Love Island Marcel snubs nipple-flashing model in epic diss

The Blazin Squad star was on his best behaviour at a celebrity bash in London on Wednesday night. Marcel and Gabby put on a loved-up display at the LOTD clothing launch at Radio Rooftop Bar as they cuddled up together.

However, when Love Island girlfriend Gabby left his side for a minute, another beauty went in for the kill. Model Victoria Clay made a beeline for the rapper when she saw he was alone.

LOVED UP: Marcel and Gabby put on a cosy display at the LOTD party.

BEELINE: Model Victoria tried to talk to Marcel while Gabby was away from him.

The flame-haired bombshell had caught more than a few glances throughout the night thanks to her nipple-flashing outfit. She was wearing the most skimpy bra we have ever seen, with a black choker. However, Marcel wasnt impressed.

SNUB: Marcel wasnt having any of it and walked away. As she headed confidently to go and speak the star, he was seen with a shocked expression as he clocked her outfit.

Clearly thinking it was better to avoid the situation, Marcel immediately turned his head and walked over to talk to another group.

SERIUS: Marcel recently asked Gabby to move in with him. Victoria didnt seem too hurt though, as she was later seen dancing up close with another hunk.

Marcel got in trouble with Gabby on the ITV2 show for kissing another girl twice during a game when they boys were sent to Casa Amor. Seems like hes definitely learned his lesson.

Why Determining Easter's Date is So Confusing - Duration: 7:08.

The holiday of Easter is celebrated by over two

billion Christians globally.

Marking the day that Jesus rose from the dead, it's always commemorated on a Sunday in

the spring.

Despite this, the exact date has consistently changed throughout the many centuries the

holiday has been recognized.

Additionally, various sects of Christianity (most prominently the Greek Orthodox Church)

often celebrate Easter on a totally different date than their peers.

Why is that?

Why is there no set date for Easter and how do they ultimately decide the date of Easter

each year?

The rather complex answer has a lot to do with the differences in the solar and lunar

calendars.

Easter's roots could date back to before Jesus's birth, perhaps even having pagan

origins.

Some scholars believe that the English word "Easter" comes from the Anglo-Saxon goddess

Eostre, who represented spring, plantings, new beginnings and fertility.

Much like how Christmas matches up with the winter solstice, there's thought that Easter

was intentionally lined up with the spring equinox to encourage those more comfortable

with pagan traditions to join Christianity.

While many scholars and Christian historians deny this connection, there's compelling

evidence that Christianity adopted other religion's traditions in order to make their religion

more accepted.

Influenced by paganism, Greco-Roman religions, Judaism, Islam and even Buddhism, Christianity

(like all other religions) did not exist in a vacuum and many of the elements that are

practiced today were a product of the ancient world's intermingling of cultures.

For example, in some parts of the world lamb is traditionally eaten on Easter, with the

roots of this tradition in Jewish Passover feasts.

In fact, the Greek/Latin variant of the word "Easter" is "pascha," which is loosely

translated to "Passover" in English.

The Jewish religion adheres to the lunar calendar, meaning it's based on the moon phases.

As explained by Judaism 101, the lunar calendar is based on three astronomical phenomena:

the rotation of Earth on its axis, the moon's revolution around the Earth and the Earth's

revolution around the sun to determine the day, month and year (respectively).

But a calendar based on the moon is not conducive to an agricultural society, which needs an

accurate way of knowing when to plant and harvest.

So, about 4,800 years ago, civilizations started shifting over to a solar calendar with the

Egyptians leading the way.

Now, the lunar and the solar calendars don't quite mesh.

On average, the moon revolves around Earth in 29.5 days and the Earth around the sun

every 12.4 lunar months.

This means that a lunar year is about 11 days shorter than a solar year, which wreaks havoc

on the calendar even over just a decade.

For example, planting season in ancient Egypt was between November and March, but with the

calendar shifting every year by 11 days, it caused the seasons to not appropriately line

up and created very serious problems for farmers.

