Waching daily Dec 21 2017

SY: I thought you were telling me to get you more and I was "Okay."

[Laughter]

CM: "More, please." [Laughs] Uh...

SE: [In weird English accent] "Another Briggs!"

[Silence] SE: ...Sorry

[Laughter]

[Music]

All: Hi, everyone!

SE: I'm Skye.

CM: I'm Courtney.

SY: I'm Sky.

EE: Elise.

SE: And we are Sassy Saram.

Today, we are fuflling a request and reacting to "Save Me"

CM: Yes. SY: Yes. Tipsy react!

SY: Clink! CM: I mean I've seen it like 50 times but...

SY: Cour- Elise. EE: Oh, sorry!

CM: Elise doesn't have her glass!

CM: She doesn't want to get tipsy with us. That's okay. SY: Eliiiise.

SY: Clink! SE: Drink.

SE: And now we go!

SY: Perfect. All right. CM: Let's play a game with it.

EE & SY: Yes!

SE: Every time -

CM: Oh, and it was requested by...

SY & CM: [struggling] ŋɷųɾ mɷɧamҽɖ

CM: I'm sorry... SY: I'm sorry if we said that wrong.

SE: Every time you feel personally attacked by your bias wrecker take a- take a sip. SY: Take a sip.

CM: ...that's who my bias is [referring to cut conversation] SY: Every time Jimin puts his head back

SY: Like this ... EE: Yes [laughs]

SY: Any time anyone puts their head back like this actually.

SY: That's a sip.

SE: Every time Jungkook makes a weird face

SY: That's a sip.

CM: Every time any one of us says "Ooo!" whoever did-

Whoever did the "Ooo!" doesn't have to take a sip. Everyone else has to take a sip.

[Laughter] SY: That's dangerous! EE: We might need more of that.

SE: During Rap Mon's part... SY: Wait, I'm gonna go get the other one, too.

SE: During Rap Mon's (RM's) entire part we just keep drinking

[SE & CM laugh] SY: No, I think

SY: When he says, "Thank you.'우리'가 돼 줘서" CM: "'우리'가 돼 줘서"

EE: That part. SY: Then we have to sip.

EE: Can we take a shot when we feel personally attacked by Jin and his blond hair?

SY: Oh, yeah. CM: Um, yes.

CM: But it's like in a hat most of the time for this one. So...

SY: And? EE: But still?

CM: Okay.

SY: I think we should start off with a shot just for like -

a sip for, um,V's red hair may [it] rest in peace.

EE: Ready? CM: Yep.

CM [quietly]: I was about to say, "Hi, everyone."

[Laughter] SE & SY: "Hi, everyone!"

SE: It's part 2 [laughs]

EE: Don't play that. SY: Please no commercials

CM: All right and if there is a commercial, drink.

[Snickers]

EE: Still loading. This is great.

CM: That means there's no commercial

CM: Hey [mumble] there it is.

EE: We're good.

CM: She drinks anyway even though there was no commercial.

[Laughter]

CM: I love this song, ya'll. SY: Me, too. EE: Yeah. I just love the environment they're in.

SY: Wow, look at him! Look at his legs.

CM: Just remember black haired Jimin for a second. EE: Yes!

[Singing along]

CM: He did it! He did it. EE: Yep.

SY: He did it again!

SY: He just did it, too.

CM: We're just gonna drink the whole thing.

[Singing along]

CM: Ugh, really? SY: I miss...

EE: He needs to bring the red hair back.

SY: Oh my God!

CM: Wow!

SY: Oh my God, again!

[CM laughing at something SE said]

CM: Oh my God!

EE: UGH!

CM: Mine tastes kind of weird.

SY: What did you say?

CM: This tastes different from before.

SY: Because it's old.

SY: Look at Suga. Woo!

CM: Oh, thanks. SY: Oh, I'm sorry!

[Laughter]

SY: Look at our - CM: WOW! SY: ...our little man.

SE: I wish I could dance. CM: Oh my God.

CM: Just - look at RM in the corner. He's like, really gettin' it.

CM: I'm proud of him. [EE laughs]

SY: Also, I just want to point out Suga's legs

'cause they look incredible.

EE: They dooo.

I love his whole outfit in this video. He looks fantastic.

SY: Like this era was Suga's and he owned it.

And they were all just like- wait are we drinking for Tims?

CM: Are we? Oh, wait what?

EE: Does anyone want to sip -

CM: YAS J-HOPE. Okay.

SY & EE [singing the song]: Woo! Woo! CM: For J-hope I'm going to sip.

SY: Wait technically I just made that sound [from the rules]

SY: but so did you [EE], though. EE: Uh-huh.

[singing along] EE: I think that they-

CM: They all look good [can't really understand the rest lol] EE: Yep!

SY: Oh! [SE & CM talking about something discreetly]

CM: Oh my God, stop!

SE: They're all [the songs] connecting!

CM: Say it louder.

SE [lowkey shouting]: I said "Best of Me" was a foreshadow!

CM: Because remember he did, "The best of me!"

[Pure shock]

EE: OOOH! SE: IT'S A FORESHADOW!

SY [still in shock]: I hate BTS [laughs]

EE: They left, like, a little, uh -

In the MAMAs, they left, like, a little hint for, like, the next album

SY: No they did not! EE: They did.

EE: They said the next album- SE: OH MY GOD!

SY: This is like when- when- at the end

SY: At the end of Twice's- CM: AAAH! Wow!

SY: At the end of Twice's "TT" when they start playing "Knock Knock."

CM: Uh-huh. SY: And then you hear "Knock Knock" and you were like...

[Laughter]

SY: But this is 10x worse than that.

CM: If I'm personally offended by my bias can I drink? EE: Yes.

SY: All right, here we go. CM: I need to- Oh, wait. I gotta-.

SY: And there we go.

SY: Ugh, V just did it. EE: Yeah, and Jimin.

CM: So...

EE: That was a lot. CM: I just want to say...yes.

EE: Yes. SY: That last one made my mouth feel weird.

CM: I just realized- Okay. So -

Remember when they did the "behind the filming" for this?

All: Yeah. CM: And like- it looked so yellow and I was like,

"Wow, thank God for editing"

EE: Yeah, me too, right? SY: Right?

SY: Thank you for color correction and post production.

Whoever did that, I love you. EE: Yeah, thank you so much for this video. It's fantastic.

[SE makes loud noise]

[ Laughter]

SE: All right.

Before we keep you any longer, we're just gonna end that here.

SY: Yes. SE: That's it for this video.

SE: Um, if you like it, be sure to leave a like. Be sure to also check out our videos on the channel.

You can do that by subscribing. Um, we will also link "Save Me" in the description below.

If you have not seen it or if you're just now getting into BTS

that's a good one to start with.

CM: I feel like everyone is getting into BTS now.

SY: For those who are just getting into BTS, we really do- we can really quick do

SY:..like a top 5 list.

CM: Um, okay. Tell me- tell me and I'll just put it in the video.

SE: All right. Well, that's it for this video

If you like it be sure to leave a like. I've already said all this.

[Laughter] SE: Uh, also leave a comment.

SE: And, yeah. CM: We all know you're tipsy.

SE: Shut up, I'm not tipsy.

CM: Yeah, I was like, "No one's tipsy yet."

SE: I'm just "Wooo!" SY: I am sweating, though.

SE: Sweat! SY: I'm hot. EE: It's hot in here in general.

CM: Blood, Sweat, and Tears SY: "내 피 땀 눈물"

CM: I'm just gonna cry (?) [not sure what I said] SE: Don't stress [not sure what was said here]

SE: All right. That's it. Buh-bye!

All: Bye!

SY: Just everything about that video is so- I want- lowkey want to watch it again

but also, like, I just saw it this morning, so...[laughs]

SY: "Is that true?"

All: YES!

All: Okey Dokey, yo!

