11 CRYSTALS THAT OPEN YOUR 3RD EYE FAST! - Duration: 14:09.

Numerous healing stones, including crystals and gemstones, may be used to open, activate,

and balance the chakra system. Considered the sixth of seven foundational chakras in

the body, the Third Eye chakra governs what is frequently called your "sixth sense."

Home to your intuition, the Third Eye is associated with the color indigo.

There are specific stones that are associated with this chakra, and using them can aid the

development of psychic abilities such as clairvoyance, previously known as 'The Sight', as well as

clairaudience, psychic knowing and intuition.

Chakra stones should be cleansed and charged before use. Preferences for this process can

range from smudging to bathing them in moonlight and burying them a jar full of appropriate

herbs for a short period of time. When using crystals to balance and heal the

Third Eye, it can take time before symptoms of imbalance completely subside.

There are several healing stones with different properties that you can work with. Today at

spirilution.com we discuss 11 crystals that can be used to heal and open your Third Eye

Chakra.

1.Clear Quartz Crystal Often called a master healer, this all purpose

stone works to enhance, clear and awaken all your chakras. It will charge the energy of

your intent will be answered. Quartz will enhance your spiritual growth and acts as

a teacher for you on your path. It's a very powerful stone in terms of psychic protection.

and activate the Third-Eye Chakra, bringing a connection to the higher realms. Moldavite

the Heart to the Third-Eye Chakra. Placing Moldavite on the Third-Eye Chakra can help

to perfect its functioning, bringing more vivid dreams, deeper meaning to life, increased

synchronicities, and even spiritual awakening. Regularly wearing or carrying Moldavite can

enhance this effect and keep one open to new perceptions. Via its strong connection to

these two chakras, Moldavite enhances the flow of energy between the Heart and Third-Eye,

diamonds are great meditation aids and are claimed to bring their companions to the highest

vibration level possible while still remaining within the physical body. They are said to

connect the physical and astral planes and facilitate astral travel.

10. Unakite Unakite is a unique Third-Eye stone in that

it can help to ground the higher information received from the Third-Eye into the Root

Chakra. This is especially helpful for meditation experiences that are often forgotten as soon

as the session is over. This same property can work in reverse as a form of emotional

therapy, pulling repressed feelings up from the Root Chakra to be understood via the Third-Eye

Chakra. Unakite also works with the Heart Chakra to help the individual better understand

the relation between events in life and the natural order of the Universe. Unakite aligns

the Root, Heart, and Third-Eye Chakras, bringing a more centered feeling to the user. Unakite

Aura, is created when Clear Quartz crystals are super-heated in a vacuum and infused with

vaporized Gold & Indium. Indigo Aura has a a unique vibration that is wonderful for meditation

and healing. Those who are actively working for ascension will notice over time how working

with this crystal can help to raise ones vibrations. Indigo Aura works with all three of the upper

chakras, helping to maintain a strong connection between them, allowing energy and information

to transfer to each of them. Indigo Aura facilitates the release of chronic negativity while protecting,

balancing, stimulating and opening your 3rd eye in the process. Spirilution.com

Crystals are influential allies in the quest to awaken the third eye. Although there are

different colored crystals that can open the 3rd eye, you can generally use crystals and

gemstones in the purple, indigo and violet color palette. This color palette serves to

awaken, balance, align and nurture the third eye. Place the crystal or gemstone between

and slightly above the brow during meditation.

Once you begin working with your third eye, you will begin to receive guidance messages

and visions. Strive to have the courage to follow through on what your intuition offers

and your third eye strength will only grow.

Porsche 911 Carrera GTS- Cywilizowane Coupe. - Duration: 13:04.

Welcome, Porsche has expanded its range of 911 models over the years,

that is why a customer who decides to purchase a sporty luxury coupe, he will have a choice of up to 22 models and a multitude of customization of body(work).

We are looking for a 911 that will keep quality on daily basis and will mantain the sporty character that is in every Carrera.

With great pleasure today we present material with newly refreshed Carrera GTS.

Finally we managed to get some 911 to try. And this first one is GTS version, that is 3-liter boxer bi-turbo with power of 450 KM

The change is seen a little with those two turbines because it is not a naturally aspirated engine and from my perspective achievments are definitely better.

