It's been a very interesting day

We saw, you saw on Instagram

many thing, many things happened

Very happy moments

Exciting moments

and very discouragement moments

I got many doors closed in front of my face

But I also created many opportunities from 0

It's been a very rich month

A very interesting month

Who followed me on Instagram knows a lot

but

Not everything

There something that I didn't tell you

-DID I FAIL?-

The last two days

I didn't visit any company because they were just closed

It's thanksgiving day, therefore I will use this time to enjoy the city

And in the hostel o found these two guys, I don't know if you know them (They are two famous YouTubers)

Franz, what happens when they arrive to the end?

There a Stargate that bring them at the beginning and it starts again

And then, after all this!?

20 days in SF

10 Days in NYC

More than 30 companies visited

Knocked their doors

Or better, break the doors down to get an interview

What is the final result of it? Did I fail?

I will tell it to you in Italy

In approximately 2 minuts

I took Norwegian Airways

Its a very affordable flight, like Ryanair but for intercontinental flights

170$ NYC>ROME

Actually I'm abroad more than one month

If you remember I arrived to SF from Japan

Because I worked there

I didn't tell you who I worked for.

I worked for Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi in Japan is a colossus

They do everything

From fridges to cars

What I was working on?

I can't tell you because I signed an NDA

But I can tell you that the company had 3 levels of projects

And I was there (Top Secret)

And I did a damn good work

In the meantime I'm just arrived in Rome

I did a bunch of Stories and an Italian guy told me: "Did you catch all the Pokemon?"

I'm in Reggio Emilia (Hometown)

And here I am

It's official, I'm in Italy

And it's also official that I failed

The intention was to go there and find an internship, a job and I failed

Let's start from the beguinning

I did a whole month in the US

20 days in SF and 10 in NYC

I had a very long list of companies to visit

And I was actually able to visited all of them and give them my business card

They all pretty much bounced me back

Except 4

I was able to have an interview with 4 companies

That are the best 4 companies of design in the world

I was in the studios of the BEST DESIGN COMPANIES IN THE WORLD

I'm very proud of it

The point is that

I wrong the timing

We are talking of the biggest companies/studios in the word and get in there is easier through an internship

Because since I'm a foreigner is easier to have a visa as an intern

But all the internship sessions were just closed

Therefore they told me "Boy there is no room left for you"

"We cannot do anything for you at the moment"

It was a big minstake

I said in the last video that this was my ALL IN

Is it end now?

It's not, the arrows in my quiver are countless

I try one way, I fail, I simply try another one

I will always find a way to get where I want to get

The only differences between the different ways it's the time

There are shorter ways an longer, much longer ways

But I'm positive

But as I said, there something that I didn't tell you

There was something more

When I was in Japan

I already booked the ticket for US

I received an email

And I said, yes, sure

Ok then

Let's meet at my office

Google called me

-The moment that I received the email-

So, I have been interviewed

It was a magic moment

One of the biggest moment in my life

With that time that I met Jony Ive,

Dressing like a weiter

Sneaking in a 5K ticket event

in the night

But this is a different story

So, I ate inside Google

Guys inside is just awesome

It's like the movies, everything is incredible

Free food

It was crazy

So we had a great chat with this guy

And he gave me some background story about my ULTRA PIXEL

that I cannot tell you

but what I can tell you is that everyone saw it

like everyone in Google

With this guy we met again, he showed me the other Google building

Because there are two main headquarters one in SF and the other one in Montain view

And this guy that Interviewed me, Robert

A genius, a super smart person

We got really along

IF ROBERT, you are watching this video

Thanks again, you know how much it was important to me

And surely we will meet again, in Google or outside

We'll definitely meet in the future

It was a genuine pleasure to meet you

That is the end of this story?

