I met Lucia again. She just lost the card in the cash machine.

That's Lucia and that's me.

Wow so dark. Good morning. Okay we're with Didi again.

She came all the way from Oviedo and she will take me to "Where?"

If we find it. I will stay there all day waiting for these guys to reach the destination walking.

Here you have signal, I think. See you later.

Here I am, Didi left me here.

I go for a coffee and looking for an albergue for the guys as well for tonight.

I found a place to stay, so now we'll need to wait like eight hours

before the other guys come here. I need to find some ways to spend my time.

So here we go. Breakfast, quite big, this is the tostada.

It's it's bread toasted bread with butter and jam and you just get your

coffee but it's quite common here, so that's what I'm having right now.

Just left the bar have been there for two hours to charge the batteries of my geeky

stuff looking for la casa Sanchez. Apparently it's one of the good ones

from the reviews, so let's look for that and then there's a museum here, there's a

church, so we're gonna get around and

have a look at this nice little town.

I think I found it, entrance Casa Sanchez.

So yeah just found the owner of the place, it looks nice here, it's really nice

the weather again amazing today, so far, it was raining this morning and I

asked for five beds cause it's gonna be five of us tonight, hopefully, so they're still

cleaning the rooms because basically the people just left to go to the next stop

and yeah they're gonna let me know soon what's happening but it looks really nice.

Look at what I found here in the albergue.

Seems like they series about barbecues here and grills, that's a meat feast.

The albergue I went to, they only have four beds and we are actually

five so I'm going to the other one where I went this morning to see if

there five places so we can stay all together. It's not a big issue but it's nice

to stay with the family. One little tip guys, you will have some private

albergues where you can actually reserve your room and then you got the

public ones, like the peregrinos albergues where you it's like first-come first-served so

you can't really book any room. These guys are one of them and I can't reserve any space.

Guys, el camino is a problem. I met Lucia again, she just lost the card

in the cash machine. Such a bad luck man.

As I wait for Lucia to sort out the bank, I found this nice little park.

I'm gonna do some handstand just to keep it keep it up. May be some press ups

because I'm not doing anything today yeah. All right let's try handstand again.

I have a present, to sweeten the day.

Look at what we found.

We found two pilgrims. This is mine cause he wears the hat as I do.

We keep having problems. So we are too many now so we don't know what is happening.

We canceled all the reservations. We're just going to the public

albergue. Everyone on his own. So we are here again at the public abergue.

Lucia and me, we found a bed.

I am going to fall.

We met the guys.

We moved to the next room so we stay with with la

familia. Uncle Indy, where is he? And Claudio, Lucia disappeared and we found Peter as well.

The whole family. Very good.

We're going to this restaurant.

My new favorite drink. La casera.

Uncle Indy, what soup is this? Traditionally pote asturiano.

Pork, I can't remember the name though. With mushrooms and chips.

This is like a cream cheese with honey.

Go ahead.

We're going toward the museum because I don't think there's

anything else to do. It should be an Austurian museum, so a museum about the

local history.

I don't understand the guide but I see a lot of toilets.

These are the saddles for ladies on horses. They used to sit on the side

so they didn't have to open the legs

These are Didi's shoes.

Idiot.

Nice museum, but we're gonna find something else to do.

You Love a Good Deal More Than the Actual Stuff You Buy, Here's Why - Duration: 2:33.

Ah yes, it's that time of year again, and nothing says holiday like freshly marked-down

merchandise!

The 40's, the 50's, the 60s PERCENT sales on popguns, bicycles, roller skates, and kales!

Checkerboards, tricycles, popcorns, or pinwheels?

Or... do you just love you some deals?

I'm sure we've all been there, boasting about how amazing that deal was and how much

money we saved on that 52 inch T.V. or pair of shoes.

It happens to the best of us.

But is it the new gadget that makes you happy?

Or the great deal… because Kit Yarrow, a consultant and consumer psychologist says

it's the latter.

She says, customers are caring all too much about the price of an item instead of valuing

the item itself.

Before 2008, stores naturally put items on sale at the end of a season, but now?

There are sales through every single part of the year: 4th-of-July sales, semi-annual

sales, weekly sales.

You name it.

There's a bargain to be hunted.

Stores changed the psychology of shopping when they appealed to the cheaper needs of

patrons during the recession.

And one Nielsen survey shows, some people like the "hunt" for a bargain

And researchers say shopping a sale can trigger the same parts of the brain as love or drugs.

The mere action of walking into a store can get your dopamine levels going, but much like

a real addict, you go home with feelings of guilt, because like maybe you didn't need

that game console, even tho it was $100 off and you sort of wanted it…ish.

Shopping increases activity in your nucleus accumbens-- the reward circuit of your brain.

You anticipate purchases, and get excited about them, and (according to one study) "excessive

prices … activate circuits associated with anticipated loss."

But a sale?

That's a whole different thing.And stores know this.

Yarrow suggests there's a greater chance of a person buying a product if they feel

like they've saved, and can walk away with satisfaction at their bargain.

Even if the product is marked-up and then the price is cut; you're still happy because

you believe you saved, Mom!

Basically, these sale prices are trying to convince you you're spending less than you

are.

But that's not actually so.

Don't let them fool you.

Next time you go shopping, try paying attention to your emotions about the PURCHASE not the

DEAL.

You know, check yourself, before you wreck your credit card statement.