The most interesting issue in this case is that the GTS version is equipped with extra packages

when it comes to exhaust and suspension. Of course we can change exhalation settings, this sound of exhalation. We can stiffen the suspension. All this basic changes do not affect the feeling the difference

between the naturally aspirated engine and bi-turbo, on the contray it is even better.

Also a brief description of what's going on behind our back in the post-lifting version of Carrera GTS. There is running a boxer engine of 3-liter bi-turbo with total power of 450 KM

what is more, that the torque is 550 NM, 2150 revolution that is much we need, so the car is ready in any moment to fire up.

4,1s to 100km Porche declares, in todays conditions I'm able to partially confirm this.

I have a seven-step gearbox PDK at my disposal, for which it has to be extra paid in Carera GTS.

PDK supporters I don't have to explain why choosing a PDK is just the case here.

So here are some minor patches on the gear and here is the thing, that in all elevens we had two options available,

upwards meant a shift up and downwards implicitly down, now it is quite opposite, since it was taken from Porche GT series

and it's available in all elevens. And in the Carrera GTS in particular higlights the sporty nature of this car.

There is one literally significant update in the PDK gear, because hammering into the so-called stretch

until now the pre-lifing PDK has interfered significantly so much that it took a few seconds and the gear was back up, only and only at our interference this

stretch will be possible to get the gear up, so pretty big and interesting update about the PDK gear.

As a standard the car is equipped with rear-wheel drive, although people which would like to have a four-wheel drive they can have it with extra pay.

Although I think it is a classic Carrera in its pure form, and i think the term rear-wheel drive is here the most in place.

First of all, probably the most important element i wanted to say about this car is that it is obiviously connected with sporty - aggressive silhouette.

But the difference between Carrera GTS, which is between Carrera S and high performance 911 GT3, the most important point, in my feelings, is that in this car we can ride first and foremost calmly

and this is the most important thing because I think we can use this car on daily basis, it is not hight performance GT3 usable only on the track, of course there is a little bit less

but it is enough power for everyday driving, but if we want to test our driving skills we can take it on the track, and then the GTS becomes a real sporty machine,

and then we can test our skills when it comes to driving skills.

At this moment when driving on the normal option we can of course change it to sport or sport plus. I think with normal traffic and daily regulations we are not able to use even half or maybe slightly more than half of what the car offers us.

So this is what we were talking about in the beginning that it is combination of this classic sport which should be and that it can be driven peacefully, if we want to ephasize the character of this car GTS version is the most optimal solution.

So sport mode is also suitable for everyday driving, although the comfort mode smartly handles with unevenness on the road. The suspension works very well,

I was afraid that it will be worse. But after switching into sports mode, the suspension starts to get stiffer (ew. rigid) and unevenness are more felt.

So it's more suitable for the track, although I think it is possible to drive it on daily basis. If we have some route with a lot of turns to choose we can enable this mode.

Sport plus is of course only usable on track. In sport plus mode we can use launch control system, we harden the suspension and the PSM mode of course is automatically off

so we don't have Porsche Traction Control and we need to rely on our skills.

In the middle we have a sport response button and if we activate this button for 20 seconds,

i will slow down a little, fo 20 seconds the car is fully prepared and uses 100 % of its power, it is good for example with taking off from under traffic lights or overtaking, this mode is activated immenesly,

so we can activate it at any time, which means that our car substantially Carrera GTS is 100 % ready to use 100 % of engine power.

There are brakes from Carrera S on standard equipment, from my point of veiw it is enough for everyday driving, of course we can equip it with carbon - ceramic brakes, which of course assiciates with additional charge,

in my opinion we sould not spare on safety, so I recommend carbon - ceramic brakes when taking Carerra GTS.

Deprived of vulgar accents from GT elevens, Carrera GTS is closed in a more civilized form. Bodywork 991.2 closed in classic Carrera is enriched with characteristic for GTS sport finishes.

Black interior decorated with Carmine Red thread in combination with the GTS interior finishing kit, the car takes aggresive, yet subdued silhouette.

Combined with 20 inch matt wheels 911 Turbo S is hard to miss the accents characteristic for this version of Porsche.

Porche PCM has also a lot of updates. Now it is more intuitive in use, with equipped with the system of liqiud-crystal display capacitive, faster in resposne and more fun to use.

This aplies to the disply in the centre of the dashboard as well as display around clocks. Much improved navigation through this second "quick" access menu with a gentle and intuitive knob on the right side of steering wheel.

