.

And in the nervous system, they can stimulate various nerves to trigger a runny nose, sneezing

and coughing.

None of those things are especially fun -- okay, really, they kind of stink.

So we've come up with all kinds of drugs to knock them down as much as possible.

When your nose is stuffed up, you'll probably reach for a decongestant to clear up your

sinuses.

Pseudoephedrine is a popular one, found in medications like Sudafed Decongestant and

Aleve D.

It's a carbon ring attached to a complex chain of other atoms, including nitrogen and

oxygen.

It reduces congestion by binding to receptors in your nose, which makes the muscles around

your blood vessels tense up and reduces the extra blood flow caused by cytokines.

Unfortunately, since pseudoephedrine is a stimulant, it can also can cause insomnia,

nervousness, dizziness, and even affect your heart rate.

It's even been used Breaking Bad-style to make methamphetamines illegally, which is

why it's kept behind the pharmacy counter.

Phenylephrine is a similar medicine, found in brands like Sudafed PE, but since it can't

be used to make meth, it's easier to buy.

Unfortunately, several studies have also found that it doesn't seem to be any more effective

than a placebo, which means it probably doesn't do much.

So, if that's your favorite decongestant… sorry.

Some colds can also cause chest congestion and coughing.

To clear out some of that mucus, many medications contain an expectorant, which helps you spit

up those lovely green gobs of phlegm.

***The most common one is called guaifenesin, which is a carbon ring attached to chains

of oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon atoms.

It's found in medicines like Mucinex.

We're not entirely sure why it works, but scientists think it suppresses the production

of mucins, one of the main proteins in the mucus lining your lungs.

That makes it easier for specialized cells to move mucus up and out of your body.

Still, that's just based on research done in a lab.

In patients, scientists have found that guaifenesin does seems to help thin mucus, but it might

not be that effective at clearing it from your lungs.

Some studies haven't found much of an improvement over a placebo in people with respiratory

infections.

But at least we know it helps somehow.

Now, maybe the most irritating symptom of a cold -- for you and everyone around you

-- is that nasty, lasting cough.

To help calm it, many medications, including Robitussin, contain a cough suppressant, like

dextromethorphan.

Dextromethorphan and molecules like it are made up of four carbon rings, along with some

oxygen and nitrogen atoms.

They're derived from morphine, a highly-addictive painkiller, but at the doses used in cold

medicines, they don't have the same potential for abuse.

We're not 100% sure how these molecules work, but they probably work on the brain

instead of the respiratory system.

When you take dextromethorphan, it crosses the blood-brain barrier -- the tightly-woven

net of cells in your brain's blood vessels that protect it from bacteria and infection.

And once it's there, it affects a bunch of different receptors.

Researchers think that it helps reduce coughing by binding to receptors for neurotransmitters

called NMDA, sigma-1, and serotonin, since other drugs that bind to them also seem to

suppress coughing.

Mainly, this tricks your brain into thinking there's no tickle in your throat and that

you don't really need to cough.

Then again, some recent studies have also found that dextromethorphan may not actually

be that effective, at least in kids, although many studies don't seem to be that reliable.

Outside of cold medicine, though, it does have some uses.

Because of its effects on the nervous system, it's also being investigated for use in

a bunch of different conditions, like treating anxiety and agitation in Alzheimer's disease

-- which is really cool.

Still, effective or not, all of these medications only treat the symptoms of the cold.

None of them actually do anything to help kill the virus or boost your immune system

-- except maybe by helping you sleep better.

Ultimately, the only thing that can cure a cold is time!

But these medicines will hopefully make things easier while you wait it out.

Dalai Lama We Need An Education of the Heart

By education I don�t necessarily mean the acquisition of a degree, however; education

takes all shapes and forms.

Simply being alive and experiencing life as we do every day is worthy of the name education.

We receive an education when we interact with others, and we receive an education when we

do independent research.

Formal schooling is a different beast entirely, and it�s unfortunate that our society equates

diplomas and degrees with intelligence, since obtaining a piece of paper has nothing to

do with intelligence at all.

Albert Einstein himself said, �I never let my education interfere with my learning.�

He also told us that �everybody is a genius.

But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life

believing that it is stupid.� This practice of judging everyone based on the same criteria

is a major flaw in the education system, for which many children suffer unnecessarily.

From the day we enter into the education system, we are made to feel as if getting good grades

means we are smart, and not getting good grades means we are not.

In many ways, however, good grades are simply a measure of obedience.

The list of problems plaguing the education system is extensive.

Not only do we measure intelligence using narrow parameters, we also ignore and fail

to nurture emotional intelligence.

This is something many of us have felt, and it was good to see the Dalai Lama bring up

this issue in a recent Facebook post.

