Waching daily Dec 8 2017

Younger people don't really know how it used to be. So let me first explain to you the

world in 1995. This is a musician. Let's call this a creator. This represents the audience.

Let's call it the "mainstream audience". I draw a line here and let's just imagine all

of this to be the audience. Here's the creator. And here's the audience. Tough sh.. in 1995,

between the creator and the audience, and you will get the idea... name the title of

a Pink Floyd album. Nick, what do you think? The ...err big river LoL (laughter), yeah...

There was a wall between the creator and the audience. Mainly because of five old men.

These five old men represent the power of media companies. Whoever... Universal Music,

Sony Music, Warner, ABC, CBS, it could be ARD, ZDF in Germany, the national television,

BBC, whatever. You as the creator had to deal with these five old men who were holding the

power of the media companies. To get past these old men, you had to leave a lot of your

money with these old men. If they didn't like you, there was no chance to get across the

wall. And that of course had to do with the fact, that broadcasting was expensive back

in the day. You needed a bunch of trucks, you needed a satellite connection, you needed

super-expensive cameras, for the sake of it, lots of dollars required to do broadcasting.

These five old men invested in expensive broadcast equipment. Let's give some empathy to these

old men. They were just looking after their companies and they wanted to make sure that

they could make a buck and they could afford all the broadcasting and distribution, production

- it's everything. (Back in the day it was necessary.) There was no smartphone. 1995

I had to go to the post office, where they had the telephone books of all of Germany.

Telephone Book! Nobody knows what this is. Ask your grandma! I told the secretary a crazy

weird story until she finally gave me an appointment, took my tape. Tape! I took my tape, I took

lots of tapes in my pocket, played the tape and they said "Can you bring me some dance

music?" So 1995. This is the mainstream. These are

all of the people. This is the mainstream. Of course you have stuff that's not mainstream.

Let's call it hip-hop underground. The five old men were sitting in front of the mainstream

audience, there were some spaces outside of mainstream. LGBT, German folk, Christian Music,

you get the idea! There is stuff outside of mainstream. The five old men didn't really

care. For example, a guy called, let's call him Puff Daddy really believed in Hip-Hop

so he got a bunch of Hip-Hop artists like The Notorious B.I.G., started a label, Hip-Hop

underground became closer to mainstream. Because he was already in there, the five old men

came and gave him a lot of dollars. (The difference is the five old men came to him.) Helps a

lot. When the five old men came to you, with the cheque book: "What number do you want

me to put in the cheque book?" He made it past the wall without going through the five

old men and this happens only from outside of the mainstream. (He started already past

the wall.) Internship in a record company. Independent record company.

1988 the five old man wouldn't deal with Hip-Hop, so you could just do an internship with an

Indie Hip-Hop label. The situation was messed up even for Indie artists. Next to the five

old men, you had lots of, and there's more on the other side, lots of young men, and

these could be independent music magazines, press people, but you had to get past them.

It was maybe a little bit easier, but you had to go past some gatekeepers. You had gatekeepers

everywhere and the only chance was to really be IN THE SYSTEM and find the next trend.

Find stuff thats "underpriced". When Puff Daddy came to Notorious B.I.G. this was early

days and Puff Daddy bought Notorious B.I.G. for less than what he sold him for to the

five old men. Underpriced areas, underpriced attention, mainly, which is a term from Gary

Vaynerchuk. (Gary Vaynerchuk: "I daytrade attention and build businesses.") Look him

up on YouTube if you want to know more. Good example is MTV. When they started and

they said OK now we make a music TV channel, a bunch of artists said OK. This is how Michael

Jackson, Prince and Madonna became the biggest stars ever.

So, 1995 world - the world was never f... up for people who understood underpriced attention.

If you found something that the five old men didn't know yet it's gonna come, if you had

a feeling for what was gonna come, you could buy it underpriced and then go from intern to biggest

business man in the world. So this was the situation in 1995, there was no f... chance for little

Marc Mozart creator to get through this wall, so...

Actually, the way I got into the system was exactly underpriced stuff, because I went

to Hamburg, where most of the German record companies were located, they said. oh it's

good pop music, but we need this thing called "dance music". And it was a little earlier

than 1995, but it was at a time, and they saw it on the charts, "holy sh..." small labels

marketed dance music, had huge dance-hits, and the big labels, they didn't even know

where to get the dance music from. They never cared for dance music, so they didn't even

know one DJ. (They were not aware of the underground network.) DJs didn't know any major labels,

they didn't need to know any, because they had small labels who were buying it underpriced

for much less than they could sell it for so the small labels gave somebody 1000 German

Marks advance and then made 10s of millions of dollars every week around the world, even

America in 1995 was buying Euro dance music from Germany. I was from the Frankfurt area

and they knew Frankfurt there was something happening, so I heard the guy in the label

say: "ah, dance music" - they wouldn't know how to and where to get it, I went home, made

some Euro dance music, went back to them and - BOOOM - katsching - got the deal. Underpriced

attention, works all the time. (You had to get to the old men to get your

content to the mainstream.) They had the power of distribution. And only the power of distribution

would reach across the wall to the consumers. Now... we are turning the world upside down.

It's a different model. It's a different world. FAGA. What's FAGA? Facebook. And Facebook

of course owns Instagram and WhatsApp. Apple! And here's a company, G - O - O - G - L - E,

Google! And Google also means Android. Amazon! Yes, Amazon. You probably heard of Amazon.

Let's look at the creator. What would you guess Nick?