The end is that also in Google all the internship sessions were closed

It was just closed

And he referred me in the only open position available

He did an amazing "referral letter" for me

He really wanted me in the company and he did his best

But of course there are bigger rules to follow

When you refer someone to the company you need to specify the open position for your candidate

And the only open position was as Senior Designer with 8+ years of experience

He was confident that even if I don't have that many years of experience my portfolio was fresh and various enough for it

But of course, 8 years are 8 years

and I'm not ready

and I don't have all the big names of companies that all the other candidates have

It was incredibly flattering but I'm not ready YET

BUT

they gave me a very important feedback of my work

I had the certainty for the first time of the quality of my work

They said that my work was an high quality work

finally someone that say it!

Because so far, I was the only person who was think it

This time Google said it

Let's say that this experience, gave me sweet tooth

in term of quality of work and salaries

The salary for my level of work are 10 times higher than Italy

It's not double, it's TEN TIMES

*even though the quality of life is probably lower

It was a very stimulating environment

where you go to an event and talk with a developer of Dropbox

you go to another event and find someone that works at Facebook

You go out with some friends and there is a famous singer in the group

(everything of it, really happened)

It's cool

Therefore I will come back again in US

Sooner or later

OK THEN, what are my plans for the future?

This video is already very long and actually I also need to think about it

I have different plans

So this was if for my American experience

There would be more to talk about it, I will tell you more next

while since I've done readings it's been since mid-july and I really appreciate

for your patience your your love and concern I really do appreciate it so I

wanted to say that now I am doing these obviously in December

hopefully it won't take too long with Mercury retrograde but you know with the

upload times but I wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and so we're gonna go

ahead and get started with these readings okay all right take care bye a

cancer happy new year sorry I got a sore throat so I'm a

little hoarse the way I've been doing these readings is I share a little

messages that I get prior to the reading and then the Terra reading is a love

spread that I've been doing so I want to start with I feel like there's new

beginnings for you in January there and and some of you might have more than

one it's like I'm getting like the chariot almost like being pulled in

different directions but because I'm seeing that the chariot I do feel like

some of you are going to be traveling and possibly also moving so this could

be a travel work-related but I do get like an actual physical move or a

potential move where you're starting to look and possibly down the road you'll

actually be moving now prior to doing um you know to sitting down for this I was

hearing the song I think it's too much I think too much heaven by the Bee Gees so

what I was getting from that is I was being pulled to England and I felt like

maybe someone is going to England you may be going to England to study or to

actually move could be a business trip the other thing is I was also focused on

heaven and I feel like what the message is I feel like somebody is studying

mediumship you may be discovering that you can communicate with past loved ones

or with those on the other side and along with that I got writing but it

wasn't just writing I am picking up on writing some of you oh and here I happen

to leave a pen here it could be actually like writing maybe you're taking a

writing class but I got um besides like blogs or I got

legal papers grants or filling out some financial forms maybe financial aids or

financial aid but I got so automatic writing so somebody may be

doing something along that line I also picking up forms like for

scholarships so there may also be some kind of legal forms that's that there's

something about legalities that may be coming up for somebody the other thing

that I was picking up is doing something with hands I kept seeing hands so that

to me could be something in the medical field where you're healing

it could be alternative medicine it could be Reiki or as some people call it

rake a it could be massage therapy it could be maybe someone's going to

medical school becoming a surgeon I mean it's so many different things

massage therapists physical therapists you may be also helping someone heal or

maybe you're going to be receiving some healing or some of this therapy yourself

in January so these were just some messages that I was getting you know

prior to to doing your reading so let's just see here in terms of love what

comes up so let me focus on love for cancer 2018 okay so I'm gonna just keep

going usually I cut the deck but you know some cards have just been kind of

flipping out you know I also feel like somebody is dealing up huh oh you don't

somebody was going to have possibly surgery and I felt like it was possibly

somebody who can't serve 2018 January

the magician so I was talking about new beginnings Wow in the two of Wands let's

see what's underneath here another two so I was talking about new beginnings

and opportunities and I believe I also said being pulled in two different

directions so and that kind of speaks here of the seven of Pentacles

so let me angle this down excuse me and make sure that everything's in the

picture okay cancer so we have the major arcanas the hair ephant and the magician

