Black Unemployment Rate Under Trump is the Lowest it Has Been in - Duration: 4:08.Black
Unemployment Rate Under Trump is the Lowest it Has Been in 17 Years
The national unemployment rate for black Americans, ages 16 and over, is the lowest it has been
in 17 years, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
In November 2016, the unemployment rate for black people was at 8 percent, and in November
2017 that rate dropped to 7.3 percent a percentage not seen since the months of September,
October and November 2000.
As reported by CNS News, black unemployment rate during the Bush and Obama eras fluctuated
between 7 and 17 percent.
BLS data also shows that labor force participation among African-Americans rose from 61.9 percent
in November 2016 to 62.2 percent in November 2017.
Unemployment rate for the Hispanic demographic fell from 5.7 percent to 4.7 percent the
lowest its been in 44 years, while the unemployment rate for whites and Asians hovered
around 3 percent, roughly the same as one year prior.
The overall unemployment rate has also seen a significant decrease under the Trump administration,
dropping to 4.1 percent, a 17-year low ,The Daily Signal reported.
The White House praised the results, citing President Donald Trumps economic agenda
as the catalyst for the positive results.
All Americans continue to see results from the presidents bold economic agenda,
White spokesperson Lindsay Waters stated.
The Daily Signal noted that the U.S. economy surpassed 3 percent growth for multiple months,
even though critics of Trump claimed that 3 percent growth would be impossible.
The lefts problem is that they said there is no way to grow the economy at 3 percent,
and now they say its because of Obama, Stephen Moore, an economist who advised the
Trump campaign, told The Daily Signal.
Every economic indicator, with no exceptions, shows we are looking at forward growth.
Its very positive, and a dramatic improvement.
News of a historically low unemployment rate adds to the extensive list of economic accomplishments
under Trumps tenure.
As reported by The Western Journal, a November report released by the Conference Board showed
consumer confidence rating at 129.5 the highest recorded rating since November 2000
when the rating was 132.6.
Moreover, in November, Reuters reported that the U.S. economy grew at a faster rate in
the third quarter of 2017 than initially forecasted by economic experts.
Gross domestic product reportedly reached 3.3 percent, higher than the original estimate
of 3.0 percent, the fastest recorded growth in the past three years.
On Tuesday, Trump touted the accomplishments on Twitter.
Consumer Confidence is at an All-Time High, along with a Record High Stock Market,
the president wrote.
Unemployment is at a 17 year low.
MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
Working to pass MASSIVE TAX CUTS (looking good).

Essence of Murli 22-12-2017 - Duration: 6:47.Om Shanti !
Today's Murli Date Is 22nd December 2017
Essence:Sweet children, Yogeshwar, the Father, has come to teach you Raja Yoga.
It is only by studying this yoga that you will become conquerors of sin
and then become world emperors and empresses in the future.
Question: What promise must you remember in order to be saved from sin?
Answer: Mine is one Shiv Baba and none other. Have true, spiritual love for the one Father.
If you remember this promise you won't perform sinful actions.
( Because then we will not get attracted to bodily beings )
Maya makes you body conscious and makes you perform wrong actions.
Baba is the Master.
Remember Him and battle with full force against Maya and you won't be defeated.
Question:What hope does the Father have in His children?
Answer: Just as a physical father wants to give his children a high education,
in the same way, the unlimited Father says: I want to make My children into angels of heaven
If you children just follow My shrimat you can become elevated.
Song: I have come having awakened my fortune.
Essence for dharna: 1. Be very careful that no evil spirit enters you.
( evil spirits are the 5 vices )
( ensure 5 vices are not entering self )
Never become confused by the storms of Maya. Remove bad habits.
2. Keep your chart of remembrance.
Together with that, become a spiritual server and give souls an injection of knowledge.
Blessing:May you be free from spinning between remembrance and forgetfulness and make your life as valuable as a diamond.
This confluence age is the age for remembrance whereas the iron age is the age of forgetfulness.
If you constantly have the awareness of your elevated part and your elevated fortune,
you will then become as valuable as a diamond.
However, if you forget it, then you are a stone.
This is the game of remembrance and forgetfulness.
