Best Replays of the Week International #63 - Duration: 13:55.

Hello, I'm Luke Kneller and welcome to Best Replays of the Week.

In this episode we have:

a Wall of Soviet Steel,

an Easy Eight in a hard fight,

and Raphtorne being unleashed onto Fisherman's Bay.

Let's find out what that means.

Let's start by putting Soviet Steel to the test,

as Nemanja89 takes an IS-7 over to El Halluf.

The battle is an Encounter on an American server,

with four top tier machines on each side.

Nemanja gets off to a strong start,

with the opening shot scoring the first kill of the match.

But the Reds seem to have a strong position in here in the North-West,

and one of them even manages to dent the armour.

Nemanja drives around to the side to casually wreck a couple of autoloaders,

before returning to the main fight.

That Centurion is one of those rival tier 10s.

Taking it out early is a priority, as it will make things a lot easier.

An Indien Panzer isn't much of a threat,

just another obstacle to be brushed aside.

This Emil won't go down with a single shot,

but a high speed ram should be enough to finish the job.

This is going almost too well for a Steel Wall, isn't it?

Shells keep pinging off the IS, for sure,

but the theme seems to be Nemanja owning everything that comes into sight.

Huh, here's another tier ten.

This time it's a dangerous foe, especially when backed up by a Skorpion G.

But somebody else can finish it off

as Nemanja is more interested in dealing with the Skorpion.

Now it's a wreck, its carcass makes for a handy shield.

Forward, ho!

A damaged gun adds to the challenge,

but our Steel Wall lands their shots regardless. No problem.

Time to forget clever tactics and charge, forwards!

Pfft, it's not like they can stop an unkillable tank anyway.

The Reds give it their best try,

but we already know how this will go down, don't we?

And indeed, once Nemanja gets into melee range,

the squishy Borsig might as well just give up.

That was almost too easy.

9k, both blocked and dished out, and with a respectable seven kills.

It's too bad the opponents ran out, as the IS-7 was still fit for battle.

Well played, Nemanja!

Confederate

This week's Confederate is jaeckefa from the EU region

who drives out onto the Arctic Region, armed with a T25 Pilot Number 1.

This lovechild of a Pershing and a T20

excels in mobility, gun handling and rate of fire,

at the expense of pretty much everything else.

In theory those traits should make it an excellent Confederate.

Let's see how it performs as a bottom tiered tank.

The first clash goes well,

in part because jaeckefa has stocked up on APCR shells,

and otherwise because jaeckefa is just plain awesome.

Fancy ammunition or not, the gun won't punch through an E 75's glacis.

Captain America needs to find softer targets.

Like a Skorpion G, perhaps?

I guess not. After just a single shot,

a rival T25 punctures the fuel tank,

and a Jagdpanther II kills the radio operator. Mission abort!

Time to play it safe.

jaeckefa pokes around pinpricking a Tortoise, then harassing several Tds.

That Object 252U is a hard nut to crack,

but ah ha, its TD buddy, is made of softer stuff.

The Object may be tough, but it has an Achilles heel…

It didn't look like jaeckefa hit the turret ring,

but the opponent's gun is frozen in place.

Rage quit, maybe?

I like to think so, but who can know for sure?

Now it's time to play with everyone's favourite class,

as a couple of artillery pieces receive some long range love and attention.

The Jagdpanther from before wants to start something,

but it really shouldn't have.

Arty time again, hello!

Yet another TD charges into its death, what's going on today?

Well that brings the enemies down to two and that Tortoise has seen better days.

After a spot of hesitation, jaeckefa decides 'to hell with it',

and will take it out the old fashioned way.

Right, the last opponent is a massive artillery piece. Easy peasy.

jaeckefa lands two shots,

but… gets taken out in return. Oh.

Well, the game has turned into a two-on-one artillery fight,

which luckily doesn't last for long. gg.

Nicely played, jaeckefa.

That was a great showing for a bottom tier medium tank.

Although being the last tank alive, then dying isn't a usual Confederate carry.

Sniper

Our Sniper of the week is Raphtorne_Unleashed,

demonstrating the accuracy of the Rheinmetall Skorpion G.

The map is Fisherman's Bay, with the Skorpion in the middle of the list.

Our Sniper spends some time looking for a suitable vantage point,

ready to snipe foes at 450 meters.

This position is only good for another two shots

before it's time to find a new one.

Hitting from more than half a click away? Not a problem.

Penetrating? A bit more of one…

APCR fixes that though.

Rapthorne is a true Sniper, not pulling the trigger unless it's good.

But at this range, a lot can go wrong...

The distance drops down to 400 meters so regular AP is what's needed.

No need to be wasteful!

Concerningly, the Reds are three points in the lead.

This would be a good time to start notching up some kills.

Rapthorne chambers the last APCR round, tracking several targets.

Again, holding fire until the hit is all but guaranteed.

Opportunity arrives to take out an SPG,

but there's no time to swap ammunition.

So be it.

Regular AP makes this a bit more challenging.

Then again, the ST-I is closer this time,

and our Sniper knows exactly where to place the shot.

That evens out the score. It's time to go hunting the remaining ones.

Boom, head shot!

The next target is in the City.