11 Things You Probably Don't Know About Avocados - Duration: 4:34.

Avocados are having a serious moment.

And while they may seem like...just an avocado, there's a whole lot you probably don't know

about this trending treat.

"The Aztecs called them 'ahuacatl,' which means 'testicle fruit.'"

Trust us, there's more.

From their environmental impact to wellness and beauty, avocados pack more than just a

mean guacamole.

Here's what you need to know.

"(Guacamole) Everyone loves guacamole.

(Sea salt) For suburban moms.

(Avocado toast) Come and get it, hipster."

Lifespan

It only takes a couple minutes to eat one, but avocados take much longer to grow.

Believe it or not, it takes an avocado an entire year to fully mature before it's ready

to be picked, shipped to your nearby grocery store, and, of course, Instagrammed.

"This looks good enough to post on the internet.

Cuz that's what you do with food."

Can't touch this

Did you know that avocados have to be hand-picked?

Scott McIntyre, owner and CEO of Sierra Pacific Farms, and a third generation avocado grower,

told Confessions of a Foodie that avocado picking can't be automated because, according

to government regulations, the fruit can't touch the ground if it's going to be sold.

As a result, companies have to pay for each one to be picked by a real live person.

And that means they'll likely never be as affordable as other produce.

Illegal deforestation

Americans want avocado on everything now.

And as a result, some of Mexico's pine forests are being illegally cut down to make way for

avocado trees.

Researcher Mario Tapia from the National Institute for Forestry, Farming and Fisheries Research

in Mexico tells the AP that avocado groves require far more water than pine forests,

which means water resources are being dedicated strictly to avocados.

Great for guacamole, bad for just about everything else.

Grove gang

Your avocado's ethical history may come down to who exactly owns the grove it grew in.

According to Vocativ, a Mexican drug cartel has seized large parts of the avocado industry

in that country.

While families used to grow avocados, a gang has now cut into that share of the industry,

leaving families in the lurch.

But passing on avocados from Mexico could also hurt the family growers, who are already

struggling.

Avocado hand

Apparently, with the rise of avocado toast came the rise of so-called "avocado hand,"

knife injuries that led to an influx of ER patients over the last few years.

According to The Times of London, these injuries include damage to the nerves and tendons in

your hand.

And even Meryl Streep fell victim.

But injuries are very easy to avoid.

Gently cut all the way around the avocado with a knife and then use a spoon or your

knife to remove the pit.

Lower cholesterol

While you might think it's counterintuitive to up your fat intake if you've got high cholesterol,

eating more avocado might be to your benefit.

A 2015 study from the Journal of the American Heart Association found that people who ate

an avocado each day were able to lower their LDL cholesterol.

Nutritionist Lisa Drayer told ABC News,

"Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats, which lower LDL, the bad cholesterol, without

negatively impacting HDL, the good cholesterol."

Avocados for lovers

While Americans typically eat way more avocado than they used to, your personal life might

have something to do with it.

According to research from the Hass Avocado Board, married couples make approximately

72 percent of all avocado purchases.

Or, maybe it's that single folks just get their avocados while out for brunch.

Science doesn't know you.

Healthy substitution

While you shouldn't take all of the butter out of baked goods in favor of avocado, according

to Delish, subbing about half the butter in a recipe for avocado is totally doable.

"Half butter, half avocado" cuts calories, and doesn't dry out or flatten your treats.

Green beauty routine

Avocados aren't just for eating, they can amp up your beauty routine, as well.

According to HuffPost, you can use them for moisturizer on your skin or hair, a face mask

that'll soothe irritation, or an anti-aging facial treatment.

Switch it up

While you're probably familiar with Hass avocados in the produce section, that's not the only

type that's growing.

According to Food Republic, there are about 16 different varieties of avocados that grow

in the U.S.

And with each one having a different peak season, you can put an avocado on it all year

long.

Testing for ripeness

You might think determining an avocado's ripeness is a bit of a guessing game, but it's actually

pretty easy.

According to Northwest Edible Life, simply remove the little remnant of the stem.

If it's brown underneath, it's overripe.

If it's pale green, it's not ready.

But if it's creamy, and perfectly green, well...it's time to get this avocado party started.

TEAM VAULT: WESG Americas Finals $6000 Crowdfunding - Duration: 4:34.

Hi, my name is sickLy

Im the captain of the CS:GO Team VAULT, from Colombia

And this video is to explain a bit the situation we're going through right now

We had the opportunity to win the WESG Northern South American qualifier

Where we managed to win a travel and get a spot into the America's Finals of that tournament

That decides the qualified teams to the World Finals, hosted in China

This year, the LAN tournament was supossed to be done in Santa Ana- California

But because of some problems that may occur with the VISAS, WESG decided to cancel the LAN and make an ONLINE Event

This ONLINE phase will decide the spots for the World Finals

And 12 teams were divided in 2 regions: North America and South America, right?

Obviously due to our geographical location, we were included in the South America group

But the servers will be hosted in Brazil, so that means that due to our location

even being close countries, the conections cant go through Amazonas

So all our routing goes to Miami and then come back to Southamerica

because of that, we will have around 230/250 ms Ping

We cant play in NorthAmerica Division either because it will be done in West servers, so that gives us 150ms too

We even tried to talk with Alisports and WESG to get some help to move us closer to the tournament

So we could compete in the same conditions like Last year, where we played in Sao Paulo and won one of the World finals spot and finished 12nd. But they declined it.

(Usually the events pay for all travel expenses, and since they are not moving anyone to USA we should have at least a chance to compete better)

This will be played on February 1st-4th, so we are trying to get the money to travel to Brasil

We know that its a big number ($6000 USD) and thats short time

And it will be hard to get but i believe that its posible with some help of the community

and some sponsors we are trying to convince to help us in this emergency

pitifully we dont have an org with big budget and money that could pay for this trip

especially because 1 month ago they sent us to Peru to compete in the Strike One, which thanks to them we were able to win

But that takes 90 days to be paid, so we cant use that money either to go to Brazil.

That's the situation right now, the amount is around $6000 USD Including plane tickets, food, a place to sleep

and the place to play during the tournament around 6 days

We are looking for a place in Sao Paulo to play that tournament

But we have to find a way to be there before thinking about the place

(INFO: We cant do it by bus either, its a 111 Hours trip by land so that would take more than a week to travel there)

We wanted to expose the situation and see if some people could be involved and help us to make it posible

Thank you for your time, we promise anyways to give our best and prepare more than anyone to prove that its not a mistake to support us

Also surprise some teams like we did last year where we qualified against the odds to the World Finals

So we want the chance to do it better this time and we will work hard to make it and win the 1st place of the $37500 USD Prizepool

THANK YOU to everyone that decides to help us

So down below its the Info on how to support us.

THANK YOU, BYE

Make Someone's Life Better - Duration: 2:55.

LET ME JUST PUT A QUESTION OUT THIS MORNING TO MYSELF

AS WELL AS YOU.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MAKE ANYBODY ELSE'S LIFE BETTER?

A LITTLE QUIET IN HERE.

I MEAN, WE NEED TO ASK OURSELVES THAT.

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

ARE WE JUST SITTING IN CHURCH WEEK AFTER WEEK, AND WE THINK

BECAUSE WE GET A LITTLE CHECKMARK ON OUR GOD CALENDAR

BECAUSE WE'VE GOT GOOD CHURCH ATTENDANCE?

NO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO HELP SOMEBODY?

AND YOU KNOW WHAT?

DON'T SPEND YOUR LIFE SITTING OUT THERE WISHING YOU

WERE UP HERE.

[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]

JOYCE: "WELL, I JUST WANT TO BE IN MINISTRY."

YOU ARE IN MINISTRY.

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU, THERE IS NOT ONE LEFT OUT,

EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU IS IN MINISTRY.