And since we are talking about steering wheel you can optionally equip it with a preheater module which is available here.

Changes of driving modes have not changed. But the position of the buttons has changed. They are in the right bottom of the steering wheel column what allows for their comfortable faster change.

It is, however, hard to find technological novelties which for example new Panamera offers. PCM has been designed to make the ride the most important part of the package.

So, for whom is the Carrera GTS designed? For most customers with this gorgeous 911 car, it is pure form of chasing the dreams and success.

GTS version is not only a demonstration of power and luxury, which you can experience when deciding on sport coupe, but primarily it's passion and love to sport, which in GTS version is highlighted in a unique way.

How to TURBINAR your ENGLISH with TURBO! | SA VLOG #24 - Duration: 6:20.

Hey!

What's up guys?

I wanna talk about two facts about becoming fluent in English.

First, in order to become fluent in English, you have to use your English.

Duh, right?

That's easy.

But in order to USE your English, you have to NEED to use your English.

You need to have someone counting on you to use your English, or you have to be in a situation

where you can't speak anything but English.

Now the problem for most Brazilians is that unless you're living in a country abroad where

English is spoken, or you have a spouse who speaks English, or you have a job where you're

required to speak English, it can be very hard to find these situations where you NEED

to use your English to get by, to make do, to "se virar"!

This is the big problem.

I had the same problem when I was learning Portuguese by myself here in the United States,

and I've been thinking about how this problem can be solved for Brazilians.

And I came up with the idea for my new English course, which I'm launching today, which is

called TURBO! inglesturbo.com.

So, to tell you a little more about Turbo and how it can help you reach fluency finally,

finally in English, in the same way that I finally reached fluency in Portuguese, I wanna

tell you 10 fun facts, né?

Dez curiosidades.

Fact #1: So many courses online exist now that are helping Brazilians learn English

for the very first time, and maybe, maybe get to the intermediate level.

But Turbo, my course, is the first course that I know of that plans on taking you from

the intermediate level to the advanced level: on your way to fluency!

Second thing is that this course is gonna be 10 weeks long, so about a fifth of the

year.

Third, if you enroll in Turbo you'll be receiving exclusive and interactive study materials

directly from me.

So these could be videos, these could be tips, these could be tools.

I have a wealth of information and I've been thinking about this for a long time.

And most of you are already familiar with my work on YouTube.

Fourth, and most importantly, in each of these 10 weeks there will be a weekly challenge

to make you HAVE TO USE your English, to replicate this process, without having a job, or a spouse,

or living in a country where you need to speak English.

These challenges are an integral part of Turbo, and I'm so excited!

Fun fact #5 is that you can complete this material on your own time.

There's not fixed times, fixed hours that the classes are gonna happen.

You just need to make sure you get it done on your own time within that week.

It's flexible!

Sixth (sixth!) each class - I'm calling them "TurboTurma" - each TurboTurma is limited

to 99 students, okay?

I don't want 1,000 students taking this class.

I want the emphasis on personal interaction and community within Turbo, and for that reason

I only have 99 spots.

I wanna be able to interact with you!

I love this interaction!

Let's do it!

Ah, and fun fact #7 is that the students within each TurboTurma are called "turbalistas" né!

Tribalistas, one of my favorite Brazilian bands, and one of my friends suggested that

name... it's perfect.

So come be a turbalista in this primeiríssima TurboTurma!

And so the eighth fact here is that the first day of our first TurboTurma is Saturday, August

26, meaning that the period of registration goes from today, Saturday, August 19, until

Friday, August 25.

Fact #9, and we're gonna talk about the cost here.

So eventually I envision this course, which guarantees you to improve your English from

intermediate to advanced on your way to fluency, eventually this course will cost, I'm imagining

around 2,000 reais.

But, because this is the first time that I'm ever running this course, I'm only charging

400 reais.

We're gonna be learning how to do this together, once again in this primeiríssima TurboTurma

- the first ever TurboTurma - for 400 reais.

Number ten, you already saw the name of the website, but again its inglesturbo.com.

I'll put it in the description too.

But there you'll find a lot more details about the course, in addition to: What is intermediate?

Am I at the intermediate level?

Can I participate?

Find those details over there at inglesturbo.com.

I am so, so excited for this course and how it's turned out.

Please come participate with me.

We're in this together - tamo junto!

I'm also so excited with how the website turned out.