Our Sniper would prefer to engage from long range,

but that's not on the cards here.

Peek-a-boom will have to do.

Just two T28 variants to go now.

The first clash is a little ugly,

but our Sniper can afford to burn some hit points at this stage of the game.

The premium version gets a shot in as well.

And then another.

But it doesn't matter. The Skorpion soaks up the damage,

finishing the game with a Top Gun kill.

That was quite a show.

Raphtorne_Unleashed picked each long range shot like a true Sniper.

It clearly works, as we can see from the 16/16 accuracy.

Top Gun

Let's follow deadeye precision,

with some full on mayhem on the Asian server.

Our champion is azmania3000, in command of an Strv m/42-57 Alt A.2.

The battleground, as you can see, is Sand River.

Here we go. Azmania drives to the top of a sand dune, and opens fire.

The results are a little underwhelming at first,

but the second volley begins to show promise.

The Swedish autoloader keeps up a steady drumbeat,

bringing in the second kill before long.

With impeccable timing, the next victim comes into view

as soon as the reload is done. Noice.

The rest of the team aren't doing so great,

but that's how you get to be Top Gun.

A rival Strv goes down with an exchange of shots,

but Azmania will have to watch those hitpoints.

"Stop it"

"Seriously."

"Help me!"

Phew, luckily the last ally comes to the rescue of our Top Gun

or this would've been over

as there's six Reds to kill and only 77 hit points remaining…

That's one.

Azmania dodges SPGs who give it their best but can't even splash our Top Gun.

That's two, four to go.

A SAu 40 gets the drop on us but RNGesus is not with them

and Azmania turns it around.

Here's the last TD, but what about those pesky arty?

Probably best to deal with them first.

The Bishop makes things nice and easy.

But before the second one can be found, Churchill Gun Carrier comes into view.

Azmania unloads the rest of the magazine into the TD,

before intelligently disengaging and resuming the Arty hunt.

There it is, and although one shot misses, the Grille is still doomed.

That Gun Carrier does manage to get a shot off,

but when it misses, it is known that the game is over. gg.

Not bad at all. Ten kills, respectable damage for the tier,

a one-versus-six endgame,

and although an ally had to save the day early on,

it was still a solid Top Gun performance. By Azmania.

Crucial Contribution

And now it's time for the episode finale,

a Crucial Contribution from the American servers.

Our champion is Spiritus_Vitae,

who commands an Easy Eight at the Siegfried Line.

The tier six Sherman is a nice medium tank,

but how much can it do against tier eights?

Only fools rush in, especially bottom tier fools,

so Spiritus creates a bit of cover, and waits for customers.

First up, a Strv.

A cautious duel goes on for a while

until our hero shows the spirit of life and heads into town.

Ah an O-Ni!

Now, beating this piñata would be fun, but a T32 spoils the game.

Spiritus drills another hole into the Strv,

before driving off to try to ambush the big American.

Look at this.

A few well-aimed shots are enough to doom the powerful heavy tank.

The Swedish machine tries to resume the duel,

but Spiritus isn't interested and drives away into town.

Instead the E8 takes the fight to more enemy heavies. With good results.

The VK wants to avenge its fallen comrades,

but this is a fight it's not going to win.

Now it seems the town is eerily quiet,

with the remaining combatants dispersed to the outer edges.

This mighty Ferdinand was too slow

and takes a few shots through its side for it.

Afterwards Spiritius_Vitae even manages to put a T26E5 down for the count.

So that's why the Ferdi was looking the other way—it's dealing with a Comet.

Well, it just became the meat in an allied sandwich.

Damn, the teammate is done for, but their sacrifice wasn't in vain.

Once again it has come down to this.

One surviving tank, against a pair of self-propelled guns.

The Hummel is soon found, and quickly disposed of.

But the American SPG tries to be clever,

however only manages to make itself an easier kill. It's over.

What can I say?

Impressive work from a bottom tier med.

Lehvaslaiho's medals are rare for a good reason.

That's all for this episode.

No Maus this week, that was the biggest surprise for me.

Anyway, I'm Luke Kneller.

Thanks for watching and I'll see you next time.

How often should you change your interdental brush? - Duration: 3:45.

The daily use of interdental brushes to clean between your teeth eliminates bad breath,

keeps your mouth healthy and gives you a beautiful smile.

Hi it's Nora and In this video, I'll tell you how often you should change your interdental

brushes, and share the secret to making an effective dental regime part of your daily

life.

How often should you clean your teeth with interdental brushes?

As an experienced dental hygienist, I tell my patients to use an interdental brush to

clean between their teeth once a day in the evening before using a toothbrush.

By doing your interdental clean before bed, it removes all of the food residue that has

built up over the day.

If left overnight, this food residue will turn into plaque, and then if you forget to

do it the next morning, or even the next day, it will mix with saliva and turn into harmful

tartar.

This stuff needs to be scraped off by your dentist and can lead to more serious oral

health conditions such as gum disease and cavities.

Not to mention bad breath!

If you can do it once a day, you'll keep your teeth and gums healthy, and have fresh breath

to boot.

Here comes my first EXPERT TIP: 60% of the bacteria in your mouth

live on your tongue.