AND MOST OF THE MINISTRY THAT'S NEEDED IN THE WORLD WILL NEVER

TAKE PLACE FROM A PLATFORM.

OUR WHOLE JOB IS TO TRAIN YOU UP THAT YOU MIGHT GO OUT AND DO

THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY.

GOD SHOWED ME THIS ONE TIME A LONG TIME AGO, HE SAID,

"I HAVE MY PEOPLE POSITIONED EVERYWHERE."

I MEAN, WE'RE EVERYWHERE.

YOU'RE IN SCHOOLS, EVERY COMPANY.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WE'RE TOO QUIET.

WE'RE TOO MOUSY.

WE'RE TOO AFRAID OF WHAT EVERYBODY'S GOING TO THINK.

AND I'M NOT SUGGESTING YOU GET OUT IN THE WORLD AND BE

OBNOXIOUS.

BUT I'LL TELL YOU THE TRUTH, IF WE WOULD JUST GET OUT IN THE

WORLD THAT IS FULL OF DARKNESS AND TURN THE LIGHTS ON.

AND I'LL TELL YOU WHAT, YOU DON'T NEED TO QUOTE SCRIPTURES

TO YOUR CO-WORKERS, YOU NEED TO HELP THEM.

AND THE ONE THAT YOU DISLIKE THE MOST THAT HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE

MEANEST TO YOU, WHEN YOU HEAR THAT THEIR CAR IS BROKEN DOWN

AND THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE TROUBLE GETTING TO WORK, YOU'RE

THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO GO OFFER TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GO PICK

THEM UP AND BRING THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE GOING TO WONDER HOW IN

THE WORLD THAT YOU CAN DO THAT AFTER THE WAY THEY'VE

TREATED YOU.

20 Interesting Facts About Gran Turismo - Duration: 14:58.

Gran Turismo has seen a release on every single PlayStation format barring the PS Vita, with

GT Sport hitting PS4 recently at the time of writing.

Reading.

Speaking.

Whatever time this is.

Almost every PlayStation has a GT in its top two best-selling games of all time, and the

only two that don't are the Vita, which never had a GT, and the PS4, which at the

time of making this has GT Sport with sales figures I do not know.

Still, it's safe to say this is an unpopular and terrible series nah I'm just kidding

it's great.

And now here's 20 things you may not know about Gran Turismo, and if you do maybe you

just want to hear them again who knows.

Number one, those sales figures

Might as well start by filling you in on what I was bleating on about a second ago - the

original Gran Turismo is the highest-selling PSone game of all time with 10.85 million

copies shifted, Gran Turismo 3 is the PS2's second top selling game ever with 14.89 million

copies shunted, and Gran Turismo 5 made it to second place in the PS3's highest sales

for games with 11.94 million copies shun-ifted.

The PSP's Gran Turismo, meanwhile, sold 4.66 million copies and was the underrated

handheld's second place seller.

Not what you would call a bad run for the series.

BONUS FACT

On average, including the Prologue spin-offs, Gran Turismo sells 6.4 million per game.

That's more than the averages - per game - for the Zelda series (4.14 million per game),

the Uncharted series (5.24 million per game), the Halo series (5 million per game), Assassin's

Creed (5.55 million per game), and almost as much as the Need For Speed series, which

averages at 6.81 million sales per game.

All of these figures come from before the last release for each game mentioned, because

getting up to date sales figures is like pulling teeth from a rock.

Still it's no wonder Sony puts so much stock in the bloody thing.

Number two, not a one-game studio

Polyphony Digital is known as the Gran Turismo studio, likely because it has made about 32

thousand different versions of V Rally.

Gran Turismo.

Whatever it's called.

But it is not a one-game studio, with a whopping four other games flooding like a literal flood

from its doors.

Motor Toon Grand Prix and its sequel, Omega Boost and Tourist Trophy.

Yes, three of them are racing games, but hey - a giant robot thing!

That's branching out if ever I've seen it.

BONUS FACT

For all the resolution fans out there, Tourist Trophy shares the distinction of being one

of only four titles for the PS2 capable of 1080i output.

The others are Gran Turismo 4, Valkyrie Profile 2 and… err…

Jackass: The Game.

Number three, the prototype… sort of

The earliest version of Gran Turismo is said to have been in the works for the Nintendo

PlayStation, but I couldn't corroborate anything about that so will just ignore that

and leave it as a statement uttered by a buffoon.

However, those playing Motor Toon Grand Prix 2 were privy to Polyphony's ambitions for

the racing genre - at least if they completed the game on expert.

Those doing so were rewarded with the 'goodie' of Motor Toon Gran Prix R; a mode of the game

that replaced the bouncy Mario Kart-alike racers with realistic vehicles and realistic

physics.

Naturally I wasn't good enough to complete the game on expert, even though I have it,

so this footage isn't mine.

Sorry.

NO BONUS FACT

Number four, boys' club

Kazunori Yamauchi revealed at Gran Turismo 4's launch party back in 2004 that he and

his team were working on a new entry to the series: Gran Turismo For Boys.

Aimed squarely at children - well, male children, apparently, Yamauchi intended the project

to create car lovers from a young age, stating: "If we don't grow to love cars in youth, we

become adults who are uninterested in cars."

And apparently girls and women can't be interested in cars, or something?

Anyway, it never came out and, instead, morphed into Gran Turismo on PSP.

Sort of.

Girls were allowed to play it, as far as I'm aware.

BONUS FACT

Gran Turismo received the Golden Marker Special Award at the Japan Car Design Awards in 2016,

and I quote, "For being an instrument about learning how to drive a car for those who

are below the legal driving age and for learning about cars in general", and "For giving

opportunities to car designers around the world while broadening the vision of the market".

So it seems Yamauchi didn't even need his sexist Gran Turismo spin-off, huzzah!

Number five, dee oh double-gee

For Gran Turismo 3, Snoop Dogg penned the track Dogg's Turismo 3 for the game.

It is, as you would expect, utterly superb in all the wrong ways.

And I quote:

"It's all about winning y'all know whats up

PlayStation 2 taking you to a whole new dimension where the cars look fly and they got good

suspension"

"I take the lead while others crash the wall

Doggy D-O-double G in the motherfucking Gran Turismo 3

the coolest game doin' things, I'm picking up speed while I'm switching

lanes"

"If I lose I'm gon' turn it off and get right back

choose a whole 'nother car a whole new course

with tunnels and trees."

Sure Feeder's Just A Day may have become popular thanks to GT3 - though it also may

not have - but it's all about Dogg's Turismo 3; gaming's greatest song.

NO BONUS FACT

Number six, PRICEMOBILE

The single most expensive real vehicle ever featured in the Gran Turismo series is…

the Honda Accord!

Wait no, the moon buggy.

Yes, Lunar Roving Vehicle LRV-001 from Gran Turismo 6 cost 38 million dollars to build

back in the early 70s.

Adjust that for inflation - because that's what you should do - and you get a fairly

princely sum of 228 million, 750 thousand dollars.

Stick that up your Bugatti.

NO BONUS FACT

Number seven, accu-race-ey ha ha ha ha haaa

The number of polygons in a car in the original gran turismo was 500.

By the time gran turismo 6 released in 2013, that number had increased to one people still

pretended to care about.

For the original Gran Turismo, one car was one day's work for one person.

For GT3, one car was one person's work for 30 days.

When GT5 rolled about, one car was one person's work for 180 days, or six months if you want

to be informal.

Gran Turismo Sport also took the devs six months per car, but while GT6 featured 1,197

cars at launch, GT Sport has 162 - so a lot more work has gone into each vehicle.

That man who done Gran Turismo, Kazunori Yamauchi, said: "We are building for future versions

of the console, not the one we see today."

So, like, we'll be seeing these models re-used in the PlayStation 9 I guess?

BONUS FACT

Gran Turismo 6 featured accurately positioned stars in the night sky, for some reason.

