make these important decisions there are few steps that you need to think and

there are few things that you need to know before you go ahead and adopt a dog

it doesn't matter whether you're adopting a dog or you're buying a dog

are you ready to have a dog in your life having a dog it's a lot of work

especially the first year that you bring a dog to your life before we continue

let me give you an honest perspective of dog adoption

most people they adopt a dog to make themselves feel better and make

themselves feel like a hero most people they do this to say that I'm

saving a life I'm doing something great I don't suggest you to approach this

adoption or rescuing a dog with this mindset you need to approach it from

your future dog's point of view a dog does not make that decision to live with

you you're the one who makes that decision to select the dog and bring

that dog to your life and when you look at it from a dog's point perspective

your point of view changes now it's not for you it's for the dog just put

yourself in their shoes how would you like to be treated when

you are invited to somebody's home when you're invited to someone's life so I

want you to feel that you're not saving a life you're helping a dog to live a

new life yes I know you are saving a life

you are adopting the dog you are changing the world that's the big

picture you don't need to be a hero the dog doesn't care about any of those at

least for the first year a dog that your adopt doesn't care about any of those all

it cares is am I being taken cared of am i being fed am I being loved am I being

treated properly am i being trained questions like that are the most

important questions that a dog asks when you decide to adopt a rescue dog you

have to understand that for a year you need to be physically emotionally and

mentally be available for that dog that you're gonna adopt you can't rely on

others to take care of the dog that you're gonna adopt the dog that you're

choosing to come and live with you and become part of your life

needs you need to make a connection with someone or a family and needs to be

connected to you that dog who you're adopting needs a lot of emotional

physical and mental support from you you have to remember the previous owners

they gave up on this dog that dog has been separated from the original owners

then has been living in the shelter which is a horrible place to be maybe

this dog was adopted by a couple of other families and then given up and

brought back and now eventually you have selected this dog and you've brought

this dog to your home if you don't do what you're supposed to do and if you're

not going to be there for that dog for at least a year that dog is gonna have

emotional and mental traumas so here's a breakdown of reality and what you need

to provide when you bring a dog home you probably need to walk your dog two or

three times a day every day 365 days a year

for about half an hour to 45 minutes that's a lot of walk

you need to provide those kind of exercises for that dog at least for the

first year you need to be attending training classes you may have to hire a

dog trainer to help you with training and addressing behavioral issues which

there would be additional cost there need to be spending money on your dog's

vet visits they're not cheap every visit is about $100 more or less need to spend

on a good healthy balanced diet for your dog you need to be spending money on

bedding accessories various stuff that your dog is gonna need toys treats

additional traveling expenses with your dog and finally your dog is going to

need a lot of love and affection although you are adopting your dog and

had horrible past you can share affection at the wrong time and the

wrong place if so it won't cause your dog to develop bad behavioral issues

that's a breakdown of what the reality would be when you adopt a dog so ask

yourself are you ready to have a dog in your life on my next video I'm gonna

talk about how to select a dog that is ideal for you and your family and much

more if you want to succeed in the process of adoption and rescuing a dog

Today we are going to discuss: Tips to achieve good results after breast augmentation.

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

Welcome back!

Breast augmentation is one of the most commonly performed plastic surgery procedures nowadays.

A vast majority of patients achieve good results after the procedure, but this is never a guarantee.

Good results are dependent not only on the plastic surgeon's skill and expertise,

but also on the post-operative conduct of the patient.

To make sure you have a fast recovery with a satisfactory result, take your medications

(antibiotics and analgesics) as prescribed, and do not mix them with alcohol.

Also, abstain from driving when you are under medication.

It is also possible for you to experience the side effects of painkillers such as nausea, dizziness or vomiting.

Cold compresses and ice packs help decrease discomfort after a breast augmentation,

reduce swelling, and speed up the recovery.

After surgery, you can apply cold compresses or ice packs to your chest for 10 minutes at a time.

To avoid skin injuries, ice bags should not be applied directly to the skin, but instead placed on a soft towel

to protect the skin.

Also, remember not to exceed 10 minutes of application duration.

After surgery, your breasts may appear discolored, red, shiny,

or you may experience a slightly stinging sensation.

These symptoms are only temporary because the tissues quickly adapt to breast implants.