Use a tongue scraper to clean your tongue twice a day before brushing your teeth with

a toothbrush.

Studies have shown that using a tongue scraper to clean your tongue reduces bacteria production

by 75%, compared with 45% when using a toothbrush to clean it.

So How often should you change your interdental brush?

An interdental brush can be used until the bristles are worn and out of shape.

However, I really don't recommend this.

For the best cleaning results, you want the brush to be in perfect shape and the bristles

to be intact enough to clean all those hard to reach places.

So, I tell my patients to change their brush once a week.

You don't want all that teeth cleaning diligence to be let down by a worn out brush, right?

EXPERT TIP # 2: Clean your interdental brush with water after every use.

This removes any food residue or bacteria they may be left on it, and helps keep the

bristles in the best shape.

The secret is persistence... and Biteaway

By now you are probably used to using interdental brushes to clean between your teeth.

If you're just starting out, keep at it.

If you can be persistent and practice using your interdental brush for just 5 minutes

a day, it will soon come naturally to you and fit in easily to your daily teeth cleaning

routine.

I recommend practicing in front of the mirror in privacy!

Do you sometimes forget to buy your interdental brushes and end up not being able to clean

the food residue and plaque from between your teeth?

Well, what if you could get your brushes delivered right to your door, every month, so you'll

never forget again?

Biteaway's monthly subscription gives you a 30-day supply of Swiss-made, custom fit

interdental brushes so you can keep your mouth healthy, your breath fresh and your smile

beautiful.

Make remembering to clean between your teeth easier...

TEASER 2: RAFFLES MODEL UNITED NATIONS 2017 (SUBTITLES ENABLED) - Duration: 8:19.

Secretary-General,

I am pleased to guide you through the live footage today.

Our drone has just reached the enemy backlines

and we are currently waiting on orders at the entrance of Block A.

We have identified a heat source down that corridor

which we suspect might be the target

But Sir,

may I ask

Why is this operation so important?

Why is the asset so valuable?

Well you see,

the asset holds a very special folder

which our previous sleeper agent

sacrificed his life to attain.

Before we lost contact with Agent WG,

he sent us a code saying that our target

now holds the instructions to the secret folder

that he hid within locker 48

We believe that he now holds the critical data we need to prove

the crimes of these people

Indeed,

After so many lives lost,

we have finally received this blessing.

where our only shot at this lies with the target

Look at all these propaganda,

who knows how many innocent delegates

they have corrupted

Delegates who can't think for themselves

delegates indoctrinated to obey and not question

Only we can overcome this dystopia and with the blueprints for RMUN

we will shape our own legacy.

Sir,

I think we've found him.

Target confirmed.

We'd send in an extraction team up the stairwell immediately.

We'd get him out of here before they seize him.

Well well well

What do we have here?

You couldn't possibly have thought that a little delegate like yourself

could have made much of a difference

Or did you really?

I'm going to give you one last chance

Better start speaking

Otherwise I will blow your brains out!

I really will!

You really think that you can get out of here is it?

Tell us what your mission was

What do you think you can achieve from all this

No

I'm alone

The delegates will find out

And things will change

You will see that

Oh really?

Your optimism amuses me

Yah, you better be scared

Recognise this?

I do think I have to thank you for your little rebellious attempt

Because I know that your MUN friends

will die

He's all yours now

Make him see

Listen to the Establishment.

The Establishment knows best.

Target located.

Command Centre, we have a mission to execute

Yes,

Now, two of you will follow me while we break in

two of you stay here on course.

Recruits, all in command, let's go!

Yes Sir!

Two of you secure the perimenter

Recruit, follow me

Clear.

Clear.

Found him

Wait! Who is it!

Okay all of you

Get him to safety

Freeze!

It's too late

It's okay, Boss.

We got the documents and the hostage is secured.

I'd go check on him now

You're awake

You've been asleep for a few days

I'd like to thank you for helping us secure the documents

And inform you that the leader of the Establishment is dead

Also, the President of the Revolution will like to speak to you

Hello?

Delegate,

We hope you're feeling better

Thank you for all your efforts in helping us

secure the RMUN 2017 documents

and protecting countless other delegates from the reach of the Establishment

Now delegate,

You are the centre of the MUN revolution

And that means

You hold the key to

future delegates being able to raise their opinions

at MUNs once more

Everybody is watching

The Establishment is watching

The revolutionaries are watching

And most importantly,

Your fellow other delegates are watching.

Watching to see how you lead the new movement

Are you ready, delegate?

(???)

Marketing Content Localization - Transcreation. Part 3 - Duration: 4:57.

In this final Marketing webcast, we will investigate Transcreation, what it means, who is involved

in the process and what businesses can do to help the transcreation process.

Transcreation is so much more than translation.

It's ensuring that all the different elements that make up your content; for example style,

tone, idioms and analogies, are tailored to your target markets.

The finished piece should read as if it were written in the reader's mother tongue and

provide them with an identical emotional experience as the source text given to the readers in

the original language.

Transcreation needs to consider many aspects, and making cultural adjustments.

A good example, although not drawn from marketing, is the Biblical phrase The Lamb of God –

the lamb symbolizes innocence in western European culture.

