Trump Sticks It to Climate Change Nuts With Epic Destruction of Obama-Era Ruling

Expect many fits of rage from the left this week, folks, as President Donald Trump reportedly

intends to announce a new national security strategy Monday that eliminates climate

change from consideration as a national security threat and replaces it with tangible

dangers such as war with North Korea.

Senior administration officials said Sunday that Mr. Trump will release the plan Monday

afternoon in a speech that outlines his emphasis on protecting American economic power as well

as securing the homeland, The Washington Times reported.

Officials briefing reporters Sunday confirmed that Mr. Trumps national security playbook

eliminates climate change as a priority in defense planning.

Considering former President Barack Obama once stated that (n)o challenge?

poses a greater threat to Americas future than climate change, I can only imagine his

response, let alone that of the left-wing media.

The Times notes that Trumps plan contains four key priorities: protecting the homeland

and Americas way of life, promoting U.S. prosperity, promoting peace through

strength, and advancing American influence.

In other words, the plan emphasizes actual national security threats, as well as economic

growth, over the myth known as man-made climate change.

An America that is safe, prosperous, and free at home is an America with the strength,

confidence, and will to lead abroad, a draft of the strategy reviewed by The Washington

Times states.

U.S. leadership is indispensable to countering an anti-growth, energy agenda that is detrimental

to U.S. economic and energy security interests.

According to Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist, the new strategy also prioritizes securing

Americas borders.

Strengthening control over our borders and immigration system is central to national

security, economic prosperity, and the rule of law, the draft reportedly reads.

Terrorists, drug traffickers, and criminal cartels exploit porous borders and threaten

U.S. security and public safety.

These actors adapt quickly to outpace our defenses.

Furthermore, the strategy puts a spotlight on North Korea for seeking the capability

to kill millions of Americans with nuclear weapons; Iran for supporting terrorist

groups and continually calling for the destruction of America and Israel; and the Islamic State

group for trying to attack America and radicalize its citizens.

Again, these all present tangible threats and/or concerns, whereas the notion that man-made

climate change will somehow destroy the Earth and thus America is rooted in phony science

and fear-mongering.

But this doesnt mean Trump hates the environment and wants to pollute it with noxious gases

and liquids, as some radical leftists might try and claim.

In fact, the strategy makes it clear that the Trump administration seeks to maintain

the United States status as a global leader in reducing traditional pollution,

as well as greenhouse gases, while growing its economy.

This achievement, which can serve as model to other countries, flows from innovation,

technology breakthroughs, and energy efficiency gains not from onerous regulation,

it further adds.

Exactly.

I couldnt have said it better myself.

Of course, this is common sense.

But because the left lacks common sense, expect many fits of rage this week, as I said earlier.

Please share this story on Facebook and Twitter and let us know what you think about President

Donald Trumps new and improved national security strategy.

What do you think about Trump's decision to scrap climate change as a priority?

We Beat OPEC!!! | NFTGA Chapter 15 - Duration: 6:34.

I promise, this 300th video will involve no attempts at rapping.

But I would like to jump back to one of this channel's neglected traditions and talk

about some good news.

Today I'd like to celebrate the world's victory over OPEC, the Organization of Petroleum

Exporting Countries.

Fear is really important in US media and politics.

Public Opinion has always been obsessed with bad guys that are coming to get us.

Some of these threats are manufactured fantasy, like today's Iran obsession, and some of

them are very real, like the threat to US leadership that China will pose in a few decades

time.

When I was a kid, the two main threats were Communist domination by the Soviet Union,

and Capitalist domination by Japan.

Seriously that's something we were worried about in the 1980s.

Japan was scary.

When these threats ended, we didn't celebrate, because US economics and politics are way

too rooted in the fear that feeds the US Military Industrial Complex.

So we never celebrated the end of the Cold War, or the end of the much less serious threat

from Japan.

And that's also why we're not celebrating the world's victory over OPEC, and the new

era of petroleum security.

But we should celebrate it.

It's a big deal.

I last covered OPEC about a year ago, when they first agreed to restrict prices to deal

with the plummeting price of oil.

And I have to apologize.

I got the main story right, but I got a detail wrong.

I argued that there was no chance that OPEC would be able to stick to their quotas.

I was wrong about that.

