hello there and welcome to my studio today I'll show you how to digitally ink

using Photoshop before I begin I publish new videos constantly so make sure to

subscribe for more great content and make sure to hit that little tiny Bell

to join the VIP notification club how to detail the ink your pencils using

Photoshop keep in mind that a lot of people will prefer illustrator than

Photoshop in order to clean up their prints of work illustrator does offer

better tools when it comes to vectorizing digital work I do have

another video that goes over those steps so make sure to check it out alright

there are gonna be three methods that you could use here Photoshop to clean up

your line there might be more however the ones we're gonna show here today are

the most commonly used you can clean up your work using path shapes or brushes

and I'm gonna go ahead and show you how to go into each one of those here today

there is a little bit of prep work we need to do before getting started first

off what I like doing and you guys would see is to scan that image at a high

enough resolution this resolution should be at least 300 dpi the reason why we go

into 300 is because it's great for printing okay if your resolution is less

than that let's say 72 dpi is gonna print out very badly however is gonna

work perfectly if it's only for display purposes so for instance let's say that

your final product is going to be shown in a computer or a projector or

smartphone or tablet in that case 72 dpi is awesome

resolution and you can certainly use it just for that but if you were to print

out that same image is going to come out very very bad very pixelated very low

quality therefore if it's work that is meant to be printed please make sure

that there is at least 300 dpi it may be more but 300 dpi is usually good

you would like to check the size of your image you may go to image image size and