On May 16th, he wrote:

Modern education with its focus on material goals and a disregard for inner values is

incomplete.

There is a need to know about the workings of our minds and emotions.

If we start today and make an effort to educate those who are young now in inner values, they

will see a different, peaceful, more compassionate world in the future.

This really gets at the heart of the matter.

Modern day education focuses almost exclusively on material goals.

From the day we are born, we are shown how the world (supposedly) works and what we need

to do to make our way through it.

These things include gaining a piece of paper (degree), mostly through memorization, in

order to make more pieces of paper so we can have a roof over our heads and put food into

our mouths.

As a result, we never develop the ability to think critically, and we never learn to

question the world around us.

Indeed, questioning authority and the status quo are discouraged at every turn.

We are instead encouraged to follow identical paths, with material wealth being the marker

of our success on this path.

The worst part about it is that many people feel like �failures� or �unsuccessful�

if they are not able to reach this level of wealth, and fear being perceived as not smart,

educated, or successful as a result.

This unreasonable fear is one example of the �inner workings� the Dalai Lama is speaking

about.

Modern day schooling disregards, and even discourages, emotional development.

It does not teach a child how to deal with their ego, how to recognize their own behavioural

patterns, and the result is that most adults cannot even recognize when their actions are

being driven by suppressed emotions.

It does not teach self awareness.

It does not teach children how to handle intense emotion or even that having emotions is okay.

It does not teach them about humility, about letting go, about how to manage stress, or

about the importance of self love and self care, and it does not teach them about the

positive effect self love can have on their life and on the lives of those around them.

If we were taught these important things about life rather than being left to learn them

on as adults, if ever, our world would be a much more peaceful and compassionate place,

as the Dalai Lama himself says.

Chasing material wealth rather than nurturing the self also makes us incapable of listening

to our own hearts.

We are forced into obedience and to do things a certain way, and we learn quickly that to

do otherwise will have serious consequences.

In my opinion, school teaches many how to be followers, but few how to be leaders.

All those years of being unable to say �no� forces us into conformity, and, according

to Dr. Kelly M. Flanagan, a licensed clinical psychologist, this has dire consequences for

our agency in the world:

When we can�t say �No,� we become a sponge for the feelings of everyone around

us and we eventually become saturated by the needs of everyone else while our own hearts

wilt and die.

We begin to live our lives according to the forceful shouldof others, rather than the

whispered, passionate want of our own hearts.

We let everyone else tell us what story to live and we cease to be the author of our

own lives.

We lose our voice � we lose the desire planted in our souls and the very unique way in which

we might live out that desire in the world.

We get used by the world instead of being useful in the world.

Our education system needs to focus less on making everybody the same and more on nurturing

the individual.

The problem is, individuals have opinions, and as John.

D Rockefeller himself said, he �wants a nation of workers, not thinkers.�

It is in the interests of many to manufacture a working class that does not think for itself.

When we are forced to work ourselves to exhaustion simply in order to survive, we have no time

to worry about bigger issues, like the environment or corporate greed.

We can do much better than this.

We are infinite potential and we have amazing solutions for almost all of our problems.

One thing is for sure, if our school system does not start to teach these �inner values,�

our children will continue to focus on material wealth and look for happiness in external

things.

They will not learn to consider their emotions and those of other people, or how to manage

the stresses of life.

is kind of the people who are surrounding

the environment, the situation.

The people that you invite to meet your baby

for the first time are very significant,

usually it's family

but the people who were invited to Jesus' birth

were strangers to Mary and Joseph

but God very dramatically

and intentionally invited them.

If you look at the Nativity scene

you see shepherds,

so I'm not sure what the modern equivalent would be,

maybe farmers or agricultural workers

and on the other end of the spectrum

you have these three kings

from an entirely different country,

different tradition, different religion

and they were called by something

that spoke to them which was astronomy.

God spoke to them in their language

to announce to them

that this little baby was coming

and I just think that that is so, so meaningful

especially in light of what Jesus' ministry became.

He came to tell people, humans

about the love of the father

and it's irrelevant if they are kings

who are bringing gold

or shepherds who are bringing nothing.

Something else that struck me this year

that's completely unrelated

is that Mary's sitting there with her baby wrapped in rags

and these kings come and offer her gold,

frankincense and myrrh

and if I was Mary I would be like thanks

but could I just have like a onesie for my baby

'cause he's freezing.

Regardless, Jesus still accepted them

even if their presents

weren't necessarily the most practical

at the moment and that's what Jesus does,

he accepts us, he accepts our gifts that we bring him

or he accepts our nothingness,

so anyways, that is what Christmas

really at the heart is about,

Jesus coming to us and then us responding

and coming to Jesus.