This has a lot to do with Venezuela and Libya's production falling due to mismanagement and

war, and Saudi Arabia's legitimate panic about the price, but that doesn't change

the fact that I was wrong.

OPEC has done a better job of limiting supply than I expected.

Well Done OPEC.

But they failed anyway.

More than a few YouTube commenters have pointed out that prices are up from where they were

before the OPEC production cut in November 2016, and way over their low point in the

beginning of 2016.

Oil Traders, and the OPEC countries themselves like to brag about this.

But consider how much lower prices are from where they were in June of 2014, or past high

points.

OPEC has done its best job ever sticking to quotas.

They've also managed to convince important non-OPEC countries like Russia and Kazakhstan

to limit production as well.

If they'd managed that as recently as 2008 we'd be talking about 300 dollar a barrel

oil.

But this extraordinary, unprecedented effort on OPEC's part has barely moved the needle.

And that small movement has encouraged US shale producers to pick up the slack.

The US rig count now stands at 747, up from 510 a year ago.

OPEC's heroic efforts to prop up the prices have mostly just functioned to give market

share to US producers.

OPEC's power has been broken.

This had one sad result this month.

The Trump Administration knew it could recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital with no real

consequences.

OPEC first came to prominence in the 1970's when it chose to punish the US for its support

of Israel.

OPEC clearly no longer has that sort of power.

This particular result may be lamentable but the end of OPEC power is a good thing.

And not just because it means a freer hand for developed countries like the United States.

Every non-Petro state suffers in a world where an organization like OPEC has power, and that

includes a lot more developing countries than it does developed ones.

In the 1980s much of Latin America experienced a lost decade due to runaway debt.

OPEC's inflated oil prices had a lot to do with that.

A world free of OPEC is a world with one less obstacle to economic development, and that

is a very, very good thing.

Wow.

What You Never Knew About Mariska Hargitay's Marriage - Duration: 3:50.

Mariska Hargitay is one of the most recognizable faces in television, having starred as Olivia

Benson on NBC's hit series Law & Order: SVU for nearly two decades.

But did you know she's married to Younger star Peter Hermann?

After more than 15 years together, here's what you don't know about this adorable Tinsel

Town couple!

Meet cute

The pair met on Law & Order: SVU in November 2001 when Hermann debuted his recurring character,

defense attorney Trevor Langan.

Hargitay, who has starred on the series since 1999, attempted to break the ice with a joke,

but told InStyle,

"He didn't think I was funny."

The two eventually found common ground in their shared faith.

Following a deep discussion about religion, Hermann suggested they attend a service at

his church together.

As Hargitay told InStyle,

"I just about passed out when I saw him there.

I thought, 'That's my husband.'"

The SVU star told Good Housekeeping, that their strong Christian faith

"Completely set the tone for our relationship and our marriage."

Wedded bliss

The pair married three years later on August 28, 2004 in Santa Barbara, California, in

front of 200 guests, at the Unitarian Historical Chapel.

The groom, then 37, told InStyle,

"I recited my vows so loudly you could have heard them in Oregon."

Hargitay told Good Housekeeping in 2010,

"I had been engaged before, but what I felt for Peter I had never felt before — it was

knowing that someone else put you first and that you put him first."

"A lot of people have doubts on their wedding day, but I was never so sure and happy."

Growing a family

Hargitay and Hermann always wanted to have kids, and got their wish when they welcomed

their son, August, on June 28, 2006.

Hargitay told Self,

"Nobody wanted to be pregnant more than me."

"From the minute I found out, I was wearing full-on maternity pants.

My stomach was totally flat, mind you, but I was just so excited."

She told TV Guide,

"When I first heard August's cry, that's when I lost it."

"You have so much love that you didn't even know about."

But Hargitay was 42 at the time, and it was a difficult pregnancy.

When the couple decided to further expand their family, Hargitay had trouble getting

pregnant, so they turned to adoption.

She told Good Housekeeping,

"There were wrenching moments.

I say to everybody, 'Adoption is not for the faint of heart."

The couple finally adopted two children six months apart in 2011, following several heartbreaking

attempts that had fallen through.

In April 2011, they welcomed newborn daughter Amaya Josephine, whom Hargitay helped deliver.

They then welcomed three-month-old son Andrew that October.

Multilingual family

Hargitay and Hermann both speak several languages — something they hope to pass on to their

children.