here you would see the resolution 300 here the pixels and this is the size of

my image in inches right so you may change that if you need to but for now

we're gonna go for it click OK

up next let's make sure that we make the dark darker and the white bright errs

first thing let's take this background and duplicate it so you can click and

drag it into that icon right there let go and now we go into image adjustments

and let's first desaturate the image this tells Photoshop to get rid of all

the coloration within your picture I don't know if you guys can see it there

was a little bit of yellow on my image before I decide to rate it alright next

we're gonna now play with the levels so go into image adjustments levels this

slider controls the darks this slider controls the whites this slider controls

mid-tones or Gray's so let's push the dark darker so those blacks are nice and

rich same thing with the white you see how that almost immediately get rid of a

lot of lines that we don't even need and you can make things a little darker if

you wish so I think I'll stick with something along those lines that looks

good click OK now the best thing you can do is change all these lines into a

non-photo blue type of color and I think the best way to go about it would be to

apply an adjustment layer so go down here to this icon click and go into

hue/saturation the great thing about our adjustment layers is that all the

changes that I do up here are gonna affect the layers below so therefore I'm

gonna hit colorize and now you can see a little bit of that change let's make

that lighter

increase the saturation

and change that blue that color to kind of like a blue type of color as you work

on it you're gonna see and your ink work a little better

because I'm gonna stick with this image are you just going to show you the

before-and-after and then with the hue/saturation on

at this point I'm going to create one more layer and here's where my ink work

is going to be let's go over the first technique how to clean up your image

using path first off wrap your pen tool and make

sure is set up to path up here in this drop-down menu

and with that layer ready to go we are ready to get started let's go ahead and

start inking part of the ear here zoom in a little more and I can maybe start

off let's say from this part and let's grab all that further so for those of

you who never used the pen tool it might be a little tricky at first here's how

I'm gonna go about it I'm gonna click one time then I'm gonna click another

time now this is called the handle or anchor sorry this is an anchor okay so

two anchors that line in the middle is called the path and these two handles

are called the Bezier handles and you can manipulate this however you want

giving you exact control over those vectors let's say over here I have a

little bit of a sharp line if I were to just drag it that line may not it may

look curved and maybe not sharp and I can certainly have a say on that if you

go into your direct selection tool which is right here click and hold you got

your direct selection tool which is the white head arrow and then your black

then you have the black head arrow that's the path selection tool this is

just to move things around this one will allow you to actually manipulate these

anchors so with that selected I'm gonna go ahead click and drag and now the way

this actually influenced this line is certainly going to be the way it's going

to influence your final product so just be mindful of it so I like that now it

creates a nice little curve oops I can put that in

there and now we're set to continue if I wish to go back to my line I will just

grab my pen again and you would see that icon as well as

soon as I hover over the Anchor Point you would see that - looking icon so I

just click the one time and now I can continue

so over here I have a little bit of a sharp angle I think we can do something

about it so grab your direct selection tool if

you ever just deselect it by accident that path that we're working on you can

always just click on it with that direct selection tool so I'm going to put that

right in that corner now I can make this sharp if I hold alt

so just holding out I'm gonna hover over that they see a handle click and drag

and you see how now I can manipulate only that curve once I'm done go back to

my pen tool and let's continue now here's is to continue my path click on

it

here we go let's cut it there now I'm gonna do a series of clicking and

dragging now notice how the closer you place these anchor points the more

shoppi it would look in the further away

smoother it would look

so he takes a little bit of time just make sure you get comfortable with it

now let's say let's say if by mistake like I did just here I'm placing this

anchor just a little far further away and maybe I would like to push it in a

little closer so let me go ahead and undo and maybe let's say by mistake I

went out here if I click and drag it let's say out here I can hold down

spacebar and this is going to allow me to reposition that anchor

and maybe everyone the other one here now if I need to go back to it remember

go back to the direct selection tool click on it once put it in place go back

to your pen tool and continue

if you got way too many anchor points or maybe you're missing a few and would

like to add some you can always go back with your pen tool and just hover over

that path now notice how my cursor has that plus sign so you can add one there

I cannot in here and maybe if you would like to delete or get rid of an anchor

you just hover over it you'll see that minus sign and click the one time the

dash means that we are good to continue there it gets to go

maybe I would like to come out here put that in remember hold down alt to make

sharp turns let's try that again if you ever do a mistake just remember

that you can always undo if you hold down

all right now I got want to show you this so as I hover over my very

beginning point you guys would see that I get a little zero there on my pen tool

so that's zero but that circle just means that I'm

closing my path oops there you go now it's a closed shape path right this

stuff right here don't worry about it that's just my computer equation if I

were to just move things around is it what is that thing oh no it's actually

created another

yeah anyway I don't know what that is disregard it anyhow so here it is let's

zoom out just a little bit okay so we just created the path and now we're

going to right-click and we're going to fill path this is going to give us the

fill path window options where we can change foreground color to background

color and when it talks about foreground color it talks about this color ship

