2 Chopped Onions
1 Chopped Tomato
4 Green Chillies
1tsp Fennel seeds
Cinnoman, Cardamom & Cloves
1Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Chicken Masala
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1Tbsp Sambar Powder
Chicken 500g
Oil
Salt
4Tbsp Pepper or 1Tbsp Pepper Powder
Curry Leaves & 1Tbsp Fennel seeds
Heat a Pan
Dry roast 1Tbsp Fennel seeds, Curry Leaves & Pepper
Dry roast them in a Low flame
Dry roast Pepper powder not more than 5 secs
Let it Cool down
Make a fine powder out of it
Heat Oil in Pan
Add Whole spices
Fennel seeds
Green Chillies
Add Chopped Onions
Saute it for 5 mins
1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
Saute it for 2 mins
Add Chopped Tomato
Saute it for 3 mins
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
1tsp Chilly Powder
1Tbsp Sambar Powder
Garam Masala
Chicken Masala
Saute it for a while
Add Chicken
Saute it well
Add some water
Close the Lid and cook it for 10 mins in Low flame
Add grinded powder(Curry Leaves, Fennel seeds & Pepper)
Close the Lid and cook it for 10 mins in Low flame
Open the lid & cook them till the curry becomes dry
Add Chopped Coriander leaves
Spicy Curry leaves and Pepper chicken is ready!!
Serve it hot with Rice/Roti/Naan