All right, good evening, guys.

We're in the car right now.

It is Sunday and we're off to the octagon!

And tonight, one of our One Man Empire fellowship members,

the legend that is Samuel Leeds,

is stepping in the ring for a cage fight.

Which I still can't quite believe.

Last Sunday, I get a text message from Samuel.

He's like, "Dude, just to let you know,

"I'm doing a cage fight, a week on Sunday."

I'm like, "A cage what, Samuel?

"You are the most unlikely person I would ever think

"is gonna do anything remotely violent."

Anyway, so it turns out that Samuel has been

doing a bit of training.

He's stepping into the ring for a charity fight

tonight which is super, super cool.

It's for the Make-A-Wish Foundation,

which is an amazing charity.

So the question is today, guys,

is Samuel Leeds going to make it all the way

through this evening alive?

Or are we gonna be at the end of this episode

in the Accidents & Emergency Centre?

I have got no idea what is gonna happen.

All I do know, is right now,

I'm gonna go ahead and pick up Phil,

another member of the fellowship, which is super super cool.

So we're both gonna support Samuel tonight,

which is gonna be amazing,

and we got VIP and ringside seats, so.

We are just heading up the M-6 now to the ring.

I'm gonna grab Phil and then it's time to,

Let's get ready to

rumble!

And all that leads me to say is,

cue the Rocky music.

("Rocky" theme plays)

So we got seats and this is where it's at today.

That's the ring, Phil's got his beer, he's ready to go.

I think we're gonna be kicking off in about, what?

Food's coming in a moment.

And we're still taking bets on whether or not

we're ending up at A&E

with Samuel is (drowned out by crowd).

on standby tonight,

- I really didn't expect him to pull this out,

but you know what?

- Well I knew they'd be only a few seconds to the fight,

(drowned out by shouting)

- Unbelievable, only two seconds into the second round,

Samuel came out swinging and took him down.

And that's it, game over.

Amazing!

Oh man, that was an amazing time!

I literally just dropped Phil home and

I'm heading back down the toll road now.

But what a fantastic evening.

Samuel absolutely incredible!

I don't think anyone in his corner thought

he was gonna do as well as he did.

I didn't.

Samuel, I apologise,

you did absolutely amazing, my friend.

You look in great shape.

And apparently, I was speaking to Samuel before,

and the reason he all started on this journey

around eight weeks ago was,

he saw an ad, on Facebook,

about doing a charity fight.

And he was sort of like, you know what?

I could probably do with getting in

a bit better shape by losing a bit of weight.

So he decided to commit at doing this

as a mechanism to make that happen.

Now what's super, super interesting about that

is actually, when you set a goal like that

or Samuel set a goal like he did,

and then you make that goal public.

But then if you make that goal achievable

in a public scenario, a.k.a.

I'm gonna be in front of all of these people,

that're are gonna be judging me.

Meaning, if I don't pull it out of the bag,

I am possibly gonna be ridiculed,

or people are gonna look at me.

It's amazing, amazing how much focus and what your mind

can do when you put yourself through this.

What I want to do this evening,

on the back of Samuel's absolutely incredible force,

man, the guys in the fellowship

absolutely would love to see this thing.

I'm gonna have to consider the possibility that

each and every single time you set a goal,

or what we call a strategic strike

here inside of the fellowship,

if you do not make that goal public or accountable

to someone else in some other way, shape or form,

or put it out there in some public forum,

you are destined to fail from the start.

That's exactly why each and every single goal

that is set here inside of the fellowship

is part of a strategic strike.

It's always announced in a group environment,

to hold you accountable to it every single step of the way.

Man, I think we're gonna get blurry here

as we're getting to be dark.

But that's the thing here, guys.

If you do that, in my experience, if you set a goal,

if you make yourself accountable in a public forum,

just like Samuel did this evening,

good things will happen, which is fantastic.

So tonight, guys, I'm gonna leave you to it.

We're all on the boat.

We're looking for the mystery island.

Tonight is the premiere of "Crystal,"

and we're so excited about that.

and offering it to the public. I think that's really great.

It's a lovely celebration.

Having directors like that is wonderful.

I mean, it's a blast.

It was a marvellous adventure,

because with Shana and Seb,

getting to go into their universe and experience it all,

well this is what it's like. It's a blast.

You are the only one who actually made it.

We cut everybody else.

Ah no, trio, yeah, you made it too.

After all this hard work, finally ready to go.

It's premiere. You never forget your first, right?

It changes everything when it's done in front of a crowd.

It just gives us all a different energy.

It's going to be a lot of people, and it's going to be brilliant.

It's the first time Cirque's doing a skating show with acrobatics,

and we are going to nail it!

The hard work always pays off.

To develop something like this

on this big of a scale of a show,

it takes the 12 to 15 hours.

It takes the coming in extra early, getting the warm-up,

leaving a little bit later, just to finish things up.

I can't wait to start this tour.

Today is a milestone.

Today is-- OK, we're in Lafayette,

we've got audience, they paid for tickets.

It's important to listen to them, to watch them.

We're going to build on that.

Obviously, we're all working towards this huge world premiere in Montreal.

Every night is important until we get there.

What you've done so far is spectacular.

Keep doing it, have fun, be safe.

And thank you, really, thank you very much.

Don't forget, you're not skaters,

and you're not acrobats, you're performers,

and performers will get people's hearts.