this one is gonna be the foreground color this one is going to be the

background color so whatever color should have there a specific color that

maybe you just want to select a pattern or texture or black 50% gray or what

we're gonna go with black mode normal you can change opacity once you're happy

with your selections and just click OK and here we go so a little bit of work

okay put a perfect looking path now let's talk about the second method

inking by shapes

selecting the pen tool again instead of path up here dr. menu go ahead and click

shape this is my preferred method of inking and it works kind of similar just

like with it with the path but this one it actually shows you so this one shows

you the shape as you created to fill you can change it there make it 100% black

stroke if you have any make sure you set it up to noon so let's go ahead and ink

this eyebrow so you just click and drag we can drag and you guys will see that

as I move I'm creating

that shape

now you can run into a little bit of difficulties when you cannot see what's

happening underneath kind of have to eyeball it one thing that you can do is

go into your opacity for your layers and bump it down

go back here make sure you close your path here we go

passivation get back to 100% so some of the main differences that you will find

between those two number one the path once it's me if I go back and try to

edit it it will not allow me to do so but the shape does if I go back to it

you guys can see those are my anchor in if I were to select my pen tool I can

get rid of the stuff that I don't want or I can even add or move

so certainly a big difference there one will allow you to edit the shape once

it's created but the path will not last but not least I'm going to create a new

layer you're simply using your brush so usually for this it would be a good idea

to select

a hard edge brush you want to avoid or the soft edge stuff is not gonna look as

good and you may also go into the brush settings if you wish and therefore you

can squish the roundness

I would probably set up the spacing to about 1%

hardness a hundred percent and then the roundness and the angles you can play

with that another setting that I like using is this one this one is going to

control the pressure sensitive for the size opacity 300 percent flow 100

percent I don't really like using this one make sure this one is off this one

is going to give you transparency as you trying to ink a piece of work yeah you

don't want no transparency so let's go ahead and do the eye

oops so this one is certainly freehand and will allow you much more freedom but

probably you may want to practice a little bit

before it may take you may want to practice just a little bit you may take

a couple of strokes to get it just right now this one is nice it feels very

traditional self and it certainly feels more natural than the other ones

like I said in terms of preferences I certainly prefer the shape method out of

the three it's gonna be the it's actually the one that I've used the most

but I encounter a lot of students that they don't seem to enjoy that method at

all so I think ideally what you want to do

is create a combination of different methods and then depending on what the

area is you may tackle different not the Holy

Ghost Rishon doesn't have to be attached to the one method it can certainly be

different methods and ultimately would be a method that work out best for you

I think part of the key here too is to have a confident line some of my lines

was not really confident at the beginning there we go so something just

be committed to that line go for it

so let's say these freckles I will certainly tackle them with the brush

method but let's say this string of hair maybe I would like to use the shape

method or the path method for it

you

maybe I would like to use the same method for the entire face

remember you can always use the white headed arrow to manipulate those corners

and that's part of the reason why I really enjoy using this method allows me

total manipulation

here I know this is a little thick

this uses the path maybe for the notes

remember that for the path you do need to create your own lair

there we go maybe the brush over the rest of the so

you see something like this I think probably the the shape one will give you

better results same thing for lines that you really want to have more control

IF YOU ARE IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE FOR SOUL,

MIND OR BODY;

FRIEND, THAT MIRACLE IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK.

JESUS SAID IN MARK'S GOSPEL, CHAPTER 9, VERSE 23,

"ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM THAT BELIEVETH."

AND NOW I WANT TO TAKE YOU TO

THE 5TH CHAPTER OF MARK'S GOSPEL,

AND HERE WE FIND A CERTAIN WOMAN WHO'S IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE

BECAUSE THIS WOMAN SUFFERED WITH AN ISSUE OF BLOOD FOR 12 YEARS.

THE BIBLE SAYS SHE EN- SHE ENDURED MANY,

MANY THINGS OF PHYSICIANS,

SPENT ALL THAT SHE HAD LOOKING, SEARCHING FOR A CURE,

AND THE WOMAN WAS NO BETTER.

IN FACT, THE BIBLE EVEN TELLS US,

HER CONDITION WAS ONLY GETTING WORSE.

WHEN THIS WOMAN HEARD OF JESUS AND HIS GREAT POWER,

SHE SET OUT TO FIND HIM;

SHE SET OUT IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE.

NOW THE WOMAN UNDERSTOOD, THAT, NO DOUBT,

IT WOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO JESUS

BECAUSE HE POSSESSED THIS GREAT POWER

AND MULTITUDES WOULD BE THRONGING HIM.

SHE REALIZED THAT, NO DOUBT,

SHE WOULD NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO HIM

TO TELL HIM ABOUT HER CONDITION,

SO, SHE DECIDED BY DIVINE FAITH,

"I ONLY NEED TO TOUCH THE HEM OF HIS GARMENT."

THE WOMAN SET HER TIME FOR THE MIRACLE,

AND HER POINT OF CONTACT TO RECEIVE THE MIRACLE

WAS TOUCHING THE HEM OF HIS GARMENT.

ONCE HER MIND WAS MADE UP,

SHE SET OUT ON A JOURNEY IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE.

HOW FAR DID SHE HAVE TO TRAVEL?

HOW LONG DID SHE HAVE TO WAIT IN THAT HOT SUN

FOR JESUS TO COME HER WAY?

REMEMBER, THIS WOMAN WAS IN A BAD CONDITION:

SHE WAS WEAK IN BODY, LOSING MUCH BLOOD, AND, NO DOUBT,

SHE WAS PALE AND PROBABLY JUST SKIN AND BONE.

THEN WHEN THE CROWD STARTED PASSING BY

SHE MADE HER MOVE.

THE CROWD SURROUNDING JESUS

PROBABLY RESISTED HER ADVANCES,

FOR THEY, TOO, WANT TO BE AS CLOSE TO THE MIRACLE

AS THEY POSSIBLY COULD BE.

THE WOMAN WAS PUSHED BACK AND FORTH, RIDICULED,

SCORNED BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE,

BUT SHE WOULD NOT BE DENIED.

MANY IN THIS POSITION WOULD HAVE JUST GIVEN UP

AND TURNED AWAY, NOT WANTING TO PUT FORTH THE EFFORT,

NOT WANTING TO CREATE A SCENE,

BEING INTIMIDATED BY ALL OF THE RESISTANCE;

HOWEVER, THIS WOMAN'S DIVINE FAITH COMPELLED HER

TO KEEP GOING FORWARD.

NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAID, NO MATTER HOW SHE FELT,

NO MATTER THE PRICE;

SHE PRESSED ON FOR SHE KNEW IN HER HEART,

"IF I CAN JUST TOUCH THE HEM OF HIS GARMENT,

I WILL BE MADE WHOLE."

THE WOMAN MAY HAVE USED THE LAST OUNCE OF STRENGTH SHE HAD.

PROBABLY THOUGHT, "IF I DON'T TOUCH HIM NOW,

I WILL DIE IN THIS STREET."

YET, WITH DIVINE DETERMINATION, SHE PRESSED ON

UNTIL SHE WAS WITHIN ONE STEP OF HER MIRACLE.

THEN WITH ALL LOVE AND FAITH,

SHE REACHED OUT AND TOUCHED HIM.

AND IN MARK'S GOSPEL, CHAPTER 5, BEGINNING IN VERSE 29,

"AND STRAIGHTWAY THE FOUNTAIN OF HER BLOOD WAS DRIED UP;

AND SHE FELT IN HER BODY

THAT SHE WAS HEALED OF THAT PLAGUE.

AND JESUS, IMMEDIATELY KNOWING IN HIMSELF

THAT VIRTUE HAD GONE OUT OF HIM,

TURNED HIM ABOUT IN THE PRESS,

AND SAID, WHO TOUCHED MY CLOTHES?

AND HIS DISCIPLES SAID UNTO HIM,

THOU SEEST THE MULTITUDE THRONGING THEE,

AND SAYEST THOU, WHO TOUCHED ME?

AND HE LOOKED ROUND ABOUT TO SEE HER

THAT HAD DONE THIS THING.

BUT THE WOMAN FEARING AND TREMBLING,

KNOWING WHAT WAS DONE IN HER, CAME AND FELL DOWN BEFORE HIM,

AND TOLD HIM ALL THE TRUTH.

AND HE SAID UNTO HER, DAUGHTER,

THY FAITH HATH MADE THEE WHOLE; GO IN PEACE,

AND BE WHOLE OF THY PLAGUE."

THANK GOD THAT THIS WOMAN,

WHO SET OUT IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE,

DID NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE,

SHE REFUSED TO GIVE INTO HER FEELINGS,

SHE REFUSED TO GIVE INTO MIND BATTLES.

SHE YIELDED TO HER DIVINE FAITH,

AND THAT DIVINE FAITH LED HER TO THE MIRACLE

SHE WAS SEARCHING FOR.

IT'S FAITH IN GOD THAT HEALS THE SICK.

IT'S FAITH IN GOD AND HIS PROMISES

THAT PUTS GOD INTO ACTION.

FAITH IN GOD GETS RESULTS.

AND THE BIBLE SAYS IN ROMANS, CHAPTER 12, VERSE 3,

THAT GOD HAS GIVEN EVERYONE A MEASURE OF FAITH,

AND EACH TIME YOU USE THAT MEASURE OF FAITH,

GOD WILL ADD ANOTHER MEASURE.

SO, FRIEND, WHEN YOU GO IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE,

NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, NO MATTER HOW THINGS LOOK,

YOU MUST NEVER GIVE UP.

MAYBE THE DOCTORS AND MEDICAL SCIENCE

HAVE NO REMEDY FOR YOUR CASE, THEY DECLARE,

"NOTHING CAN BE DONE FOR YOU."

WELL, THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO GO IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE

BECAUSE GOD SPECIALIZES IN CASES LIKE THIS

BECAUSE UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES,

NO ONE BUT GOD WILL RECEIVE ALL THE HONOR,

ALL THE PRAISE AND ALL THE GLORY.

NOW WE BELIEVE IN GOOD DOCTORS, GOOD HOSPITALS

AND GOOD MEDICINE, AND WE UNDERSTAND THAT GOD PUT

HEALING INTO NATURE, AND GAVE MAN AND WOMAN THE

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING TO TAKE THE HEALING

FROM NATURE AND TO APPLY IT TO THE BODY,

BUT WHEN MAN AND MEDICINE DO NOT HAVE THE CURE,

CANNOT WORK FOR YOU,

AND GO IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE.

"I AM THE LORD THAT HEALETH THEE."

IT SAYS IN JAMES, CHAPTER 5, VERSE 15,

"THE PRAYER OF FAITH SHALL SAVE THE SICK,

AND THE LORD SHALL RAISE HIM UP.