Hermann explained his linguistic heritage, telling Broadway.com,

"I was born in New York, but I was only here for two months.

My parents are German, and I grew up in Germany for my first 10 years…

I still speak to my parents only in German."

Hargitay doesn't speak German, but is fluent in Hungarian, Italian, and French.

Location, location, location

According to Variety, Hargitay and Hermann moved their family to a newly renovated $10.7

million townhouse on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in 2012.

As the New York Post reported, their Big Apple dream home has six bedrooms and nine baths,

as well as has "an elevator, an eat-in chef's kitchen and double-height ceilings."

It also includes "a sunroom with two terraces, plus a large garden with a built-in barbecue

grill."

#RelationshipGoals

After more than a decade together, Hargitay and Hermann are going so strong, they may

only rival the likes of Hollywood It Couples like Neil and David, or Ellen and Portia.

When a Mariska fan account posted a pic of the lip-locked couple on International Kissing

Day, Hermann quote-tweeted the post, writing, "I thought that was every day..."

Nipsey Hussle To Reporters Who Dissed Diddy: 'We Gonna Catch You & Beat Your Ass' - Duration: 2:22.

For Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez///// Nipsey Hussle is holding nothing back from

the two bay area reporters who mocked and laughed at Diddy after he announced that he

wanted to own the Carolina Panthers.

Diddy announced the news after Jerry Richardson revealed he was selling the franchise in light

of sexual misconduct allegations brought against him.

In a segment during KRON4's 'The World According to Darya' Henry Wofford and Dayra Folsom exchanged

jokes about Diddy's intentions to buy the panthers.

Wofford said that his tweet should not be taken seriously because Diddy looked like

he was under

the influence.

Wofford's jokes were wildly disrespectful and Nipsey Hussle did not waste anytime, warning

both reporters to watch their backs.

Nipsey also put them on check over social media writing,

"I'm offended to my core.

And both these clowns can't even pay the water bill at one of @diddy estates...but

THEY CANT TAKE HIM SERIOUS?

[…] @diddy I HOPE THEY MOTIVATED U EVEN MORE AND WHEN U BECOME THE 1st Blac @NFL owner

we gone only wear Yo team jerseys and make sure u get a super bowl trophy!!!

Fucc these bitches and this whole way of thinking."

Wofford has since issued a public apology for his insulting comments.

I realize insinuating a person may be drunk or on drugs is nothing to joke about.

For that I sincerely apologize to Mr. Combs, his fans and everyone who was offended.

Dozens of Diddy's twitter followers have accused me of playing on racial stereotypes.

That was not my goal.

But I understand my comments had that impact and for that I sincerely apologize.

Although he apologized Wofford also tweeted that the snippet being shared takes things

out of context and that the damage that had been done was a misunderstanding.

Better try and convince Nipsey Hussle of that.

BREAKING NEWS From President Trump… Yelling These 3 Words Has Liberals In An UPROAR. - Duration: 3:33.

BREAKING NEWS From President Trump…

Yelling These 3 Words Has Liberals In An UPROAR.

If there's one thing people love about President Trump, it's his plain speech and his boldness

in speaking his mind regardless of whether or not his opinion is popular, a bit of courage

that was sorely missed during the Obama years.

Liberals, on the other hand, are known for being big, fat, weenies who gush and gush

in embarrassing displays of emotionalism that often leave them looking like the biggest

fools in the room.

Which is often the reality of the matter.

A good case in point comes from how the left reacted to rumors that President Trump was

going to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who just so happens to be conducting a probe

into him in an attempt to uncover possible collusion between Trump and Russia.

The left responded on social media by launching themselves into near hysterics.

Again, not unusual given their flare for the dramatic.

Trump responded to the madness in three words, shutting down the fervor and silencing the

rabid mouths of left-wing loonies all across the country.

Fox News is reporting:

Former Obama White House Ethics Chief, Walter Shaub, tweeted that he was "stocking up"

on gear to "take the streets."

In his words, it was supposed to be a "defining moment for the Republic."

Cenk Uygur, the founder and CEO of far-left online news show "The Young Turks" prophesied

that this should be an "uprising like we've never seen in America."

Actor-turned-activist George Takei tweeted that Americans should "shut the country

down."

Their message was clear: if President Trump fires special counsel Robert Mueller, the

American people should act as if their 241-year-old experiment in democracy has come to an end.

