Disney Treasures Tiny Town Funko Subscription Box Tinkerbell Pinocchio It's A Small World Unboxing - Duration: 6:11.

It's here...my Disney Treasures Tiny Town, August 2017, subscription box!

This is definitely my favorite box!

I love the Mickey lock on the front, and I've loved everything that's been in the other two, and that was

Pirates Cove and

Festival of Friends. But for this box, the theme is Tiny Town, so I think this is gonna be amazing.

Let's see what's inside!

I never like to look ahead and see online, what's in the box, so it's always a surprise for me as well.

It's just more fun for me that way!

So here we go. On the inside of the box, as always, is the patch and the pin, And

there is the patch. I'm gonna say that's Flik.

From "A Bugs Life". This is the pin, and I'm probably wrong, buy I'm just gonna say that's a mouse from Cinderella.

I'm gonna open up the rest of the box now.

Here's the map that comes inside.

This side shows the different areas, places, that we've been with this box and places to come.

Like the next one is the Haunted Forest for October, but the other side shows exactly what's inside.

And I don't want to see that yet, so I'm gonna put this over here out of the way.

Right off the bat I can see this big Funko Rides

sticking out, and that is "It's A Small World". That is really cool, and that looks like two characters from

Mexico and

Holland, and they're riding in a Small World boat.

There's the back of a boat; the front; and you can see the designs on the back.

Depictions from the "Small World" ride. There's the "Small World" clock, and of course, everything in this box is a Disney Treasures

Exclusive. You won't find it anywhere else.

This is number 36.

There's the back of the box.

That's just cool. I like the whole design of this box.

It really does give you that feel of the "It's A Small World"

ride. There's the two figures in the boat and

these do actually come out, so that's pretty cool, too.

You can display them separately if you want to, but they are removable which is nice.

There's a good look at the one from Holland. I'll turn that around so you can see it from all sides. I

really like that. And next in the box is

Tinker Bell!

That looks really good. It's number 295. It's a regular Funko Pop figure.

Disney exclusive as always.

and

there is the back. Series 10 from Disney's Peter Pan. There's a side view.

And I always like the top view with him peeking over the edge.

Who doesn't love Tinkerbell! So let's open that up and get a closer look. And here's Tinkerbell out of the box.

She's on that

stand. I can't look at that figure and not think about

Tinkerbell coming down the wire during the fireworks at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World. That's a really fun figure.

The final thing in the box is this tin.

It's got Pinocchio on the top,

and I would say the outside is showing Gepetto's workshop.

On the side there is Figaro and Cleo.

So it's got something to do with

Pinocchio, so it could be Pinocchio - who knows?

So let's open that and see.

And when they include these in the boxes, I really feel like I'm getting two things in one.

You get the figure inside, and you also get this tin. Which is nice for just decoration or storing things in.

Or just keeping the figure in it. And

you can even use these to display the figure by just putting it on top of the tin. Let's see who's inside.

It's a Mystery Mini figure. So you have to open it up to really find out - to further the suspense.

Drumroll.

It's Jiminy Cricket!

That is very cool - that is perfect. I love that little guy in the movie and in this figure the way he's represented.

Very nice and like I said if you want to you can just use the tin

to display the figure on your shelf or on your desk at work or wherever you want to put it. And

that is Gus Gus the Mouse from Cinderella.

Now that we've seen what's inside, it won't hurt to look at the other side of this map.

And I think these maps are a great addition to this box.

It gives you all the details about each thing that's in it like the concept art.

How it first started out and this sculpt that they ended up with, and

little details that are kind of cool. A little insider information about how they came about each figure.

One thing I got wrong - that patch is actually Dot from A Bug's Life.

Sorry Flik! So there you have it. That's the Disney Treasures August 2017

Tiny Town themed box, and I like everything in it.

I think it's very cool and a lot of fun, and I just love Disney, and I just love this box.

Get this subscription if you're a Disney fan. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for watching have a great day.

But others do some exploring, often because their initial concept wasnt successful or just because.

