Hi and welcome to revientor reborn, this is a new serie of tutorial of the mission builder, to create missions in Falcon BMS
today is going to be very basic, I am going to speak what are the options, what you can do, not all at once, step by step. Later on well create wheather use of external tools to make more complex mission
we are not going to the level to create a new campaign because that require other things, we at least well know how to edit an already created campaign
I took the balkans theater to get out of the korea monotony and you will check that all theaters its the same
first of all, Tactical Engagement TE Builder , the editor will be always there
with the mouse wheel manage the zoom
here it is, to move the map, hold left click and move the mouse
this buttons are zoom in out as the mouse wheel does
this button, when you create a flight that flight route is zoomed in in the whole screen
for example if that flight only cover this two point the view will zoom this much
team, you see there is a red and blue team, on the top left you always have to select the team color that you want to add an item
if you want to add more teams, it´s the first thing that you have to do to prevent bugs
here in teams if you want modific them or set the ground coverage, use the pencil an select the terrain owned by which side
if you want more teams, use new, and pitn the green zone, , you can also delete and keep the area with no owner, that is not a problem
you can assign a name to that country, it´s very important use the enter button when you type,
if I type here and I go to other "place" when returns if I did not used the enter, the text is gone
using the enter , it will work as must be
it´s very important the first team description because it the description that the user will see by default
mission for 28 player, now the user will know directly some important info
the same for the other teams, the user only will see that description when selecting that team
if you start messing around creating new teams and delete them, the mission can have bugs, please play safe and try to do not delete things
now that I just started the mission is better go out an start again rather than delete the read team for example

use 2 point of save, the A and the B, first time save in A the next one in B the threrth one in A in that way if you need to delete something you have a backup time
you can see you can draw, delete, and delete the whole map, undo never worked... xD because I do not want the map deleted I start again, no problem
pilot skill is the ability in general of the pilot but that do not means that all pilots are ACE, the most of them but some random could be cadet veterans, rookies...
ADA is ground units, for SAMs, is very important, the ACE the operator is really fast operating, the fire range is not the detection range.... its more intelligent,
its stupid fire a missile just when you start detecting the enemy, the ACE wait more and turn off the radar if needed

it´s very important define what you want to see on the map, right click and installations, select what you want to see
i want select only this ones, and the mission that I want to make is strike a radar
first of all, you must to decide which airbase you want to take off, and for example I like aviano, using that button on the left
I make left click and the add squadron pop up is ready with the aviano airfield, I only have to choose the plane that I want
now I know where my planes of that model are going to takeoff from there, I also could add more squadrons now
today I will only create one flight, we could use this button or use right click, remember to click always over the target you want to strike
this radar for example, now that the cursor is over a thing a small point come up in the cursor,
look right click over the target or just over the ground, do it over the target, add flight, and now select the plane that you already used for add squadron
and the mission type. the number of planes 2
the squadron that we already have created.... this happen to use balkanes, I found a bug xD
I am going to use other squadron in other base different to aviano, and there it is the squadron of this new airbase, looks like aviano is bugged
strike mission, 2 planes, the squadron already created, if you did not created a squadron you can use that new function, but be sure what airport you want because could be the default one very close or very far away
you have to look in that list and its kind of annoying
and you see the target is the one that we wanted
set the pilot ability and the start at, is not fully operational but you can set as takeoff if you want the plane in this moment is taking off or arriving the target , you can change that later
look the square option of zoom the route is focused and zoomed
now you can drag and move the route as you want,

important do this step in all missions, do a click over a waypoint or use this button
this flight plan window you have to look all the waypoints and take out all the green locks
done, that lock, os there are more than one in the route could cause you troubles when moving the route, or what ever
I like to use the wp with the lock green because when only one green lock that one is like the reference waypoint and you can manage the time of all waypoints with that waypoint
if you do a long route it goes to red, because the fuel, the same happened with the time or speed
all is done, now in the wp we can set the time you want to takeoff,
now you can test your mission only using the upper right clock, minute by minute... 34 minutes to arrive the target, ok, now when you want to save the mission to fly from taki or ramp, set the upper right clock 20 minutes before the takeoff time of the human flight
now you set the munition of the plane, just use that button and select what you want
save the mission,
and it´s done, as you saw you can set the plane you want and you will fly it