Even when Jewish leaders added a 13th month (Nissan) to try to balance out the drift,

it didn't work (even if every three years, the month shifts back by 30 days) and added

an extra 19 days onto the solar calendar.

In 45 BCE, Roman Emperor Julius Caesar tried to restart the calendar.

With the help of astronomer Sosigenes, the "Julian calendar" was instituted on January

1st, 45 BCE.

With the belief that the solar year was 365 days and 6 hours long, an extra day was added

to February every four years - what we now know as the leap year.

This calendar soon spread across Europe and was accepted by Christianity.

About four hundred years later, the Roman Emperor Constantine convened the First Council

of Nicaea to set a few ground rules around this calendar.

They determined that the spring (vernal) equinox will occur every year on March 21st.

They also determined that Easter will fall on the first Sunday following the ecclesiastical

full moon (which falls on the 14th day of the lunar calendar) and after the spring equinox.

In other words, Easter must take place between March 22nd and April 25th.

To help a rather complex and difficult task of determining Easter's exact date, the Council

constructed tables to determine Easter's date projected hundreds of years into the

future.

(One compilation of these Easter tables ultimately inspired the individual doing the calculations

to create the BC/AD system of dating.)

For the next 1200 years, this worked, but there was a glitch.

The glitch was that the solar year wasn't 365 days and 6 hours, but 365 days, 5 hours,

48 minutes and 46 seconds.

While minor, this meant that the calendar will be about a day short of a solar year

every 130 years.

In 1586, this was seemingly rectified by the adaptation of the Gregorian calendar instituted

by Pope Gregory XIII (once again, naming the calendar after himself).

With help from the astronomer Christopher Clavius, the new calendar dropped the leap

year on the century years that were not divisible by 400.

This meant three leap years were to be eradicated every three centuries, leaving 1600 and 2000

as leap years, but 1700, 1800 and 1900 as not.

This also had an effect on Easter, forcing the chart that the Council created to be revised

slightly.

Despite the enormous efforts put into trying to maintain a calendar and a formula for Easter,

not everyone agreed.

Several sects of Christianity stuck with the original Julian calendar despite it being

abandoned in the 16th century by majority of the world.

In fact, European Protestants in Germany and England didn't adopt the Gregorian calendar

until the 18th century thinking it was a plot to silence them and control Christianity.

Additionally, in 1923, there was a movement to set the date of Easter to align with the

astronomical full moon in Jerusalem, the location of Jesus when he arose from the dead.

To further this point, the Greek Orthodox Church continue to follow one of the decrees

made by Constantine's First Council that Easter must fall after Jewish Passover and

be in "biblical sequence."

This is due to the fact that Jesus's last supper was, in fact, a Passover seder and

he rose from the dead several days later.

Many people believe that figuring out Easter's date shouldn't be this confusing, including

the Pope.

In 2014, he and the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew (the spiritual leader of some 300 million

Orthodox Christians) were in talks to try to make everyone's Easter all one date.

This has yet to happen, but if it does, we may never again have to consult a four hundred

year chart to determine when a holiday that two billion people around the world celebrates

will actually take place.

JUST IN: Senator Writes "I Hope Trump Is Assassinated!" | Top Stories Today - Duration: 1:17.

On Thursday, a Missouri state senator's went beyond normal political discourse.

Maria Chappelle-Nadal made a comment on Facebook that she hopes President Donald Trump is assassinated,

simply saying: "I hope Trump is assassinated!"

The senator came clean and admitted what she said when someone captured screenshots of

the conversation.

TDC reports:

She made the comment in an exchange with a left-wing activist who claimed that his cousin

is a Secret Service agent.

Chappelle-Nadal confirmed to a reporter with St. Louis TV station KMOX that she posted

the comment.

"I put something up on my personal Facebook page and it has now been deleted," she said.

Chappelle-Nadal, a Democrat, represents a district in a St. Louis suburb.

