Hey, guys!
It's Lucie Fink and I'm sitting here with
Megan Nicole, singer, songwriter, and YouTuber
also all-around adorable girl.
Hello!
Hey, Megan! How's it going?
It's going good.
I've just been stalking you on YouTube and
I've been seeing all of your new videos,
your originals, your covers.
You are blowing up.
What's your favorite part about what you do?
Performing for people because
it gives me an opportunity to meet with those people
that watch my videos.
And it also gives me an opportunity to
sing along with people to songs I wrote,
which is really special.
Okay, so have you heard of the
Tin Can Challenge before?
Actually, I have not until this day.
Until today.
For anyone that's at home watching,
we have 10 tin cans lined up here.
One of us is going pick a can,
open it, taste it, try to guess what's in it, and then see
if we're right.
And see who wins at the end.
Perfect.
Are you ready?
Yeah.
Do you want to go first?
I'll go first.
Okay.
Nothing too scary here, right?
I hope not.
I don't know.
I actually have no idea what's in it.
I'm going to start with the one at the end here.
She's going with number 10.
Apparently I say "ten" weird.
I say it like "tin."
—Ten, ten, ten… —Tin number ten.
I'm from Texas, originally.
People used to make fun of me for that.
Oh gosh!
I'm scared.
—I think I know what it is. —It looks like, I'm not going to say.
I'm just going to take a little, just a little.
You're going in for another bite?
I'm just getting a closer look.
Got it.
Because no I really like this.
Some carrots, some corn.
I think it's chicken noodle soup
or some kind of soup like a vegetable soup.
Amy's Lentil Soup.
Lentil soup.
So does she get the point for that?
I don't think so.
Close.
But no soup.
My turn.
I'm going to go with number 3.
That's my lucky number.
Oh.
I know what it is and I'm excited.
It is artichoke hearts.
It's not good.
But I got it right.
You're up.
You did your lucky number,
so I'm going to do my lucky number.
Okay.
Seven.
Okay, oh no.
That looks weird.
This is not lucky.
That looks like an animal.
I need a new number.
I hope it's a fruit.
Oh my goodness.
What have I gotten myself into?
Sweet.
Pear.
Yeah?
Yeah!
It's pear!
Yay!
I don't even eat pears.
Number five.
That looked a lot more scary than it was.
I smelled it already.
Oh no, no, no.
No, no, no, no…
What in the world is this?
It's chili
and it's really good.
Yay!
You should try that.
Thank you for the offer but I'm gonna pass.
I'm going to go for this middle one.
It's rather large.
Let's see, number six.
Oh no.
That's my nightmare.
We have this kind of thicker substance.
I think I know what it is.
I think I do too.
I'm just going to… you know for the game.
Cream of mushroom.
No?
I was going to say it looks like clam chowder.
Clam chowder… oh.
Wow.
Just from looking.
There's no other mushrooms in here.
I should have… you know I should've done my research.
You should've taken a bigger bite.
I should've.
There's the clam.
There is the chowder.
I'm going to go with can number two.
Another lucky number.
—Oh, it's orange. —Uh-oh.
What is that smell?
Is it cheese?
I think it's cheese.
I'm like helping you out.
Is there such thing as canned cheese?
What is the world coming to?
It's a horrible consistency.
I'm going to say: cheese sauce.
Yay!
Alright we each have two more.
Number nine.
Let's see what do you have for us, number nine.
Okay.
It is a tomato soup.
—Yes! –Yay!
Alright, I think we're all avoiding four
because it's huge so I'm going to go…
go "four" it.
Puns.
Oh it's not too bad.
It is some sort of jelly.
Is it blueberry jam?
What do I call it?
Blueberry jelly?
Blueberry drizzle?
Hold on, I got this.
It's the stuff that is inside blueberry pie,
so blueberry pie filling.
Woo!
It's good.
We're going to make a pie.
I'm just going to go around here for number one.
Oh it's beans.
What kind of beans?
I think it's baked beans.
Baked beans?
Yup.
She got it right.
Alright, last can.
Huh.
Sewer water.
Smell that.
It's French Onion soup.
Alright, Megan, we killed it, I would say.
I'm actually going to take this pie filling
and this chili home for dinner.
What about you?
Do you have anything you want to keep?
I think I'm good.
You're good.
I'll donate my cheese sauce.
For some mac-n-cheese?
Yeah if you are trying to cook tonight.
Five cans later, I beat her
but she is still so cute.
So it doesn't even matter.
Well thanks for being here, Megan!
Thank you.
—Bye! —I'll see ya next time!
