Faking It | May, June & July - Duration: 4:04.

I have tried over and over and over again over the past few months to edit all of the

footage I've got for Faking It into something that is vaguely coherent and so far I have

been wildly unsuccessful.

So I'm sitting down at about midnight to film this clip, and hopefully explain everything

and then I'm going to put all three months into one long video.

So to begin with, in May I filmed the short film right at the beginning of the month that

I booked at the end of April.

It was a short filmed called 'SWIM', this really cool, atmospheric kind of idea about

an old woman looking back on her past relationships.

"What? Ohh"

"Say Hello!

This is my girlfriend."

"I thought afterwards, when we did that I should have been much more oh come on"

SWIM was set at a swimming pool and so the set was just so so cool, it was one of the

coolest sets I've ever been on.

It was so beautiful and reflecting and just moody and I loved it so much.

I'll put a quick image of some of the behind-the-scenes that I shot at the set, just so you can see

what it was like.

And I'll also, you know what I'll do, I'll put a quick clip of the film itself, right

there: "leave me!".

Okay.

And then after SWIM, pretty soon after, I had a commercial audition.

Sorry about that sun and all the noise.

I just had the worlds quickest commercial audition, which I mean I don't know that that

means that it didn't go well... It probably means that

But, you never can be too sure with these things.

It as kind of weird as well, and I have got another commercial on the air at the moment

and typically they don't put you in another one if you've got one going.

But, they wanted me to audition anyway so I did and...

We will see.

I mean I could really use the money so...

And then after that.

Nothing.

Just nothing. I mean, not nothing.

I finished the first semester of my Masters and I did all of my final assignments during

the same period as I was working full time.

Which was ridiculous and a bad idea and if you can avoid it, please do.

But it turned out fine.

It turned out good.

So after that I had, I think it was about five weeks still of full time work, and it

was just a really, just a shitty period really.

It wasn't awful or anything, my job is fine but you know, I couldn't film videos because

it was dark by the time I got home, I couldn't audition for anything, the only stuff I could

do was on weekends and it just wasn't happening and I wasn't in the mood, I wasn't feeling

creative or motivated.

And I really define myself by my motivation so feeling without that is just awful.

Honestly, I was just not living my best life, I was living somebody else's life and I felt

creatively stifled and just bleh.

I'm glad that that period is over, at the end of July I did have an audition.

I've got my little self tape studio set up over there, I am filming a self tape with

my partner for the first time ever.

Makes me really really nervous actually, which is weird because I love for him to come and

see me on stage.

But that makes me nervous too, I guess.

I just think, you know, there are some people in your life that you need to support you

and if they don't think you're good, you know, it's very difficult to believe that you are

yourself, so I guess that's why I'm so nervous about this.

I hope that's why.

Anyway, I wish he'd hurry up and get home we can just get it done!

Jake: "And action"

Jake: "no, take seven!"

Jake: "Scene one, (xbox dings) and you just opened the xbox with your foot, action!

Okay. Okay. We gotta be serious

We gotta do a real serious one

And although I didn't get that part, I really think that it kind of marked the end of July

on a better note.

And put an end to that period that was pretty shitty, acting wise.

BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN II कुरकुरे बटरमिल्क फ्राइड चिकन II BY CHEF RUBINA KHAN II - Duration: 4:08.

With an another episode of bachelors cooking, Rubina is here just for you

The unique recipe which we are going to make today i.e "Buttermilk Fried Chicken"

Let me share the ingredients required

Here we have Buttermilk well mixed with 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder & 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

Regular spices, Oil, Corn Flour, Chicken cut into cubes

Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary & Cumin Powder

Let's marinate the chicken.

In Buttermilk add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/4 tsp Oregano, 1/4 tsp Thyme, 1/4 tsp Rosemary

Adding Salt, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

Mix it well

In case you don't have buttermilk, you can use yogurt

Add water in yogurt and beat it well

If you'll add black pepper powder in it then your buttermilk will be ready

As you can see its mixed well, now we'll add chicken cubes in it

Mix it well

Now I'll refrigerate this for 45 mins and after that we'll deep fry them.

Let's put it into refrigerator for 45 mins

45 mins have been passed & here I've taken out the marinated chicken for our Buttermilk Fried Chicken .

Now one by one I'll take out the chicken cube and will coat Refined Flour on it

Then coat Corn Flour

Then dip it into beaten egg and lastly coat Bread Crumbs on it

After all these 4 process we'll deep fry it

You can either shallow or deep fry them as per your choice.

So now we'll coat the Refined Flour on all the marinated Chicken Cubes

Then we'll coat Corn Flour in it

Next we'll dip them into beaten egg and lastly we'll coat Bread Crumbs on it

Finally it will deep fried

So this way we'll fry all the marinated chicken cubes by going through all these 4 steps

As you can see that the chicken cubes are turning golden brown

Let's flip it up, its looking beautiful

Gently flip all the chicken cubes

Similarly now we'll cook them till the other part also turns golden brown

My kitchen is full of aroma

They are golden brown from the bottom that means the bottom part is cooked

Now let the other side cook as well

As you can see that they are golden brown from both the sides

They are looking beautiful and this time my kitchen is full of fragrance of this dish.

Our Buttermilk Fried Chicken is ready

Turn the induction off and take out them carefully in a plate

So here we have our Buttermilk Fried Chicken is ready