In the Inuit version of Bible this expression is rendered as The Seal of God, because seals

represent innocence in Eskimo culture.

Speaking of religion, sometimes a shared language is not enough for a well targeted

marketing campaign.

Unintentional polysemy – where a word has more than one meaning – came to play when

the Mobile operator Orange tried to market its brand with the slogan

"The future's bright, the future's Orange" in Northern Ireland.

This was because historical symbolism associated the color orange with Protestantism, and Northern

Ireland has long suffered a divide between Catholics and Protestants.

And while we're on the subject of color, picking the color for your branding intelligently

is also essential.

When choosing color, tone or hue businesses need to think beyond how nice the color appears.

For example, the color White represents peace and purity in the West, whereas in Asia it

is the color used at funerals.

Meanwhile the color Yellow often represents cowardice, yet in Japan it means courage.

Finally, Red can often be used to symbolize passion,

yet in India it actually symbolizes purity!

When choosing a slogan, product or brand name, a common practice is to keep them in English

globally, but this can get you in legal hot water in some countries like France, where

English used in advertising needs to have a French version too.

Pronunciation can put English language in a spin too, when they are spoken aloud in

foreign climes.

In the 90s Blue Water mineral water was launched in Russia.

Pronouncing it out loud, however, made it sound eerily close to the word 'blevOta',

which is the vulgar noun used for the word vomit.

Strange as it may seem, Russian consumers could often not bring themselves to ask for

a bottle of vomit when needing to quench their thirst.

All these considerations mean that a Transcreator has a very special profile.

If translation is about the ability to understand someone else's language, transcreation is

about being an accomplished creative writer in your own, while having a sound

understanding of both cultures.

Transcreation writers need to have the confidence to move away from the original where necessary.

Often the more creativity that went into the original message, the more creativity it will

need to make the message resonate in other languages.

The key is to transmit the same ideas, but using different words and imagery to suit

the target market.

This can mean treading a fine line.

Foreign copy isn't foreign to the people who read it.

It shouldn't be foreign to the people who approve it.

Any transcreation of marketing communications should always be signed off in the market

where it will be used, by the relevant product manager or marketing team.

Transcreators are creative people, but poorly thought out source copy risks putting creativity

in a straitjacket.

It is vital that source copy is thought out, and final before being sent for transcreation.

Analogies and metaphors should be handled with care, and perhaps avoided where possible

in the source copy.

What is common in one country might be irrelevant or worse, inappropriate in another.

Of course, global marketing campaigns do have two advantages when compared with generating

creative copy locally for individual markets: greater consistency of branding and messaging

across markets and reduced costs.

The risk is that they become the advertising equivalent of fast food: functional but unmemorable.

This is where a solid transcreation process comes in: Done right, it allows campaigns

to be both fresh and relevant locally, while simultaneously enabling your business to stay

consistent globally.

Thank you for watching our webcast.

Trifold Brochure For Print In Illustrator - Illustrator Tutorial - Duration: 5:34.