so I believe that Taurus and Aries are of significance and we have the king of

Pentacles male or female and this is earth sign so in addition to

Taurus Capricorn and Virgo are of significance so I feel like some of you

here especially with this card are at a crossroads when it comes to love and you

definitely have decisions to make you are definitely assessing a situation

of where you're wanting to put your energy especially in the new year and

you know where you've been putting your energy and where you want to start

putting your energy so I feel like there's something about you know the

history or where your energy has been going like with

with a past relationship or even a current relationship and again with this

one that's kind of away from these something new beginning or a new stage

in the relationship that you're in so this is coming across different ways

because they're a fit for me really represent at least in this love reading

marriage and partnerships and unions and so what I am feeling is that some of you

are contemplating if you or if you're single and you've never been married

will I get married when will I get married I think that some of you maybe

are possibly a bit tired of where you've been looking for love and you're really

kind of assessing what is it that I want in love and what kind of a partner do I

want in love the king of Pentacles to me is very resourceful

he has your back or she very grounded can take care of the home can take care

of the finances they're hard worker you know there's a lot of abundance here and

they they have your back and I feel like

you're looking for somebody that's dependable that's willing to put in work

into a relationship you're not getting what you want and I feel like you are

wanting to look outside you're looking and it's you know looking at what

resources you have you're putting all the cards on the table

you're wanting a fresh start and you're looking here it's almost like when I

look at this card you're looking globally you maybe even looking outside

of your locale so this to me means that you may be searching online on the

Internet you're going worldwide you may be and maybe that's why it's picking up

on England or you know moving or traveling you may be willing to go to

the other side of the world or the other side of the earth to to find somebody

that you're willing to marry or you know to be a form of partnership with now I

do feel though that there is somebody out there that somebody has proposed to

them and I feel like somebody is a bit hesitant in taking this proposal and I

wonder if it has something to do with the their belief system I feel like

somebody is really kind of assessing a situation due to maybe they're from a

different culture will their family accept me or the family you know there's

different belief systems the traditions are different and will this work so you

might be traveling in January again to go and meet these people or the family

to see if this will work or not now I'm also though picking up on a

situation where I do feel that somebody doesn't know what to do

I feel like there's there's somebody

there's a situation that somebody's involved with somebody for a while and I

do feel like this could happen in January where somebody new comes in and

there's information that is being withheld regarding a union or a

relationship so in other words what I'm saying is something new is forming but

there's information you know that is being withheld so it could be that you

don't know all you know everything that's going on or something's being you

know held closely guarded and I'm also picking up on a pregnancy it could be

that you know and this may not be you this may be a friend of yours a family

member that you're gonna find out that something's going on this also I'm

hearing maybe something that's happening in the workplace that you may hear about