I have no idea if GT Sport keeps up the tradition.

Number eight, Name Recognition

Gran Turismo has model car kits, concept cars - a lot of which can't actually be built

yet because technology isn't good enough - a cafe, and even a street in Australia named

after it.

That's Gran Turismo Drive in Bathurst… at the Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit,

so not exactly an unexpected naming there.

Meanwhile, Kazunori Yamauchi doesn't have cars and concepts and cafes named after him

right now, so he just has to settle for a street of his own in the town of Ronda, Spain.

Look out for Paseo de Kazunori Yamauchi if you're ever around there.

BONUS FACT

Speaking of name recognition - you can spot a mention of Konami on the 1990s version of

Fuji Speedway on Gran Turismo 4.

Obviously it has to be in the past, because the only mention of Konami you get these days

is a sentence starting with the company name and ending with 'is a bit of a shitter these

days, innit?'

Number nine, This Game Ain't For You

The GT series often gets a bit of stick, especially from the non-believers and those who pretend

Forza is a better franchise, for being a little bit, shall we say, nerdy.

There's a real air about the games that they're almost embarrassed to be video games

and instead should just be left alone as car porn for those obsessed with gaskets.

Well, there's a bit of truth to that - see, Yamauchi himself has said he never intended

Gran Turismo to enjoy mass appeal, with the first game intended, initially, only for petrolheads,

or dieselarses or whatever they're called.

It wasn't until Taku Imasaki, now long-time producer on the series, then just producer

on the first game as none of the others existed, got his hands on GT that things changed.

Sensing the ever-belittled US audience wouldn't get on with the game as it stood, he was instrumental

in the decisions to up the speed of the game by some 25 per cent and altering the in-game

gravity so you would get cars leaping higher and further than they should.

He also had a big hand in introducing arcade mode to the game, as he figured Americans

wouldn't be into the role-playing ladder climb of Gran Turismo's core mode.

I mean, he was wrong, but it's pretty funny just how patronising that is.

And now?

Well, now we have GT Academy, in which people who are really good at the game have a chance

to become an actual, real racing driver.

People who probably didn't think they were that into cars - at least not as much as Yamauchi

expected players of his game to be - are now professionals.

Fun times.

BONUS FACT

Gran Turismo 2 could only be completed to 98.2% in US release as drag racing was removed.

The European release, meanwhile, could be completed to 100.9% thanks to the addition

of Vauxhall and Opel manufacturer races, which were absent in any other version.

GT4 had a similar issue, meanwhile, with the US and Chinese releases sometimes only allowing

99.8% completion.

Number ten, Word of Mouth

Never underestimate the power of telling people about stuff - on a totally unrelated note

don't forget to share this video and tell all your friends about the healing power of

Bransfield!

Anyway, Gran Turismo has been cited by some Japanese car manufacturers as a reason for

increased popularity in certain models they produce, with the likes of Nissan, Subaru

and Mitsubishi all declaring the game directly responsible for an uptick in interest.

Mitsubishi chap Takashi Kiuchi said, back in 2002, "There's no doubt that Gran Turismo

played a huge role in our decision to launch the Lancer Evolution in the United States

- the car wouldn't have attracted as much attention as it has in the US without the

game."

Outside of Japan there's a similar picture - RUF, the brand known for modifying and releasing

its own versions of Porsche's lineup, wouldn't have been half as well known as it is were

it not for its inclusion in earlier Gran Turismo titles.

Those being the ones where Polyphony couldn't get the actual Porsche license, because EA

was doing its usual thing of just having all the licenses for everything ever.

Even here in Britain things were impacted, with the first GT game seeing TVR's sales

increase six-fold after its release.

I mean, correlation isn't causation and all that, but the Cerbera was a lovely little

car in that game, so...

BONUS FACT You can actually find a model of Porsche in

Gran Turismo 3, as the 911 996 GT3 was intended to be in the game until EA signed its exclusive

Porsche license and the horseless carriage had to be removed.

Its data is still present, though, and you can unlock it with some pokery and an Action

Replay or Gameshark.

Or if you download a save like I may or may not have done.

Number eleven, CONTROVERSY

Gran Turismo isn't a series that courts controversy.

Much as I love it, it's barely a series that courts anything beyond mild surprise.

While microtransactions in GT6 put some people off, complaints were limited - but Gran Turismo

Sport nudged things into outright outrage territory by requiring players to be online

whether they were playing the game in multiplayer or not.

What you might not have picked up on is the why behind all of this - now don't get me

wrong, I don't want to be an apologist for always-online, as I'm not big on multiplayer

anyway and I don't just listen to what's said and automatically go 'oh right that's

a good reason god I love these faceless company decisions!'

But I do pay attention to reasons when they're actually interesting - Gran Turismo Sport

requires you to be always online because of the motor sport governing body the FIA.

GT Sport includes FIA-endorsed online championships, you see, so the game itself has to actually

follow very strict rules and regulations for it to be taken seriously by the governing

body.

And I quote: "In order to ensure fair racing for all, GT Sport will require an internet

connection for the majority of functionality.

This connectivity requirement is to ensure that progress car availability and driver

ratings are properly maintained at all times."

Basically, it's so you can't be a scamming little cheater and cheese your way to victory

offline, before loading your times up into the online mode.

Why this applies to modes that don't link in with the FIA competition, though, I do

not know.

BONUS FACT

I didn't believe this one, so sourced an original copy of Gran Turismo 2 to check it

out and, yep, it's true.

The GT Mode disc has a scratch and sniff effect to it - if you give it a bit of a rub, it

lets off a scent of… well, it's a bit like asphalt and tires, basically.

Fifa 2001 had a similar effect, with a grassy disc smell.

Ah, the past.

Number twelve, Try Before You Buy

The accuracy of Gran Turismo's simulation has always been a big selling point, but it's

quite clearly more than just marketing gumph.

I mean, the real world ties to racing events, racing drivers and car designs just sings

that fact happily.

And I'm sure BMW was overjoyed to discover it could get away with a much cheaper, easier

way of letting potential 1 Series customers have a test drive: handing out a specially-made

Gran Turismo 4 demo disc.

The BMW 1-series Virtual Drive Disc, as it was known, allowed potential buyers to choose

from two cars, the 120Dse and the 120i, and race on three tracks, including the Nurdburg..

Nurenb..

Nerd Burger King.. whatever that famous one is called.

All with a three-minute time limit on each track.

I sincerely doubt anybody actually bought a car based on a Gran Turismo 4 demo - please

do correct me if I'm wrong there - but it was a cool little thing to happen all the

same.

NO BONUS FACT

/

And that, friends, is a big list of facts.

I know there's plenty more - it's a 20-year-old series, I was bound to miss more than I could

ever fit in.

But wasn't that interesting?

I think it was.

You should agree.

If you don't, that's fine, but also I've conned you into watching this for however

long this video lasts.

HAH.

Gran Turismo is cool because it's so nerdy, gotta love that series.

Thanks for watching, do like, share and subscribe if you want to because it's a nice thing

to do and it helps me bring in money on this horrible oversaturated platform so I can slowly

save up for a TVR Speed 12.

I deserve that, don't I?

I mean, I can't even drive so it's a little bit pointless but then you can't expect

me not to-BYE!

I now have a Patreon, which you can find the link to in the description.

If you like my work and you've got a bit of change spare, consider chipping in.

If you can't or don't want to, that's also fine.

I still love you.

I'd like to give a big ol' thanks to the following folks for their five dollar or more

support on Patreon - without you, I'd be dead!

Alright maybe not dead, but you get the point.

Videobrains - or Jake Tucker

Robbie Sabo

Lola Osman - WOOF

Jake Laverde

You're all good people, except for the one who's a dog.

You're a good dog.

Thank you for your continued support and I hope to never make you cry.