today I'm going to show you how to set

up a trifold brochure for print in

Adobe Illustrator a quick simple and

easy illustrator tutorial

I'll compacted stir graphics home of

graphic design content and if you

subscribe to my channel already to turn

on notifications so you never miss an

upload let's jump right into this

illustrator tutorial based around a

trifold brochure for prints a quick

disclaimer you can use both InDesign and

illustrator to design a trifold brochure

for print I've used both programs in the

past without any complications so comes

down to a personal preference at the end

of the day this was a subscriber

suggestion I'm just showing you how to

set up the tripod brochure in

Illustrator and exported for print to

not how to design the ACTU artwork in

this tutorial to make up the brochure

we're going to need two sheets of paper

when you see a brochure there are three

sides on the back and three sides on the

front and so you're going to visualize

it this way but together with two sheets

of paper in Illustrator creating a

document you want to select the print

option here and to my brochure I'm going

to use a three paper your inpatient

needs to be landscape and make sure use

millimeters instead of points printing

projects need a bleed and we're going to

use a five minute a bleed for this

trifold brochure and we'll use to our

boards as I showed you before at the

beginning we need two pieces of paper

and then I will put the width between

the out boards on my screen a little bit

wider once you're happy click to

generate

hits a man our or control our on a PC to

bring up your rulers the red line around

your artboard is the bleed the space

from the edge of the white our board to

the red line is going to be cut away and

discarded by the printer you can right

click the rulers here to make sure using

millimeters if we take our 420

millimeter width brochure and divided by

3 you get 140 so we're going to split

the brochure in three parts each with

140 millimeters and we'll drag a guide

from the rulers of the side and place it

at 140 millimeters you can look at the

very top of the canvas at the rulers but

make sure you start from zero do this as

close as you can to 140 millimeters and

280 millimeters with a fraction of a

millimeter to either way

as I said described between the red line

and the canvas is the bleed that's going

to be cut away however you must bring

your design up to the bleed so obviously

leave any tanks or luggage away from

this area furthermore this is advisable

to make guides another 500 is in from

the edge of the canvas and to keep all

important content out of there as well

you should end up with five millimeter

guides colleges and even from the inner

fold in sections where I can highlight

all the vertical guides and then hold an

out and teach you this icon up here keep

holding down alt and click and drag

could you play Kate the guides over to

the next board

it wasn't still selected place them

exactly where they should be five

millimeters from the edge I can see that

the star this illustrator tutorial this

is just a video on how to set up the

design for print and not how to design

the actual work itself you can lock and

file the guides here it will be helpful

when you're designing the artwork and

you want to see the entire design

without any guides in the way and of

course locking them music they will not

be moved around and out of place

we need to create outlines of all the

text content on your trifold brochure

and also make sure all images are

imported illustrator F CMYK and 300 PPI

in resolution now we can save our

trifold brochure to print in Illustrator

go to file and save and then select the

PDF or print option select them this

recent version of Acrobat on the top

right corner and on the compression use

it but this can be both lossy and

lossless option for print usable

printing marks for this document and

then at the end if there any warnings

that you flagged up in the summary

section go ahead and hit save and it

should appear in Acrobat if you have it

in the computer

into the two page view option here for

this mock-up I've added a link in the

description below and there you have it

they deal astray to tutorial on how to

make a trifold brochure for print using

Illustrator I hope you found it helpful

if so let me know in the comment section

below and like and share this video if

you really enjoyed it helps on my

channel a lot subscribe for my five-week

and it'll be in Miami, but what's unique

about our executive summit this year is

we're teaming up with Supply Chain Americas,

hosted by Clarion Group out of England.

And that'll bring in shippers, such as Amazon, Google,

Black and Decker, BAE, Ford Motor Company,

from previous events, all that,

for these shippers and freight forwarders

to have the opportunity to meet one another,

talk about the issues, and network,

and create business opportunities.

- Okay, and can you tell us a bit more about

TIACA's co-location with CIFFA?

- Well, next year in Toronto 2018 we'll be hosting

the Air Cargo Forum, and that's also with

Clarion Multimodal.

So we'll being doing a Multimodal show,

bringin' in the ocean, bringin' the rail,

bringin' in the truck industry,

but also there's a group called CIFFA,

the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association,

and it's their 70th anniversary.

And all their freight forwarder members,

and they'll be doin' a conference there within ours,

a large expo, and their forwarders are very excited

about coming to our industry,

working with the air cargo industry,

working with the ocean side as well, even the rail people,

and so all-in-one event, so it will be

the prestige event in the Americas next October in Toronto.

- And how is that going, this co-location,

how's it going to affect Toronto?

- It'll bring in more shippers,

it'll bring more opportunity,

bring in more freight forwarders,

when you co-locate an event or partner up,

as we're doing with Clarion Multimodal Americas and CIFFA,

you have the opportunity to put everyone into one expo

to create opportunities, to create synergies

between each of these groups,

not just air cargo but also he ocean community.

These freight forwarders they do everything,

they do, like I said, the ocean, the rail,

and the air cargo, and by putting it all to one together,

we can have a voice together

as we work together on the goals,

but also, like I said, business opportunities

and networking opportunities, and also the opportunity

to talk about TIACA and just our advocacy,

and our education and training that we do.

- That's great, thank you so much again

for joining us today.

So Warren touched there on advocacy and training programmes,

educational programmes as well,

and to talk about that in more detail

is Vladimir and Sebastian,

thank you so much for joining us guys.

Vladimir, when you were first appointed

you promised closer collaboration with regulators,

how is that going?

- It is going fine, and first of all

let me tell you why do we need this close cooperation.

You know that the regulations,

decisions on the infrastructure,

decisions on the introduction of new technologies,

they to a large extent

depend on the will of the authorities,

and the authorities and the industry

very often are disconnected.

And what we need to do is to bring them together,

and this is why this advocacy initiative,

especially with the organisations like IKEO,

World Customs Organisation,

and Aviation Security Organisations.

And I'll give you one example,

we are organising the conference

in Addis Ababa in June, and it's together with IKEO,

and the idea is that those who take decisions

on the infrastructure development, on the regulations,

will come together with the industry,

they will hear the requirements of the industry

and it will help them to take the right decisions.

The same with the World Customs Organisation,

we are meeting frequently, we attend the panels,

and its about many things including security,

the famous plassi or plachi,

and also have regular meetings at the conferences,

the next one is in Belize, again in June, well IT,

and this is where we will be working together

with the regulators.

And last one, which is of great importance,

today it's those who decide on how the security

will be helping or opposite to the transportation

of the goods in the industry.

- So is this making a difference so far in the industry?

- In the industry the difference will be felt,

but also I'm working on the basis,

which has been already established,

and it's not that it's an evolution which is coming in,

but a just perhaps more emphasis

on certain aspects of the industry, which I am introducing.

- And what are the priorities for TIACA

in the coming months, in terms of

ongoing advocacy initiatives?

We are preparing for our annual meeting,

which is in October, and also for our next Air Cargo Forum,

which is in October next year,

And along with this we are meeting

with the members of our organisation,

the most important thing is to find out

what are the current priorities,

and that's why here we are talking with every member

and asking what do you think we need to do better,

and we are collecting this

and we will be implementing this in the coming months.

- Excellent, thank you very much.