(Where are the five old men?) Dead, or maybe they spend their money on hookers.

(laughter) Now, the power of course is with Facebook,

Apple, Google and Amazon, but it's a different world. Yes, we are on Facebook at the moment!

And there's no wall, and there is no old men. I press a button on my Apple iPhone or on

my Android phone. I bought it on Amazon. I can make my own app and sell it on Apple or

Google Play Store. Here's the creator, no wall, no five old men and we can just go - and

I'm doing it at the moment - on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, whatever... (So whats

the big thing that changed?) It's the internet. Of course, the creator is nothing without,

and I'm trying to draw an iPhone X. iOS or Android. (laughter) (Holy sh... your drawing

skills are on point.) Yes! Smartphone gives us access to all these things. Now, of course,

whats different now is, there's no five old men, this is you, but yeah there are, holy

sh..., lots of creators, lots of lots of creators. What makes the difference between the creators?

Well, you better be on Facebook. You put your stuff on Instagram, because the consumers

are here. (This is your audience.) This is your audience. The consumers are there, you

are the media company and the people are all here. There's no, you just go live on Facebook,

show them what you're doing and what's also a big difference, you remember, I was differentiating

between a mainstream audience and a niche audience. The five old man were always the

gatekeepers for the mainstream audience. If you do something completely outside of mainstream,

the situation has also changed because if Nick is a big fan of the smurfs, I would do

an Instagram smurf page, and every day, make pictures of his smurf collection. You show

your smurf collection and you will have fans, because there are lots of fans of smurfs out

there. When you go on Instagram, typically people that look after my stuff on Instagram,

they type in #mixing, #mixingconsole, #yourmixsucks #mymixsucks #compressor #logic #protools.

Connecting the creator and the people is so easy. You can do it in a second. Now of course

you have all these other creators and everybody who has a smartphone can be.. can not be a

creator because you still have to have a message and you have to have some talent but there's

no mainstream anymore I would say because you can do the craziest things and if you

go on YouTube, I happen to have a 10 year old daughter so I see a lot of the kids' trends.

There is this thing called "slime", anybody who has young kids maybe knows this thing

called "slime" you know where they put all kinds of substances together and create some

kind of slimy thing, recipes are all over YouTube and there is a whole lot of 10, 12,

14 year olds on Instagram that make thousands of dollars selling recipes for slime. There

is this interesting power called China, which also adds to this whole thing. Amazon gets

a lot of their products from China and they are very clever and fast, they spot trends

very early. China can manufacture anything, even on demand. If you know the next trend,

whats coming, you can promote it on Instagram, get the product from China and sell it through

Amazon. You never even have to see the product, you don't have to ship the product, you do

a Shopify website, where you do a shop for smurfs, slime, mermaids, whatever is something

you're interested in. We get interesting questions, like a really

interesting question is: "what happens if I post to much and I get on peoples nerves

on social media?" The only people who get on my nerves on social media is probably Kim

Kardashian. (laughter) And guess what, I can unfollow her on Instagram. If nobody knows

you and you're just starting out on social media, there is no chance you can get on anybody's

nerves on social media. (Many people are afraid of other people judging them for their presence

on social media. Who gives a sh...?) I would even say what you do on Social Media professionally

is similar to a resume. If you apply for a job, and the specific skill they are looking

for is out there and anybody can look it up and it's great work, that will get you any

job you want to get. Maybe not being a surgent. These are very restricted areas, maybe lawyer,

certainly doctor. A lot to the stuff that will be needed in 20 years you don't even

have Universities teaching these skills. Thats pretty much the message. I would really question

all of you. Are you on the right side of this? Are you consuming Facebook, Apple, Google,

Amazon and Chinese products or are you on the creator side. A creator can be anything.

You express yourself. You think about what you want to do. You show what you can do on

social media and then you find your people. Through hashtags, through YouTube videos,

anybody can connect with anybody on this, but you have to do your work. Me and my team

we now have 82000 followers on Facebook and you are a part of this group, thank you very

much for this. And this is why I can talk to you. I put some work in it, I built this

page, and I press the live button on my phone. Thats all there is. I hope I built some trust

with you as well. Any questions, thats the great thing you can just send me a personal

message on my Facebook page, I'm really happy to connect with you and answer any questions you might

have about that. I wish you all the best in using your smartphone on Facebook, Apple,

Google, Amazon, Instagram. (And be aware of the power you got in your pocket!)

Nick, you got it!

Vlogmas Day 1 Visiting Godzilla Show Space (Eng Sub) - Duration: 5:07.

From today

I'm thinking of starting my own Vlogmas

like other YouTubers do in this time of year.

I heard we should keep uploading

new videos everyday until 24th Dec,

Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

I don't care that much anyways.

Even though

I don't know who created this custom,

that's what YouTubers are doing.

So I'm gonna copy them.

I will make videos

related to Godzilla

or Christmas.

I'm at OIOI (Marui) in Yurakucho.

At Marui, we can make Godzilla credit cards (or prepaid cards).

If we become a member for the first time, we can also get this bag.

There's a button here.

Let's press it!

Since I forgot to eat breakfast or lunch today

I'm gonna eat at Krispy Kreme.

Reindeer, Christmas tree and Snowman.

There were also Santa donuts.

But the old hag who was in the line before me

bought all the Santa donuts. ( She got 24 donuts)

So I got these two.

Christmas tree and Reindeer!

But the main purpose of my trip

was to visit this Godzilla event,

GODZILLA SHOW SPACE.

