AG Sessions Directs DOJ Prosecutors To Grill FBI Agents About Clinton-Uranium One Evidence

During an October hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Attorney General Jeff

Sessions told chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) that the Department of Justice may investigate

Hillary Clinton�s role in the Uranium-One deal.

Is Sessions finally following through on his promise?

NBC News reports:

On the orders of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Justice Department prosecutors have begun

asking FBI agents to explain the evidence they found in a now dormant criminal investigation

into a controversial uranium deal that critics have linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton, multiple

law enforcement officials told NBC News.

The interviews with FBI agents are part of the Justice Department�s effort to fulfill

a promise an assistant attorney general made to Congress last month to examine whether

a special counsel was warranted to look into what has become known as the Uranium One deal,

a senior Justice Department official said.

At issue is a 2010 transaction in which the Obama Administration allowed the sale of U.S.

uranium mining facilities to Russia�s state atomic energy company.

Hillary Clinton was secretary of state at the time, and the State Department was one

of nine agencies that agreed to approve the deal after finding no threat to U.S. national

security.

Reports of the Justice Department looking into the deal come after Sen. John Barrasso

(R-WY) stating he believes his office is in possession of evidence that suggests the Obama

administration lied about key aspects of the Uranium One deal approval process.

In a letter to Congress, a leading nuclear official appears to confirm the lawmaker�s

conclusion.

Daily Caller reports:

The current chair of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) said that one of her Obama-appointed

predecessors� responses to Congress on a key aspect of the Uranium One deal did not

capture the intricacies of the matter.

�I would note that, as your letter makes clear, the responses you have received have

not fully depicted the complexity of this issue,� NRC chairwoman Kristine Svinicki

said in response to a question from Wyoming Republican Sen. John Barrasso during a Wednesday

Senate hearing.

�Uranium One did not need a specific NRC license to export U.S. uranium,� Barrasso

said.

�Instead, Uranium One only needed to be, and later was, listed as a supplier on a transport

company�s NRC export license.�

Two week ago, Barrasso expanded his investigation into the deal.

The move by the Justice Department suggests the Clinton Foundation is back in the crosshairs

of the country�s top law enforcement agents.

The Hill�s John Solomon and Alison Spann previously reported on the foundation�s

ties to firms involved in the Uranium-One deal.

Documents obtained by John Solomon and Alison Spann of The Hill reveal APCO, the firm linked

to TENEX, the Russian nuclear energy giant involved in the Uranium One deal, contributed

more to the Clinton Foundation between 2008 and 2016 than previously reported.

The site, created to detect conflicts of interest for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton because

of her family�s various charitable efforts, shows APCO gave between $25,000 and $50,000

over the last decade.

For instance, an internal CGI document prepared in fall 2011 lists APCO�s in-kind contribution

at $275,000 for that year alone.

And APCO�s annual report on its global charitable efforts boasted of a large jump in support

for CGI in 2011.

Circa reporter Sara Carter previously reported on the background of APCO Worldwide Inc.,

the consulting firm with ties to the Clinton family that lobbied on behalf of Russian nuclear

giant TENEX in relation to the Uranium One deal.

In a head-scratching statement, APCO Worldwide Inc. claims they had nothing to do with the

Clinton-Uranium One scandal.

In a statement to Circa, APCO Worldwide Inc. said Thursday, �APCO was not involved on

any aspect of Uranium One, or the CFIUS process relating to it.

APCO Worldwide undertook activities on behalf of Tenex in 2010 and 2011 relating to civil

nuclear cooperation, which APCO properly disclosed in detail at the time in public filings.

Separately, since 2007-2008, APCO provided services in kind to the Clinton Global Initiative.