I've been working with my friends over at Vlog New Life, André and Ana Paula.

And they have been working with me so much to make sure that everything "ficou bom, né?"

Everything turned out great.

And André especially has done the web design, he's done the course administration, and he's

worked with me so dedicatedly to make sure that everything has gone well.

So if you're interested in creating your own blog, your own website, even your own course,

André and Ana Paula will help you with the digital marketing, the e-commerce, and just

the design: he does logos, they do the administration, they even do some Italian citizenship stuff,

visas to the US, and so on.

So check out their information; I'll also put that in the description below.

But thank you again André and Ana Paula.

And for the rest of you, please go check out inglesturbo.com.

I'm gonna continue posting videos here on YouTube, but if you really wanna take your

English to the next level and leave that stagnation of the intermediate phase, if you really wanna

be on your way to fluency (in the same way that I became fluent in Portuguese...

I know what it's like, you know?!) please, come join me!

It's gonna be an awesome journey.

And I can't wait.

See you guys there....

Rock it!

TRUMP STRIKES BACK: Last Night Trump Just Kept His BIGGEST Promise About China | Top Stories Today - Duration: 1:35.

Despite what the media tries to spin it as, President Donald Trump absolutely is a promise

keeper.

People may not understand his methods, but he delivers results and China just learned

that the hard way.

Just last week Trump asked United States Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer to look into

China and see if we need an investigation into their predatory trade practices.

Well, guess what.

President Trump is launching a full-scale investigation into Chinese Trade and Patetent

practices.

Lighthizer said in a statement,

"After consulting with stakeholders and other government agencies, I have determined

that these critical issues merit a thorough investigation."

This means Trump just took another key action that all Presidents before him had been too

lazy, ignorant, or corrupt to do.

He is also sending a very clear message to China after they refused to back Trump on

North Korea.

The investigation will focus on Chinese theft of US patents, music, tech, films, etc that

China often achieves through bad trade practices thanks to the World Trade Organization.

At this point, the President has made it abundantly clear that he does believe in World trade,

but only if it's done right and the US can come out ahead from it.

Do you like the way Trump is handling foreign affairs?

If so, share this everywhere and let Trump see the people actually do stand by their

President.

What The Cast Of Stranger Things Looks Like In Real Life - Duration: 5:53.

As Halloween 2017 fast approaches, so does the highly anticipated second season of Stranger

Things, Matt and Ross Duffer's addictive blend of Steven Spielberg and Stephen King.

The Netflix thriller became the unexpected hit of 2016 and propelled its young cast members

to levels of fame they couldn't have dreamed of when they answered that first casting call.

But what are the kids of Hawkins, Indiana like away from the cameras?

This is what the cast of Stranger Things looks like in real life.

Millie Bobby Brown

Brown was born in Spain to English parents and spent her childhood between the UK and

the US.

Before winning the part of psychokinetic runaway Eleven, Brown had made a few minor TV appearances,

though Stranger Things was her first major gig.

"Is your mom here?

Your dad?"

"Mouthbreather."

As the breakout star of the show, she quickly booked a part in Universal's Godzilla sequel,

King of the Monsters, set for release in 2019.

While Stranger Things Season 2 details remain scarce, the first promotional images released

confirm that the Eggo-loving Eleven will no longer be sporting her laboratory buzz cut,

instead rocking some very '80s curls.

Finn Wolfhard

In his role as Mike Wheeler, Finn Wolfhard took center stage alongside his mysterious

houseguest Eleven, showcasing an impressive range for such a young actor — impressive

enough to land him a part in the upcoming '80s-set adaptation of Stephen King horror

classic It.

"Wow.

She looks…"

"Pretty… good.

You look pretty good."

In real life, the curly-haired Canadian is an indie music aficionado who plays guitar

and even has his own band.

Gaten Matarazzo

Even though he had stage experience, Gaten Matarazzo had only a single screen credit

to his name when he auditioned for the part of the lovable Dustin Henderson in Stranger

Things.

"Where are you going?

You just said, 'Stick to the plan!'"

"I am!

I'm just going to go get some chocolate pudding.

I'm telling you: Lunch lady Phyllis hoards that s---."

But his lack of screen time wasn't for lack of trying: The New Jersey-born actor suffers

from a mild case of cleidocranial dysplasia, a condition where you're born without a collarbone,

which affects skull growth and teeth.