I bought the S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 2017

at this store.

We were not allowed to film inside but

we could take pictures.

There was space for introducing

characters and illustrations of the new movie "Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters."

We could see dioramas of the legendary Godzilla.

This head was used in the meltdown scene from "Godzilla vs Destroyah".

His skin was made out of wax and so they made it melt in the heat when they were filming.

This is the script from

the very first Godzilla movie in 1954.

This is the weapon which

killed the 1954 Godzilla,

"The Oxygen Destroyer."

Here is the script from Mothra vs Godzilla and a size comparison chart.

Godzilla!

Huge!

In this area, we could

touch its back fins.

This is a fin of Millenium Godzilla.

And here is the thigh of a Godzilla suit.

So soft!

Here is a head of Radon from

1993's "Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla"

and this is a head of G-Force Mechagodzilla.

This was the model of second planned form

of Biollante.

This is the first model

of Kiryu Mechagodzilla.

There is a lot of merchandise

mixing Godzilla with Sanrio.

So cute!

Kiki & Lala.

My Melody and Kiki & Lala.

Hello Kitty.

Pom Pom Pudding.

This is a body pillow.

And this is a phone cover.

Where the hell can we use it?

That's all for today.

Thank you for watching.

PHORCYS UNDERWATER ACTIVITIES - EPISODE#44 - Duration: 11:09.

"TYMPANIC MEMBRANE RUPTURE"

Rupture of the tympanic membrane during diving is a result of bad equalization technique

or a reverse block in the middle ear.

It does not involve only beginners but experienced divers as well.

You should not necessarily expect pain, eafness or vertigo.

It can sometimes happen silently.

To establish diagnosis, perform a Valsalva maneuver,

and you will hear the whistle of the air emerging through the perforation.

POCOG and Gangwon-do Province work to solve accomodation issues and low ticket sales ... - Duration: 5:03.

With D-day inching ever closer, all those involved in preparations to host the winter

games... is working overtime to ensure the success of Korea's first Olympics in 3 decades.

A number of problems that still linger though.

Prices of accomodations and concerns over low ticket sales for starters.

Lee Ji-won updates us on these fronts and what's being done to resolve these issues.

(Standup) "There are now just over 60 days left until

the start of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics,… but despite all the efforts of the organizing

committee and the host cities... there are still some problems that need to be addressed."

Accommodation is an issue that's been brought up numerous times, as it's critical for successfully

hosting the 2018 Winter Games.

Many hotels, pensions and motels set their prices for the Olympic season at more than

double, and in some cases even quadruple, what is normally charged on an average day.

For instance, staying overnight at this pension near the PyeongChang mountain cluster, where

most of the snow events are held,... usually costs 129-thousand Korean won, or 118 U.S.

dollars.

But during the Olympic season, it's over three times that.

While it's not unusual for prices to go up around such a major global event, the absurdly

high prices have angered many for trying to rip-off visitors.

And the host province of Gangwon-do has laid out a number of measures to try to solve this

issue.

(Kor) "We are talking with accommodation providers

and persuading them to set their prices at a reasonable level.

And we've seen many of them lower their prices by more than half.

We've also set up a hotline-center that matches visitors to accommodation depending on the

price, distance and services needed."

The local government has also set up a task force to monitor price rip-offs and accommodation

that has higher rates for foreign visitors.

While there is no law stopping hotels and guest-houses from charging such prices,...

the team is pressuring such accommodation providers through tax audits and sanitation

inspections.

And to further help foreign visitors with their stay in Korea, lawmakers have also temporarily

amended the special tax treatment control law for a year.

Starting January 1st 2018,... any foreigner who stays over at Korea's tourist hotels for

under 30 days,... can reclaim the value-added tax.

(Kor) "We made the amendment in the hope of encouraging

more tourists to come to Korea next year, especially during the Olympics season.

And it's not such a loss for Korea either, as studies show that the tax returned is usually

spent in the country before the visitors leave."

Another problem is the low ticket sales.

While tickets have been on sale since February,... numerous issues, including political turmoil

and North Korea's continuous provocations,... have meant ticket sales have been very slow,

with only 212-thousand out of the target of 1-million tickets sold by September.

While the low ticket sales was a major concern,... with the games getting closer, ticket sales

have started to pick up.

(Kor) "The Olympic torch relay, K-pop concerts and

even President Moon's promotional video helped bring people's attention to the Winter Games.

And Koreans tend to buy tickets closer to the start of the games,... as seen with previous

global sporting events.

And so as of December 4th, a total of 580-thousand tickets have been sold.

That's 54-percent of the total target."

The number is in fact higher than ticket sales for the 2014 Sochi Games were at this point,...

where sales stood at 55-percent at the end of December.

And to continue promoting ticket sales, especially for less popular sports,... the organizing

committee plans to create videos that show interesting watch points for the games,...

on top of continuing cultural activities to build up the Olympic atmosphere.

Government ministries are also joining the effort,... including the Ministry of Justice,...

which, for the first time, is allowing Chinese visitors to come to Korea without a visa from

December 1st until March 31st of next year.

(English) "Chinese nationals are eligible for the temporary

visa waiver program if they have been issued a Korean visa in the last 5 years without

any immigration violations, or hold Olympic game tickets through designated travel agencies,

or have an ordinary passport for public affairs.

They can then come to Korea without a visa for 15 days."

With such joint efforts across the country,... Korea takes another step toward hosting a

successful 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

How You Can Have The Best Year Ever - Duration: 28:31.