APCO�s work for Tenex and APCO�s work for the Clinton Global Initiative were separate

and unconnected, publicly documented from the outset, and fully consistent with all

regulations and US law.�

so often in life people don't begin the journey because they're not quite sure

what to do or how to do it right or how to do it perfect you want to change your

body get yourself moving not wait for the perfect trainer just blowing off

your move put on your shoes and move and get momentum I'm gonna turn this

situation around I'm not gonna sit back and moan and cry over what happened and

what went wrong and who did what I'm going to do something about this

situation the other thing is take full responsibility for your life

except where you are and the responsibility that you're going to take

yourself where you want to go so once that we have two primary choices in life

we can either accept conditions as they exist or we can take the responsibility

to change them see a lot of people want to exempt themselves from taking

responsibility all they want to do is talk about the problem every time you

see them they'll tell you their story over and over and over and over again no

no you want to take responsibility for your life

I got me here I can get me out of this and I'm getting out I'm not going to be

a volunteer victim

and so all your looking for new breakthroughs through practice and

practice and practice you'll get better and better and better and there's still

some things that will happen to you that will catch you on the blindside that you

did not anticipate

you'll get knocked down but you won't be knocked out and so I say to you it's

possible you can live your dream if it's becoming a diamond if it's having more

it's and achieving more being a better part of being a better mother whatever

it is overcoming the diction changing our society it's possible you can live

your dream it's necessary that you have a plan of action that you're resilient

that you stick to and you work with the system that you work with people that

you give support and that you be there for them that you have the vision and

never give up that you become creative and ridiculous and keep on coming back

again and again and again and that it's use that you got to take personal

responsibility to make it happen and that it's hard easy is not an option and

when life knocks you down jump back up the track it's the over are weird people

and situations that upset you see there are some people that no guess how to

push your button they know just what to say but I'm not going to expend any

energy arguing with anybody life is too short ladies and gentlemen and

unpredictable I don't want to spend my time arguing with anybody so I've

watched situations that will get me upset I don't argue with people draw the

line ladies and gentlemen there are certain things that we just go through

life just taking and at some point you just got to draw the line and just say

enough is enough you got to do that with yourself one negative stroke is 16 times

more powerful than a positive strike and if you have people around you who are

not sensitive to who you are and the people that can hurt you the most ladies

and gentlemen are the people that you love that you love

they're the ones that you are vulnerable to they're the ones that can get to you

and they're fierce insensitive I don't care who they are

see if you don't draw the line with people if you just let them run rampant

in your life and you let things happen to you that you don't feel good about if

you continue to allow it to happen you won't feel good about yourself your

image of yourself will erode so you've got to draw the line a lot of people

just go to a job where they're miserable day in and day out why do people stay

together and they're miserable sleeping in separate rooms arguing are the only

thing they have in common paying the bills don't talk don't

communicate don't share anything together day in and day out is short and

unpredictable that life is being mean to each other what do people do that known

Hills are preferable to strange heavens because it's familiar see life is rough

ladies and gentlemen it's rough and it's scary it's scary growing it's scary

taking a chance it's scary acting on your intuition on your guts it's scary

it's frightening they're people that miss tolerating

things right now and they're immobilized by fear they can see the hammer coming

and they afraid to even move because it's scary to go against the dominant

thinking of your family friends and those people you associate with every

day is perhaps the most difficult act of courage you will ever perform see when

you start growing when you start changing the way you walk the way you

talk the way you act the way you respond to things the way you use your time when