Now Sebastian, could you tell us a bit about

the training initiatives that have recently been launched?

- Well yes, besides the very successful

young professional development programme

we initiated a sort of internship in the Netherlands

a couple of months ago, where young professionals

from the whole supply chain, so from different companies

in the air cargo supply chain,

visit at each other's companies every day

and at the end they get to come up with a recommendations

and improvements in the supply chain,

how the interaction is.

So it helps improve the supply chain

but it is also very good for other young professionals

to see how the interaction is

with other air companies,

and it's a motivational thing

for young people to join the industry.

- And what are the next steps for this training initiative?

- Well we launched this the first time in the Netherlands,

we would like to launch this

in other airport communities as well.

And beside that we are also talking

to some prestigious universities to develop

a higher educational programme as well.

- And how can more companies get involved?

- Well I think that they have to contact us,

they have contacted us as well,

so airport communities are very eager to join this programme

because they can also motivate

their local supply chain to join this programme.

- Thank you both for your interesting comments today

and good luck with the next few months.

- Thank you. - Thank you.

- Thank you.

Athens Airport Community Interview | Air Cargo Europe - Duration: 7:00.

- Athens Airport Cargo Community Committee

is a communication platform under the leadership

of the Airport's company, and with us today

we have a group of people to discuss that in more detail.

Alexis, thank you so much for joining us today.

Could you briefly outline what you do

and your colleagues with us today?

- Of course, let me introduce to you our good friends.

Andreas Togias from Goldair Handling,

Savas Aslanidis, Skyserv Handline Services.

On my left, George Gabriilidis, Speedair

and also the representative of the Greek

International Forwarders association.

Miltos Sintakis, heading Swiftair Cargo Airlines,

that's a local cargo airline.

And last but not least, Nikos Tsagaris

who is here on behalf of customs,

the Greek customs authority.

- Now you've always brought your group to Transport

Logistic, what's your strategy behind that?

- Well that's a good thing to say,

this is the sixth time we've stopped here in Munich.

The fact is that since the airport opening

we realise that the only way to make things happen

and increase traffic through Athens was to join forces.

And that's what we did.

So we have people here on board with whom

we can discuss and make decisions,

and by doing that we rendered target flows more efficient

and we've boosted transit traffic,

like for example, sea/air traffic.

Also we are very much into new projects

like the Safe Pharma project Viatim.

So we are extroverts, and that's why we're here.

- Andreas and Savas welcome, thank you for joining us.

Now could you briefly describe your network

and what makes your handling companies exceptional?

- Our company is the first private company

and ground handling agency in Greece.

We serve 26 stations in Greece

and three international stations in Bulgaria and Cyprus.

And we have over 3,000 people as active personnel,

and we also offer services in

Ethiopia Access handling company.

So actually our experience, our personnel, our procedures,

our services, our big clientele, over 100 customers,

is what makes us excel in ground handling agency in Greece.

- And Savas?

- We handle cargo operations in 37 airports,

22 of them being regulated agents.

We have state of the art facilities,

warehousing facilities in Athens, Stira, and Nafplion.

We handle perishables, temperature

sensitive products, like pharmaceuticals.

We are, in addition to that,

we serve as a hub for our customer

lines for the wider region, we transit

air cargo through road feeder solutions,

leading to our target making

Athens a hub in the near future.

- George, thank you for joining us.

What advantage does Athens offer?

- Well I can think of at least two or three good reasons,

One, I would say that Athens is located exactly

in between the far and the Middle East

to Europe, almost equal distance.

So it's a great place to consolidate

and de-consolidate cargo.

Athens airport is located 30 kilometres away

from the port of Paros which is one of the

largest ports in the Mediterranean.

So this is also a very good facility for sea/air operations.

The recent crisis has made Greece much

more competitive, restrained costs.

So in terms of cost, it's a wise choice

to use Athens and Athens Airport.

We have the skills as forwarders,

we've been a trading nation since ever,

we have a very capable airport facility

and it's a good choice for e-commerce.

The average Greek freight for water

is very well equipped and certified.

And we're very advanced in Safe Pharma projects,

e-bookings and, you know, electronic away bills.

That's why.

- Milt, thanks for joining us.

You're operating one out of two Greek cargo airlines.

How do you differentiate yourselves from the legacy

carriers as well as the four big

integrators operating into Athens?

- We actually act as a complement to the work

and services that the majors, the legacy carriers,

or the integrators provide by really

helping them in extending their networks

to far more remote areas, cities or thinner routes.

In that sense, I would say we act as a spoke

to a hub, and in this case our hub, the hub

would be Athens International Airport.

So this is an added value to old legacy

and integrator carriers that we can really reach out

to further remote markets.

- Nikos welcome, now outside the normal control

authority role, how closely does Greek customs

work with the air cargo community?

- We are also an active member of this community

and we are very happy to be here

because we consider all of these people next to me

and around the Greek pavilion as our business partners.

Because customs, besides our traditional role

and the demanding task of ensuring safety and security

for the citizens and the community,

we are also focused very much in trade facilitation.

Because we believe this is the new role

for customs in the supply chain.

We at customs, we found the cargo community

the perfect means for the collaboration and consultation

with our airport stakeholders.

