Shami Kabab, a fried kabab

boneless mutton or beef 1kg (use meat with low fat, high muscle content; trim away excess fat, if any)

chhola'r dal 200g (soaked overnight)

bay leaves 4 pcs; dried red chillies 8 pcs; garlic 20g; ginger 30g; onions 100g

salt 20g

mint leaves 10g; green chillies 16g

raisins 30g; lime juice 10g

ghee 5g; shahi garam masala 4g

1 egg

roughly chop ginger and garlic

meat

chhola'r dal

onions, ginger & garlic

dried red chillies, bay leaves

salt

water

when trying this the first time, we highly recommend boiling in an open pot where you can keep an eye on the water level

the meat needs to be tender but dry

use a pressure cooker only if you are sure of water quantity and cooking time, which will depend on the meat and your location

in a pressure cooker on low heat, our meat cooked in 45 minutes; we added 400g water

once the meat is tender, cook off any excess water on high flame

discard bay leaves

transfer to a grinder jar

grind on lowest setting until mixture is uniform

you may have to scrape down your jar once or twice

a good shami kabab has texture; the mixture shouldn't be smooth or pasty; the meat fibres should be visible

beaten egg

chopped green chillies, chopped mint leaves

raisins

shahi garam masala (link in description)

lime juice

ghee

mix thoroughly

divide into 60g portions

apply ghee on your hands

compact the mixture in your fist

shape into a 6cm disc

patch up cracks, if any

chill kababs until you're ready to serve, or freeze them for later

heat vegetable oil, 1cm deep, to 180°C; it should reach half the height of the kabab

fry on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side

drain from the oil

coriander and coconut chutney

garnish with boiled eggs

Crying Nazi Smacked Down By Judge - Duration: 5:00.

A VIRGINIA JUDGE HAS DENIED BAIL FOR THE NEO-NAZI WHO BECAME

INFAMOUS ONLINE AFTER CRYING ABOUT A WAR AND THAT WAS OUT FOR

HIS ARREST.

CHRISTOPHER CANTWELL IS HIS NAME AND HERE IS HIS MUG SHOT

DIVE YOU CAN RECALL IN THE VIDEO THAT WENT VIRAL HE WAS CRYING

BECAUSE HE FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST.

AT THE TIME, WE WERE UNCERTAIN IF THAT WAS TRUE, WHAT THE

WARRANT WAS FOR AND NOW WE HAVE SOME MORE DETAILS.

APPARENTLY HE IS FACING TWO COUNTS OF ILLEGAL USE OF TEAR

GAS AND OTHER GASES AND ONE COUNT OF MALICIOUS BODILY

INJURY WITH A CAUSTIC SUBSTANCE EXPOSED A FIRE, ALL FELONIES.

OF COURSE, HIS VIOLENT RANTS WERE DOCUMENTED ON VICE.

I'M SURE THAT THAT MADE HIM A TARGET FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT

AND IT IS INTERESTING BECAUSE IN THE DOCUMENTARY, HE GOT

PEPPER SPRAYED HIMSELF.

I AM CURIOUS TO SEE HOW THIS WHOLE ALL GOES DOWN BUT

AGAIN KEEP IN MIND THE JUDGE HAS DENIED BAIL.

HE IS STILL IN CUSTODY.

IF IN FACT HE GOT PEPPER SPRAYED BY SOMEONE ELSE, HE

IS SUCH A BUFFOON HE MIGHT HAVE DONE ACCIDENTALLY HIMSELF

BECAUSE WE NOW KNOW YET PEPPER SPRAY.

I'M GOING TO GET THOSE LEFTIES.

BACK TO CRYING.

ANYWAY IF SOMEONE ELSE DID PEPPER SPRAY HIM, THEY

SHOULD ALSO BE ARRESTED OF COURSE.

I 100% AGREE WITH YOU.

DON'T EVER GET PHYSICAL WITH PEOPLE.

DON'T EVER USE VIOLENCE OR PEPPER SPRAY.

THERE'S ANOTHER PART OF THIS STORY THAT I WAS JUST MADE

AWARE OF THAT FASCINATES ME.

CHRISTOPHER CANTWELL USED TO BE PART OF A GROUP IN KEENE NEW

HAMPSHIRE KNOWN AS FREE KEEN AND THEY, IT'S AMAZING HOW MUCH HE

HAS CHANGED SINCE HE WAS PART OF THAT GROUP THAT COLBERT HAD DONE

A SEGMENT ON THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT IDENTIFIED AS

LIBERTARIANS AND THEY ABSOLUTELY HATED THE FACT THAT THE CITY

WASTED RESOURCES ON TICKETING PEOPLE FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS.