TERRI: I read where New Year's goals, those are things that go

in one year and out the other. They say 93% of New Year's

goals go unfulfilled. Thirty percent are broken the first

week. I want to talk to you about how to move into the 7%

who achieve their goals and live their dreams.

(Music)

TERRI: Hey, I'm Terri Savelle Foy. I'm glad you're

watching Live Your Dreams today. I've prayed that

as you invest in yourself today, you're captivated

and catapulted to live your dreams. Obviously, I'm

passionate about teaching people to go after the dreams, the

goals, the vision that God's put in your heart. It blesses me to

receive testimonies from people all over the world who are truly

living their dreams no matter how big or how small they are.

I've received testimonies from people who have lost 75 pounds,

another who saved $100,000 when she didn't even get started till

she was 57 years old, another who got her realtor's license or

went on mission trips, gotten books published, paid off debts,

opened restaurants, gotten college degrees, even launched

ministries. I even got a testimony from a girl who, at 15

years old, she saved $7,000 to go on a mission trip in 11

months time. She didn't even have a full time job. She's 15

years old, saves $7,000 in 11 months time. You think about it.

You may have a credit card that you've been paying or a student

loan paying year after year after year, but this little

15-year-old girl went on a mission trip, $7,000 in 11

months. Why? Because she got crystal clear on her vision. She

got specific about it. She knew how to target her faith for

those dreams. I like to teach people the principles from the

word of God about having a dream, having a vision. God's

the one who said, "Where there is no vision, the people

perish." God also said in Habakkuk 2:2, to take the time

to write the vision and make it plain. That's what these people

are doing. They're writing their vision, they're getting specific

about it. You can hear messages like this and get excited and

think, "That's encouraging, that's cool. I'm going to do

that one day." But until you really put action behind your

faith, it's just going to be another year like last year. In

fact, I heard a story from, and I put it in my book on making

vision boards work, it was a friend of mine who said, for

years she would tell her kids, "Let's believe to God to go to

Florida on vacation." The kids like, "Yeah, yeah, let's go to

Florida." They live in Dallas, Fort Worth. Years would go by

and they never went to Florida. Finally she thought, I'm going

to do this. I'm going to get serious about my vision. She

said, "I've heard Terri talk about vision boards, I'm going

to make a vision board of Florida." She put time into

this. She put palm trees, sandy beaches. She put Disney

characters, that they would go to Disneyworld. She put the

hotel, the resort, then she did this, she counted the cost of

the trip. She went online, found out how much would it cost to

take me and my husband, and I think it was four kids, to

Orlando, Florida from Dallas Fort Worth, what would it cost.

She put the cost on there. What would the hotel cost? What would

Disneyworld cost? She put all this time and effort into this

vision board, added up the cost and then put it before her eyes.

Well, when the kids saw, "That's what Florida means? When you say

we're going to Florida, that's what you're talking about?"

Well, they got excited. Well, she thought, "That's not enough.

I can't just put this in my closet or in the laundry room.

The kids are never going to see it. Nobody is going to be using

their faith board." She said, "I've got to put this in a

prominent place where everybody sees it." She put it at the

front door. Every day when the kids go out to school, they see

the vision. When they come home from school, they see the

vision. Well, they started using the words of their mouth

speaking to that vision. The Bible says, "We serve a God who

gives life to the dead and he speaks of non-existent things as

if they already exist." They started speaking to the vision.

Well then, she thought, "I need to kick it up a notch." She went

and got a little box and put "vacation fund" on the box. She

got this little table, put it under the vision board, so every

day the kids see the vision and then they're targeting their

faith, believe in God for the finances. Well, the kids were so

excited. They're using their faith for this vision. When they

got birthday money, when they were blessed with money, when

they made money, they'd put it in the vacation fund. When

people would come by and visit, they give to the vacation fund.

For me, example, I would see it and say, "Vision? I got to give

to vision." I'd put money in the box. Do you know this single

income family of six or seven, went to Orlando, Florida

absolutely paid for, paid cash for the whole trip. That's the

power of having a vision and keeping it before your eyes.

This is from the word of God. God shows us in his word that we

become what we behold. That whatever you keep before your

eyes, it will eventually show up in your life. What are you

beholding? What are you looking at on a day-in, day-out basis? I

like to teach people about having vision boards and getting

serious about it, but the opposite is true. I'm convinced,

if you see nothing, you can expect nothing. This year will

be an exact repeat of last year if you don't have a vision, if

you don't have goals before your eyes. You might say, "Well,

Terri, what is it about a vision board?" A vision board doesn't

make your dreams just magically appear but it's what the clarity

and the realization of the dream does to you that makes it come

to pass. I've heard the late Kenneth Hagin. He said he would

see people praying at the altar and he'd gently tap them on the

shoulder and he'd say, "Sweetheart, what are you

praying about?" He said so many times people would say, "Oh,

nothing in particular." He said, "Then that's exactly what you're

going to get, nothing in particular." I don't know about

you but if the Lord ask me today, "Terri, what are you

praying about?" I'd say, "Lord, here it is. Here's my faith in

action. This is exactly what I'm praying about." I think the Lord

wants to see your faith. He wants to see exactly what you're

believing for. The success world, movie stars, celebrities,

athletes, CEOs, they practice this. In fact, I read a story

about Arnold Schwarzenegger. When he was just a young

Austrian, a teenager in Austria, he said he decorated his bedroom

wall right next to his bed, there was this big wall he

decorated with pictures. He said, "I hung up pictures of

strong men, body builders, wrestlers, and boxers. I was

driven to think big, to dream big." He said, "Everyone else

thought I was crazy." He said, "But what you do is create a

vision of who you want to be and then live into that picture as

if it were already true." Of course, he achieved his dream of

becoming Mr. Universe, I don't know how many times, but he

started with a vision of where he wanted to go, where he wanted

to be. You might even ask, "How do you start? I don't even know

how to get started. I don't even know what my dreams are." In

fact, I had a friend who, she started hosting vision board

parties and using our materials to teach women to dream, she

said, "The biggest challenge she faced was people said, "I don't

even know what my dreams are. I don't even know where to start."