Together we have established relations of trust

and mutual respect, and we may agree or disagree,

but we finally conclude on well-based resolutions.

- To conclude, it's great to have this group here.

Seeing competitors being friends at the same time,

having customers and saying that we are business partners,

occasionally agreeing that we disagree

but at the end of the day making wise choice.

And that's why at the end of the day in 2016

when the Greek economy was stagnant,

here at the airport we achieved a rise in business,

in volumes, actually cargo volumes, of 10%.

That's why we all say we make things fit as we fit together.

- Well thank you so much for joining us today,

all of you, and every success.

- Thank you very much.

Leisure Cargo Interview | Air Cargo Europe - Duration: 5:48.

- Leisure Cargo represents 14 airlines

and supports 300 destinations worldwide,

and has a fleet of more than 500.

Thilo has over 20 years experience

in the airline industry with the Lufthansa Group,

and joined as managing director

last year with Leisure Cargo.

Thilo thank you so much for joining us today.

Can you give us a brief outline

of Leisure Cargo and what you do?

- Leisure Cargo is a Total Cargo Management provider

for international and regional airlines.

As a business process outsourcing partner,

we are offering a whole bunch of services for these airlines

in order for them to dissolve their cargo organisation

and to have an efficient and effective service provider,

who ensures that their bellies are filled

with the right car, with the right time, at the right place.

- And what services do you provide?

- The whole service are composed by four main components,

which is operations, where we make sure that cargo

is handled with more than 140 handling agents worldwide

at these 300 destinations.

Within sales, we have 70 partners worldwide

making sure that we are close to the customers,

that we have an excellent customer service,

and that we serve the airline industry

and the air freight industry as its best.

- And what makes you different from GSAs?

- The main difference is that GSAs

mostly concentrate on sales only.

But us, we have the whole package,

which is also covering the operational aspects,

especially the accounting aspect. That is a major difference

so we enable an airline

to totally dissolve their cargo operation

and their cargo organisation,

and so becoming more effective on their side

and very efficient on our side.

And on top, and that is probably

one of the major advantages for the airlines is,

every airline joining our business model

with one airway bill only, is having an instant access

to the whole network of all airlines.

And that is a business model

that does not exist anymore in the industry.

So it's very unique, and probably for that reason,

also quite successful.

- So how do we continue the success?

- Actually our idea is to extend

our portfolio of carriers over the next years,

in order to have a broader global coverage of all services.

We just recently won a big tender of the Thomas Cook Group,

so we are now representing the whole Thomas Cook Group,

TUI Group, five out of six airlines;

Air Berlin, Air Europa, Air Transat, and some others,

just to name the major ones.

And I believe we are in a good way

to enhance our portfolio in order to achieve

that ultimate goal to have a global coverage.

- And what are the main challenges

that Leisure Cargo faces,

and the air cargo industry as a whole?

- You know I wouldn't talk too much

about our individual challenges because I believe they are

much bigger challenges of the industry.

Regarding our own challenge,

we see the same yield decrease as any other airline,

but that is not the major issue.

I believe we have an issue as an industry.

And that issue is that over the last 20 years,

out of the total cargo movements worldwide,

the air freight industry has lost more than 50 percent.

We represented two percent of global trade 20 years ago

and now we represent less than one percent,

and I think that's a major concern

and should be a major concern for our industry,

and where does it come from?

We have a very fragmented industry.

In comparison to some other industries,

we have so many stakeholders in the supply chain

and everybody has his own idea systems, his own processes,

so the services that we offer

are not as efficient as they could be.

So I believe there must be a consolidation

on the one hand in our industry,

in order to be competitive with the integrators,

to be competitive with new market entries like Amazon, huh?

That was predicted that Amazon

is gonna come into our industry, now they have arrived,

and we face new challenges with these guys.

So we have to make up our mind

how we want to reorganise the whole transportation chain,

the whole supply chain, and finding the right role

for every stakeholder in this chain.

- And finding the solution?

- Absolutely, and the solution

yeah, and the solution actually could be

that we work much more on standardisation,

on automation, and finally on digitization.

And here we are really lacking behind many of the industry.

Just to give you one example, the automotive industry yeah?

Is about 20 years ahead of us in terms of automation.

When it comes to standardisation,

we are all saying yeah the standards are there,

they are coming from IATA or from other bodies,

but do we really apply them?

No we don't.

So there's a big issue, to standardise our processes first,

then automize them, then finally to digitise them.

And if we do that, if we are really able

to convince all stakeholders in the chain

to digitise our business,

then we become competitive again in our industry,

and that is the ultimate goal.

And actually, I do support that personally

in initiatives like the Global Data Backbone Project

that we are running with Ericsson and some other companies.

Why, we just had a meeting last week in Stockholm

which was, by the way, a very successful one.

- Excellent, and how does this show affect Leisure Cargo?

- It is the platform, it is the platform every two years,

where you can represent your company,

where you can meet many people very efficiently,

and it is at the heart of the global cargo industry.

So for us it's a must-go.

- Thank you Thilo and good luck

for the rest of the week at the show.

- Thank you very much.