But unfortunately, when asked about the firing on Sunday night, the president shut down all

of the rumors (and all of their plans) by simply declaring, "no, I'm not."

In an instant, he vanquished all the left's dreams of sparking a "Tahrir square like

uprising" and made their hysterics over the potential firing appear foolish.

This is a prime example of how the left and the Democratic Party operate.

They know if they engage in honest debate on the topics and issues facing our country

and use actual, concrete facts, their worldview and policy positions crumble to bits.

So how do they continue to build their base and motivate them to be active and keep voting

moronic progressives into office?

By appealing to that segment of the country that vomits their feelings all over the Internet

on a regular basis, believing people actually care enough to read what they think or is

going on in their lives.

They find some issue, blow it way out of proportion, share a few sob stories and emotionally manipulate

the masses, and that gives birth to fake outrage just like the kind we see here.

These are the same people who claim to be "tolerant" and say they have a desire

to stand up for the oppressed, but when they show up to protest, all they do is throw elbows

and punches, meaning they don't actually care to win over the hearts and minds of the

opposition as someone with the superior worldview would desire to do.

In the midst of the insanity, we ought to just be thankful we have a president like

Donald Trump who isn't afraid to stand up to this nuttiness and put these people back

in their place.

what do you think about this?

That way if the person doesn't text you back when they're supposed to, you can just read

all their nice messages, and feel all fuzzy.

Davido, Dele Momodu settles two years fight

Davido and Magazine Publisher, Dele Momodu, has finally reconciled their 2-year old beef.

Both parties were at loggerheads sometime in December 2015 following baby abduction drama between Davido and his baby mama, Sophia, niece of Dele Momodu.

Davido apologised to the media mogul after performing on stage.

Sharing photos from the night, Dele Momodu, on his Instagram page praised Davido for his maturity.

Sadhguru, if there's Oneness Why to Service? - Duration: 35:29.

speaking of gurus so one of the things that has been a central theme it seems

like though of your connection to others is the fact that that connection though

involves service to others and it seems as though this is a message of many

individuals who I don't know if you want to use the word guru or other

terminology of people who others look to as a GPS but it seems as though there is

always a centrality of a recognition of our oneness and from that a recognition

that our life is one of service if there is a there's a certain contradiction in

the question in the sense if there is oneness maybe the question of service

now I'm asking aren't you if you get to do something for your children do you

feel that you've done a great service do you know it's a privilege that you have

the opportunity to do this but if you happen to do something for that urging

who is on the street was helpless suddenly it becomes service or in other

words when your heart is bereft of love you can do service if you have love in

your heart you can never do enough in this life to handle not enough this is

the experience of every human being whether you are in love with one person

or whatever even if you're in love with one person when you really in love with

one person these two hands are not enough how much ever you do it's not

enough isn't it when there is no line you keep accounts of all the things that

you do and it's a service and if you do a lot of service you will create such an

unrealistic expectation about people that in really it will lead to

frustration activity when you if you really see suppose your little finger is

rotting up if you attend to this is the service if you have experience the

oneness of the existence there would be no such thing as service it would be

just expending yourself to do whatever you can do is a natural process in our

lives if we do not do what we cannot do that's not an issue but if we do not do

what we can do we are a disastrous life

whatever we can do must happen and we as a generation of people are in a unique

space for the first time for the very first time in the history of humanity

even 25 years ago this would not be possible for the very first time we have

the necessary resource capability and technology to address every human

problem on the planet the only thing that is missing is inclusiveness in the

way we are experiencing ourselves if there is a more inclusive experience of

yourself and the rest every other life on this planet we are capable of

offering solutions to everything for the first time in the history of humanity

the question is are we going to just sit on the threshold and die or are we gonna

cross it this is the big question I want to see that we as a generation of people

do not become a way in generation that we will do things that we can do what we

cannot do it's fine

in some ways this brings up though the issue of has has been quoted eighty-five

people I have more resources in terms of financial capability from 3.5 billion

people which is extraordinary anak certainly in the United States we've

seen this ever-widening divergence between the haves and the have-nots and

while I think we would all agree that within ourselves we have the capability

to change or the potential but why don't we have that or why does not so many

people sing we have this intent in fact as we were discussing sometimes having

more makes individuals want more not to give more see whatever 2 to 5% of the

population holding or 80% of the world's wealth that's what is I don't know if

that's density is perfect but so many of that one thing is we can see it is a

great problem when I see it as a great possibility now you have to change only

2% of the population to transform the world they need not because because they

don't show up because we have developed this in the world right from the time of

Marx you know Karl Marx and talking about he's not supposed to talk about

him in the valley but I am talking about him he might have known a lot of it

about economics but he doesn't know much about human nature he predicted that the