Residents of the confluence age can never tour around the iron age.
If your intellect goes there, even slightly, you will then become trapped in a spin
because there is a lot of splendour in the iron age, but that splendour is deceptive.
Slogan: Those who keep their physical organs and senses in law and order are true Raj Yogis.
To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste
Om Shanti !

5 THINGS THAT I MISS OF JAPAN by Sebastiano Serafini with Lilletta Ely in Japan - Duration: 4:04.Look at that beautiful iced lake, I'm a little cold right now!
we're all freezing!
a gnome!
It's christmas time and for today Sebastiano is telling us the 5 things that he miss from Japan
it's a fantastic video to watch under the xmas tree and by eating "panettone"
or "pandoro" it depends on which region
Hello guys and welcome to a new video of Sebastiano Serfini in Japan!
every day at 2pm (GMT+1) I'm posting videos about Japan
if your new please subscribe and also your friends should!
Actually today I'm not in Japan, but I'm in Italy right now
because I'm celebrating my Christmas holidays,
so, I'm here.
Well, I know that I just arrived here, but there are some things that I personally miss about Japan
yes, 5 things
I'm going to list 5 things that I don't have here and that I miss in Italy
first of all is the Natto!
no, I'm joking, I don't miss it
but, yeah I like it.
If you didn't see the video of the japanese breakfast go see it!
it's this tasty, slimy thing
However the first thing that I miss
it's for sure the connection
I know maybe in the rest of Italy it's better,
but I'm here between the Alps, so it doesn't work...It's not going!
so, it's a little bit difficult for me to upload videos and to send files
especially now that I'm doing like 4 videos a day
it's not that easy!
but for you I try to do the impossible to make it work!
now the second thing that I miss
this is really a problem here in Italy, the punctuality of the trains!
all services (post-office also) that should work good
I don't have them here in Italy
because I took like 3 trains and all arrived late
I'm waiting for a parcel post and it didn't arrived yet,
and I'm thinking, how is it possible? let's try to work that out!
I don't ask to have the super efficiency like in Japan,
but at least some human efficiency
so this is like the 2nd thing.
The third thing that I miss
let's say the "liberty"
well, I don't have a car here in Italy
so, I can't move very easily
and above that I live outside the city,
so, it's really difficult for me if I want to go to the gym, or if I need to buy something
and also if I want to buy something, there aren't no little shops nearby
so, this are two quite uncomfortable things here in Italy
I don't have that problem in Japan.
The fourth thing that I miss
ok, I know that I'm here recently
but if I had to move here
the thing that I will miss,
would be my japanese friends.
I know that Japan is a beautiful country,
but at the end the main point are the japanese people
so, I really miss their attitude, their formality
and all of my japanese friends, because my life is there now
well, I also have here friends and my family
let's say that I'm struggling between these two nations
but, this is certainly a thing that I miss of Japan!
The fifht and last thing
it's not really about Japan
but it's related to my experience of Christmas between here and Japan
well, I basically had a cat
that stayed by my side my whole life,
so I spent the whole time with her
and when I moved to Japan the only time that I could see her was during the christmas time
so, this is the first christmas that my lovely cat Maramaura isn't here with me,
because she left me this summer ❤
so, I miss my cat a little bit.
It wasn't my intent to end in such a sad way
but it's sad when a pet leaves you
So...if you enjoyed watching, please leave a like,
let me know if you also missed something from a place (Japan), when you returned back home.
If you want to see the five things that I do not miss about Japan
you can go to my other Katsu channel, where I uploaded a video about the 5 things that I don't miss about Japan
maybe that one is more interesting!
leave a like and also share it!
See you tomorrow always at 2pm (GMT+1) with another video of Japan!
I'm waiting for you on the other channel! Ciao!

Loving v. Virginia - Duration: 5:48.Mr. Beat presents
Supreme Court Briefs
Central Point, Virginia, The summer of 1958
Mildred Jeter, a woman of both African American and Native American ancestry, discovers she is pregnant,
and Richard Loving, a Caucasian, is the father.
The two decide to get married, and they live happily ever after. The end.
Except wait. Nope, in the state of Virginia, interracial marriages are illegal.
