It's like a festival

It happens in London every year in the winter

And during Christmas time

They have lots of awesome stuff

So we're going to walk around and film everything

And hopefully we'll have fun

It's cold but there's no wind or rain

Because this place is outside

It's in Hyde Park

So it's a good thing it's not raining

But of course, we're going to freeze

We're excited now to visit Winter Wonderland

Wejdan is with us

Okay, we've been walking in the cold for 5 minutes

And I'm already cold

The temperature is 4 degrees celcius

I need to buy some gloves because it's so cold

It's extremely cold

We got too excited and then...

We found a queue

of hundreds of people

and now we're standing in it in the cold

We're finally in after waiting 30 minutes in a queue

We're so hungry

I swear Jana if the food isn't delicious...

What annoyed me the most were the false lashes

They were like this

When we went in I asked Jana what she thought about people who wear false lashes

She told me it's their choice

Then we saw a girl with huge false eyelashes

Then we laughed a lot

My point is, yeah maybe it's too much for a fun fair in London in a park

But if the girl is confident in herself

And they made her happy...

It's not our job to judge why she's wearing them or not

Wear more lashes

It's up to you, if you want to wear them do it, if not, don't

The important thing is no one controls your life

Next time I'll wear lashes for you

I'm serious! the important thing is no one can tell you whether to wear them or not

3 Ways to Find Content Ideas Your Audience Will Love - Duration: 3:49.

- On Twitter I got this question a couple days ago

asking how can I find potential content that my clients

are going to be interested in?

So in this video let's look through

3 ways to get content ideas.

I've used all these in the past, so let's jump into it.

Number one is to go to Quora and look at the top questions.

My normal process is to go over to the home page,

and I have a few topics that I almost always look into.

For this channel it's B2B sales, selling, SaaS,

anything around what our niche is.

And for you it might be web design,

it might be mobile developmnt, whatever it is.

Anyway, go into the topic and you'll see

a bunch of questions in the feed,

which is one good way to do it.

The other place I go is the topic FAQ,

and you can see the top questions.

So if you were going to make a video series

I would start with the top questions.

And it's also important here that

you're not just pulling these ideas,

make sure that they're relevant to your audince as well.

And there are some questions in this FAQ

that you as a viewer would get more value from.

So for instance, "How do I acquire SaaS customers?"

would be a better question to answer than "What's

the difference between SaaS marketing and SaaS sales?"

But it also depends on the channel.

If you're going and you're doing a basics channel,

then both of these might be good to answer.

And the type of content that you answer

them with is going to be different.

The next place I'll go for content ideas is Reddit,

and there are a few sub-Reddits to go on.

It's almost the same as Quora in terms

of how the sections are broken out.

I usually just go to the search box

and I'll type in something that I want to answer.

So B2B, and then see what sub-Reddits pop up.

And you see a few B2B SaaS, B2B sales,

and then there are a couple if

you're in marketing specifically.

There's one called Ask Marketing that I really like.

And the reason why I like that

is there are questions in here.

So "How do we pick the most efficient keywords?",

"Entry Level Marketing Job, Need Advice for Presentation."

There's a question in here.

Another good one for finding ideas for this type of content,

sales content is /r/sales.

And then there are others like Entrepreneur, Startup,

B2B SaaS, and you can go into the search and find anything,

digital design sub-Reddits, programming,

even specific programming languages.

Whatever you need there are sub-Reddits in there

and they all have questions to be answered by your content.

And then if all of that fails if you're out of content ideas

on all of these channels,the last place I look is Youtube.

If you have influencers in your space that do similar things

to you you can look at the kind of questions they ask.

So for instance you can go over to Youtube

and let's say I wanted to make a video on cold email.

So just search 'cold email' and hey I'm right at the top.

But I can look at what everybody else has made.

So, "The Best Cold Email I Ever Received And How

to Steal This" the "Top 3 Cold Emails to Get You Clients."

This is number three right now.

Mine's "4 Cold Email Subject Lines,"

I think that might be why it's ranking over the 3.

And then here's my video again,

But the other thing I use is this plug-in called Tube Buddy

which I got from an AppSumo deal,

and what that does is allows you to see related searches.

So when I search 'cold emailing,'

now I see 'cold email marketing,' 'cold email prospecting,'

'cold emailng new clients,' 'Mike Hardenbrook,'

I don't know who this is.

And you can use these related searches for content ideas.

It also shows you keyword score which shows that

'cold email' is extremely competitive and hard to rank for.

So let's search something else,

let's search 'UI Design,' so when you search 'UI Design,'

you'll see in Tube Buddy 'UI Design tutorial for beginners'

could be a good topic, a tutorial,

some basic principals, talking about photoshop.

Using that for ideas is the third option.

Apple admits to slowing down old iPhones. BUT THERE'S MORE! - Duration: 5:31.

So by now you've probably heard Apple has admitted to slowing down old iPhones because

they're old.

But, I think there's way more to it than what Apple will admit to so far...

And it ain't pretty.

So first let's review very quickly what Apple has actually admitted to so far.