richest countries in the world will take to communism just the reverse happen

wherever the poorest populations are there they are the ones who fly the red

flag even today yes so four is talking about communism means

those who have nothing to share want to share those who have something to share

become cautious about this whole thing naturally if I have a lot and I say I

want to share it with you who will suspect me

I got nothing and I'm talking about sharing this is dangerous policy so we

need to change the equation it is not for those who do not have to talk about

sharing because what little they have they're not willing to share

they're expecting somebody else who have a lot to share what little they have

they cannot share so the transformation to bring about a transformation in the

world we are in a better place than ever before because the wealth is accumulated

in 5% of the population the power has accumulated in the hands of 25 to 30

people on the popular in the world if you transform this 25 30 people the

world will change that is not that doesn't look like an impossible thing

but if you tell me you're gonna make 7.2 billion people meditate tomorrow morning

I will say that's a hopeless goal but we want to make 2% of the world to meditate

an experience life in a larger way than the way they're experiencing right now

it is for sure a possibility isn't it

let us Sarah Palin say good luck with that one

well yes I certainly appreciate that example but you know if we were compared

it to a nut the have-nots have a very thin shell sometimes and are more open

to have their shell cracked because they have nothing to lose

while the perception is among these people I would suggest you they have an

extraordinarily thick shell and sometimes even an atom bomb doesn't seem

able to crack that she'll so well that may think of 2% of the nuts

I have I have had the you know the opportunity and the privilege to be

among those 2% of the people in the Economic Forum's and various other you

know business situations and what I found is at least 90% 80% of them let me

be critical 80% of them are fantastic human beings it is just that there is a

structure to climb and suddenly asking them to break the structure is not

practical and it's not going to work there may be about 15% or maximum 20

percent of the people are super arrogant about what they have accumulated but the