Could F-Zero Find its Place on Nintendo Switch? - Duration: 11:15.

Nintendo, or, more specifically, Miyamoto have been passing the buck on F Zero for some

time now.

The reasons given have been controller interface, which, wut? & the more reasonable question

of what haven't they done with F Zero before that fans want to see in the future.

Ok, fine.

I have a couple things that may work…

Off the bat, I wanna address 2 things.

1st: I can see where Miyamoto is coming from, for him, I'm sure, F-Zero seems a bit redundant.

They already have a high selling racing franchise in Mario Kart.

Something with a very clear direction.

Meanwhile, they aren't sure of where to take F-Zero and in comparison, it doesn't

sell very well.

I disagree, but, I do see where they're coming from, just wanted to touch on that.

2nd: I'm not 1 for treating most things as sacred.

ESPECIALLY things that have not proven to be a high ranking performers in the past.

& to clear up what that means, because this is always a thing in the comments of these

sorts of videos.

Yes, F-Zero doesn't sell well on average when compared to other things they could be

making instead.

I'm not saying I dislike it because of that, I'm not saying it's bad.

All I'm saying is they have a lot of room for improvement and no real things holding

them back from making those improvements.

So, if you expected me to just say: "Well, Nintendo.

It's simple.

Just do what you did last time, make it prettier, put it on Switch."

You're gonna be disappointed.

What I think they should do is 2 fold.

The first part, will play well to the diehards, but, first, I gotta address 1 more thing.

I appreciate F-Zero fans.

In fact, we have a pretty loyal subscriber literally NAMED F-Zero & we like him a lot,

so, don't take this as any sort of attack on the thing you love, but, I don't think

the things diehards want for niche franchises should be taken as gospel.

That goes for any franchise.

There's a reason why the niche things are niche.

What they are currently in their unchanged state isn't working and because of this,

they need changes.

I'm here to some suggest changes, not anything that'll completely strip F-Zero of what

makes it F-Zero.

I want Nintendo to take the things that those things and expand on them.

Feel free to suggest your own.

So, what sets F Zero as we know it apart?

What SHOULDN'T change?

Well, for one, its setting.

F Zero is a futuristic racing franchise mainly set on Earth in the 26th century.

An earth thats trade, technology transfer, and cultural interchange has been completely

changed by close relationships with alien worlds.

A group of super rich interplanetary merchants decided to create the "F Zero Grand Prix"

in a classic roman collosseum style move purely to bring some excitement to their lives.

Rich people apparently get bored sometimes?

These races were initially frowned upon by the general public because of the inherent

danger, but, eventually they get over that because futuristic nascar is too good for

even rights activists to pass up on.

Some games in the franchise follow this timeline, some have alternate timelines, but, ultimately

the core theme of futuristic Nascar league funded by apathetic rich dudes holds true,

so, obviously we should keep that.

BUT I do think a change could be beneficial here.

Double down on this.

Mario Kart has next to no plot, F Zero's plot is there and is pretty well established

and has potential to be interesting provided whatever team takes it over makes it more

of a focus.

Most people are completely unaware of even the plot details that I just told you.

I'm sure many of you watching this video didn't know the game had a plot to begin

with.

It's likely that most of your experience with F Zero is tied to Smash Bros and even

that game isn't given much of an idea of what to do to celebrate the lore of F Zero,

that's saying something for a franchise that fleshed out Kid Icarus's plot, a game

with 2 entries to its name prior to Pitt's introduction to the franchise.

To be fair, F Zero has made an effort in the more recent entries to establish lore, but,

it still felt to me like a fighting game campaign.

Sure, it's there and fans of the series know it front to back, but, it certainly isn't

a major selling point of the game.

I think F Zero on Switch should have a strong enough focus on its story to warrant it being

a major part of its ad campaigns.

The next core tenet of F Zero I want to talk about is tied to the plot and setting, but,

it goes a bit deeper than that.

It ultimately determines how good the rest of that stuff will even pay off.

F Zero is known to have a pretty colorful cast of character, perhaps even more known

than the type of game these characters originate from, again, because of Smash.

The anime that aired on Fox in the early 2000s probably served as an introduction to these

characters for some too.

MOST PEOPLE, though.

Don't even know anyone beyond Captain Falcon.

I think F Zero on Switch should bring all of these personalities even more into the

spotlight.

We don't necessarily even need new characters.

There's plenty to pull from post GX so fleshing those characters out into more interesting

and engaging characters beyond the typical Nintendo character traits in games like F

Zero and Punch Out that are where are you from and what is your job.

How did they learn how to race in the 1st place?

Why do these characters care other than the obvious prize money?

What relationships do they have with one another?

Then comes the question of which character do we play as?

Should it be a game with the incarnation of Captain Falcon that Smash fans know?

Or should it be a personal thing.

A campaign that takes inspiration from the anime's approach to Captain Falcon.

In the anime, Captain Falcon isn't 1 particular person.

It's a title that the best of the best can claim.

Should that be used as a way to bring customization in?

I think so.

Allowing players the opportunity to create their own F Zero contestant that's competing

to win the TITLE of Captain Falcon could be an interesting twist.

We've had the ability to customize our machines, why not take it one step further and allow

racers the same level of customization.

WHICH is a good transition into the actual point of the game, racing.

Obviously, the Switch game should maintain the high octane fast paced racing that F Zero

is known for, that much is a given.

However, I think Nintendo would want to introduce some sort of new mechanics to the game so,

here are a few ideas.

A big focus in F Zero is the variety of machines, later the customizability of those machines

and now I think the functionality and status of those machines should become a major factor

or at least, a bigger factor.

The machines having a stat system that goes beyond the typical speed, acceleration, handling,

etc.

To do that, I think adding special slots for offense and defense would further set F Zero

apart from Mario Kart.

Think of them as standing Mario Kart items with varying amounts of strength and effectiveness

based on the kind of abilities, how many you have equipped (allow a maximum of 3 but each

ability gets weaker the more abilities you choose to equip to your machine.)

In addition to that, the damage inflicted to these machines is a mechanic in the games,

but, that's limited to, you crashed into too many things, you were destroyed, that's

it.

The damage system doesn't play into strategy in any way.

It's just a punishment system.

Your tires being damaged should affect your handling.

Your engine being damaged should affect speed or acceleration.

Things like that, I think, can set F Zero apart.

Make the futuristic racer a bit more technical.

Not racing sim levels of depth, but, deeper than a kart racer like Mario Kart.

The other part of the gameplay, in single player, there should be a currency system.

I think using money in the games world as another mechanic to strategize around would

make it more enjoyable as well.

Will you invest in a better machine?

A higher quality pit crew?

Maybe even bribe investors on the Grand Prix board for a small chance to get an edge on

the competition at the risk of being fined or even disqualified if you're not lucky

or careful enough.

Beyond that, add the typical local play stuff, add online multiplayer races and grand prix.

Throw in a classic mode without the new item and machine mechanics to pacify the diehards

a tiny bit.

The last little tidbit is about the developer.

There's 4 options the way I see it.

1 is for Nintendo EPD to assign a team of in-house developers to create the game.

Ironically I think this option is the LEAST likely.

Nintendo doesn't seem to have a whole lot of passion for the F Zero brand.

That's not to say they wouldn't be open to it, I just don't think it'd be their

1st choice.

Another option would be to figure out a way to sell Criterion, the studio behind the Burnout

games and more importantly for Nintendo fans, the Wii U port of Need for Speed Most Wanted

on the game There were rumblings of this potentially happening in the Wii U era but the studio

ultimately turned it down due to the fact that they'd never truly own the game.

They preferred to use their resources to games they would.

Even IF Nintendo could somehow make this 1 worth their while, this is admittedly the

worst option, because, that'd make F Zero for Switch, at least in part, an EA game.

&, it's very clear in this day and age, NO ONE, wants that.

