okay guys this is what I want to point out I live in a residential neighborhood
but this is what it's like having a business out in front of your house okay
you see there's people here I don't know what these guys are doing but so I think
it's been since March and they bought this house and now we just have people
all the time we have people coming and going all the time in and out and so I
guess I don't think this house is for sale but they're looking at this house
like the house itself is for sale when it's actually the sales house and so you
know so it's a consistent traffic and and this is something I want people to
think about regarding putting a business out in front of someone's house now we
have a home association that a do nothing home association actually they
just collect our money and they do nothing they were supposed to improve
our community but they do nothing they were supposed to like put in bike trails
and nice sidewalks and upkeep the community they didn't do anything like
that they're just building more houses and building more houses now so we have
consistent traffic and the funny thing is the home Association actually allows
for the business itself to have let's see we've got all this traffic and stuff
but it allows for that for the the units to sell the houses it allows for them
to have the flags and the balloons and things like that and but but yet they
have certain a certain criteria they want everybody else to follow and so we
don't get to actually decide on that they have their own board they don't
include us in the board that that's kind of how it
works and so yeah but but this is like well
this place is Grand Central Station sometimes and and it's funny you know
the thing I was thinking about when they put Parker's and down there you know
part part we had this is what we had a choice we had a choice between Parkers
or more apartments now we've got plenty of apartments as it is already they've
liked me that built this place really really dense and the apartments can
become really really junky over time because the landlords are absent
landlords and they don't actually want to take care of the apartments over time
now there's there's some people down in well in the place where we stayed it was
called the Merit and now its called the colonial and I was looking at the oh my
gosh it was it's it's the online the feedback and the people are saying that
they're requiring them to carry renter's insurance to to fix the apartment in
clay case it floods or if there's damage now the funny part about that is I'm
thinking that okay I've had renters insurance and it's to replace your
belongings if there's a fire now or something like that you know if
something happens is to replace your own belongings and so the funny thing about
that is nowhere in my renters and insurance policy did it ever say that it
would replace the building itself but yet that's what they're saying is that
they're forcing them to carry renters insurance because the the apartment
owners the landlords are thinking that it's going to if there's any damages
then they can sue the tenant and the tenant will fix their apartment complex
and I'm thinking what the heck happened I mean because the see it's Grand
Central Station here they're just cars all over the place you know so but yeah
it's you know it's just such a they've made this place really really dense and
but yet the houses are really expensive it's like rent is the average is like
thirteen to fifteen hundred a month and then house payments of course are going
to be over a thousand but yet they have it's the service industry or hospitality
industry and you know so they don't pay very good they don't pay a living wage
and so yeah but but this is something to think about it would you know for other
folks who are voting to put business in certain places if there's residents
around the two don't mix people want to live in a quiet neighborhood they don't
want to have a Grand Central Station around you know that's the same thing
for putting houses next to interstates nobody wants to live next to an
interstate and and you know sometimes the energy you know overtime traffic
increases and you know and and so just because a road is there it doesn't mean
that it's a good environment for the homeowners anymore
and you know so I mean they should be given the ability you know when you're a
homeowner you should be paid a really good price if you have to move because
someone wants to do eminent domain you should be paid a really really good
price you know and and so yeah it's like homeowners are giving up a lot while
these businesses are just being overbearing you know and that's what we
have right here you know they're overbearing and they're annoying you
know they run oh they run their utilities through our yards why don't
they have to pay us rent because I know that tower over there the tower right
here that flashes they're paying the the master Association ten thousand dollars
a year for two towers city on the property yet our dues have never
gone down but they told us our dues were supposed to go down as more people moved
in that never happened and so it's like this whole thing is a
big scam it's a big fraud as far as I'm concerned that's my opinion
because because there are a bunch of scam artists you know they just lied
they're supposed to make improvements and this isn't an improvement to me
actually it's like I did I did see trees there at one point and now I see all
this ugly flashing light and at night it turns red it's ugly I can see it through
my window through my house and it's annoying and ugly and I think it's a
military weapon that's all I see it as as a military weapon you know because I
think that that the cell phone towers are just a guise for weaponizing through
the directed-energy weapons that's all I think they are but let me know what you
think and I want to thank you guys so much for watching and I will see you