Some artists have done a complete 180 since their debut. Itll make you do a double take and ask, Was that really them? Heres a list of some of them.

HI I'm Joni Geels from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.

What you see happening behind me right now is doctors, nurses and other medical personnel

from our National Disaster Medical System, getting fitted for respirators for when they

go out to help with the recovery and response for Hurricane Harvey.

What they're doing right now is trying on two different masks in seven minute tests.

They'll do regular breathing, deep breathing and simulate some of the movements that they

might do while they're providing medical care.

We make sure that these masks fit, so that when our doctors and nurses are out in the

field helping after a disaster they are safe and protected.

Sitting or Standing at Your Desk - Which is Better? - Duration: 5:49.

Ever since I've been making videos, my sitting time while researching has gone higher and

higher.

And sometimes, I end up hunching over and aching my back.

It doesn't take much searching to know that sitting day in and day out is detrimental

to one's health, predominantly from displacing physical activity.

Imposing research has also shown sitting too much decreases metabolism, increases blood

pressure, negatively affects waist-circumference, and increase triglyceride and blood sugar

levels.

Some findings suggest that even adding 150 minutes of exercise per week will not entirely

rid these issues.

So, yes, prolonged sitting is definitely bad for you.

But for some, like myself, sitting at a desk unfortunately spans most of our waking hours.

Luckily, in recent years, alternatives have sprouted, one of which is… the standing

desk.

The science behind it does support its use… to an extent.

Biomechanically, standing more might be beneficial for alleviating back pain caused from sitting-induced

chronic hip or lumbar flexion… which should be enticing enough for people to at least

experiment with more standing.

But outside of this, it's probably best to taper our expectations.

For the most part, standing is better than sitting all day.

A 2014 study did show a substantial 43% attenuation of blood glucose levels with standing versus

sitting at the office desk after subjects had lunch.

People standing were also burning roughly 50 more calories per hour.

However, a 2016 study found only an 8-calorie increase.

Maybe it's somewhere in between.

Outside of blood glucose and weight management, though, the research spreads a bit thin.

Some indicate reduced risk of heart disease and death, but the research isn't very convincing.

And the fact is, prolonged standing has its own issues, too.

The most prevalent is the development of varicose veins, the enlargement of veins in your legs

and feet, making it more difficult to pump blood back to the heart.

There's also reports of increased body discomfort, physical fatigue, and blood pressure.

And just like sitting, it can cause lower back pain, but in a different biomechanical

pattern.

Too much activation of your glute medius, which also acts on your hips and back, was

observed in people reporting back pain with jobs requiring prolonged standing.

So, if both prolonged standing and sitting is bad for you, then what's the best alternative?

Interestingly enough, the prevailing theory is to mix both together.

The positions of sitting and standing per se, aren't the problem.

It's the fact that we do them for too long.

By alternating between the two, we can limit the duration of both.

And that's where sit-stand desks, or adjustable desks, can be the best option.

First, there isn't any effective research on health markers with using sit-stand desks,

so it remains to be seen if using one can improve things like blood pressure or heart

disease.

But, for many other important life aspects, adjustable desk research is quite positive.

A 2012 study noted that 87% of subjects using sit-stand desks instead of sitting felt more

comfortable, 87% felt more energized, 75% felt "healthier," 71% felt more focused,

66% felt more productive, 62% felt happier, and 33% felt less stressed.

Echoing the sentiments of comfort, a 2014 review found six studies indicating reductions

of perceived discomfort.

Productivity is a mixed bag, but only in terms of studies showing either an increase in productivity

or no change at all.

And certainly focus, happiness, and stress is widely subjective and can be different

for you, but things do point toward the right direction.

For myself, I have been fortunate to personally test out these claims, thanks to the company

Autonomous for graciously sending me a sample of their SmartDesk 2 to play with.

And for the most part, I have noticed improvements in comfort, back pain, focus, and productivity.

But I feel that at least some of it might be attributed to the novelty of using an adjustable

desk.

I'm unsure if I will feel the same way a few months from now.

And that can be said for most of the research as well, as none really tested long-term benefits.