The 3rd option is similar, being that it's from a 3rd party publisher but, I feel fans

will embrace A LOT more, and that's to allow Shin'en, the developers behind Face Racing

Neo & Fast RMX to take on the project.

They've offered their help for some time now and they've basically been auditioning

for that very role for the last couple years.

Many would say they've made the best F Zero game in years and they are the only devs outside

of Nintendo proper that can put their hardware to the absolute test.

If we got the game from them, one things for sure, it would be true to the franchise, and

it would run great, and it would be gorgeous, just like their previous work.

& finally, my personal favorite possibility, let Retros Studios do it.

No dev since Rare Studios has shown the ability to renew and enhance Nintendo I.P like them

so I think they'd take all of the care in the world to create the game that F Zero needs

most.

If it happens, of course.

F-Zero could very well never see another AAA release in our lifetime let alone on Switch.

I do think it's fun to speculate and talk about though.

Hopefully Nintendo feels the itch to bring F Zero to Switch after all.

But, those are MY thoughts what do YOU think?

Do you have any ideas that'll set F Zero apart?

Does it even need it?

Full Glam Christmas Makeup Tutorial || Max's Look - Duration: 12:44.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel I'm max and today I'm doing a tutorial on

this a Christmasy glam look so if you like this look and you fancy sticking

around and seeing how I created it then keep on watching

Ok so I went ahead and did my eyebrows like I normally would and now I'm gonna

go ahead and a prime for my eye shadow I'm just going to be using the

Maybelline fit me concealer and this is in shade 15 just gonna put a little bit

onto the back of my hand and put it all over my lids

To blend that all in place I'm just going to be taking my damp Beauty

Blender and this is from Real Techniques

I apologize for my croaky voice I'm a little bit under the weather at the moment

To set that in place I'm taking this a bone white shadow from the morphe 350

palette and I'm using a spectrum C06 eyeshadow brush For my transition colour

I'm going to be taking this orange eyeshadow from the morphe 350 palette on

the same spectrum brush just placing that into the crease I'm bringing it up

but just leaving a little gap between the brow and the shadow To deepen the

crease I'm going to be taking this red shadow from the morphe 350 palette I'm

not going to be bringing this shadow quite as high

Next I'm going to be spraying an eyeshadow packing brush with a bit of

NYX Cosmetics dewy finish spray I'm going to be

packing this nice shimmery red color onto the lid

I'm now going to be taking a bit of the first transition colour that we used and I'm

just going to be blending that out a little bit

Okay so before we get glittery I'm just going to go ahead and do exactly the

same with on the other side and I'll be right back

Ok so now that both eyes are matching we're gonna move on to glitter I'm gonna

be taking this small pot of red glitter and I'm gonna be packing that

onto my lid This probably is gonna be quite messy so bear with Gonna be

spraying that same packing brush that we used earlier with some more NYX

dewy spray so it picks up the glitter a bit better

As you can see it's looking very glittery I'm gonna go ahead and do

exactly the same on the other eye I'm gonna attempt to go over this glitter

it's so thick I'm wondering whether this pigment will lay on top of it but we'll

soon find out Ok guys so I went ahead and did a really dramatic wing and to do

that I used this Rimmel London color precise eyeliner in shade black and then

I went over the top to darken it with this gel liner in black by L.A. girl I'm

gonna leave eyes for now and I'm going to move down to the face to prime my

skin I'm using this MAC prep and prime skin base visage I'm just gonna

place a little bit on the back of my hand and then work the product into my

face For foundation today I'm using my favourite foundation the Yves Saint

Laurent - Touche Eclat Le Teint Foundation and I'm in shade B40 I'm gonna be taking

the Real Techniques expert face brush and placing the foundation all over my

face and then I'll buff it out with my Beauty Blender afterwards

Now I'm just blending it out with my beauty blender For concealer today I'm

taking the mac prolongwear concealer and this is in shade NW20 and I'm going to

be using a pointed foundation brush from Real Techniques I'm also going to use

that concealer to carve out my wing

Just gonna be highlighting my face with this concealer as well and then blending

it all out with my Beauty Blender

To bake the under eyes I'm going to be taking this RCMA no colour powder

this is such a great powder for baking the under eyes I'm just going to be

baking with my Beauty Blender

While that's baking I'm gonna go ahead and set the rest of my face and to do

that I'm using the Rimmel London stay matte powder and this is in shade

sandstone and I'm gonna be using my Bobbi Brown powder brush

Now gonna wipe away that bake

For bronzer today I'm taking the Rimmel London natural bronzer and this is in

shade Sun bronze and I'm going to be using this spectrum A05 to contour

Just going to be taking a small eyeshadow packing brush and using that

bronzer to contour my nose

To cut that contour I'm going to be using the same RCMA no colour powder

Just going to leave that on for about 20 seconds and then I'll wipe it away For

blush today I'm taking this Jordana blush and this is in shade rose

silk and I'm going to be using a Real Techniques contour brush just going to

be placing a small amount on the apple of my cheeks it's a really really pretty

blush color

We're now gonna move back up to eyes for a minute I'm gonna be doing my waterline

and to do that I'm using the L.A. girl gel liner in shade very black Because

this is a Christmas look I need a green to compliment my red so I'm taking this

morphe 35B palette and I'm taking this green shade here and I'm just going to

be placing it underneath my eyes gonna do the same on the other side

Now gonna take this green shimmery shadow from the same at morphe 35B

palette and add a little bit of shimmer under the eyes

Before I do my highlighter and my lashes I like to set my face

and that's just so that the pigment shows up a bit more afterwards To set my

face I'm using the Urban Decay all nighter setting spray this is absolutely

my favorite setting spray it literally makes your makeup last all night long

And I do like to take a damp Beauty sponge and pat that into place just so

you haven't got lots of liquid resting on the top of your face I just find that it helps

AG Jeff Sessions Ordered An Investigation Of Hillary's Latest Scandal.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered a probe into the Uranium One deal after months of

speculation that there may have been foul play, according to BizPacReview.

The Department of Justice, per orders by Sessions himself, have begun interviewing FBI agents

who looked into the deal.

The Uranium One deal refers to a Russian company's purchase of U.S. uranium reserves.

The deal has been linked to Hillary and Bill Clinton during her time as secretary of state.

Check it out:

DOJ officials promised Congress the department would look into whether a special counsel

is warranted to investigate the uranium deal, and possibly, bring charges.

On the orders of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the DOJ has interviewed FBI agents who looked

at the deal, where a Russian-backed company bought a uranium firm with mines in the U.S.,

NBC News reports.

DOJ officials promised Congress the department would look into whether a special counsel

is warranted to investigate the uranium deal, and possibly, bring charges.

The 2010 sale of the Uranium One firm to Russian business was approved by nine departments

in the Obama administration, one of which was the Department of State led by Hillary

Clinton at the time.

President Donald Trump has publicly asked why the DOJ has not investigated the Clintons

for their role in the deal.

While Sessions has recused himself from any investigations related to the 2016 presidential

campaign and Russia's role attempting to influence it, he and Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein would oversee the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the deal,

the New York Times reported in November.

Congress is investigating multiple angles of the Uranium One deal, and the Senate recently

interviewed a Russian lobbyist turned FBI informant who gave investigators information

about the deal.

President Trump has asked on numerous occasions why there's not been an investigation of

the Clintons' involvement in the deal.

While Sessions has recused himself from any investigations related to the 2016 presidential

campaign and Russia's role attempting to influence it, he and Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein would oversee the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the deal,

the New York Times reported in November.

Congress, however, is probing the deal themselves, and recently interviewed a Russian lobbyist

who's now acting as an FBI informant.

Why FNAF 1 and 6 are the SCARIEST in the series | Review of Design - Duration: 8:48.

I mean I don't if you know what to expect then four times then it's kind of like over

go away I dont know

This clip of Felix Chellberg or as he's known online Pewdiepie.