you start saying no I can't do that why you're too busy you don't have the time

to I have my own agenda so if people can put you on a guilt trip

they will and use you and abused you over and over and over again you got to

draw the line you have to draw the line on it don't go through life feeling like

you're powerless victims of people that are powerless you're not powerless you

are powerful you direct the power in your life whatever your life is right

now it is a duplication of your consciousness is result of how you have

decided to use your power that's all it is that's not who you are that's just a

perverted use of your power that you aren't satisfied with and you've got the

power to change that wherever you are huh I don't know but I know you've got

the power to do that but you don't know what has happened to me it really

doesn't matter what has happened to you see the only thing that really matters

is what are you going to do about it that's all that matters that's all that

matters you can allow it to destroy you or you can allow it to bill you up we

never get to a level where we feel that there's nothing else for us to do that

we've achieved certain number of goals and we figure that we're through no no

you don't want to stay there and celebrate too long like a lot of people

do they do something they consider outstanding they go around talking about

what they used to do see let me tell you I used to do

and I used to do that excuse me used to bees don't make no honey what are you

doing now you still here breathing that means you've got some more to give

doesn't matter how old you are doesn't matter about where you are doesn't

matter about what you have doesn't matter about what you've done

life is about growing it's about being productive it's about stretching it's

about challenging yourself so you start looking around and decide hey hey what

else do I want to do what got me here is a time for celebration but also a time

for reflection what got me here what worked what did not work what do I need

to do to repeat so that I can get the same kind of results in other areas of

my life if the goal is to improve my health if the goal is to improve my

relationship if the goal is to improve my income if the goal is to improve

something in society what is it I need to do now don't get confused with what

you do with who you are don't trip don't go on some type of ego trip by talking

about how bad you are none of us do anything by ourselves develop an

appreciation for external support as well as good fortune because all of

those things play a role the other thing is don't go overboard celebrate you must

meet with triumph and disaster and treat those two Impostors just the same you

look at hey I did it I feel good about that now you're moving on to the next

thing things did not work out the way you wanted them to work out you didn't

produce the results you wanted to produce hey miss that win some you lose

some next moving right on don't confuse who

Hello guys and I welcome you to my new video!

finally all clients did walk away, because it's like the third video that I do

and they kind of get bored of me...

today I wanted to speak about the video of Alive

I shooted it like a couple of days ago, and it will be amazing

always with Fabio and Rocco, they also did my On the Run video

and also with Audiospettro, they also sang on On the Run,

so basically we took the same cast

because we have less money, but good friends!

I had the obscura camera

I had that camera also in my Q&A 1000 Special, so maybe you saw that

we entered there and we shooted the video.

I was really happy, I had the feeling of beeing in a videogame

it was really cool and everybody was kind to me

this video is funny, because there will be some scenes, shooted at "Maso Toresella"

a beautiful castle and we shooted there some scenes also with Aki and Joey this summer

then we shooted at the "Pergine" castle

and it's also a nearby castle, where I also played the piano

so, yes we shooted like these scenes all in 3 days.

They shooted like another day, without me, so, for this video we spent like 4 days of shooting.

That means that our Budget is increasing!

I think it would be an amazing video! and above that we have also the support of Makoto

he is the creator of Project Zero (Fatal Frame)

he already saw my camera on Twitter

and he said to me that it's the same camera as they used in the movie

so, he's also very excited to see the video

I want to put it out at the end of november (^^maybe on christmas!)

I hope that after this backstage video, we can put the final musicvideo on YT!

Then I want to put some digital things on, that Max Rambaldi is creating

and other things...

so, it will be a collaboration with more people

the Make-up

that is made in most close up scenes at the Pergine castle

is made by Annalisa, a monderful Make-up artist from Trento

she also did the make-up for On the Run

she did the make-up 3 days straight and she's really good!

it's a song that talks about us, how we approach to the world, and also if we want to die

you know when you think that something went well, but then it like disappeard in a blink of an eye

like everything is gone

that's the exact point where I personally think that we need to stand up and realise that we are still alive

and that we will have the power to react to all bad things in life

and that's in my opinion the most important thing and that's the message that I wanted to transmit with this song - the refrain is like:

so there is this strong message

I need to say that during my life there where moments where I didn't wanted to model anymore,

I didn't wanted to do music anymore, I wanted to go away from Japan

I often had those moments

but, also when the things didn't go out well

I found this power that helped me a lot

so, this song is dedicated to this power that I found in me

I spent a lot of time in doing this video,

because it's a song that I feel very close

so, I wanted that also the video would transmit this feeling

well, now they're editing it

but it seems really promising

and I'm sure that all the people that are involved, especially Robbo and Fabio,

will do a fantastic job!