So Jeter and Loving go up to Washington, D.C., where interracial marriages are legal, tie the knot on June 2, 1958, and return home to live with each other back in Virginia.
Well somehow word must got out about the couple, because shortly thereafter, the local sheriff ordered a late night raid of their home.
So yeah, in the middle of the night, police not only burst into their home but also into their bedroom, hoping to catch them having sex, which also was illegal.
The Lovings were actually sleeping, and awoke to being arrested for violating Virginia's Racial Integrity Act, the law that said whites and non-whites could not marry each other.
The Lovings pled guilty, and the judge sentenced them to one year in prison.
However, their sentence was suspended as long as they moved out of Virginia and never returned as a married couple for 25 years.
So the Lovings moved up to the same city where they got married, Washington D.C.
The Lovings did occasionally sneak back down to Virginia, but for five years they lived in DC and basically hated it.
As Mildred and Richard's family grew in DC, they missed their family back home, and probably the clean country air.
In 1964, tired of living as an exile, Mildred wrote Attorney General Robert Kennedy.
Kennedy referred her letter to the American Civil Liberties Union, or ACLU, who then reached out to the Lovings.
The ACLU's two volunteer cooperating attorneys, Bernie Cohen and Philip Hirschkop, filed a motion on behalf of the Lovings to the Virginia Caroline County Circuit Court, requesting it to allow the marriage since denying it broke the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.
The County Circuit Court didn't respond, so Cohen and Hirschkop sued the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
After no luck there, the ACLU helped the Lovings appeal to the Virginia Supreme Court.
While the Virginia Supreme Court also upheld the constitutionality of the interracial marriage ban, it did get rid of the sentence banning the Lovings from the state of Virginia.
It's important to note that during all of this, Mildred and Richard Loving got a lot of national media attention.
They absolutely were not looking for all of this attention, but it obviously did help raise awareness of their struggle, especially after Life Magazine came out and took pictures of them.
Anyway, the ACLU pretty much expected all the pushback from the state of Virginia, so they were well prepared to appeal to the Supreme Court.
The Lovings, who were done being in the spotlight, decided to stay home on April 10, 1967, when the Court heard oral arguments.
By that time, nine years had passed since they got married.
On June 12, 1967, the Court announced it had unanimously sided with the Lovings, overturning their convictions and ruling Virginia's interracial marriage ban as unconstitutional.
Chief Justice Earl Warren wrote the opinion, which stated that Virginia's Racial Integrity Act went against both the Due Process Clause and Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Said Warren: "The Fourteenth Amendment requires that the freedom of choice to marry not be restricted by invidious racial discrimination. Under our Constitution, the freedom to marry, or not marry, a person of another race resides with the individual and cannot be infringed by the State."
The Court also argued that any laws banning interracial marriage were straight up racist, with the purpose to keep white supremacy going.
Despite the Court's unanimous opinion in Loving v. Virginia, interracial marriage bans remained on the books in several states, though authorities couldn't enforce them now.
The last state to get them off the books was Alabama in 2000.
fter Loving v. Virginia, the number of interracial marriages steadily increased across the United States.
In 1967, 3% of new marriages in the country were interracial. By 2015, it was up to 17%.
Loving v. Virginia also paved the way the legality of same-sex marriage several decades later.
By the way, yes I do have a video about Obergefell v. Hodges. Check it out, maybe.
In 2016, the film Loving dramatized this Court case, and my friend Cypher reviewed the historical accuracy of the film over on his channel the Cynical Historian.
You should definitely check that one out, and be sure to subscribe while you're over there.
I'll see you for the next Supreme Court case, jury!
Man, there were a lot of unanimous Supreme Court decisions in the 1950s and 1960s.
This was one of them.I wish they happened more often, frankly.
Thanks to Cypher from the Cynical Historian for collaborating with me on Loving v. Virginia.
He made a video about the film Loving in which he analyzes how historically accurate the film is.
Cypher has a whole series dedicated to doing this. It's called "Based on a True Story."
And you should just binge watch the whole thing right now.
I am going to take the week off for the holidays, so happy holidays, and I'll see you in two weeks.