In a statement to TechCrunch they said:

Lithium-ion batteries become less capable…over time, which can result in the device unexpectedly

shutting down…Last year we released a feature for iPhone 6, 6s and SE to smooth

out the instantaneous peaks only when needed to prevent the device from unexpectedly shutting

down.

We've now extended that feature to iPhone 7 with iOS 11.2, and plan to add support for

other products in the future.

It's not a glitch, it's a feature!

Oh, Apple.

Now this I have right here is an iPhone 6 Plus.

A 2-year-old phone.

The model is 3 years old, the actual device is 2 years old.

This device right here had become pretty much useless since I downloaded iOS 11.

I downloaded the latest update this morning and as you can see now it works fine!

I mean it isn't perfect but it works.

I used to be I wasn't able to like, play some music while like, browsing Twitter.

I mean, sure, it's slow. We can expect that, right?

At least now I can play music...

While maybe browsing Twitter.

It's going to be a bit slow––okay, okay.

It stopped. It stopped playing the music. Okay, nevermind then.

Maybe that's not fair, right? We were launching the application.

If we play some music now.

There we go.

It shouldn't...

Stop playing now––

Dang it.

Look, it's a 2-year-old phone, a 3-year-old model. We can't expect that much.

I guess?

Since when is a two year old device an obsolete piece of technology?

I do expect the phone to work, though.

And before this morning, it barely did.

Even now it's a little...

It struggles.

Still.

Now, like I said in my iPhone X unboxing video, the reason I hadn't updated my phone in 3 years...

Is because this had remained a perfectly capable phone.

Until a few months ago.

When iOS 11 dropped and took a dump on my phone!

Sure there was some degradation over time.

Becoming a bit slower, the battery lasting a bit less.

But it wasn't until iOS 11 came out that it just jumped off a cliff.

Now it wasn't just me.

If you had an iPhone when iOS 11 came out, you probably know

what I'm talking about.

I would whisper it to friends, Hey man, my iPhone has been really slow lately.

Like, it's really bad.

And they would glance at me with a knowing look.

The same thing had happened to them.

My IRLFs, people online.

In the US, Canada, Mexico, whoever I talked to, from wherever they were, they seemed to

be having the same problems.

Now the really messed up thing is that, THIS thing I'm talking about.

My problems with my iPhone 6 Plus and those iPhones from people I know, have nothing to

do with the statements Apple gave recently.

That statement had nothing to do with my iPhone 6 Plus or my friends 6S Plus or even the 7

Plus.

This was about supposed to be about the smaller phones with smaller batteries.

Yet you have TechCrunch saying things like:

"You're always going to be triggering this when you run a benchmark, but you definitely

will not always trigger this effect when you're using your iPhone like normal."

See, if only you were normal.

If only you weren't so weird in the way you use your iPhone this wouldn't be happening

to you.

You know?

Sometimes I worry about Tech people.

It's their job to know tech.

And as a result they're constantly exposed to the latest and greatest tech has to offer.

But they forget what it's like to

use the products that most people out there actually use.

"I think there's an argument here that many people will never, ever see this happening."

Who are you?

Editor-in-Chief of TechCrunch?

Are you kidding me?

Everyone who knows me, knows I am an Apple fanboy.

But even if you give Apple the maximum benefit of the doubt, even if you think: yes,

this is a good thing, it prevents automatic shutting downs and protects the life of not

only your battery, but your phone as well.

This problem, where Apple, through software updates, makes older phones less capable,

is not only limited to the iPhone 6, 6S and 7.

And even if it were, It's the freaking iPhone 7.

The thing came out last year!

If the battery is having problems after a year you did it wrong!

And it doesn't help this happens exactly after the warranty has ended.

When everyone covered the iPhone X, the incredible specs, the benchmarks, the raw power of the phone,

was one of its biggest draws.

In 12 months, is that still going to be a thing?

And if it's not, is that acceptable?

I think this is something we should all the monitoring very closely from now on.

And Apple needs to be way more transparent about the life expectancy of their batteries

AND the phone's performance.

Tell us how much and how fast the battery will degrade.

Let us know how much your phones are supposed to last.

Give us a way to see battery health the way you let us see phone storage.

Even if TechCrunch thinks we'll hang ourselves with all this knowledge.

But anyway, Merry Christmas!

N- I do play games once in a while but that's because I have nothing else to do at home.

N- That's when Hongbin stepped into my room so to celebrate, I said 'let's take a photo' and that's what Hongbin saw.

N – And there is something called bringing up a heart emoticon.

N – So, when everyone brings up the heart emoticon at once, that's when I take a photo.

N – But I don't play that often. I probably play once or twice a week.

Ravi – Anyways, for our own home Christmas party, we've each prepared presents, right?

Hongbin – The members have secretly prepared gifts under 10 thousand won and decided to share them here, at this place.

Hongbin – If we simply share the gifts, it's not fun, so we randomly do a raffle through games.

Hongbin – The production crew separately wrapped up the gifts so we don't know what the gifts are.

Hongbin – We play games and the winner gets to pick the gift first.