One of the ways I would say to get started, get in touch with

your dreams, I love this story I heard about Will Smith, the

actor. Someone was visiting his house one day and when they

walked in his house, he had this big glass wall with all these

little index cards, like 150 index cards all over the wall.

They asked him, they said, "What is that?" He said, "Well that's

my next movie I'm working on." He said, "You know, every good

movie has ups and downs, good characters, bad characters,

conflicts, victory." He said, "I just move these cards around

until I get it the way I want it." The friend said, "That

looks so confusing." He said, "How do you even know where to

start?" Will Smith said, "That's the easy part." He said, "You

always start with the final scene. You decide how you want

it to end and then you work towards it." Well, it's the same

in your vision, with your dreams, with your goals. You

decide, "How do I want it to end? How do it want the next 12

months of my life to end?" God's the one who said he declares the

end from the beginning. That's what you need to do. How do you

want this year to end? How do you want the next 12 months of

your life to wrap up? In fact, I always tell people, this is one

of the best ways I know to get in touch with your goals and

your dreams this year. Imagine it's December 31 of this year.

It's New Year's eve, you got your party hat on, you're

celebrating with your friends, and you look back over the year

and you say, "This has been the most amazing year of my life."

Now, what needs to happen for you to say something like that?

What needs to happen for you to say, "This has been the greatest

year of my life?" What does that mean? Does that mean that you

paid off your debts? Does that mean you lost 15 pounds? Does

that mean your marriage was restored? Does that mean you got

a promotion in the company? Maybe you finished a manuscript

you've been saying you're going to write for years. What needs

to happen for you to say, "This has been the greatest year of my

life?" You project forward and then you work backwards. You

start working towards that dream. The most successful

people in the world, they grab a pen, Texas size

preferably. They write their dreams and goals. I heard a

story about a guy who, his dream was to be a UFC champion. His

name was John "The Bones" Jones. He said he would sign his

autograph on his pictures as the UFC champ in 2011. Now, he did

this in 2009, 2010. He would sign his name as the champion in

2011. People would even say to him, "How do you have the nerve,

the audacity, to sign your name as a champ?" He said, "You know

what? Every time I write it, I believe it even more." Do you

know John "The Bones" Jones? He became the youngest champion in

UFC history in May of 2011. There's power in the pen, power

in writing your vision. Take the time. Don't let this just be

exactly like last year. After you design your vision board and

you take the time to write your dreams, it's vitally important

that you keep the images before your eyes. This is not something

you do, January 1, put it in a closet somewhere, and then on

December 31, you'd get it out to see if anything just happened.

No, here's the principle. Your life moves toward the dominating

images you keep before your eyes. I'll repeat that. Your

life moves toward the dominating images you keep before your

eyes. The keywords are, "that you keep before your eyes", you

become what you behold. Now, when we come back, I want to

challenge you because some people say, "Well, I've done

that but what do I do once the board is up? I've

taken the time to write my dreams. I've given myself

permission to dream, I'm dreaming outside the realm of

possibility, but now what? What do I do while I'm waiting? What

do I do while the board's just hanging on the wall? I want to

answer that question when we come back. Watch this.

TERRI: Hey, I'm glad you're watching today.

We're talking about the power of having a vision and even

creating a vision board to live your dreams. I remember as a kid

growing up, I'll go into my dad's office and I would see all

these little model airplanes all over his office, all over his

desk, and I thought, "Dad just likes toys." But do you know

what? That was vision. Those were his visions for his

airplanes. As a result, he has owned every airplane that he had

a little model of on his desk. That was no different than

creating a vision board to get clear about the dreams and the

goals that God's put in your life. I've watched TV shows

where people talked about vision boards and success coaches talk

about it. I thought, "You know what? If they're getting

results, what would happen for me if I did the same thing and

knowing that this comes from the word of God, I bet I'd get

results." I started doing that, just giving myself permission to

dream, and everything I begin to write down and keep before my

eyes, it began happening. I've shared this all over the world,

and I've gotten testimonies from people achieving their dreams of

seeing their greeting cards in bookstores or marriages

restored, or, I remember a church in England. They said for

years they were believing for TV equipment. Finally, they heard

me teach on this, on getting specific what you're believing

for, don't you say we're playing for TV equipment. What kind of

equipment? Vague goals produce vague results. They did the

homework. They researched the equipment they needed. They

found out how much it cost. They put the vision on a vision

board, in their church, in their offices. You know what? A TV

station around the corner called in and said, "We're going out of

business. We're leaving. Do you want some of this equipment?"