Also, the optimal ratio between sitting and standing remains to be seen.

One study noted increased discomfort after an hour of standing at a desk, which aligns

close to my own experience.

But, even with the ability to stand, I still felt the need to take breaks from the desk

entirely.

Frankly, I'm still staying in one position for long periods of time, and that can be

tiring no matter if I stand or sit.

Fact is, it won't replace the benefits of moving around, even as little as a walk break.

And it certainly doesn't mean you can skip exercises just because you stood more than

you sat for any given day.

But, if you currently spend a lot of time at the desk, whether for work or leisure,

an adjustable desk can be beneficial for you.

Ultimately, balance is still key.

So, sure, standing more and sitting less is great, but at the end of the day, you still

need to get out there and move.

Thanks again to Autonomous for sending me a desk to experience the benefits for myself.

I definitely recommend you check out Autonomous's SmartDesk 2 if you're interested in an adjustable

desk, if only for the facts that not only is the SmartDesk 2 pretty awesome quality,

but their prices are lower than much of the competition today.

Come check out some of their stuff in the description below.

Other than that, as always, thank you for watching!

#WMassBiz Episode 18 - Pro and Local Detailing - Duration: 4:45.

- On this episode of WMassBiz,

we're going to meet with Paul Frasco,

Pro & Local Detailing.

Let's head inside and see what they're doing

to clean up some of the finest cars in western Mass.

(upbeat music)

Hey guys, welcome to episode 18 of WMassBiz.

Paul, thanks so much for being on the show.

- Thank you for having me.

- So tell us a little bit about Pro & Local Detailing

and how you guys got started.

- It started about seven, eight years ago.

Basically I got a job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car

cleaning rental cars and I started cleaning

the cars on the weekends to make some extra money.

The word got out, family told friends,

and friends told friends, and we just got busier and busier.

After the first time we did 100 cars in a year,

we knew we had something going on so,

just kept letting it grow itself

and then I learned that there's

a professional side to detailing.

Took some certified detailing classes.

I went to Baltimore, Boston, California twice

for some training classes

and got my certifications and took the business

to the next level at that point.

(upbeat music)

- And then, talk about some of the different services

that you guys offer in detailing.

- We do everything full service detailing.

We're mobile so we come to you

and we do everything from interior,

cleaning, shampooing, odor removal, dog hair removal.

We do exterior washing, waxing, scratch removal,

headlight restoration, any thing

that's not body work, basically.

We don't paint cars but we clean them.

- Any specific products that you guys use or?

- Yeah, we use a wide variety of products.

Only the finest products so we can offer the best quality.

We use Meguiar's, we use some stuff from Germany

like Sonax, Menzerna, some stuff local,

C.A.R. Products is out of Holyoke,

we use a lot of their products.

- So how far will you guys travel to detail a car?

- We service all of Mass, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Usually that's the general area

and depending on the distance, there's a travel fee

but usually we'll stick to the meaty areas,

like 20, 30 miles out of West Springfield.

- So I know you guys said you're a mobile business,

so tell me a little bit about that.

How you get around? New vehicle?

- Yeah, we just got a new van

and we service our customers mobile

so we come right on site, we go to their home,

their work, I've even done a car at a golf course

while a guy was playing 18 holes.

We have our own power, own water,

and we don't need anything from the customer.

- How about the most exotic vehicle

that you've ever detailed?

- Well it's not an automobile, it's a plane.

The most exotic thing I've detailed is Air Force One.

We did that at the Museum of Flight in Seattle.

So I got picked from a group of,

out of a group called the Detailer's Network.

It's about 250, 300 members around the country.

All certified detailers and they select members

from their group to do projects like that,

like Air Force One, they do cars at Pebble Beach,

Car Week, out in California, so I was picked

to do Air Force One this year out in Seattle.

- Very cool. - Yeah.

- And if somebody, Paul, wanted to find out more

about your business, where would they go?

- You could find us on Facebook, Pro & Local,

you can find us on Instagram.

We have a website, www.proandlocal.com.

