Our guys appreciate this very much.
It's go time!
A quick reminder about our special dye giveaway!

the Garage owners will give a unique dye to everyone entering the game.
Any survivor will get it just by launching Crossout.
The time of thevgiveaway will be limited, but the dye is exclusive!
If you're still doubting for some reason, subscribe and get your friends to do the same.
As soon as we hit 75 000 subscribers, we will tell in detail how to get the trophy.
Ho-ho- ho, Survivors!
There is a New Year in Crossout!
And along with it—holidays and events.
By taking part in special missions, you'll be able to get crackers.
They're created in the distant 2017 and don't explode no more, but still may be of use.
Crackers may be sold and bought on the market,
and also got in a special mission New Year fever or a daily mission Finding crackers.
Scavengers have taken care of the right mood:
Santa AB is ready to exchange the rewards for the special New Year decorations, stickers and fireworks.
You can get a holiday box from him with unique craft blings.
Or even working fireworks!
Here are the examples of these beautiful presents:
There is, however, a serious problem.
A villain named Gronch hates holidays and now wants to ruin fun for everyone.
He's stolen a batch of presents and a Christmas tree to treacherously destroy them.
Your task is to fight your way into his lair,
save the holiday paraphernalia, and then teach the stinker once and for all.
Stealing Christmas is a PvE-event, and it's not as easy as it seems.
You first have to get to the gates of Gronch's lair,
defending yourself against insolent accomplices on the way.
They, in turn, are ready to destroy the tree: defend it at all costs!
All the presents are scattered: you'd have to gather those and get back to the extraction point.
And only in the end you'd have to fight the reaver.
It's all holiday sweaty, just like you like it.
Upon the return to the garage you might notice some upside changes.
Our engineers have decorated the hangar for the winter holidays.
There is a Christmas tree and snowmen made of old car tyres.
Cosy, warm, festive!
You can also spoil yourself with another present—a New Year set Cold rage.
Inside the box there is a unique Icebreaker craft, an epic Fridge cabin with 11 points of Energy,
two unique epic frontal Rejector machine guns, a Worker engine, a gun coolant, as well as cans with holiday dyes,
an increased used parts number of 55, 2100 of game coins,
and a unique portrait of a hero by the name of Jack Frost.
Jack is one of the last members of Frost sect, a small closed commune,
which conducted its cold rituals before the Crossout.
Several years ago the sect was destroyed:
one of their own broke down and burned his own village to the ground.
The perpetrator of the deed is unknown, this is why the remaining members are hunting down each other.
As if he is redeeming some sins,
Jack is trying to be very kind to ordinary people and gives them presents:
it may be a head of a raider, or a tooth necklace.
However, both children and grown-ups avoid him for some reason.
This is why he's criss-crossing the Wastes searching for someone to make them happy.
We get the feeling that you're already imbued with the festive mood!
Special activities will last in the Wastes until January 6 th .
Don't waste time: enjoy and have fun with all your might!
This week there are two quite decent tanks among the most downloaded crafts.
And, luckily, they're completely different from each other:
one is great at long distance, the other one is impressive in the immediate vicinity.
Let's have a look at them in action.
R Tank MK1
Karakurt cabin is currently the absolute leader at the Exhibition, and this craft is also based on it.
Since mechanical legs are not applicable here,
it can be theoretically changed for something similar in performance without losing additional bonuses.
But Karakurt parameters are quite good in their own right, so this choice is tough to judge.
The tank is plain, equipped with additional ammo, dyed in Mirage Metallic and Black Gold.
The gas generator allows for the energy balance.
As is the weaponry, it's hidden right in the body.
R Tank is completed with Hurricane homing missiles,
Clarinet guided missiles, and even Defender machine gun, which looks quite shy in such company,
but still has its own purpose.
Upon the whole this form is advantageous, streamlined, one might even say futuristic.
And most importantly—practical: even the caterpillars, pretty much uncovered, are hard to shoot off.