They got every single thing that was on the vision board. I

received this testimony, I thought this was so powerful. It

was about a lady who said, "You know, after listening to our

teachings, she was inspired to start a dream party, which I

then put in my book, how to host a vision board party? She said

she was getting everybody in her church excited about their

vision boards and getting clear on their dreams and goals. She

said, since it was established, we have had some great

testimonies. But I believe the most powerful one is the most

recent one about my nephew, Andrei. She said Andrei had been

waiting for a new kidney for over 10 years because both of

his kidneys have failed. She said Andrei's mom created a

dream board and put a picture of Andrei with a picture of a new

kidney based on what he had drawn for her. She kept the

dream of her son receiving his new kidney before her eyes

consistently. Your life moves toward the dominating images you

keep before your eyes. Every day, that new kidney was before

her eyes. She said, "And guess what? After 10 years of waiting

but only 4 months of keeping that dream before her eyes,

Andrei received his brand new kidney. Isn't that awesome? I

love that. See God is no respecter of persons. He just

wants us to do what he said to do. You've heard stories of Ms.

Dodie Osteen, how when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

She said when she looked in the mirror, she saw death, she saw

this weak, frail. deteriorating body. She said, "I knew I've got

to change what I see if I'm going to get victory over

cancer." She did, basically, the same thing. She said, "I covered

my wall with pictures of me before the cancer where she was

healthy and alive and full of energy. She said, "I'd put them

all over the refrigerator door. She said, "I'd put them in all

the picture frames in the house." She said, "I had to

surround myself with what could be not what it was." That's what

you're doing. When you create a vision board, you're surrounding

yourself with what can be not just what is. That's the power

of vision. So many times, when you visit someone at their

house, you see all these pictures of the past. The

graduation, the wedding, the birth of the baby, and that's

great. But hey, try framing your future. Get a frame, get a

vision board, and start framing where you want your life to go.

Of course, you have to visualize. You have to see it on

the inside first before it ever shows up on the outside. But

then, when you start adding images, then you're seeing it on

the outside and it just looks more real. It causes that dream

to come alive on the inside of you. You become more determined

than ever to see that dream fulfilled. I want to challenge

you to do the same thing. What do you do once the vision board

is up? What do you while you're waiting for that dream? Do you

know that the most powerful weapon that God has given you is

your mouth? This is the most powerful weapon you have to see

your dreams achieved. You can't just sit around and wait and

wish. You have to use your words to live your dreams. This comes

from the word of God. God's the one who said in Romans 4:17, "We

serve a God who gives life to the dead and he speaks of

non-existent things as if they already exist." What's coming

out of your mouth has everything to do with what you're

experiencing. Think about that. What's coming our of your mouth

has everything to do with what you're experiencing. Your words

are a tool to help you achieve your dreams. I've read stories

of people, successful people, celebrities who have actually

used their words to not only produce defeat but in some cases

even death. I remember hearing a story about John Lennon of the

Beatles. He was asked in an interview one time, do you ever

plan to leave show business? He said, "Oh, unless I get shot or

something." In a different interview, he said, "I'll

probably be murdered by a mad man," and he was. You may not be

speaking words of death, I hope you're not, but are you speaking

negative things? Are you saying things like, "I'll never get out

of debt. This marriage will never improve. No matter what I

do, I can't lose weight." You know as well as I do that the

Bible says, we are snared by the words of our mouth. We know a

snare is nothing more than a trap. When we speak these

negative words, we are trapped by our words. We're trapping

ourselves into the very thing we don't want to happen. If you're

saying things like, "I'll be the last one to get promoted." You

just rapped yourself into being the last one to get promoted.

Or, "I just have a slow metabolism, it runs in my

family." Yo just trapped yourself into always having a

slow metabolism. Or, "At this rate, seriously, we will be in

debt until we die." Okay, you will be in debt until you die.

You've heard of the Miranda rights, "Everything you say can

and will be sued against you"? It's true. Our words are so

powerful. I love what Joel Osteen says, "Don't use your

words to describe your life. Use your words to change your life."

That's what you have to do. When you create a vision board, start

speaking to those dreams, start giving them life with the words

of your mouth. I love what Joyce Mayer said, she heard the Lord

told her one time, "Joyce, it's not enough to stop saying the

wrong thing, you have to start saying the right thing." It's a

two-step formula. Number one, stop speaking negative words.

Number two, start speaking positive words. That takes a

pro-active approach doesn't it? It doesn't just come natural to

start speaking life to your dreams. But, one of the greatest

things you can do to see the images on your vision board come

to life, start speaking them out of your mouth. Start calling

things to be not as though they already are. Matthew 12:34, it

says, "Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks."

You might think that your dreams will never come to pass but

don't speak it. Just make it a part of your daily routine. When

I discovered years ago that the secret of your future is in your

daily routine, then I said, "You know what? I could do this every

day. I could do this before I run out the door to go to work."

I made a vision board, I hang it in a place where I'm going to

see it every day, which as important because out of sight,

out of mind. You know what? It's simple to go on there every day,

start giving life to my dreams, speaking them out loud and then

I just say, "Thank you, Jesus." I act as if it's already done. I

want to challenge you to do the same thing. I put in my book a

list of positive declarations to speak out of your mouth. You can

use mine as a cheat sheet if you want. It's one thing to speak

those positive declarations but also speaking God's word out of

your mouth. There is nothing more powerful than speaking the

word of God out of your mouth. I put some of my favorite

scriptures in here like 2nd Chronicles. It says, "I will be

strong and not give up for my work will be rewarded." God is

giving me the desires of my heart and making all my plans

succeed. I delight myself in the Lord and he will give me the

desires of my heart. What about this one? I will not throw away

my confidence for it will be richly rewarded. When you start

speaking God's word out of your mouth, you have gotten the ear

of God. I speak the word of God but I also speak to my dreams. I

want to challenge to do the same thing. Don't just complain about

things that aren't happening. Don't just wish things would

change. Start giving life to your dreams by speaking them out

of your mouth. I want you to get this special bundle that we've

put together. I wish I could share more with you today but

this is my book, "Dream It, Pin it, Live It: Make vision boards

work for you". I've answered questions in here like, "What do

you do once the board is up? Where do you put the board? What

do you do while you're waiting?" I'll teach you how to grow on

the inside, how to develop that successful mindset, that

abundance mindset, where you just expect the favor of God.