Applying a moisturizer on the surface of the breast can, however, provide immediate relief.

Avoid the surgical wound areas when applying moisturizing products on the breasts

for the first two weeks post-operatively.

Herbal supplements such as Arnica or creams with Arnica can be beneficial in reducing the swelling.

However, don't take any natural supplements without discussing with the surgeon first.

The final appearance of the scar depends on a multitude of factors.

At first, the scar will appear red and swollen, but it will deflate over time.

The application of surgical silicone strips on the scar can make a difference for the better,

as well as using topical gels after the first few months.

It is important to avoid the sun and tanning salons during the six months

following your breast augmentation surgery.

Upon your return home after surgery, it is important to start light intensity activities such as walking.

However, refrain from intense physical exercises such as jumping, running or sports

that put a lot of pressure on the muscles of the arms and chest such as tennis or swimming.

Implant displacement can occur if intense activities are performed shortly after surgery

and the patient can also experience more pain.

Top 10 People Who Died On Halloween - Duration: 8:00.

Hello, welcome back to Most Amazing Top 10, I am Rebecca Felgate and we are continuing

our Halloween series!

Before I get into this video, I want to let you guys know that we now have a most amazing

Because that is pretty creepy.

So, this is the Top 10 people who have died on Halloween…and actually it is a pretty

sad list that hopefully will remind us to be safe out there when trick or treating.

Starting off this list with a famous Death, we have Harry Houdini

I had no idea that master magician and illusionist Harry Houdini died on Halloween until I started

researching this list!

Houdini was known for his tricks and his escae routines and in the end, It was his love of

performance that killed him.

Reportedly, he was testing his pain limits, allowing a student to punch him in the abdomen

in his dressing room in Montreal.

This ruptured his appendix, but he continued to perform and didn't seek medical help

for days.

When he did see a doctor, they told him to get emergency surgery, but he ignored them

and continued to perform with a fever and a temperature of 104 Fahrenheit.

He died of peritonitis on the 31st October aged 52.

9- A Man Attacked By Eggs On October 31st 2010 in Perth, Australia 67

year old Tom Fawcett had a heart attack while he was driving has car that was being pelted

with eggs.

Kids from a Perth suburb threw the eggs as a Halloween prank, but it ended up severely

panicking the driver, who crashed his car into a house as he suffered his heart attack.

Apparently Mr Fawcett was angry as he had just cleaned his car.

Locals were saying Halloween should be banned in Western Australia as it is an American

thing…

8 - A young girl hit bar a car On Halloween evening of 2015, 14 year old

Victoria Hillman was out trick or treating with her friends when she was hit by a van

in Taylorsville, Utah.

The teenager was crossing a road at a cross walk but the van failed to see her and her

friends and hit Victoria.

Sadly she died at the scene.

7 - The Sad Story of Patricia Ward Patricia's 35 year old son, Derrek was mentally

ill and run out of his medication.

Off the meds for just four days, Derrek Killed his mother and chopped off her head.

As this happened on Halloween, nobody batted an eyelid when he walked into a street outside

his house in Farmingdale , New York, with a corpse.

It was only when Derrek jumped in front of a train headed to long island that people

realized the body was real.

Both Patricia and Derrek did that day on Halloween 2014.

6 - New York Party Shooting On Halloween in 2016, two young women were

killed at a themed party in New York.

Seven people were shot at 12.43 am at a Halloween party in Newburgh.

18 year old Omani Free and 20 year old Tabitha Cruz were killed at the popular costume party.

An eye witness said that a dude came in with a gun, turned off the lights and started shooting.

Assailant, 18 year old Nija Johnson received a sentence of 40 years behind bars.

Meanwhile, on the same evening in Texas, there was a Freddy Kruger Shooter in San Antonio

who injure 5 people, but luckily nobody died.

5 - Jealousy Attack On Halloween night in 2004, three girls sharing

a house had been handing out candy to kids.

Later that night, one of the three, Lauren Meanza, was sleeping when she woke up to blood

curdling screams.

Lauren had a downstairs bedroom and her friends, Adriane Insogna and Leslie Ann Mazara had

bedrooms upstairs.

It seems an assailant had snuck in through a window and stabbed the girls in their bedroom

while they were sleeping.

Lauren got up to help her friends but heard the killer coming and hid.