02 Why A New Mind? - Duration: 3:13.

From the beginnings of the humanistic and the religious thinking, the scholars and the

philosophers tried to form a concept to the mind as a tool to understand and form ideas.

It has been apparent through the intellectual history that whenever the concept of the mind

develops the intellectual strength develops, which also develops the life.

Because the mind has an important effect on the scientific and social life of the human

being, the philosophers, from the beginning of the human history, established bases to

regulate the performance of the mind and maintain it from falling into mistakes.

And the religious texts explained the factors that influence the scientific performance

to the mind, such as evil desires, selfish tendencies, psychological diseases and so

on.

Because we consider the mind is the power that builds the life and advances science,

and the light that is responsible for the positive reforms in the human life, (A New

Mind) will concern itself with forming a new concept for the mind to be more able to construct

pictures more advanced to the life, and more effective in removing the covers that block

the mind's light for the mind to be proper for inventing science and knowledge that are

suitable with the movement of the contemporary science.

(A New Mind) means a new life that's characterized with continual advances and reforms, and new

sciences that are characterized with the creativity that leads to the facts.

FRANCESCO TOTTI LAST MATCH | FAREWELL SPEECH 28/05/2017 | ENGLISH SUBTITLES - Duration: 14:39.

Radja -Nainggolan- never cries, but Florenzi does.

Florenzi and De Rossi

They are "the three" of Rome

Past, present and future.

His teammates gave him this shield

And now...

For the last time

C'mon Francè

"Sshhh", it's easy for you to say "shhhh"

Here we are...

it's time...

Can you hear me?

-crowd answers Yes-

It seems like a concert.

Unfortunately the moment has come

The moment I wished it would never happen.

Unfortunately the moment has come.

Recently I've read many things about me.

Nice, amazing things.

I've cried everyday, alone, as a mad man.

Because 25 years can't be forgotten

with you watching my back

in good and bad momentes, especially bad moments

And for all of this

I'd like to say thank you, even if it's not easy.

You know, I'm a man of few words, but I think all of them.

And...

Recently...

...my wife and me have sat...

I told her about all these years I've' spent wearing this jersey

the only jersey I've ever weared.

I wrote...

...we wrote a letter for you.

I'm not sure I'll be able to read it.

I'll try.

If I can't, my daughter Chanel will end it. She can't wait to read it.

I need to breath, sorry.

It's not easy.

Let's read it, or it will be late.

You're hungry, it's dinner time.

I would stay here...

...for the next 25 years.

Thank you Roma, thank you mom and dad

thank you brother

thanks to all my family and friends, my wife and my three children.

I'm starting from the end

from regards

because I'm not sure I'll be able to read these few words.

28 years of history can't be explained in this letter.

I'd like to make it with a song or a poem,

but I'm not a singer and not even a poet.

So I tried to compose my history using my feets, playing football...

...the easiest way to express myself.

By the way...

Did you know what was my favourite toy, when I was a child?

The ball, and it still is.

But at some point we have to grow up.

"Time decides for us", that's what they told me.

Curse you, Time!

But it's the same Time...

...we all prayed to go faster, that 17th june 2001...

- it's the day Roma won its last Italian championship-

... when we couldn't wait to hear the final whistle from the referee.

I still have shivers, If I think about that moment

Today Time has come to tell me I have to grow up.

"You're not a child anymore,

take off your shorts, your shoes.

You're a man today,

and you are not supposed to smell the grass anymore...

...to feel the sun on your face while you're running to the goal...

...the adrenalin in your body which burns you and the joy to score it".

Recently I've wondered why they are trying to wake me up from this dream.

Do you remember when, as children, while you're having a beautiful dream,

your mothers wake you up to make you ready for the to school,

but you want to keep sleeping?

You try to keep and follow the story you were living in your dream

but you can't.

This time it's not about a dream. It's the reality.

This letter is for you:

for the children "of yesterday" who supported me,

who grew up and maybe became mothers and fathers

and for the children "of today" who are paying tribute to me.

I like thinking my story will be a fairy tale to be told, someday.

This is the worst part to read.

Now it's really over.

I take off my jersey for the last time

I fold it

even if I'm not ready for this.

Maybe I'll never be.

Forgive me. I haven't done any interview during the last months, explaining my thoughts.

Turning off the light ain't easy.

I'm scared.

It's not the same feeling you feel when you kick a penalty.

This time I can't see between net's holes, and I can't see what's gonna happen next.

Allow me to be scared

I need your help and your warmth, again...

... help and warmth you've always proved to me.

With your affection

I'll manage to move forward....

...and to throw myself into a new adventure.

Now it's time to say thank you to all my teammates, technicians and the whole management;

to those who have worked with me during the years;

It's time to say thank you to all our supporters,

to Curva Sud - the place behind the goal where hot Roma's supporters sit -

which is a point of reference for those who support AS Roma and live in this city.

Borning as a roman and being a Roma's fan is a unique privilege

Being the captain of this team has been an honor.

You are part of my life and you'll forever be.

I won't be able to excite you playing football anymore...

...but my heart will be with you.

Now I walk down the stairs,

I get into the locker room which baked me when I was a child...

... and that now I leave as a Man.

I'm happy and proud I've given you 28 years of deep love.

I love you.