Shows his initial reaction to the Fourth Five Nights at Freddy's game.

This clip went Viral because of his controversial reaction claiming that the Five nights at

Freddy's series no longer scared him stating the jumpscares got old.

But what was the real reason from a gameplay perspective that he was no longer scared of

this iconic horror series?

Pewdiepies initial reasoning for him being immune to said jumpscare is because of repetition

basically saying if you know what to expect after four times it loses its impact, but

I am here to argue that his reaction has more to do with the gameplay of the Fnaf series

over time and less about the repetition of the jumpscares.

To show you what I mean let me show you how the Fnaf games systems have progressed over

the years.

Starting with the original the player would progress through mostly trial and error to

find the optimal strategy of checking on Foxy, then checking the doors and repeating this

till the night ended.

The only problem being that in harder stages you had a small chance of losing to foxy or

golden Freddy no matter what you did.

Now this system which sometimes threw skill out the window was met with some controversy,

because as a player the game just deciding when it wants you to die is kind of unfair.

Scott Cawthon the creator of the series acknowledged this and made an unfailing optimal strategy

in the sequel, and although it was hard to pull off once mastered nothing could harm

you.

With the third installment of the series, the same system of trial and error until the

unbeatable strategy was found was used for Fnaf 3.

Yet with the strategy being easier to pull off than the previous games Scott was bombarded

with reviews calling the game far too easy.

Anxious about the next release Scott decided to try to reimagine the series in a grand

finale by changing the core mechanics and setting of the franchise.

Yet whether aware of it or not he remained trapped in the same overall design philosophy

of trial and error until the inevitable optimal strategy.

Surprisingly instead of being called easy, this game was met with reviews saying the

series just wasn't scary anymore.

And Aware of it or not most of those players sense of fear was just now just replaced with

boredom from repeating the same tactic of getting jumpscared to learn information then

figuring out the optimal strategy, and as Pewdiepie said if you know what to expect

after four times it loses its impact.

Scott hearing about this decided that this was not a good Finale for his series, and

went on to create the fifth installment Sister location in which he changed everything except

the story, and although the game had a good narrative he clearly didn't know what he was

doing with the gameplay.

By having each day consist of various unrelated minigames instead of a concept that is developed

over time sister locations gameplay lacked any depth.

Scott receiving this criticism and that of the past games made a free extra mode for

Sister location called the custom night, which kept the gameplay of the first four games

with one key difference.

It told you what each enemy did on the beginning screen.

Thus eliminating the trial and error aspect from before and just became,, well repetition

of another optimal strategy.

At this point, I believe Scott realized what was growing repetitive with his games not

the jumpscares, story, or location, but the optimal unfailing strategy.

The problem with it being that when you have a strategy that doesn't fail you know exactly

what will happen eliminating any fear of the unknown.

With this new knowledge Scott developed the supposed final entry in the series Freddy

Fazbears Pizzarea Simulator now I have a whole video analyzing all of this games phases and

how they work together, but what I want to focus on now is the defense phase where unlike

the previous entries in the series there is no optimal strategy.

In fact, the gameplay consists of choosing what to do in each randomly generated scenario,

and although that may mean an animatronic starts here instead of here it will still

affect what you decide to do.

What I'm getting at is in this final installment there is no longer one optimal strategy rather

for a given situation there are multiple that CAN work but the randomly generated elements

keeping you from using on strategy over and over.

For example you can try to distract two animatronics with your audio device and try to keep the

other two distracted with your flashlight.

BUT according to Scott himself the audio device may not always work.

Same with shutting off your equipment it only keeps an animatronic from getting in 90% of

the time.

With this philosophy of having multiple systems that have a high chance of working yet at

some times won't you cannot guarantee that using the same strategy over and over will

ensure you victory.

On top of this you won't always know what your enemy is doing.

And isn't that what fear is not knowing enough information to feel safe?

And that's why I think the first entry in the series is also quite terrifying, because

in only these two games you don't have any way to guarantee victory.

With the difference between the two being in the first you had one strategy that may

or may not work and in the last you have several constantly changing strategies that may or

may not work.

Having no way of guaranteeing your plan will work I believe is the key to designing a good

horror game.

By the way If you want to hear me talk more about Pizzarea Simulators design I made a

video just about that if you click right here!

GET TO KNOW ME TAG - 500+ followers!!! - Duration: 13:57.

Hey 500 followers, I can't believe it! I don't know why... But I decided to celebrate this I put my

nice red dress to seduce you! I can't understand how there can be

500 people, even more now, that are interested in my videos, that are

very simple... But well, I'm saying thank you, thank you, thank you! To all

these 500 persons and to all those who add up every day.... Thanks for being here... So

to celebrate this, I decided to film a little video that has nothing to do with

Quebec French but that relates to me. So to get to know me,

a little bit more.... It's the Get to know me tag. Before

starting the tag I remind you that you can put the subtitles in French

in English... And you can also put the video fast or slower... If

You click on the little setting wheel, at the bottom, you can choose the speed of the video. So

today I decided to to the Get to know me Tag

so that you can know me a bit more. I don't have a lot

of time lately because I'm working and I'm studying remotely

and I'm working at the same time so I don't have a lot of time to do videos.

But I took the time to do this video so that you can get to know me a

little bit more. So let's go right away! So it's really all types of questions.

I chose 20 questions, like that and I'll answer them so that you can know

me a bit more. The first question is " What's your middle name?" So

What's your middle name? Well I don't have a name... I don't have a

middle name... My name is just Jackie Perrée. And

I don't have "Mary", I don't have "Justine", whatever.... No... I have... It's "Jackie Perrée".

It's all. On my birth crtificate, it's "Jackie Perrée". That's all. Question number 2

how tall are you? I'm 5'6''. Question number 3, Cat or dog?

Hmmm.... I prefer dogs. Question number 4, how many countries did you visit?

Hum, I think it's 21. Question number 5, did you ever go

to universtiy? The answer is yes. I did 2 bachelor degrees.

I have two degrees. I did a bachelor's in French as second

language teaching and I did a Bacherlor's in Linguistics, in language sciences.

And I also did a Master's remotely with a French university

in french as Froeign language. Question number 6, what was your favourite and worst

subject at school? My favourite subject, it's hard to tell....

At that time I really liked history. but I think Ireally liked Spanish

too. The one I used to hate I think it was gym. I didn't

like sport and I discovered later that it's because in Secondary school

we only did team sports. Today

Ilike doing other individual sports. So I used to

hate gym at that time, in secondary school. Question number 7, what is your favourite drink?

It's hard to tell. I drink a lot of water. Yes... I don't really have

a favourite drink. Maybe tea. Tea! I like teas from David's Tea.

Question number 8, what is your favourite animal? I love sheeps. I love

sheeps, I have lots of things with sheeps. Wait, I'll go get them! Ok!

So I have... A Kindle case with sheeps. I have... This is my favourite blanket.

It's from Simons.... By the way! With sheeps! I have... Well this is not

really pretty. It's a hot water bottle. To put hot water to warm you up.

in a shape of a black sheep. But it's not really pretty. Ok... So I have an obsession with sheeps.

I also like... Lately I started to have things with elephants....

With elephants... I am really... I also love blue whales because

it really impresses me because it's ginormous! Yeah... So these are my obsessions. But clearly,

the sheep. That said, Iwouldn't want to have sheeps at home. It's only that I think they are sooo

cute!! Question number 9, tea of coffee? Tea.... Well lately

I started drinking coffee ... But it prevents me from sleeping... So tea. Question

a bike... That I love! And I'll put a picture, here! Oh I love it!

It's blue... It's a blue bike. Like the book series "La bicyclette bleue".

Oh, I love my bike! But I also do yoga, in the past, I did swimming,

I also did a little bit of running, jogging, but not a lot... I ran maximum 12km

I think. Before I used to to spinning. Yeah, voilà.

