Hand Throws for Goalkeepers - Soccer Tips - Duration: 4:20.

Hello, this is Stefano from best soccer tricks dot com. Today, we will be showing you

how to do proper hand throws as a goalkeeper. Alright, so there are four

types of goalkeeper throws. The first one is when you're going to be throwing it

underhand to the player's feet. Secondly, is underhand in motion. Thirdly, is

overhand to the feet and fourthly is overhand in motion. So, you want to

make sure when you throw that ball you have a good grip and not slip it

and give it to the opposing team. So the first one that you're going to do is

you're going to give it to the player's feet. So you're going to be going and you're going to have the ball

right. You're going to go and you're going to look. If there's no players, you kick it obviously.

But when you have a player, you want to keep the possession in the boss easy as

possible. So you're going to go, you're going to put your left foot forward, bring the

ball back and when you go, make sure your knee goes down a bit, it's going to make

sure the ball stays down, you'll have a bit of power on it and you're

transferring your weight to giving it the ball some more power. So once again,

you're going to have the ball, into the feet so you're going to go...

Third ans last time.

You have the ball, and to the feet.

Next, is going to be you're going to be giving

it to the player in motion. If they have a weak spot or they're missing, there's a

nice spot in the in the turf on the field for the other team, you want to

take advantage of it and give it to your player in motion, get that attack going

as easy as possible. So in this case, you're going to be going. You will

anticipate where he will be running. You should know how fast your players run.

He's a pretty fast runner, so I'm going to try and give it about 10 to 15 feet in front

of him, to make sure he gets to that ball. So same technique as in the feet but in

front of him by anticipating where he's going to go. So on three, he's going to start

he's going to start jogging. You're going to know where he's going.

So once again, he's going to be jogging. You go on with the underhand hand-throw...

So the underhand throw, has a bit less power

when you go overhand, the ball will have a lot more power because you'll be able to

transfer your weight a lot easier. So when you throw the ball overhand, what

you're going to want to make sure, is you get it nice and low. Don't aim at the head,

aim at his feet, it's going to be a lot easier for him to

control and this way, you'll have the time to attack and not worry about people

coming at him. So same logic, you're going to be walking

your left foot forward, you're going to bring the ball back, when you throw it, it's

going to go up and you let go of it about here. Once the ball gets here, you let go

of it, it's going to make sure the ball stays low. So an example of this, you're

going to be going, start walking and it goes directly to his feet and he's good to go.

So once again, you have the ball. As you can see, this one has more power so you go.

Back and throw.

Into his feet and he's good to go.

So I've shown before, that's in the feet

and then once again, there is obviously your player is going to be in motion.

You want to spark the attack as fast as you can from the back end. So he's going to be jogging.

As you see, there compared to the one underhand, I was able to get to

the sidelines easier and faster because it's an overhand throw.

Alright, so once

again, you have the ball, look around, He's going to running.

And it's directly in his feet, look at that, he's almost at half field. So from there from

you starting the ball, you almost got the half field with one easy throw.

I hope you enjoyed watching the video. It's very important to practice your hand throws

as a goalkeeper, a lot don't. You want to make your defenders life as easy as

possible and believe it or not throwing them the ball, makes it very easy for

As you noticed

There are a lot of tourists here

The waterfall itself is big and impressive but

it's not the prettiest of the area

But it's one of the main site of the Pyrenees

From here, you can do tones of hikes

You ll see

The Gaube lake

which is magnificent

you should go there

You can either take the chair lift or go there hiking

it's very nice

I could also show it to you with some fog

It's a lot less nice :)

and we are deep in the pyrenees

And here I am next to the waterfall

Broccoli and Cheddar Soup - By Request and Better than ever. - Duration: 6:21.

I'm chef Mike Moses welcome to your family's personal chef I've been

building my Instagram and Twitter now for quite a while and I get a lot of

comments and a lot of requests one of those requests is to make broccoli

cheddar soup and we're going to do that coming up if you like this video please

don't forget to give me a thumbs up and if you'd like to see more of these

please subscribe I have a blog that I write to each week when I started my

blog I focused on some of the recipes that I had already done some pictures

and posted them the one that was read the most was my broccoli and cheddar

cheese soup not difficult to make but a very delicious one and I have to share

it with you. Here's what we'll need about 125 grams of butter one small onion chopped 125 grams

of all-purpose flour 250 millilitres of blend cream that's about eighteen

percent butterfat 900 milliliters of low-sodium chicken broth 1 bay leaf

quarter teaspoon of grated nutmeg 500 millilitres of broccoli that's about 2

cups 1 large carrot and about 2 and a quarter cups of grated old cheddar

cheese plus more for garnish the trick for the soup is in the

preparation of the ingredients so let's get our mese en place ready I picked up

a bag of broccoli florets which I have to trim down the size not so much

for eating but rather cooking with my handy grater I'll grate the carrot which I'll cut

into manageable pieces same with the cheese easier to grate and less wear and

tear on the knuckles I'll dice the onion that makes cooking

time quicker now everything is ready

first we'll make a roux this is just the flour and butter

we want alls I'm going to do is cook the flour out of the butter I don't I'm

making it big roux here because cheese actually will act as the thickening agent

this is just a smooth that over just want it cooked enough to get rid of the

flour flavor see right now it's a blonde and turn a little darker and bubble stop

i'll have my roux and I'm going to pour that off in a moment

it's more butter and

the onions get going we're going to add the carrots

I don't want to saute these in a lot of fats because I do want to get them just

starting to caramelize a little seasoning some kosher salt

help bring out the moisture veggies are cooked now it's time to add the broth side

Added the broth now we season again

and we'll add our quarter teaspoon of nutmeg and we'll have every one of the

benefits of having everything ready is snack while you cook alright now that

we've got our stock and everything up to temperature we're going to add our

broccoli and we're going to let this slowly boil for about 10 minutes want to

broccolis nice and tender as the broccoli cooks the green color becomes

more vibrant alright now we're going to add our hot soup to the blender remember

this is hot how to burn yourself

now one thing to remember when you're blend hot liquids don't put the top on

and then cover it up and blend it what happens is the blades below everything

spin faster they create a lower air pressure and that lower air pressure

causes the boiling point to drop so your lippert actually foils again put the top

on lately put a cloth over the top and give it some pulses

back to the pot so we can add the cheese okay now we add our blended vegetables

and stock I can the pot we had our rube

and we start adding the cheddar want it to melt evenly static and pulse and

there is a cup of broccoli and cheddar soup enjoy if you like this video please
