Hello, this is NU'EST's Baekho.

If I were to introduce myself....

Firstly, I'm 18 this year, 19 based on lunar calendar.

And my personality is...

is very bright, optimistic.^^

And if I dislike something I really dislike it, if I like something, I really liked it.

I'm very clear/distinct about that.

As for what I like,

it's sleeping and food.

I like cars too, and things for cars.

As for what I hate...

An empty stomach, lacking sleep...

I really dislike that!

If I'm hungry or lack sleep, I get really sensitive.

Ah right, in NU'EST I'm in charged of vocals.

So I'm most confident in my singing.

RIDGE GOURD II तोरई की सब्ज़ी II BY HOME COOK PRIYANKA SAINI II - Duration: 1:50.

Hi friends, welcome to Priyanka's Kitchen

The dish I'am going to teach you today is very simple but very tasty

You all must be knowing about Ridge Gourd, today I'll teach you how to cook this

If you are getting smaller one that's much more tasty else the bigger one will also do

Finely chop the ridge gourd, also take chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and chopped potato

chopped garlic and chopped green chilli

Put some oil in the heavy bottom pan

Add Cumin Seeds, Chopped garlic and as soon garlic is slightly golden add chopped green chilli

Also add chopped onions and cook them until they turn red

Also add dry red chilli

Onions are red and now add chopped potato

Sit the potatoes for 2 mins and add chopped ridge gourd

Now we'll add spices in it

Do not add too much of spices as in ridge gourd shrinks after cooking.

Add little bit of coriander powder, Turmeric Powder and salt to taste

Stir it and add chopped tomatoes

Now do not stir else the spices will get burnt so just cover it with the lid

Cook it for 2 mins and then take off the lid

Cook it well without lid and your Ridge Gourd is ready

You can enjoy this veggie with ether Chapati or Rice, it tastes delicious.