I'd say my favourite sports are... It's really yoga, if we can consider this

a sport, and swimming. But I mainly do yoga and bike, because

I go to work with my bike now. I try to go to work with my bike. Question number 11,

What's you favourite book? I'm going to get it! So my favourite book, it's

"D'où viens-tu berger?" from Mathyas Lefebure. It's the story of a quebec man which

works in advertising and which decides to let everything go and to leave to go to Franc and

to become a shepherd. And it's the story of his year in France as a shepherd.

You can see here my little obsession for sheeps... So yes, voilà! "D'où viens-tu

berger", it's really my favourite book. I don't know why... Because it's about

sheeps... But I also like that he leaves everything behind and go on an adventure. To do

something completely new. I really think it's impressive. Question

Fun for Louis which is a youtuber that is traveling all the time. I laos like... Lately I've been

watching Eve Martel a lot. She's a Quebec Youtuber that does vlogs

almost everyday. I love watching what she does, Ithink she's inspiring. I like

MH la lectrice a lot too. She's also a Quebec Youtuber that is really

funny. I really like reading so Iwatch what she's reading. She's a

booktuber and I love what she does. I also think she's very funny so I really like

MH la lectrice. Question number 13, what is your favourite movie? This is really

hard to say because I watch movies, but not a lot... I'd say maybe

"L'Auberge espagnole"... But I don't really have preferences for movies let's say. I have preferences

for books but for movies I'm quite open. To all movies.

I really like "L'auberge espagnole". Question number 14, what is your favourite

destination for the holidays? It's Norway. I love Norway. It's so expensive

but it's so pretty! Question number 15, do you speak other languages?

And what is your level? So yes, I do speak other languages. I speak French, of course,

I speak English, I have a good level I think. I speak Spansih. I'm able to have a

normal conversation in Spansih. It's not always easy but I manage. I speak

Italian. I also can have a conversation in Italian. My Italian is a bit less good than

my Spanish... And I also speak German, a little bit German... I have an A2 level.

I also tried to learn Russian but Russian is so hard for me...

But you know what? I'm continuing to try to learn it! At this present moment

a little bit less but I think one day I'll go to Russia and I'll learn

Russian in Russia and I think it'll work. Question number 15, what is your

favourite restaurant. A side from Chocolats Favoris... that is not a restaurant... It's

not a restaurant, but well... Maybe we can consider it a restaurant... No, seriously,

and I love indian food! I love Mataar Paneer. Yes so I love indian

food. I don't have a favourite restaurant but I love indian food. Question

to tell. I don't have a lot of time to watch my favourite shows but...

What do I like? I love Homeland, I like it a lot. What did I watch? You

will think I'm weird but I haven't watched Game of Thrones yet. I loved Handmaid's Tale.

If you haven't watched it, it's really worth it. Watch Handmaid's Tale. Lately

In the last year, I discovered Star Trek. I really like Star Trek.

I didn't like science fiction before but slowly I discovered it...

Otherwise in Quebec well I like "Les Beaux Malaises" which is on Netflix in the UK.

I like Les Beaux Malaises. I like... Iused to watch... Some shows I'd watch before...

Unité 9, on Tou.tv and I also used to watch Mémoire Vive. I also watched that but

it's over Mémoire Vive now. But it was some kind of soap, it's not really...

There isn't a lot of... Well, I like Mémoire Vive... Question 18, PC or Mac?

PC! Question 19, which phone do you have? iPhone of Android? I have and Android.

And question 20, talk about your bad habits. I eat a lot of chocolate...

But bad habits... What do I do? Bad habits... I leave

all my stuf everywhere. I'm not organised... I bring chaos when I go to other

people place's, I leav all my stuff everywhere... I am despicable! I really am!

When I go to other's places. I try not to spread all my things everywhere when I'm elsewhere

but it always ends up all the time... Ibring chaos to other people's place when I go...

I leave all my stuff everywhere! When I'm in my classroom my desk is

full of stuff in front of me. I need to leave space... If I share a table

with other people... with students, I need to be careful to keep my space...

Yeah. I leave my stuff everywhere, I think I could say that... Ok So the video

is already too long. I needed to recharge the battery of my camera

to do this conclusion. Iwanted to say thank you. Thank you to the 500 people,

thanks to everyone who is adding everyday. When I started my channel, I had

no expectations. I'm a French teacher in London (UK) and I'm teaching standard French

I don't teach Quebec French a lot. I teach it a little

to some people, but really not a lot. But when I started my channel, I had

really no expectation concerning this. The fact that you are 5000 to be interested in

my culture, in the way I speak... In me, because it's me who do the videos

and you watch them even though it's not perfect... Well frankly, as we say in Quebec: "Ça me fait chaud au coeur"

( it's heart warming). Thanks for being there. Thank you for being patient

because I don't publish new videos every week. Thanks to everyone

thanks to everyone to be there! So soon I'll publish a video for Christmas

and I promess, there is also a grammar video that is coming.

Son thanks a lot. You can follow me on Instagram or Facebook...

Leave me a little thumbs up and I'm saying à la prochaine, bye!

4 Relationship Habits That Are Toxic - Duration: 3:53.

4 Relationship Habits That Are Toxic

Your relationship may be perfectly normal and natural, but is it truly living up to

its potential?

In this video, I'm going to show you 4 toxic relationship habits that seem normal, but

turn out to be damaging your relationship.

If you find this information is helpful to you, please consider to like this video and

subscribe our channel so you won't miss any update in the future guys!

1) Dropping Hints

What is obvious to you is often a mystery to your clueless and beloved significant other.

If we want something, it is unfair to expect our partner to read our mind.

No matter how connected they may seem, we are bound to come up disappointed when using

this strategy.

We often do this to avoid appearing overly demanding or unfairly critical.

Ironically, however, the effect usually ends up being the opposite.

Stating a desire kindly but clearly may feel uncomfortable, but it is far more healthy

in the long run.

2) Getting Jealous

Although a little bit of jealousy is normal, it should not be romanticized as we all too

often tend to do.

Instead, it should be seen for what it is, a sign of a weak relationship.

We may feel flattered when a partner is jealous.

We see it as a sign that we are valued.

However, it is also an indicator that there is a lack of trust, an unhealthy need for

control, and a worrying amount of insecurity.

Jealousy, though natural, is not a healthy part of a relationship.

It is a problem that needs to be addressed.

3) Not Taking Emotional Responsibility

Bad feelings are truly difficult to deal with, even for the most stable and functional of

adults.

It always seems easier to shift the responsibility for them to someone else.

A loving partner is usually the perfect target for this.

All too often, we will blame our partner for emotions that are not their fault.

For example, we may be stressed from blowing an assignment at work, come home to find the

house a mess, and become furious with their lack of responsibility.

Before blaming our partner for a negative emotion, we need to trace it to its true source,

which is often ourselves.

4) Keeping Score

When we feel insecure in our own behavior, we often hold on to past mistakes our partner

has made as a way of validating ourselves.

For example, we may decide it's okay to flirt with a co-worker because our partner

forgot to buy us a birthday gift.

This behavior is normal, but damaging.

It shifts our focus away from working through issues in a healthy way, and instead encourages

us to look for flaws in our partner and promote our own sense of self-righteousness.

"Normal is an ideal.

But it's not reality.

Reality is brutal, it's beautiful, it's every shade between black and white, and it's

magical.

Yes, magical.

Because every now and then, it turns nothing into something," wrote Tara Kelly.

Just because a behavior is normal does not mean you have to resign yourself to it.

Don't be scared to break the mold for something better.

Well, that's the 4 toxic relationship habits that seem normal, but turn out to be damaging

your relationship.

So, really cool information isn't it?

I'd like to see your opinions on this and please do share your thoughts and experiences

in the comments below!

Thanks for watching!