THERE WAS A MAN NAMED JAIRUS,

WAS- HE WAS LOOKING FOR JESUS;

HE, TOO, WAS IN SEARCH OF A MIRACLE,

FOR HIS DAUGHTER WAS NIGH UNTO DEATH.

AND IN THE 8TH CHAPTER OF LUKE'S GOSPEL

WE SEE JAIRUS BEFORE JESUS

ASKING THE LORD TO COME TO HIS HOUSE

TO HEAL HIS DAUGHTER WHO WAS NIGH UNTO DEATH.

WELL, JESUS AGREED TO COME.

AND AT LAST, THE MIRACLE JAIRUS WAS LOOKING FOR

WAS NOW IN SIGHT.

BUT THE BIBLE SAYS THAT AS THEY WENT ON THEIR WAY,

THE PEOPLE SURROUNDED THEM, THRONGING JESUS

AND DELAYING THEIR PROGRESS.

AND SUDDENLY APPEARED A MESSENGER TELLING JAIRUS,

"TROUBLE THE MASTER NO MORE, FOR THY DAUGHTER IS DEAD."

SUDDENLY, CALAMITY HAD STRUCK,

FOR THE MIRACLE THAT LOOKED TO BE JUST IN SIGHT

INSTANTLY VANISHED.

NOW IT SEEMED ALL WAS DARK AND WITHOUT HOPE.

IN THAT MOMENT JAIRUS PROBABLY THOUGHT,

"THIS ISN'T RIGHT!

THIS JUST ISN'T FAIR!"

ONE MOMENT YOU'RE SO CLOSE TO THE MIRACLE,

AND THE NEXT MOMENT, INSTANTLY IT'S GONE.

BUT WE ALWAYS MUST REMEMBER, WITH GOD,

IT'S NEVER TOO LATE FOR A MIRACLE.

MARK, CHAPTER 10, VERSE 27

"WITH MEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, BUT NOT WITH GOD:

FOR WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE."

JESUS PROVED THAT HE HAD ALL POWER

TO SEE THAT MIRACLE YET AGAIN,

OR WOULD HE LOOK AT THE SITUATION

THROUGH NATURAL EYES AND GET INTO FEELINGS OF DESPAIR,

FRUSTRATION AND HOPELESSNESS?

WELL, JAIRUS CHOSE TO PUT HIS TRUST

IN THE WORDS OF JESUS,

SO, THEY CONTINUED ON THAT JOURNEY TO JAIRUS'S HOUSE,

AND DIVINE FAITH LED JAIRUS TO THE MIRACLE

HE WAS SEARCHING FOR.

LUKE, CHAPTER 8, VERSES 54-56, SPEAKING OF JESUS,

"AND TOOK HER BY THE HAND, AND CALLED, SAYING,

MAID, ARISE.

AND HER SPIRIT CAME AGAIN, AND SHE AROSE STRAIGHTWAY:

AND HE COMMANDED TO GIVE HER MEAT.

AND HER PARENTS WERE ASTONISHED."

YOU KNOW, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU RECEIVE

A MIRACLE OR WITNESS A MIRACLE, IT IS AMAZING.