Matarazzo used his post-Stranger Things fame to raise awareness of the condition and received

countless letters of support after he revealed that his disability stopped him from getting

parts for a number of years.

But the Duffer Brothers wrote his condition in, giving his character Dustin the same condition

and even allowing bullies to use it as ammunition in the show.

Caleb McLaughlin

Like Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin began his career as an actor on the stage, playing the

young version of Simba in the Broadway production of The Lion King from 2012 to 2014.

He came into Stranger Things with a couple of TV credits, like most of his on-screen

friends, but getting the part of Lucas Sinclair in Stranger Things was the hardest audition

process he's been through yet.

While his character Lucas is the skeptic of the group and is initially wary of El, McLaughlin

revealed that, off-camera, the cast clicked "like magnets."

Noah Schnapp

Schnapp originally auditioned for the role of Mike Wheeler, but was equally excited to

learn he'd won the part of Will Byers when he got a phone call from the Duffer Brothers

while away at camp.

Schnapp made his film debut in Steven Spielberg's 2015 movie Bridge of Spies — not a bad first

gig for such a young actor.

Schnapp went on to voice Charlie Brown in The Peanuts Movie before landing the part

of Will.

Schnapp suspects Will won't quite be himself in the second season.

The actor told The Hollywood Reporter he thinks Will is going to "become evil" in Season 2.

And seriously, if barfing up slugs during dinner doesn't make you evil, what does?

Natalia Dyer

Dyer's Stranger Things character Nancy Wheeler starts out as your typical '80s high school

girl.

But by the first season's end, she's far from a teen stereotype, diving head first into

the Upside Down in search of her missing friend Barb.

She told Cosmopolitan it was "really nice" to see a character like Nancy, saying, quote,

"She does have that love triangle and boy drama aspect to her, but she's independent

and strong, and her main focus is about finding her best friend and solving that mystery at

any cost."

Joe Keery

While Steve Harrington gets under your skin at the start, his change of heart and obvious

remorse come as unexpected and somewhat refreshing — and even actor Joe Keery didn't see the

switcheroo coming.

The cast members were given the scripts episode by episode, and had little idea about the

fate of their characters.

Keery was certain he wouldn't be around for the second season after his questionable behavior

early in the story, telling Marie Claire he was sure he'd be "monster food."

Fortunately, he lived to the end of the season — and even became something of a cult-favorite

among fans of that other popular show set in Indiana, Parks and Recreation.

"You guys heard about this fan theory.

They think that Steve is actually John Ralphio's real father."

Charlie Heaton

When they're not teaming up with Nancy to try and rescue Will and Barb from the Upside

Down, Jonathan and Steve compete for her affections — and in very different ways.

While Steve is the confident, popular type, Jonathan admires Nancy from a distance with

his long-lens camera, earning himself a reputation as a bit of a creep.

Their love triangle looks set to continue in season two, but even if Jonathan isn't

quite as prominent this time around, we'll be seeing a lot more of Heaton regardless.

The British actor has been cast as the superhero Cannonball in Fox's upcoming X-Men spin-off

New Mutants.

Shannon Purser

Let's finish things off with fan-favorite Shannon Purser, who looks radically different

when she's not covered in a thick layer of pure 1980s.

Barb was a minor character in Stranger Things, who vanishes pretty early on after being left

alone outside by Nancy while she hooks up with Steve... and shows up again at the end

of the season when her body is seen in the Upside Down, an unfortunate victim of the

Demogorgon.

Despite that, Barb became inexplicably popular among Stranger Things fans.

The "Justice For Barb" hashtag began trending on Twitter after her character was killed

off, and she became one of the most popular Halloween costumes of 2016.

Purser told the Guardian that some truly dedicated fans went one step further in their tributes

to the character, sending her pictures of Barb's face tattooed on their bodies.

And while Barb's fate seems pretty much sealed at the end of season one, some dedicated fans

still hold out hope that she'll return for the follow-up.

Hey...stranger things have happened.

Colourpop Fem Rosa Collection "She" Palette Inspired Makeup Tutorial #3 - Duration: 10:57.