You expect God to open up opportunities for you to live

your dreams. I'll talk about even how to host a vision board

party. We have churches all over the world who are getting the

vision board kits. They're reaching their team members how

to get serious about their dreams and goals. Everybody on

my team has a vision board. Is it a coincidence our dreams keep

happening? No. Because whatever you keep before your eyes, it

will eventually show up in your life. There's testimonies in

here that I know will encourage you. People who've gotten out of

debt, people who've seen marriages restored, people

who've opened up their own businesses like fitness centers,

day cares, gotten their realtor's license. I remember, a

story about a lady who drove a bus for 31 years. Nothing wrong

with driving a bus, but one day she just felt like, "God has

something else for me". At 57 years old, she started making a

vision board, getting serious about her dreams. Today, she's a

realtor in Vail, Colorado. It might be time for you to take a

new job, to realize that God has something more for you. I want

to challenge you to get this special offer, "Dream it, Pin

It, Live It", and then listen to the audios. Listen to them over

and over and over. The Bible says, "Faith comes by hearing."

When you get into that routine of just push and play, hearing

the word, faith is going to come. Maybe it's time for you to

fill up with God's plan for your live. Stop settling for average.

One time the Lord said to me, "Terri, don't be average and

your life won't be average." Up until that time, everything

about my life was average. My routine was average, my salary

was average, my dreams were average. I really didn't have

any dreams. But the Lord said to me, don't be

average and your life won't be average. I remember I had to

make some changes so I went online, and I remember I bought

$60 worth of resources, books and audios. When they rang it

up, I was like, "I can't believe I just spent $60 bucks on books

and audios." Then I thought, "I would easily spend that on

clothing. This is my future we're talking about." Do you

know, the most valuable thing in my house today is my books and

audios because that's what taught me how to go from being

average to being above average. That's what taught me how to go

from having an ordinary life to having an extraordinary life.

God will do the same for you, as long as you just have to make an

investment in your self, an investment in your future.

That's why we've put these resources together, we

discounted the price so that you can start living your dreams. Of

course, the workbook, this is going to teach you the right way

to set goals. I was talking about how 93% of people who set

goals, they go unfulfilled. They'll still teach how to get

into that 7% category who live their dreams. I don't want you

to delay. In fact, they say when you get inspired to do

something, if you don't do something about it within 24

hours, chances are, you never will. If God's speaking to you

today, then get these resources and I want you to send me your

testimony of living your dreams. We're here to cheer you on. I

always tell people, "Don't look at the years you've lost. Let's

look at the years you've got left, because God wants to use

you. He wants to favor your. He wants to promote you. But I

believe he has challenged you. Kick I up a notch. Go from

average to extraordinary. Don't let this year just be another

repeat of all the other years. It's time for you to go the

extra mile. I want to thank you so much for watching us, be sure

to follow us Instagram, Facebook and Twitter so we can keep you

How to create a WET GROUND SURFACE | Vray 3.6 for Sketchup - Duration: 6:00.

What's happening ladies and gentlemen,

this is Minh from Architecture Inspirations.

Today I'm going to show you

how to create a wet ground surface

in Vray 3.6 for Sketchup.

Let's get started.

To create this effect,

we are going to need two materials,

one is the ground material

and the other is the water material.

For the ground material,

I'm going to use this Asphalt material here

in the built-in vray material library

and drag it over here to add it to the model.

Now let's create a water material

by clicking here to add a Generic material,

then rename it to Water.

Let's expand the advanced settings

and set the diffuse color to black,

the reflection color to white,

and the refraction color also to white.

Next, create a blend material,

and we will name this Wet Ground.

I'm going to use this asphalt material as the base.

And now let's close this out,

and create a 25' by 25' square,

remember to reverse the face

so the front face is point upward.

then apply this Wet Ground material

to the surface we just created

Now start the interactive render to see how it looks.

It seems like the scale is a little too small

so use Sketchup material editor

and increase the size here.

There we go, that's better

Let's move closer to see more details.

Now go for the Coat of the blend material,

we are going to set that

as the Water material we created.

You can see that the water

is on top of our asphalt surface.

Water is supposed to be quite reflective

but you can't see any reflection here,

this is due to the sunlight settings.

So I'm going to add a dome light.

And turn off the sunlight

and also increase the intensity of the dome light a little.

There we go, but.. it looks like a mirror.

To fix that, let's add a blend texture.

Any texture that goes here will control how the coat

is blended to the base material

For example a checker texture

would result in this image.

Any white areas in the blend texture

will make the coat visible,

while the black areas will mask away the material,

making it invisible.

Obviously this is not what we want,

what we want is the Noise B texture here.

For the settings of this texture,

first, change the Type to Fractal

and change the low to 0.55

and the high to 0.6 on the levels

You can see that it's starting to look like water spots

on the top of the asphalt.

