English mistake made by those who speak Spanish as a mother tongue...and this is

mean it...actually maybe increasingly so if you've made it up to this point. So I

completely appreciate the fact that you are working to improve your English. It

really is a cool and smart and practical and great thing to do. So, good job. Okay,

in these videos I show you a slide, and on the slide there are two sentences: One

is the correct way that I as a native English speaker would say it, the other

is the wrong way that -- maybe you, maybe not -- as a Spanish speaker would say it.

You need to decide which one is correct. Please do that now. Read the

sentences, listen to me read the sentences, pause the video, think about

your answer and we will talk about the answer in the slide that follows this slide.

If you got this wrong,

or you just took a wild guess and happened to get it correct, you're in good company.

Many people make this mistake. It's the reason it's in these videos in the first

place. Now to get past this mistake you need to study. To start you off

on that studying path, I've given you three sentences you can study from. I

know this is a very simple beginning, but you should memorize these sentences, you

should review them -- really get them into your head -- and you should put into

practice what you've learned through speaking or writing or both...and you

should continue that process until you've mastered it. Again, it's a very

good idea to use the huge number of resources out there -- including my own -- to

help you with this.

🖌 I'M BAD UNDER PRESSURE - Playing '90 Second Portraits' 🖥 - Duration: 10:55.

Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel!

In today's video I will be playing another art game called 90 second portraits.

I heard of this game by watching Dan & Phil's video.

Although it came out in 2014, I thought it could still be fun to try it for myself on

this channel.

It's once again something related to speed... so I already know it's going to be really challenging.

I'm bad under pressure but let's go and read the rules!

"Time is money and you have neither.

In '90 second portraits' you're paying the bills by speed painting portraits of bypassing

customers.

You have 90 seconds to paint the customer and his/her prefered background image.

Your work day ends after 5 customers.

Your task is to paint wathever is inside the red lines (character and background) to the

best of your ability.

When your timer bar depletes, you will be forced to service the next customer.

Alternatively, hitting the 'NEXT' button will finish your current painting.

Check the toolbox under your canvas to change between tools.

To enter the color mixing module, hit the button 'MIX' and then click on the color you

wish to replace.

Click on the tubes to add colors to the mix.

At the end of your work day you will recieve a total score.

just a few emails and then four hours later you realize four hours has just

passed and you haven't even moved from your chair so in today's video I'm gonna

give you a few tips to help you start eating healthy and exercising because

it's important for you to take care of your health because if you aren't

healthy your business isn't healthy so stick around hey guys my name is Trena

if you are new here and welcome to another episode of just the tips in

today's video we're talking about entrepreneur health and how you can get

healthier as an entrepreneur so one of the things that I do every single week I

try to do really hard is to meal plan I'm not just talking about what

breakfast lunch and dinner I'm also talking about snacks because as we sit

at our desks and we work away and we don't really think about how hungry we

are when we do take a minute we're starving and we're ready to ravage

anything that we can find whether that be chips popcorn ice cream whatever is

available so I will plan out two snacks every single day whether this be

chickpea muffins yes chickpea muffins and they are good or trail mix with like

almonds and goji berries and chocolate in them I always have two snacks plan so

that I'm not over eating at dinner or at lunch and I'm not eating unhealthy

snacks the next tip I have for you is setting time to exercise I used to be a

morning exerciser but after having two kids mornings just aren't for me so I

tend to work out right before lunch because I fall into that afternoon wall

right before lunch so by exercising before lunch it gives me that boost of

energy and it's kind of where I can find time to actually exercise now when it

comes to exercising I know you might be thinking I got to go to a gym I don't

have a treadmill I don't have weights no worries what's great about YouTube is

there are free workout routines on YouTube so some of the best workout

routines that I do without any exercises are hit workouts high-intensity interval

training workouts some great channels to check out our tone it up and Blogilates

they do a a lot of workout videos where you use

your own bodyweight to work out this way you can sneak in a quick 15 minute

workout and not have to worry about driving to the gym or dropping off your

kids are pulling yourself away from your computer because you can just pop in the

other room do 15 20 minutes and you're instantly improving your health by 20

minutes another tip I have for you is to set a timer on your phone to get up

every 15 minutes I know I can get sucked in the video editing and before I know

it I've just wasted three hours and I haven't even moved by setting this timer

not only can you get up and stretch but you can start to add in quick exercises

like squats or push-ups or lunges so not only are you getting those juices

flowing into your body again but you're working out your toning your arms your

toning your butt so why not just set your alarm and do a quick like five

minutes of squats and push-ups to not only get your energy up but to also tone