Later, when he was gone, she found a ghoulish scene upstairs.

It turns out, the killer was the husband of one of Adriane's friends, who was jealous

of her friendship with his wife.

27 year old Eric Copple was sentenced to life in Prison.

4 - 9 year old Lisa French Lisa went trick or treating on Halloween night

of 1973.

She was dressed as a hobo as she knocked on doors in her home town of Fond du Lac.

Sadly she never came home, and her body was found a few days later on farmland.

It took months before her neighbour Gerald Turner confessed to killing and raping her.

The murderer was sentenced to 38 years in prison and the whole incident has sparked

a four decade long debate as to whether children in Wisconsin should trick or treat.

3 - Haunted Hayride Gone Wrong In Newton County, Mississippi, two children

and one adult were killed when a truck ploughed into a Halloween Hayride, basically where

you get on a tractor and trailer and have a spooky little drive around.

The Truck seemed to bolt out of nowhere and destroyed part of the Hayride.

A 33 year old mother, Kristina Shaver, and her two children, two year old Brooke and

eight year old Baylie, were killed and 10 others injured.

The family's deaths came after their dad, Kristina's husband, died just three months

earlier.

2 - Timothy O'Bryan On October 31st 1974, the O'Bryan family

went out trick or treating in Pasadena, Texas.

Father, Ronald Clark O Bryan took his two children, 8 year old Timothy and 5 year old

Elizabeth out around the neighbourhood where they picked up candy.

Later, Timothy ate some of it before he went to bed and died; unfortunately his pixy stix

had been laced with cyanide.

As events transpired, it turns out that Ronald had distributed the poisoned candy to his

two children and two children belonging to his neighbour.

Why?

Well he was in financial trouble and just raised the life insurance policy on his children.

The police only found out after a witchhunt for a candy killer in the neighbourhood commenced,

only to lead straight back to Ronald.

Sadly Timothy lost his life, but none of the other children ate the candy.

Rounding off this list the way we started it, we have another celebrity death

River Phoenix Phoenix's story is a sad story of a person

struggling to deal with growing up in the spotlight.

Phoenix shot to fame as a teenager and became one of the most promising stars of the late

80s and early 90s.

He won or was nominated awards for his work in Explorers, Stand by Me, The Mosquisto Coast,

Running on Empty and My Own Private Idaho.

He was culturally iconic outside his acting career too, he was also a musician and friends

with many rock and roll stars, including the Red Hot Chili Peppers, who wrote a number

of songs about him.

With his good looks, rock and roll edge and his role as an animal rights activist, a lot

of people were watching him with excitement.

Sadly, he died age 23 of a drug overdose on Halloween outside The Viper Room in Hollywood

while he's friends Johnny Depp and Flea played on stage.

River once said "Acting is like a Halloween mask that you put on" which many fans like

to quote in memory of his death.

SO, that was a sad list.

BREAKING: Many DEAD, At Least 30 Victims So Far In Horrific Manhattan Attack – Here's

What We Know.

It's not even Halloween night but the horror has already begun to unfold in Manhattan,

New York this afternoon, leaving multiple people dead so far and at least 30 injured

just a few blocks from the World Trade Center.

One person is now in custody and information is starting to look like a potential terror

attack.

Witnesses are revealing that they saw and it's getting worse by the second as eyewitness

accounts continue to come out.

New York Daily News reports:

A number of people were shot near Stuyvesant High School Tuesday afternoon, police said,

and one person was taken into custody.

Police were investigating reports of up to four people shot dead.

Witness Frank Brito, 45, told the Daily News he saw two trucks crash into each other and

then a heavy set man get out of one in a blue tracksuit and chase someone, firing five or

six times.

Reports of an active shooter came in about 3 p.m.

"Oh my god I just heard gun shots and ran with my dog," pop singer Josh Groban tweeted.

"Downtown.

F—."

"I work on chambers street," el_dorado91 tweeted.

"Shots came from Chambers and West Street.

Someone who was eyewitness said cab driver fired shots."

The Daily Mail explains more as witnesses express the horror they saw on Twitter:

At least one officer has been shot and is expected to make a recovery.

The details of other injuries are not known.

Singer Josh Groban also tweeted after hearing 'gun shots' while out walking his dog.

"Oh my god I just heard gun shots and ran with my dog.

Downtown.