BETTER, I STILL SOMETIMES GO WAY TOO LONG WITHOUT EATING.

NOW WHEN YOU'RE IN YOUR 20S AND 30S,

YOU CAN GET BY WITH SOME OF THAT STUFF, BUT AS YOU GET

A LITTLE BIT OLDER, THINGS BEGIN TO AFFECT YOU DIFFERENTLY THAN

THEY DID WHEN YOU WERE YOUNGER.

SO I HAVE BEEN KNOWING FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR PROBABLY

4 OR 5 YEARS THAT I NEED TO NOT GO SO LONG

WITHOUT EATING, THAT I NEED TO EAT A LITTLE SOMETHING EVERY

2 OR 3 HOURS, BUT I DON'T REALLY WANT TO DO THAT BECAUSE IF I EAT

LITTLE BITS ALL DAY LONG, THEN THAT MEANS I CAN'T SIT DOWN

AND HAVE THIS BIG, GREAT BIG MEAL AT ONE TIME.

AND I'M KIND OF LIKE AN ALL OR NOTHING PERSON SO IT'S

LIKE I JUST WON'T EAT ALL DAY, THEN I'M GONNA EAT EVERYTHING I

WANT WHEN I SIT DOWN TO DO IT.

THE WORD "YIELD" MEANS TO GIVE IN, TO GIVE UP, TO LET GO,

TO BACK DOWN, TO CLIMB DOWN, OR TO RAISE THE WHITE FLAG.

OH, I WISH GOD WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THIS EXAMPLE 2 MONTHS AGO

BECAUSE THEN I WOULD HAVE HAD LITTLE WHITE FLAGS MADE

FOR ALL OF YOU.

What happens To You Body When You're Always On Your Phone - Duration: 4:52.

As a society, we love our phones even more than we love each other.

They hold our schedules, our contacts, our music, and our lives.

But what is all that phone time doing to your body?

It turns out, more damage than you think.

Weakening your immune system

Basically, your cell phone is covered with bacteria.

A study done at the London School of Hygiene concluded that there is more bacteria and

germs on a cell phone than on the surface of a public toilet seat.

1 in 6 phones tested had fecal matter on them, which transfers directly to your hands.

According to study co-author Dr. Ron Cutler,

"People may claim they wash their hands regularly, but the science shows otherwise."

But it gets worse.

In 2011, 27 scientists from the World Health Organization classified cell phones in the

same carcinogenic category as pesticides, gasoline exhaust, burning coal, and dry-cleaning

chemicals.

No amount of Purell can save you, if your phone is frying your insides.

Messing with your head

Studies show that constantly using your phone can cause anti-social behavior.

Researchers at the University of Maryland found that, after using a phone, subjects

were less likely to engage with others or volunteer to help a charity.

Researcher Ajay Abraham explains,

"When people use their cell phones, it triggers [a] feeling [of] connectedness to other people…

It makes people think they are fulfilled in this goal."

A study at Kent State found that cell phone users who were on their phone at a high frequency

tended to have more anxiety, were far unhappier, and had a lower GPA.

In addition, you're more likely to develop depression or insomnia.

According to researchers at the University of Gothenberg in Sweden, the more you're on

your phone, especially later into the evening, the more stress it causes your body and mental

health.

A pain in the neck

Do you have "text neck"?

Headaches?

A sore back?

According to Kenneth Hansraj, chief of spine surgery at New York Spine Surgery and Rehabilitation

Medicine, the average head weighs 10 to 12 pounds.

But when you look down at your phone, the pressure on your neck is equivalent to 60

pounds.

Text neck can also cause TMJ and early-onset arthritis.

Hansraj says,

"These stresses may lead to early wear, tear, degeneration, and possible surgeries."

So stand up straight, just like your mama told ya.

Brain tumors

Italy's Supreme Court linked one man's brain tumor to his cell phone use.