It is not clear exactly what prompted Chappelle-Nadal's comment.

But it was likely made in response to a discussion about the ongoing controversy over Trump's

comments about the violence in Charlottesville, Va. over the weekend.

5 GUNS to use Before Destiny 2 Launches! - Duration: 4:20.

Hi Guardians, the launch of destiny 2 is coming closer and most of the guardians are finishing

their last activities to complete their record books or to complete their collection whether

that is weapons, armors or ships.

Or you are just like me that just can't get enough with the game, anyways once Destiny

2 launches in September the majority of the current player base will move to Destiny 2.

But before you do so , try out these 5 guns that you don't see that often in the game.

I have a top 5 list of guns that you should be using before Destiny 2 launches.

These guns are not that popular due to their rarity or simply because the meta has shifted.

But they are still fun to use and still pretty effective in the crucible.

Queenbreaker's Bow In the number 5 spot we have the queenbreaker's

bow.

For those who are not familiar with this gun, this is officially a fusion rifle but it is

actually a Fusion Sniper Rifle.

So it has the potential to one shot headshot a guardian but as with other fusion rifles

there is a charge time that goes with it.

As a result this is a weapon that requires you to go down the learning curve in order

to be effective with it.

When you use this gun make sure to choose the Combat sights and Send it for the optimal

perk loadout where you have a faster charge rate and maximum range and accuracy.

You can have a chance on a queenbreaker's bow drop by completing the prison of elders

or challenge of elders or by decrypting a Special weapon engram.

I got mine from a decrypting a legacy special weapon engram.

Lord of Wolves In the number 4 spot we have another Prison

of Elders exotic the Lord or Wolves.

This is also a gun that sits in a weird spot, it is officially a shotgun but it shoots in

bursts.

It does not out range your typical matador or partycrasher but it is insanely fun to

burst down your opponent with this shotgun.

Due to the burst mechanic it is almost a guaranteed kill when you shoot the gun within its short

effective range in Pvp.

And with solar burn this gun melts captains in Pve!

Use Linear compensator to max out the pitiful range and you will need extended mag since

this gun burns through its ammo very quickly.

The next one up is the scout rifle Angel's Advocate.

Within the current meta there is a lot of viable weapons, obviously there is the popular

hand cannon, but the fast firing auto rifles and pulses are very common as well.

However you still don't see scout rifles being used that often in the crucible.

Occasionally you see the Mida Multi Tool but only every now and then you see this beauty

the Angel's Advocate.

This is basically a mini mida, it sits in the same archetype and this is a great legendary

replacement for your Mida.

As for perks you will be looking for outlaw, and third eye for that mida feel.

In the second place we have the King of the Fusion rifles the Saladin's Vigil.

If you were ever killed by a fusion rifle, there is a high probability that it was done

with the Saladin's Vigil.

Thisl is the most reliable fusion rifle that you can get in the game right now, see also

my top 3 best fusion rifles video which you can find in the right hand corner.

This is a must have gun if you like to use fusion rifles.

The only downside with this gun is the terrible drop rates in the archon forge for this weapon,

the archon forge is the only place where you can get this weapon dropped and the grind

is just very tedious, but I guess that is the price to pay if you want to have the best

fusion rifle in the game.

The final gun that you should be using before destiny 2 launches is the autorifle from the

Prison of Elders the Soulstealer's Claw.

This gun can only be obtained by leveling up the house of judgment, and this autorifle

with the right perks can be considered better than the famous doctrine of passing.

I have done an indepth weapon review about this gun before, click on the youtube card

in the right hand corner to check out the video or see the link in the description below.

But in summary this gun can be better than the doctrine due to the perk setup, it can

hit further than the doctrine while keeping a manageable recoil.

Whereas normally the fast firing autorifles like the doctrine or arminius-d are only effective

from short to medium range, the soulstealer's claw will push that range a bit further and

you really notice that a couple of meters makes a whole lot of difference with the soulstealer's

claw.