F***," he said.

Simultaneous reports of the same incident suggested that a truck drove into the bicycle

lane and mowed down cyclists and pedestrians.

Others ran for their lives as they watched the truck plow into pedestrians after veering

off the road.

"I saw the car crash so I ran up the bridge," a witness at the scene told PIX11's Myles

Miller.

"When I ran up the bridge, I saw this dude with two guns.

The guy with the two guns, for some reason, was running around.

He was getting chased.

And then all of the sudden, four shots went off and we all just started running."

"A car just ran over 2 people and then crashed into a school bus, one person on scene tweeted.

I see two dead bodies and Citibikes on the floor destroyed."

The NYPD could not give further detail immediately on Tuesday afternoon.

Shocking video footage from the scene showed cyclists lying on the ground with their bikes

smashed in to pieces around them.

By-passers were seen tending to them as they awaited medical attention.

Within minutes of the first reports, there was an enormous police and fire service presence

at the site.

Initial reports say the deadly driver was a Muslim cab driver although that has yet

to be confirmed.

For now, one person is in custody after what appears to be a deliberate attack.

The motive has yet to be known and we will continue to update on this attack as more

information unfolds.

This is now the second deliberate attack today on a crowd of people, which can't be ironic

given the Halloween holiday.

The first took place last night when gunmen opened fire in a London nightclub.

Halloween poses a particularly terrifying threat for attack as it's easy for assailants

to disguise themselves and get away with mass murder in a crowd.

That's what a group of shooters just did overnight, dressed in clown and ghost masks,

when armed with machine guns they went into a packed club in London, England where a rave

was underway.

Horrifying footage caught what happened next when they opened fire on everyone inside and

showered the crowd with bullets.

Then something really strange happened.

Express in the U.K. reports:

Gunmen dressed in Halloween masks opened fire on revelers at an illegal rave in London last

night.

Horrifying footage shows vile thugs dressed in clowns and ghost masks using automatic

weapons to unleash a shower of bullets on clubbers leaving a man and woman seriously

injured.

The video also shows the shock moment a man returns fire with a handgun.

A 41-year-old man was shot in the leg, and a woman in her twenties in the chest, at the

Money Move party in Leyton, East London, during the fracas.

Police have confirmed the man is in a stable condition, and the female victim did not suffer

life-threading injuries.

It's strange but incredible that with that many people in close contact that everyone

was relatively spared inside, save for the two that were injured – but not a single

death.

Even the injuries were not as detrimental as they could have been but that doesn't

make the attack any less frightening.

The report explains more as well as some alarming discoveries of the incident.

A nearby business owner told the Sun: "It looked like it was a gangland execution gone

wrong".

One clubber said they saw "at least four guns" being used during the horror attack.

They said around 100 people trapped inside as the gunmen had blocked off the road with

a car, stopping party goers from fleeing.

Video of the aftermath of the attack shows a woman using a belt as a tourniquet on a

wounded man.

"Officers, including firearms officers, attended the scene and discovered a 41-year-old

man with a gunshot wound to his left leg."He has been conveyed to an east London hospital

by London Ambulance Service where his condition is described as stable."Officers were then

made aware of a female, believed to be in her 20s, who had self-presented at another

east London hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Her condition is described as not life-threatening or life-changing."A crime scene was put

in place and an investigation has been launched by Trident officers."The venue, on an industrial

estate, is reportedly used as an African church but is often hired out for raves.The shooters

have not been identified, however, London has become a hotbed of hate for Islamic terror

after the U.K. has allowed Muslim refugees into their country in droves.

Much of Europe is unrecognizable as it now looks like the Middle East.

London has become a target for repeat terror attacks and it's been reported that the

Islamic State was particularly impressed by what Vegas shooter Paddock pulled off and

wasn't shy about their plans to replicate his mode of operation.

This only increased the terror warning to avoid massive open-air gatherings.Despite

the fact that this similar attack didn't take place on our soil, there's no stopping

it from occurring here.

It's probably not "if" it will happen here, but "when."

The FBI concealing crucial information on this and refusing to speak on the massacre

moving forward dismantles citizens' faith in the system and that we're protected.

One has to wonder what they are hiding and why and it's a pretty concerning thing that

copycat attacks are already taking place and this London one was probably just a trial

one for what's coming to America.