but I do feel that there is something going on that's a bit secretive and I

feel that I again I I do think that something is going to be revealed

regarding the situation so it could be that somebody has not disclosed their

full information about the status of their relationship could be that

somebody doesn't know they're pregnant or somebody is pregnant and it hasn't

been quite revealed that they are so there's still some there's death

least some decisions that have to be made now for others I do feel like you

may be in a relationship and you do have a decision to make

you could out-of-the-blue be meet somebody new in January and you have to

decide am I going to end the person that I've been with for a while or do I want

to keep investing more time more energy into this relationship or do I want to

go down a new path do I want to start new does this is almost like the

beginning of the major arcana

you know what direction do I want to go in because this also can indicate you

know once again somebody that's been there that's had your back for a while

and this is newer energy so there are definitely choices in love that some of

you will be making or you might be on the opposite end where somebody has a

choice and it's going to affect you you'll kind of you'll know if this even

resonates with you because it's not going to resonate you know with

everybody of course I'm getting the message to

that I do feel somebody is wearing a mask it's it's a mask and it's not they

feel like they're being false but it's almost like a protection because I feel

like if they were to reveal themselves and I feel this goes back to cultural

differences or traditions and beliefs possibly around family or around work

where that could be an issue like and I feel like it may have something to do

with revealing their true self and I think it has something to do about their

sexuality and they're holding it close to their vest because I think there's a

fear of rejection from somebody very close to them and so they're

contemplating it's a decision on you know revealing to people very close to

them who they truly are and so there's a decision to be made about that I also

got the message that someone's searching for somebody they're searching for

somebody it may have been somebody from their past they may have chosen to have

let this leave this marriage or the marriage has dissolved or is in the

process of dissolving or they're making that decision they're starting fresh and

they're going in search of somebody to find somebody and it may be somebody

from their past that they've had a history with but I feel like there's the

the past history there may be something that needs to get resolved or they you

know what whether this is you or another person where by facing the issue it's

kind of like I mean you know there's a resolution you know you're gonna be able

to then make a decision or this person will be able to make a decision in what

they want to do with the relationship oh look at that I just took I hit the thing

concluding so that something can begin there's something that needs to get tied

where there's either like it's a toxic environment there may be somebody that's

overly demanding overly critical could be a boss could be a manager could be a

supervisor and I feel like I don't think it's a toxic like it could be something

like environmentally going on around the workplace and maybe they're moving it

that could be going on also but I feel like somebody is also leaving because

they're just tired you're tired of this and I feel that

some of you are going to either go to you're planning on leaving or you're

just leaving so you might be moonlighting I'm getting moonlighting

you might be taking so taking on a second job you might be going to back to

school you may be taking online classes I feel like there's something that

you're not happy with and I feel like you are going on

a new pathway or you are opening up a pathway that is going to lead to

something big where maybe others will follow you so and it's going to lead to

something that is long term long lasting where you'll be happier and possibly

lucrative to which is a bonus so there's definitely career change

school may be included in that you might be doing two things at once some of this

the change is going to happen fast like you leave your job and you throw

yourself into school others I feel like are going to be doing both some of you

may be not going back to school but you're going to do another job or

another hobby or you're taking on two jobs so again the moonlighting is coming

through I feel like the moon really is going to be of significance I mean it's

going to be a significance for everybody but it's really coming up strongly for

you the new moon the blue moon the full moon they're all coming up I believe in

January here so there's some major changes I'm also getting something about

feel like somebody's going back and forth about decision on surgery so I

feel like there's talks with the doctor and I think I'm being pulled to the back

or neck and also possibly foot surgery so there's a decision there now this I

want to say and I'm saying this because I feel like it can be prevented I don't

know if this is a skateboard or a bicycle or a motorcycle or a horse or

you know I just feel like make sure you stick with your routine if you check

your equipment just do what you normally do like if you wear a helmet and one day

you you're like you know what wanna go on the skateboard or whatever

and you know but my helmets all the way upstairs I don't want to go back just go

back and get it okay that's what I'm being led to say if you normally I don't

know if you go what is that mountain biking or I don't know and you check

your tire pressures all the time and you just don't feel like it this time check

them anyway that's what I'm being led to say cuz I don't feel like there's a

mishap I feel like it can be prevented though so just even if you're tired go

and do what you know just pay attention you know don't don't go out of your

normal routine is what I'm being led to say the other thing is I feel that

there's some legalities going on I do feel that somebody is on overload where

somebody's really taking a lot like you're doing a lot yourself now this

having to do a lot yourself now that legality could be or this is

coming up where this vacancy your did you're deciding by the end of January

whether or not there will be a vacancy whether or not there's going to be a

separation whether or not you're going to be with this person or there's going

to be a divorce because I'm getting legalities now I'm getting legalities in

different ways though I do feel like somebody is selling their home and I

feel like if the sale goes through because I see champagne people drew you

know celebrating I'm also getting legalities I feel like there's news

about an adoption I get something about okay the marriage license so either

you're getting married or you're attending a mare it like a wedding

you're gonna be invited to a wedding I'm also getting something about division of

land this might be in a state that's like probate

Court or something that is being divided or settled and let me see anything I

think that that's what I'm picking up right now I am so sorry Sagittarius my

battery died so I had to go get the cord in order to continue so all right now we