But if you look closely,

you can see the seams at the edges of the texture.

To fix this, go down and turn on Use 3D Mapping.

This will get rid of the seams

but also make the texture smaller,

so you can increase the size here.

And I will also increase the iterations here

to increase the level of detail.

It's actually a little too reflective

so we need to change the color B

to more of a gray color.

There we go.

What we are going to do next

is add a bump map to the water material.

So let's go to our water material,

and scroll down to Maps,

turn on Bump Map,

and click here to add a texture.

We are going to use the Noise A texture

and again, set it to 3D Mapping,

then set the frequency to 1

and the Amplitude to 0.05.

You can even adjust this bump map further

with this amount here.

Now that looks good,

but the edges of the water spots look a little unrealistic,

let's fix this by adding more texture to the edges.

We can do that by adding another bump map.

But since the water material already has a bump map,

if we want to add another one,

this is what we need to do.

First, create a Bump Material

and name it Water + Bump.

Then let's set our Water material as the base

and we are going to add a bump here.

Before we do that,

let's go back to our Wet Ground material

and set the coat to the new Water + Bump.

If you remember,

this blend map is what controls our water spots,

let's right click it, copy it,

and go over to the Water + Bump

to paste a copy as the bump map.

You can see that this added textures

around the edges of the water spots.

However, the water is protruding upward,

and that's not what we want.

So go into the bump map,

and go down to color manipulation

and invert the texture.

There we go,

now the water spots look like small ponds of water

on our asphalt ground.

You can also reduce the amount with this slider here.

And there you go,

that's how you create a wet ground surface

in Vray 3.6 for Sketchup.

A cool thing about this blend and bump material

is that you can swap out the base and coat

for anything you like.

Let's say I don't want the asphalt material

but I want this soil material,

then just add it to the materials list,

and set the base to our new material

and bamm there you go.

You should definitely experiment more with

this blend and bump materials

because they are very powerful tools

which you can use to create very complex materials

like snow, or snowy grass, and so on.

When you create a material you like,

you can always save it for later using this button here,

and then use this button to import it into another model.

Well that's all for today guys,

leave a like if you found this video helpful

and comment below if want me to do more videos

on creating materials like this.

Stay inspired guys, and I'll see you,

Next time.

UCLA - Story of SMOKE ON THE WATER by DEEP PURPLE - Duration: 3:02.

Oh sometimes, it's a completely banal story that could inspire a song.

Look!

Deep Purple with ...

Back in 72 and it's on the album "Machine Head"

The title of the disc has absolutely no relation with the group of the same name.

In addition to being one of the biggest hits of this British group,

This is one of the famous guitar riffs in Rock.

Ritchie Blackmore, the guitarist,

He compares efficiency and the simplicity of his riff

with Beethoven's 5th symphony!

[* Sample *]

And it's a riff that sound really far

How ???

Because the same year, Deep Purple gets the group record that

plays the strongest in the world

with 117 dB.

Distinction that they will defend on tour in Asia,

from which is drawn the famous live "Made in Japan", released the same year.

Japan, by the way ... I'm wondering what they had to eat on the spot ...

I remember that at Vieilles Charrues

the guys shunned the catering,

when they passed in 2005,

to go eat at Mc Do!

Mcdonalds...

Deep Purple ...

Central Brittany ...?!

To record their new album,

Deep Purple chooses Montreux Casino.

The objective ...

It's to use the mobile studio of the Stones

to capture the atmosphere of a concert ...

without it being one!

Except that the day before, in this casino

and during Frank Zappa's concert

a spectator fires a distress flare

in the ceiling!

Result:

with its rattan coating,

the room burns completely!

Oh yes !

Is not Rammstein who wants!

Why "Smoke on the Water"?

The "smoke on the water" ...

Well, just

because the casino is located near Lake Geneva

and also because it's the first sentence that

comes to the bass player the next day by waking up.

Moreover, the bassist remembers very well

that the room exploded like an atomic mushroom.

The group that was there,

still put 44 years to be able to return to the scene.

Without a studio, the musicians fell back on a room in the city center ...

But they got fired after 24 hours for night fuss.

The only thing that will be recorded that day,

it's an improvisation to adjust the instruments.

The album ...

It will still be saved a little later

at the Alps Grand Hotel.

It is an old palace which is located in a village nearby.

That's where Deep Purple's manager arrives ...

"Guys, I have a bad AND a bad new !"

The 1st:it is missing 7 min. to this album.

The 2nd:we leave in 24h ...

The group is listening to the famous improvisation from the 1st recording

and decides that it will serve as a basis for the future "Smoke on the Water".

And so ended the recording the most chaotic of the group ...

JUST LIKE HOLLYWOOD | NICO ROSBERG | BEHIND THE SCENES - DEUTSCHE BAHN - Duration: 2:06.

At the beginning, when Deutsche Bahn came forward and asked if I was interested I wasn't sure about it.

Because it's a public undertaking I was skeptical at first but now that I got to know them better

I saw that they're very youthful, very dynamic and also brave in what they do.

That I found really impressive.

Right now I'm in the middle of Berlin where it's our second day of filming.

We just filmed some of the car action which I enjoyed a lot because it's a really cool car.

Apart from that it's always a small challenge to get the acting part right.

Definitely the biggest movie production that I've experienced so far and I've seen a lot in recent years.

So really really cool to be part of that and I'm very impressed.