Colourpop Fem Rosa: yo girls got a cute cake my friend got a nice 5/5 they just wanna have fun this

is my type of party well y'all probably already know I'm

starting off with some tape and I'm putting that on the side of my eyes just

prepare me for the eye shadow to be more poppin and all that so I'm putting this

eyeshadow base by NYX this is one of my Holy Grails and I'm blending it out and

I'm just taking some setting powder and I'm just setting it into place so next

I'm going into that color pop Tim Roses palette and I'm just gonna be taking

that reddish burgundy shade and I'm going to be seeing that right above my

feet and blending it out so I'm taking this champagne pop and spraying it with

a little bit of setting spray and I'll be putting it right underneath my brow

bone and then I'll be topping to get also off with artist couture just to

have a lot more shimmer and pop I just didn't love the artist is for

highlighters it's just like a powder and this is like so shimmery and glowy but

I'm taking my blending brush I was using a no product on it I'm just blending

that out and then I'm taking my crease brush and I'm just gonna be working that

purple into the crease and then I'm also going to be taking it down to the side

and as you guys are going to see me like a little bit later I'm like right now

basically I'm going to be taking my finger and I'm just gonna be applying

that purple shade to my lid and then I'm just winging me out with that bloomin

brush from earlier

so for this look I decided to do a halo eye so I'm just singing that in the

center just like we would for halo eyes so I'm just be quiet and imma let you

guys know watch and see as I do okay guys so I got this from Elmer I don't

know if this cosmetic grade so it's up to you whether or not you want to buy

this it looks like it to me I'm not exactly sure I try to look it up online

but I couldn't find anything at all so I'm going to use this I'm not suggesting

it necessarily just because I gotta have Walmart in the crafts section but if you

guys look at it you can just I don't know if your opinion on it if you think

it's problematic great but my suggestion for whoever uses is be very careful we

put this on your eye because it is not cosmetic grade it could I just poke your

eye out so I'm going to be very careful while applying the $3.00 I will mark for

all 16 of these blows so all you have to do for this part is put the glue right

where you have the eye shadow and then put that glitter right on top of it this

is it I don't know if you guys consider this cosmetic grade

right now I'm just taking that purple shade and I'm just going to be blending

it in with that color that I just put on in that glitter and all that just so it

just blends like your eye shadow has to blend for it to look nice in my opinion

that's pretty much in anybody's opinion who does makeup like your eyeshadow

needs to be blended and then you're good

so y'all know I love experimenting so I'm taking the bull by two-faced Pig and

basically just gonna draw on my eyeliner and then dry after going back I'm just

going to taking this change which if I settle from NYX and I'm just eating

you're talking right on top as if it were eyeliner and I know you guys can't

see it because like that shade is pretty much stuck so yeah it's just like a

minty looking color kind of you know this shade is beautiful I just have to

get it and when I brought it was actually broke so I'm just like this is

the only color that they have and I really wanted the colors film like I'm

gonna just go ahead and buy it so I'm taking my mario's with just to spray and

I'm freshen up the pieces and then I'll just be taking my maybe a minute oh my

gosh you guys like if you guys are looking for a cheap timer to help keep

your face more matte I guess you can say this is definitely it like only like I

think like $6 but I'm taking this clean and clear and this definitely matte into

my face but the purpose for this is to help get rid of acne and I have noticed

it but these times I have worn it has helped with that a little bit but I

don't we're on a consistent basis they're like really give early

now I'm taking my studying powder and I'm just setting any liquids that are on

my face right now and then I'm just going to be doing my little color

correcting little techniques I have a full-on video on that if you guys want

to check that out I will put the link to that down below just so you guys can

check that out I don't feel like I really need to talk about it in this

video so I'm taking my Maybelline fit me and then I'm just gonna be putting that

all over my face and then right after that I'll just be taking my DVD burner

and blending all of that out so I'm pretty much just going to be doing my

highlight and contour routine right now I actually have a video up on how to

contour a big nose so I'll see it I know y'all see it I'm going to swim this down

a lot so if you have a big nose such as I or if you just want to know my contour

routine please check out that video I will put the link down below for that as

well I'm just going to let you guys watch and I'll come back when I finish

up my

I'm

so it's that time to finish up the eyes I'm taking that burgundy shade and I'm

just going to be blending it right under my waterline and then right after using

that color I'm just going to be using that purple shade with another brush and

then I'm going to be pretty much trying to focus it closer to my waterline I

want that red shade to be at the bottom and I'm just going to kind of do like a

ombre effect and then right after doing all of that

I'm just going to take the brush so I was using for that Burgundy a shade and

I'm going to be using that with no products on it just to blend out those

two colors so you already know that I'm very extra so I'm just going to be

taking these jewels I got from Michaels and I'm just going to be placing those

right underneath my eyeshadows putting on some little mascara and then I'll

just be taking my false lashes which are the kids paparazzi three lashes my go-to