good morning guys it's our first official day in the cabin and you can

see everything much better now that you spent time is really nice

I still feel sick I'm like not cold sick but like nauseous

sorry threw up no sorry threw up yeah you did yeah she's a little hot um Papa

bear's feeling great and the dogs are having fun so that's all update this

morning we're about to have breakfast is like 12

o'clock so we can get you want grapes oh yeah we're about to have breakfast so

do we can um get ready to go go check out the ski slopes and they didn't have

skis for her or like a little snowboard for her so maybe we'll just do like a

little sled or something

all right so right now I'm heating up some elderberry tea that I made before

we came just heating it up Papa bear's been working so hard looking like the

Grizzly man you guys like that little house tour last night what I ended up

doing was including today's footage in yesterday's video if that makes sense

so you guys can see the house a little bit better since we didn't arrive at

night so now we're about to get ready to gear up and see what the snow is like

well it's not snowing this fake snow was real snow but it's real fake snow

that's crazy that they closed out for like this early well if we don't get to

ski I still had an amazing time just just being out here away from the desert

seeing snow and all these beautiful cabins Papa bear's coming back he got

the that's him with the lime head he got the hit hit yeah let's move boy that

could be the walk I don't know or his feet hurt walk I'm not sure he

looked kind of happy he looks happy let's see what happens

tiger's eye rose court it's awesome I believe these are Teton singing bowls

probably bear got me one for Christmas one year you guys know I'm huge fan of

Himalayan salt lamps

okay I got just a few things only to some really cute earrings and a stone

I'll show you guys later but you don't really enjoy it is pretty

so here we're just gonna go back to the cabin and keep warm while I edit yes

Bear we got these mittens Rosario they're too big but she can put like her

whole hand inside the glove and then we picked up these little edgy wedgies for

her skis that's all we picked up from that store I can't remember oh go

Smith's board house they were so nice they're so if any of you guys are

watching thank you so much for helping us what pet earth elements that store

that I went into with all the beautiful stones I picked up this beautiful stone

right here isn't this gorgeous so beautiful I think this one is

alight I think I'm saying that wrong this is for emotional stresses like

transitions there are audience and clairvoyance clairaudience yeah I look

that one up I got these beautiful oh my goodness I'm

so excited about the easy how gorgeous are these the stone on the inside it's

from a geode so it's not necessarily man What did he say it's called jury jury

and oh I did get one more thing we went into like a souvenir store and I picked

up something from my brother when he was gone that he's in the Marines and when

he was on the I can't remember what ship he was on in I don't know somebody in

publishing I can't remember some see he traveled to like five different

countries and in each country he went to he got me a shot glass which was really

thoughtful of him so I decided to get this one for him and I think he'll enjoy

this how cute is chasing muffin right now this never happens

they do not cuddle together so anyway good nights you guys I hope you enjoyed

I'm gonna talk about how to get a good model portfolio

all right guys so what is a model portfolio?

well a model portfolio is

basically your best pictures that you can show to the client so that they can book

you for jobs

that's basically it

but let's get into this a little bit

more.

you might get a book like this This is my model portfolio

I'm from South

Africa and my mother agency is boss models

now this is their book and what

you do is you take one of these books You go to the casting and you show it

to the client and a client look through your book and they see what kind of

model you are

now I'm more of a commercial type of model which is more

smiling more natural

You can see it in the photos and they go through these pictures

and they see basically the experience that you have as a model

and they book

you based on your portfolio but also how you appear to them in the castings

and how you fit their clothes

so the model portfolio is very very important

to get jobs. The better your model portfolio is

the better chances you have for better and more jobs

So how do you get a good model portfolio?

well if you're a beginner number one you have to do it

as many test shoots as you possibly can the quicker you get a better portfolio

set up together the better chances you have to get good modeling jobs

how do you get test shoots?

well your agency can probably help you with that

they have the contacts. They just set up a test shoot and that's how you start to get

pictures.

now the pictures that you have to focus on first is you have to get at

least a good headshot it's very very important

then you also

need some picture that shows off your body

then you can bring in different

styles you can bring in the business kind of clothes, suit clothes and you

can bring in sport clothes.

varieties key you have to give different angles as

well. look in the mirror and see which sides of your face looks the best is it

the left? is it the right?

then which side the smiles you know from the camera

straight from the camera to the left or the right

so look and practice.

Also your frowns: you have different frowns

look at the mirror, practice a little bit and see what is really good so that when

you do the test shoots you can give a variety of expressions, variety of poses

and a variety of angles that you do in front of the camera

all right so you do the

test shoots. So after you've done a couple of test shoots, you would be able to go to

some castings and hopefully you can book some jobs

so at the beginning you need

to do a lot of test shoots, right then as you start getting jobs, you'll start

to get more and more pictures, but getting new pictures will never stop

this is something that you will continually do - as a model even if

you're experienced it doesn't matter you need to continually update your book so

that it corresponds with your age and also with your experience

Introverts love their alone time, and socializing is draining for many of them, because a lot

of it simply feels like a pointless chit-chat.

But the needs of solitude, also have the potential to turn into harmful social isolation.

So, how much time alone is too much time alone?

How do you know when you've crossed the line from delightful aloneness to fretful loneliness?

As someone who's been through the journey, Kira Asatryan, a certified relationship coach

and author of 'Stop Being Lonely: Three Simple Steps to Developing Close Friendships and

Deep Relationships.'

Wrote on Psychology today about 5 tips to help introverts keep from becoming lonely.