The man, who used his cell phone over six hours a day for 12 years for work, sued the

company and won.

The Supreme Court cited a Swedish study by Professor Lenartt Hardell, who found that

heavy cellphone users developed brain cancer 4 to 5 times more often.

Hardell also found that even people who use their phones sporadically are at risk.

Studies have shown that just 50 minutes of use can alter the brain.

So be careful, or you might get a tumor.

What did you say?

A study done by Dr. Naresh Panda [of the American Academy of Otolaryngology found that people

who had been cell phone users for more than four years, and were on their phones for more

than an hour a day, suffered high frequency hearing loss, and possibly inner ear damage.

Panda states that symptoms included a warm sensation, ringing in the ears, or difficulty

differentiating between consonants like s, f, t, and z.

Bad for your vision

It turns out constantly staring at the harsh light of your phone screen can definitely

affect your peepers.

The Vision Council reports that staring at the screen can cause what is called Digital

Eye Strain.

A shocking 65 percent of Americans have this syndrome, with symptoms like headaches, irritated

eyes, blurred vision, neck and back pain, and eye fatigue.

The Council recommends limiting screen time or wearing special computer specs.

But hey, it could be worse.

"I'm Ants in My Eyes Johnson, everything's black, I can't see a thing, and also I can't

feel anything, either, did I mention that?"

Metal poisoning

Since the rise in popularity of smartphones, doctors have seen a spike in patients with

allergies, rashes, and contact dermatitis.

They've discovered this is caused by the metals phones are made from.

A Canadian Medical Journal Association study inspected 22 phone models for the presence

of nickel, a common allergen and irritant, and discovered ten tested positive for the

metal.

Peace out sperm count

Many believe that cell phones are bad for kids, but it's now believed it could also

be bad for having kids.

A Cleveland Clinic study has found that cell phones could actually lower a man's sperm

count.

According to the Clinic, 15 percent of couples are affected by infertility.

They studied the effects of electromagnetic waves and the relationship between cell phone

usage and male infertility, and it turns out there is a direct link.

According to the Clinic,

"The decrease in sperm count, motility, viability, and normal morphology is related to the duration

of exposure to cell phones."

For those trying to have kids or just keeping their boys swimming, storing the phone away

from your pants pocket would be the safest bet.

An Accidentally Created Force Field Trapped A Worker In A 3M Factory

We've seen them in the movies: force fields in which nothing can pass through.

They can stop bullets, missiles, or even nukes at the theaters, but for all we know it's

just a matter of fiction.

However, such fictitious-seeming technologies can accidentally be stumbled upon--so was

the case when a 3M plant created a force field by accident.

The force was so strong that a worker was trapped

Back in 1980, some employees at the South Carolina 3M plant were inspecting the large,

20ft-wide Polypropylene spools.

This plastic film was being slitten, cut, and transferred to other spools in order to

create products for their signature stationery materials.

Everything seemed normal that day, but the ever-present danger of the static cling produced

by the rollers proved to make it the workers' unlucky day.

The level of static on that day was so powerful that it could be measured in megavolts--an

intensity of power nobody would want to be near.

So on that summer day, something different occurred at that processing plant.

The static field created an invisible wall similar to the ones we see in the movies.

It was so powerful that it froze nearby workers in their place.

Another employee in the plant, David Swenson, heard about the phenomenon and decided to

further investigate with his handheld electrometer.

Upon entering the room, the needle immediately went all the way to the end.

As he walked closer to the machinery, his steps began to slow down, and he began to

struggle moving forward.

It came to the point that he was not able to move at all.

To prove his point, he even noticed a fly that got stuck in the "force field."

Thankfully, he was able to remove himself from the force field by walking backward.

The employees who were able to create the force field debated whether they should fix

the issue or sell tickets ultimately decided that it was too much of a safety issue, and

contacted engineers to fix the issue.

It has never happened since, and we can only wish that they had decided to sell tickets.