lashes as you already know so the people who have been watching my channel if you

have not been watching my channel like please subscribe I have some balm or if

you guys think so I feel like I have some balm nice tutorials to bring your

way along with like other specific scare tutorials anyways I'm just going to

finish up this work I'm not going to talk away too much after this video

please give it a thumbs up and please make sure to check out some of my other

tutorials anyways I love you guys and I will see guys in the next video

opened after you get myself singing you keep it real you

Best Triathlon Training App for Measuring Your Fitness - Duration: 7:44.

- You put a finger over top of your camera.

You hit measure HRV.

I'm not just throwing a sissy fit here.

That sounds a lot fancier than

YouTuber who dances in a Speedo for a living.

Morning, trainiacs.

That was a struggle.

I'm tired.

I feel tired.

I've got data to prove it.

I'm not just throwing a sissy fit here.

I'll explain at the office.

Oh! Oh!

Scientific testing proves orange kickboards are fastest.

Science.

Say yeah, trainiacs.

I'm shattered.

I am like poked

and I'm not just being a bitch about it.

I actually have data on it.

There's a new app that Coach Pat,

he's been testing out since I want to say,

November, December, that he got myself

and I think Nicole Walker is doing it.

Yes.

At least she's tried it before.

And I mentioned this before in a video

about heart rate variability.

And heart rate variability is the differences

in the amount of time between heartbeats.

What you actually want is a very variable heart rate.

A very variable heart rate.

Because that means that your heart is only pumping

the times that it needs to,

it's not just going through the motions of like

just a standard...

(mimics heart beating)

That's actually sign of over training and fatigue.

What we tried before was a heart rate variability watch,

but I wasn't a big fan of that

because of all sudden I got a heart rate variability watch,

I've got a Garmin, I've got a bike computer,

I've got all of these gadgets,

but there's now an app that takes no other hardware

and it seems to be pretty reliable.

So I'll show you what it does.

It's called measure HRV.

Nope. Nope, nope.

HRV4Training.

And what you do is ideally, first thing in the morning,

same routine as still and as quickly

after waking up as you can,

you go in and you put a finger over top of your camera,

you hit measure HRV.

I already took my measurement today.

Repeating this measurement will overwrite the previous one.

Would you like to continue or cancel?

You know what?

I'm going to do this.

I'm going to overwrite it just for you.

And you can see that the flashlight goes on,

and you have to stay as still as possible

and breathe regularly,

and I'm doing a horrible job with that right now.

You can see that my heart rate line was going up and down,

and that's because I was even just like lifting up this

and that throws the reading off.

So you have to be as still as you possibly can

and just breathe normally for about 60 seconds.

What happens after this,

if we're to store that measurement,

we will delete it.

After you go into the measurement,

you hit store measurement,

and then you've got all of these subjective measures.

So you put in how your training was today.

You put in how you performed.

What the rate of perceived exertion was.

If you know your training stress score from TrainingPeaks,

you put in.

Your physical condition, your mental energy,

your muscle soreness, how fatigue you are,

what your current lifestyle is.

Whether you're traveling or you took in alcohol

or if you're sick, you save it all.

And what it does,

is it takes these objective scientific measures

from your finger on the camera

and it matches it up with your subjective measures

of how you're feeling.

And what I found is pretty reliably

it's a leading indicator as in

it can tell you before you actually feel it

how fatigued you are.

Yesterday for example, I woke up in the morning and it said,

"Dude, you need to rest."

And I'm like "Pffft, I'm fine."

And then I hop on the bike and I'm like,

"Whoa. I am not feeling good."

And then by the end of the day I was like,

"I am really not feeling good."

It knew me better than I know myself.

And then finally, the last really cool thing about it is,

this feeds in to your TrainingPeaks file,

which we're starting to use more automatically.

So they talk to each other.

Pretty impressive stuff.

And what you use this for in training

is to know what days you can absolutely

go out there and kill it and what days you need to back off

because you're listening to the signals

that your body is giving you

that we might not be able to pick up just on our own,

because we have to wait until we feel like trash

to know that we feel like trash.

It's pretty good.

So, yeah.