Pay attention to how aloneness makes you feel.

This is the Number One piece of advice.

The amount of time one can spend alone while still feeling perfectly happy varies from

person to person; for introverts, this amount of time can be substantial.

Monitoring your own individual feelings about the amount of time you're spending alone

is the best way to know when you've crossed the line from tranquil to lonely.

If you choose to be diligent about this effort, keep a regular log of how your aloneness is

making you feel.

Once a day, on a scale of 1 to 10, rate how happy you feel with the amount of aloneness

you've experienced that day.

Focus on hanging out one-on-one or in small groups.

Many introverts strongly prefer socializing with just one other person or in small groups.

They tend to dislike a lot of stimulation, so when they attend a gathering at which large

numbers of people buzz around them, they're likely to leave feeling more distressed than

when they arrived.

One-on-one or small group interactions, on the other hand, are excellent for staving

off introvert loneliness because they provide all the benefits of socializing without the

overstimulation.

If attending a large gathering, set expectations about when you will leave.

It's a bit of an introvert's nightmare to go to a large social gathering (especially

if you don't know anyone) without any definite endpoint in sight.

Some people feel an anticipatory anxiety around social gatherings that make them prone to

flake out, not because they don't want to be included, but because they're genuinely

anxious.

One of the best ways to mitigate anxiety around large gatherings is to make clear, both to

yourself and to whomever else might be invested, what time you need to leave.

Not only will this prevent you from inappropriately ghosting early in the evening, but your host

will appreciate that you came for as long as you could.

4.

Keep to a weekly quota of social interaction.

Some introverts have wiped social interaction off their calendars altogether, while others

feel overwhelmed by the volume of social gatherings they're expected to attend.

A good way to strike a balance between solitude and socializing, no matter which end of the

spectrum you're on is to set a weekly quota.

Let's say you decide to hold yourself to two social interactions per week.

If you currently have no events scheduled, this will prompt you to reach out and start

inviting people into your life.

If you receive many invitations each week, this gives you permission to attend only the

one or two you're most excited about, and to turn down the rest.

5.

Stay smart about your online socializing.

When you find real-life interaction draining, it can be tempting to shift your entire social

world online.

The Internet allows you to chat with people when you feel like it, yet disengage at any

moment.

It creates the feeling that you have social support even when you're alone.

No doubt this is an intriguing prospect for many introverts.

But don't rely too heavily on the Internet (or your smartphone) to fulfill your desire

for togetherness.

It's profoundly difficult to get to know another person well through a device.

And if, at any point the person you thought you knew turns out to be a fraud, you'll

likely end up lonelier than you were before you initiated contact.

Asatryan.

The format of this broadcast will be a little different because it's a special occasion.

First up, we have some odd but true crimes that occurred around Christmas.

A man in Florida USA faked a heart attack in a local Walmart to create a distraction

while his friend made a run for it with a shopping cart full of toys.

Unfortunately the holiday heisters didn't take into account the security cameras, and

they were arrested shortly thereafter.

I guess you could say they were toying around.

Additionally in the news a man attempted to commit a burglary and earned himself the name

"The Santa Claus Burglar" because when he tried to break into the house through the

chimney he got stuck.

It took the fire department 45 minutes to free him while having to destroy the chimney

in the process.

The burglar claimed he was just trying to get retrieve his backpack, should have been

a dead giveaway.

Santa wouldn't have left his sack of presents in someone's house.

Secondly we have some strange Christmas traditions from around the world.

In Austria, it's believed by some misguided children that an evil version of Santa Claus,

names Krampus will beat them with branches if they are naughty.

In Japan, due to an ad campaign in 1974, many families eat KFC on Christmas Eve.

And in Germany a pickle is hid under the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve, and the first child

to discover is in the morning receives a gift, other than the old pickle of course.

Finally we have some interesting Christmas facts for you.

It's estimated that Santa would need to visit 822 homes a second traveling at 650

miles a second to deliver all the world's presents on Christmas Eve.

About 60 million Christmas trees are grown in Europe each year.

The world's tallest Christmas tree was 221 feet high in 1950 in a Washington shopping

mall.

The world's biggest snowman was 113 feet tall in the state of Maine in the USA in 1999.

The worlds largest Christmas cracker was 150 feet by 10 feet and was made in Australia

in 1991.