So level up your house of judgment and try out this gun!

So those are my top 5 picks that you should be using before destiny 2 launches, let me

know if I missed something.

Thanks for watching, subscribe for more and have a look at my latest and recommended videos

here in this endscreen.

And as always I will see you in the next video guardians.

My Favorite Part Of Being A Facial Plastic Surgeon | E19 - Duration: 0:50.

My favorite part about coming to work has to deal with that "wow" phrase.

There's nothing more exciting to me than completing an injection, and giving the patient a mirror,

or lifting the splint off after a Rhinoplasty procedure, or unwrapping a Facelift dressing,

and giving the patient a mirror, and then there's that couple, dot dot dot, and then

the "wow, oh my gosh, I love that."

So that is probably the most exciting part about my job, being able to match up the patient's

outside with their true inner self.

A Marine's physical injury led to personal growth - Duration: 3:45.

- My name's Kionte.

Served with the United States Marine Corps

from 2007 to 2012.

We were clearing out a building

and there was an IED in the doorway.

and I think out of 13 people,

I was the last guy that walked into the building,

with my Junior Marine behind me

and I stepped on that IED.

I awoke in the hospital

where my left leg was fully wrapped,

but my right leg was gone completely below the knee.

And I was at Balboa Hospital where I was stationed

and where I did my rehabilitation in there.

I felt regret 'cause my guys were still out there

and I was, you know, in the hospital,

and I couldn't do anything.

Once I was pushed to being outpatient

is where depression kind of kicked in

a little bit more for me.

Where I felt a little not myself, I guess.

I started abusing my medication, my pain meds.

I didn't really need it as much as I did before for the pain.

It was very hard to find that glimmer of hope

or light at the time.

One day I was just in bed and just had to ask myself,

you know, like, "What do I--" like,

"Why am--" like, kind of ask myself, "Why am I here?"

"Why am I still alive?" Talking to someone,

I only had my one friend that I-I trusted,

and it took a while for us to kind of trust each other.

I opened up to him, you know, like, vaguely,

and slowly just continued to open up to him,

and it felt good to be able to talk to someone,

and be able to have someone understand you.

To where-- if I talk to my friends,

you know, they wouldn't be able

to understand where I'm coming from.

I didn't really talk to a therapist until,

like, the last year

to where I realized,

you know, like, maybe there's things for me to talk--

that I should probably talk about.

My therapist kinda just allowed me to talk,

and she would ask me questions here and there,

and after a certain while, I would just open up,

and I would just talk and talk and talk,

and she would just listen.

I guess for me I had to just keep asking myself--

every morning I would wake up, you know, like,

"Why am I still alive?" Just, like, trying to find

that purpose for me-- or myself at least.

Decided to ask myself, you know, like, "What makes me happy?"

Um, and I realized at that point,

you know, making other people happy makes me happy.

So I started to get into, like, Paralympics camps,

so that got me out of the room.

It kind of started that mindset

or that slight change of to where I'm--

I can still do something with my life.

Being a part of, you know, active people

encouraged me to be more active,

and when you see another amputee doing something that

you thought you couldn't do, you're just like,

"I wanna do that, but better."

And I've always wanted to be better and better

because it's challenging myself

because I thought I couldn't do any of these things,

and now I'm doing many things I probably would have never done

if I wasn't injured.

I've, you know, done motivational speaking,

I've climbed the highest mountain in Antarctica,

I've, you know, challenged myself,

I've pushed myself.

I've done all these things

that I never would have thought have been possible.

But making that first step of just--

from when I was in the hospital, making that step

to where it was just like, "I don't want to be this way,"

and making that change.

I've been able to grow

in a more positive direction,

but it doesn't negate that I have my down days.

I still have my depression days,

but I know how to control them.

You know, I know how to work with them

rather then work against them.

And I feel that's why

I still continue to seek therapy.

'Cause I've found that it does help.