rest of them I have always found it's a pleasure to talk to them because they're

brilliant people they're not successful for nothing they're brilliant people and

believe me it is not love it is not compassion it's not other things which

is going to change this world it's just cents we just have to have

sensible human beings sense is what needs to be Kindle if you're sensible

you understand the only way that all of us can live well the only way we can

exist in a certain way on this planet is by doing certain things

this sense is easy to bring into people who have a certain level of intelligence

naturally and they have exercised this intelligence to accumulate because that

is how we have structured the society everybody is trying to accumulate but

now we are talking against people who have managed to do it we have not

created a social structure where it's of a different nature the social structure

right from the school is how to be better than the guy who's standing next

to you so those who are successful we should not resent that ever it's very

important it is important the success is acknowledged it is just that we want to

make success more universal not so narrow there is a saying in the African

law when the lion feeds everybody gets to eat because it doesn't eat everything

okay he eats select parts rest others eat

anyways so similarly this whole economic engine that we have created is of a

certain kind where human consciousness is not shaping the Commerce Commerce is

shaping the human consciousness this is a topsy-turvy way of creating the world

we are bound to pay a huge price for this it is like if we succeed we will

fail that's our situation there is a there's a proverb in India about a

classic situation like this where a man is sitting on the wrong end of the

branch and cutting the branch when he succeeds he will fail that is the kind

of economic model that we have created if it really succeeds if all the seven

billion people become super successful that means the end of the world yes so

now we have to have the courage that we have come this far we have to have the

courage to dismantle something that is successful and remodel this but we will

wait for it to fail and then remodel it which

a silly way of doing things we must have the courage to change the model of how

we have constructed this world when it's humming with success do we have the

wisdom and the courage and the consciousness to do this that's a

question but for that to happen we don't have to change seven billion people on

the planet if we change the consciousness and the mindset of a

hundred people on the planet it can happen easily I'm not saying it's easy

or not it is a possibility between the possibility and the reality there is

always a distance to walk do we have the commitment and the courage to walk the

distance that's all the question is well I think that question I mean they're

there but now I want to tell you a successful story of this it's about

eleven years ago a few responsible people in India came to one of our

programs in the center then they saw the projects in the works and whatever we

were doing and then they said so true this is great but what about the nation

I said say I don't have to go and do everything in the nation that's not

practical but we can do this I have a list of 2000 people who can make a

difference for this country they're in different levels of leadership I am NOT

talking about Prime Minister Chief Minister they come and go in five years

but there is another set of leadership which stays there for 25 to 30 years in

position if you transform these 2000 people you will see the country will

change they said 2,000 people well I can get

all of them he said I said get them just get them to me for four days well we

don't in batches in four years are five years they said they will do it now it's

almost 11 years we have touched about 45 to 46% of them and quietly they're

transforming the country no question about it

there is no fireworks happening but transformation is like this when the

flower blossoms there is no band being beaten

it just happens quietly and it is for sure happening believe me I'm hands-on

in touch with these people in many different levels have they changed

everything no I'm saying if 10% of the way the

thing can feel about everybody around them changes there is a huge change and

they're definitely doing it so these are business leaders bureaucratic leaders

various people a different set up they hold responsible positions for 25 to 30

years in the life of that nation and that's making a big difference let maybe

trying to context that example but again getting back to the 85 people who are

not bound to a country or tradition or a connection perhaps to any particular

philosophy and I think as we've seen in this country and it has been reality

shown by economists this idea of

creating situations where the wealthy the extremely wealthy are able to make

10 10 20 30 40 % on their money every year fundamentally because they have

access that no one else has and allows them to accumulate more and continue

this separation and then we talk about trickle-down economics which there's not

one example that has ever worked and it's like the example so far and again

I'm not against transformation I'm just talking about at least reality that I've

seen we are we have very seldom if ever the same despots dictators or people in

high levels of power voluntarily give up that power I'm not at it this is the

whole thing see when it is spoken from outside they feel threatened and they

will only tighten their fortresses that's why I brought in the example of

my he thought the ritual Dueck but the poor

wanted and it never worked it's a great idea but gone bad

because you're trying to work it from the wrong end if Mark had marks had

devices to transform the consciousness of the welding and then he talks about

communism that would have been the most fantastic thing okay but now you're

going on the street and those who have nothing are talking about sharing now it

becomes ugly now this whatever this eighty five people that we're talking

about kept me ten of them just one weekend I will see that they transform

the remaining 75 and I'm not somebody who lives in some dream state I am very

much grounded I know this may look very looking at the world the realities of

the world I understand very much where you coming from

it's not that I have not faced that situation every day I am against the

wall okay but a wall is not an impossible thing a wall need not be

broken you can always have the skill to climb across or you can make the other

guy climb across I have frequently been asked to speak at Aspen and typically

it's associated with having an event with affluent people and and sometimes

in those situations I feel like somebody in the zoo you know they brought this

particular animal out to look because that's a favorite animal that week so I

got invited to an event following a talk at an individual's house and I would

suggest you that this home which was only 30,000 square feet probably was

worth a significant amount of money in that air

and the gentleman who was hosting it was in his 80s and he was a survivor of the

Nazis and as a teenager and had become an extraordinarily successful

businessman and when you walk into his home there is probably a painting that's

12 feet high of him standing with his skis with the mountain behind him and

I'm sure that there's no ego involved there and then he proceeds to have a

conversation with me and I'm not quite sure because I wasn't particularly

important but he has a conversation with me and in the conversation he points to

his watch he says see this watch my custom million dollars so he said

there's only ten in the world this I can show you my garage it's a ten-car garage