The only weak spot is the TOW missile, but one first has to find it.
Moreover, R Tank has no need to get close to the enemy: the weaponry shows quality from a long distance.
Clarinet flies for over 8 seconds,
and while cooling down, it's accompanied by Hurricane, while afterwards polished by Defender fire.
It goes on like this on loop until full destruction of an enemy.
Quietly.
Steadily.
Effectively.
You may use the scope: it will make it only more precise.
Pros: ● Impressive looks ● Important parts hidden in the body ● Awesome long-distance weaponry combination
Cons: ● Too many coloured parts ● TOW could've been covered better

TRACK REAPER
Big craft based on Karakurt. Its defining feature is…
Infernal small duck.
Sympathy is long dead inside it: just look it in the eyes.
Nah, we're just kidding.
In fact, it's the reapers on the sides that actually matter.
The form-factor itself is quite common, in one form or another it can be met at the Exhibition quite often.
While the miniguns, accompanied by additional ammo, chatter pretty much non-stop,
like grasshoppers on a summer field.
If you shoot somewhere around the cabin,
then before the overheating you can destroy two middle or even large crafts.
Not bad.
However, Track Reaper is painfully slow.
If the enemies decide to get rid of you first,
it's quite possible that with such power it would be pretty much impossible to get away.
Additionally, 'whirl and shoot' tactics works poorly.
Apart from the mentioned problem,
machine gun barrels axis superimpose on one another,
that's why one of them temporarily goes up to avoid collision.
In such moments some bullets are inevitably wasted off the mark.
No matter how you slice it, it's better to shoot in a more or less straight line.
Nevertheless, supported by lighter allies, the craft will show itself.
Including in PvE mode.
Pros:
● Good structure and power parameters ● Two Reapers deal significant damage before overheating ● You need lots of parts for crafting, but they're not the most rare ● The duck
Cons:
● Barrels axis superimpose on one another ● The speed and acceleration leave a lot to be desired
3 out of 5
The geological feature in the form of twin peaks always attracted strange types here,
and the catastrophe only aggravated the situation.
Different groups of fanatics and madmen fought for many years to control this handful of rocks
until a series of explosions brought down the coveted rocks on their heads.
Today enterprising adventurers come here in search of military equipment wreckages and valuable artifacts.
So the war for the peaks continues, though on a smaller scale.
This is an enclosed location in a desert with narrow passages between the rocks.
The map is designed for PvE mode 'Cargo race' which means lots of fun with shooting on the go.
But it's not so simple.
Long open spaces are not intended for positional skirmishes,
and narrow passages do not allow for rapid maneuvers.
That's why the playstyle on this map is rather measured,
with systematic movement from cargo to cargo
with destruction along the enemy's path by focusing fire from all guns.
In addition, it is worth paying attention to natural bridges.
A tiny careless turn and your armored car falls down, which can affect the duration of the mission.
Pay attention.
When will we be able to change the nickname?
At least for the coins.
Changing the nickname in Crossout is available at Profile section on Gaijin website [Store.gaijin.net].
Will we be able to invite people in Melees?
Also, would love to be able to decorate the garage with graffiti.
Most melees are created not for the team play,
this is why inviting friends will undermine the very idea of the mode.
As for decorating, this is a good one—we'll discuss it.
Will you add a chat in Market menu?
Would be handy to trade in person, bazaar-style.
We think that all trades should be anonymous, and don't intend to introduce direct trading.
And regarding our small Ex Machina story contest from The Garage 23.
We enjoyed the stories of Piotr Wachowski,
M
and Christopher Gorton most.
So we award them with with three hundred in-game gold each.
Please write your in-game nickname and game platform in the comments section.
Hooray!
Well, that's it for today, Survivors.
Looking forward to seeing you in a week to spill some more facts about the Wastes' battles.
Don't waste your time: gain experience and toughen up in fights.
