Today I've come with some weight loss tips for housewives.
My first advice for all the housewives that if you want a healthy weight loss !! Love yourself.
Don't be surprised!! Because love is a feeling
If you have in your heart for anybody either for your husband, boyfriend, family or kids.
You do everything for them, either its getting dressed up for them or cooking for them or any other demand
Which is been raised by your kids or family members.
Generally after marriage ladies gives priority to their family husband and kids.
Ladies give them love and affection which they have to do with themselves as well
But ladies forget themselves in all these activities.
Due to no attention and concern for themselves they face lot of problems
Normally lot of housewives comes to me for their weight reduction.
They says, "They don't have time for themselves"
They have such schedule where-in they eat after feeding all the family members
Or I can't cook anything for myself only.
So that's why I am suggesting you to do love and you have to love yourself only.
If you won't love yourself then you'll not do what you have to do for yourself.
First of all the important thing which you have to change and improve in your morning routine i.e
Generally ladies don't take their meals (Breakfast, Lunch & dinner) on time.
Generally they skip their breakfast, which is very wrong and you must not do this.
Secondly they eat whatever is available at home or being left over by the kids.
Due to this they don't get satisfaction
Most of the time they feel like eating anything whereas they take much more calories than their requirement.
Because requirements of kids and ladies are different.
So you don't have to eat according to your kids requirements.
Whereas you have to eat your food as per your requirement and the way it is adviced to you.
Or when you eat leftover then you don't get proper nourishment & nutrients which is required for yourself.
And you'll do all these things when you'll love yourself
So here you have to be careful that you take your main meals properly and on time too.
Either its breakfast, lunch or dinner.
You should also follow to take if any fruits, soups or any other food item is suggested to you.
Apart from that there is one major problem, when ladies start putting up weight
They start buying or stitching 1 bigger size of their western dresses or Indian outfits
So I would suggest you to don't do this,
Try to work upon the look which you visualise for yourself.
If you want to wear western dress but unfortunate its 1 size small for you
Buy that dress and get yourself fit for the dress. Not forcefully but with the healthy weight loss.
Try to do proper healthy weight loss & this will only happen when you'll love yourself.
One more mistake which ladies generally do i.e
When they are adviced to follow a dietary pattern or to do any exercise
Either they do it so rigorously that they get tired and leave it in the middle of it.
Or they don't do it at all because they don't give priority to themselves.
But here you don't have to do both the things rather do it the way it is recommended to you.
You have to give priority to yourself and this will only happen when you'll love yourself.