there's ten million dollars boy who escaped the concentration camp he's

bound to have these things you should excuse him for the story appreciate your

comment so as part of this conversation he's having with me he says you know in

my entire life I have never felt loved or have been able to give love which is

horrible right here this man who nominally has everything has nothing so

I talking to him and it turns out he's divorced and he has children who are

there actually and I have two conversations for a while I say if you

meet with me for one hour day for the next ten days I will change your entire

outlook on life and you will have love I guarantee it just like the Men's

Wearhouse guy

so do not just so you know his first question is how much will it cost so I

say well then this match worth around a billion dollars I say it will cost you

$100,000 in an hour but I guarantee it he looks at me for a little bit he says

how about 50 ok so then his daughter overhears this conversation and she says

Papa you should do it she goes in fact this is his daughter she said I would

give up my entire inheritance to see you happy because I've never seen him happy

in my entire life you know his responses you don't

understand the value of money and that's how our conversation ended this is uh

I'm not sure if I could have done it two hours

now I could have died for free and for any of you out there I will do it I'll

try we need to we need to come to terms with this today all of you are here in

United States of America enjoying the comforts that you are enjoying with a

lot of complaints of course not understanding at least materially you

are living in the best possible space that you can live in okay and this is

all happened because you chose a certain model of economic policy this policy of

capitalism was a sensible thing to choose when you only thought of your

nationalistic way of existence when you saw the rest of the world as a source

for your whatever that system will not work in future it may work for another

25 years after that it will not work we have to reject this whole thing but

first of all you must decide whether you want a market economy like this or you

want socialism or communism you must decide if you go for market economy

some people will race ahead if you want to resent them then you must go for

communism if you go for communism some people will tell you what to eat what to

wear where to sit where not to sit if that's ok with you

it's fine I'm saying you cannot choose to go in this direction and long to go

in this direction every system will have its negativities but I am saying right

now because we're talking about transforming the world by transforming

an individual human being I think it's a tremendous possibility right now that

the wealth is concentrated in a few individuals hands if you transform them

every human being is willing to transform if you approach him properly

for a man who values money so much whoever the person that you were talking

about because he's come up you can understand the guy boy a little a young

boy who has kept concentration camp and who came to a new place you know in the

really a new world literally and built his life he thinks in a certain way he's

added up from pennies to billion dollars okay from one penny to penny he's come

two billion dollars so that's all he thinks you shouldn't have talked money

to him if you ask me you should have offered it to him if you spend one hour

with me I'll give you $100,000 this is my team if you bring these 85 no no no

if you bring these 85 people to me I will give them $100,000 each they have

to spend a weekend with me you have to do it the way it works we are living in

this world we have to do it the way it works in this world people come to me

always you know even in the foundation we are a little over 3,600 full time

volunteers and over 3 million part-time volunteers NASA complaints and

complaints and complains every day the number of complaints that I handled you

would kill you okay so people come to Minnesota I can't bear with this person

I can't work with this person I tell them see this is the kind of

people we have on this planet if you want to work with ideal people go to

heaven today leave today if you want to do some work in this world these are the

people

actually perhaps on that note maybe we should open it up to some questions and

there are microphones that are difficult questions for him nice questions for me

so my question is actually on products since the government there is gonna be

changing increase soon and I wanted to find out you know Hinduism concentrates

a lot about inner transformation but I see a lot of lack of you know a social

consciousness and service or as you term you know going out and having a sense

that you know this is my country what do you see needs change in India

why do you think it's like sorry why do you think it's like I think because from

early on I mean from ages no not why do you come to this conclusion that it's

lacking I see it no it's not true you were looking at it from a you're trying

to put a template a Western template on India which we were very proud that we

are like a cosmic Yas understand we feel homesick if there's too much order

do not misunderstand that as lack of you know passion for what it is there's an

enormous passion you should see you just see there is no other nation where such

a large Democratic exercise happens the way it happens in India no other country

in the planet can fulfill that believe me you should see how it happens even

the poorest in the remotest possibility where there's no road electricity even

there he gets to vote ok it's a big thing anyway what is the possibility the

next five years if will be scintillating for India probably 10 years so big

changes are going to happen for sure because what has been lacking for India

is an Indian has never been the leader of the country when I say this I'm

saying our education systems and India have been such once we get English

educated our brains are in Greenwich Mean Time yes so there is no there is

there has not been a leadership who understands people the way they are

somebody who will not ask Indian people to fit into another format which is not

theirs they made them they made ordinary people feel ashamed just because they

don't know how to speak English they can speak their mother tongue fluently but

people are ashamed that they can't speak English when you see nation is just an

idea let's understand this it's not some god-given thing it's just an idea if you