You can call or text us at 413-883-0881

and that's the easiest way to get ahold of us.

- Thanks so much for being on the show.

If you own a local business and would like to be featured

on a future episode of WMassBiz,

please send us an email

to wmassbiz@rovithisrealty.com

or reach out to us on one of our social media platforms.

Please make sure that you guys like, comment, and share

so that others can find out about this great,

local car detailing company.

So?

- We service all of Mass.

- [Man] Can you start that one over?

How far are we going to go?

- (beep) happened, your camera stopped?

- [Man] No, wipe this one off it.

- Still sweating like it.

Current beautiful Jamaican coins - Duration: 8:13.

so hello people here you going and as I said before I'm making a video about

Jamaican coins and as you can see I have various coins here I have two $1 I have

$5 to $10 and $20 and the value of these currencies about $100 to once trillion

dollars that's equal to 1/10 5 cent 10 cent and 20 cents as you can see the one

dollar comes in two different shapes so this is one two three four five six

seven sided coin and this coin was replaced by the round coin in 2008 as

you can see the date here and this $10 is scalloped shaped as well and this was

replaced in 2008 with a round $10 so if you go to Jamaica and you could probably

get both coins still even though it's been about an eight nine years since

they changed over as you can see the inside border is the same shape as the

previous coin even though the previous coins pretty much the same size if you

put them together you can see that they pretty much the same size but if you go

to new mistake and check order the technical information like diameter and

weight okay this size is a coin generally it just has the coat of arms

of Jamaica now he has a crocodile at the top

so two indigenous people yeah it has the shield roof across the bar

looks like pineapple so out of many one people that's the model and it has a

ground and there did I get any information on the crown no anyway

Wikipedia also all the information on the coat of arms as well so the reverse

side has national heroes and these are people that have contributed to Jamaican

society ever for rebellion or trying to better it society or being a prime

minister but I've contributed positively to society and people generally

contribute negatively and not referred to as national heroes now

b15 and $10 as individuals that were also on the banknotes the $20 has

mothers Garvey where he was not it was on your 50-cent banknote and the person

who was on the old $20 banknote was no and never solved so a different

individual so obviously this person who is a national hero is a regarded more

than person it on the banknote so the one dollar has asked Alexander boss

Taman got Buster Monte oh that's pretty long name and this one is a

nickel-plated steel Michigan C is what I say seven size before yeah and he's a

national hero here's a politician and labor leader but

I'm not going to add detail about what they did everything can be found online

and this is the smallest coin in circulation you $1 also say this coin

was introduced in 1994 and is still current

okay $5 that was introduced in 1994 as well as normal mainly and at that of

much information on him there'll be room here you might have been a politician as

well as well as everything and this coin is made out of stainless steel so it's

pretty cheap to actually produce this also has milling on the side okay de $10

has George William Gordon that's English names it's easy for me to pick you to

say and if you want more about this person

Wikipedia's lots of information on him Benny looks like a politician and

probably a businessman so and as you can see a scalloped shape it has no reading

on it and over those see around $10 and these are what Americans terms metal

alone but to me because all my coins Australian Condor voice in English

alignment they just corner alignment to me okay the $20 has a marcus garvey and

he was actually um Wendy lives 1787 to 9:40 yeah thinking to someone else

before do you might have been like a rebellious leader but that might

Ben no one on here got a bit distracted and as you can see these coins by metal

he has a nickel-plated view outside which is the yellow car and and a still

center and between this was introduced in 2000 between two thousand two

thousand eight the center was actually copper nickel like this coin and this

side was our brass so because of the reduction in value of this claim they

had to reduce the metal price as well it's quite a good coin I like here now

she concedes side is readed interrupted milling okay there is one two three is

for those four plain areas and for milled areas okay so they are the coins

of Jamaica if you like these coins I I am encourage you to collect them or even

go Jamaica but I heard it's a little bit violent with tourist areas okay okay

thank you very much for watching this video and let me know if you click to

making coins down below oh good toilet then have a nice day anyway Tarrou