There is nothing paid, sponsored, give-awayed

about this whatsoever.

But, I downloaded it, I liked it.

I've been testing it out.

Big fan.

HRV4Training.

That swim this morning, trainiacs,

was race pace pain.

Me being tired, that could not have come at a worse time.

That hurt.

♫ How deep can we go

♫ Because you're pulling me straight down

♫ I'm used to all the pressure

♫ You know

- That felt terrible.

♫ Sink or we can swim

♫ Lose or we can win

♫ I'm so alive

♫ Baby it hurts

- Yup.

Scientifically proven now that orange kickboards

are the fastest kickboards.

So long blue, so long red.

And if you notice in that workout

that Trevor and Chris

were doing a different workout than I was,

or going off at different times.

And it's because, right now we're all getting into

our race specific preparation.

They're doing short course.

So they were doing five, 100, max effort

on five minute intervals.

I was doing 200...

Oh, and this probably needs a little bit of explaining.

Eight 200, where I did the first 50 hard first hundred hard

first 150 hard, then 200 hard, and then the last 50 hard,

then the last 100 hard, then last 150 hard, then 200 hard.

Because I'm doing long course,

so I need to be able to go really fast

for extended periods of time

and then recover while I'm swimming.

That was a brutal workout.

Oh, and last fun thing that I found out

just like this morning is that

I got my first published article on activenetwork.com.

Active.com.

I think the guy over there thinks I'm going to jump.

Active.com about a day in the life

of every single triathlete.

I'll link to it in the description below.

It's just like a complicated mess of a URL.

Check it out.

Apparently, that might be a regular thing.

Published author, that sounds fancy.

That sounds a lot fancier than

YouTuber who dances in a Speedo for a living.

I don't know. Both work.

Alright, trainiacs, home time.

Weekend starts now.

Fun Ideas for Partnering PUSH UPS - Duration: 4:48.

When I was in Croatia, me and my friend Max,

after a day of hiking ended up on the top of a mountain.

We decided that we're gonna stay there for the night, because it's always so awesome

to wake up in a place with a view like that.

We wanted to do a training session, however

with no trees to hang rings from our options were limited.

we decided to do a push ups session with some partnering exercises

to make things more interesting than just doing regular push ups.

so here's a couple of fun exercises we came up with

that you may use to make your chest training more entertaining.

First we tried doing something that looked like two people doing one regular push ups.

You need to put your arm over your partners shoulder and go down at the same time.

However it quickly turned out that it's pretty difficult.

It's basically like doing one arm push ups, but your hand is in slightly different position.

Because of that, you may first want to try doing it on an inclined surface with your hands higher.

The next exercise is a great one that makes push ups more challenging.

One person need to put his legs on the back of the other.

The other person has to wrap his feet around the back of the first one.

Then you go down and up simultaneously.

This push ups variation is more difficult than the regular one,

because each person basically pushes up half of your combined bodyweights.

Moving on, we tried assisted one arm push ups.

You hold hands and do the push ups one after the other.

Notice how the assisting person has to pull the hand of the one doing push up

to make it easier for him.

Compared to a regular one arm push up

this variation is less difficult, so it's a good way to practice for the solo version.

Next, we tried the same setup as in the first exercise, but we did push ups one after another.

It was way easier than doing them at the same time, but still harder than regular push ups.

Then we did weighted push ups with the help of the other person.

There's a lot of options of applying weight and the way you do it will decide how difficult the push up gets.

However what's very important here is that you try to apply the same amount of load throught the whole movement.

Nothing makes those push ups more frustrating than it suddenly getting super difficult at the bottom of the move.

The last two ideas are not changing the mechanics of the push ups,

but are just a fun way to do them.

First you face each other and after each push up you clap your hands.

Give yourselves a high five, or rather low five.

The fact that you have to spend some time on one hand after each push up

makes it a little bit more difficult.

The second one is just doing a pyramid from one to for example 5 and then back to one,

but when one person makes the push ups the other one has to wait in plank position.

This part of the set makes it really challenging.

Another great aspect of training this way is that when you're facing your friend you want to keep up with him,

so you're doing your best to complete sets.

I found that training like this is much more motivating to push myself to the limits, than I could do on my own.

Anyway, let me know in the comments below if you have any other partnering push up exercise propositions.

Big thanks to my patreons for supporting the channel and thus helping me to do better videos.