know a certain fashion in this idea nation become strong when you are

ashamed of being who you are how will there be passion about it for the first

time we are having a leadership just passionate about who we are okay

this is very important this is over ten twelve thousand year old culture which

is so complex that you cannot put it into simple logical analysis that you

normally put other societies into because it is too complex and it's too

multi-dimensional multi-ethnic --all everything multi okay it needs a very

organic leadership not a synthetic leadership which drops there because

somebody is somebody's son or daughter okay that's what has happened in the

last thirty years

next question thank you very much I'm wondering of other ways that she would

suggest of turning that and walking the four miles instead of the twenty four

thousand miles you mentioned perhaps finding a guru was one way so that was

one question and also how does one find a guru here in the United States thank

you you must understand the basic human predicament all that you experience all

that you experience light and darkness pain and pleasure agony and ecstasy

whatever whatever everything that you experience happens

within you is that so do you see me right now

do you see me right now where am i use your hands and point out how you got me

all wrong you know I'm a mistake now this light is falling upon me reflecting

going through your lenses inverted image in the retina where do you see me now

within yourself where you hear me right now within yourself where have you seen

the old work within yourself have you ever experienced anything outside of

yourself your entire experience of life happens only within you

so what is happening within you to make it happen the way you want it is not

something that's beyond you it is just that right now all the five sense organs

the five faculties of perception are all outward bound if I do this you can hear

this but so much activity in the body you cannot hear this if an ant crawls

upon your hand you can feel it so much blood flowing you cannot feel it in the

very nature of things sense organs are outward bound because there survive

there are instruments of survival but the seat of your experiences within you

this is your fundamental predicament you need a sense which can turn inward if

you have access to the basis of your experience would you create highest

level of pleasantness for yourself or misery definitely highest level of

pleasantness isn't it the problem is not of intent the problem is of access so do

you need some guidance on this for sure you do so don't use the word gurus

because it's supposed to be a four-letter word in California it has

all kinds of wrong connotations yeah GPS right now if you buy the GPS you buy

from the best company yes which was working well the same thing you must do

you must ask the maximum number of people if it's working well for all of

them you can do it too and anyway if you buy a GPS you're not committed to it for

life if it works you keep it otherwise you throw it same thing with me I will

give you something which works you keep it otherwise threw it what's the problem

you paying more to buy a pair of shoes she's asking a hundred thousand dollars

in our

I'm just and just asking for the costs of the hall and the microphone and the

stuff okay because I have produced a large a large large a huge mass of

slaves who are willing to work seven days of the week 365 days to provide

this for you you understand not waste their lives make it happen for yourself

you

OLIC4: Olamide criticised for inviting Yomi SARS

Nigerian rapper, Olamide has been criticised by Nigerians for inviting Lagos state assistant commissioner of police Yomi Shogunle to perform at OLIC 4.

Olamide came under attack for lack of sensitivity by inviting the ACP, known as Yomi SARS who was videoed bragging about the activities of SARS.

While some Nigerians expressed disappointed at Olamide for bringing someone who humiliated youths, others have called for the show to be boycotted and Yomi SARS humiliated.

Here are some controversial comments:.

@officialdaddymo So Olamide is giving Yomi SARS a platform to perform at OLIC 4.It's one thing to be ignorant & not understand consequences of your actions.

It's another thing to be aware of it but completely detached from the reality that's going on around you.

@ani_nomso How on earth do you bring Yomi Sars to Perform for the same Youths that he & his Colleagues Brutalise & humiliate? No Respect for the Youths from Olamide after all the #EndSARS tweets.

Zero emotional intelligence.

@badmansophss Yomi SARS at OLIC just shows Olamide isnt really for the street and supports SARS and their nonsense.

Its the street that suffers SARS brutality.

He should be speaking for them not SARS.

@directorsolomon Sorry bro, i wont be coming with you to attend #OLIC4 because Yomi SARS is gonna be performing, i think its disrespectful after what has happened to me and is currently happening to a lot of innocent young people at the hands of SARS #EndSARS.

@ifeluv2 The fact that Olamide invites Yomi SARS to perform at the #OLIC4 is a great opportunity for those who will be attending, to show Yomi how badly we wanna #EndSARS.

Do it for the culture.

@unclehaydee Yomi SARS is enough reason for you guys not to be at olic.

SARS officials will be there and you know the rest.

@FemiTRIP The fact that Olamide is planning to put Yomi SARS on that stage is enough reason for people to boycott the show.

@yeslmegocentric m a big fan of olamide but he cant tweet end SARS and then let Yomi SARS perform at OLIC….

abeg if youre going to the concert, when Yomi climbs the stage yall should boo him off it.

@oluwanifemi Olamide thinks hes immune and the street would always love him no matter what, how could he take us for granted by giving Yomi SARS a platform #EndSARS.