THIS IS INSANE.

THAT'S ONE ISSUE THAT YOU SHARE WITH THEM.

THEY WOULD CONSIDER THEMSELVES LIKE THE ROBIN HOOD'S OF THE

AREA BECAUSE THEY WOULD GO TO PARKING METERS THROUGHOUT THE

TOWN AND THEY WOULD FEED THE PARKING METERS THAT WERE ABOUT

TO EXPIRE AND APPARENTLY THE CITY HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITHIN

THIS ENTIRE THING WITH THE COURT BUT IT WAS JUST AMAZING BECAUSE

HERE IS A GUY WHO FIRST OF ALL WAS PART OF A GROUP THAT

REFERRED TO THEMSELVES AS ROBIN HOOD'S AND WANTED TO ACTUALLY

HELP OUT THE CITIZENS OF THE AREA REGARDLESS OF RACE OR

ETHNIC CITY OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

THEY JUST HATED THE FACT THAT PEOPLE WERE GETTING

TICKETED FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS AND SO I DON'T KNOW.

THINGS CONSIDERABLY DEVOLVED SINCE THEN.

SOMETIMES THE RIGHT WING DOZEN SAME THINGS, IF YOU

START OUT AS A PROGRESSIVE IT IS A SLIPPERY SLOPE AND YOU

WILL END UP AS A MARCUS, MAOIST.

I'VE YET TO RUN INTO ONE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

IF WE WERE TO BE LIKE THEM AND MAKE RIDICULOUS CLAIMS WE

WOULD SAY WELL, IF YOU START OUT AS A LIBERTARIAN YOU ARE

OBVIOUSLY GOING TO END UP AS A NAZI AND THAT IS NOT THE CASE.

SOME LIBERTARIANS JUST SAY LIBERTARIANS TO ME THOUGH, ALL

OF THIS IS RICHLY DESERVED JUSTICE.

HE DID PEPPER SPRING, THERE FELONIES.

I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG HE IS GOING TO STAY IN PRISON, WE

DON'T EVEN KNOW IF HE IS GOING TO BE CONVICTED.

LET THE JUSTICE SYSTEM PLAY OUT HERE TO OF COURSE, EVEN THOUGH

HE CHANTED ALL OF THOSE HORRIBLY ANTI-SEMITIC THINGS AND TALKED

ABOUT COMMITTING VIOLENCE, WE HAVE TO BE BETTER THAN THAT.

APPLY THE JUSTICE SYSTEM FAIRLY TO HIM BUT I DO LIKE THAT

AFTER ALL OF THAT BRAVADO THAT YOU SAW IN THE VICE DOCUMENTARY

LIKE THIS, THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN IT IS HIS ASS ON THE LINE

AND IT IS NOT LIKE PEOPLE WERE SAYING WE ARE GOING TO COME

OVER AND KILL YOU OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT THAT HE WAS

SAYING WE ARE READY TO CONVEY VIOLENCE.

THE MINUTE HE IS LIKE THE COPS ARE GOING TO COME OVER AND PUT

ME IN PRISON FOR A LITTLE BIT YEAH.

SO IF YOU STILL CRYING IN PRISON, IT IS NOT GOING TO

END WELL FOR HIM.

I HOPE HE IS OKAY BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, OFTENTIMES THERE

Tokyo Vlog Part.2 || Yokohama Sunset & Chinatown - Duration: 2:31.

Today's my last day in Tokyo, and I'll be moving to Yokohama now.

*sigh*

So, hi.

This is my final day of my Tokyo and Yokohama trip.

Yesterday I was feeling very very sick.

My original plan was to meet my friend and look around Yokohama but

unfortunately, I couldn't stay too long

so we just had coffee and I went back to my Air bnb

and slept through all afternoon until this morning.

So now that I had some good rest, and taken some medicine

I feel quite better now.

For todays plan, is to

go on the bullet train and go back to Kyoto.

But first before doing that, I would like to

pop by the Chinatown in Yokohama

as Yokohama is famous for its Chinatown.

...Hopefully the battery doesn't go down

while I'm going to Chinatown

I haven't done...any recharges

...(^^;)
